Hamas Holds Women and Michelle Obama Stays Silent
"Say today are these women hostages who were supposed to be released well it's what I feared cut 23 go when you look at all the atrocities that Hamas carried out on October 7th atrocities and the that they have carried out since the fact that they continue to hold women hostages the fact that they continue to hold children hostages the fact that it seems one of the reasons they don't want to turn women over that they've been holding and the reason this pause fell apart is they don't want those women to be able to talk about what happened to them certainly there is very little that I would put beyond Hamas when it comes to its treatment of civilians and particularly its treatment of women. An official with the Israeli government said where's Michelle Obama on this and he also said he's reached out to her they have multiple times and she ignores them. Remember Barack Obama waited aided to put out a statement after the monstrous atrocities on October and he put out a very strange statement and then remember when he put out another statement that caused many of us to puke figuratively including Sergeant Alan Dershowitz when he gave the Hamas line about occupied territory. And now Michelle Obama doesn't speak out? And people say you know Michelle Obama she could be the real Democrat presidential candidate. Really? Notice how the media say almost nothing about Michelle Obama? Where's me too? Ladies and gentlemen I've been telling you I posted to this effect I spoke in the first hour of this. To many people particularly the Marxists who have a home a very comfortable home in the Democrat Party and in the media Jewish lives don't matter. Oh they'll say what happened on October 7th like Jayapal what happened was horrendous I already spoke out against that. You know I did my part. I put the little preface in there now I can say anything I want about Israel and the Jews and Netanyahu and all the liberal Democrats even some of whom are Jewish clearly the same thing what I call self hating Jews and I've explained that in tremendous detail Jews who view themselves as both an ethnicity and people of faith and others who just view themselves as an ethnicity and be nothing in common with with the Jews of faith like Orthodox Jews but I'm not going to get into that for the 50th time. So now we have the United States State Department that doesn't believe it knows that the young women the teenage girls maybe even younger are not being released because they've been savagely and repeatedly raped and many of them have been murdered you

Fresh update on "the first hour" discussed on The Hair Radio Show with Kerry Hines
"And the other thing I love about our show, Carrie, you don't have to be a veteran to listen to our show and get something out of it. That's what I love about what we do here. I agree with you. You don't even have to know much about hair or beauty to enjoy the Hair Radio Morning show. Listen, let me just take you back a little bit. If you're just tuning in, I'm Carrie Hines with Michael Hopkins. I'm in Brooklyn, New York, Michael's down in beautiful South Virginia. And if you guys have just joined us, remember you could always press one and talk live on the air. Our fan base, everybody's tuned in from literally all around the world. We have listeners everywhere. I'm not kidding. We break it down for just about everybody from Africa to Australia to Russia. I mean, hold on. I don't know about Russia. I better be... Hey, who knows, Carrie? Could be. Who knows, Carrie? Hey, they love beauty and fantasy and community also, right? Oh, I guess, Michael Hopkins. Well, listen, it is again, Tuesday, December 5th of 2023. It's our show number 928. That's a lot of shows, Michael. Yes, it is. We've marched towards show number 1000, which is not all that far from right now. No, no, it's not. We're kind of winding down. Marching hard. We're doing a field march to 1000 shows. Love it. And you know what, Michael, I gotta say real quick, I was watching television over the weekend and I saw that they're having on December 9th a special on CBS about the Kennedy Center Honors where they kind of pay tribute to these trailblazers and I think Queen Latifah's won. And I forget who else. I know that one of my favorites... Oh, Billy Crystal was another one. Billy Crystal and Ms. Dionne Work, who was right here on this show. I said it was Dionne. I saw her down at Whitney's mom's street signing. I'm looking at the wonderful invite right now on my wall. But yeah, really good stuff. And Barry Gibbs too, Carrie. Yeah, Barry Gibbs, the Gibbs brothers. Yeah, I think he... Isn't he the only one that's left? I think so, Carrie. I think he's the only surviving brother. Yeah, I'm a big fan of Barry too. He had the thing with Barbara and all these other folks up there. Oh yeah, I loved them back in the day. Yeah, they were all great. Now, Michael, speaking of which, and back in the day, tomorrow we're having a special... I mean, we're gonna be on from 6 to 9 AM Eastern on Wednesday, of course. But that first hour is gonna be really all new. And last, Ella to the IVE. We've got Michael Hopkins, we've got Nicole Marie. We have a new addition to our broadcast. So we're shouting out Ms. Carrie, who should be joining us in that first hour tomorrow. And of course, I'll be there and we're planning on looking at some of these... Kind of like these items, if you will, on where we are or things that we remember. Because some are nostalgic and we're happy about that. But I think it's gonna be very, very interesting, Michael Hopkins. What do you think? Yeah, I think so too, Carrie. I really think so too. It's looking at that, like I said, it's going to be just fascinating.

