"Sure what's up how can I help so I'm a second generation small business owner and we are hiring right now and I have a unique problem of needing some guidance through sorting through all the resumes and applications were getting worse for more people than we could interview and we put a lot of weight into you know how much time they spent on her previous job and I'm I'm not sure that's as relevant as it used to be I was just seeing if you had some red flags are some things that that you would look for if you were in my position yeah Jeff I think I would love for you to start by quick exercise tell us what will help you win the most one of the characteristics the qualities the skills that you can identify right now top of mind for an applicant you so you know they're the type of person who can help us win forty looking fourteen player team player what I like to collaborate works well with others okay so hurried to put our own two cents in great that's a great list right there team player a collaborator right so there's a spirit about a team player they're humble a collaborator again that's it that's speaking to their desire to actually get into the team environment get their hands dirty they're going to contribute it's not about them it's about the mission and actually enjoy the creative collaborating the rest of those skills those top four five things you listed off I'd be looking at the resumes for evidence of those things to start that's where I'd start you know that's the best way to do it and then you can do a quick phone call and look for those we picked up a book with for my friend Pat Lynch the only a few years ago and we had people here and we would say it was also just doesn't get it and we didn't really know what that meant although we just knew that they didn't get it like that and get the memo and wit and when we read Pat's book we started figuring out what we were meaning in his books call the ideal team player and ideal team player here is hungry humble and smart people that book right now the other people smart they're hungry meaning they go getter and their humble meaning it's not all about them if you're missing one of those three you're gonna have a problem inside out especially inside a small business and you're looking for you what you said is a sense of ownership to you want them to act like an owner R. which is one of our core values share yours all self employed and so we want to act like that when you're here think about what an owner would do wouldn't do that and that's out you're the right you're on the right track then now one of the things we do to couldn't to call it is we'll do a quick phone call and just look for culture fit on the phone calls and then we the first interview is no more than thirty minutes long if they make it to an interview do not spend more than thirty minutes on the first interview even if it's the best applicants in the entire freaking moral you're wasting your time do not spend more than thirty minutes and spend two thirds of that because you have two ears and one mouth two thirds of it listening one third of it talking she got twenty minutes of listening and ten minutes of talking do not go thirty two minutes do not go thirty one minutes thirty minutes because you what you're going to find if you haven't already found this and I found it back when I used to do the interviews I don't do them anymore but some people walk in the door and having said a word and you're already on it's all over it you know you are here you got confused somewhere along the line you got confused you're not qualified and so but you have to spend a few minutes with them and then if you don't watch you like people and I would spend an hour with somebody that I was never gonna hire a million years and it wasted their time my time frustrated by involved so now just just thirty minutes from get in and out and that sets the stage general quick you said you have so many applicants you can't talk to all of them how many we talking about in for what type of positions or position are we talking about shoulder to mid to entry level positions and yeah I would typically get you know three months ago I would've gotten five to eight resumes for the five or seven out of eight what what street trash can and today I'm getting you know Christy okay applicants to the same job I'm fighting fifteen but just look beautiful okay so let me let me just give you one other thing I think what Davis and right before you get to the phone call I think in these times with the amount of applicants that are coming in due to the massive unemployment numbers I would email all of these people and I'm of the test one of the qualities that they've talked about in Pat's book ideal team player I want to test for hunger she does not actually talked many times on the outer leisure park is used to host a program here for Ramsey solutions and Pat knight I think days an agreement you can't teach hunger I can teach humility I can train humility and I can teach people smart and train people smart I can not put an appetite in somebody that does not exist and he agreed with me on that I would send an email to all fifty I'd say some type of quick assignment doesn't have to be a long thing or trying to scare people but you're trying to delineate day between the people that are hungry and the people are just looking for give me an interview I wanna see some hunger I say some type of question like could you send us enough three hundred words why you want this job and why you think you