Favorite Candy (MM #3868)

"The mason minute. With Kevin mason. We're a week away from Halloween, so that means the candy corn bashing has begun on social media. You either love it or you hate it, we talk about it all the time. But what interests me is a study done by the national confectioners association, the people who oversee the candy industry, talking about Halloween candy. Number one choice for giving away Halloween candy. We're not talking brand here. We're talking type of candy. It's chocolate. 60% of people give away chocolate like to get chocolate. 40%, gummy candy, and candy corn. They didn't just say other, they said gummy candy second candy corn third. Now what I don't have is an exact breakdown of what percentage of people give it away like to give it away like to get it in return, but it's not as hated as many people would like you to think. Bubble gum doesn't show up and I'll be honest with you as a kid, you never wanted to get bubble gum. You always like chocolate. You like the full size candy bars, but I'll tell you what, even if I was getting a small little pack of candy corn or even gummy bears back when they first started out, I didn't mind. Let's be honest. There's no such thing as bad candy, unless it's a candy bar you don't like. Then you're looking for a trade.

"This shooting tragedy involving Alec Baldwin you know I take no pleasure in seeing something like this or reading something like this I don't like Alec Baldwin He's an urbanite to me But that's quite beside the point This is a horrible accident You've got to feel for the guys Probably going through all kinds of hell As is the family of hanya Hutchins the wife and mother who died in the producer exceeded director who was also shot with the with a prop gun He's been released And they'll figure it out I do understand that the usual crew at least some part of it had walked off the set and went on strike or some such thing And maybe that contributed to it I don't know A friend of mine Bill corsair said you know whenever they used prop guns or so forth they would open them they would look at them they'd make a 100% sure that they were as they wanted them to be obviously But that said you know we're not the left I'm not on social media I don't have to comment on social media on every damn thing and tweet and so I can't tell you how relieved I am not to be tweeting And not to be on Facebook and so forth But it's a horrible tragedy

Jennifer Horn and Sebastian Discuss the Power and Magic of Radio

"Welcome back to one on one with kra LA's Jennifer horn. So let's tease this out because everybody's listening to the show why, because it's not just they want news. It's not just that they want information or the breaking news, they actually also want they actually love the medium itself. So let's delve into that for a little bit. You have taught me a great deal along with one other person who is also a mentor to me and that's John bachelor who I consider to be the master of the long form. I love long form radio. I dedicate one hour of the show. The last hour of the show, like this one to want to long form. And he helped me understand is you did too. With radio. Well, you just said it in the beginning. You said, you're talking to people at the most vulnerable, they're most private they're in their bathroom. They're at home they're making breakfast for their kids. So it's a different meal. Number one. And secondly, and I look at Russia and others who really led the way. Because it's auditory, there's no fancy visuals that you can use as a crotch. It's very intimate and it is about establishing a relationship, which really, if it's done well. And I think this is what you and your co host grant stinchfield and other great hosts to it's a friendship with the listener. Isn't it Jennifer? Absolutely. You know, I had a lot of coaching all throughout the years. There are a lot of people who go into talk radio consulting and there's a woman named Valerie Geller, who I think is, is phenomenal. And she's written a book about radio. And her most helpful piece of advice is she said, when you're doing a radio show, stick an empty chair in front of you. And just visualize the person that you're talking to. And so I think what's different is when you watch television show. And you see people even in cable news they'll say, our audience, or all of you at home. That's not very personal. Let's just mean you're one of the thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of people, maybe who are watching, right? But when you're on radio, when you are talking to you, can you believe this? What should we be doing about this? How do you feel about vaccine mandates? It becomes very personal. It's a one on one connection. You're not speaking to the masses in radio, or at least you shouldn't be. I think in good talk radio you are speaking directly to one person.