Single Dad LJ Opens Up About the Challenges of His First Marriage
"You have five five kids Two three live with you and two are in the state over Yes, so what what happened with your first wife with? However that fell out Well, we moved to North Dakota. I grew up in a place called Ontario, Oregon. Yep, and Ontario is Well when I was growing up it had about Three to four thousand people maybe oh wow, and they had the number one violent crime and drug use stats in the state of Oregon The way it was explained to me by the police was if Ontario was the size of Portland There would be three times the violent crime that Portland sees she's It is bad. My sister was shot in the back when we were kids. I had friends get stabbed My buddy Sean had to carry his intestines to the hospital because he got a stomach laid open. That is crazy I never would think that yeah, same and people don't talk about it because like you don't hear about it on the news and right because it that shit happens in small towns all the time and It's just so unheard of that most of the time. They don't tell people outside of the town Wow for a long time Ontario was just Still is to a certain extent. It's just a really garbage place to be with all the drug use and So many my friends OD'd and so many people I knew got I had a buddy that I've known since we were both like infants and He ended up getting HIV from chair needles. He got really bad into heroin and stuff like that. It was just It was everywhere. So we decided to leave she had some family up in North Dakota. So we went to Minot, North Dakota and I was working. It's About an hour from the Canadian border and it's freakishly cold there and it's expensive to live and so I was working all the time, I mean When everything fell apart, I was doing 16 16s with four days off in between And I've been a chef. I should probably start there. I've spent my professional career as a chef Oh nice since I was about 16, and um, so I was cooking all the time always at work and I don't know something gave my wife decided to start talking to a guy from back home and Of course, I wasn't aware of it her sister had a kid and she decided that Her and my sons were gonna go back here to Oregon to meet her new niece so they could meet their cousin and everything I thought that was a wonderful idea. I'm working all the time anyway, so that'd be great little thing for them to do So I paid for the Amtrak tickets and I got him on the train and got him back over here to Oregon so she could go to her sister's and then About three days into that I woke up to a text message and I was apparently getting a divorce No and I'm like you you took my kids halfway across the country to leave me and Like then I didn't hear anything from her for like a week. So she already had it planned out. I'm up Yeah, and I'm up there with her family. Wow, so I got nothing and um So I tried to get a hold of my mom because that's where she was supposed to be staying at I tried to get a hold of her sister and she was telling her sister that she was staying at my mom's house and telling My mom that she was staying at her sister's house And she had my kids over at this dude's house who I find out when I figured out who it was, he was a childhood friend of mine and Yeah, it was I Couldn't focus on my work. Of course tried really hard I tried really hard to just do my job and I thought you know I can Logic my way out of this. Yeah I was burning myself on the grill. I was messing up orders that I never messed up before and So I told my boss like look I'm not here man. I'm just not I'm not here. So there's no point in me being here I told her what was going on and To the credit of the company. I won't mention their name, but they are the largest restaurant group on the face of the planet She told me to go and try to fix my marriage And so I was able to leave they held my job for me for five months That's really good, especially because me and my wife own two restaurants back here, but to have a big big company like that Care about their employees like the way they do. I mean to hold your job for five months as especially a chef. That's great Yeah, I never would have seen it coming. I like it was amazing and then what it came down to was chase the money or be close to my kids and in the moment I Couldn't see a better option than being as close to my kids as possible. So I never ended up going back. Yep, and You know to my detriment or maybe not it's a matter of perspective I suppose but um, I Know that if I'd gone back, I wouldn't have my later three children. So I'm happy that I didn't and so she kept my kids from me and The whole parental alienation thing in the state of Oregon You don't have to verify that you served anybody any kind of paperwork in terms of divorce and stuff like that All you have to do is have a third party say that they did it No friend of hers. Sorry. Yeah she had a friend of her say that I was served paperwork, which I never got and So she went to court and took my kids and I never knew there was anything so of course Right, right because you didn't even know that there was a court case or anything like that Jesus yeah, so I moved from Ontario to the next Decent town over where I currently have lived for the last like six or seven years Got a new job and found out I was already $1 ,500 in the hole on child support on the back or Well, yeah, cuz like right I didn't know that I had for child support or that I lost custody of my kids or anything Yeah, and then the state throws all this at me and I'm like, how is this possible and they say Well, you got paperwork you you got paper and I was like, no I didn't I never got anything and they're like Well, she did this and this and had one of her friends say that I mean they gave me all the information to explain What happened? Yeah Well, I can't prove that she's lying. So there's just nothing to be done I have to come up with the money for a lawyer and go back to court and pay for And by the time I Was in any position financially or in terms of stability to do that Years had gone by

