She was supposed to appear through the end of the month, but her final performance will be this Sunday, according to deadline, Jane tells playbill, is because of a pre planned vacation that has nothing to do with her farmer costar from glee, Lea Michele replacing beating felstein. She says that she texts with Leah and there's no drama here. Congrats to Rita Ora and Kati wati. Taika

Sebastian Talks About the Lies Behind Jan. 6 With Rep. Troy Nehls

"First things first, got to talk about it at January 6th. You have been digging into the documents for over a year now. It is the subject of your book. What are the things that the people in power don't want the American people to know about those four hours? Well, what you're seeing from this January 6th sham committee on televisions across America. Now, I know they're not getting the ratings they would like beni Thompson is the puppet and Nancy's the puppet master. You've got Liz Cheney and Adam kenzie gunner. But this book really talks about all the things that they're not talking about. They don't want to talk about the intelligence that the leadership of the capitol police had. Before the event. Before the event weeks leading up to the event. Telling them that they need to prepare. That's right. The capitol police leadership team, specifically the intelligence section, they produced three reports, intelligence reports, dating back to December 15th, December 30th, and then January 3rd. And I highlight all this in the book. And if you would have read that 14 page report, that intelligent summary on January 3rd, you'd have read a paragraph, you would have said, as an entry level law enforcement officer would have said, we need to have the National Guard here, the following day.

Revolver News' Darren Beattie Has His J6 Rebuttals Prepared

"Downbeat founder and editor at revolver news Darren. Welcome back to America first. Great to be here. Thanks for having me again. So I'm angry that you came up with this idea because I would have loved to come up with this idea. So I put the image up on the screen. We don't have an official report like the 9 11 official commission report, but should it actually be released? This gentleman, the founder of revolver news, has prepared to robotic with his own forward prior to the official report. Tell us how you came up with this idea and why it needs to be done, Darren. Well, you know, I wish I could claim credit for the idea, but actually it's the idea of the great folks over at skyhorse press and they published a lot of interesting things. They are despite being a subsidiary, I believe, of Simon and Schuster. They are undeterred to explore things that run contrary to the dominant establishment narratives and what better topic to explore from a contra establishment point of view than the January 6 folks being perpetrated against the public by nefarious elements of the regime. And so what this book is going to be is going to be the sham report that's going to come out publicly, presumably that's going to be released by Benny Thompson and Liz Cheney. But it'll have my introduction basically to demolish the whole thing to answer their questions. And most importantly, not to engage in, okay, I'm just going to respond to everything they say because a lot of what they say is ridiculous. But to address the really salient issues that are left entirely unexplored in this alleged investigation, which is really the important thing is not directly refuting every bit of nonsense that they put out to the public, but rather presenting those core pillar issues that get to the beating heart of January 6th that remain entirely unexplored by the committee. And indeed, I would even say the committee was set up to suppress such an exploration.

"Don't go off of what everybody else is doing will off of what's hat and what's not produce from your heart. Where do you see yourself in the next five years. Like what are you want. This next chapter of your story to really involve i will probably be producing different pieces or show us a different collaborative pieces. Ninety collaborative faces are probably producing collections of different things. Pretty much like the colors that he'll project out. We don't want more those kinds of things. And way i really focus on that i look at what's happening in world and i'll look for something to help heal it if there's chaos happening which is a lot of it going on right now i'm gonna try to produce pieces that caused people to relax. Inhale and be peace so those are the kind of projects that i'm gonna be working on just so when people see just have a sense of peace and that's very important mean you'll see different collections that come out maybe a collection six maybe a collection of twenty. But they're going to be a collection of pieces that give off a certain rhythm apiece. We'll just kind of wrap things up here. Where can our audience find out more about you about your work and everything online. I'm on i g. Which is i'm brian. Underscore the artists. I'm not saying right. I wanna thank you so much for coming on the show. I think the thing that probably strikes me the most aside from just the the historic nature of the work that you do and the the reach that it has globally is just how humble you are like you are super humble and to me that reads a someone that is really doing this for the love of the work in and the passion and really kind of reflecting on how it makes people feel like the fact that you're also an artist that does this work that wants to heal. People is a good balance with the meticulousness of the work that you do as a banknote designer so i think it's good to one show that balance but to also to illustrate the people that like there's a person behind this kind of work. That does this sort of thing. So thank you so much for coming on the show. I really appreciate it. Thank you for having me.

