Veterans at Revolutionary battlefield dig find camaraderie
"Military veterans who carefully dug and sifted through clumps of dirt and a revolutionary war battlefield in New York did more than uncover artifacts army veteran Bjorn Brookshaw loves history and is part of a three person team looking for evidence from the tight turning second battle of Saratoga absolutely like I said in his revolutionary war history fan so to know that you know the British forces were here instead I'm standing right where they were fighting back and forth is our makes me giddy I guess you can say Brookshaw was injured in a roadside bombing in Iraq anybody who suffers PTSD and TBI or whose newer self or any form of disability from the military is always going to continue to transition because you always have that in the back your mind Stephen Humphreys is founder of the American veterans archaeological recovery we really want to focus more on the abilities of our veterans rather than the disabilities we've seen that veterans are actually very good and archaeology when they're properly trained the team is looking for artifacts fired from muskets and cannons I'm a Donahue

How do identify third person? How to stop third person from preventing our life? Really, who third person? Whose third person of our life is that how I choose this copy. So I choose this topic from my regular English grammar book or I was reading about first person second person and third person like first person I mean, second person you heard was an easy. I want to lay with our daily life with our daily life happiness with our daily life peace. Because the happiness and peace is more important than success. Whose thought boson? Really who is I mean you see it be them who try to understand an example we open see a person who always broke while two person females he in fire by using words, how he can see about you. If I were you, I couldn't control myself. This type of boy ogle you are him on you. I think it is enough to explain who his third person. How to identify third person. First think his words before taking any exam. In quite a person is provoking you. I think we all have sense. We can easily feel if any person is encouraging us for doing roadwork or aural accent. We must need to listen our inner voice, voice of our heart, voice of our enzyme. We all have enzyme and our devil inside us. Always remember that you are your best friend as well as your enemy. Now it depends on us, which wasn't born. Last one. How to stop third person from preventing our life. With same example, when third person is seeing how he can see how he can see about you, reply them with his hands. I can't stop everyone load. The gold provided a mouthful speaking and it depends on us. What do we can say? A good word or a better word? I don't control everyone's mouth. I don't, I didn't hurt his. Words hurts me. Any part of my body, see, I'm completely fine. I think he does his mouth and tongue by saying bird's words for me. We often see these type of person in our daily life in our relations, our office, our school is et cetera. Identify them, and give them a title as same as PK movie. We can say his third person, you are third person. These third person don't say this on their mouth, but you can see to your self. Is there a person I most need to aware from him? He can destroy my real life happiness and peace. He can effect on my relations, my daily life. His third person, his third person, seized third person third person third person, and only third person give them title and be aware from these type of people. Thank you..
Discovering Purpose Through Talent
"If you've identified that you're naturally good at certain skills then. I think that weaving those into your career will leave you feeling a little bit more. I guess in the zone or self actualized or even just more productive and impactful with what it is that you're doing or what is it that you've been called to do when i say. What is it. You've been called to do what i mean. By that is everybody was born with a with a unique skill set and and a purpose based on that skill set that i would say would be a calling right like basically You know in my case you know reading writing teaching love for the the human body and brain physical culture. I woven all those together into writing cookbooks. And studying the human body and teaching others via via podcast books or blogging. Or what have you. And i feel like time goes by really fast. When i'm doing that. I feel like i'm in the zone when i'm doing that. I'm happy at the end of the day. When i'm doing all that and i feel as though i am i. I am heating that call. That was born with Myself my wife and my twin boys who are thirteen now every night we we meditate also meditate in the morning our our morning meditation all based around what is grateful for and who it is who you wanna pray for help or serve or send positive emotions to that day who it is. We really want to be there for that day. But in the evening we engage in self examination and purpose self-examination being playing your entire day like a movie in your mind watching yourself in the third person like a character in the movie and identifying. What did i do good. What could i have done better. And where was i most connected to. My. life's purpose where i feel most purpose field and it's really just exercise because the way that i explained it to my son's is watch yourself watch that character in the movie and ask yourself when in my rooting for them. One of my fist pumping for them. What are they might making the right decisions. And and when do i really feel like the hero of that movie. That movie of the day and that is the type of practice that you use to answer that question. What have i done good this
Jennifer Horn Was in a "Radiophonic Foursome" With Ben Shapiro
"It true that you are in a radio. Phonic foursome with ben shapiro for awhile. Yeah so the story kind of continues on you know. I'm doing this national morning show. That was the first job that i had and really getting more involved in politics and kind of met up with with our big boss here at salem radio by chance at a christmas party for another radio station at the wabc christmas party in new york and allow people from salem to the wabc. Christmas party did that day. Intelligence mission was an undercover reconnaissance. It was that's what we were doing. we were spies. We were wired for sound but it was very funny so i talked to our big boss here. At salem radio fill boys and we had a great conversation he said i might be looking for someone. How far away is glendale from your house in los angeles and so i started filling in a bid. Now they went into a different direction. They have the show at three person. Show alicia krause. Ben shapiro and dip brian whitman and unfortunately for the three of them in two thousand sixteen none of them liked trump. And i really kind of i don't wanna say fell in love. It wasn't like a romantic love. But i really saw the appeal of president trump. From that moment that he came down the escalator. I knew he was tapping into something important. He had this. He had this message. He was brave enough to talk about immigration. Which i hadn't seen anyone in our party do before and as someone who lives in california. I knew this immigration problem was not only affecting us but the entire country and he talked about it and he wasn't afraid and he talked in a language that people could understand. And so i got it. And i would start talking about it on the show that i was hosting at salem radio the jenin don show up time. That's where we met seb when through. Don dick's my partner on that program and so the program director at the station said you know you've been doing some fillon here. Why don't you come in and just temporarily be a fourth person in the room. And so there were four of us on that morning show and three of them did not like
Can You Escape a Drama Triangle?