would be better than other people that are applied something like that you can make up your question make it relevant to you I think the route those that respond I'd look deeper at their resume because I think they're showing some hunger at least some initial hunger just an idea give me a little bit more some test tool thing to jump over and want more money than people are searched will go yeah I'm not jumping over absolutely and that okay yourself selected you might get twenty eight out of the pile because they may just be mass emailing resumes letters telling us I'm telling that's happened yeah I was definitely happy so what we're trying a hundred resumes I got no responses religious crap done work as well that's right we're not looking for people with a pulse we're looking for people purpose questionable on the polls show now yeah you you people are wired up and fired up and so yeah I give him I mean I've known guys that were more manipulative than I would suggest but if it was like a sales thing you not send out sometime in the not respond for three four times and see if they'll keep coming at you that's right the sales about rejection another don't keep coming at you I don't I do that and I think that's a wee bit manipulative by this but it still makes the same point of if you put just a little bit of a filter up it'll screen out all whole bunch of it says right on the list for hunger by the way to your point Dave because you really created the interview process that of course we still do we teach an entree leadership and it's it's one of the hardest lessons every year Audrey master C. series how we do interviews our interview process it works folks but I will tell you something if you can get to the point where you come up with some of your litmus test questions to gauge hunger I'm telling you to really help you because people will say conger but the ones that are really hungry they'll stay on the line so to that extent that you can really do that it's going to really help you get the right people look for hungry people you can train them to do just about anything yeah I mean it in you can you can really test for all three things well you can but I think hunger super important yeah I want I agree with that it's.

"That rejoin their from TSN ten fifty as Leonard and his teammates did anything. They wanted with the seventy Sixers last night to move within one game of moving onto the Eastern Conference finals and a lot of people are wondering what's wrong with the seventy Sixers, and I think you have the start first and foremost, what we were talking about with Joel Embiid. He has not been right. He has not been healthy for a long long time during this series. And here was Joel after the game, basically explaining as we do some straight talk. Brought to you by straight talk wireless about what he's been battling through. I saw. No, I'm Noah God to about a job force to where gotta do little things. When omitted this quotable gotta show up, you know, canco until my physical condition, but I can also control much push myself. I just got to do more. I know that you know, gotta go back to game three the same energy got a half. That's one of the keys of me playing so played. So well, I sort of admire him for saying, hey, I, you know, I'm trying to be let's be honest. He is clearly battling something that is limiting him massive. What will he is? So what do we look at overall with this? Because we say this is one of the best lineups. Jimmy Butler, getting Tobias Harris, you have Ben Simmons is far as death. And I get it pick any team out there. And and take their best player down or not either. Out of the game. Or in this case either injured, and or in this case sick and your your team's not gonna play as well. But they supposedly have depth in the starting rotation, and they get the last two games and beat obviously not been good. But neither is Ben Simmons last night. They made twelve baskets between the two and thirteen turnovers between the two so can we sit here and say, well, this is the reason then if in beat is healthy this team can go further, but we do we have seen in with physical injuries already on big men below the waist injuries can be damning over the years and then bad timing on the sickness it happens. We know it happens and it happening here right now. But can we clear all that away and say we're still good with this team going forward? Even when some of the other guys I e again, Ben Simmons is stepping up. Yeah. I guess that's the thing though. Is we say that? Yeah. You should be able to adjust. But you're not adjusting in the regular season. You're not adjusting in the first round your. Testing against team in Toronto that could technically be the best team in the Eastern Conference at this point. So you're kind of have to dealing with a crack pipe at this point. You're just having them flushed by a really good team right now me quite Leonard is playing maybe the ban basketball of anyone this postseason, and we refuse to talk about it. 