"Now for this particular kind of type of design which is very specialized is very specialized. Said it's only been us three african americans they ever do in their stories ever been told. And i'm telling you. I'm gonna tell the story along with mine because they're a part of my story. If it wasn't for them i would not know what i know. I just what though. I understand how that works. And that's something that most artists need to be. Humble about as well is that it took someone to pour you for you. Pour out it. Took someone the poor out you know for you to pour out is folks might to pour into you into labor with you and show you how to get your craft to a certain point of expertise. Don't ever get than the vegetables. You're not you just be birth out great Took somebody to make you great. And that's something i will never forget. I remember dr thompson from high school. Who pushed me. I remember dr smith. I remember dr. Dr dr carter in college who pushed me. And i remember raleigh clearance. Who actually train. My job is journeyman. Who pushed me. All of them made me we got to. We can do to get you in the in the museum. We'll talk offline about this. Because i think even just that part that you said right there and learning about the history of how you had other like black banknote designers. That helped you out like. That's a story that everyone needs to know that everyone needs to know. Yeah now speaking of you know project. You're an artist outside of being a banknote designer so i wanna talk about that. There's a project that you finished just recently called colors that he'll can you talk about that man right. There was one of the most rewarding projects. I i just started teaching at. Pg college last year as Adjunct professor and i taught a class called art as therapy and what it was designed to do was to get people to slow down in their life and just pick up a paintbrush or a pencil and just relax so i actually taught that class that teach people how to use art as a therapeutical thing for their own life. Because it's always been therapy for me. And i turned it into a course and they did so well where. Pg college actually called me back that do it again. This year where. I'm going to be teaching families. You know which is going to be children and at the end there currents or how to just connect together as current signed or daughter round to be teaching them. How do are just relax. Inn actually tighten up their bond as parents Children but but point is i flipped it again because it's the same principle but colors that he'll was a project that.