"Angela. I recently came across. Something called the drama triangle. Also known as the karpin triangle. Since it was created by the psychiatrists stephen cartman. Can you explain the carpet triangle. And why it's worth knowing about. I find it more useful to refer to as the drama triangle. It is dramatic. And this is how i know about it stephen. It's not because psychologist. But because i run a little nonprofit called character as you know. And when i was a green leader i even in a small team had this phenomenon where one person would not like another person and then how do you make a point. The third point was me so disgruntled employee number. One would come to me. And say hey. I don't really like employee number. Two then i would say something that i thought was comforting to disgruntled employee number one but then employee number two an hour later comes into your office annoyed about employee number one this can go around and around and motions. Heighten didn't know this term drama triangle. Until i consulted a management coach. And you realize that you're in the middle of one. Yeah well i call up. This leadership coach named dustin peterson. And he says oh classic drama triangle. Little drawing like occurs you. Here's employee number one. Here's employee number two and what you never get all three people talking at the same time and you certainly never get any resolution. I also see that. The three points are assigned to particular roles which are usually called the persecutor rescuer and the victim all right. let's start with the first person who is the victim. The victim is being annoyed by the second person. Who is there persecutor. So let's say that you're the victim. Stephen always always the victim. And somebody else. I'll just see rebecca rebecca's persecuting you rebecca's annoying you cutting you off in conversation ignoring your emails. You're the victim. She's a persecutor. Can i just say for the record. Everything you're saying one hundred percent true. I'm glad it's finally coming out on the air because you know she's got this whole holier than thou fact checking thing going on related. Stevens said this wrong. Stevens said that wrong. So now you need a third person and that's me because you who are the victim. Get to complain to someone who gets put in the role of the rescuer. So victim runs to the rescuer starts complaining about the persecutor. What typically happens. Is i just kind of comfort. You disagree with you and i spoke your flames of indignation. Another day though. Maybe rebecca's the victim and you're the prosecutor roles can switch around. But i think the whole point of drama triangles is there's always victim persecutor and that creates the need for a rescuer because the victim is looking for comfort. And they don't want to go and talk to the prosecutor because why would they do that. They're annoyed that the person so they seek a third person to comfort them and then the cycle just perpetuates because the conflict the source of the disagreement or the miscommunication is never resolved because the persecutor and the victim never really actually talk.

To the extent of at the beginning of every episode. I inherited the line from one of our former hosts and i just sort of went with it but this episode made me feel a number of ways about it. The question of the day is how can talking about yourself. In the third person make you feel better. Hey brain stuff lawrenceville bomb here in pop culture parlance. It's known as the jimmy the odd conversational quirk of referring to yourself in the third person named after these seinfeld character who bragged about his basketball skills as if he was his own biggest fan. Ilias the easiest explanation is ego essentially their ego get so big an inflated that it takes on a life of its own same for narcissism. These folks love themselves so much that they need to address the object of their affection by name. But the truth is that no substantial research has been done on the question of why some a-list athletes actors and politicians can't keep their own name out of their mouth. Interestingly though there is convincing evidence that regular folks like you and me can actually boost our self-confidence through the simple trick of thinking of ourselves in the third person. Even cross is a psychology professor at the university of michigan where he runs the emotion and self control laboratory cross studies. The ways in which people regulate their emotions including be handy trick of psychological distancing taking a step back from intense anger or pain to think about the situation as an objective outsider. Cross said what we've learned is that language provides people with a tool to distance themselves. Psychologically including language that many people use spontaneously without even thinking about it. It turns out that all us not just liberties engage in what cross calls third person self talk when we need a little emotional or psychological boost. Maybe it happens at the gym when we feel like quitting with five minutes left on the elliptical. Come on lauren. Push through or when we're trying to work up the nerve to ask our boss for raise. you deserve this lauren. And as weird as that just felt it works in his lab cross ran experiments comparing the performance of two groups in a stressful situation. One group that was prompted to psych itself up with is statements and a second group that used use statements and their own name when the participants were asked to give an extemporaneous speech in public a true stress bomb the jimmy group came in with a healthier attitude performed better and was less critical of itself afterward in a later study cross took mri brain scans people engaged in first person versus third person. Self talk the scans revealed that is centered thinking triggers the areas of the brain associated with negative self-referential processes while jimmy style thinking does not in addition the third person. Self talk appears to bypass the cognitive or effort. Full parts of the brain in other words be positive. Effect is automatic cross recommends that everyone give it a the next time they're stressed or emotionally wrought he said compared to other emotional regulation strategies. Third person. self talk might be a little bit easier for people to implement. The costs are minimal. And the potential upshot is valuable. Does this mean that. All the lebron's jimmy's trumps of the world are talking about themselves in the third person because they're trying to establish psychological distance from stressful situations. Maybe says cross but it's not something that he or anyone else has studied. Interestingly in the famous clip of lebron. James defending lebron james. He also tells the interviewer. What i didn't want to do was make an emotional decision. Maybe for james the best way to distance himself emotionally and make an objective decision to as he put it do. What's best for lebron james. Not necessarily himself one important difference between the lab experiments and examples of celebrity self-named dropping. Is that the participants in crosses study. Never spoke out loud. All of the self talk was internal or written out on paper so there's still a possibility that when it comes to celebrity self talkers. That first theory. We mentioned still applies. However we'll leave you with an interesting case. Study soccer legend. Pele was a world class jimmy but for an interesting reason born ed's neurons pillay. Former Virginia Gov. Douglas Wilder Slams Terry McAuliffe for Marginalizing Black Candidates
"Two years ago, Terry McAuliffe remember he's the bagman for the Clintons turned, McAuliffe called for all three persons occupying the offices of governor, lieutenant governor and attorney general to resign. All three Democrats. Governor Northam had been shown pictured in his school's yearbook in blackface and subsequent revelations by age Mark Herring acknowledged appearing in blackface in 1985. What is it with this black face and liberals and Democrats seriously? The media ran the story of two women accusing lieutenant governor Fairfax of sexual assault actually raped. Denied by Fairfax. But former governor McAuliffe within minutes thereafter proclaimed the accusations to be credible. I think incredible by the way Today. McAuliffe is asking people to vote for the attorney general who served as his attorney general and seeks the continuing a sport supportive Northam. No reasons have been given to the voters as to Terry's change of mind, nor has any reason being made why McCulloch felt compelled to violate Virginia's longstanding precedent. By choosing to run again against persons who had far more experience he means of the Democrat primary. Then he As he had never held elective office of any kind when he ran. All of the candidates he opposed, except one were black, including two women. Whom he felt not qualified to be given the chance that he'd been given at last report. Governor Northam is what drawn his apology for black face. Is what Northam and Herring did all right. By any standard is McCullum going to tell the voters of the credible evidence that he has relative to Fairbanks? Does this suggest? That if you're a black person in Virginia If you've got to think about who you're going to vote for it, then you ain't black. Stay tuned.