We think dividends are well covered, payout ratios are low and therefore that steady stream of income even if you see capital values being swung around is likely an attractive characteristic in an equity portfolio next year. You don't you don't get that 50 50 time or the split time you have them all day Yep. Um, the only advice I can give you fellas is It's not about you it's not about what anybody else thinks it's not about the money it's not about the status Think about your best memories when you were a kid Didn't have anything to do with that your mom was there your dad was just there they just existed with you That's the advice Yeah, just exist with my kids man. Just exist with your kids be there Let them see you be there because you still have to live Whether you have kids or not, you got to work whether you have kids or not. You got to pay bills You got to take care of you so let your kids see that because That's the next bill they have to do they have to grow up they're gonna have to learn to work They're gonna have to learn to pay bills. They're gonna have to learn to take care of themselves So for your sons Show them what it means to be a man to move forward through adversity to Understand people in their in spite of their best efforts to make themselves impossible To do the hard thing because it's hard not because you're going to gain anything And for your daughters Just Let them see you love them So they know what that's supposed to be like so they won't accept any of this bullshit That's happening to some of these women these days Let them know that they're better than that that they're more worthy. They deserve more than What the world has to offer And just When you're upset when you're angry when you're sad Just remember that the best parts of you the most important parts of you They exist outside of you now and you can tend them They're real They carry your name and your genetics those people You owe them their lives they didn't ask to exist

LJ's Journey to Fatherhood: "People Don't Give Dads Credit at All"
"I'm LJ you can find me all over the internet as the stone philosopher or I'm on Twitter. Dr. Lib slips PhD MD. I like to sling some shit around the internet. It's always fun I've been a single dad. Well, I've been a dad since I was 18 years old and I turned 33 in December I've been a single dad for about since February of this year and Taking care of three of my five kids going to university and working and Trying to make my way in this crazy world. And one of the things that I picked up the fastest is People don't give dads any credit at all. Like there's no built -in credit to being a dad It's like if you do basic stuff as a mother people praise you. You're so wonderful. You're so awesome I know because I participate in that I glorify mothers to no end I was raised by a single mother, but they got nothing for there's nothing in the tank for dads You're just expected like you do Go to work for 60 80 hours a week and taking care of your kids and they're just like yeah You're supposed to do right and I get it because I feel the obligation but like come on, dude Give me a little bit more. Yeah. How was it having kids at 18? I mean, that's that's very young I always knew I was gonna have children and I Just didn't think about it and I think that's a lot of the issue that a lot of people deal with these days is like It didn't occur to me as a negative in any way. It didn't My girlfriend at the time who later became my first wife When she told me she was pregnant with my son She asked me what are you gonna do and I said, well, I'm gonna get a job, right, right? They're providing, you know, yeah, right I got a kid now, so there's like obvious solutions to some extent and then you know The awkward conversations with her parents and I had to tell my mother and tell my dad I think I had a fairly unique experience in that regard because I Wasn't a great kid So the fact that I made it my see so my oldest son was born My birthday's December 5th, my oldest son was born the March following my 18th birthday So I made it farther than anyone thought I would by that point anyway So I think to that extent I had already been extended a little credit. It's strange because I wonder sometimes If I'd be different if I was able to have been adult for a while without being a dad. Yeah, but then when I think about it, though, I Was hell on wheels man, I don't know that I'd still be alive if I wasn't right it kind of slowed you down Helped you might have helped. Yeah

