"Have to start or listeners. Who might not be familiar with your work. Will you give us an overview of who you are and what you do and sort of the journey to get to where you are today. Sure name is tim grover. I'm best known for training. Professional athletes such as michael jordan. Kobe bryant dwayne wade. Russell wilson hundreds of others. Charles barkley came allies one. Who's who in the nba. Have pretty much worked with Do a bunch of business with different. Ceo's of companies. Now just to get. I don't even go into. I'm not even the mindset space. You know because that's too general. I put myself on a winning space. That's what it's about you know. 'cause people get confused when they talk about old mindset what actually is mindset i've defined into a even more of a fine lines as hey i teach people how to win but not only to win to win over and over again and not just in business in life in relationships and everything that's going on. It's an it's an. I take a different approach. I'd take the brutally raw honest approach to it kind of like you. I still everybody. It says are messages. Aren't for everyone what they should be right right. Well so let's let's start with this sort of. I am not a sports fan. I don't watch sports. I'm not but i'm a massive fan of athletes. Like i have forever been fascinated about how athletes at the highest level. Get to that spot and even harder. How do you maintain it. How do you come back year after year. And do it again. And so i found your. I found relentless which i think i've read six times maybe unbound relentless because i was just interested in sort of what is the psychology of athletes at that level. But can we go back and start with this story of how you ended up training with jordan like you were not. You weren't training with athletes that his level that can you talk about. How in the world did you even getting your foot in the door. And then how did you know where to start with what you were training him and how him sort of tweak to get better will you don't want it's funny I'm both my parents are indian descent. So you know when you're going you have to occupation choices if you are if your parents are in especially back in especially back in the eighties number. One was to be a doctor who was to be a doctor. And i wanted to do neither neither one of them so when i went to college just like anybody else. I didn't know what i wanted to do. And one of my guys counselor said. Hey we have this. New program called kenichi algae i it's about exercise and movements muscles advise a lot scientists so forth she goes. I think it would be really good at this. So i take a few courses at an. I absolutely loved it. But i was like okay. How do you make a career. How do you make a living out of this. So i was like. I don't wanna be a doctor rice still. I'm still in the science space. I said you know what. I'm gonna trade professional athletes so when told my parents i said i'm going to train professional athletes. That's what i wanna do and then like what does that even mean like. What does that even mean. Because you know back in the late seventies early eighties like professional. Athletes didn't have trainers there. The boxers had their trainers. And you know you had to train for the olympics but other individuals did not having to kind of create a whole industry. So after i finished school. I finished out with a master's degree in exercise science. Just like anybody else. Didn't know what i wanna do didn't have any real jobs lineup. That were that were appropriate. Because i didn't know what you do what you do with this degree other than be doing. Ministration work or become a become an educator. I just didn't know so. I took a job at a local health Minimum wage back then was three dollars and thirty five cents Dollars and thirty five cents. So i took the job. I took the job so at local health club. I said i. I have all the knowledge. I have a lot of knowledge on how to work with individuals. But i have no practical experience. This'll be a great way. So i got in there. I signed a work my way up to a trade act. He had to work my way up to a house the most educated bursts but i still have to work my way no problem you know i have no no issues with starting starting at the bottom so after about you know three months they allow me to start training individuals. I cited train everybody that was available. I got. I got an unbelievable results. And this was just whether they wanted to be a recreational athlete whether somebody that wind lose weight somebody who's coming off. You know just giving birth to a child Whatever it may be so. I got known as a person that like delivered the results which was excellent for me because it got me a chance to really work on my craft physically work on it talk people see try different things out not just where i learned different avenues that how wind and bill and there was a small article that i saw a local newspaper said michael jordan is tired of taking the physical abuse from the detroit pistons. And he's looking to get stronger. He's going to be getting bigger and stronger as okay. I said you know what i'm gonna do the nba rox. I said i'm a right fourteen ladders. And i say exactly right because back that no email's the only people that had cell phones where the big ones you throw over your back and i couldn't afford. I couldn't afford one of those so you literally. I wrote fourteen letters. I wrote a letter to every chicago. Bulls burke michael jordan. 'cause i was like okay if one of these individuals respond to me. Maybe michael seat. What kind of work i've done. And he might be interested. So i mailed the letters out in the back then. The letters go is fan mail so what they do is they take all the fan mail and they put it into the locker of all the different players so member the only person i did not write a letter to michael jordan. He might. He took the lot letter from somebody else's locker that an open it and handed to the t. Physician athletic trainer during that time. So he find out what this guy's about. Wow i mean that's crazy twist of fate. That's amazing that is that is crazy. So that's when when somebody calls me crazy where anybody says. Their ideas are crazy. I said you're you're going the right way. You go about things the right way. All because like i what what are the. What are the chances. But you know what they'll be zero. If i did so for the next three months. I had the athletic trainer on call me at said. Hey we have a client. That's interested in your service is didn't tell me who will loss had no idea. So lily they put me through three months of biggers testing knowledge practical all kinds of actually more extensive than i went to school where i went to school for that later. They said you know what they gave me. The address said we want you to meet. The client's still didn't tell me who it was still didn't tell me what i said. And this was before the big aided houses and all that other stuff we just kind of ring the doorbell. So give me the address. I go to the house and ring the doorbell once. No answer ring a twice. No ring his free time than like what's going on third rain michael jordan of the door okay. Now what's your what's your. Are you like a good poker face. It you have a great poker face except when it comes to kids and pets. I around around people around adults at things and i'm not a star trek person so i'm not stars on starstruck purse. So here's a case by. He's a one person. I didn't send a letter to so didn't do my research on him as much as i did on everybody else on the team right but him being who he wasn't there was so much information available by Timing spot on tv news. You're able was able to eat. You kind has knowledge about what was going on was going on with him. So invited invited eight invited to the house i. We sat down and talked for about thirty minutes and told him what he told me what he wanted to do. And i told you what my floss..