"I wanted to be a banknote designer. So i started as a police officer. I'm waiting for the apprenticeship to open. When it came open he applied. And that's ron got in. That's also clarence got into both of them. Technically police officers. When they first got in i came in right out of high school i was gonna ask. How did you did you. First learn about banknote design. I learn about that particular job from my father. My father actually was a silica maker for the actual printing presses at the bureau and i was in high school when he told me. And i you know at the high that suitland digital performing arts school you know under dr thompson at the time in this doty. They've really pushed us for four years to develop a portfolio so our portfolios when we graduated work equal to anyone at went to any art school it matter where scared or any pratt institute are or folios pretty much to just as equal as any college portfolio and that was their push started when we graduated from high school that we get into any college we wanted to or we could apply for. We could make pretty much. Cut it wherever job we will go into and they were correct. My portfolio was ready to go in applied and clearly at that time to bureau saw. They liked what they saw. And i got hired in the apprenticeship. Wow right out of high school you went into the apprenticeship so when you went to the university of the district you were doing these both at the same time. Yeah i'll tell you what's interesting about. That story is i was actually when i went there. I was under dr. Yvan qatar and doc yvonne carter is one of the she was african american woman and her art were was unbelievable. She was a contemporary artists. Pretty well known from research teams from the carolinas and she actually started teaching at the university of district columbia. She was the chairperson of our department. And i remember her sitting me down. She never yield. Raise their voice dr thompson and very calm voice but she had a way of talking to you really line you up real quick house right out of high school. Just got this job. And i came in her office. Pretty cocky as she sat me down. She says son no matter. How good you are. You always have to be ready to learn. She said that she said. Because if you go in cocky in life you'll miss a whole lot and that stung me. But she was so calm at all times and she was the one that pretty much tight me up her in dr smith and they took me under their wing when i was in college and really really made sure that the skills that i have from high school were homed for this particular job just as an artist in general they always taught me not. You know yes. That's a good great job but we want to develop as an artist that works. They're not someone desktop in the art to work here. What's up though was amazing and very right very was very true. They wanted me to be an outstanding artists outside of the platform of where. I was work outside of those two professors. Like what else do you really remember from your time going to university of the district of columbia thing i do remember and i remember ron and clarence telling me when i first got there to learn my history. Please larger black history. Because you're going to have to be two steps ahead of just in reality. Just have two steps ahead as african-american because we know about the racism within our country and it would just get me. Where eddie and being a spec- it got me ready. "I'm talking with brian thompson. An artist and journeyman banknote designer and the dmv area. Let's start the show all right. So tell us who you are and what you do. Name is brian thompson. I may senior jamming banknote designer. At the you're reading it pretty been there thirty two years thirty two years now saying now. I'm the old guy. I used to be a young guy at nineteen. I was the second youngest to be employed there. But now i'm the old guy. How has this year been going for you. So far it's been different because of the pandemic but the work is still intense and it still requires the same focus however you changed over the past year. Like other than any lessons that you've learned and this can be workwise or personal anything like that. Yes to take life. Was that never life seriously. But you have a better time looking at yourself in the mirror and looking at what you need to change. I think this is probably the most relaxed time i've ever had while working because i'm able to balance out you know. The different stresses and things and anxieties that come with work of this nature very intense. Upset this through interviews before that doing banknote design is like putting together the most difficult puzzle. You can put together in your life and on finding that i had an opportunity to look at every piece for change while being home working from home and away each piece and knowing that each piece of that hustle was more significant than ever. Before and now to that end. I know that you can't talk like directly about the work you're doing because that whole banknote design processes super top secret. Can you give just like a broad overview for our audience about the work that you do banked up design is a art form that i don't think people pay attention to they'll look at the mona lisa. They'll look at different pieces of artwork. That have been deemed as our. Yeah that's piece of artwork but when it comes down to currency they look at it as a volume or something that is used for spending or commerce a vehicle of commerce to buy and sale. It's it's just a form currency that's what it's forced by things with what if they ever stopped and before they when they get it in their pocket and look at art form. That's on near they will be blown away. There's so many intricate details that are put into currency designed than be paid attention to from the sculptural portrait. The live work that's ended the different colors the micro tax all of those different things it takes time to do is not only just the security but it's also for static point of view. Yeah i remember being a kid and really like i wouldn't necessarily say be in some money designed but like really looking and studying a bill and seeing how it's like design and put together because you're right. It has so many intricate little details. Of course you've got signatures and and you've got serial numbers on there but like some larger bills have a bit of a plastic strip that goes through it and even ask you know. Banknote designers changed here in the us. I've just always found it really fascinating. How much goes into the design of like a bill. That's really interesting. Yeah you know studying them. Different currencies all over the world. I see how..

Lord what's going on about this. And the lord took me into the spirit and i saw as as the spiritual realm opened up i saw up above me. A vision of a scale scale of justice you know had the upright cross beams to pans that were hanging down but there was a thumb on one of them and it was pulling down. We understand that. God abhors injustice. You know he wants a just wait and so it was pulled down. And then i heard the voice of the lord and he said there's a thumb on the scale and it is robbery and then he followed up by saying give moses time to work when he said give moses time to work instinctively just on the inside understood. He was talking about the laws in the court of heaven. And how it's working give it time to work because it was talking about spiritual law and then how it superimposes itself over the laws in the courts of man show. I've been giving it time to work. I know that it's robbery. That's what the lord told me. And my wife she k- she even got it before. I did the night before she turned to me and she said this is a stolen election. Something's wrong something's going on right. I said yes so That's what we're waiting for. A lot of people think that. We're in denial or you know we're crazy or what i know god shed and so i'm willing to wait but i'm also willing to pray i'm also willing to prophesy decree and of follow up my faith with my feet in with my action and i do it in the spiritual realm. None of these things. I mean there are natural things. We understand eric that we have to do. There's a legal system. There's voting you know all those requirements upon us but in the spiritual realm. My primary responsibility is to pray. Pray moves heaven and earth. Prayer is what changes things because of the authority that god has given to us and the church of the lord. Jesus christ have. This has the greatest spiritual authority on earth. Unfortunately there are so many people that don't understand that in so many christians that don't pray but it's an imperative for ush. There are many christians who believe watching fox. News moves the heart of god. That's not scriptural. You've got to pray you've shared a lot of things we're going to drag you over into our to if we can Was there more to this division that you had that you can share when we come back or was that it and we'll unpack it all impact a little bit. There's a little bit more. Yeah well this is its powerful stuff. You have said that. God's hand is on donald trump and that he has a future. You said that. God said that to you. And if god didn't say that to you. I don't think you would say that he did. That's why you're on this program. So we'll be right back folks and talking to mike thompson. Stick around for our two. Don't go away and then..

