"Yet. That's a good question. And i would have to imagine that. Probably the the most common ones which the being cherries are gonna be easier to get organic than some of these other varieties. Okay okay So some of the nutritional profiles kind of interesting that the sweet versus the sour cherry There's about a twenty calorie difference per cup so sweet. Cherries can have about ninety seven calories whereas tart cherry. A cup of those will be about seventy seven calories just so much less. Well it's true and then of course there's sugar content is lower so whereas a A sweet cherry is going to have about twenty grams of sugars. In one cup the tart cherry has about Thirteen grams koso-. But yet we always have to remember that. Those sugars are coming in. You know for eating whole the whole food of cherries. They're coming in with lots of fibers oxidants vitamins minerals. Cherries actually also are very good sources of vitamin a vitamin c. Even vitamin k. Which is really important for blood. Clotting vitamin b. b. six specifically and then cherries are actually a good source of potassium. We always think of bananas being a good source of potassium but cherries. Also have it as well So some of the benefits that have been studied one is Cherries and cherry juice. Especially the tart cherry juice really good for reducing the inflammation of arthritis and gout. So i tend to recommend for my clients. Who have those conditions drinking a cup of tart jerry. Juice day So that and that really helps to to lower the inflammation. So can you just buy that kind of juicy. After make it. No you can buy it. It's kind of like how you can buy the unsweetened cranberry juice as well. Yeah so you can buy. Probably you'll buy it in a health food store okay. Yeah so they reduced the Inflammation that we tend to see with those types of things and in fact in There was a study that was done with healthy men and women who eight forty five cherries a day for a month An experienced a twenty five percent reduction in c reactive protein. Which is the blood marker for inflammation. Yeah okay yeah so. Obviously it's a it's an anti inflammatory. Exactly yeah cool and then in in people who have cow. So what gout is it's like an accumulation of something called uric acid which typically accumulates around the joints especially around the big toe And it's found that Cherry cherry eating cherries or drinking. Cherry juice was also lowered the uric acid levels and there was a thirty five percent. Lower risk of gout attacks. So cherry juice is really well known for that inflammation Reduction so. I guess it's kind of good if you've if your typical of getting gout It's good to have that in the fridge. Sounds like yeah. Good idea to have some of that fridge and just drink a cup of it daily just with meals. It says something to add into the diet One of the things that cherries have as as long as as as well as other Vibrantly colored berries is something called anthocyanins. Which is a type of plant fido nutrient compound that is really good for preventing inflammation but also for reducing at thorough sclerosis and heart disease. So that jerry juice comes in handy for that as well. He's drinking a cup of that And then one other thing..

"Sold this disconnect between what the federal government is saying the FBI see as the Congress is debating whether cannabis dollars can be deposited in our FDIC institution and the little guy on the street now we stop for to join yeah and finds himself in court and get the drug conviction but can't get a job at subway to me there's just something wrong about where we are in so we're trying to do is be as fair as we can as the state and the country wrestles with this new reality around how we're going to treat cannabis and let me give you a little insight there aren't any Indian hill Rangers siding Indian hill students for possession of marijuana you can check with so called upscale communities I would say the Westchester police the Mason police the teller male police are not looking for somebody to have a joint and go through the hassles of charging that person with possession of marijuana so why does it happen thousands of times only in the city of Cincinnati well that's a good question you know I took statistics at the undergrad and grad level and one of the things I don't want to do and you wouldn't want me to do is try to extrapolate what is happening on what we can say is it's a bias we don't know why it's a bicycle to be that where are where are great police department where they're doing more policing could be why they're having more contact but the reality of it is that eighty six percent of those charged are African American men and that that's a hard number for your for your listening audience to hear because getting a drug conviction for two joints are three joints thirteen grams of marijuana and whether you're convicted or whether it's just charged in not convicted there's an expungement profits that you have to go through in a you know Willie when you're competing for a job in a difficult market when you see drug conviction you just go to the next candidate so what this is something that I think is good for our city I don't believe there people in jail at you know I'm not asserting that we're putting people in jail for low amounts of marijuana but what we are doing is creating a permanent underclass that I think we shouldn't be doing based on what's happening