Sadie Hoagland Discusses Her New Book, "Strange Children"
"There. How are you today. I'm excited to be here. Thank you so much for having me. I'll thank you for coming autumn so excited to talk with you. So can you tell me about your writing. Sure so i think of my rating as a bit dark a bit funny at times. I think i'm very interested in voice. So i tend to use a lot of first person though i've definitely expanded in the last couple of years to use more third person i am very interested in language in sentence level writings. So that's actually for me. One of the primary reasons i write and story is sort of secondary. So i'm interested in story and structure and all that but i love just like reading a good sentence in that so that i think translates into my rating. I really like spending some time. Crafting sentences that that maybe kind of mixed up poetry and prose. Yeah very much. So and i just finished reading her book strange shoulder and it was just so incredible. I act- i was mentioning it to her before the interview to and i can totally see the influences from like putting some poetry throughout it. So what not the idea to put poetry in the book in that way. I think i really am drawn to poetic writers like cormac mccarthy who has an epigraph in the book from him on tony morrison falconer hugest tend to have turns of phrases or ways of describing things that are just so original so i think that's. That's a huge kind of drivers. I like reading that kind of book about the kind of language based but also on their time in the book win. I just not very often. But i do kinda break. The lion at one point in usually. It's when i'm trying to describe something pretty dramatic Felt like i needed the page needed space in between sort of the steps of what was happening so You know when characters being victimized when she gets up to leave and so that kinda breaks the

I enjoyed reading reading the book and I want to start out with this Quote that. I just read in the opening that these stories how devastating truce was seemingly within seemingly small moments and Did you have that in mind when you started writing these stories or is that a thing that just sort of when you got the oh. Yeah okay. I'll see that now didn't didn't necessarily have it in my. Although i think i recognize it from works of literature that i've read you know i'm a big fan of the work of the writer. Lee martin and lee martin does that. He focuses on ordinary people and ordinary moments. That become waited with. And behold the world and make unexpected discoveries As your any stories riding them in different points of view your audience and First person third person But you are the author of these stories. What did you Step back behold into this work when you get through you know. I it story my story there were revelations so in each story. I had a moment when i finished it when i thought oh. Wow that's where we ended up. You know that sort of surprise that you can that can happen in the in the course of the creative process and then you know with the collection itself at bishop. Early developed a collection and had a meal photographer from boston. Traveling through the south and it was all about him in his life and for some reason Folks that were reading it. They liked him okay. They weren't super excited about it. It occurred to me that the women in the stories not him were the most interesting part of the stories and then there was a point in our culture where people were really turning their attention to the experiences of women at through that metoo movement and it occurred to me that i had a whole bundle of stories that really featured women and so i went back toned down the photographer character in some cases elevated some of the other characters and found that when i had was a cohesive collection that simply centered on the experiences of women and girls and that in itself was really a revelation. I had you know. I didn't really know that. I had that many stories. That would hang together in quite that way. But i was really delighted to find that they did and Have felt really confirmed as readers as a whole sort of a collection. That's that's cohesive and and pulled together based on those themes yourself your woman you grown up. You experienced These moments where you are not as interesting and they interfere with what what women are trying to do. Were there any stories in this collection that Maybe were more personal to you than that other. Well you know there are a couple of them that really resonate with me Like miss not being a ballerina as about of kind of lonely little girl. At who's best friend's mother is getting ready to undergo cancer treatment. And you know. I remember being a kid and i remember having a best friend and how central and passionate those relationships can be and And and that idea that if happens to your parents at sort of up engineer world And so i feel. I feel very tenderly towards that one. The other story that that really The that stays with me. And and i wrote it kind of straight as as a sad story but people read it really a satire and ad i read it to groups and they laugh at it is the story religion about the The lonely thirty year old woman. Who goes to she thinks. She's going to a day coupons class and she had step in a breastfeed irs lake meeting. And you know it's a it's a story about really not being seen in. It's a story about being desperately lonely and you know. I just remember points in my when i felt that way and didn't feel a part of a group or one badly to be a part of a group and you know that's really what drives her. Those are her motivators. She wants so badly to be accepted that she fabricates the idea that she has this child. And she pursues this goal of breastfeeding. So again i wrote it straight but people it is funny. It's really not
Prof. Kitrina Douglas Talks About Narrative Theory And Identity
"Yeah if i challenge you. Couldn't we say that nowadays especially when the dual career has become kind of quite influential scores. So the idea that athletes need to be combining school and sport at the same time so now it could be even more dominant idea that you are not allowed to be just an athlete but you also have to be a student that you need to get your education at the same time. So it's becoming another form. Dominant narrative telling you that you have to have at least these two identities a rate land you battle I cool the national anti-doping panel who are involved says who sit and hear cases of who have been found guilty of committing an anti-doping events and want to appeal that bam. And i remember a few years ago i sat on a hearing panel. And there's three qc and two former athletes who have had representative histories in this book career. So we sit as a three-person powell to hear the uk anti doping and the athletes defense. This particular athlete was at a really well known university in the uk. One of the best universities you who was on their talk team. In particular sports and this athlete the cohort that he was in was studying light in the library. And they all took a tablet so they wouldn't sleek so that they could get their assignment in at five o'clock in the morning and then this athlete got on a coach and went to a particular european sporting event and one inch and he was tested off. What's four years. He lost his scholarship to the university. He lost his place in particular sport. I won't go into specifics but he was doing what he was supposed to do. All of the learning on the sport. And i just felt just do the sports just to the spoke for now. Why push yourself so much in the education as well that you have to attain such a high standard in that you called win. I felt i felt that this athlete was under too much pressure to perform. Both of those things and i'm really uncomfortable by chance. The jewel career in theory sounds great but in practice. I think there's a lot of problems with it because exactly as your say we. We expect athletes to perform in both of these areas. Now yeah yeah. Those are the questions that i've been looking into as well. It seems to be especially with the young women who often really put effort into both of them so they want to be perfect in everything but they also want to have like active social life. And you know probably you cannot do everything at the same time up to you. know perfection. yeah. I think there's to sing it now. In the uk and of course children develop while at school but the narrative this in the newspapers and also and i've had some young people interviewed is my life is going to be ruined because i have been at school this last year. Now i did see hack