YouTube Star Mark Rober on Advice for Budding Streamers

"You heard part one of our interview with youtube star. Mark rober talked about fighting porch pirates who were swiping amazon packages with a trap featuring glitter and fart sprang in part. Two of our interview. Today rover discusses his first ever youtube video and is advice for anyone who aspires to gain a following on the platform. Take a listen. It's interesting the talk about the the schedule that you keep. Because i feel like. I've seen a lot of social media personalities in youtube personalities. Talk about this pressure to always want to come out with something new in like daily. Almost like there's such a thirst for this from the audience that you feel pressure to keep this going. What has kept you grounded as far as just keeping this monthly schedule in. Have you felt those pressures at all. I mean not really in the sense from beginning. When i started my channel nine years ago i started doing monthly uploads and there. It's true what you're listening to at one point the algorithm blessed algorithm that all the you know youtubers fear and hate and love at the same time it was really favoring daily uploads but then they kind of realize this the content. That isn't that great in high quality. You know just everything was daily blogs so they kind of turn that knob back and now if it's the audience seems to like it there's not necessarily. You're not penalized. I think beyond monthly if you doing two months three four months you kind. It might be penalized a little bit. But there's nothing wrong. Youtube some very clear with monthly uploads and as evidence of that. I currently am a at least a few months ago. I had an all of you to be highest average views per video at like twenty seven million views. Because i only do one of other people's views per month. But because i only do one a month the actual average views per video if not number one i'm in the top three or four five so the that strategy can work. And so that's what i do. I swing for the fences every month and pour my guts into it

Flu Vaccine (MM #3471)

"The Maison with Kevin Nation doctors are telling us we need to get a flu shot this year because the flu vaccine will be most important in helping wage covid-19 because a lot of the symptoms do mimic each other. So we want to make sure not spread germs and disease this year, but also heard something very interesting where that this year. The summer time flew was the most inconsequential than we've ever seen in years because everybody's wearing masks and they're avoiding people to stand six feet away. So naturally flu germs aren't getting past. So we didn't have any summer type flu this year. My wife and I are looking at getting our flu vaccine this year. We don't normally do it, but they're not going to get it but now you've got a time when you get it because if you get it right now with some recommend it may not keep you covered for the flu in January and February if I get the flu, it's normally during January and February so I may want to push down until late October. So it make sure to cover me for about three four months which is all the flu vaccine is good for but if you get your flu shot now, that's only going to take you through the end of the year and you got to worry about January and February when you get it could play a big part two dead.

"I was listening to Rick welts on with TKB earlier. and man it's a interesting things to say and you know I'm I'm I'm here the ball park tonight I've been in the ballpark a couple times this week well they've got those chase center events going on at the same time tell you what the only I could notice and granted I I called earlier than than most people on their way and but whatever they're doing it seems to be working as far as what everyone's worried about us even get a I I get a my hair cut right in town right next to the other studios are can be on the other guy who cuts my hair lives right over in China basin and he's just like all my gosh I the warrior season it's it's like I think I need to move like it's just going to be too much and I'm telling you know what if it doesn't really look all that different the only thing that looked different to me was that on now on Wednesday night when I think Clapton was over at chase and the giants were here against the pirates and I finished here in the bunker at about midnight and then I went out to my car and there was still there there's still some traffic. there's just a little bit like like moving out of the area was not nearly as empty as it normally is at midnight but you know the people on their way in are are doing a good job first and foremost I guess of of not bring in their cars but the warriors in giants in the city I think I've been pretty thoughtful with this whole thing in the reviews of people who have gone to events inside J. center I tell you what I'm talk to anybody yet done what it I'm not no one's paying me to say this this is in a commercial I'm telling you right now and I toured it I haven't been in it for an advance I toured it before it was done this is probably I don't know call it at least three four months ago and even then while there were wood planks everywhere you can sort of get the same kind of vibe that that I get when when I go to Disneyland now at Disneyland like even you look inside the bushes and even the little speakers and things in the communication devices and what not for the employees are all just like perfectly covered and worked into the frame work of making it look Disney in other words sometimes you go to a place in your life ma'am if out of everything that they thought of everything here and I think so far I mean we'll we'll see how actual warder games look I'll be at early arriving cloud then then Kirk a concert