FL Weatherman Fails to Save Cat During Hurricane, Posts Video Instead

"Dylan Federico is the meteorologist for wi and K week TV. And they're doing the live video. I don't know, where were they planning on watching the cat drown in real time? No, it's terrible. So anyway, the guy, so he deleted the original video because he's getting crucified. And you know those cat lovers. Oh, the pitot people? But well, I think the cat lovers are more aggressive than the pita people when it comes to their cats. Yeah, you don't mess with the cat, lady. So now, so the guy deleted the original video that caused all the controversy, and then he and then he posted another video that showed how I guess inside wherever they were located and how the storm surge was like what two or three feet deep. And he talked about how he had tried to go out there and rescue the cat. When the cameras were off. Very astute viewers, though, because they realized what he posted the photo showing how high the water was getting. He was in dry clothing and his sneakers are stark white. Something doesn't add up. Something's not adding up. And I don't see any kitty cat scratches. Because I'll say this about the cats. But again, I Todd starred, and I'm humanitarian. And a kitty cat. A kitty cat terrier. There you go. And I will a feline Tyrion. And if I saw, but you know what happens when you try to rescue the dogs are very grateful. They'll cling to you. And they'll hug you. Lick you. The cat will scratch the living daylights out of you. And then afterward, maybe we'll rub up against you and purse. I don't think they will. I mean, they're just very, they're very. The

Joe Bastardi: What Is the Weather Trying to Tell You?

"Joe what are you looking for when you say that we may not be done What exactly in your meteorologist cerebral cortex is going on there Well first of all you're in a situation where if you notice how cool it is in the eastern part of the United States all these storms that you see deepen as they come to the east coast have been cool air masses I remember Harvey was in Texas how cool it was all over the place It was a lot of cool air around And so what happens is this when you start cooling the United States and the northern Atlantic when it gets started getting cooler it forces the forces the convert what we call convergence to be near our coast If it's cool with high pressure over land and you have all this warm water to the southeast of the United States well where is the upward motion going to be What's going to be most conducive for hurricane development Now this is taking me 45 50 years to be blunt about it I learned it from my dad In those days those guys didn't have computers How the heck did they hit the forecast So my dad would always say to me you've got to you've got to study the weather and ask yourself what is it trying to tell you And if you look at the overall pattern for instance I posted something on Twitter The vertical velocity patterns in week three and four on the European on the J and a model are identical to what their forecast was late September 2012 What came along at the end of September right The end of October that was sandy Those vertical velocity patterns when you see upward motion forecasted over the Atlantic during the hurricane season sinking air in the Pacific it means that you look for certain things I can't get into it but there's a lot of old school methodology involved here that and you use pattern recognition

Could Elon Musk Partner With the Video Platform Rumble?

"I want to talk about a possible possible potential. A partnership between the world's richest man, Elon Musk. And the terrific video platform, the alternative to YouTube. Called rumble. Now full disclosure, Debbie and I love rumble, the people at rumble came to me early on as they went to bongino and a couple of others and they basically said help us to build out this platform. And we did rumble began to grow rapidly. We began to post content on rumble. Subsequently, we were invited to invest in rumble, which we have, so I'm kind of letting you know that I have a stake or an interest in rumble. It's not going to affect anything I'm allowed to say, which is just descriptive. But nevertheless, rumble has grown from a relatively small platform of created by the way by Canadian named Chris pavlovsky. And Chris original idea was to create a platform that would help small content creators, as opposed to the big content creators that get enormous preferences at YouTube. And so it wasn't set up ideologically, but Chris is a free speech guy, and it's a real free speech platform. By the way, if you are not on rumble, you should be. Set up a rumble account, rumble is going places and you can find a lot of my content on rumble. Now, there was recently a very interesting exchange. It all started when the commentator Russell Brand was kicked off of censored on YouTube, and he was furious. It was over COVID and over the vaccines. And basically Russell Brand says, I'm moving to rumble. I'm going to put all my content up on rumble. And so Elon Musk kind of weighed in and basically said that, you know, it was very interesting. He was endorsing the free speech approach of Russell Brand. And then Dan bongino waited and basically said, hey, Elon, it would be great if you and rumble got together. It would be as one Geno puts it a four multiplier because rumble is a real freeze free speech platform and of course Elon Musk has the resources to essentially take rumble and make it into a kind of rocket, perhaps one that could even soar past past YouTube.

Arrests Made in Fatal Shooting of Rapper PnB Rock

"We got two articles that I wanted to read the rapper P and V P and B rock that was murdered. Out in LA at a rosco chicken and waffles. They found a suspect, but then I'm reading this arcade says man implicated in PnB rock murder clears his name. I haven't been able to read that article yet, but I read the first one, maybe I'll go in succession. And start with his first one said LAPD released a photo of the suspect and rapper P and B, rocks killing. Very, very unfortunate, says LAPD investigated named a gentleman named Freddie Lee, trong, and African American men as the suspect in the deadly shooting they believed that he approached the rapper, demanded his jewelry and proceeded to shoot him several times in front of the rapper's girlfriend along with terrified patrons and staff. Tron is considered to be arm and dangerous and authorities are asking anyone who sees him to call 9-1-1. This is the department also confirmed a 17 year old was arrested in a killing, but did not disclose any details. So pretty much a 17 year old was his son. And he literally robbed him for jewelry, and he says before the robbery officials said Allen's girlfriend posted a couple's location and a rapper also posted a video of him wearing expensive jewelry. LA sheriff, I think his Michael Moore said they believe that the suspects saw the rapper and his girlfriend whereabouts and tracked them down and robbed and shot him.