"Off the ledge because I not I am seriously freaked out I am NOT an apocalyptic guy and in the end I ultimately think that we could find a way to harness this thing but folks I think the way to stop AI is only going to be to unplug it which would basically unplug everything and you really do want to go back to little house on the prairie hey Paul I mean we can't even afford to do that we have nuclear actors now we have computers that are containing dangerous chemicals and viruses I am freaked totally out about this AI thing now here's one of the reasons I'm not going to spend a whole segment on this because I do want get to back to something that happened in the debate and PolitiFact strikes again which is amazing but the technical side of it alone scares me artificial intelligence is clearly something we were not designed to do because think about it from just a strict tactics perspective from a basic SWOT analysis you would do in business strengths weaknesses opportunities threats SWOT analysis is so simple yet it's one of the most valuable lessons you learn in business school even if you don't draw the grids you have this massive threat right? of a super intelligence just as a threat so how do you take advantage of a strength to mitigate that threat or mitigate a weakness to mitigate the threat and the thing about the threat of AI is I don't have an answer for you there because we don't have any strengths against AI we have none it's smarter than us that's the whole idea of AI why am I bringing this up again with this heavy news day because yesterday Peggy Noonan who I like her writing at the journal I get it she's not a Trump person it's okay we're allowed to have different opinions we don't have to like I don't dislike the Santis people and Haley people I believe in ideas not politicians it's fine I of get a lot complaints every time I mentioned Peggy Noonan she writes great stuff some of you know some of it I think's a little whatever oh why'd I just stop there's anybody know you pee ones Jim why'd I stop what time is it come on and you're the producer brother it's coffee time so one o 'clock hour you got to know this by yeah now man it's gonna go into book or some edit version number two the artificial intelligence Peggy Noonan wrote a piece about it last night it's a really good one she talks about AI is the y2k but it's actually real remember y2k the world's gonna end every you know enough I mean really nothing happened like it all and the y2k thing was a big deal to me because I had met Paula just before that and Paula was a computer web database developer and she was working overtime on making sure the y2k crisis didn't fit didn't affect her firm SIA where she worked Securities Industry Association at the time now SIFMA so she worked there and they fixed that the problem with AI is and you know it's funny Jim you and I just had this fight right about that fight of disagreement about it did you not say to me yesterday during the break Dan I know don't it sounds like y2k right right and this is before the Peggy Newton but she must have listened to us on the break she had like a she was beaming in ESP or something but I said to Jim and I don't know I think you thought I made a good defense the y2k crisis was describable and definable we did not allocate enough digits to compensate for the flip in the clock to the year two done everybody knew what it was okay let's fix it my wife's firm they realize they had certain systems payroll systems and others queued to a four -digit whatever three -digit or two -digit system excuse me they changed it the problem with AI in

Hear 75-Year-old Jeannie Rice's Inspiring Journey to Marathon Success
"To the show Jeannie. It's so nice to have you here. Well thank you for having me. Jeannie I read your story in runner's world so I really was excited to have you agreed to come on the show. So how did you get started in running? It's a long story but I'm gonna make it short. Like 41 years ago, it's going on 41 years already I've been running, I made a trip to my hometown Seoul, Korea and I came home a few extra pounds. I would say five six pounds because I was just traveling and visiting family and you know even every day it's like a feast right? So I am a short person I'm only 5 '1 and the five six pounds was a little I felt like I was a little chubby so I started jogging around the blocks and then I got hooked and I decided that I am pretty good at it running before you know it and I was in a five mile race in local race and then I did very well at the time I was 35 years old and I was a brand new runner I just starting to jog a couple three months and I came in fourth in my age division it was a big race actually so I thought oh if I train I guess I can run faster so that's how I got hooked so a year later I did math on 1984 1983 I start running 1984 I did my first marathon and six months later first marathon was 345 and then six months later I did 316 which qualified for Boston at the time I was only 36 years old so I did go to Boston 1985 that was my first marathon and I got hooked so I've been running since then and my children were already older a lot of people a lot of girls I would say when they start younger age we know they get married they get you know have a children's they take some time off between their pregnancy or whatever but I was already I had two boys already they were already older so I just never stopped as I've been running 41 years straight Wow and your time hasn't really changed now has it because I looked at some of your times yes you know it's interesting um a lot of people my competitor now and they used to be some of them I mean one you know particular lady and from London she was Olympian years ago she was her best time is like a 240 something but now she's running my pace 330 ish but I never was there faster so I haven't slow down much let's I'll put it that way my first marathon was a 345 and then I got better to 310 but I never went under three hour so now I slow down a little bit 1015 minutes 40 years later I'm still running 330 math that's so incredible