today. We can learn in lots of different ways. There's the hidden curriculum and if everyone across the road is of school. It's a level playing field so we don't have to say will your disadvantage the have been voltages to being home with your family and going back to my life. My father would take him to school to found events. He couldn't necessarily have holidays during school times so he takes. I did i was it affected effect. I my education. Well done better in my agency exam but does not really match so we have to see. The live isn't justified education. It's about our relationships. It's about understanding the world and what we're doing. And so i feel everything is getting to submit and true and people allowed to grow develop in thomas best then i remember again. My brother say you'll probably late developer. And i've got no executive but it gave me a narrative it doesn't have to stop playing golf five. I can stop when. I was seventeen and lots of people said to me when i was starting at seventeen. Oh you're too old. You remember someone at the gulf of on that and say who do you think you. I can't pitch up and say going to become a professional golfer. That's not how it works. You go to be town. Id spotted at five and you go big on this particular pathway so can work that way but it can also work lots of different ways that were allowing enough experimentation a walk. I think for those of us that don't follow the gender the typical pathway. We defended public side so i was very creative player. I learned how to play shots. Because i taught
Caroline Giuliani, daughter of Rudy, opens up about being polyamorous
"Right rudy. Giuliani's daughter caroline rose says she finds strength and being a unicorn and we're not talking about the mythical creature carolina reveals in vanity fair that she takes pleasure and pride in being the third and a sexual relationship with a couple so she is very open in this letter. She is unapologetic. She is very happy and proud and she said it took her awhile to get to this point but she is super happy to spread awareness. I would like to hear your thoughts. The guest our guest stars always the role. That wanna have. If you're going to do this. Explain to the people first of all unicorn. This first of all unicorn is a mystical creature. Obviously the third person in a relationship Go ahead i'm more like a goat. I come in food. I rummaged leave. You don't want me there. Because i'm digging. I'm asking you questions about your relationship. Okay oh yeah you're involved. Enjoy the moment. Have a nice night. So maybe we can do this again sometime. It's going to be sexy but then it turns into dr phil. It's like a whole connection here. What can we do to bring you back to get an older home doing nothing. One hundred days to the unicorn mad that the even using this word unicorn is the mystical creatures. A word my son would use the unicorn and now that it's this person who's in a relationship with a couple. I never use that word again. May mommy and were beautiful. I bet you do see this. Is that bronco unicorn. We normally call that person. Frankie freak frigging day game. Get with the couple all. It's a thing i gotta say. What is now the thing because you're also unattached. You know unicorn side piece. yes that's what is normally called. you are they. Are we committed. No there's no people with papers der together a unicorn. The definition of a person comes into a razor. They cannot interfere with the couple mainstays. You're just to come and go
The Power of the Praline
"Let's get to question let us for all liens are pralines or pauline's or lines. This is the first question what are they. Oh heck well a as it turns out the word of prowling can refer to a number of types of candies. What the word means in the american south is a soft fudgy type of carmel. Lumped with pieces of pecan and like a melt in your mouth super sweet rich buttery creamy confection with the contrasting crunch and complementary sweet buttery flavor cons so good. Oh my heck it's typically made by cooking a sugar with butter milk or cream or condensed milk. Maybe a little bit of annella and then at chapter have cons. An easter this constantly until it is a thick syrup softball stage for y'all candy makers and then you pour the the mass out onto a tray or a slab cool either in a single sheet to be broken into pieces later or in individual mounds sort of the the size and shape of a cookies when they're done they're dry the touch not sticky until they start to melt which they can like skin temperature You can get variations in there that include like rum for flavoring chocolate pralines peanut butter pralines chewier caramel praline. Pralines encased in hard chocolate sometimes called turtles cetera You can make them with other nuts too. I guess that is something. I've never seen but researching this episode. I have learned. That is definitely a thing. Yeah yeah okay. So in europe we run into some kind of serious linguistic confusion. Because in france from what i understand the word Prowling means whole almonds or other nuts that are cooked in boiling sugar then cooled so that it creates like granulated coding that keeps the almond inside fresh and i think it can also mean That confection crushed into a powder for use in like other candy making or baking. Or what have you here in the states we do call nuts that have been encased in a crunchy dairy sugar coating praline nuts and praline. Pecans are a holiday delicacy in the south. Yes meanwhile back in france. There's a related term of a means groundnuts or possibly praline knots cooked into a soft paste with sugar and chocolate and then coated in a hard chocolate. Shell like a like a bon. Bon yelm right. Meanwhile in belgium the word probably means any confection consisting of a hard chocolate shell encasing a softer filling one of the traditional fillings or perhaps traditional filling being prawning. Y'all it takes me like a really silly amount of time to suss all of this out i. It was like cross-referencing i. There was a lot of translating pages from french with google translate blake. I got very confused for a very hot minutes. Yeah that's one of the funny things about when you do grow up in an area and you don't realize something as regional venture outside of it and you're like wait you call leads. What and way for us. 'cause you just kind of assume the word means this turn out not necessarily yeah Yes so so. That's fun when you're googling it is it is it adds an extra layer of challenge of fun difficulty. A wrinkle an air history perhaps mystery what brolly are really great. Are we talking about well lauren. What about the nutrition. Well there. they're treat. It's you know it's sugar in nuts and fat it treats are nice. Tweets are great Not circling tristesse would imagine. I did find I guess this is a good transition into numbers portion. Because there aren't any numbers on pralines. But i did find one. That really cracked me up. And it was hyper specific to how many germans or eating pralines and how many were having more than one a day. And i just loved that this exists and is obviously not a well. Maybe not obviously but not the feeling we're talking about so i didn't include it but it was very funny to me that like only twenty percent of germans have proud leans more than once a day like a lot to me still. I'm just paraphrasing. Don't don't quote me on that but it was okay. Gave me a chuckle. that study did. Yeah yeah i Right right sussing out the numbers for for what. We are focusing on in this episode. Which is the american. South's version of that. Melty kind of fudge. Like pecan praline situation. Sussing that out from everything else was was was tough numbers size but i will say that at shops in new orleans that still make pralines by hand. I'm just i'm not gonna say consistently. I'm so sorry for anyone who is already being driven completely up the wall by this yeah shops new orleans. Still make them by hand out like for example Lays pralines a batch of two hundred takes about forty minutes to make start to finish and dedicated. Three person team can turn out a thousand a day. Whoa right hoof at the new orleans school of cooking. which does cooking demos and classes. They make thousands a day in overlapping batches and one cook who who mostly does candy making for them By the name of our ruffin told the la times. If i had to keep account on how many i make. I think i'd probably quit

Using LinkedIn to build your business and brand with Scott Aaron