nationally and also when you try to get concealed carry permit one of the questions is ever ever been convicted of a crime have you ever been convicted of a crime involving drug abuse and so one is on the horns of a dilemma how many go through the exoneration are Sally say they're wiping away of the process there after is a very small percentage so it for the rest your life if you go to work and Procter gamble if you go to work and send to us and that and then you fill out the application you agree to a background check and a pop sub drug abuse drug abuse and all and you may not know it but black males tend to have more difficulty getting employment than other categories because it may be an implicit bias or whatever it might be so as a consequence when you're the person doing the hiring and someone who looks like you is sitting in front and you say drug abuse drug runners right you got this other guy over there who may be African American without drug abuse or they go on how that guy I'm a hard the I'm gonna hire the Asian woman I'm are that guy what whatever it might be and so it isn't like sometimes prosecutors in place it's no big deal don't worry about it it's a hundred dollar fine what you try to live your life with the conviction of drug abuse and see if it's a big deal it's a big deal I've had a few criminal defense lawyers already stopped me and thank me I want to also make sure that I think Michael sponsor council member Jeffrey pastor who is a Republican and this is important because it's complicated you know people look at Jeffrey in high unfortunately in society Willie and I'm so glad you and I are friends and we can talk about these things openly and publicly because others need to do the same in their life but they look at that councilmember pastor nine they just see two black men they don't see a Republican an independent who are working together in a bipartisan way around legislation that is important and that's important to to nibble at so that all of us understand in a bipartisan way not every member of council supported the legislation and that's okay but I know that there were Democrats like councilmember Lancement the Republicans by councilmember pastor and myself as an independent who supported the legislation that I'm talking about and in Ohio I would predict in the next five years marijuana will be legalized and so you know we're we're going to we're not going to allow other states around us like Kentucky in Indiana start taxing marijuana and bringing in the revenues that it would bring in whatever he is and not being joined at join in with that and begin to legalize marijuana we have a perfect environment to grow marijuana why wouldn't we legalize it in taxes so I'm not hiding that football that that's where I am I'd like to see the legalization of marijuana marijuana only but in the interim I'd like to contain work on decriminalizing it for our citizens according to the SOP I have a statement issued on Monday from the FOB vice president Jason Pappas vice president hi fraternal order of police quote until these testing requirements are fixed and until we get some additional training and resources available to us it's going to be very difficult to go after any marijuana cases in Ohio on quote then you got the Attorney General Ohio David yo someone have on later who's talking about David you know sent a letter to eighty eight prosecutors urging them to put a hold on conducting marijuana possession charges and tell the cannabis can be tested and now they have these dogs the sniffing dogs and the dogs cannot tell the difference between hemp and marijuana and I know from representing numerous drug cases that you cannot proceed until you have a certified lab say with the substance as it may look like cocaine but I may be crushed up aspirin it may look like marijuana but it might be happen do you contest sport you don't have a case do you see this as the as the camel's nose under the tent that made the lawmakers in Columbus might say you know what what the hell were selling marijuana and we're making money off marijuana I throw these labs and all these gross sites and all these dispense we're making money off marijuana why in the hell are we saying to the Tony benders in this world you can't smoke a little dope at home by the state of Ohio is making money off of it can you tell me this is for all awesome because these are the baby steps I think that are needed to come to the conclusion that you just came to and that's why you will look for the legislator its legislature at some point to legalize marijuana in the state of Ohio or at least place it on the ballot for the public to be able to say yes it would pass because because right now we have about eighty thousand medical marijuana cards that cannot be satisfied because the cost is so high because the expenses are so great and people have jump jump through so many hoops one is five hundred dollars an ounce to legally buy marijuana from the state of Ohio if it's so bad why is the state of Ohio in the business of selling marijuana one might ask what if it's five hundred dollars an ounce to buy it legally and it's two fifty to bite illegally that's what a lot of people are going to say Hey can you hook me up and you're gonna say fifty cents on the dollar and the state doesn't get caught why doesn't the state expand the program and say look if you have a desire to smoke marijuana and the privacy of