"Is going to have some sort of outcome other than Andrew being laughed out of court. Does Andrew know about Kevin Spacey's creepy YouTube videos since he was me tooed, and then came out as gay, and then about, you know, kept making these YouTube videos that have really creepy about, you know, he did them on Christmas Eve, while he was cooking soup by the fireplace. Did Andrew not see these things? And after Kevin Spacey came out as gay, which was not a shocker to anybody, about four more young men trotted out to claim even molested them. Let me remind Andrew what all of us know, he needs to know. Kevin Spacey's first accuser pal was Anthony rapp. He claimed that space he made a sexual advance toward him when he was 14 years old. The first allegation came out in 2017. And since then, a number of additional men have come forward to say that Spacey sexually harassed or sexually assaulted them. The exact number of men is unknown. Because apparently many members of the Netflix show that he starred in House of Cards, even the crew, apparently experienced harassment, but it was never disclosed exactly how many endured this bullshit. Spacey also was the artistic director at The Old Vic theater in London for 12 or 11 years. And at least 20 men came forward to say Kevin exhibited inappropriate behavior on predominantly young male staffers. So while Anthony rapp was considered to be the first to blow the whistle on Spacey's creepy behavior, really, there were more. Another woman accused him of harassing young men first. Linda Culkin was deemed Spacey stalker, and was even sentenced to prison. For death threats sent to the actor and bomb threats sent to two of his workplaces. She also made allegations about his actions with young men. And then she was hit by a car and died in the hospital shortly after. And oh, by the way, no driver was charged for the crime, or the incident. Couple of summers ago, another accuser died. His name is not known. The man who was a massage therapist was suing Spacey under the name of John Doe. For sexual assault, and right before the trial began, he died passed away from cancer.

"My grandmother, who became pregnant and who was only 16. And he went back to her family who supported her and said, yes, we'll help you to keep the child, turned out to be my uncle Fred. And then they found out that this childless couple had done it twice before with their may servants because they couldn't have children and there was no surrogate motherhood at the time, so it was a form of enforced violations. Surrogate mothers because they offered to take the child. And every one of those maids has said no. So both my parents came from quite sort of dramatically different backgrounds with all sorts of trauma in those backgrounds. And perhaps that's why when they met at the Bristol old book theater school, they were so drawn to one another. And when they married, they were in a production of someone like stream and mom was playing titania, and dad was playing park. In a lot of blue makeup. And they got married in the afternoon, and then went and did an evening performance, and then their honeymoon was a day off in the country in Bristol. When then they got went back into the theater because they were both in The Old Vic theater company. So it was very much a kind of a theatrical childhood. You know, I was backstage not film, and not even television, although mom and dad did do a bit of television, but theater was the thing I knew about and I was often backstage, you know, taken backstage, and I loved that feeling of being backstage. Loved it. I read that, I don't know. I guess first of all, most kids sort of resist what their parents do or want them to do or any of that. And I get the sense that you were not particularly moving in the direction of falling in your parents footsteps until something at I believe 16. You saw something at a theater festival, is that right? Yeah, that's right. I wasn't thinking of that at all. I was at a school, my sister was immediately so going to be an actress. She was just clearly obviously immediately. This incredible performer, not because she was performative or precocious. She wasn't. She was very and is still very private and quiet, but she was from the word go. She was a very brilliant actress. And left school at 16 and went immediately into the profession and started to earn money and all of that. So she's been independent since she was 16 years old. I, on the other hand, I was quite accidentally. I really liked academia, and I liked studying, so I went to university. But before that, I went to a theater festival in the Avino in France. And I saw an amazing production of Racine's fed. And I think I liked it mostly because the actors took their clothes off. And the men were very attractive. And I went to see it many, many times. Probably mainly because of that, but also because of the drama of it. I mean, it's an incredible play. And actually it was on top of Mac. It was on the Mac it wasn't fed. And just I loved the Greek myth anyway. So this story of passion and power and love and tragedy and misery.