The Myth of the Clinton Budget Surplus

"Again for regular listeners my podcast this is the kind of thing you're probably gonna be like Gary goes again with the Clinton surplus It's something I used to talk about all the time The Bill Clinton alleged surplus in the budget You remember that For those of you who are alive back then and I was 93 through 2000 You remember the Bill Clinton years And one of the things that left wing media hacks were so proud of in the Clinton years is you remember this one Jim Clinton man he ran a surplus in the budget For the first time we had more money We had more money than we were spending You doubt me for the younger folks who listen to my show I know we do well in that younger demo Thank you to you younglings out there We appreciate your attention I'd like you to just go and put that in a search engine on your phone Put Clinton surplus You can read thousands tens of thousands of articles about the Clinton surplus Proving to you yet again that the media will lie to your face Why Because there is no such thing It doesn't exist Why does this relate to Biden lying to you about the $3.5 trillion bill costing nothing Follow me I promise it'll make sense in you So in order to make this easy I went to a statistics site I didn't go to a partisan site on purpose I went to statista dot com It's a statistics site They don't have a political agenda It is simply statistics taken from the government and everywhere else Everybody got that It's not a right leaning sight so that a left leaning site It is a number site It's a two plus two equals four We don't really care about your opinion site So I want this to teach the dot com Now if you put in a search engine matter of fact liberals go to your favorite one Go to Google which you swear is like some big truth to the communists at Google You swear by it's your golden calf God Just put in there Clinton's surplus and read all the articles about oh my gosh Clinton my gosh this is amazing He had so much money There was a government surplus So I asked you this when I go to statista dot com And I pull up the Clinton presidency years 93 through 2000 right When I pull them up I notice this pattern with the national debt So now simple common sense household math would tell you what folks if you had a debt say you had a $100,000 in debt And every year you ran over with your expenses $10,000 You'd be adding 10,000 to the debt Bad for getting interest for a moment just in simple numbers that in ten years you'd have 200,000 in debt I know liberals let me do the math slow That's 10,000 plus 10,000 plus 10,000 on ten times okay So you'd add you would then add a $100,000 more in debt right Everybody getting that the liberals I know we gotta do this slow I'm very sorry You had a 100,000 you added 10,000 a year for ten years You have 200,000 a day That's how that works Forget interest for a second Okay I got to keep this simple There are Democrats listening So in the Clinton years if he was running a surplus every single year and whenever ran a deficit but was running a government surplus then how is it that these numbers never go down and only

Biden Doubles Down on Bold-Faced Lie About His $3.5 Trillion Bill Costing 'Zero'

"Showing Here is Biden just openly lying to you again like the media is lying to you about there's a vaccine mandated Fox even though they know it's not true Here's Biden saying a $3.5 trillion bill is not only now he's doubling down on the likes he has no respect for you Not only is he saying it's going to cost you nothing Now he's saying this is great Not only is it going to cost you it's going to be a tax cut You're going to make money off this Here check this out Cost of the build back better Bill in terms of adding to the deficit is zero Zero Zero Because we're going to pay for it all In addition to that half of it is a tax cut Okay go eat something I don't have a cut coming for a while I want surprise you I promise When I see your head yeah you got some You got some time here Whatever you eat there go grab some Looks good Is it what a burger That's all I want to know It's not chicken fried steak when you are a Texan now Your New York bona fides are done Don't even go back to New York They won't even let you back in It's a good thing consider that a badge of honor So there he is Biden openly lying to again and as I said in the opening segment of the show you don't lie like this to people if you respect them If you care about them you only lie to people like that when you have a hatred in your heart for them You have zero respect for them right Now Biden knows full well that the $3.5 trillion percuss bankruptcy Bill which will bankrupt a bankrupt us and cause inflation like you've never seen before in your lifetime It'll cause a flood of 3.5 trillion brand new printed dollars in digital dollars to chase goods that don't exist I'm just asking you liberals out there even though your skulls are quite thick For a second to just digest something kind of in a common sense nugget If you're already acknowledging we don't have stuff It's locked up in ports because Biden couldn't figure out how to get people to work and truckers the truck and longshoreman to do it because he's anti supply side and supply side services If we don't have a lot of stuff now and there's shortages Do you think printing 3.5 trillion more dollars to chase stuff that doesn't exist What do you think that's going to do

Former Georgia Rep. Doug Collins on Trump's Appeal and Biden's Weakness