"For a minute. And then i began to hear those sounds coming up. I just realized we've gone over the a lot of time. We're gonna be right back folks and we'll that might keep talking down. This thoughts and talking to mike thompson might please continue where you just left off. Lord wants to take down the deception. And he wants to remove that. There's so much so much lies fabrications. That are occurring not only the politics in the united states. And obviously that's the thing that we have to look at here eric. That's why took me to washington dc because of the capital because of the nationalism. Everything that that's happening in our country is that god has a plan and a purpose for america and that plan and purpose is good. it's righteousness itch justice. There's been too much pulling to the far left too much control by the far right. And lord wants to develop. I think that i would say the covenant that he established in the founding of america because he wants destiny to rain. So i spoke prophecy. I spoke truth. I spoke justice into the atmosphere. Just as the lord had spoken to me to do so when that happened i saw a greater activity of the angels begin to transpire. They were moving all around washington. Dc eric exactly. What all that means how. It's all gonna play out what it is that they're going to do. But i do know that about five and a half six months ago. Lord spoke to me about a tearing in washington. Dc vision a tearing. Yeah in this vision. He took me to washington. Dc and he showed me politicians. There were many of them. Those in the su- administration right at this particular point others many where there was a tearing their clothes. It would occur in their shirt or their blouse should their pants their skirt and the tears would be like two to four inches. They start at the top and they would go down towards the bottom and the symbolism of that i think was important because it meant from heaven earth. It was like the tearing of the veil. When jesus was crucified and then parts of their skin would be exposed and that exposing was what god was beginning to show me at that point that as we proceeded that there would be greater exposing not just exposing. But something done about it. And that's why the angels in the vision. That i had just a few days. Ago is so important. The army of angels because something was being done about it. We can't see everything that's happening behind the scenes. You see my My gift is to see what's going on in the spiritual realm and then report it to the body of christ so that they can see those kind of things and have hope and have a sense of direction and purpose. The prophecy never ever ever exalts itself above the word of god So we always match. According to what god is saying but one of the things we have to understand is even though that the holy spirit will never violate the word of god. The holy spirit doesn't mind violating our interpretation and misunderstanding of the word of god Because he is god and so what he's doing is he's moving. There is a great revival. That is happening right now. Airy this is we are. On the verge. We're on the coast of something that is just changing like that. Some away. say you've said that many times of people listen to you and it's deeply encouraging and one of the reasons i want to have you on is because i want my audience to be as encouraged as have been that in the midst of this darkness. God says hold on. I'm not done with america because many people that seem to think it's over when the end times it's over you know rates to run into the caves but that's not what god has been saying to. You know others evil in the world there always has been always will be until the second coming of the lord. Jesus christ i mean we understand those things but there is victory also in the bible it talks about in the last days their scriptures in the new testament where the apostle paul particularly was talking about in the last days and he explains how that there would be all this kind of evil and lawlessness. Lawlessness is a good word. Apostle paul love to talk about lawlessness. He talked about this present evil age and connected that with lawlessness. How that the entire mass of human thinking devoid of the reality and the truth of god and the revelation of the holy spirit in our life produces a mindset in humanity to where they they don't believe in god and not follow after the morals of god and thereby there's a lawlessness that occurs spiritual lawlessness. We've seen recently. A lot of physical lawlessness legal lawlessness. If you will and But the holy spirit also inspired in the book of acts where on the day of pentecost when the holy spirit came and he moved in any birth the church and then they questioned the people around the heard him speaking tongues. They saw the tong tongues of fire on the people's heads it all that was going. They were praising god they were magnifying. God in people that were watching questioned that and so the first great sherman there where peter said that this is that that joel prophesy and he said in the last day jobs i will pour out of my spirit. So if the bible at the new testament says in the last days there will be lawlessness. It also says in the last days. I will pour out of my spirit. I'm saying that the antidote that you're for the lawlessness is the outpouring of the holy spirit is about revival spiritual awakening. We're in a new christian era right. At this point that i can sense. I realized the span of the age of grapes from the resurrection of jesus to his second coming that there is a level playing field that it all works with the salvation of got but there is repetitive cycles within that to where the holy spirit has new revivals new outpourings new refreshing and we are in one. I don't care what it looks like in the natural realm. I've seen it in the spiritual realm. I have seen the glory of god. Coming there is a rainbow glory of god. That is moving into the earth right now and people are being shaved and filled with the holy spirit. There's hope there's hope there's hope We're gonna We're gonna hang on to you For a couple more segments folks. Don't go away please. do go to eric. Metaxas dot com. Sign up for my newsletter. "Sharing another thing entirely of being quote unquote taken up in the spirit Over the earth Flying over to a being above. I mean a lot of people. Think what the heck is this guy even talking about. But i know you well enough now to know that. You're not making this up and i know other people who've experienced things just like you described so not the only person that from whom i've ever heard this but What do you have things like. You're describing now happen to you somewhat regularly or was this particularly rare. How did it strike you win. It occurred. I have experiences regularly. I would say every day some form but there are various forms. Sometimes it's the voice. Ah god sometimes it's a dream. I dream all that often. My wife is really adept in that. But i see things envision formed and the lord will come to me in various ways number one. There'd be a vision. Manny where it just imprinted into my brain is kind of like on the canvas of my heart inside because you know we have an inner spirit and inner person who has the ability to connect and operate in the spiritual round to see hear feel touch. See things and so. I've learned over the years. How that when. That comes up when i see it in my heart. That is the holy spirit painting that image on the campus of my heart. I see that is very a but it goes from there in various levels up to A full blown vision where. I'm watching the thing just right in front of me. Sometimes i'm taking up. And i'm carried to other places Over the nation or other nations. Even and i see things but very often what happened. You know what the apostle paul said it very well. Second corinthians twelve when he was talking about being caught up to third heaven and he said weather in the body or out of the body. I don't know he said i know it happened man. And so. That's what happens with me sometimes. I'm like one foot in the natural one foot in the spiritual realm and i see both simultaneously