your own you can't drive a car while you're doing it keep it away from the children a sound like a scene from the godfather give away from the kids and let's tax the crap out of it make millions of dollars what you're making a little bit already why not go all instead of the half Monty yeah we I think that's all true and I also see the congressional members beginning to discuss because the public now this is a little long winded but think about this Willie the federal government is saying that cannabis dollars cannot be deposited in their banks so please explain to me how cannabis growers right now are buying Asian systems and refrigerators right so you can see the trash has to be exchanging AS right how do you keep track of all those millions of dollars the legal market because right now I don't think the dispensaries other open because of the incompetence of Ohio their opening very slowly but what they do with all that cash and the answer is you put a put a storage locker there's individuals walking around with ten thousand dollars in your pocket what the hell do you do correct and you also know that they have to be buying capital projects right spending money on Capitol dole's entities review by the refrigerator they're giving up three hundred thousand dollar satchel of cash they can't exactly get on there by delta a plane and fly to where they're putting that money in cars they're driving across our state lines and then there depositing those monies it's like cleaning the money but the money is still making it its way into our banking system what is happening is the federal government is turning a blind eye and so we're going to be serious which we must about the decriminalization and the legalization of the taxation of it we got a goal all all in and I'm in agreement with you and I think that what the governor D. it was a good first step to moving us in that direction I just hope that the the the rest of the state sees it our way now you know no there's no unanimity I'm sure a lot of people think it's evil lot of people think Bourbon should be banned a lot of people think there should be banned wind it's terrible it's an intoxicant but god gave us marijuana because our grows out of the earth right there comes out of the earth it was mentioned in the Bible it is something I don't use it I don't know if you use it I don't use it my friends I don't I don't use it I don't use it in yet but it is on my bucket list I you see V. D. all the time I have oil and I have gum because I have arthritis and back pain and C. B. D. I think is assisted me and CBT has less than point three percent I take a check what type gone by I I put some moral under my tongue and I like using instead of Advil and I'll leave and I think I'm getting relief from it and if I want to do that who in the hell is the state or the feds to tell me I can't put four drops of of CBT under my tongue and we want to help what can you imagine I'm in the process of you're talking about this I'm in the process of doing some advanced estate planning right and so obviously I'm not gonna have any THC in my system as I go through that process for many many reasons but I hope there's a point where the life insurance industry for example looks at these things differently than the way they they currently look and I want to ask you a question which is rare Willie before we get off I've been to two graduations this summer for fire and police and by the way fire recruit class was awesome the police recruit class was awesome and we really deployed died I don't buy I diverse class when I mean diverse meaning black white male female Latino same thing with with police but when I went to those graduations many of my colleagues were not there and so you know I often sat there within one or two or none at these graduations and it's just bizarre to me that members of council are articulating that they would like to be promoted to higher positions and you don't even take the time.

It's fifty eight degrees right now Palm Beach county, Florida. They're charging that they lied during a courtroom hearing the hearing was about the police video of craft allegedly involved in sexual acts outside insensitivity orchids of Asia day spa, which cramps legal team wants suppressed, of course, they don't want those videos seeing the light of day prosecutors charged that attorneys, William Burke in Alex Spiro intentionally made with their calling false statement of facts, while questioning a police officer who initially identified craft after he left that spa cramps attorneys argued that police didn't have probable cause to stop him to stop craft. And ask the officer. If he had spoken about making up a story, and they asked him, quote, did you say jokingly or not that you would make some blank up expletive up the officer answered that he did quote, not remember specifically saying that prosecutors charging that crafts attorneys had no basis at all to ask that question saying the attorney's said that they had heard that remark on the officer's body camera. But that a review of the body camera. The video showed that the officer had never said it. So Burke told USA today at the prosecutor's allegations were quote ridiculous faults and laughable and claimed to have evidence that the officer indeed made that comment. So that's the latest on that situation as the prosecutors are accusing Robert Kraft attorneys two of them of lying in New Bedford.