"Book, Doug Collins is with us former Republican congressman from Georgia on the subject of Donald Trump. This week, a quinnipiac poll came out showing that Donald Trump actually is more popular with registered voters than Joe Biden. One mainstream media outlet said, shock poll. Trump 41% favorability. Biden 40%. The only thing shocking is that anybody thought it was shocking. Yeah, but what do you expect? I mean, this is the media who's been obsessed with this. I mean, they have been in really what I almost say is a catatonic sit almost, except they're not laying prone and abandon where they're out actually screaming all the time since he came down the escalator to start with. Now, whether you know, again, no matter where you came from or where you started, Donald Trump has a way of connecting with the American people that it is still very prevalent in the poll is not shocking. When you have a president such as Joe Biden. I mean, just look at the contrast. President Trump, like I said, no matter what side of the fan she failed on. And for those of us who supported him, he would get, he would engage with the media he would fight back. He would give you his answers whether you liked or not. Joe Biden comes up reads a 7 minute statement. If he's going to take questions while I can't talk to you, or most of the time, though, the picture of this administration is him turning around and walking off without ever answering a question. There's no wonder. By the way, when people go to the gas bombs and at three and $4 gas when they see their shells in their grocery store with nothing on them when they see all of this going on inflation rising and they keep hearing this kind of elitism coming out of this White House. I'm surprised Joe Biden, frankly, you know what the shock pole for me is that it's 40%. No kidding. Yeah, I would think it would be about

Thought why would anyone ever partake in a crime documentary or podcasts. And working in this podcast in particular. It made me realize that people who didn't know the victim don't speak for them or speak about them. Then we're just going to get the story wrong. It's impossible to know the intricacies of someone's life hearing it secondhand through you know through an article or youtube video so in doing that. I think being able to hear details about dana wrote in being an incredible mother and hard worker. Like that's what paints the picture and makes you care court. What about you. So something from last week really stuck out in the case of curtis jennifer forget angie montgomery has been tirelessly tirelessly looking for resolution that has yet to come and one thing she said and this was even in dealing with law enforcement was. Hey guess what. The squeaky wheel gets attention and can reinvigorate an investigation. And you don't know if you're walking around in town and the person guilty of murder of your loved one is checking you out of the supermarket so to be able to bring attention to what is paralyzing. Many families in unknown grief and just not knowing. I think that's really important. I sort of feel strongly that if somebody has experienced something very traumatic and the rest of us are not made aware of it from a human perspective in that we are not forced to really care about it and get mad about it and make sure it doesn't continue to happen again then. Maybe that's not okay either. We're all sort of connected by the stories. We share good and bad and some of these being so wildly extreme. I would always say if something happened to me or my family. Please please do a podcast. Or a documentary or shout from the rooftops that we did this in our good times and that whoever did this to us would be brought to justice and then i pose the same thing to joseph here years ago. I attended the first grandson on over bentiu as guest of people that were present in there. I was on panels. And all that sort of thing. And i didn't really know what to think about it. You know because when i think about something says khan in it always thinking about people dressing like cartoon characters you know and living out these alternative universes you know that they kind of exist in private lives and that sort of thing so i didn't know what to expect and i got there you know and as an old investigator Have people know that would approach me and they call me up at night. You know late night while it'd be there on desk at the emmys office in atlanta and they'd say looking for my mom she's been missing ten years and entertain sending people years and years and listen to their stories and they just want somebody to talk to. But this took on a different tenor from me. When i was there. Something that kind of hunch me that gut. These people were showing up and they weren't just true. Cram fans they were flying. All the way from places like seattle and these people would show up and they had files papers and there would walk up to bus tears in their us. Say please. can you help me. My sister was raped in dallas. Texas in nineteen seventy five. It killed my parents is still unsolved. Please help and they're openly weeping. You know and i was. I found myself in that moment. Tom surrounded by people like this. And there's this great unknown and unseen massive people out there that are not served and the reason they're not served is because right now as we speak don somewhere right now or across the nation and there are people that are in mourning. And can you imagine always being in morning and never being sock lot of people closure. A heat had the opposite because no one ever gets closure and a homicide. It doesn't happen. They just want answers. So you know for me personally. Yeah got bit. You know that anything would happen to me mine. I'd say yeah. Let the hod come with a hair. You know do it. I mean if it's going to bring about information not closure closures something that's abstract if it brings about more information's going.