Thanks to confidence in the vaccine commuters considering a return to the office and travelers looking to fly. Again we are at about national average today to twenty five a gallon. The Lazy Man Build Strategy For Display Campaigns

"We've been talking a lot about display. I think one reason display so popular and let me know if you agree with this. Chris is because was searched. We kind of know what's realistic. We know what to expect on a good campaign on an okay campaign and then we know kind of when it came pains not working. It's pretty obvious But the the possibilities are fairly defined in in kind of our minds is but with display There's so many ways to go about it. The network is so huge. There's so much inventory That the the outcomes i think are spread across such a wide range that display success can mean so many things so many different people That the possibilities are very inspiring. And so do you kind of get the vibe from people when they talked about the display network like hey we're only scratching the surface. Let's figure out what's there is that do you think that's why it's kind of very popular these days among our audience. I think more personally. My thought. And from what i've heard from our patrons is the lure is because cpc on a search campaign can be so restrictive especially for small budget campaigns. And i think the fact that you can get clicks at five times the rate ten times the rate depends on whatever your search. Cpc is if you're paying ten dollars a click on google dot com and you can get stuff for thirty five cents on display. You know even if the quality is kinda crappy. It's still worth the investment to try things like that. That's what that's what. I assume most people because that's what i'm interested in is a large volume and if i can get point zero one percent of those to be a success. I'm still ahead. You know it's another fun thing about it from just to use her manager perspective is you can do a lot with it. You can get a lot of data you can test ideas and find out if they work quickly and cheaply because is usually so much Inventory And you don't have to bid ally and it just leads to a lot of like a lot of idea generation so you've come up with a very particular strategy that you're saying yes is both cheap and effective and so i guess let's start off your what. What is the goal of this strategy. What kind of situation that you find yourself in maybe for a client when you would recommend this con- strategy okay. So i wanted to find effective when i say effective. I want to lower the bar a bit. Because i don't necessarily mean conversions and phone calls and form fills and lead generation. Not talking about tons and tons of that. Okay if anything on this show. We are very practical down to earth. We're not gonna. We're not going to blow your mind with these high in the pie in the sky type of ideas that that are totally ridiculous. Get your hopes up. And you're gonna fail your campaign for your clients and lose your business. I want you guys to be successful and what you do to help your businesses and your clients. So i'm gonna tell you this. The first goal is it's going to avoid the crap of the display campaign. And i said that i don't. I don't know jason. There might be that you know what. I'm checking my mailbox. Just like you said for saying that for saying that. There is crap on the display network. I may get that same. Are you saying for one business. You would not want to show up on all three million opportunities out there gonna be a good fit for your business. It's a very good way of saying it. Yes there are some places in claimed brother debt cleaned. Yeah i know. I know maybe my dog grooming business that i'm advertising doesn't belong on all three million sites. So the idea is to get real clicks from people that have a small degree of interest in your service or product. Okay say that again. This is real people real clicks with a small degree of interest in your service or product.

California wants to ban gas-powered cars, but is the auto industry ready to go all electric?