crowd and I was it won't be until next April until we really get the vibe of Hey there's a giants game in the warriors game on the same night and how's that going to feel but I tell you what so far so good with regard to to all things J. center and that brings to mind also Shaun Livingston and and I think when the warriors to start here in a few weeks this is really going to be the big question that they need to. answer that none of us are really thinking about or talking about so there's no Durant everybody knows that and then for a good chunk of the season there's no clay and everybody knows that and then the big addition of d'angelo Russell and everybody knows that and everyone goes okay how's that how's that all gonna fit well the two guys who were let go by the warriors in order to make all of this fit financially and beyond Shaun Livingston Andre good Dolla it's not just their talent. because that was huge over the years but their talent let's admit is waning especially with Livingston they were getting older they're starting to break down that's why the warriors decided now was the time to regenerate but there is a huge part of the locker room that that living stand in a dollar took care of that's that's what that's what those guys did good guys you know you have you the emotional leader in in dream on green that out times tips over there I mean the glass bills sometimes like what happened with the rap early in the year last year staffing clay are so rock solid and steady but they're just so darn chill right to just so jail and so sometimes you need that middle ground and I think that that's the the big secret sauce under discussed piece of the last five year run for the warriors is that they also hide pieces who could keep the locker room together famously David west said a couple years ago when they won that title man this thing almost blew up in so many ways and you do not even now and it's a credit to our team but it never got out and still to this day people don't really know exactly what he was talking about here's here's my battle. out whatever it was it good all in Livingston had a huge hand in in keeping it together so that's gonna be a big big part of of how this team regenerates it's not so simple as well staffed the Anzalone player how they play together and how they play defense in Ken loony become a better player someone has got to take over as locker room peacemaker slash really smart human being because that wall was shared by Livingston Andre dollars so once again and salute shopping stand on his way out on a wonderful unlikely career all right Johnson Marlins getting started here a three game series that you may not think as any drama I disagree the Bruce boat you two thousand wins mean something it means something to him it means something to these players and it's going to be a little bit scary in terms of getting to that number if they don't do some work this weekend three out of four the pirates losing that didn't work they had to get some wins this weekend let's find out if they if they will send to the guys giants baseball maxed. listening to the mark Willard show on KNBR. five and six eighty three sports leader..

"Them. That's great. Fair to me. Welcome back to show everybody. Okay. Dawn every day. It seems like we have another Oscar headlined. We have another one today. Right. Yes. We. The academy said, it will rotate which awards are handed out during commercial breaks. In. In other words, if hair and makeup doesn't make the live show in two thousand nineteen will in two thousand twenty. There's this visual effects artist who's been nominated ten times and has won four Oscars. His name is Joe Leterrier. And he he's worked on avatar Lord of the rings trilogy King Kong. So he's a big deal. He thought this idea was relatively smart. He spoke out and said, you're still. Satisfying the academy, but you're not walking it in right off the bat. So. They're not going to say, you're never gonna get a chance. So they're just going to rotate that. And he says my heart goes out to anyone who would be up for a price of the year the categories put on the backburner. Nominated so many times in so to him is like he's like, okay. We gotta do something about this. But right, wait, Alexei say why? I just yeah. I know they'll probably do it. What is it coin toss or just randomly decide which ones will be included or not included? It just brings hard harsh feelings. And I just do it all during the commercial breaks. Yeah. Or keep it consistent with they're trying to do. But just keep it consistent like this year hair and makeup. We'll be in commercials, but next year won't well, what if this is the one year that you have our. Yeah. There's just nothing nothing. You can do. No. You look there's you're gonna offend somebody. You're going to you're going to upset some division of the entertainment industry. So that's why rip the here's the deal. We already have had six months three four months of bad headlines about the Oscars rip the band aid off this year. You know, what I mean, don't don't wishy washy, it feels wishy washy? Get it done this year. You're you're already mired in bad headlines. Just do it this year make an unpopular this. I got to tell you this is the year to make an unpopular decision because there's already been so many mistakes, and so many whoops with the with the Oscar telecast, the the public doesn't care to begin with. And they're now now they're really not going to care because there's been so many headlines about the Oscars. So this is the year. I'm not saying to hide something. But this is the year to go. Okay. Get ready. I'm gonna rip it off rip the band aid off makeup make solid choice. Get a move some of the technical awards and we're done with it in next year. We can start a new we can