"You know. We're doing something a little different this week. This prophet week on the eric metaxas show few years ago. We did bigfoot week or sasquatch week depending on where you are We did hell week. We talked about hell. We haven't done anything like that while i thought it would be fun and To talk to some folks Whom i respect and value in the prophetic now. A lot of you listening to this program. You don't even know what i'm talking about. Some of you know what. I'm talking about in your disdainful or skeptical or hostile to it. I i want to try to keep an open mind because all of us care about what god says. If you believe in god you know that we would never wanna put words in his mouth. That would be blasphemous and people do it And it's blasphemous. If and when they do it so we care a lot about this which is why I want to introduce you again to my guest. Mike thomson mike thompson. Welcome oh hi eric. So wonderful to be here today. What it's it's good to see you. I know you're in sunny. Las vegas where you have your church there if people wanna find you before we get into our conversation because you've shared some amazing things recently but if people wanna find your look you up where where would they best find you. Well there are the websites word of life. World outreach dot org and mike thompson ministries dot org dot com. The address of our building recording studio church is ninety. Forty one South paco's road in henderson sweet. Four thousand. alright. I'm on youtube and also on facebook. I'm everywhere your everywhere. Well you you've been on this program and we kinda got your your background the last time but just to reprise a little bit because just the other day you came on your youtube channel and delivered. What struck me as particularly power fall Vision that god had given you. It was really compelling. And i said i would love to get you on the program to share that with my audience. Many of whom are very ignorant of of this kind of thing And i think they shouldn't be. Because i think we need hope and it strikes me that You and a handful of others have been delivering some hopeful messages from god which Which we need at this time in this nation so But before you do that just just give a quick background on. When did you start hearing from god in this. Obviously supernatural way. Well i didn't come by it naturally. My wife she k- had been experiencing these things oliver live but when we just shortly after we married we received the baptism in the holy spirit together until i began experiencing insane and developing and training. Myself then to hear the voice of god. I didn't know how to do that before. But very quickly. It began to develop in my life. What year are we talk. When did you get married. Unc c. k. Our well that put me on the spot. Seventy two holy seventy three seventy three seventy three. Your were coming up on our fifty. Yeah you're you're. I predict it's going to last. I think the first fifty years are always say yeah. My parents made it to like sixty five so we think we're good. How wonderful well. You obviously got married young. I gotta say that There are many people who listen to this program. You don't either. They don't understand what we're about to discuss. Or maybe they're hostile to it for some reason so I i want to say again. The reason that i have you on is because you're one of those voices that you're you're very careful it strikes me very seasoned in in how you talk about these things because it's important. This is such a big deal that we can't afford to get this stuff wrong but you shared some really wild stuff recently and i say wild. I don't mean off. i just mean it was it. Was it struck me as a as important and I i just love you to to to share that if you would oh yes well. I've had a lot of experience. A lot of asians over the years so like you said season just by experience you learn and you always submitted to the word of god because the word of god is the grid but all things come by the word and the spirit so what occurred to me. is in this encounter with god. I was praying. It was thursday night. I was right down here in this recording studio was walking around praying and the spirit of god just took me into the supernatural the spiritual realm and it opened up and i was taken just kind of up over. The united states went over to washington. Dc and. i was in an elevated position. Now eric this is a. I know a lot of people. While guys fruitcakes you know but now it's real. And it's the way that god intended for his children operating supernatural. We all wanna wanna be clear. Like i've got has spoken me number of times. Not nothing like what. You have shared Am i have a number of friends. That seem to hear from god in these. Very dramatic supernatural ways. It's a particular gift that god has given you and We had chris read on earlier this week and amanda grace and others. But what's interesting to me is how it's not the same for any. Two people of chris read shared dreams. They were clearly.