"The trump administration is not pursuing climate-friendly Policies California is Governor Gavin. S. service members from their bases there the chancellor says Angela Merkel says she was given no advance notice in San Francisco I'm at Baxter Paul all right thanks very much indeed I guess this half hour is Hank Smith CIO at Haverford trust me here to talk about the outlook for markets which have been performing the ticket Lee well especially after that surprise that U. S. jobs report but Hank as Doug mentioned before the break a lot of this recovery has been predicated on the expectation of more stimulus from the federal reserve in the government as well Sir given the encouraging signs then does that put the stimulus and doubt all can markets even function now without getting constantly used by the faith in the government right I think in terms of fed policy we are going to be extraordinarily accommodative for a number of years with the fed funds rate anchored zero now as to the other other things are doing you know quantitative easing and buying of assets all of that they may back off of that but we're going to be in a low interest rate environment for quite a while that of me Tina there is no alternative and **** are going to be going toward stocks now as far as fiscal policy all we're gonna have radio world we're going to have a debate over the next all week it month for all of the next round of stimulus and what Republicans want indemnification from lawsuits and if they're gonna get that they're gonna have to give a little bit more to US states and cities I think they will all eventually compromise in and now whether we need that given the X. Courtney M. extraordinaire mapped the target and put in all I'm not so sure about that it's kind of interesting isn't it Hank that only a couple of weeks ago we were talking about negative rates and yield curve control and we've got a ten year treasury right now at eighty nine basis points I'm curious to get your take on the the info tech group in particular I was looking on the Bloomberg terminal the S. and P. five hundred info tech index so far this year is up ten percent it's trading at twenty eight times earnings this seems to be a winning bet and I'm wondering whether or not you think it has some more legs yeah it's interesting it is a winning bet it offense and defense well the technology is actually in this environment the sense of along with healthcare utilities consumer staples and that's certainly a you could have said that in prior in prior cycles but you mentioned twenty times all forward earnings on but still a lot cheaper than the tech sector in nineteen ninety nine and early two thousand all so I I think there is more room there but the market is broadening out some say rotation I say participation is is is balmy out small caps are starting to participate and the value was starting to crisp participate as it looks like this economy has truly bottom in has the potential for a very rapid acceleration in the last hour we were hearing from ETF specialist Derek belch unison he likes to talk about the the airline's ETF in the online space is that something that interests you as the rebound gathers pace no that is too cyclical for office in the end if you we we invest in high quality financially strong companies that pay dividends in coral dividends and whether it's lines whether it's all totals of paper stocks that they're just way too cyclical I get the the value proposition but I worry about thou you crops and we potentially could see that there and certainly in the retail industry where you have the haves and the have nots and the have nots or although you crunch the numbers good stuff thank thank.

Can Bitcoin Hold $7,000?

"Get everybody. Welcome to come cooped podcasts hut. You've had I Smashing US far and oversee. Which took a Monday? Which is tonight in this one part of the world I am going to enjoy. It just wanted to go through a couple of things with you and discuss what's happened over the weekend so far. There's been some nice opportunities as a matter of fact yesterday to everybody who's in the try to cope community on. Who's following through my youtube channel? you would have seen the video on behalf of F C X Talking about The list that I cried creating that list as a matter of fact I ended up with. Bonnets born has against perpetual ended. Got On the day won't percent it's hit one to once skyler out on that position and things are looking quite good day. The whole market is a you know the market as a whole at the moment this morning is really coming through a bit of pullback and should that be something that I'm concerned about well not really on. Its buys at this at all but a couple of things I do need to be aware of do need you to be aware of as well first things first. If all the tell you about the weekly the weeklies back up into the cradle signed the backup into cradles. Now that doesn't mean it's GonNa full from here and look. It's not the most bearish candles but it's also certainly not bullish if anything. It's a little bit undecided to slightly Berry because of the rejection was an did have a high of seven thousand four hundred seventy seven currently which six thousand nine hundred eighty three we seven thousand we have only got ten minutes a mock right now until this candle close. I'd love to sit close above seven thousand because we haven't seen a close above seven thousand on the way clear for a while now. Is it significant? If we don't close about seven thousand Iman opinion I don't see it as being too significant at all. No I don't see it as being. I A major hurdle full bitcoin but in the same respect I am very much Ivan to looking to save. There are any short trades available at the moment. I can't find anything. There is no need for me to find anything just yet but I will be keeping on that advising not advising all the acting accordingly for my portfolio based on what I say the MOM Long Bonnets. The market does still look relatively strong. We go bitcoin at six thousand. Nine hundred seventy one point two percent on the Diet pullback into that cradles I had a little move from the only reason I didn't get lung. Bitcoin is because the two-day candle is not looking as it needs to be in that