Speeding up the Asylum Process

"I have a small quarrel in a large quarrel. My small quarrel is, and this is, by the way, it falls into category whenever I write a column for The Washington Post, the comments fill up with people. Why didn't you write about this? Why didn't you write about that? I'm not trying to do that to you because I think that's an illegitimate. Why didn't you write about this? But you said, thus far, the changes are tiny, quote, only 99 people since the end of May have completed what are called asylum merits interviews with the asylum officer and fully evaluated under new rules of those 24 had been granted asylum, while most of the rest have had their cases sent back to the immigration court system for an appeal. Nothing on how long an appeal takes or whether or not they've done anything because the first adjudication is nevertheless adjudication in this system. I work with the system fairly closely for many years in Southern California. On behalf of people, I was on the Orange County children and families commission for 17 years. I know all about people coming to the country without permission. If they don't fix the appeals they haven't fixed anything, Michael, have they done anything on the appeals process? So part of the reason that I didn't go into a lot of detail there is because they don't have many numbers yet. They just started this at the end of May. So what happened to the 50 60 some odd people, they say that those people, if they were, if they were denied asylum by the asylum officer in this interview, they say they'll go back into the backlog system, but they claim it will be months not years because essentially they'll go to the front of the line and that the court system will be expedited because they will have already had this sort of interview taking place by the asylum officer.

"Back talking to Naomi wolf. Folks, I just want to ask you, please share this interview. We'll post it on rumble. If you go to Eric metaxas dot com and you get the newsletter, we'll share it with you. But you've got to share this because we are in desperate times. It's astonishing how little we hear about things like this, which simply couldn't be more important. Naomi, you talk about, we've been talking about the vaccine, whatever, but you talk about the human, right? And how the masks, the distancing, all of this stuff that has come upon us, which to my mind, it was absolutely unthinkable before two years ago. I mean, I just, I don't think anybody almost no one could ever imagine a world where we would have experienced this and we'd be in the middle of all this kind of thing. So it does seem strangely to be a war against the human. You talk about the masks, you can't see someone smile. Again, I find no other word. It seems to me demonic. It seems satanic and evil and horrifying. Yeah. And I think also a cult, I mean, I was reluctant to reach that conclusion, but there's so much that's ritualistic about the masking and the distancing and the even people's willingness. I keep thinking of Malik, you know, or a malek in the Bible. This sacrifice children, you know, the fact that parents are just offering up their children to an experimental injection when, you know, before 2020 would censure parents have done that. Yeah, that is my kind of spiritual theory of the case that these the shape that these directives took really has to be satanically directed because it's aimed at every level of where God comes into our lives, right? Family, smiling, laughing, music, worship, love. I mean, why am I sitting here talking like I'm very happy to be talking to you, but it's rosh hashanah. I'd like to worship in a synagogue, but I can't because the synagogue I was part of a synagogue in great bearings and won't let people into today if they are not vaccinated. Today, 2022, right? Two and a half years after this, you know, after the prison says it's not a state of emergency. There's surely money there, but there's also Satan there,

Breitbart's Matt Boyle Describes What Breitbart Means to Him

"Been a bright Bond. How long? Ten years now. Okay, ten years. Tell us a little bit about what breitbart means to you as a journalist and a conservative, and for those who aren't familiar with Andrew, I sat there. I worked for breitbart. You know I was the national security editor before I joined the Trump administration. But I never got to meet him. So why is he so different? I think one thing is fearlessness, but you tell our listeners and our viewers. It wasn't just fearlessness. Yes, it was fearlessness, and we see a lot of that across the conservative movement. Now, a lot of people out there being fighters obviously Donald Trump is probably the preeminent example of that. But it's not just the fearlessness. He was downright funny, too. Like if you ever hung out with Andrew, and I would do it. I never actually worked at breitbart when he was alive. He always tried to convince me to come over. I worked for Tucker Carlson. At daily caller, yes. So Tucker was my first editor. I've been blessed to have some great mentors. So I got to know Andrew breitbart really well. Yes. Yes. Totally changed my life. I changed my perspective on banks. Why? Tell us why. What was special about his perspective? He approached it from, so I was in journalism school. I was getting a master's degree. When I met Andrew breitbart, so I was freelancing and working part time for daily caller while I was going to American university for a master's degree in journalism. And then this was during the Tea Party movement in 2010. And I was doing a story for the daily caller on bias against conservatives by the left media at these Tea Party rallies where they were going out and interviewing people and then selectively editing them and deceptively editing the videos to make conservatives at these rallies. It's a good people that were going out to these Tea Party rallies to make them look like racists. And so I was looking for somebody to talk to. And I think it was Tucker who recommended. I reach out to this guy, Andrew breitbart. I'd never heard of him before. So I sent him this big long well thought through, press request email. And I went through the journalism training that you're supposed to act like your objective and you're supposed to, this, that and the other. Andrew and I started talking about this in about the flaws in the industry and it was him who I think convinced it was among other people, but it was him talker a few others that convinced me that the biggest flaw in the media industry that you see this across the board in The New York Times Washington Post et cetera is that they claim to be objective. There's no such thing as objectivity. And frankly, a lot of the bias that you see inserted into the media is unintended.

The Lessons of History Spell Biden's Downfall Says Byron York

"Sometimes the best question when it's as complicated a situation, it's just what's top of your mind right now. What do you think is going on? Well, the thing I'm thinking about right now is midterms and the lessons of history, whether lessons of history work until they don't. And the reason I was thinking about this, you've been talking about this ABC Washington Post poll. Right. It's done by Langer research. And they included a note in their analysis that went along with the poll. And it was about the midterms and Joe Biden. Now, the poll shows that Joe Biden is dragging his party down. Java approval rating 39%, just 35% of Democrats said they wanted to run in 2024. So the analysis says each election has its own dynamic. That's the CYA sentence there. But in midterm elections since 1946, when a president has had more than 50% job approval, his party lost an average of 14 seat that's even when they're above 50%, they tend to lose a number of seats. When the president's approval rating has been less than 50% as Biden's is by a considerable margin now, his party has lost an average of 37 seats. Now the argument for Democrats right now is that our condition today is just so different that this historical lesson does not apply. My feeling is that it probably does. On the other hand, I do remember, as I'm sure you do, the blue wall, which was this group of states that had voted Democrat for president in all 6 elections between 1992 and 2012. And the idea was that in 2016, with Donald Trump running, they would vote Democrat again, like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan. And they didn't.

Are Polls Light on Republican Numbers Vs a Beleaguered White House?