"Why did you become a journalist and specifically in true crime. I like finding out information. I think i'm insatiably curious. And i like to find out you know why things happen. And how they happen amend big wyan how person and the thrill of finding out information. What can i do in a day. They just started covering it. This world of knowledge that different pieces of people can figure out to me and they can piece it together and they can. And then there's justice right and then you use all of that for the you know seeking of justice and how the systems work is really interesting to me. Hell things work how. The court system works why what's going to happen. What do they need to prove as all. It's all part of the same sort of ingredients in the soup. I think joseph. How did you get into this line of business. What made you grow up. And say i want to be a medical examiner for me. It was fascinating. You see it from the perspective of all the peripheral issues that come up in that you see what's left behind and their weight. No life that they live. What's in their chest drawers at home. what's sitting beside the chair That daddy said in all the time lazy in front of the tv. You know the little table there where he kept his piper. Maybe what was mama hiding in the kitchen cabinets stuff that people don't see and i think this goes back to the bigger issue. The reason i think that this this is so compelling with all of these other cases and is dictated by geography is dictated by personality of a place pipe in pike county. It has it's i it is in the story in the story of these lives lost. It's it is a care. What is our obsession with true. Crime as those who follow it closely and dedicate our careers to it. What's up with that or storytellers. I mean back from the beginning of time right. I mean even caveman time. We were drawing pictographs to communicate so we we have a human desire to communicate and their compelling stories. Something bad happened and we want to find. I think we are seekers of truth or seekers of fact. How did this happen. That's why we rubber neck at car accidents and truthfully it's the classic good versus evil right good and bad. I think that's what draws us two things. I mean religious text. I mean most novels. Most i mean are you know. There's there's a protagonist in an antagonised. Also i was reading about why people love true crime as the adrenaline russia. Vet that you get this kind of your heart rate rises and you feel like what you feel like when you go on a coaster. I agree with you jeff. I think that listen to true crime. We're going on the trip taking the trip with people you know we. We might be just watching like you said our heart races. We get anxious. I mean you know it takes us into those phases and it does give us an. I come here through my own story my own trauma so you know. I don't know our people stories but you know my brother cousin giant dramatically when the car they were driving in seventeen years old love and i was extremely traumatized by the way that they die how they die and to my journey i was in a very dark place into my jury or darkness is the lying and you know us what how helped me to help on the people you know worked your firefighter families for ten years after nine eleven same families watch them he'll and research shows that peer support is one of the main things that help people out dramatic losses and like you said listening to other people had dramatic losses and not only survived but thrived house ours ended also helps he bowl. It normalizes people's experiences when they're going through dramatic loss to hear other people that have been that even the losses are different. I also think we're a little obsessed with death right. It's like one of the few things that we all can agree on. We all going to die at some point in the circumstances by which we do is very unknowable. For the most part and listen. We know we're going to have there's always going to be life in. There's always going to be death in how we die in. The circumstances is something that i have to assume slightly intrinsic for all of us to be curious about. I agree with that. I think every single time somebody dies. You're sharing at your mortality. I think that's why death is so difficult like you said this puts every time you you read here about these things like the massacres. You think about your own holiday. You're on safety your own death you know it. Just.

"Written as a marketing ploy, and again, they just enough vaccinate to inspire fear and get you to give me your email address and submit the a shit ton of marketing Go ahead, go ahead there birzeit cut you off a wondering enhances talk none of that. That was pretty much my skin. Court did. You dig into WHO's The guy really was you're like. Okay. This Day and age. You should be tech bullshit whole lot quicker. That's that's that is an excellent point at the argument mile resort to that, and again it's not really an argument but the. With everything going on in the that the violent riots, the burning down buildings, the attacks on civilians and police officers, and we're all hyper aware of that. Now because they're shoving at US twenty, four hours a day like we talked about ratings. You'RE GONNA get people that are more uppity and dare I even say higher level of paranoia than usual but I mean, is it really paranoia if they are out to get you? Yeah and the and I want to make air that I wanNA, make the point. The mainstream media does this type of shit all the time winner okay. They and they used their credibility to make this more plausible. Not The problem that I have with this is once you get into it it, it really becomes a cluster ill, he I it becomes a cluster fuck it becomes vortex swirling shit that you have to. You would you would have to think the every single. military member, a member of the intelligence community. A law enforcement would all have to be complicit in this scheme that you know they would allow eight eight, a hostile Chinese takeover of California. Okay. Now, California's definitely the loony left state but I don't think I don't think China's taking over any time. So go ahead. Sorry I mean I'm pretty sure I've seen this article before it was called Red Dawn. You know. That was that one awesome movie that they fucked up recently, that's when you're