'cause he refuses to talk for the most part. So I feel actually we have most games out, really. Walk into that one. Thank you. Proud of it. It's what I mean. It's like it's happening at the most inopportune time because yeah, they can adjust. But you're just on the fly for guy had thirty three thirty three points to all right? But but you're right. But I think senior you nailed it though. I mean, Ben Simmons only scored seven points last night Healy took five shots. Now. If you're in the half court, right? My bigger bigger issue with Ben's like if you know, your guy, Joel is hurting you've gotta take more than five shots, right? You've got you've got to try to shoot it. More than five times. If arguably your best player is not going to be there in your your supposedly one or one c or one be on this team with Jimmy Butler. You've got to be the guy that says I'm gonna put this is load management. Right. He's gotta he's gotta manage more of that load of Joel Embiid all the other starters had more shots JJ six. The other three were in double figures and Mike Scott coming off the bench. Plate seventeen and a half minutes took as many shots as Ben Simmons did at five and maybe one more than Ben Simmons. So I guess in a game like this in a blow the series is over and you we keep hoping in the next game. Or at least Philly does does N beat feel better, you know, working through the sicknesses candy feel better. But like he said, and it's the way it is. But you know, is it a reason as excuse excution, look at it. A couple of ways is if you go out on the court, you got to perform right you're choosing to go out to perform. But man, we've all been sick. We've all been there, and it can be difficult to perform, and I guess this is why people are probably gonna Brett Brown this morning because Joel impede was tied for the most minutes among starter. Yeah. Joel Embiid also had eight turnovers like he was given. A lot of opportunities to go out there and affect the game any affected really negatively joylin be was making bad decisions last night. There were a lot of ugly turnovers that looked like a guy who was dealing with physically. Mentally all the things that good associated with sickness. And so is it your job? As a coach to pull back, the rain knowing full. Well, how important he is to your team knowing all those things if he's out there and being a net negative for you. Is it your job to kind of as the coach rain that in because again? Yeah, you're out there. That's fine. Should you be out there? Well, look, that's a great point in. Joel embiid's thirty one minutes, thirty points. He was minus fifteen. Okay. But then you look at Tobias Harris. Yeah. Minus thirty four with his thirty four minutes on the Rettig minus twenty one Butler might seventeen actually the five starters. You know, it was Ben Simmons who was minus eight it was the least worst by plus minus right? But but again just fi shot for Ben Simmons. I agree with you on that. That's certainly low. Yeah. He's got to find a way to step up and carry some more of this stuff. Meanwhile, we'll one thing Brett Brown. Doesn't wanna hear is people criticizing dwell on beat not understanding what he's going through healthwise. He was trying to do whatever he could to represent his organization in play basketball. For the Philadelphia. Seventy sixers. I'm kind of disappointed like he gets Shukan around to me too much like he's trying to play for us. He's trying to get out of bed with a significant temperature and come represent the organization. I think it's grossly unfair some of the criticism that he gets I understand that. Yeah. Listen. We talked about this yesterday. Mike any athlete can be sick or injured. But when you cross that line the line is you're if you're healthy to play your healthy expectations. They're exactly right. He as Mike you pointed out a couple of games ago. Thirty three points, look fantastic. When you have that much. Attention to you. And your thought to be the superstar you have to come before. You can't be one of the as you put it net negative and reason you're losing the game. Even if it sickness, if you go on the court, the expectation is that at least, maybe you may not be what you normally are. But you're still going to help the team get why they wanna go, and that's been a tough call the last couple for Joel on the more and more you say that we look up and go. All right. What's Ben's excuse like Charles by someone just tweeted this in it? I forgot about Charles Barkley said last night. Ben Simmons had another triple single like. I mean again, so anybody wondering how many shot in the playoffs. He's averaging right at ten shots a game. Really the right Rian JJ Redick about the same the lowest and beat fourteen Butler fourteen Tobias Harris fourteen and then Redican Bennett at ten took half that half that in a game. Where you're you're star is sick and hurting out there and you take half your normal shot. I really. Really really questioning talk about a broke jumper all we want Jaanus has been around here. A little bit longer, destroying I get it. Like, Ben Simmons for is gifted as Ben Simmons as they're still another like green mushroom level up for Janas that you get to and all this. But man, it is the point that we kinda here when we talk about Zion and everybody else, you don't necessarily need a jumper. When you've got some of the other gifts that these guys got the way the NBA game space right now. So this is sort of inexcusable. Yeah. It'd be the bottom line is he's got to find a way to be more productive, especially if Joel Embiid is going to be limited. So we just been talking about a illness for Joel Embiid coming up a nother injury for a player away from the field. That may have devastating consequences. We'll get to that. A couple of quick words here, Mike, we all have busy lives and even the seemingly simple tasks like Hannity grocery store. Well, that can be a pain. Sometimes that's why you need. Walmart's grocery pickup and delivery, quick, easy convenient. We love those rewards..