"Pool starts bragging to other inmates. That cotton was doing some of his time. And this really pissed off. Because he's innocent and in his book which we'll talk about later. He describes how he fashioned the blade at of a piece of metal and he plans on killing bobby pull. His father is the one who talked him out of it begging him not to he said. Put your faith in god. And if you kill bobby pool then you really do belong behind those bars and you are no longer an innocent man. I would think if you kill him to. You might not be able to prove that. You're he's the one who committed the crimes you kind of need them alive for that. Yes and as much as he hated. Bobby pool he you know he did take what his father said and he decided think he says he ended up flushing the blaze down the toilet. He'd decided i'm not going to do this. But what he did do as he started taking notes everything he could about bobby and why he was suspicious of him to me. This is the best part he even got a photo with. Bobby wow so imprison. Member mentioned ronald had sisters. Yes bobby was interested in one of ronald sisters and said hey. Can i get your sister's number like to date her and ronald said sure. Let's take a i. So i could see if she's interested very clever. How clever is that so he you see the picture online too. There's a picture of the two men in prison ronald under the guise of sending this. His sister takes a picture with this man. If you're calling meghan. I remember that other woman who had been raped just an hour after thompson member. They were in the hospital together now. This was the same neighborhood the same kind of attack and the police were pretty much certain. It was the same man. They had almost exact description of what this man was wearing. And what he looked like an appeals court ruled that the evidence relating to this victim should have been allowed in the first trial so in member. I didn't mention that victim in the first trial because she didn't pick ronald lineup so they decided not to include her case when they were trying ronald the first time around and the jury was never told about the the fact that there was another victim who did not identify him correct so luckily the appeals court believed that he needed a new trial. So that's exactly what they did. They granted ronald and a new trial. And at this trial the witnesses would get to see. Bobby poole who was subpoenaed by cotton's lawyer here in an amazing legal team and also here from two other inmates who said that poole told them you remember how cool was bragging that cotton serving time for him. Those two men were also allowed to come testify. Cotton thought this was. You know this was going to be the ticket to his freedom. Unfortunately pool of course denied this. These two witnesses were there. Jailhouse snitch is not present but they're not considered the most reliable unfortunately exactly and it was hearsay and the worst part was that thomson testified and so did this other victim. Both of them testified note. We've never seen that man pointing at bobby pool and that is our attacker pointing at ronald cotton. So the first victim who didn't pick cotton out of picking him out is now saying that because he's already been convicted in the first trial so this goes back to that confidence contamination This woman who never ever picked him is now standing in court in front of a jury pointing at him. So now you have to victims. Who are idea ronald. So what do you think happens. He's convicted again. He's convicted but now he's convicted to a life term plus fifty four right now. He's got to crimes. So unfortunately ronald kahn and heads back to prison..