"I'd love to do. We're going to deeper into linked jan and how you've been leveraging in using it because what we're saying to people is look leave untapped opportunity on link jin to really take the time now to build those connections because the seeds that you start to so now i going to come as you develop a nurture that just like farming going to seed and sprout and what you do now is going to impact many months down the track which is cost. Scott is what happened she you but before we move on sometimes we do need to plow that field a little bit talk about some of the ways that you overcame some of those obstacles new sites. Actually you'll superpower because sometimes when we are sitting in that situation off want now. Everything feels and seems hopeless. We're not able to take on any new learnings. That really could be the solution to moving forward because what happened to you. of course. it's taken that trajectory in a whole other area. Which now you'll specializing in. So what are a few words of advice some insights maybe around becoming obstacles that that becomes a superpower being resilient and that that can sort of late to successes and then i think jive deeper into to the link. Jim but what are some Insights you wanna share here. Well it actually. It all came about two different things so just four and a half years ago. I filed for personal bankruptcy. And i am i i. I don't believe you can go any lower. The net point now to preface. That i had a successful coaching practice. I had a successful online wellness practice but the gym was failing. It was losing about three thousand dollars a month. I was the personal guarantor of the lease and for business owners. That don't know what that means. When you're the personal guarantor of the lease your financially responsible for every dollar. It's owed on that least whether it succeeds or fails and that was about four hundred and fifty thousand dollars of liability debt. That was in my name. And i met with my business attorney and he said listen. You got two choices. You can continue having your two successful businesses fund. You're failing one or you can file for personal. Bankruptcy have cleaned sate slate and start your life now and when he painted that picture for me. There was no hesitation. A lot of people. That may be here that they're like all my guide. I might be faced with filing for bankruptcy. I didn't hear your life is going to be over. I heard your life is about to begin. Because this emory this was my opportunity over an eighteen year period that i was finally able to start doing things on my own my own way painting the picture that i wanted to paint carving the path that i wanted to carve people think that life is a straight line. Life is not a straight line there. Are you know again. We're in a very unprecedented time rate now in globally a lot of people have. There's been a lot loss. There's been lives lost. There's been Relationships lost there's been memories and precious time with loved ones that are lost but again we've all been through our own form of personal pandemics whether it's divorce whether it's bankruptcy whether it's cutting ties with family member whatever it is but the one thing that always kept me going was knowing that i couldn't control anything that has happened. Can't control it. It's early in the past. And i can't worry too much about the future because it hasn't happened yet and remember reading. A book called the power of now by eckhart totally and he talks about just and and this is m read. This is my the foundation. That i always come back to whenever there's a wall kicking moment whenever there's a hiccup with something that's going on. He says in this book. There's three types of people there's people that live in anxiety there's people that live in fear and there's people that live in peace. The people that live in anxiety are the ones that are constantly replaying the tapes of their past that are keeping them where they don't want to be the people that in fear are the ones that are so fearful of. What has it happened yet. They are paralyzed with what's going on right now. And then there's the people that live in peace and the people that live in peace are the ones that are living in the time period. That is the only time in our life that we can actually control which is the now the present moment which we are in rate at this time so when i started to think about that i knew no matter what was going to be thrown at me. There is a solution for every problem. And you hear it. All the time live in the solution. Don't live in the problem if it's already happened. Okay i'm going to work through this. There's a there's a way to figure this whole thing out and i had to remain grounded. And that is what's really enabled me to continue to thrive whether there's a pandemic or not it's allowed me to overcome those obstacles. I'm not saying that there is no emotional scars. We all have. We always carry around emotional scars. But it's how we process and handle them and grow from them and it's also allowed me to become resilient it's allowed me to understand and take conceptually know that no matter what the universe is throwing at me it's going to propel me to something greater and i look forward to those challenges because we are challenged when something is thrown our way and we are growing. We become better definitely and you being in the background. The jim knight building muscle. When you're lifting you tearing muscle a posh to make wine. You'll crushing those grades. And so to build resilience. You have resilience muscle. Guess what in asia guy challenges and obstacles to be able to learn and grow and because of that you'll now able to share how you you'll leveraging linking because that was something that the kind of apparent to you. Hey i can connect with all of these people. So what i've got. I've got gone in john beforehand. Is i have actually let me. Just see if i can bring this on. Looked you up on lincoln and they guy we've got. Your leak did profile so i'll go. That might be nice to have been. But you know you talk about the best use of linked into build your business and brand. What would you say have been some of the key insights. You've learned through leveraging region. Some of the how. To's that really have made a significant difference in how you have leverage in the outcomes that you and your clients are now getting through using this platform. So i called the layer cake of lincoln and the four best practices or best things that you can understand the way that i call it. A layer cake is because there's a big layer medium layer small layer and then a tiny layer and the big layer is your profile. This is this is where people get to know who you are and what you do and actually if you scroll down a little bit and maria on my profile you'll see under the highlighted the featured information rate. They're on the right hand side. There's an optimize linked in. It's it's a free download That i have where it helps. People start to optimize a pdf. That goes over the specific sections. And i always talk about making sure that you have a clear and present headshot you have a background photo that is branded to you. the about me section which is very very important and the two best tips that i can give you for the about me. Section number one Actually three making sure. It's in first person you don't want it in third person. Make sure it's in first person number to make sure it's two to three hundred words in length that is leading the reader of your profile. No here's what i do. Here's how i do it. And here's what i do for clients and finally a call to action. So is there a website you can direct them to. Is there an email. They can contact you out so if you go to the bottom of that you will see that. I put a call to action. Connect with me here. Reach out to me here. Give people somewhere to go. The experience action is also very important because the experience section. It really allows you to pudding key words and what people don't understand is there's something called seo embedded all over our profile which means search engine optimization so are linked in profile so emory if you open up another window and you just go on google and i i always do this with people and you open up another window and you just type in my name and you type in scott aaron One of the first things. That's going to come up with a google result on the first page is my latent profile. And are you talking. Yes and why. That's so powerful. So that means that you're profiles because microsoft obviously works in conjunction with yahoo with being with google so now when people are searching on google the redirected back to your page. So you can see rate there. My linked in profile is the third result on there.