cradles on and it's not so from bitcoin. At Sixty nine seventy two at one point two percent. We moved to the theory of a theory. I'm also looking at an awesome shots up point nine three percent sitting at one hundred and sixty dollars on the nose right now to be interesting to see how that plays out once again a pretty good looking Talk of really beyond that. On a theory on excel we do have a four L. higher low and high high sign a theory and many of the top ten to be fair. It's up one percent rotten out nineteen cents. Bitcoin cash is up point. Eight percent right now. A guy that bright the high of yes. Today's Daily Candle. And Look it's it's it's one of the few in the top two that doesn't have a four hour. Optronics go to low low in a high and looking a little bit. Unsettled there on Bitcoin. Cash the moment I to go via one of the top performers in the top ten again. We've got one ninety three dollars and thirty cents. Three point five percent right now again. It'll pull Buckingham that cradle side accordance. It'll pop higher over the last twenty four hours. It's just giving a little bit of rain back now. Once again many having had a good push up a lot of that moves coming back in the form of a pullback now this could represent trading opportunities as well so definitely not not jumping on the bearish bandwagon at this stage is keeping an eye on. What's going on? I am long bonds. Do have my prophet locked. It will at least of brave and tried. And it's just a matter of watching how the rest of it evolves over the rest of the coming die on the log on the one on the top ten that is comedy down. It's down half of Senate forty two dollars and thirty seven cents one. That's none of my right off for any trades thus far today it does have a four hour high low and high hostile that could change later on if it does push on higher once again a offsides thing that God is not very much. He's up to two dollars and fifty one cents to the daily does look quite nas a break from yesterday but it's still got some work to do in. That work needs to be done today. Opinion unless we ought to console it if we do see markets. Go into a consolidation. Well it would be. It would be anyone's guess as to what happens Bonnet while I managed to pick the best move out of the top ten On that try day. It's actually three point. Seven four percents of quantum above everything else other than bs. Vade four dollars and thirty five cents. Daily looks very strong. This as a cradle tried on the sixteen hour. Am I got my one to one once again? Very happy with that. No risk on that trade now. Salaam sitting court pretty to the long side. No shorts on Marcus Look Long. Molin look short for the time. Being on the Donna. Its up point. Eight of a percent. A three point three cents. It's not representing too much of the story fully. We back into an old level of Brazil. She's GonNa get rid of that. Level is nothing really there anymore. It's it's so old that mothballed it did break out throw high of a candle and once again what point four percent rotten and nothing really work with their theory of classic another one. That doesn't look all that great. Four hours in an uptrend but August brought high and it doesn't look all that strong of the moment. It's not one percent at five dollars and thirty four instagram out. The top ten. We're GONNA try at one point two cents. It's up to four percent and it has pulled back and let me just check that level. There is a level that level is sitting bang on the noise of one point two. I sense four hours trend looking really really nice there and look at the level that has held for a little while. I will be watching Point and saying if I can't say oh sorry can't

"And on and on you've got a bomb you can only find in this town market market place because because even though our market there are are you AT all you know I had a I think there are signs of like Eliza I go back and look at the data back a hundred years later learned years to nineteen twenty nine nine market market in October fell thirty five cents and then what it recovered shot up eighteen percent said everyone thought we were out of it and guess what happens over the next thirty days about three weeks the market retested the low and shot down another twenty six percent nineteen eighty seven we remember nineteen eighty seven deli market fell to thirty three and a quarter percent shot up fifteen percent and then over the next sixty days it fell another thirteen and a half percent that's why we're moving cautiously with our clients accounts and I'm sorry I didn't get on the air waves this week and tell everybody run you're not my client so I can't really give you advice I can manage my clients because one we have discretion into warring consecuencias share with everyone but there is a in this is this is kind of what happens you know there's a it feels like it's a buying opportunity for yeah it again depending on where you're out with your your life where you're at in your life cycle if you're ten years from retirement five years from retirement or are you in retirement it's a different a different mindset so again we manage money was saved by a hold and protect attitude by a hold preserve we want to make sure we minimize the downward pressure on the portfolios because when you're down thirty five percent you're gonna need fifty five to get back to even or some number like pretty close to there you see where I'm going with this when the last time you saw that you type a huge number so we got out it down fifteen our recovery is only gonna be twenty to get back to even well that's a lot more possible but we don't want to get back into the first sign of things beginning to look good and that's one of the things that we do as a fiduciary were all about the preservation you could argue we got out early we got out late whatever the case review we decided to get out and protect you wanted to be able to get back in at the right time we talked about this last week the market is down and I'm just using round numbers down fifty percent but you got out when the market was at ten AM there's forty percent of profit there in theory if you could buy towards the bottom doesn't always happen because what what what are you looking for.