"You just some headlines why I think The White House is believed. Remember voting has begun America in Minnesota and Virginia. I believe a few other places Dow industrials fall into bear market. Blue chip index declines 330 points at 5th straight day down, CBI, White House plan to relieve student loan debt costs 400 billion. That is a Washington Post. It's repeated in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal 400 billion, 400 billion, 400 billion. So inflation, they're just throwing 400 billion onto the fire. You know, David, I understand that the average of the polls appealed to some. But they had a Trafalgar without last night saying they still, we still pulling still did not get the Trump voter. They do not get rural Americans. They don't participate. I think these numbers are low for Republican turnout. And if I'm right, just indulge me. What's that mean if the pollsters are undercutting Republicans at this point? Well, look, the pollsters are under county Republicans, obviously, it's going to be a very good day versus just a good day for Republicans, right? I mean, if they're undercounting Republicans, then we could still be in a massive wage scenario. What I would caution about the undercounting of Republicans, which has been a thing in 2016 and in some polls in 2020, is this the 2018 midterm election polling was pretty darn good and pretty accurate. It showed us Republicans we're going to gain a couple of Senate seats on net, but also lose a couple of Senate seats. It showed us the Democrats were going to gain about 40 or so House seats and they did. And so some of this is a Trump phenomenon thing when Trump is on the ballot. But even in 20 with some massive polling misfires, it still showed us accurately that Arizona and Georgia were competitive competitive in a way they had not been previously. And even when you look at the 2016 polling, the underlying polling for House races in that cycle was all correct, which is why some people were able to understand that there was a good possibility Trump was going to win even when a lot of people didn't think he wouldn't. So sometimes they were pulling misfires that's something to consider. I think sometimes people lean on that too much when trying to game out. In other words, predict what's going to happen several weeks from now.

"A lot of shit going on in the last few days. Kevin Hart. If you guys wanna go ahead and believe that story, that he just walked away from that accident. And I know, I know he did walk away from the accident, but if you want to believe this story that that guy, his trainers friend, his friend is engaged to the trainer, boxer, man. I think perhaps this is a convenient relationship for Kevin's sake. I think he is such a serial cheater, Kevin Hart, and he's very bad at it. He always gets caught. He was in the backseat of a car and south beach, I think, a few years ago, and he got busted by radar doing the same shit, making out with a chick trying to get her up to his room. You shouldn't have to try to get anybody up to your room. When you're the number one comic in the world, you have to try to do anything? I didn't try to do anything as a fucking also ran cable post, I didn't have to try or persuade anybody to follow me. Maybe because I wasn't four foot 9. "With us right now is Alex marlowe from breitbart dot com, Alex is one of the smartest guys on the entire conservative landscape, and he runs one of my favorite websites, breitbart dot com, which I am a daily visitor Alex. Welcome back to the program. Charlie, it is a pleasure to be on with you. I'm so grateful that you're offering your audience for my news and opinion. So Alex, I want to play this tape here just to refresh our audience's memory, which is there was a shocking video. That was released out there. About a nonprofit, a 5 O one that was paying people to make anti Trump videos, but not just anti Trump videos. Flagrantly trying to influence an election. And showing that the $65 million pot of money was being used against what the regulation codes would say, let's play cut 37. I was just offered $400 to make an anti Donald Trump propaganda post related to the January 6th investigation that is completely not true. So first thing first, I get an email from somebody with the good info foundation. Jane sent me a message letting me know she represented the good info foundation and that she was willing to offer a paid collaboration to discuss some topics related to January 6th. So we have other clips to build this out, but first Alex, you saw this and as a journalist, this disturbed you and you decided to do something about it, tell us about it. Yeah, Charlotte, I guess we're breaking some news here on the show. And I don't even know if this is me as a journalist. It is to a degree, I guess, because everything in my mind, I'm sure you feel similarly, is content at some point because I'm on the radio, and I got a website. But this is as much me being a citizen here. This is a flagrant example of someone admitting if what he says is true. And a breitbart we've spoken to this individual and he does not appear to be a Trump supporter named Preston Moore, Harvard trained lawyer. And if what he says is true, we're seeing flagrant violations of 5 O one rules that forbid people from participating in politics, both directly or indirectly. And you would think Charlie and an era where we're talking about adding 87,000 new IRS agents. This would be front and center for the IRS. So earlier today I filed a complaint and I filed a compliant yes as a journalist, but also as an American individual who thinks that this is clear corruption and I don't trust the government to look into it unless someone like me reaches out.