China is testing us by hinting they're gonna invade Taiwan and we can't have that because Taiwan is the epicenter of how many semiconductors are produced, read up on semiconductors. They don't sound so important, but it turns out we need them more than anything you can even think of. We need them more than porn. Semiconductors are everything. We've got the baby formula problem. With more being sent to illegal aliens at the border rather than taxpaying Americans so like I say, we've got our problems everywhere. However, now we've got a few more because it seems British prosecutors have charged Kevin Spacey with four counts of sexual assault against three men. That was an announcement that came as a Spacey was in court in New York testifying in a different case. So The Crown prosecution service said that Kevin Spacey has also been charged with causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent. I love how the word penetrated is in there. So there's absolutely no guesswork needed with what went on. What went on is what always goes on in Kevin Spacey cases. Now these alleged incidents took place in London between March 2005 and August 2008. And one in western England in April of 2013 and the alleged victims in all mid 30s and 40s rosemary ainsley, who was the head of the services special crime division, she said the charges followed a review of evidence gathered by London's metro police and think about Spacey, by the way, 62 year old double Academy Award winning dude. He won best supporting actor for usual suspects and then the lead actor for 1990 9s American Beauty, both great films, he killed it in both roles, he is a superior actor with, well, a bunch of very bad toupees and wigs in his background, but what can you say? You know, bed tubes, but a tippy top anchor. Also, he ran the very prestigious London's Old Vic theater. From 2004 to 2015. So this guy is, you know, kind of Hollywood royalty. He should be on top of the world. But he was questioned by the British police in 2019 about claims by several men that he had solved them. And then we know his celebrated career came to an abrupt halt back in 2017 when Anthony rapp accused him of assaulting him at a party back in the 80s when Anthony was a teenager. Kevin has denied the allegations. Nobody believes him. And he testified Thursday in a courtroom in New York in the civil lawsuit filed by Anthony rapp. And Spacey didn't respond to reporters as he left the courthouse. He was on his cell phone at the time, but the new criminal charges were mentioned briefly by Anthony rapp's lawyers during the court hearing and Spacey's lawyers were asked about it by reporters during a break in testimony, and they declined to comment. I'm talking about court here in frankly, it's very hard to have stopped listening to the Johnny Depp Amber Heard trial to talk about this because that trial is much more interesting and I know it's leading down to Johnny Depp winning it all, but I can stop for the purposes of this show. And then another criminal case was brought against Spacey. And indecent assault and battery charge stemming from the alleged groping of an 18 year old guy at an anti resort, that was dismissed by Massachusetts prostitutes in 2019, so Thursday's court session back in New York City, it dealt with a technical issue in the civil lawsuit, whether it was whether it was better handled and federal or state, United States court, Spacey was called to testify about where he lived, not about the truthfulness of the allegations against him. And he testified that his main residence in domicile is in Baltimore, where he moved for the filming of House of Cards. He said he was also beguiled by its charm. It's beauty. Who the fuck has beguiled by Baltimore's beauty? He said it was extremely important to me that I endear myself to the British public that I'm not running away. I'm an American citizen once the job was done. I came back to America. He said he made a trip to London in February of 2020 for a possible film. But then the pandemic hit and blah blah blah. His doctor back here in the states recommended he stay here. So he stayed here until the following September, one is Visa expired and he flew to LA for an arbitration proceeding. And he said he hasn't been back to the UK since then. Now there was a day when I got a phone call out of the blue by someone who claimed to have been assaulted by Kevin Spacey. He wouldn't give me his name, but he did paint very accurate pictures of what happened to him and where. And you know, obviously he was a gay man, and he described so much of how Spacey was like on this night in question. He talked about how Kevin Spacey liked to be talked about and treated like he was a king of some sort. He likes or he liked to be talked about being a bigger person than the person he was with. That got him off. Now again, this guy wouldn't give me his name, so take this for what it is, but he said, Kevin Spacey also liked after you put him up on a pedestal, he liked to be degraded. And you know, almost taunt him, he wanted, he wanted this person to think that whatever you do to me, whatever I do to you, no one's gonna believe you if you ever went and talked to the press. And I have ways to stop you. That's very creepy shit. I have no reason to doubt this guy. It happened a couple of years back, and I never forgot it. It gave me chills. And I've gotten calls like that from people regarding different situations. You know, I've gotten calls from ex cops or current cops who can't give me their name, but they can be very specific details to crimes that are going on..