Bethesda Announces Indiana Jones Game
"Morning a little small indie company by the name of edessa decided to wake up in chooses violence. They've announced a new indiana jones game. I'm pulling directly from their twitter Kevin i have the twitter link. Create a poll up. If you wanna show the teaser that they tweeted out this morning for the indiana jones game between a follow up tweet reads like this. A new indiana jones game with an original story is involvement from our studio machine games. It'll be executive produced by todd howard in collaboration with lucasfilm games. It'll be some time before we have more to reveal but we're very excited to share today's news on those your reaction confusion because they didn't look rebrand yesterday and they're already like coming out swinging like i remember everyone thinking. I wonder if this means like indiana jones games like. Yeah maybe when they do movie sure but like i did not expect the day after they did. The rebranding like yeah. No lucas like indiana jones as well and machine games really good. Pick i would. I am excited for them to stretch our legs a little bit like get into different. Ip it like really see what they can do with this game. Yeah this looks. I'm very excited about this. From the perspective of i would not have expected this announced it and for them to come out and be giving it to machine games. I think is very exciting Because beijing games obviously known for the wolfenstein game the recent style games that i've been really excellent. This seems like an entirely new project for them. In the way that. I'm really curious and excited to see them. Stretch their legs and try out something new. Because this this very much reminds me of the same or similar as guerrilla games From zone in creating horizons zero. Don you know and like kill zone obviously like not wolfenstein in terms of how those things are. it's like wolfenstein. The new colossus vary excellent game. But what games in wolfson cost new colossus and. We'll send the order. I feel like if showing off a skill in terms of. Hey we can make blockbuster story like we can make We can have great dialogue and great cut scenes and really have you engaged with what's going on in the story of this game and so to see them tackle indiana jones game. I think is really exciting for that. Machine gave such a perfect pick because they're not afraid to just like if they want to do something that doesn't necessarily like jive with game and sarah and i'm not saying that's bad but like if they want to create some distance they will do it like we just colossus. Start off with you. Feeling all powerful. It's with you feeling like real shit like that. You start off extremely weak in that game. You literally start off in a wheelchair and then like before you really get. You know the new die. In a couple of hits. It is a difficult game at the beginning. I i can definitely see them. Having gained more quiet and contemplative at times indiana jones game that sometimes gets really lower action packed. And i think they're they're great at doing those balancing those two things so yeah. It is super cool to imagine what that game is right now. of course peach on dot com slash. Kind of funny games where you can go to ask questions for this show and most of the questions were all about this exact news and i have two questions that pretty much encompass what most people were asking So i'm gonna pull mitch crass in who wrote in and asked what is the most likely version of the in an indiana jones game. You're getting machine games. Third person first person tomb raider or horizon. Gluten full also wrote in and says good. Morning sexes with indiana jones. Being announced how do you think the game will fall into the microsoft acquisition. Xbox exclusive gain if third party and its success will microsoft. Continue making them. Thanks for all you do. 'em ron start from anywhere. I'm i'm gonna let you pick where we start in terms of what this game is going to be in house can be released. Could actually we're up to these things together is does does this game exist as an xbox version of mater are not charted. And that's like that. Is i think the most important question to me. 'cause like if like are they trying to go for. Hey why bother with dime store idiot joseph. Every jobs were here like drake become the. We have indiana jones at home. Kenneth i who knows. I think that would be an interesting for microsoft but the fact that acquisition was announced through ago as as the more than three months ago like four months ago. I'm gonna guess. His games deals deals with this game. Were asked before that but it is also worth noting that xbox responded to this tweet already. They've the xbox account. Sony has not as far as i know. Maybe it's correct me. W but does that indicate that this exclusive or does it like the fact that it's a external ip in the case that is supposed to be everywhere like this does give us a little bit of an idea or not yet but it will give us a little bit of idea of what does microsoft plan to do with the are they going to for example the star field on ps five. If so like was an ordeal for that or are they going to have startups five. Four seventy dollars and free on a free quote on game pass like that would be a hell of a contrast to make so. I'm curious what happens with within. Yeah jones because if they do make it they're like you can only play like spiderman. You can only play indiana jones on xbox that is a compelling do

"Is downgraded. It becomes less important. It's like y you don't have to like it. You just have to do it. It's like you must eat predominantly healthy food. If it's predominantly unhealthy than the knock on effect the ramifications of that is poor health and declining health. So the act of choosing an eating predominantly healthy food. That must be done like. Well you don't have to like it but you have to do that. This is the way of reality if you want x. then you must why now there are options to what why can be so. There's more than one way to get something done in other words when you take that third person perspective. Let's go back to the example of i'm way to busy. I can't fit exercise in to my life. If we take that perspective of while you you must fit exercise into your life. Otherwise your body is going to start to decline. The health of your brain is going to start to decline when we put a priority on it then it must be done. So how can it be down while. Maybe i could do something while. I'm waiting for the toast right instead of. Just put the toast down and psycho k. Nowadays this wait for that minute and a half or two minutes or whatever it happens to be something could be done there and that seems simple office and that's the point. The third person perspective we get outside of the subjective experience of the feelings that we have about are necessary behaviors to reach specific goals and we become more objective we become more some would say more hardnosed a little bit callous. To just going with our feelings feelings are fine. Emotions are a reflection of what we're thinking but that is the point of changing your sinking perspective. It changes how you interpret your circumstances. I've gone a couple of quotes from a book that was written in nineteen sixteen by gentleman named robert r.

"Yourself from your own life taking that third person perspective when we think about our own life we are very much into not only what we do physically. But we're doing mentally so we're aware of our intentions. Our desires our fears doubts that we may have options that we are aware of so it gets very convoluted when we remove ourselves and put ourselves into that third person perspective than we gained some distance from everything that's going on inside her head and that is where the utility or the effectiveness of taking that third person. Perspective comes in when we consider someone else's circumstances. We aren't aware of their subjective experience. We don't know what they're thinking what they're feeling what they perhaps secretly desire what they may not even be aware that they want to achieve in the end we can be much more objective when we are sinking about another person and what to us. Seems like while it's obvious what they should do or what they could do does not make the advice that we may have for someone else. Good advice wise advice. Not necessarily the difference here though and why taking the third person perspective is so useful. Is that very often. It is a much more actionable advice. Meaning it's something that can actually be done as opposed to. Let's just think about it. Some more is what. I call the soda of the situation s. Od the simple obvious direct action. Let's get out of the abstract practical things here. So let's imagine that somebody wants to exercise and currently they don't so they wanna get fitter. They wanna read easier when they're climbing the stairs. They wanna look a little bit better when they look at themselves in the mirror when they get up in the morning. We'll keep the goals very general here. In that scenario. What are some things they could do. While the august one is they could start to exercise.