"But these mistakes are important because they remind you that your human they will remind you again and again that you don't know shut my friend. This is good because football will do an excellent job of trying to convince you that you are special but you must remember that you are no different from the bartender or the electrician who you will be friends with for life. This is what will get you out of your depression. Not remembering that. You are special but remembering that you are the same as else. You cannot comprehend this now at seventeen years old. But i promise you that. Real courage is showing weakness and not being ashamed. You deserve the gift of life g g just as everyone does remember. This things are connected in ways that you are too young and naive to see now. My only regret is that you did not open your mind. The world sooner. "Players at arsenal yeah Under under the saka a a above wing like that They all average thirty five passes per game between each other. And that's that's quite let you know that that's really far below. What you know are some waitress front. Four was averaging were averaging at least fifty above fifty passes per game between each other And they kept the ball up thirty four percent thirty four percent more in the point. Third half of the field which Which is far less than what are the does right now. Right compared There's is i think. Twenty three percent the football daily The video was kind of showing in that. It makes things you know. Like they say women lie men lie but numbers. Don't lie you know And it's a it's a. It's a great point because if you if you compare arsons number In his last two seasons and this first two seasons it's still he was being you know bombarded with all these hate from fans and then you know not much help from the management and but he's still his his team still somewhat. Did you know better than what our team is doing right now. You know they still perform you know. Yeah they didn't finish in the top five or top four No but they were always there. You know they weren't this far back And it's sad how they are. They did everything with him and And him finally coming back and kind of speaking out. This year was kind of It was good to hear I you know. There's there's times when he was when he was manager in those two seasons Here in the states they were. I would see random basketball games. I could the knicks game. And i would see like a a a banner or poster of a fire arson. You know fire fire when it was it was it was odd. It was weird. It was like a whole world kinda band together to get him removed from arsenal I mean this is what the fans wanted right and again he needs time you know. And that's that's that's my ultimate point of you know after watching this He there needs to be a whole culture change with arsenal They're they're used to there. Used to losing That we know the to game the the last The last i would say about ten minutes or Even eight minutes. That was there They were pushing. But there was a point where i didn't see that effort They they they felt defeated And you know being being down one goal and having at least five minutes that means something you know that that's still a lot of time in soccer sometimes And sometimes all you need. Is you know. Forty five seconds to make to to score a goal. Sometimes and i just i. Just don't feel the urgency in that team right now. It just it just again. Just looks like the completely defeated Ah that's i guess we can keep going on that if you want but Again i i. I don't know what else they can do a same. I think it hasn't been daddy issue. But i think that too many players in the locker room who who already sort of just okay to accept mediocrity i mean i i i think the younger players I think. gabriel danny a party. Sokha all the young players. I think they're hungry for it. I think the donald the pitch for us now. I think they do bleep the club. I think the older players who been through you know through emory through the interim managers and all of that. I think they kind of just think that whatever happens. They're gonna stay at the club and they don't really put in that same level of effort that the young kids do I mean i. I don't know what your views are on. Hector better in. I think he was one of the best right backs in the league. Like maybe five years ago five years ago. I think he could have gone to like a loan or something. I don't know the. I don't think they will take him now. I mean he doesn't really have an end product most of the time. And he's not very i mean he's nine the by ryback. Send this league let alone in the world. He doesn't seem to have the hunger anymore. So the the atlantic did a survey the survey that i sent you a fan survey and there it was. It was quite interesting when when i looked over it and They they asked the fans Questions regarding the coach You know their they're transfers. You know if if they've worked out with the think so For the manager. You know they asked if Are at the is the right arsenal manager for the long-term fifty seven percent said yes Thirty one percent said needs more. Time and twelve percent says no Again what do you think I know he's won the fa cup and the community shield. But i don't think club of arsenal status should be in the position. They're in right now. I mean if if you tell someone that austin is going to be fifteenth in the league Basically by the time new year's ruled around. They'll assume that you lost manager. Yeah that just give. It happened at any of the club at united. If someone falls to forty nine fifteen they get fired at chelsea they get fired. So why i mean i know he won the fa cup but it's it doesn't look like they're going to get off wins. I think best case scenario would be if they just started winning all of the games they might finish eighth or seventh or something. Yeah that's assuming that win every game after this. But i don't know how they would do that I like i like As a person. I liked him when he played you know wish him. Well but i'm surprised are so like okay with having him around because it hasn't looked promising so far i mean maybe maybe the fa cup was disbarred of the new manager of boosts that every job gets and this is just the reality of it. Yeah what do you. What are your thoughts on On david lewis so they asked this question in in that leg so you know about extending his contract when it was expiring fifty. Five percent said It was the right decision Forty five percent said no Do you think the do you feel like it was the right decision. I mean me. Look i mean. I've seen him play for brazil. You know my favorite national team to watch. And he's always had an up and down career for them as well. I'm kind of on the underside of Shouldn't have shouldn't have extended him I don't think he's that great a help in the back. But i don't know what what do you think i agree. I think it only makes sense to keep domino. As if you're getting rid of fee and all the other guys because you of defenders right now but it's the same thing with the united you have a lot of defenders. But they're not good defenders. Like numbers doesn't mean It's you need quantity Unique quality not quantity salah mustafa not great reason. Great socrates is in great I think maris or right. But i haven't seen play enough. I think you should get more game time for sure. A holding is again okay. He's amazing. So i mean if you can. It doesn't make sense to keep louise. If he can get someone else can get someone more experienced or maybe even experienced his younger Maybe just try to bring saudi to the team a little quicker than make that partnership with gabrielle. To the long run. Also.