Capstone Conversation
Capstone's Jared Asch Welcomes Loella Haskew and Cindy Darling of Walnut Creek
"Jared Esch, the host of The Capstone Conversation. Today, we are joined by not one, but two awesome women from the city of Walnut Creek. And we are going to hear about what inspired them to run for city council. What are some things that they want to encourage in other candidates who are considering to run or not to run as you make the decision ahead of next year's elections? And that applies to people throughout the whole East Bay area. That's not just here in Walnut Creek. So hopefully their message will resonate with people throughout. So first thing we will do, Mayor Pro Tem Luella Haskiw, do you want to go ahead and tell us a little bit more about yourself? In my career, I was a CPA specializing in tax, but I also did family law consulting and other business consulting. And I was inspired to run for a couple of reasons, one of which is I was close to many of the people who were on council and I just absorbed a lot of what they could accomplish by talking to them and watching them work. But also, I believe that we were going into an interesting economic cycle and maybe somebody who had my experience would be a good addition to the council. And our next guest is Councilwoman Cindy Darling. Cindy, tell us a little bit about your background and what convinced you to run. Well, I'm one of the newest members of the council. I was elected in 2020. Before that, I'd served 10 years on the planning commission for Walnut Creek. So I'd seen a lot of the issues that were working in the development end of things kind of bubbling up that were going to council. And I was interested in having a bigger voice on those than you just have a planning commission. I'm also a small business owner here in the city, and I spent most of my career working on really tough, naughty environmental problems around the Delta endangered species. And I felt like I developed a lot of skills there in helping people work together and solve problems creatively. And I wanted to take those skills and bring them to the council and help move Walnut Creek in a great direction. That's great. I appreciate that. Luella, you've been mayor two times, including 2020 during the start of the pandemic. Pandemic issues, businesses shutting down and then lots of looting here in Walnut Creek. What was it like to be mayor during that time? Can I say that the first round was was sweet. I really enjoyed the first time when it wasn't quite so stressful. But I will say about 2020, whenever I've talked to anybody who have had been mayor in Walnut Creek the last year to have been assigned a job with mayor, there were so many issues. We had a police shooting that was under scrutiny. We had looting. And I'm not even sure anybody knows to this hour what triggered the big looting that was at Broadway Plaza. It could have just been the gangs that were beginning to form and take over other places. But we forgot about Walnut Creek has some really nice high end stores to do. And then they all came. I don't think it had anything to do with the political choice. Nevertheless, it was incredibly damaging to the people who were at Broadway Plaza and it didn't stop there. Other people were involved in it. I make a joke about the fact that when George Floyd had been killed and people were really involved in making protests, a whole group of people showed up at nine o 'clock at night on a Wednesday and had a riot in our front yard doing a significant amount of damage to our garage doors, burning flags, scaring the bejeebers out of our neighbors. The police did call us and say, get out of the house. So we were safe, but it was an ugly experience for the neighborhood trying to find the best of the worst. We did have to buy a new garage door and we now have a battery pack up. And then I made it onto the news the next day. So good spads, but it was tough and the fiscal issues were tough. We started out with anticipating a comfortable excess budget. It turned out that when everything had to close up, sales tax went away and then we had to figure out what to do about that. And we got lucky that we came upon the pop -ups, the restaurant pop -ups, and we tried every way we could to save all the businesses, did away with our now famous parking meters and let people park. There weren't that many people using the parking meters. And so it was a very difficult time. Nevertheless, a sense of proportion, a great council, a great staff got the city through probably one of the most difficult years the city had to survive.