"Get everybody. Welcome to try. To Co kept podcast. This show gives you a good start to die as we go through this time together spending with what's going on that day in the markets to dye. Well let me speak to the fact that mocked up. Let me speak to the fact that we did see a bit of bounce inequities as well now. I don't know why I really don't understand why they went up It's quite interesting. Actually spoke to him on Bain in equities and you know in banking and whatnot. His whole life. I spoke to him yesterday and he said talking about. We're talking about you. Know the the reaction. This corona viruses sent markets falling as a right of not. Obviously know that it's It's a pretty heavy pool by and from the height of low. Let me tell you right now. Steady percent from the high slot study presented. I forget the last year say event the laws major event in markets. We did see fifty five percent folks. So we've been. Will we have been here before As far as you know destruction markets tanking all that sort of stuff brought. But I can tell you back in the jet. Say I'm looking at the weekly candles raw now. The largest wake. Ken was eighteen point two percent. That was a close down. Eighteen point two percent now we as much. We haven't had a close bigger than that on. A weekly has bounced back. We we certainly had Light Lost Weight for example at the lowes mood and thirteen or fourteen percent. Is this just getting started? I I I'M NOT GONNA to say further declines my guess would be yes as well grapples with something that way in our lifetime have not had to go through before this. Mir is is a bit of a World War. Two top then. It's so uncertain. We don't know what's GONNA come next. We don't know how bad this is going to get. We I know this is it. We didn't get a lot of six months twelve months and has it been processed into the market will always say no I would. I would honestly in my view. This is just an opinion right in my view. I don't think so I think after having let's be honest I Running markets lost. What eleven years? Twelve years from the low of two thousand nine other. We saw through the running back to where we've gone to. That's eleven twelve years guys. Eleven twelve years. That's a local Levin. That's a long time for market to go up now. A nascent. Rinse off some of this solve. What's been going on? We do tend to have a significant event. Used to be every seven years. That was a soccer period Now Issing lost a lot longer. So yeah we're sing. We sing something. Go on a front of us. That he's a part of history. I I am a student. The markets and I am very interested to see where this goes from here. But one thing I will say this United Qaeda guys and girls and ladies and Gentlemen If you haven't autobahns baked somebody It's like to not be okay. There's a lot of anxiety out there. There's a lot of stress. There's a lot of uncertainty yet. We have a job in a wig. Will you will you still pay rent? We used to pay your mortgage law. That stuff in the air right now is this. You're not the only one we are in this together. This is on an individual human being This is an issue. The world faces together and as long as we work together as long as we talked together as long as we share. What going through and when we are struggling we seek out help from my friends. Our families even random person. I think we're GONNA be be just fine and we'll get through this message to our thing. Let's just do the right things? Let's talk about the top ten right now whereas Bitcoin Meghan fifty four twenty eight yet. We are above five thousand run now by percent the theory one. I chain how to nineteen dollars and nineteen cents up six point three eight percent pay currently at fifteen cents up six point one five percent. Bitcoin cash is also moved today. It's one hundred so it's at one hundred ninety six dollars and thirty five cents. It's percent percent right now. Bis V is up ten percent One of the top performers in the top ten. It's up at one hundred. Twenty two thousand sixty nine cents coins up fought to settle four point seven percent now. Thirty foot all seventy nine cents. It's actually performed very well today. Like an interesting. I don't know why but it is his buddies a too on the nose up. Five Point Eight. Five percent bond has the big mover. The top ten moving up eleven point two percent sitting at Tindall's and forty seven cents cod

"Get everybody. Welcome to the encrypt. podcast you had a great weekend. Well the wake you starting to show up to a very good looking one. Who are not already on my weekly biweekly awake video newsletter? That goes out four freight where you're going to do is get the DOT com. Put your email and you get it then suggest that you do because today I should. She'll be going through and doing a walker round of the month. That was January. Yes the first month of two thousand and twenty started off with a booming the market for the month close up thirty point. Three percent of it makes contract which is very substantial. Wise it substantial. We'll tell you more about that what I'm looking for in that free video video. Get across hand Self on the currently sitting it's a non thousand three hundred ninety five dollars with down will be flat and Kendall. A great deal happened over over the weekend. I'm really looking to save. Say A run run a bright above nine thousand five hundred ninety four dollars we get above. The we've got a Smith Sil- L. Pretty much to ten thousand We could consolidate him. Could go down from here. We go from here. Oil Veasley but momentum is definitely with the Bulls at the moment and the break above that nine five eight full would say to me the first progression to the saw this or keeping a very close on that the ultimate top ten have been outperforming bitcoin over the last last few days and lost weight because wealth. Most pop. We've seen a theorem. It's up to six percents tonight. One hundred eighty dollars and fifty cents. Now we've run into a little bit of resistance knowing so one hundred ninety four thousand thirty five cents so it will title little bit to get through that we'll have to wait and see. I do like the look of that in the four out pulling back in court lawsuit really and I am keeping a very close on a theory and threat today. It easy my watch list and I signed with exit pay. Actually it's Held his ground against bitcoin actually taking some ground back. We sitting at twenty five point two cents four point four four point two cent. Today's the highest before in the top ten ten and Wants to guy. It has pushed to a high a high on daily timeframe the four hours pulling back into that Kreider design where I like to try that cryptic a cradle trading strategy. That the checklist that I use it with pulling back into the quite nicely now. I'm going to wait and see how that goes throughout the day but a guy that easy my watch list bitcoin cash is is at three hundred. Seventy nine thirty cents. Its down point. One seven of a percent not doing a great deal of crab Bitten sign can be said he would be V. It's held let's ground is a turn seventy nine dollars and sixty cents. It's