And you know, almost taunt him,.

"There's a whole show about this about the sexism of the patriarchy Mad men right And we all thought all those conservatives were so conservative and progressives who are the misogynist these days It's so weird how the script has totally flipped Now they're the one believe all women remember when we were going through that that wasn't even that long ago Believe all women hashtag me too and here are these women coming along saying hey we're being erased here Hey we have concerns here Oh you should go get some mental health not the man who thinks he's a woman Not the grown man who puts on a woman's bathing suit gross his hair long cuts off his man bits and says I'm a woman He's not the one that needs to go seek mental help These women are the one that go need to go seek mental treatment For just being upset that a man is allowed to take their sport over We need men the week because this is men you have to understand See don't be fooled by this Bait and switch These aren't women that were up against These are men that were up against And it's intimidating It is intimidating for women to stand up and God bless the women who do Abigail schreier is such an incredible voice for women And I don't think she's not a conservative I think she's a pretty liberal but she is a feminist And she's like look we're being erased and we're asking for help we're begging for help and you are sacrificing womanhood on the altar of LGBTQ We need men to stand up not just men like Shapiro and not just men like bongino or even Chappelle who can stand up in a Ford the slings and arrows but we need dads we need you at the school board meetings Dads When these men show up on your daughter's swim team we need you to confront them As men because they're men Don't leave it to us It's very intimidating to be a woman and have to confront a man physically No matter what he tells you he is We need you to do that J. K. Rowling I really appreciate she has come out slowly over the years so she's objected to some of the language like people who menstruate you know We're not we don't define men as people who have testicles Do we That is not even a conversation that we are having But we are asked to redefine women We are asked to let go of all of our definitions for women Because as men because it's meant And aggressive men will always think that the thoughts of women don't matter and they don't count If these men were really women they'd be just as worried about being a race as we are right But they're not They're men So J. K. Rowling is saying I'm not going to accept this language that erases the very meaning of being a female but we're not people who menstruate were women Because women menstruate that is a biological part of being a woman and even when you have a condition in which you can't that in and of itself is part of being a woman Could that that's a medical issue that has to be looked at that has to be addressed So that's not even an argument like oh not all women get periods It doesn't matter if you're a woman and you don't have a period That means there's something wrong with you And you have to go get it addressed It's not natural So if that's not an argument but J. K. Rowling recently came out and said this is it I go no further I support my gay and lesbian Friends I support the human rights of everybody to live the lives they want to live and to love who they want to love But I will not support the erasure of femininity and womanhood On this altar of unscientific and just medically inaccurate philosophy I'm not going to sacrifice womanhood to this Again why is it J. K. Rowling that And she's got raked over the coals for it by the way And in fact it's not just her that's getting raked over the coals as people who like her and recommend her Listen to this Terry Gilliam who is a part of mount Monty Python you know the group Monty Python a groundbreaking comedy troupe and he was set to direct a production of I think into the Woods at The Old Vic theater in London It's very prestigious Theater it's a very prestigious position While he got fired last month in fact the show got canceled last month not because he shot someone on a movie set with a loaded gun that wasn't supposed to be loaded Or not because he was a producer of movies who told actresses that he would destroy their careers unless he slept with them No that's not why he showed a canceled He got canceled because he recommended to his Facebook page the Dave chapel special That's all he did He was like oh I love Dave Chappelle I watched his special It's so funny Watch it and tell me what you think of it They canceled the whole show and fired everybody Because Terry Gilliam simply recommend it Watching the guy who is controversial This is where we're at people It's time to draw these lines here and no further And I salute J. K. Rowling I'm not trying to make her a conservative star She's not But she is a sensible human being and that I can support Men where are you Get in this game We need you showing up at University of Pennsylvania You show up to the swimming and you confront these people head on you confront that dude who's in the pool with your daughter You need to do it Don't let your wife do it You do it All right let's take a break We'll be right back I'm Kira Davis filling in for Dan bongino And you are listening to the damn bongino show.