talking about. Yeah I mean it's pretty much the same scenario I mean. Honestly the the the problem that we have and I mean, yes, the the mainstream media does it all the time they divide with doing. You know specifically pointing out race of crimes that happen and Whether. It's the victims or whether the salient or vice versa I mean a, do it all the time to divide everything the problem with sit like this is those people that have seen the videos of your granny or whatever suddenly getting attacked and harassed by peaceful protesters. Air quotes peaceful go ahead. Yeah. Total air quotes You know the problem is, is that people see all those videos floating around and everything like that? They I mean it makes us this puff piece. Able to feed on those fears because people now start becoming afraid of the interactions that they run into when they happen to be around in areas that there is a protest or that. ANTIFA or or any of that shit is around there automatically think this. Type of stuff is going to do in the same as the mainstream media does with feeding on people's fear is now you know if anybody resist and believes this bullshit, they're going to sit there and possibly be armed, and now you have this mass fear of like it states in the article that they're going to be you know out in plain sight walking around people and suddenly start opening fire. Yeah. Exactly. Whether the of that's the intent or not you're absolutely right. So now all of A. You know. Let's just be honest actual peaceful protesters can be put in danger by Shit like this we all agree with freedom of speech but I mean, isn't that what this is in that? What we're ultimately leading to here I mean that's that's what it sounds like me. Yeah I mean it's taken attack on peaceful protesters that you know legitimately believe in what they're doing. Even if the message you know the the groups in the movements wrong message itself, they believe in and they're trying to do you know their their First Amendment right to peacefully protest at to enact change and everything like that which totally four absolutely what you're running into is now you're gonNA have I mean. Take our beautiful state of Texas here. I mean nobody's going to invade US anyways because here's armed. We don't even have to go into that. We we know that nobody's going into Texas and taking out over. That's not right but. Going by the going by the basis that you know most Texans have the licensed to carry. So they're carrying well anybody who believes this now somebody makes a simple movement or look shady or you know even the slightest thing that makes somebody question it they're gonNA start blasting without even having a second thought about it because they believe this kind of shit that literally is telling them that yes they're a complete danger and if you don't stand up for yourself, then they're gonNa you know rape, you kill you in all this stuff and Now you're. Now you've got all these murders happening on the street that are of innocent bystanders or somebody who was reaching for their cell phone that now they're getting killed and we're not even talking by cops or anything like that. We're talking by your average Joe that has a licensed to carry go for his protection, and now they feel threatened by you, and now you go back to. The Wild West laws and you go back to mercenary killings of I did it because what you want from good dig around me. That's what I thought. Iran attack because was I was afraid for my life, and that's you know that's something that we need to reinforce that. We all can we all embrace every single portion of the constitution including all the amendments in the bill of rights and? The, this guy has the right to state his opinion. But when masquerading something has actual news, you know this is this is just stupid. Yeah I mean this is this is this is point kerosene on a on a match you know in in hoping that you don't burn your thoughts. Okay while you're holding. The. Sort of movement should start movement called the media. I agree I agree I think I, think we should. We should look into turning night into it. But I. Don't think that's going to happen because I don't think any of us has the bankroll the fight to fight George Soros or or What's The guy? What's the other guy's name Oh We'll yet have that bank, but hey, you know try. that. We`re Working At sure. The. There was a big essay in Wall Street Journal actually in ago by the author owns reviving feely a- which was a book about allison girls and I think it was twenty, twenty, five, zero old book that they were updating for the current age and in their research a year ago they found that girls were experiencing record high levels of loneliness, anxiety and depression and. "After we were aware of what happened we'll be back to supplement congresswoman. I don't I don't know that off now. This was the largest data scandal candle with respect to your company that had catastrophic impacts on the twenty sixteen election. You don't you don't now catastrophic impacts get us cut she law which is the the only reason she even had a shot was because of platforms like facebook xactly yes candidacy along with all if Hillary had won. If Hillary you had one there's no hearings how if he if she had won they would love him he would be rapid abell candidate The the Russians allegedly bought a hundred thousand dollars a facebook ads and that was the catastrophic. Meddling what it wasn't. It wasn't the fact that she smashed in wiped out and smashing phones or Easter hopes. Thousand Emails Pasta with Semaine. She was so fake. She's falling down stairs or health as I mean what a joke anyway. You announced recently that the official policy of facebook book now allows politicians to pay to spread disinformation in twenty twenty elections and in the future. So I just WanNa know how far I can push this yes. I'm in the next year onto your policy. Because they're not going back to should I pay to target predominantly black zip codes and advertise them the incorrect election date all because because the black photon smart. Enough to know the date that they're gonNA do. So you black folks say Akasha has just said that that if we told you the wrong date for the election you're too stupid to figure it out and he would show up the right now. We've joked about that with liberals in general