we can get a host or maybe people will like there's no host and we start fresh next year. If you do this crap next year, it's going to be another round of bad headlines for the Oscars. Get all the bad headlines out this year. Yeah. What do you do you feel about this inbetween of deciding which ones should it be all of them on during the commercial break or all of them? Yes. Yeah. That's home feeling. Don. What do you think? I know I want or keep them in just much like doing plays. You know, the behind the scenes people the people that are on the crew and building the sets and hair and makeup and all that it's just there's some portent and they make it happen. And so it's hard for me to not. I don't know. I want them to be included in the live broadcast. I wish that they could figure out how to streamline all the BS that happens with having people walk up to present. Just I want them to as a producer like tighten up the show and other ways to have these people have their moment. Like get a people mover like have in the airport and get those people up to the front thing. Like, honestly, I think that that's it takes up so much time you could probably cut out just with the walking up. The thing alone twenty minutes. What if they had one going horizontally across the? The stage. Yeah, they get on the stage. They do their speech as they're writing it when you're done. Yes. Yes. I love this. I just wasn't my idea for rotating like of the front row is the people up on actually do think that that's a good idea that people kind of silly like what if your big old dress gets caught up in it. And then you're tripping, but like just to live one way, they they rotate the next people that are nominated up to the front row. And then those people just have it where we don't see that all that. Yeah. I don't know just without a host and without all the the kind of fluff. Like, you said enough time to include them either include them, all or include any. This year. You're not going to be on. Yeah. Or what what I would do. Yes. Or you St. I don't know how they would do this. I mean, there has to be away. You you do all you do all of the technical awards, or whatever you decide, however, many you decide in the brakes, and then you have the editors put together you have a producer. You assign a producer two or three edit together all of them. And then at the end of the night know in the last half hour of the broadcast, you do a package where you honor all of them consistently. They you know, what I mean? It's just a package. Like a package of the voice over the goes tonight. The winner for best costume went to. I don't know the FOX and hound and then give a two second new show a little bit of that person speech. And then he go the the winner for costume went to did it did he show a little bit of their speech. And it's about a minute and a half two minute package. Can totally do that. It's possible to make that happen to edit something down by the end. Yeah. That you put it you. You put all of them you do more on the commercial breaks. And then the last half hour of the telecast, then you run that package. It's called the package you run that that thing. And then it's just a two minute breakdown of all of the technical winners that have happened that night in the commercial breaks. Boom. Then everyone gets their moment in the telecast, they get invited to the big night. I don't know. That's what I would do if I was producing this thing. And you put it right before the big awards the big four you put it right before best actor best actress because then people are really watching. Yes. He put it at the end because that's solves two problems. It gives your editors time to edit all of those moments together with a team of producers and good googly. Goo. And now that the Oscars they have a huge budget. There's fifteen thousand producers on that show. They could hire a team of producers to quickly go through those moments to edit something together, don't tell me local news can do something like that on a skeleton this, it's the Oscars. So that's if I was producing that. That's what I would do is dawn, you're right. I mean, look I've been preaching this for years. But I've always every time. I do I also say look we wouldn't have movies without the sound editors and costume designers and makeup artist. But there has to be a happy medium because generally the audience doesn't care who wins makeup. They just don't what you know, what I don't care about the long list of people being thanked in every speech says the same mayor what why don't they have a crawl at the bottom. Honestly. So they can get to the meat in the heart of who they want to say, it's like, okay. Who do you wanna thank you? Then it's ready to go. Yeah. I don't have to list a bunch of names at nobody knows just to think their agent and their manager, and you know, kiss the acid the producers and the to remember everybody moments like come on. Yeah. We're talking the Oscars everybody if you just tuned in another headline. Yeah. But no matter what they do. Don, lex, I with lex they need to just do it this year, and they need to just make don't don't don't change it every year. Oh, because every year you're going to have a new round of people that are going to be pissed at this point. Don't know what to do to satisfy her true. And they're like, well, we'll make it fair by rotating, it, you know, it's not going to be. No, it's not feel fair to anyone. No. I think that's a big mistake. And they're gonna they're gonna regret that if they do this willy nilly. Okay. So next year, we're gonna lead the costume people out. And then you're after that we're going to leave the sound people out. No every year, then you're gonna have bad headlines. You're going to have the sound People's Union complaining,.