"We stop demonizing people and realize the biggest terror threat in this country is white men. The wisdom of Don lemon as summed up tonight. Single sound bite. There are four however that black hole sucking up the airliner over the Indian Ocean. Then retreating back into space. That was a good one. Monday to you. And welcome another crazy weekend filled with crazy crazy. Radical Islamic troglodyte from the hell massacre, innocent Christians on Easter attacking three churches and three hotels in Sri Lanka. To murder in the name of Allah and Islam it's called radical Islamic terrorism. It's the jihad it's the civilizational war. It's civilization against the opposite of civilization at savagery and barbarity against civilization. And and there was some fun out of that yesterday because the Democrats Barrack Obama and Hillary Clinton they decided to jump in on Twitter. Most people shouldn't have Twitter, and they proved because there's what you do you see take you take their tweets after the New Zealand massacre at a at a moss to mosques in Christchurch New Zealand. It's called Christ Church. And and then you compare what they tweeted after the events occur of at least two hundred ninety Christians plus wounding five hundred more on Easter Sunday at Catholic churches and hotels in Sri Lanka. And you see that there is a qualitative difference between the Bronco bummer. Response to New Zealand where Muslims were killed and Brock Obama's response to Sri Lanka where Christians were killed. And a lot more Christians by the way, but it's not really about the scorecard necessarily Hillary Clinton than exactly the same thing. And then Elizabeth Warren jumps in. And they say that they were Easter worshipers that were attacked. They don't call them Christians. Apparently, there are people that worship Easter and they were attacked. Maybe that's why they're attacked because they're worshipping Easter which is not really what you worship on Easter, you know, where ship Easter, but let's not get caught up in technicalities now like so many in the petty American news media would and do on a daily basis. Let's just stick to the facts, ma'am. Thank you very much. So a lot to get to there on the the massacre of innocence by truckload I'ts from hell on Easter Sunday and Sri Lanka. Now. The numbers are as I said at least two hundred ninety murdered at least five hundred wounded saying. Seven or eight suicide attackers. There was another vehicle that was detonated. Apparently by police in front of yet. Another Catholic church this morning, our time eastern time, and they believed that it was another car bomb. Waiting to go off outside of yet. Another Catholic church little Easter surprise from their religion of peace. Thank you very much. And so we have that going for us, and an amazing an amazing story, we have MSNBC door stuck with you know. The door stepping they call it kind of ambushing, Robert Muller. He went to church at Saint John's. The little yellow church across Lafayette square from the White House. The church of the presidents and Muller. Was there for Easter services? Yesterday said a Piscopo church with his wife, and when he came out at crack NBC news reporter was near reports. They call him a reporter, Mike Vaccaro Vicaro as guy right as Vaccaro Vicario Cario of akara, Sarah, vicar, Mike Viqueira who watches that guy on that. Let's a cable station, nobody watches, you'd be more likely to know. What's on the cartoon channel at any given time they get better ratings of the cartoon channel. But the this this reporter will call him just to the generous for NBC very excited was able to ambush Muller when he was going to car with his wife and hid him up with really clever questions like will you testify before? Congress will you testify before congress? And Muller said, I have no comment, and then the genius reporter, Mike. Vaccaro Mike Viqueira. He said, are you sure about that, sir? Wants to be respectful what he's ambushing them going to car with his wife exiting eastern mess. So he says I have no comment. And then the the pointed question that comes back being the crack reporter that is are you sure about that? So yeah, I'm sure about what do you? I'm not a moron. I'm I know. I have no comment. Yeah. I have no coming and and and if you've been a really good reporter he would've asked again, he would best. Are you really really sure? And then said, no comment again. And that was it an NBC is very excited that they send the anchor was all a Twitter. She was she was exuberant. She was so