"Drought against attempted this past week. I don't know i. It's i'm kind of lost. Awards or a loss of ideas of how arsenal can do better. I also there. Were some defensive or defensive issues as well because a danny said Sent he stamped on your meena I think in the second half or maybe right before the second goal went in like in the first half but he he stamped on the back of his and like it was but fallen in if they actually detected would send off but so this this seems to be a baton now where they're sort of aggressive or maybe you know they also praised. Don't they're not as nice as they used to be. Under austin wang I never have imagined this many red guard under us and yeah. It is kinda surprising. I i don't know where stars from I don't know if it's a david lewis his personality like he's very aggressive he i i. I never thought that that was that kind of play either To see his team be that aggressive and and that many records it's a little odd so let's transition into the video from euro football daily that they did on An arsenal and the title of the video is why arsenal were better than they are. Under data and it was compared for art that does first two seasons and our wagner's last two seasons and the video kind of Thousand to three aspects Declare style The attack and the signings From both the managers. I i wanted to play a few short clips. Kind of talking about each Each section and then And then we can go to react to it. Clear style in all tests early interviews also boss. He taught his desire for a front Aggressive stall which saw the gods take charge of games but with limited exceptions that. Something we're yet to see from the north londoners. We can measure a-team pressing using pulses per defensive action. The number of pulses their opponents make facing a tackle foul and in the back of one thousand nine hundred and twenty also challenged the opposition. Every eleven point five passes which ranked just ninth in the league's which takes us onto the attack. The one area also have clearly upgraded instance venues departure is pace of alex chamberlain left in twenty seventeen. Oni hector bear in america. Me study well. But impossibly alexis sanchez offered above average speed. But though the club has since added nikola pathway because saca gabrielle montanelli and care entailing the squad. The attacks still seemed slower and less dangerous than it did with allen ramsey henrik mic atari. And mrs maisel. Starting in fact to the governor's move forward more slowly than anyone else in the league on average gaining just north point nine meters per second down from one point six meters last year we still right sixteenth in the stupid signings of course. Many arsenal fans will be screaming. The tall tetter has only just got started at the emirates so far the spaniard has overseen just to transfer windows any struggling with a squad split between promising youngsters and ageing stars which is only just reaching the fitness standards required top level let alone the intensity and quality of the best teams. However it's hard to see these transfer dealings as an upgrade on vendors when they appear focused lowers your. What was your initial thoughts when you when you watch that that video well. I actually do remember Often under anger and there was a wangle which is basically the down. They gave to the way they used to play anyway. It was awesome fan. But i i watch a lot of the games because they one of the big six i guess but one of the big names and i always liked the the moment when they were just interlinked and it was just like watching fee filed by in really amazing graphics because the the bossing just everything was incredible it was sort of like they will communicate without saying a word There's that famous jack. Wilshere goal against norwich. That's the prime example of winger ball. But i think austin signed players who were technically gifted and who could actually play that sort of way. I don't know what what does philosophy is. i mean. it seems defensive. He i don't really understand how he plays. Maybe trying to get goals on the boundary. But that's just not. The us know that i grew up with so it just seems alien to me right now. Yeah and him under You know being kind of Managed by a well from Pep pep style either. And it's kind of a. I don't know if he feels like he doesn't have the players to play a certain position. Certain way that he wants to so he's kind of coming up with ideas on the go in a kind of it kind of seems like that because again. He's he's tried william at the at the nine position And the beginning of season then he went away from it now. He's bringing back again to see if it works again or not So yeah just i don. I don't feel like he's had That that creativity in the midfield that had saw before so You know they they they need to do something about heal as well It this is just a a fan perspective. My opinion You know give him a chance. Bring him back in january. Do do something with him See what he we'll see what he can do for you again. You know like the conversation we're having is he being blackballed you know For his for his actions for his opinions You know he's he's very political You know so. I i don't know What do you think they should probably do. Regarding the midfield and widow's hill Just on that. I actually agree with you. I think he is sort of being blackballed because the way things are going. I mean why. Wouldn't they blame him. Why wouldn't they ask this register him. It doesn't really make sense unless the Audit has been given some orders from a higher up saying that. Listen don't play him because we don't want to be his match bonuses or whatever else we just want to the bare minimum. We have to pay him on the contract. Maybe that's the reason but still. They need a creative outlet. I mean everyone says that even do Said that the needed creative spark in midfield and they have a message does with air who could at least get a couple of sisters. Bring him on in the second half or something you want to get a win at having option but the the fact that they haven't even registered him means it's probably a little personal as well and there was also the fact that awhile ago When the pandemic really started Also actually author players to take a pickup and message does ost The management that he dig a big gut. Guaranteed that no one will lose their jobs and the club did not make that guarantee and they ended up firing people. Yeah so so. I i think medicine did the right thing right there. I mean he wanted to make sure that the money would actually go to the right people and not go into the transfer or something. Which i didn't make any yet. Which is the right thing to do. And the club did make assurances and then they fired people they also got gonna sars seriously unbelievable. I made him kids junior goners and everything like that. I mean these paul of it now. I mean that'd be for year old people four zero fans who've grown up with that dinosaur and yeah disappointed in office pool boy also are really the short she wait for when you're waiting for the team arrived the role they're gonna soros is just waiting for them to arrive high fiving everyone even mess that he he governed gonna sources wages He's at the club. I think they do need midfield midfielder. Right now There was talk about getting Is san alarm a might be during his name but there was talk of getting But instead they went for a thomas party. Who i think is a great player. I think you're absolutely needed him. But you also need like Ozone replacement now And i'm back here a heightened I agree with you. i think Are that doesn't have the squad. He play his football because he went from mountain city having basically an open checkbook to having very limited.

"To me it makes sense to me it. It didn't it didn't help What do you. What do you feel going forward with pogba. They you think. What do you think they should do. I think he's the most. I enter in our squad but this isn't the first time this has happened I think in an marino's second season maybe in his last season just before the manchester darby Guardiola a pep guardiola was having a news. Conference press conference before the match and he saw snap and he said that baba's agent had offered him in january demand city and For all the you know the things people say about that. I think is an honest guy. I don't think he made that up because a bog. Buzz managed boggles agent scumbag. So i absolutely expect offered him to city but this this of stuff at bullet bog but basically through his entire time bar. The first year in his first year he was super professional. Amazing things don get them in line. He was the leader in on in the dressing room and he made sure that boba behaved himself when on left. I think bob thought he became the main man and he hasn't really held onto properly. He's been making moves about leaving every year since then and the Since bruno game bruno is the player that everybody be baalbek gaming for ninety million. Oh my god he's gonna be the best midfielder in the world. One day he'll be a band or winter because he has touted. I mean he's he's a dog guy. He's got an amazing boston range. He's a mix of false goals. Patrick vieira which like think a better version of But the difference is that bob budget doesn't put in the shift like even when bruno has a bad game. Bruno will still chase after the ball like misplaced the boss but he straightaway historic chasing off dread whereas log boat loose ball and he throws his hands up. And he's off any buff anymore. Chase off the guy. I mean he throws a fit every time that happened so that gets diarrhea for fans. I don't to believe. But i don't see how he can stay off to this. I mean it's dying. Imagine how it must feel if you're deemed metaphysics. You're the locker room. You know everything's happening. How how how. How damaging is that for the locker room like the guy clearly does not want to be here and his agent is going around saying that i mean if if he went to stay he would have shut his his asia by now. But he hasn't so. I guess that speaks I agree a me. i've played. I've been in locker rooms and knowing how one player is being treated differently than everybody else it does affect the team.