its up point. Four percent today not much going on trading wide lot coins dominated a crab Walker here a guy very similar to that of a couple of nights ago it seventy dollars and seventy cents down point one of a percent a off petulance at one point four five but again very sideways. The most worrying to say to the pool by day will push higher at the moment because consoling. I know of interest to me as I speak. Because there isn't a great deal of tribal but unity's at the minute where four dollars and twenty one at one point full percent bonnet sort of I guess joining that fame inactive jobs at the moment it is at one point. Four percent was that not to be honest with you. It's adding Dole's forty four cents but you know if the last JAS four the last couple of weeks it's really sort of hung around that sort of seventeen eighteen dollar mark. Nobody doing great deal so it'll be interesting to see if we see Iran on that In the coming days awakes. Donna is definitely a target. It's performed very very well for itself over the last few weeks Obviously starting get around three cents and we'd asked sitting at five point five cents a very very strong move their stem point seven alviti percent to die I become another market. The husband integrate trend would like to see it. Pull back on that. If we organise eight fullbacks I'd love to see crypto cradle. Sitting up on cod Donna on dahlie timeframe that will be really really good theorem. Classic is a gift the caves on giving and we have a potential trading opportunity. Right now there is a level of resistance eleven dollars and living on keeping a very close on as we do have highlights coming up into their. bitcoin breakout tribe. My actually setup life on in the day and just a recap kept on the on the tried. The town was taken by many in the community. Stops will have been raised from the entry point. It is up to current process. One hundred six percent sent and where the stop loss is up where you should be. Now it's You'd have ninety percent locked in a door. Forget this we're talking about a multiple risk here. The risk multiple with full percent the reward malt. Pope is ninety one now this is training modules. Let's say you're is five hundred dollars on that. We've got ninety one divided by full so it's that come in at ninety one Nevada by four ninety one divided by full. That's is twenty two times a toss up by five hundred. If that's what you took the transit eleven thousand three hundred and seventy five dollars you would locked in profit of your head in the scale of added. Scowl that will it will be more like seventh MOLEX six thousand big move big trade bay opportunity in trading end up doing it already because another lot of your aunt. And that's cool you do what you do. But you re missing out in paternity if you're not in the markets causing you don't try to module Tron A. US days at one point nonsense at one point one on five percent than it's a guy. Go some resistance. As trying to crack through that too scent marks can be difficult for the time being as it stands as it looks on the Chop

Illinois Planning On Reinstating Drivers Licenses for Those With Non Moving Violations

"We're speaking of speaking of a larger cities in the state of Illinois Caroline and she's a Democrat representative lawmaker in Champaign we're talking about this plan to reinstate the driver's licenses of people who've lost them because they had done paid tickets non moving violations lot of parking tickets stack up next thing you know you've lost your driver's license you know it's a little surprised to be Carol I'll get to the criticism of this in a minute is that people evidently were complying with that that is their license get suspended so then they they do stop driving because they don't have a license is that what happens the majority of people not only do stop driving but they also lose their job because most jobs require a light in to work there sh and we saw that in forty two percent of individuals who lost their jobs it was due to suspension of their life some people say I'm I paid my ticket first of all I don't double park when I do I pay my fine and that's the way the game is played why are we why are we giving these people the break that I didn't get well you know it's interesting thing that we start in some of the research that we found not just in Illinois that injures in other places where you have significant income disparity you have to address this as a fair you government not at least of individual should we the moment that we're in right now and today happens to be the king holiday and change your mind that an unjust law is no law at all she and so if you have matched the disparity in income yes one person is Schomburg go L. hurt me because the pay their tickets with no problem but people who are just basically getting to or from work on public transit in trying to make sure they can feed their family on job cannot she hurt them in many many ways that others in Elmhurst the Schomburg may not understand and so it is important for us to look at equity it's important for us to look and stuff this and this was a significant so this issue because the majority of the suspension for black and brown people from the south and west side of Chicago and they were struggling to get from point a to point B. before their ticket or be for this expansion and and I also want to add that the city of Chicago this video Champaign or Urbana who signed it I did a parking ticket that may cost you thirty five cents and I I don't have any quarters mommy right so I spent that go along with the twenty five dollars who decided that that's what the penalty should be in the first place interesting question seven seven three said they can still boot you so that would be up to the municipality if they have a policy that your car sitting there it's got some tickets on it they boot your car that can still happen but you'll you will retain your driver's license do I understand that correctly Carol that is correct however I do believe that again we need to look at books and books is one of those things that I'm interested in studying as red as red light cameras all of the things that suck the kidneys and the cold out of the pocket the poor people we need to look at that government should not and this is the issue of liberty government should not you is the forty to abuse its citizens and this is what those kinda log do it abuse assistance I understand that and I don't even argue that but I do also hope you acknowledge that some of our listeners are thinking the citizens have an obligation to follow the laws and rules that everybody else is it will be more injurious to you if you don't have the means but we should all play by the same rules well we certainly are not playing by the same rules and I know we don't have time to argue that point yeah but clearly there's a disparity in income access and equity that no one can argue on either side of this this so we have to do what we can as legislators to bring justice and equity and balance balance all of the laws that we have been in this case this law as it currently existed