excited. She was titillated. The fact that Mike Vico was able to shout a question like will you testify before congress? Oh that is Mike. This is the stuff of lucite blocks. I've got a say this guy has good. He's going to probably get a lucite block for this. Because he was so good. And and that is only a part of our spectacular in February lineup for the today. CNN and MSNBC MSNBC today they got to I watched them for a period of time. And they got I watched tune at six AM to see their coverage of the massacre of Christians by Muslim terrorists, radical Islamic jihadi terrorists hell bent on the destruction of civilization. And I wanted to see their crack news coverage because their news organization. Remember? And they got to the story at thirty one minutes after the hour, thirty one minutes of trumpeting. And then at thirty one minutes after the hour. They said, oh, yeah. By there. Some people were apparently killed in Sri Lanka. What about that? And I spent a couple of minutes on that. And then back to hating Trump. Great stuff. They're really good. They're they're a news organization. Don't the New York Times you see the New York Times reporter when they were talking about this priest when luck cathedral Notre Dom in Perry. France was on fire a priests at Notre Dame went in and rescued many of the treasures of the Notre Dame cathedral. And when he went in one of the things that he did was he secured, the consecrated hosts this is for Catholics. The host is a smallish white. Wafer that is used for communion, and it must be the host must be. Blessed. They are then concentrated, and they from that point on are referred to as the body of Christ when the take communion the priest will say about of Christ and you'll say manual, except the consecrated host referred to as the body of Christ take this drink from it, you know, the blood and the and the body of Christ. It's a sacrament and the Catholic church and the New York Times reporter heard that the priest retrieved the body of Christ. Now, the New York Times reporter wrote that he went in and got a statue of Jesus because you know, they send these godless atheists dogs to go cover Christendom and capitalism, and they do it with contempt like they they cover middle America and fly over country. So that's something you're times reporter. Yeah. Body of Christ is some kind of statue of Jesus I guessed their heathens their they're mongrels their their godless if he has dogs, they're the New York Times. And they will put out for scoops. How is alley what can doing? They're the one who sleeps with sources all over Capitol Hill to get scoops. So she's she's working her way right up the ladder their New York because as you rung by rung. And the New York Times also admitting that the the dossier was a lot of hooey it only took two and a half years. And and also a story in the near temps by somebody who doesn't work at the New York Times saying you guys headed all run for the last two years. Maybe it should admitted they won't they did agree to publish that peace, and we have a little girl. Impersonating Alexandria, Cossio Cortez an eight year old girl who looks kind of like, Alex, Senator Cortez. I think she's smarter than and more knowledgeable than L, and she did a video online. It's only I think it's a minute fourteen in my wreck, and she talks at like Alexandria, Cousy Cortez talks about socialism, and and fun stuff. That's that's good stuff. And of course, Jake tapper and Riddick Juliana. They're very upset at CNN because really Giuliani said Jake is very upset. They agreed to take a meeting with people who are Russian. You can't do that at no point. Did he bring up? The fact that the entire dossier. Hillary Clinton's opposition research is all from Russians all of it from Russians and from nobody but Russians only Russians, but Jake tapper seems blissfully unaware of this or completely disinterested in mentioning that in the context of the get Trump mission. And and then panel after panel on MSN CNN today and yesterday Rudy Giuliani said it's okay. If they took it information from Russians, this is outrageous. And they're all outrage again, how are you people? There are only two possibilities. You're incredibly. I mean, like two digit IQ dumb. I mean, like low not in the eighties or nineties. I'm like the fifties or sixties dumb. I mean, certify you're eligible for aid dumb either that or you're just so shockingly dishonest that you really should be pimping out in the. The open as democrat party apparatchiks not pretending to be anything