How Dan Found Himself in the Middle of the Global War or Truth
"You kind of got a you got to kind of creep in early on this story so let me give you little something background happened had to me why are you telling us a personal story because it's about me but it's not really about me it's about this global war on the truth and censorship and how i found myself in the middle of it is almost totally by chance so last was it last week or another week before the week before I traveled to Texas to do a book signing and while I was there my friend Steven Crowder who's got a show Louder with Crowder he was actually on the radio show some of you heard it he's the guy who broke the Nashville Manifesto story he's been around for he's been streaming you know longer than I've been on the air uh so he's been at this a long time he's got a very popular show called Louder with Crowder and we developed sort of a business kind of relationship because I'm investor an in Rumble and he's one of Rumble's most popular talents if not the most he gets a ton of streams he does ton a of content so we struck up a friendship I promised his story as an ending so I said today when I'm out there you know I he'd asked me to come on the show I'd asked him to go on the show was it a perfect kind of symbiotic thing I said while I'm out in Dallas where his studio was I said why don't we do a show together and his team who couldn't have been more gracious about it they were like yeah matter of fact let's do a two hour live stream we'll do an hour your show an hour an Steve show and the only difference between Steve show and mine is I'm exclusively on Rumble I I quit YouTube a long time ago after I quit YouTube they tried to say they fired me which was hilarious because my last video on YouTube was literally titled why I'm leaving YouTube so whatever but you do is that you can't leave we we terminated you okay whatever guys if you need to tell yourself that you go right ahead but I'm either either way I'm not on YouTube but but Steve is he does some content on YouTube so because I was banned from YouTube you were banned from YouTube Dan how is that what did you do I did something really horrible do you remember what it was Jim it was bad I deserved it folks yeah yeah I did that but come on it's Jim does remember so I did this thing listen folks get ready if you got kids around you you might want to turn the radio down this is gonna be it's definitely not appropriate for children so I went on on YouTube and I proceeded to tell people that those surgical masks people were wearing when COVID was peeking out and everybody was freaking out I told people on my YouTube channel that they don't stop COVID and that's what happened this is exactly how you were there we didn't even know he said so crazy Jim had a report that was the response in YouTube wait Jim Jim can you play it out again this was the actual was Jim's got this on tape he was actually had a reporter on the ground got this all on tape I went on a show and I said folks bad news for you those surgical masks are not gonna stop the transmission of COVID and then this happened okay that's checkers that's okay reject that's not the actual although it probably was the actual footage I'm okay not by joking the way that's really why I was banned from YouTube now that's not the real reason I was banned from I am HO in my opinion the real reason I was banned from YouTube is because was I an investor and a rather large one in their competitor which is rumble where my podcast and Steven Crowder's is hosted so the strange thing happened this weekend that yesterday I see account tweets out that he's got another strike from YouTube two strikes for having me on he tweeted out YouTube wants is dead they just hit us with two strikes one on the main channel one on Crowder bits just for having Dan Bongino on we're one strike away from being permanently banned he notes this is why we have mug club and rumble it's the only way to support support the mission can you imagine being a trillion dollar company alphabet google that owns YouTube finding a little old Dan Bongino so scary that he goes on Steven Crowder show which makes its way onto YouTube and you threatened to ban him permanently from the platform and issue them two strikes for doing it folks listen there's a serious uh there's kind of a serious off ramp to this highway I'm on here the reason I'm telling you this story is can if happen it to me it can happen to you I had an option when YouTube started relentlessly attacking my channel for telling you the truth about COVID I had prepared myself by going over to not only investing in rumble but to bringing my audience over to rumble we had 800 ,000 subscribers on youtube we now have 2 almost .97 3 million subscribers on rumble so it's not even close so I had a backup what I'm trying to tell you is if we lose this next election and they know they've got the censors and the Biden regime and the been in charge for the next four

Movie Marathons (MM #4633)
"I realize the way we watch television has changed a lot over recent years, and it's all because of the streaming services. But I really think they overdid things over the holiday weekend, where a lot of the channels were running marathons of holiday movies. I know a lot of it was TBS and TNT, but they ran 24 -hour straight versions of Elf and Christmas Vacation and Christmas Story, and I know I'm forgetting a few, but a lot of Christmas programming over the Thanksgiving weekend. Now, I understand why they do this. In years past, marathons were kind of left to the days when people weren't really watching. For example, Christmas Story has been running a marathon every Christmas Eve to Christmas Day for decades now. But it looks like we're going to be seeing more of that because we can watch Christmas Story year -round now. We can watch any movie, any TV show, year -round. People aren't watching cable TV or the TV networks quite as much, so they're looking for ways to get people excited. It's easy, it's cheap. How many more times can you watch a Christmas Story, Elf, or even Christmas Vacation? Just a matter of time for some channels or 24 -hour marathons all the time.