"Losing them. Need a hat stat. Nita hats that man is a great show. This is a. Got the new year. I'm so excited. I am to man. I'm really excited. I wanna talk more about this. And and we're going to be doing more videos too. So guys again, I urge you please check out our YouTube channel grooming by Rudy on YouTube. I mean, we have over one hundred videos one hundred plus videos, they're not all grooming videos. Some of them are a radio show. But again, listen to our radio show too because we're giving so much information on here on what you guys can do out there to just get your dogs groomed to maintain your dogs at home better. That's the goal. Yeah. Two thousand nineteen has to be that. We really I want to drive at home. How important it is that we keep our dogs. Groomed. Like, I said, I love all the shows. I love all of the I love animal planet. I love all the shows the vet shows, they're great when they're showing you that a surgery or somebody not gonna give your dog surgery though. So it's not something you can it's entertaining. And it's fantastic that we're learning about it. But you know, you're not gonna neuter your dog. Dog at home. I hope not anyway. There. They'll probably a video on how to do it. But not not on our channel. Exactly. But with our videos, these are things you can do. But and they're not easy though. That's the purpose of this show. Like, how come we're making it look so easy again, we're making it look easy guys because we're professional dog groomers, but you can do some of it with a little bit of practice. You know, what's extremely important to that. I don't think we mentioned is when you are going to try things at home. Whether it's Sarang or clipping or nail clipper. Just checking the ears. Whatever you're going to do. I would always have somebody there with you. That's such overlooked thing. An assistant. Yeah, you've really because that might be a reason to why some of the comments that we get where it's like you make it look so easy. My dog doesn't let me do this. Do you have anybody else with you, helping you? There's some nail clips you probably might not even be able to do if I wasn't standing there with your holding the dog or holding the dog. Yeah. That's a great point. There's so many nail clips that I can't do. By myself, without Anthony, Anthony is the ultimate assistant to be honest with you, he Anthony is the only person I trust to assist me with the dogs. I I won't let anyone else helped me there are some nail clips that I would never be able to get through without Anthony holding the dog for me and keeping his head away or just keeping the dog comfortable or even distracting the dog. I might be clipping poop of a dog's rear or and the dog's real sensitive and Anthony will stand at my grooming table and distract that dog while I'm doing it. Maybe give it a treat or something. And I can get it done in ten seconds. But yes, what a great point and just an assistant if you can have helped listen, get your kids involved, if you're at home, and you know, you you have a son or daughter, you know, teach them teach them how to brush the dog be safe. You know, if you know the dog's aggressive or something like that. Or does it, you know, be careful, but yeah, that's a great point sue, especially like. Distractions are great. As long as you're not doing anything, like sizzling wise where you know around the face or anything like that. But like you said a good example is, you know, you're shaving the rear down a little bit. You know, I do a couple of things there. I I sometimes I'll snap. My fingers are are blow the dog kisses, you know, just make noises. Sometimes I'll even just pet them on the head like just, you know, it's a dog that doesn't really mind. It's rare being trimmed, but keeps looking back, you know, stuff like that that sometimes that might be something your kid can do, you know, if you're working on something that doesn't require that. You know, what you being there? Also does. Anthony sl from calming the dog down it calms me down, you know, because if I have an agitated dog on the table, and you know, I'm nervous. I don't wanna hurt the dog. I'm coming at you with clippers and scissors. I don't wanna hurt the dog dog jumping around. So when you're standing in front of my table or next to the dog, and you're petting its head and distracting it. You're not only coming the dog down your calming me down as well. Which again, the importance of having an assistant if you have somebody you could do away with it's such an important dynamic is. Especially if you're doing it, professionally I'm sorry. But I feel that every dog, grooming. Shop should have a groomer slash assistant. I don't think groomer should be working alone. Just like a dentist has a dental assistant or a surgeon has a, you know, an assistant. That's how important this is to us. Rallied the direction that this is going in any way the industry. It's it's it for all. We know. It's going to be mandatory to have an apprentice increase is just safer. It's safer. If let's say we have a dog that's trying to jump off the table, and I'm holding my clippers. I'm I only have one hand free. If that if the dog goes to jump your there, you can break that dogs fall. A lot of times a dog will jump off the table on the groomer just doesn't have time or a free hand to respond to catch that dog. And now you got you got a broken hip on your ruptured spleen or something like that groomer assistant. We're gonna talk more about that in future future shows. I'll be your sister. I'll come down little baby coming down so much Anthony. I can't. Sometimes I feel like I'm your son. I think maybe if there are past lives, you you were at one point. You know, I was year like the weirdest son ever like you're not like my son. You're like, I don't know. You're like I feel like I knew you in high school on your son. You remember I got the weird. No Leghair thing. Gone. Nobody else has that. Trust me. That's nice. That's a