prior to the final the bill did not met out equally and it certainly didn't represent justice clan had a question you're on WGN hi glad you're on the air why is it that a person who has the ability to pay the ticket why would they pay the ticket if there's no ramifications just because they're working and have the ability to pay they should feel some sort of just a moral responsibility to pay the debt I mean you're saying that it should be equal you're you're setting up to different levels of law for individuals based on their income and you know in your own words just said because people are poor they shouldn't be able to be struggling well the people who are wealthy enough to be able to pay the tickets shouldn't be penalized why are you setting you're setting a double standard in your own words that you don't want to do hi doesn't make sense why would I want to hold on hold on yeah yeah that's you're point go ahead good girl I actually I actually have an agreement with your caller I believe that people like you and I in your caller who pay taxes for the role that we drag one already that we already provide our income to the government to function and then on top of a government that something called meters are tollway make additional dollars I don't actually think it's right well that's how they maintain the roads I mean not good meters in tolls are going to go away I think that the principal point he's making is that if we're going to have forgiveness for people we should maybe have you know that that that won't be equitable that's not fair either then right I mean if you can't pay okay that's tough for you I'm sorry about that but I can so my the only one that has to pay but but that's not what we're talking about here you still owe the debt the point is are we going to let you keep your driver's license that's what this is about right at and we are going to let you keep your driver's license and I still do have to pay the ticket by the way yeah yeah even though they give amnesty to those who may not have all the money at one point they allow you to set up a realistic payment plan let's think about this previous payment plan if it is Chicago requires you to put down a down payment so it was always back yeah yes your color baby could pay the down payment but others really could not and that is a function of government government decided to put this except the down payment there sh and eight at the conditions for which a person could not pay sh and now we're saying no you cannot spend that like this sh the city Chicago is reforming how it is collecting your parking tickets so yes you still got to pay that parking ticket now well I I completely agree with you about setting a reasonable means for people to pay back if you have a hundred dollars in tickets you should pay a hundred dollars in tickets but it shouldn't now become a thousand dollars because you didn't get it done in time I'd be happy to get there I'd be happy to give fifty the hundred to be honest with you the these ballooning payments I you're right somebody just made that up and you might as well charge people a million dollars Hey Chicago want to charge him a million Bucks and then all of our financial problems will be solved no wait it won't because you can't get a million dollars from people they don't have it yeah I don't have it let's let's do you realize up in bankruptcy court yeah but what about this report but not me what about this Eric you're on hold on a second Eric hold on a second are cold on a second there hello did you get that Eric you have some say on the radio what was your point Eric said the parking meters Carol are there for a reason they're there because you don't you know you need you don't want people to be there all day long it's not just a money maker it's also a way to regulate flowed you understand that I I'm certainly understand that but I think you're you're a collar and others should look a little deeper into who owns the parking meters that is true we we so we should not have sold those things at the sky way along time ago I agree with you on that its it's goes into effect July first is that right representative that is correct that the jury stated putting provisions in place to notify those who would be eligible to have their eyes since reinstated and you go to took that chance July one twenty twenty nice to talk to you we you and I have not met before by the way do you have anything to say I was just reading in the Chicago Tribune over the weekend about how Mike Madigan has this gigantic series of funds that he's able to control and he spent over four hundred thousand dollars in legal fees in the last few months the Tribune has a large editorial it was it yesterday or today saying he should step down from his speakership role do you agree with that you know I have been here I have I'm from Champaign Urbana so I don't I don't get sick of it should be clear here but I have not seen that story I think what is happening in Springfield and you'll see in the spring fashion that there would be many people calling for significant reforms and ethics reforms and I think that will fall in that same category yeah well that's not you saying yes though I'm not saying yes to lose his job just stepped down as speaker you're not calling for that yet home yeah I don't have I have not seen it at all and I have been called for anything at this point but what I am calling for is that there needs to be significant reform and ethics as well as campaign finance reform took all of that it's all tied together that you're describing representative and it's nice to talk to thanks for joining us on

"And people at gen Z. And all these folks that come after us are looking up, and we're like the world is going to end in twelve years if we don't address climate change and your biggest issue. Is your biggest issue is? How are we gonna pay for it? Like, this is the war. This is even. This is our World War Two. Later. I can't even listen to this twelve years the world is coming to an end. So our lawn economics professor, professor Hutchison. If that's the case. Why would we spend this money? This does this doesn't end it. Absolutely not. But I think it's important to keep in Molly that her focus on socialism, and in essence war. Socialism ties us back to Woodrow Wilson in the early part of the twentieth century. Then FDR came along. And he learned that war. Socialism has legs. So simply put FDR Woodrow Wilson and many contemporary. Democrats are authoritarians who want the experts in Washington DC to rule our lives or otherwise we face criminal penalties. So just asked Jacob maggot. Who is Jacob maggot a father of four who owned a tailor shop in the nineteen thirties. He charged only thirty five cents to press a suit the members of the brain trust in the FDR administration decided that he ought to charge forty cents for a suit guess what he loss and he was sentenced to prison for thirty days for charging five cents. More for pressing a suit. This is an example of what MS Cortez supports. She supports mandatory mandatory control by experts. All right. We're taking your