"The identity of club. This is really important. We we are not a buying club. Where where club that's ended focusing on producing the young players. Youth is really the base of the club without it. You would be nothing to give a lot of opportunity for us. Plays and to come into the first team to get a chance to to develop to make mistakes to seattle now. We have a lot of young players of of the enemy. So it's going. Well are you forget and we all throughout the years produces the best players we ever had. We doubted we wouldn't be as successful as we are now. Another freight to to to give people opportunity to start playing. And then if you're good enough doesn't matter how old are you. Are you getting the team. From lost. twenty years the players it produced most important are glide for of course franken awful on the fire. Marc overmars at kadhafi's clarence seedorf or before frank reich. Got marco from boston or before that yo nathanson yong crappy like that players as long as possible and nowadays we lose players too early anything we our main focus is maintaining keep it at talent For longer period at the club tips is the program that i xe still works with in useless. "On what happened Sunday. Let's start with tight defense and grinding out wins. These are the areas where Spurs have really struggled over the last year or so and why Mondays results was so precious all fit go into the Twin planets song turn it into the net. I'm told them what's going to take the leadership more. This is the kind of match with all the ingredients to lose Point head coach Jose Mourinho said afterwards of the scratchy victory that was squarely in the winning mold with Stoke City long since relegated Burnley away on a cold weekday evening has become the gold standard for craziness and the Spurs came through the test impressively yesterday, especially after the defensive Horror Show against West Ham and their previous Premier League match regarding the defense Spurs had not kept a clean sheet in their previous ten matches before their 3-0 Europa League went over last month and made a good run into the channel will try and get it into Lucas Moura the boiling perfect and the Finish is turn from Lucas Moura a superbly constructed goal to blame assessed on his home tournament first debut and firstly Bojangles in L. It's Gareth Bale intermittent issues on gold another counter-attack from Spurs, bring some ago Gareth Bale heavily involved. Options are driving around the back post to an issue is headed down. It's a brilliant header and saunas made it drink keeping two in a row was a big relief, even if it was just the start rather than prove their defense. It's fixed aside from numbers. It was heartening to see that outer form Toby dealing so well with bearnaise opposing strike force of Chris Wood and Ashley Burns sticking out tough away when that internal staple of Champions has not been Spurs forte in the recent times in 2019. They went almost ten months without winning away in the Premier League between February and the end of November and register only five or from 26 on the road and all competitions last season. So it constitutes a genuine Improvement to have already registered three away wins from three matches this season only the second time in Premier League era off Spurs have won three straight away games. The last time Spurs manage the 1-0 away win in the league was almost two years ago when Hogan void header defeated Crystal Palace name. Hurry up 2018. Let's move on to the second one beating top clubs. This remains one of the unknowns this season given that Spurs are yet to play Manchester City Liverpool or Chelsea and the league the six one win away and Manchester United last season third-place team was hugely encouraging but when that Liverpool or men City would feel even more significant Spurs record and big matches has been meddling under Mourinho since he took over in November. They record in primarily games against last season stuff or clubbed go like this unfortunate went over City defeat by Liverpool two defeats by Chelsea and a loss I draw and win against the united in other words black 712 drawn one last for the Run of games and November and December that takes Manchester City at home Chelsea away Arsenal at home Liverpool away Leicester city at home in the space of six matches will give us a good indication of how seriously we should be taking the idea of Spurs title challenges as it stands. It's worth remembering that five. I was first six opponents so far this season finished 10th or lower in the 2019-2020 season. Okay. Next is Squad Deb. Tottenham's when yesterday came without bail Sergio Delhi Steven, Carlos Winx surge or Sanchez playing a minute in the second half Mourinho could call on Erik Lamela and drove off from the substitutes bench to help swing the game in their favor in short Spurs have our scary amount of depth in their squad allowing them to comfortably compete in the Premier League and Europa League for the next month will especially be valuable given the congested fixture calendar the season you would back a second string spur site to push or even beat a Liverpool or Manchester City's equivalent. Okay. Next Thursday is star quality and Trophy winning pedigree. In Canaan, son who combined again for the winter at Turf Moor Spurs have the Premier League's to most informed players off a little bit more cash down a lovely backheel song surging and storing tree over Burnley. It wasn't pretty but in the end the Sonic Kane combination proved to be worth three points, once again now world class and already have 13 goals tennis has combined in the Premier League decision. No means it's incredible School for Girls in the Premier League is long as I'll be gone a obviously a score four goals, but without the team and with this guy for amazing assistance calling goal. I think he deserves one of the match for me today. Yeah. Definitely. We spoke before the game in the There's going to be space in behind and we're still in talking to Sonny about getting in there if I drop deep and and yeah, one of the parties I didn't even really look I knew we'd be running behind. So it's just that put it in the space so long connection. We've obviously been building up for a while now, so it was nice to see him finish him off and obviously proud of him for his first batch with an option for calling Bill once he is fully up to speed and Spurs have a terrifying front light in the Outfield appear less. Hello all have potential to be really Premier League players, but they haven't performed consistently enough to be considered at that level yet defensively there a little way of wiggling is the only one who could have a shot of making it into the Premier League best eleven, but he is still an experienced level also suggested the fact that Spurs have never won a premier league will count against him in his true that there is a lack of Trophy winning pedigree in the squad designing a bell helps this in regard as does the man in The Dugout with three Premier League titles and a stack of trophies to his name never did admit them are in his presence wage. Possible despers could pull off something Unthinkable. When asked by the athletic whether his team were in the title fight wherein you said, I will never consider ourselves title considers. I assume that every match we play doesn't matter where or against who we can go to a last day would have to be in the right place at the right time. A little luck does have to play a role winning the Premier League this season who would make offers the most surprising champions in the divisions history apart from Lester's in 2016 for a surprise like that to happen a team need a lot to go their way unless jurors case. It was the coincidental off current crisis of both Manchester club and Chelsea provided the opening Arsenal and Spurs then stuttered at a vital moments to leave Claudio Reyna site without a serious Challenger for Spurs that. Declined reps City alongside the unfortunate injury to Liverpool's Virgil Van dijk could be the Catalyst added to that is effective playing matches behind closed doors, which may end up being overstated but could be a factor of birth. In the least volatile start to the season thus far it's vulnerability that every team has shown combined with tottenham's thrilling attacking play that makes a title push feel genuinely possible six games into the season. It is too early to say whether Spurs should be considered title Challengers, but Monday's result, if not, the performance certainly offered encouragement and hearing Kane saying afterwards Thursday. We need to take each game as it comes certainly make Spurs sound like a stereotypical title Challengers if they are to live up to that description picking up six points from the next two matches that can write in an office permit is certainly a prerequisite before that horn in November and December. Well, that's it for episode today. This original content is from the synthetic. So he would love freedom of support them. We appreciate everyone that listened. "In the evening Monday morning. It's raining. It's break time were horrendous time depending on what happened Sunday. I remember I kept it again in my bag and had to keep checking it. It felt like a treasure like it was the most valuable thing in the world. I kept looking at it because I didn't want to lose it and also because I couldn't believe I had a ticket to a real football match and this wasn't just any match. It was Iran's first game in 2018 World Cup in Russia, Rocco. I'd really risked a lot to come to Russia. I cannot tell you how excited and now that I was in my country Iran women have been banned from Stadium since June nineteen, eighty one if a woman is called at a game. She risks been reading or imprisoned setting her. Salman fire in front of a courthouse and in prison as the game started I realized that I had been a football fan for most of my life, but now that I was actually at a game they don't really know what to do. I didn't know how to be a supporter. I cannot tell you my real name, but call me Sarah. I'm a football fan page women's rights activists my dad passed away when we were kids as the first child. I found the passion for football in our family. One of my happiest days and I think for all Iranians was when our national team qualified for World Cup ninety-eight in France against all expectations to run made a comeback. Just a minute later. Australia's hopes cut off around on top on the away-goal a nail-biting finish is a software is desperately tried to make up. Australia Invasion, but losing the race the Butterfield and 90,000 fans fun if you received Australia's bid to qualify for the World Cup finals wage. I remember being mad that I couldn't go to the actual game. So I wrote a letter to the president of Iran Football Federation and got my schoolmates to sign it. I begged for him to let women into stadiums off. He never replied. It's absolutely hard to describe what I experienced in that state. Like it was like like walking from two Dimensions into three dimensions for the first ever time off. I almost forgot. I wasn't just here as a fan. So during the game we unfold are Banning. We wanted the rest of the world to understand what we were fighting against them in my late teens. I became a member of the white scarves movement. He protested outside the Azadi stadium in 2005 many Iranian women ridiculous, they'd say off with the sport have to do with women's rights, but it had everything to do with Justice. We were fighting for women to participate fully in society the police retaliated and paid off rested many of my friends. Some of them fled the country. Those were Dark Times..