youth thing that now meeting genetically you're my son, but spiritually I think we lived past lives together. I'm sorry. We just did, you know, virtually I have you'll mental. We definitely did some stuff in high school. Oh god. If I went to high school with you forget about it. I would have never gotten past the ninth grade nine we would've never got accepted in. It's not like you. To try out for high school. They would look at us and go now, we're good. We don't school. We're we're booked. Yeah. Yeah. We're all full. We're full. Sorry. How come you guys? Don't have hair on your legs. What's wrong, you were fathered son brothers, man? Alessandro dudes. So anyway, guys, you know, definitely try what we're saying. If you have a designated area, it's just gonna make it more simple. Couple of tips. You know, start start the dogs young. If you've got a puppy, you want to get them up on that grooming table within like, three months. Three four months is a good time to start and always be safe. Don't ever leave a dog unattended on grooming table. We always mentioned that if you're dealing with like a dog, you may have rescued you don't know much about the dog. You definitely want to go slowly gain their trust. In a lot of cases with dogs that are rescued they have been groomed before. So in a lot of cases, we find that rescue dog is probably a good dog to have for grooming. But in the case that they haven't had much grooming experience go slowly gain their trust. You know, practice practice every day. Just brush get some tools. Get a good brush get a fitting brush for the type of dog. You have usually a universal slicker brush. A soft universal slicker brush is kind of the universal brush to us on just about every breed. Get yourself a comb what else, you know, you might want to get a toothbrush. Check the dog's teeth again, the spray use the spray pets our kids to dot com. The spray that we mentioned try that out great product and watch our channel. I mean, watch videos, you know, definitely just get some experience watch our videos, again, if not ours, just go on YouTube, you'd be surprised punching dog grooming punching grooming by Rudy. "That's triple eight eight to five five two two five the advice is free. And some folks say it's worth what you pay for it. Ashley is in Baltimore. Hey, Ashley, how are you? Hi, dave. How are you better than I deserve? What's up? We've had a question. So I did completed FPU I'm trying to follow your plan. Exactly. And had a question about life insurance. Okay. So my parents started a universal life for my brother, and I back when we were younger, and I wanted to cash out the value of the, you know, personal life policy and get term life. Any nine, and I don't have any dependence. And I believe in the video you stated that you needed to do ten times your income. Didn't that would still apply to me if it's just myself, and I don't have any dependence. No. If you don't have any dependence yourself. The only thing you would need to do would be to have enough to take care of your burial. Do you have your emergency fund in place? Okay. And how much is in there? Two thousand two thousand. Not you're working on baby step three then trying to finish it up to a fully funded emergency fund. Well, I wanted to have a little more than a thousand so baby step one okay cheering you're trying to get out of debt right now. Okay. All right. Do you own a home? You own a car? Educated. Worth. It is worth about sixty five hundred. Okay. So if something happened to you today, your parents could sell the car and use that to pay for your funeral, correct? And that's really all you need to cover. So you can just drop the policy. Yeah. You don't need to carry a life insurance. The reason for life insurance is to replace your income when other people count on your income. But no one's counting on your income to eat right now. So some day when you're married have kids. I kinda thing you if that happens then at that point you would need to carry life insurance, but you've got enough to take care of your burial. But the sale of your car. Later on you'll have your emergency fund fully-funded of three to six months of expenses. And at that point. You know, you'll have enough cash to bury you if something happens to you. And no one's going to go hungry because you're not here producing an income for them. And that's really what life insurance is for. So it's kind of like if you think about if you're thirty two when you've got to low kids, and you make sixty thousand dollars a year, you die those kids count on the husband wife council that sixty thousand dollars coming in. And so if you had six hundred thousand invested you would have the ten times, you know, you'd be making somebody invested that at ten percent. They would be making sixty thousand dollars a year. So we've replaced your income, but they're counting on your income at that point right now by counting on your income. So I would not go to the expense of life insurance today. I would just cash that in and if there's a cash value in it use it to help you finish getting out of debt Rico is with us in Cincinnati. Hi rico. How are you? I'm doing well. How are you today? Better than I deserve. What's up? I'm calling because I'm trying to get some guidance on like like to shift, I guess and the and the baby steps are kind of what we should do. I'm I'm Mike onboard. But my wife is like Danish. So it's been challenging at we paid off everything except like a very large student of like ninety two thousand dollars. We didn't have a mortgage at the time. So I kind of treated bad loan like a mortgage, and we went ahead and finished our emergency savings and getting started on four five and six, but we were kind of not an agreement. So we started saving down payment and things like that were home. We ended up getting a mortgage. So now, we have mortgage and loan both pretty much ninety thousand dollars in each and. Treat those together kind of like a