else. Because the whole thing for the last two years was about Russian opposition research provided to the Hillary Clinton campaign by Russians by way of Michael Steele. Excuse me, Christopher Steele. Not Michael Steele, his not doing too well on MSNBC, but Christopher Steele, the former British intelligence operative. We're all supposed to be oppressed. Like, he's JAMES BOND. He called a few Russians on the phone. Got a bunch of fake stuff about Russian hookers peeing on beds. And then gave it to Hillary. Hillary shopped it around got it into the Justice department, by way of Bruce, horrors wife, got it into the State Department, by way of one of Hillary's apparatchiks. Got it to John McCain by nefarious sources, and they're spreading around they'd briefing up the New York Times and the Washington Post on the dossier and the head Christopher Steele come in and brief them, and that's all Russian dirt. On Trump used by the news media, and by Hillary, and now they're outraged to find that the Trump campaign what didn't get dirt on Hillary from Russians. But it almost happened could have happened. They demonstrated a willingness to accept dirt on Hillary. And the news media still outraged all these years later while completely ignoring not turning a blind eye to but religiously avoiding any discussion of the truth of the facts, and the facts are that the whole episode that we've been spasm out about for the last two years was based on Hillary Clinton's opposition research, which all came from Russians. Just just amazing amazing stuff. So good stuff to to get there. And of course, all the raisins that had to be handed out to the murderous-suicidal troglodyte s- from hell called radical Islamists. It's political Islam. That murdered all those Christians on Easter in churches, and this is truly appalling appalling stuff it it, obviously is not just a massacre. But the responses, and we have Jesse smollet update to that. We so those are just a few things that we're going to get to today. Now, what are we we have? Let's go to Mike Viqueira of of NBC news. Mike Vico NBC news. They're very excited. He was covering the White House on Easter Sunday, which means he's a fourth year reporter because nobody gets Easter Sunday morning duty covering a beat where you gotta do lame live shots, and they're like, hey, wait a minute. Robert Muller was caught going to church over there recently at Saint John's, maybe he'll go back today, and we can ambush him. Now, actually tell you let's take let's take a quick break here. And and I want to I want to get to the NBC MSNBC audio sound. Bites of the ambush of Robert Muller..

"Well, Robin. Lopez was not out of his mind yesterday. Great. He played thirty one minutes. He was only three of seven eight points and he grabbed two rebounds. So it wasn't like he had a Madras John had himself a ballgame. Chris Don, thirty nine minutes ten for twenty four three threes. Three or five at the line. He had six rebounds, thirteen assists and only two turnovers. He was a piece and marketed thirty eight minutes twelve of twenty one five threes in eight attempts thirteen. Boards, five assists and thirty two points. Put in the soap opera that is as Jim Boyle interns. I saw something on the sidelines from him last night. I don't think I've ever seen in an NBA game before. Okay. I've never done by. They have called one NBA game. I said it on a broadcast and all these are. But I've done well north of a thousand college games. I have never seen what you're about to refer to Jeff green gets an open look at three. And it's right in front of the bulls. Bench Jimmy is up there coaching and he yells, right? As Jeff gets the pollen and his head. And Jeff jacks up the three pointers and MRs not too long after that. Bobby Portis, also got a clean, look, and he yelled, Bobby Bobby did not get down. But I'm like, whoa. What are you doing? Exactly. I would I would like not ship or what I mean. I don't know. I I would like to know what Di hell that was. We don't have a Jeff on our team that was guarding him. No. Because it's clear lights caught this. This is Doug as I said to you. Okay. You are my player mallards degrade shoot around the other team. And I'm like, Pat, you've got Meller and every time he touches a by need you up on him. He makes shots from all over the place. So Meller catches the ball in the shooting area. And I'm young. Pat, pat. But we don't have a Jeff. So he's obviously yelling at the other shooter. I don't get it. I've never seen it. It all my years. And then they