calls one eight hundred sixty eight four thirty one ten Gerry collard for Rhode Island. Jerry, thanks for holding on you're on the air. Now, I Gerry how're you doing team. Oxygen. Great great examples of history than most people are not paying attention to the history lesson happening Ingram. I didn't know that one. Thank you for that. And I was thinking of the early thirties and twenties what you're playing together. I the team going put together when we listeners. What we can do whether it be calling writing certify what can we do on inside from financial sponsors? So here, here's what here's what we're going to have to do you've got this is a this is not a battle. You win in a courtroom. This is a battle. You win in the court of public opinion in the halls of congress. So what we have to do is have a counter narrative to this. And we are going to have a plan that we're going to lay out that is how you respond to this. But the top of the plan is going to be that we are constitutional Republic. So what they're proposing and this adoption of socialism as a model, there's only three problems with it number one where a constitutional Republic number two or a constitutional Republic number three where constitutional Republic, so we're not a socialist country. Now, we're going to have to beat them in the vote, which means STAN we've got a win it in congress. But you're going to have people running for this a national party platforms and believe me, the mainstream media will adopt this as a great idea, they they already are. But we're gonna. Have to win this in the in the hearts and minds of the American people. It's going to be an educational effort. It's going to be a policy effort. It's going to be utilizing our vast media resources and mobilizing Americans around the country to stand up for our constitution, this direct challenge to the constitution. The United States in the constitution Republic, and we're gonna have to meet it head on. There's not there's not an easy way to sugar coat it. That's the way we're going to have to do it. No doubt. And ultimately j it's going to have to be defeated at the ballot box. I would just give you two directions. I mean, first of all our peace will put out the people who have voluntarily put their names on this. This is not something that we are putting forward we're not putting words in people's mouths. There are sixty four members of the United States house, sixty four members of the United States Senate that it put their name on it. Jay, people need to get educated on who these folks are. And make sure that these policies are not what you're electing at the ballot box and j I would add another component to this. You also have to go and elect people who will fight against this don't send someone to Washington that when this policy is put forward they just stand down and let someone else take the charge. You've got to put people in Washington. They will take this on head on Martha's calling from Kansas on line three. Martha welcome to jaysekulow live, you're on the air under the screen. Beal does this mean that we need to get rid of our air force because I'm sure Russia and China are going to do that. Right. Bill. One of our team said this morning. I guess that's it's called air force. None instead of Air Force One. Because I guess you're not going to have the president. Well, I mean, this would be devastating to the military west. Oh, absolutely evaporate. I mean, no. If you spend seventy percent, which are some estimates say this what it would cost of your gross domestic product. You will not have any money for national defense. Andy mentioned England, the disastrous socialism for them other countries in Europe. I've tried it as well. And they're moving away from it, partly because it's not sustainable financially partly because into individual freedoms go by the wayside in by the way. There's an elitism to two in Russia when they went to total socialism, communism, you still had the powerful and wealthy. They just were click together that oppressed the people, but at the same time what I was gonna say about national defense in NATO. We're just now getting our NATO allies to pay two percent of their GDP for national defense. And the reason they could not afford to pay more than that going into this is because of their socialist policy wreck. It would wreck national when you look at it again, I point out to what what Franklin said, and that is where a constitutional Republic Madam congresswoman Cortes, if we can keep it if you can keep it, and we've got we have to keep it though. Because what works. Well, it is. I see socialist countries Greece from which my ancestors derive the garbage is piling up in Athens right now, look at what the French did with their socialistic. Look at what the British did look at Venezuela. Look at all these countries in with socialism was empowered and became the government. So to say that American wealth creation is immoral and with the system that made this the greatest country in the world for so many reasons are to be revamped into this style that miss Cortez talks about is ridiculous. Look at an our healthcare system. She wants government healthcare run totally by the government. How many people come to the United States for serious operations? How many people go to Morocco for serious operations or to France or degrees or any place? Like that. Why don't we talk about that? Look, the government has to responsibilities in my I don't want the government in my business has to responsibilities defend the nation and deliver the mail. Well, they want to do a lot more than that. So Harry, if you look at the proposal, and you look at their platform of the parties that they're affiliating with and this shift in the it's clearly, I guess you would call it a fight with them ask during this to a fight within the. Democratic Party here. But this move to socialism, which president called out, which which these others are promoting aggressively, including those that are gonna marry president really does put us on a dangerous path. It does put us on a very dangerous path. But also it puts us on an incoherent path. It's important to note that the green new deal would eliminate nuclear power. But at the same time, it is focused on reducing carbon emissions are the are the Russians and the Chinese and the and the North Koreans going to do all this, absolutely. The green deal but nuclear power does not produce carbon emissions. It's very possible. That the authors of the green new deal don't even understand that. So what are we saying? We're saying that the proponents of the green new deal they wish to empower analysis that makes no sense. And I said previously there analysis is juvenile both at an empirical and rational level. All right back to the phones. If you wanna call that we're getting to our final segment got phone lines open because we've been taking calls throughout the show. And we want your thoughts on this proposed new green deal and remind you this has got major sponsorship from the most powerful leaders of the democrat party the leading presidential candidates.