"Got it. Okay. That so that did happen. Now, all of a sudden that package eight necessarily as a tractive now as it was then. Look at the landscape of the league, that's why David Griffin came on and said is going to be more than one team to satisfy what we need because he sees what I see on paper. It is at one team that's going to be able to get the deal done. It's interesting. Yeah, David was based scene like I know what the Lakers can offer, but someone else is going to have to take that on. And I will take something else in return. Fucker aunt, Dave. He's on the phone a lot. I hope he's got hope you've got unlimited data, because, you know, David on the phone all day long right now it is time for Jalen favorite segment. Jalen of do we? Jalen ramsey. Is this week's Jalen of the week? Jalen Ramsey, it has been reported that he will not get a contract extension from the Jaguars. He feels like he is outplayed his compensation, but he's also been on wax and said that he's fine. He's fine with the idea that he's not going to contract extension this year. But then he did something, I know you're gonna love, Jalen rose, he'd something, I know you're gonna love. He tweeted this. I'm ask for so much money. They have to put me on layaway. He not only is named Jalen, he cited one of your heroes boss move, or super boss move. Super boss move. Big shout to my main sake who bought a way out follow on social media. He just signed with the Dita's. He has a terrific family. I support all the he does on it off the field. Quality, young man representing the name one hundred and fifty percent better than I ever could. However, one thing I need to bring him on this show to talk about, you know, how important it is to us that when you quote, somebody, you give them credit, all of the people that have shows across the multiple networks, we sit back and we're we're not on camera. We point the misdemeanor twos out or they stole that from us. They stole that from us, they pick and choose what they want to take from our show, but they don't wanna shout us out as a Detroit Lions fan. I saw this quote played out live. By Jalen Ramsey's idol and my friend, and brother. And arguably, the greatest athlete of all time in any sport not named Muhammed Ali Dion Sanders. The lions we're gonna pick him. He said that exact quote with a Jerry curl with Mr. T gold chains went to the combine. What is regular clothes on the side of he was going to run and ran the fastest forty time of all time that was Diaz quote. And I know that Jalen Ramsey not only idolizes prime, but that's one of his mentors. You gotta give him credit for the quote your thoughts. I agree with you. But I do want to defend Jalen Ramsey and say, this grammar is very important to me. My mom's an English teacher. He did put quotation marks around it. So he is he is close close to giving him credit. Jalen rose. I missed it this year because landed on my son's birthday. So please catch me up on what happened at the Jalen rose leadership academy. Graduation. I wanna give everybody, affiliated with JR lay huge kudos. Co-founder. Michael Carter, the entire board of directors the parents, the staff of the school, but more importantly, the students, we service, eight hundred students Jacoby around four hundred in the building another four hundred. "You don't have to be a celebrity to get acknowledged about this program. Okay. We appreciate love companionship. We're both happily married men. But he put it on wax to let it be known. The ideal partner would be the Lakers. However, don't sleep on the New York Knicks in this dynamic either. If they're able to acquire a D that will also Lynn to them signing somebody else this off season. And therefore, I think he will be happy with that situation as well. I think so too, but I know the Knicks roster I've been. Madison Square Garden this year. I watched the MSG network and then listen to CLYDE Frazier. While the games are on. They don't really have a true, true package. It's good that they got the three the number three pick that happy part of it. But he can be Mitchell Robinson, Lonzo tree and Kevin Knox. Like that's not exactly comparable to what the Lakers could potentially put together. We will keep our eye on all of this, as find it really interesting. But not only are we talking about where a d is going to end up. There's now a betting line like you say everything in sports has a betting line. And so does wear Anthony Davis will play for. And Jalen, you will not believe this not only are the Lakers favorites. They are huge favorites to land a D. It's approximately one to five like it's like you gotta bet five hundred to win one hundred for this outcome. The Knicks are a distant second, where it's close to one to one. And then the rest of it is just a long shot so close to four to one for the Knicks Jalen. What did these betting lines tell you about Anthony? Davis team next year. Well, it just leading off the narrative that became the obvious that if he could choose his destination. It would be the Lakers. So of course that becomes the betting favourite. But the problem is he still doesn't control his destiny. The owner of the pelicans has since walked back this terminology, but she basically said, she would do a deal with the Lakers over her dad body for those that watch this program. I've said this all year when the pelicans look down at their phone two one three three two three three one. All voicemail. It was consistent throughout the year. And let me tell you what happened to the Lakers package that changed from February to now. Same players. Well, let me tell you what's changed. Brandon Ingram is returning from a blood clot issue. You don't know how that's going to affect him. Long term. Lonzo ball. My adopted little brother, finish the season in a uniform more street. Clothes street. Clothes streak loose. Okay..

"And it is genius. Because here's the deal when you start talking about the best teams in the AFC guess so you not going to mention Ray raiders, but, but they're going to win the headlines because Antonio Brown Jon Gruden the players you just mentioned Richie ikat needle von. Tasr. Ver- fick. Will you put a camera on those guys, and it's hard not Mike Mayock, who used to work in the media is going to lead all of the shows because guess what shows like ours and others? Especially in the national media gonna do between now football season. We'll be Taylor clips knocks we're gonna four and we'll be taking clips, a hard knocks and talking about them. So Jalen before this season even starts. I have a list of five predictions of what will occur this season on hard knocks at the raiders, and I want you to evaluate each one. Number one prediction Vaughn, says Burfoot fights at least three teammates. You know they love to skirmish out on hard. Three fights bond has perfect with his own teammates. Second. Mark Davis will get a haircut on camera. We all want to see that hair sausage is made. Seriously? We need to know how long it me. Look at that right there. Look good. She's not grow my hair out. Hair? I'll get the Mark day of is that doesn't look that bad to be honest. I feel like my son which concerning next Derek Carr is going to sub tweet Jon Gruden after one episode. It's all it's gonna take. Jamaica last fourth. It's going to happen. Richie incognito going to get cut. This is going to happen. We know Richie incognito is going to get cut, and most importantly, we're all gonna fall in love with the personalities of the team. But the raiders are going to go five and eleven this season. I mean that's the real prediction. Regardless of hard knocks aby birthday, the raiders will five and eleven this season. Do you think that's a fair prediction? The last one. You left out the most important one that fans are going to get a chance to see. Mark Davis, flash southwest or spirit airlines from the beta Vegas, come Kobe. That's the may one, okay? The raiders are strong for cash. They're going to be tough. It's going to be tough for them to make payroll this year. You might see a goal is Eli. I ain't even get paid this week on the league, your catches touchdowns and ain't even pay me this week. That's probably that's the that's the sad is one and it's probably true. So Jalen, you're my brother. You know you put me onto a lot of game. You helped me through a lot of my problems. Both professionally and personally and need you to help me through what this conflict, I have is boiling inside of me. I support US soccer. I love the men's team. I love the women's team. I was watching the game against Highland yesterday, or how, you know, data hord thirteen goals. They was thirteen to nothing and I watched the entire game now you know, goal differential comes into play when it comes to World Cup tiebreakers. So they are motivated, scores many goals as possible, when they scored gold ten and gold eleven goal twelve and thirteen and the way they celebrated when they did it I felt a little conflicted. I felt a little conflicted. I questioned their sportsmanship, I understand their enthusiasm about being in the World Cup. And I understand the just a passionate thing. Zuber's that will come out of you when you score a goal on that stage especially your first goal shout to pew. But if a little funny to watch Alex Morgan gave her Pinot piggyback, it felt a little funny to see Osborne counting the goals, and it made me feel for the type players, especially when I saw one of the top players crying after the game helped me through this is it we're professionals were on the international stage. We need scores. Many goals as possible. We're just playing the people in front of us. Or is it maybe we shouldn't celebrate that way with that score?.