you know, they let a lead slip away. They go to overtime. And would it not? But it was very bulls. Like it. It was very Jimmy Boylan. That's Jim Boylan running the old six on five defense where he's the extra defender there. Can you get in on that you like that? Or no. I mean, I would love to ask him. And I I liked you mean, I think he's done a really good job building these relationships. I'm hearing yesterday from somebody. I trust that Zach is all in with this guy. Now, they are tight and they have really worked through their issues, and they felt like after they got rid of Bobby and Jabari things turned in that locker room. And they said these guys are all together, they're they're together. So if that's the case great, but please explain what you were doing last night. Well, if they're together, they're all gonna be yelling in unison. Jeff exactly whoever whoever's open on the opposition. When they get a good. I'm looking at the minutes from last night marketing played thirty eight Lopez played thirty one didn't do a lot done thirty nine shack Harrison thirty nine Blakeney Twenty-three. Those are your starters. Felicia got twenty one minutes, he went seven for eleven six rebounds. And assists. Still put up a minus four in the plus minus archdeacon oh, twenty seven minutes scored seven points. Wayne Selden got twenty minutes. TLC got twenty six minutes and then Hutchinson Levin. Otto porter all out last night. Hutchison been out awhile. But they sat there two best players other than Lowry. And they still found a way to win in overtime. Look. I had an issue the previous game when it was Robin Lopez that was carrying you to the finish line. I don't have an issue with last night's. There's nothing you can do nothing. You can do. It is what it is. You can't text Jim Boylan on the bench and go. Okay. That guy got hot get done out of the game. You just can't do that. It is what it is. So we'll see they've got their record now sits at twenty one and fifty two. So they get nine games left two games behind game and a half almost two games behind the Cleveland Cavaliers anyway on college basketball. Arizona state was a winner last night Saint John's proved to me they did not belong. I just don't think they're a very good team. I dunno. Chris Mullin's gonna lose his gig over this. But he did finally get them to the tournament. So to speak the first foreign Dayton. Arizona state's at talented team. They've got ability man, and it sets up an interesting matchup between buffalo and ASU right in the buffalo, which was coached by Bobby Hurley he recruited most of the roster. His assistant NATO is now the head coach at buffalo there. Thirty one win team. Is legit legit. Although they did lose it northern that they went into Calvin got upset there. But that happens in the MAC anyway, this thirty one win team. They're going to take on a really talented Arizona state team. And it would not shock me to see. Arizona state make a little bit of Iran. I'm not telling you they're going to win the title, but on state is going to take on buffalo tomorrow. And then they will probably get a very good Texas Tech team who defends the heck outta ball. But Texas Tech is a little offensively challenged. I like him. I don't have it in the final four. But if if if somehow some way tech was to stumble Arizona state's got a shot man to get to get to the final four. They may get knocked out tomorrow. But if they don't if they can get by buffalo in Texas Tech. You never know never thought Loyola was going to get there. A year. Ago. Now, I've got I've got Texas Tech winning a few games and actually beating Michigan. That would not shock me either. I'm not as big on Michigan as everybody else. I think Sparty is a far better team than Michigan. I do say far better. I do I think Michigan defensively is superior. I think task too great coaches great. So I did my bracket finally last night. My wife said to me enough with the research ready. I want to go to bed because I kept saying hunches stay up with me. I'm just gotta finish this. She's like just do it. So all right. Screw it. I just started going, and I have here. My Sweet Sixteen teams. I've Dukhan MSU meeting in the it makes sure Tim lead eight Duke, an MSU meeting in the elite eight in the east Texas Tech with Gonzaga advancing out of the west. I have Michigan state upsetting Duke to get to the final four. I have Virginia knocking out Perdue to go to the final four and North Carolina knocking out Kentucky. But I have some upsets in the earlier rounds. I've got Dalmat