mortgage and just keep doing four five and six or should we I guess get rid of the student loan and then. So how are you familiar with what we teach? Well, we went we went through financially. Three four months of marriage where like how long ago? How long ago was that? Early twenty seventeen last year two years though. Okay. Will you flunked? Okay. Class. Because we're not we're not totally on agreement. Yeah. That's what you've gotta decide. What I can't tell you what to do. I've already told you what to do and you didn't do it. So. I don't know how this conversation changes that so go back through the financial peace university of materials, if you wanna know what I think, and it'll tell you exactly what to do which you already know what today, and that is your student loan is not a mortgage. It is not baby step six. It's maybe step two, and you should have paid it off before you today in this crap. So now that you're in this mess, you've got to pay off your student loan before you do anything else, and you need to stop your retirement temporarily and completely, but I don't think you're gonna do that. Because I think you and your wife make up your own rule. So, you know, it's whatever you want to. I don't care. I mean. Affect me. But if you wanna know what I think that's fairly easy. You already know what I think and you didn't want to do that. So. You got. If you wanna follow the baby steps baby step two includes all student loan debt, if it's nine hundred thousand dollars, it includes it, and so you just gotta decide if you're going to do that or not if you're gonna keep a student around loan around song, you think it's a pet. You're going to struggle to build wealth, and you keep doing crap out of order and you keep not following good financial planning principles. You're gonna struggle building wealth. But you know, you're 'cause you're just you're doing whatever you want to do. And that's what you gotta do. Thanks for the call open phones at triple eight eight to five five two two five that's triple eight eight to five five two two five. So the reason. That we put the baby steps in place. Eight million people ago was because folks needed a clear path that followed basic financial planning principles and biblical principles of handling money. And that's where this came from. And it really has worked so well for so many millions of people in its one-size-fits-all. Well, I mean, you know, the law gravity is one size fits all. If you jump off a building one hundred percent of you hit the sidewalk. The law gravity is one size fits all the truth principles are one-size-fits-all. And so the shortest path to.

"Yes, yeah. Yeah. And and treating not just being in the same, but treating us training as as equals, not being weird and not being kind of standoffish, and that star thing just, hey, let's let's talk. Let's make this work. I just love that. Yeah. All right. So I told you I had a, I mean, we'd feel like we've been talking to longtime, have we fun. It's just a conversation come on. That's great. An hour's gone by. No, but close. I because I've I came up on the stand up comedy world. I was successfully able to avoid. The theater because it just wasn't my schooling. It wasn't my wasn't your venue again. Yeah, for sure. And. Consequently, I am fascinated by those who've sort of devoted their life to it because it there is a certain sense of magic that happens on stage as you saw when the guy ripped his mustache off and what it did to your mother, what ultimately seed was planted in you. So. And I've talked to a few actors about the sense of of the process, but I'm walk me through if you don't mind just a little bit of what it actually means to you at this point to do eight shows a week, just the the actors life while doing the theater is you work at night for a couple of hours. Once you're past the rehearsal process, you're doing the show and let's say you're in a three four month run. And you know the next three or four months or mapped out, and this is what your life is going to be. How long does it take in that run for you to relax during the day? Because as a comedian, if I have a very important live show that that night, I'm thinking about it. It's a one of course, but but I don't have a sense of what it's like to do. Eight shows a week for four months. Will you get into a? I mean, you try to get into a rhythm. You know it very for me and I think others would agree not. Everyone would agree that it's hard to come down after a performance at night. I'm sure you feel that too. When you do a big gig, you know, you have to decompress for at least a couple of hours and it's kind of the same with the play. It's because it's so intense and. And if it goes really well, that's almost worse because you trying to figure out how did that happen? What what happened there? Was it just the audience? Was it? What did I did? I do something different. Well, until you're processing individuals, badly you go. I got I to. got to do better tomorrow, but so there's that decompression period you up for couple of hours on it. Yeah. Yeah. And so then that means is that you you, you wanna kinda. You're not an early riser during this period, but you can't sleep too long. So you'll have to everything has to be done, sort of in moderation. You gotta sleep, but not too much. You know eat, but not too much, not too for me, not too close to the performance because your bellies full in your it ought to be belching during see and you don't wanna be sluggish and carrying this. But if you don't, if you don't eat it all, then you're like you your energies zapped and you. So you have to develop a diet. You develop a diet end timing of your, let's say your nap, you wanna nap. So you want to exercise a workout, okay, you can do that, but not too much and not at the wrong time. And usually when I do a play, I, I tend to not drink a lot. I'd turn to even go off Coffey because then my energy to show days you don't wanna spike your energy.