"You know it's interesting when israel one it's independence the state of israel and people get confused with that and how how long the jewish people have been there the jewish people have been there for four thousand years but the modern state of israel the establishment of the state of israel it was proclaimed on may 14 1948 within a few hours president truman issued from the white house a statement that said the states united government recognized the provisional government as the de facto authority the new state of israel two days later the soviet union followed with a formal recognition to an exchange of letters by stalin's right -hand man stoff and should talk the foreign minister of israel and it said confirm your receipt of your telegram on may 16 in which you inform the government of the ussr of the proclamation on the basis of the revolution of the united nations resolution november 1947 of the creation of alzheimer the independent state of israel make requests for the recognition of state of by the ussr i inform you in this letter that the government of the ussr has decided to recognize officially the state of israel and its provisional government so today's so two days later the soviet union recognizes israel and from that moment until 1967 formal diplomatic relations but seven diplomatic relations were broken off and weren't resumed until 1991 one the . also israel's closest ally the state of israel was established was not the united states it was france. france was israel's closest ally and it's believed that france provided israel with certain technological information to enable them to build atomic weapons it was france. eisenhower was a little chilly toward israel at least at the toward the end by the despite what some israeli officials are saying at the highest levels in even worse than obama even though obama's acolytes are surrounding biden in instituting their ideological agenda the fact is you can see since obama's presidency that the demographics of the country enhance the demographics of the democrat party have significantly changed. there's more islamists operating under the umbrella of the democrat and receiving tenure and receiving student visas and all the rest of it than during the obama administration and exist big time now and being funded by billionaires and they're being lost network and others

"I'd like to consider myself a person who plans ahead for any circumstance, for any emergency, for any situation. But every now and again, the plans go astray. It happens whenever we travel back to Indiana to see family. You're always running at the last minute and you always forget something. The one thing I didn't plan ahead for this time, making sure to take some echinacea, some extra vitamin C, some extra vitamins, and some precautions so I didn't catch a cold. The one thing I always run into when I go to Indiana is you have most of the parents are educators. So they're dealing with kids and parents and lots of people every day. The kids, aging from 6 to 16, they're interacting with lots of kids and germs and well, it caught up with me. Yeah, I started feeling sick almost by the time I got there on Wednesday night. On Thanksgiving Day, I took three naps to the tune of about nine hours. By Friday, full -blown cold. Saturday feeling worse. Didn't go anywhere. Didn't do anything. You can kind of tell in the voice it's not feeling quite right. It's just a cold. But I have to remember, plan ahead. When going to see the kids, make sure I'm prepared for the germs because there are going to be a lot of them.

"Yes we have another caller. Please please pray for jesus which is plus your name today. Ask word that you would direct my prayer Yes but lord. I keep coming back this Quarry tim boon movie. That i watch sturdier this week the hiding place. I hadn't seen it since i was a teenager. It's such a perfect picture where we're at and what's about to come upon the earth not just in americ- yes ford. You want our hearts to be filled with forgiveness and tenderness love and not rancor and bitterness trying to prove that we're right and everybody else is wrong. Were i'm that you would prepare or hearts for that day or i was just captivated by the spirit of jesus. It's such a sweet fragrance in types of persecution. We've lost that sin due to our selfishness and pride our desire to be right and put other people in their place. We don't have that soon of cheeses that you want to have. Grown from ninety percent of the people. Don't go to church. Mom told me that. And i. I just froze ninety percent. It was the other way around when i was growing up. And it's that lack of sweetness. Jesus it's unforgiveness. It's hidden sin in our ways within. Just push people away from florida. I don't push people away because the gospel is good news. Yes you have provided the power to break every sin to break every way to break every wrong attitude yes. It's all there in the blood. It's all there in the blood. So i'm asking that you would just take back. That's a church to where we would be willing to lay down our lives for brothers..