but if I said that about the black community and and made a joke about you know but she's not even joking. She seriously says she thinks that every politician in a district like that put out false information on facebook that the election date was changed that the black community is too stupid to see right through that. That's what she said well while they and they've also said that they're too stupid. Go get a license to show proof right. Yeah they couldn't. Yeah yeah if I was a black person I would be so insulted by absolutely funny. She mean to tell. Tell me that I'm going to get a facebook ad and I'm not going to be smart enough to maybe check the date. First of all all of these folks that are involved politically are involved politically right there. Helping candidates are talking about it out on the streets ain't no the date that they're going to get that we're gonNA vote. Shame on shame on her show. Of course he's got to throw the race card out there and of course the mainstream media just right problem let her go. Yup I mean when I say that I would love to see what what would the the backlash would be eh if we said hey just for the heck of it just throw some facebook ads out there with the wrong date the black community. You'll never figure out what I mean. How assaulting is at this? This is why by the way that the black folks are leaving the Democrat Party in droves because this guy condescending insult they're starting to look Edmund. Now I'm not stupid. I know what it is. I know I know how to get into. Who Was it? Like Jesse waters at went down new New York City streets black folks like e. Yeah of course. Well you won't be able to pull it out and show somebody vote. Yeah you're the idea of by the way. Let's finish on a hypocrite of the weak note. Harrison Ford did you see this Hollywood's most famous climate. Crusader yeah He plays by the way flyers fan of that. He owns multiple extravagant homes and He owns twelve private. The planes got nine motorcycles and six gas guzzling powered automobiles strip cl- airs and this is him getting the office. Nice One of his jets. So that's cool. I like Harrison Ford. Because he's done some good things with his plane like he He went up in the air. He was He helped a search and rescue mission in for a young child that was lost actually found him and he's done some good things. I mean. He's a good guys a good actor but these social justice warriors these what they call them. virtue who signallers. You know. Who Does He? Which plane is he gonNA give up? And that's the question to ask these liberals like Akasha Cortes spend five hundred dollars on a haircut you drive. SUV's and the number one candidate for private air travel. What are you going to give up? How are you going to lead by example? What are you going to really to make changes in your life? Not You're not Chelsea in my life. Let's talk about your first. How about one of the nine motorcycles are one of the six automobiles six hobbled ob Obama? He's a Hawaii. Came back and lectured all of us on income inequality like honestly seriously it was. It was his seventh seven trip Thoughts and prayer thoughts and prayers. Go out to California. I'm not exactly sure that's left there but it does seem like the entire state is on fire now. This is what happens with with this is the best thing with with the when it comes to liberals and not the best thing. This is the ironic part. The best part of irony is right here right so it is it is it is the result of liberalism. Awesome just Bernie Sanders. You sent me this this morning at this year's Bernie Sanders Somebody took a picture of him standing in front of Empty Shelf. South burner genius that that's not capitalism. Take a little trip to To any grocery store in taxes. And you'll see that. There's all kinds of food there right but Bernie if we employed your policies Venezuela. Did you'll notice that the the grocery shelves are now empty which was which was stage. The California talk about liberal policies for second and on this this is how this works folks put liberal policies in place at create the problem. Step one in California was these left wing liberals girls that wanted to know more clear cutting no more cleaning up the debris not war prescribed fires like they do in Florida all the time to help clear the underbrush we gotta let me be nature right so number one liberal policies create a problem now the result of that. Let me do that though. Power pop the natural. Oh brush on the floor and then of course on the power lines right well. The power lines are because The utility companies had the hundreds of millions of dollars in the Green Energy Schemes Games at the state has required them to do thus diverting money so again creating the crisis right so putting down all in place to create the crisis now step number or to one disastrous. Things happened from those policies. Blame something else in this case. Eventually climate change right. It can't policies fault be something different with the environment. Right Stealth number three. The forest floor went all on. Its own zone step. Three then is to come out with your big big government big tax span. Big Heavy regulation. You know heavy handed government policy. That's going to fix the problem that you created and now oh and here's what we're adding California. We're on step three now the state's on fire and these clouzot in the In the in the state capital are talking about doing more green energy more windmills. By the way is talking about rolling blackouts for the next decade. There's ongoing chronic problem for decades aides. Think about think about by the way. Think about the only thing that that That's still moves in California. Which is the tech industry You know ask facebook how they're going to do without the power. Ask Apple how they're going to do. They'll have their own diesel generators or their facilities. I was reading the poor winery folks who are like listen if we lose. This is our whole season right. Those all diesel engines. That smoke taste the wine. Poor these folks in the valley are wind has got to be at a certain chilling. Temperatures are whole. We've got wind that we've been now you know whole Oh years worth of stuff about so they had to. How would they bought a diesel generator? They had to took two things called. And Hollywood. Can't be.