"Okay what I want everyone to hear and imagine is how the August Edition is a step in that direction again, Thursday is from tfue football. They explain this really really well to go go Alcantara swapped last season's Champions League winners for the winners from the year before Liverpool. League title with relative ease last season and Thiago will give you a fan club site further options. Pop Style has evolved during his time at Liverpool. The 43 one has become a 4-3-3. The pressing has become more space than men orientated and the focus of creativity has shifted to the white areas where Andy Robertson and Trent alexander-arnold are the primary creators off in full bag. Liverpool's Midfield has primarily come to function as an intrinsic part of the pressing system employed by klopp and to facilitate Liverpool's high-tempo Wing focused attacks home in transition their Midfield frequently acts as the spare man in a phase of Builder that might be Henderson offer be Neo dropping in to make it back 3 to gain numerical superiority indeed build up or Henderson oxlade-chamberlain pushing up to the right hand side channel to offer a passing option to Alexander Arnold and seller and to create a little passing triangle. Organelle demarcated appearing on the edge of the box when Liverpool's front three go narrow to offer a threat in the area from across when the ball is wide this both offers a line of protection and despair man took a shorter clearances or knock Backs from the forwards the team primarily create through long passes from the back, especially from Van Dyke all the full-backs wear crosses and switch passes the open up the bulb side bring the quick wide attackers into play. Now, that's not to say that the Midfield are never involved the pivot player Henderson off a video or play long passes into the channels or move the ball through the lines off towards for me know dropping in but by and large they are there to retain possession or screen to provide a counter press so part of the rationale for requiring Thiago was that Liverpool would benefit from a plan B A midfielder who is less functional and more Adept at playing the kind of line breaking passes that open teams up and Thiago can do this. He excels at sweeping passes that open up the ass. Thanks change. The direction of the attack is disguised passes that look from his body angle, like he's going one way and then shift the angle are superb and also penetrate opposition lines and he's an effective defensive presence to last season as well as managing the third most passes into the final third for buying in the second most Progressive passes Tiago also made 5.1 successful pressure's off and led by in four interceptions among players with over nine hundred minutes. And that's why he was so integral to Guardiola his vision for buyin when the manager joined in 2013. He needed someone in the pivot role could anticipate opposition attacks read the game was positionally aware and could then turn Defence into attack. One thing to you know, go isn't know is a goal Creator. He's there to play penetrative passes and to facilitate the quick transition from defense to attack interestingly last season by and Skull Creek looked most like Manchester City's a few wide forwards but mostly midfielders Thiago was often the past before the link between the back and Midfield lines and that's where I value is deliver pool while the current system is working. Well Thiago allows Liverpool to do to other things perhaps a bit better. The first is bypassing a high press without going long last season. He took the bowl Under Pressure more than any Bayern player while managing an 89.6% pass completion rate in the league the highest of any by n player who wasn't a centre-back his ability to receive wage Usher and then work a passing angle means that Liverpool will be better equipped to play through a press rather than over one. The second is that more attacking midfielders like cater and oxlade-chamberlain may Nao khong To their own as an attacking presence. This is not because Tiago is better defensively than Henderson offer benia, but as a result of thiago's ability to play through the lines and this could be especially helpful against teams who sit off but also crowd out the wide areas. Now we aren't going to suggest what clops best lineup will be he'll know that better than anyone nor is it possible to know which Midfield balance suits which opposition best or whether for be near will persist at centre-back off an encouraging start against Chelsea? What is clear though? Is that Thiago can be a hugely effective player injury concerns aside and give Liverpool a different dimension against teams who press hi home and sit deep the Premier League champions. Just got even better as for your organ. He has a way with words, right and it seems now that he really meant it when he said he will not be sent to a job title or whatever next year. We will the tech the next one the task he faces now is a new one in his career though because he hasn't had to sell any of his best players like he did when he was at. And after each year of his Bundesliga title, like all great coaches in the Premier League understand no team sleeps. They are consistently improving. Yes City will be strong next season United baggage. Next season Jesse will be strong. Next season will be strong next season only the three of them it's obvious cities cities of just outstanding team United is an outstanding shape and Chelsea's and really good shape wage and um, it's doing some interesting business that's clear. Normal monthly bars have been asleep. They all come less than be there, you know. So but for your again the questions still remain and they're a little bit different than the ones he's faced before right? How do you keep improving a world-class team where the individuals are affecting their Peak, even though they have already won the games most coveted prizes, right? So motivation at a base level should not be a problem. But how do you push them to their faith furthest extreme? Can you get even more out of personalities? You already know so well, so those are the questions that he faces now now what I believe is Diego is going to answer wage. Questions, right? It will not just be the Liverpool competing midfielders watching Diego closely when he puts his boots on every practice despite the Algos achievements. He will be desperate to impress them. Right and in turn they will be desperate to impress him. The training standards will increase Mo Salah maneh Roberto, they'll be all excited at the thought of service. They'll be getting Virgil Van dijk. And Alison Becker will be confident. They'll be receiving better protection because again Diago, does that side of the ball while to his defensive qualities, I you know disrupts the opposition play for example in this promising attack. Hoffenheim have two options to break through but income see Argo he retains possession and seamlessly sets buying the attack themselves for Coach Nick over at he's the main man in transitions as seen here kind of a good game numerical superiority with one-pass, but the Spain international student job. And his dad started by an attack Rhythm and Direction the Argo decides how things are done. He's the stabilizer in defense with a great footballing brain and still if anyone is saying Diego won't be a great fit at Liverpool. Unfortunately, he just doesn't he doesn't fit the mold of what Liverpool do in the middle of the part right? Now, you know, it's it's yes its ability but also has a dynamism also has to have leg has to be closing down quickly talk about energy. I mean, those are all the things that over the players and the middle of the part for Liverpool. Wow. So.