"This whole ce. It's the they put the asphalt down as putting down they decided. Well we're going to change our doing this road. So we're going to put more asphalt down. Make it three instead of two lanes. Well it wasn't planned out for three so there was no paint plan and what they put down isn't enough to make three lanes exactly. I mean just get you a little bit of the center and like inbred on a. You can't do that. It's the asphalt they put down as just barely wide for us to put three lanes down and now at The argument over how they want them put in going back and forth. We're about ready to be done. It's a good thing to paint trucks up up at fairbanks right now. Are you talking just wide enough for whitest vehicle. All it's somebody keeps. They keep going into the books and finding new traffic regulations that have to be put onto it so it it went from. We were just gonna do it. Three thirteen foot lanes. So like to regular dr lanes and a turn lane. Nope nope can't do that. They have to be this wide. Well what we've figured out doesn't work so yeah. I'm so glad we had to go back during business. Yeah well it's like. I said it was change of plans in the middle of it so nobody figured out. And then the best part the way that they set the road up all the the The guys that had to dry out what they wanted for the road told go from point. Eight point via we wanted a straight road. Okay well it kind of matches the asphalt but what they put down doesn't match up at the intersection so at forty miles an hour. You have to do almost a full lane jog through an intersection. that's hilarious. Oh yeah it's and you pointed out four times now all of a sudden it's like oh yes no big deal no big deal no big deal all right fine..

So that means my legs are gonna get torn up on the radio anyhow so it's been fun out here in colorado We like i said they raised close to thirty grand on the for the two charities. And we're gonna set some we both me and the other charity agreed to some of that money aside. Give it to chappie So that he doesn't have to pay out of pocket next year of the stuff that gets these started up covered by sponsorships but this year was kind of tough so he whatever low money addie paid a lot of pocket so we agreed to just take ten each of the mccall proceeds and use the rest of the money that was raised. For next year's event you know to help offset the cost which will be recouped. You know right. "Good morning it's morning somewhere right. It might be bright and early. Depend on where you're at. Hey i'm your host. Jeff ski kinsey and this is episode two hundred for the day. Sixty the sixtieth day in the year. Twenty twenty one. So let's talk about time. Let's talk about relativity. Let's talk about how. I plan my day my week month my year. My life okay. Here's here's some insight. I think you can take the bank now. Wish to come up with it. But i didn't if you if you follow me for more in about an hour you know. I am great. At finding the insights the wisdom the brilliance of others and then applying it in my life. Or at least i like to think. So but here's a secret that i learned many years ago from a gentleman by the name a mike murdock. He said look. Each of us is given twenty four golden box cars every day which are twenty four hours in the day and it's up to us to decide what to put in k. And they have so much capacity right so much space or so much time. Each hour has sixty minutes. And that's the demonic for today sixty minutes this is episode sixty. And so what are you doing with your twenty four golden boxcars. That's the real question isn't it. So why is this important. I was explaining to a new colleague the other day that i will give just about anybody. Sixty minutes one hour of my time. But that's it you know at the end of sixty minutes. I'm like cutting off. I mean i've had like we all have right. We've had people say i need. you know. i want you to tune into this webinar. You not to our program. We're doing xyz. No i don't have to ours. But i'll tell you what i've given an hour and then i got to move on with my life now if the next hour of the second slot the second box car. I don't have anything committed. That's exciting and profound is. What i'm seeing the first hour then. I might decide to go on a second hour. It's rare but it might happen. So why do i say will you've heard me preach over and over and over and then some more about ninety day projects i measured my life and ninety day. Increments if you will. So what. what's that mean. It means if i'm gonna do something. I'm gonna write out in ninety day plan and that almost always starts with something called a lean canvas another toy use it all share more on later but so now got ninety days to work on this but in each of those ninety days i got twenty. Four golden boxcars. Now that's both a privilege.