"Been coloring. My hair for years loses fast. Forward that a bunch of years later and now they're saying Joe Biden. You're not welcomed. Yeah we won't see you in the White House. Thank God trump by the way in Chicago last week. They were protesting And actually they booed him at the At the world series game in Washington. There's a real shocker. So because I think trump was by the way I am telling you what he went down these statistics and he just lambasted the former mayor. The current police chief the current mayor. It's an absolute disaster that we played a couple of weeks ago the clip of the people in the The the Common Council meeting the same. Please don't raise our taxes again please. Can you just please please sign something to cut the hosting. They weren't listening like okay. We're GONNA raise your taxes just about just about a matter of how much so. So trump is beating up on the Eddie Johnson the police chief and he and he should have been there. No doubt about it but I believe it's a police. Chief that has accurately accurately said repeatedly Li listen. We know who these people are. It's not so much the police chief. I don't WanNa put this update police chief. This is our ship this is on the prosecutors. That refused to prosecute these people so the police go out near us. Thirteen thousand shootings. They've had this year. According to trump reported thought like eighteen hundred murders others. It's amazing how come that's not report it in fact every Saturday thousand thirteen thousand crazy shooter. Yeah People's thirteen thousand people shot Chicago. We should start doing every Saturday. How do we do a radio show? We should start the show by doing for previous weekend's Chicago body cow because we used to and nobody's talking about that anymore. You know what I mean like no I agree. I think we'll talk about you. Know One one shooting somewhere because it fits the narrative where you know a a troubled white kid that somehow got his hands on a gun. Then you find out later that he wasn't really right wing kid and he you know he bought the gun legally and and you know I should not have been able to buy the guy but we never updated anything in the in the background. Check system and Blah Blah Blah. But if it fits the narrative that's all over the place right every single night blood in the streets and nobody cares this crazy crazy with this including by the way including them including up the president comes into town and they're doing the press. What are you putting the president for the lookit good old Baba has been an advantage? Buddies have been in charge of the city for decades right. And you're happy with that. You're happy with the violence industry. You're happy with the thirty percent graduation. Asian rates in the inner city schools. There is that that's that's a teachers. Strike the teachers are on strike. Let's it's never going to get fixed until it goes bankrupt. You mentioned number to get fixed until it goes bankrupt. Let me just pivot for a second. I want to mention this because this is really important. And and we'RE NOT GONNA Have Tundra. We talk about this. Maybe we can talk about this a bit on the radio show upcoming weekend or or next next week. Teacher's Union now training members to use identity politics in the classroom. If I serious article and you read this it would make you throw up on your shoes. I mean I'm telling you what If there anybody who you know keep a close eye on your kids folks if they're in public school and they're learning and those public schools because the American Federation of Teachers Not Some League Rinky-dink Spinoff Union the American Federation of Teachers. The Nation's second largest teacher's Union took pages in its quarterly journal the American educator to instruct members to incorporate liberal ideology in classroom teaching so that goes on the you know they took writings from you know Communist in here if you others. They talk about In this report that they put in this is publications they put out to all. The teachers The college fix pointed out that forty four page page issue included thirteen reference tolerance fifteen to equality. Thirty two racial identity thirty-three to racism thirty forty diversity. Thirty nine discrimination should fifty two to prejudice fifty four to hate seventy nine identity and one hundred to two bias. That's how many times they mentioned pointing out those words inside of this particular and now the now the state of New York they're taking over the school boards as well so it's right exactly. Yeah there's this all you if you missed this by the way folks New York state now and this is probably going to happen. I'm Guests across the country. The teachers unions have realized that you know. Why do we need this whole check and balance saying nobody comes out for school board elections anyways? What they've done in places like like New York because they have craftily put the school board? Elections is far away from the general election. Possibly do it like may rise. Nobody's paying attention. They usually get right like less first and ten percent turnout right. That's what the school. What what the Teacher's Union has figured out is that well? We'll just pull field. Our own. Candidates will support them financially. Nobody could compete us. Go a little old school board member. That's going to try to run