"At think he means the gentleman with names that start with k we've been saying this all along. What do you think about JR? Saying that the Lakers are not a front runner to get a big free agent. No surprises here. We'll just the best in the gay, we've talked about that he put it on wax. We've we understood that while they do have the great LeBron James the unique thing about all of the top tier free agents. They don't have to run to him to get a championship because each of those case already wanted Corrine did it with him. K d did it twice and Golden State. They have a long shot to do it again. He's going to miss next year. Coa Leonard has a chance to be finals MVP for second team. The only other people that do that, were Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and LeBron James Klay Thompson ain't leaving a splash brothers. So I understand that theory to be true. And it's something that we've noted the entire year next Tiger Woods is back on the golf course keep moving to hit the brakes. Moving keep moving. We keep him. Oh. Forbes announced their list of top earning athletes, keep moving or hit the brakes hit the brakes. I'll write the list was topped with three soccer players, messy Rinaldo and neymar, but I lived through this list, and they list what their salary is, and what their endorsement money is. And I noticed something that echoes some of your feelings about the NFL if you're not a quarterback, the people on this list there, not quarterbacks made a million dollars or less an endorsement money, not talking about Khalil Mack. A million dollars endorsement money to Marcus Lawrence, a hundred and fifty thousand dollars in endorsement money. Aaron Donald one of the best players in the NFL, only five hundred thousand dollars in endorsement money. Jalen, what can these athletes themselves do? And what can the league due to up the profile of non quarterback players? I talked about this for so many years football players, ultimately are going to have to decide how important guaranteed contracts are to them. And the way to do it visually is going to be striking. We've seen it happen in the NBA. We seen it happen in the NHL. We've seen it happened with major league baseball players and they have the best union in sports when it happened with the NFL in the eighties players crossed the line and some of those players were the highest paid players in the game. And the league felt like they could put on a product so much without their normal players that they created what we now term as scabs the NFL their logo is a shield the NBA their logo is a player Jerry West. That's how the sports are promoted. So therefore, if you're an NFL player and you. Wanna get higher door Smith. Money. You gotta do it Dale Beckham. Julia does you gotta do it. Then Tonio Brown. Does you gotta do JJ watt? Does they let it be known that, yes, I'm good at football? But they find ways to promote themselves outside of the game. And sometimes, even if people don't like it, they still do it. Do you know why I'm happy? I'm happy because hard knocks has announced which team they're going to document the preseason of, and it is per. How are we don't want to see we don't want to see the detailing we wanna see the raiders, they got perfect? They gotta Tokyo Brown. They got they got Jon Gruden got an owner with a great haircut. What did you think about the announcement of the raiders being on hard knocks? So what the raiders have done is exactly what a franchise would a storied history. A terrific fan base should do. They're doing everything to not only satisfy the media, but also they're owning everything public consumption, that has nothing to do with wins or losses..

Taught me, I'm gonna bring out a different side of myself once a month, and I need the fans to tell me what month they want this to be the Motown, clown. Jalen virtues, everybody. He's coming out once a month, also Shem media, anybody to try to throw shade anybody to try to cloud. I'm going to take one month out of the year, and I'm going Curtis Jackson. Everybody wants a long trying to assassinate Mark character because ours up I in the said he should not go for this. I says he's not go. And if people like oh where he got clear daily don't know what he talking about. Hacking, Jamie goes say that he can play is in the doctors him out there. And guess what he plays they got hurt. I'm coming I fully support this. You getting in the comments you responded to the haters, I fully support this. However, the math doesn't really add up, are you picking a month of the year or you gonna do one day of each month? I'm going to do it every day for calendar month. Okay. I'm going Curtis Jackson, I'm going to let the people twos. What looked that should be? And as maybe times as I can anybody that think of all saying some negative to me, somebody that's given so much to the court. I'm clean every day. I got a fresh cut a founder of the school is kids named after me all of that. But there are people that don't care. So you know what I'm going to do those people, I'm going to give them what they want. I'm going to respond. I'll care if they got one follower. I'll kept they got a million follow you want it. Got it. For to that. I also look forward to listening to Kevin Durant's. Mom wanted Durant talk to the cultures. Mom Robin Roberts about her son's injury. Let's listen the warriors make a mistake. Did they rush him? Yes. Yes, I've heard that. Well, you know it's still out right now. Don't know he felt that he was able to play. And they said that he could play in Seoul. We still have to analyze that. And see if you know they made the right decision. That's kind of up in the air right now. Okay. I'm gonna do the media thing and read too much into that answer. Jalen rose. I'm gonna do the media thing and reach that too much. That answer. Do you think the warriors rushed him? Yeah. It's still out. She didn't say no. She said. Kevin bell accuse ready to play and the doctors cleared him am I doing reading too much into this by saying, there's still a part of wanted to rent that maybe feels like the blame is on. On the staff of the warriors, you're not reading too much into it. David Jacoby listened to your brother. I told you that the workout didn't go well. He had a strained calf. He was out over thirty days. You don't go from that on Friday. So being cleared to play a basketball game in the NBA finals on Monday, if, if this was February, he would not have gone, if they were up three one he would not have gone if they were to to he would not have gone. But now all of a sudden they get down three one. There's a sense of desperation with the organization and with the player and how many times have you said this, and how many times have you heard this? You must protect athletes from themselves. Yes, we're not the smartest people..

You've seen these things people's zoom by the skateboarder scooter remote control in their hand, zooming around, not kicking and pushing, like a regular skateboard. They look so cool people in suits doing it people doing it just for fun. This is a brand new method of transportation, that is sweeping the city.