taking out LSU. I've got Minnesota the ten taking out Louisville. That's the first game will carry here on ESPN one thousand in an eight nine I've got the nine Baylor. I have as I said the eleven see there's on a state taking out the six seed buffalo and then on the other side of the bracket. I have ole miss taken out, Oklahoma. I have Wisconsin going to rounds. A lot of people on Oregon. I am not their best inside guy. Ball ball is been out and he will not play. So I think it gives Wisconsin's Ethan half a real advantage inside. I've got to making a run to the elite eight but not getting to the final four Iowa the ten knocking out Cincinnati. Trying to think what other upsetting I had one other up say of Iowa State making a little bit of a run. So we'll see where this whole thing. Shakes out. So my elite eight look similar to you Duke. Michigan state Duke winning that game. Gonzaga in Texas Tech with disasters taking that I have Virginia and Tennessee, I think Virginia has the easiest path as far as the one seeds go agreed to get to the final long as they. Don't stumble with Gardner Webb today. Tommy like a year ago losing in Baltimore County. It happens UNC and Kentucky with Kentucky advancing Duke in Virginia playing for all on April eighth with Duke, cutting down the nets. But we'll see a lot of people are concerned with their their lack of production from outside the arc. I just I've been burned too many times by Michigan state. I have a feeling I have a feeling better. Jordan cornets got Michigan state to win it all. So we're at twin peaks in Warrenville off deal road. It's already open. There's already people in seats. But there's plenty of tables. So if you'd like to get in here early get something to eat have a cocktail Bloody Mary and get ready. I games at eleven. O'clock have your business meetings right here, you use your iphone just get rid of the sent by my iphone thing. It looks like you're in the office. So come out the twin peaks already open the White Sox made a big signing yesterday. We'll tell you about that next and give you some March madness picks with the spreads Philly. "Komo somebody broom I went through figured if us stand here in front of this Red Sea, I'm going to die at the hands of the same. Simpson's that have been terrorized in me when I'm not going to stand here in die. If I'm a I want to drown going through. I'm going through if I'm a dial. I'm going through. Now. Now. Now. The word of God. I love the fact that they went through. But the point of the night is not what you went through. It's not what you win through as much as what you went through as important, and as much as what you went through is is is is indicative of some of the things that you might need the deal with. I'm not saying that it's not important. What you went through. I'm saying that that's not what God told me to talk to you about tonight on this auspicious occasion at elevations church praise party twenty eighteen slash twenty nineteen as we are thirty one minutes away from a new year eastern standard time United States. Said don't you spend this whole sermon talking about what they went through? He said right in the middle of the sermon I want you to shift from what they went through to why they went through. And now we need to go back to the text. Because remember there's water on the right side water on their left side for their enemies. It was a trap but for them. It was a path..

"I had their live announcement to announce two new maverick to drones. And again, the rumor mill on this one was pretty spa. Hot on the first one is the magic to pro with a one inch image sensor hassle color science, and then there's the DJ I medic to'soon with a zoom -able twenty four to seventy optical zoom lens. The first of its kind in drone new features include professional grade, hyper lapsing and Dali's zoom. You know that old offered Hitchcock Steven Spielberg move where you zoom in with the lands that your Dali ING out. You can actually do that on a drone now, which is really cool. There's incredibly improved obstacle avoidance features. It will automatically recalculate your route. You can lock in your course route. So you can actually do several passes at the camera shot using the course lock feature and a thirty one minute flight time with Oltra quiet rotors the word that came to my mind when I was watching the announcement was culmination. This is like the culmination of five years of steady drone development. Into what I now see as almost the perfect aerial cinematic platform.