"I'm sorry. What's that goal? So you're getting can relate right? He watched the algo dictate the floor burns Champions League final success and according to the Athletics transfer report. Jurgen was already keen on signing Thiago but became convinced in the twenty-nine-year-old after watching him with his coaching staff as Thursday at Liverpool six European Cup and David always stay and all that lyric brakes this transferred down a little bit more by Munich news that Thiago was seeking a fresh challenge because a contract that they had offered him hoped it would be signed was ultimately turned down and from my perspective. I started to hear about this possibility in June when Liverpool's pursuit of Teemo Verna, certainly young flops Pursuits did not come to fruition. He ended up joining Chelsea and the name that I was given immediately not in terms of a like-for-like replacement, but in terms of the players wage You wanted with Thiago Alcantara then it was a case of whether Liverpool could strike a deal with buying that was a question for FSG Liverpool's owners, whether they would prepare be prepared to finance. It was a job for Michael Edwards the lived for sporting director and Mike Gordon the go-between between and field and America. I think despite lots of talks behind the scenes lots of a claims and counterclaims reports and counter reports. It was always moving in the right direction. It was more a matter of when rather than if and Bayern Munich wanted this sorted before they started then you see em, ultimately that proved to be the case Liverpool needed no convincing but when Jurgen klopp in his coaching staff were watching the Champions League final over a drink at Liverpool's pre-season training camp in Austria. It underline the fact that Thiago would be the perfect signing for their team and their Club the Liverpool players were starting to get excited about the idea of this happening watching they game Clues were everywhere in Diego's performance sitting in front of Brian's defense. He had the time and space to efficiently keep the ball moving and build attacks. But what I believe caught your greens, I was not the technical ability, but rather the fight and a tenacity in iago's willingness to break up psg's attack as well as launching Byron, which it does so well, but this is where his abilities and attitude not married as one what you're hearing is Diego's ability to play the six like no one else as he comes from behind and slides to snatch the ball away from their mark on the edge of the box to bring a stop to a threat from Iraq, but he then has the ability to ensure it remained in the possession of a Byron team again what he does so well throughout his whole career. So when Liverpool won the Champions League in Madrid, the answer was a clear there was another Peak still to be reached they did it last season by winning their first league title in thirty years play history makers. Same of record-breakers now Liverpool are but where they belong to ten years apart off, but after two years in which they achieved the second and the full-size Point totals. The questions started to come how will they maintain that level and many started to wonder? How can they avoid that trajectory of Manchester City who after a pair of similar? Brilliant Seasons suffered to eighteen Point drop off and for Jurgen the answer for him was the algal Alcantara right? Look the midfielder does not offer lower the age profile of the team. Okay. So in that sense Thiago is a short-term solution, but he's very different type of midfielder to those that are already at and faith. Right, the current job of Liverpool midfielders is to win the ball high as possible up the field which they did perfect under your organs gegenpressing which yoga and believes is the best playmaker in the game. He is in the Forefront of German school of thought that has shifted the focus away from retaining position wage is regaining it. Let's take a look at Jonathan Wilson of tfue football explain this tactic when Jurgen klopp arrived in England, he professed surprised at the fascination with gagan pressing down the modish style of play. He had popularized at Borussia Dortmund why he asked where the English so taken by given that it was essentially a development of the style that had dominated English football game, please. Clock stands as the high priest of gagan pressing. Although his example has been followed at Dortmund by Thomas tuchel while the theory is a key tenet of such coaches as Pep Guardiola massage, Elsa and Mauricio pochettino. Pressing developed in the sixties in the USSR and in the Netherlands and was characterized by multiple players closing down the man with the ball that inevitably left other players free. But the reaction was that that didn't matter because a player Under Pressure would be unable to hit a long accurate pass to find an unmarked teammate it spread to become a defining feature of British and Scandinavian football off the mid-seventies. Gegenpressing is a development aimed specifically at winning the ball back as soon as it has been lost a player who has just won the ball is vulnerable because he may still be getting the ball under control. He has just expanded energy in the challenge and he may not have had time to fully appreciate the distribution of his teammates and opponents on the pitch. There are variations off some coaches your blinkers in his days at Bayern. For instance. Same one man to the ball. While others closed down potential recipients of the past clock tends to surround the man with the ball off. Audio that seems to prefer blocking the passing Lanes between the man and possession and potential recipients, but all rely on speed and organization looking to panic the man on the ball and regain possession off quickly and as high up the pitch as possible countering the counter-attack. So why are we listening to another game? Okay. So this game is last year's Liverpool match against Chelsea. And in this match every possession that Liverpool lost they pressed they project and they press and gained position back within a few seconds. It was a brilliant display of gig and pressing and it's why European is so well associated with this tactic, but they've been taken off the the crazy part is Diego represents a shift away from that on a theoretical level. It is a step back towards the mainstream. I know it sounds a little weird but towards something less radically persuasive..