the beginning. The school board doesn't have the kind of resources that we do. So we'll just lost our own candidates. We'll we'll put our own candidates on the school board and now we'll have our own Handpick candidates no buffalo doing this for years. Now it's spreading to places like sweet home in Amherst. So now they'll have their own the handpicked you board members to negotiate the contracts with when it comes time to their raises and benefits. It's the criminals in charge of the of the prison. Exactly what you're doing. You won't see that. By the way in states like Florida taxes will fight right. The conservative states will fight that. But you know the liberal states like the left-wing states like you know of course New York Illinois that's right Illiinois New Jersey California. That's why I continue to say until they go bankrupt until Ah till they actually really truly run out of other people's money and the debt gets called. It won't stop. It will continue the insanity continue. And you'd think there's no way but but it you just pick it. I mean you would think in the school systems. Inner City School Systems. I would think that if I found out my kids were going to a school and there. It was a very high probability that less than half of them graduate that they have a lesson fifty percent chance of getting out of that school. There'd be no way in Hell. I'm sending my kids to that. That's cool but yet they do. And they continue to support the same policies and now fight for more of the same. It's like the graduation. Rates went from ninety percent to eighty eighty. We want more of its eighty to seventy. We want more of fifty two thirty. We want more of it. That's right well. They of course a little bit better. I gotta say there's a lot of folks in the inner city that are clamoring to get their kids into private schools or to charter charter school. Because in New York City. And you see this. That's right. There is thousand plus people long waiting lists these parents are it whether it be inner city or not it could be could hardly or another shame. Shame talk we're spending the city of Buffalo Twenty seven twenty eight thousand dollars a kid and there's a waiting list for a school that we could open up and very easily run for fourteen fifteen fifteen thousand dollars a kit or less. We say we could save all kinds of money and we'll get a much better education and they just refused to do it Let's Tesla by the way Tesla Eli. I mosque new. Solar City faced a liquidity crisis at the time of the two thousand sixteen deal. When does the SEC get involved with this guy yes? He's shopping forum. I mean I hate eight to say it but let's be honest here. That was look in frazier request. It should be public information as these are publicly. Traded companies when when Tesla woah publicly traded company bought out solar city public traded company. People requested the data and some boast of it was redacted. There was no reason for the. SEC is so heavily redacted document that is should be information for anyone to seats. Outrageous flew on Wall Street by the way doesn't eventually punish the stock. I mean really really really punish it to the point where it's worth a buck share. Something right I mean you and I were running a company like this and time and time again the. SEC was knocking at our door and by the way they found out that we've purchased a company that we knew was in a liquidity crisis but yet head it sealed the information that stock would open up down seventy five percent the first day. David don't get it. I don't get it before we go before we View the podcast. We gotta talk a little about this clip from Akasha Cortazar. Because you know we talked about the you know the the black community and everything else and we never yeah. This is really shocking. So so Soderbergh Berg and now he used to be the liberals favor right because he was suppressing conservative information. This clown Akasha Cortez. She's asking well how how come you don't you know How come you guys don't monitor for fake news? I'm thinking to myself honey. Half the stuff on right facing untrue untrue untrue he still he still by the way a liberal but as we've pointed out Rightfully so by the way about six to eight months ago We call this that they would start start eating their own now. They're starting to eat their own right because he's not because he's posting a little bit of the right wing. Conservative stuff is getting through their outraged. Yeah so let's play this clip. So she's talking about you know I'll I'll actually back it up a little bit so we can get a little bit of context. Because I don't WanNa start right where it is but eventually she asked a question about what if you could a political operative advertising a certain way. Oh you mean like the climate change folks that make up the you know. The polar caps melting of the polar bears going on there but only play available or the what about the diseases that we're gonNA uncover melting cosigner. No scientist ever actually found any diseases being scientists. Worry which ones because I haven't heard a single or how or how about when you acted like the kids were in the cage. But they actually really weren't right but but she forgot to play the video of the rats falling out of the ceiling district. She lives on the schools posted that one facebook was my hi Yvonne..