I worked in irish for in second year at help pay bills and things like this was a nice relief from radha as in is right Being this crazy irish far people killing each other like all the time. Just an honest is very funny. Irish pub and then go back and throughout the next scrapes that exploit rates contrast and but i. I don't want an acting that. Mary saying but i do think that difficult being an actor because you take a job that is at lopate so that you can remain free to audition if you get At if you get a part in something you can say okay. The job Opening in theater orden virus that you know those types of jobs you can pull us go out for a couple months theater job. Whatever they come back to us you know voice. That means that you can't always we pay rent or villagers kasey strassel us and then just have like a bit of crash yours wanna white tonight. Kelly actually spend his money on. Drink can have party have the money and because it's although pain in the rents are so the bills are so astronomical so it was kinda them isn't a bit tricky would be nicer. If i was just richard. And then i enjoyed a lot more but was enjoyment as a result of the old vic theater and that was i was saying there and then we get she drank. So we'd we'd hike then in the bartender stairs afterwards Crack and that was great. But it just didn't get told things nightclubs in london couldn't go. It would have been easier if i'd had money. That may be my gravestone. When when you did gephardt's will you generally type cost because of your irish accent is a private parts. So it's not. Because i did. I do every accent i love. I love being. I love all. It's very different accents within it and a look playing those fines you know so another american the evolving pets license because the monday morning mcconnell just get typecast Against a turkey turkey. Large actions needed all the time. And and yeah i. Guided huge is nice photos. It'd be like hey jackson constantly competing against at then the same people over and over again and yet it was right when you got something delighted to play anything. Read at liked more auditions. That would be nice on like no. I wasn't talking about. I did actually end up. Doing because was not outlaw. Junior tastes in the area. I did a lot of work with Something called london irish station. Yeah which was great As i found it right to be able to do both and after have sort of agenda his word for it was of ju- accent. As i kind of like you. Native accents because from growing up from both countries So that i'm very handy. It'll make it easy. Afforest land other accidents as well with london. Irish theater-like was it was good. It was interesting it was it was a run also happen at the london century. That's why why the but his name. The producer had previously used a different name. Me mr e m eat. A great of missing are the people. I haven't been massively involved in sort of the irish in in london before And And stan when i started working there are a lot of Irish people. i'm second generation. Irish people third generation irish people also people who've destroyed from orleans People who'd been working at an island like come to england straightaway school or whatever you alone is of equal and even some english people who they were irish Nervous while yeah. And also. I think he got me invokes with the irish center which then leads me. I'm sort of revising my irish language. Which financially did so. I could edition. I'm flange arts. And then i carried away with that an immanent hoppy let me joining a group called erin brow sweat. We went out drinking in irish twice month. As so then. I sort of became quayle. Go community in london as well so i think that's all that sort of hacking because my first audition with station as i'd never actually means the ocean for that and mo- i'm fascinated about this public schools. It was just funny. I remember one time. I don't know what happened. But i was really busy. Technology finds Much much having a master something on are someone and it was like nearing a probably after midnight or something but all these drugs so much looked up on the hull like a sea of area was reading reading regime. But they're also in a fight the whole of the pope and they're all kind Moving slow motion so things like a wave of humans drawing drunk punch each other and i just. I don't know highly kicked off.