So this case inspired my thesis and my interest in wrongful convictions with specifically in the area of eyewitness identification issues. So let's talk a little bit about the background here. In one thousand nine hundred four jennifer thompson was a twenty two year old college student with a four point zero attending ilan college in burlington north carolina. It was her senior year and her goal was graduate as valedictorian of her class and she was looking forward to a teaching assistant position where she planned on getting her master's degree in exercise physiology. She was a really smart girl. She was working two jobs during the day. She was teaching a women's health and aerobics class. In the evening she worked at a restaurant she also had a serious boyfriend who was attending nearby university and the two were talking about getting engaged. Things were going well for this young woman and meghan. I'm not spending too much time on her background here because there is a lot to cover in this case a lot has happened since the crime as well. Okay july twenty eighth. Nineteen eighty-four was a typical day for jennifer. She was attending classes and studying for final exams. She had gone to play tennis with her boyfriend. And then afterwards they went out to eat at a restaurant around nine o'clock jennifer came down with a pretty bad headache so her boyfriend took her home and he took care of her until around eleven pm when she fell asleep..

"Made me really upset. He was like on tiktok. You really upset because he was talking to the to the black community asking them like trying to community and he was using words. I guess like sister family brother there are people giving him shit for any any came back. Awning pas is that you could hear it in his voice. I want to cry. Said me venue that he said. That's what i say to people. Is there a certain way. I should you know and then i did a video and i told him i said you know then i cried after the you know. I told him. I said at the stack problem at all whatsoever. I said i was here with say we're together and i just want her to feel that way because all this stuff. You didn't find that little thing. You need rather families sister ship for that talks about everybody coming on here trying to bring unity together. You know. get other people's would would advise him not to find those people that say one thing. I've learned that you have to do. As i mentioned. I do a lot of about also do diversity culture coaching right. And when people say the wrong things you have to look at. What's the intent of experience because they just don't know better while they're saying it because the trying to be a troll now in china i can say that much more ignorance here so people don't know what to say they really don't because i could tell you so. Many people are met here. I'm first black person i've ever talked to. So they really don't know the proper words to us and those folks have to have a lot of understanding and look at what is what. What if really the intent yet. You know when it tasted the wrong thing for example with back in two thousand nine in south china shenzhen all the starbucks and the girl working there said. Where are you from what we should which is a question people in china all at foreigners where you from. I said the yet she goes. No you black. You kept from the us. And i based..

I'd look hey we got we going off. Okay, but tell us about you value. What do you know? What do you have going on with your company in? What? How do you what do you provide with your services? So I am called to speak to teach. I am a life coach the name of my business is on your life truth coaching with me Valerie C Thompson and in again, it was birthed through my passion for women my passion for connecting with women who have faith in and traumatic experiences as children, especially domestic violence. I want to help women or support women and coming out of it home. Truth that yes, I've been through something but I have the power inside of me to create the life that I want to live and it doesn't have to be through the bondage of domestic violence. So that's the beautiful part about it is when the pandemic hit I was able to go in and I say go in go inward, right? Because a lot of people were laid off. I was one of those that was laid off and I was like, thank you guys. So I was able to focus on the things that God called me to do and and one of them was again a really focusing on my business and creating a platform. On Facebook. So a lot of people know me as Valerie the encourager cuz again just created to encourage Inspire and uplift..
