Is This the End of the Cheney Political Dynasty?
"Been a couple families that have ruled American Republican politics over the last couple decades. The Bush family, the McCain's, the rockefellers, the romneys, and the cheneys. They all get along very well, and there's pockets of this country, teton county, Wyoming, otherwise known as Jackson all Wyoming. Can he bunk port Maine? That just seemed to be dominated by that type of Republican Aspen Colorado being in other place as well. Will the McCain establishment in Arizona suffered a major loss two weeks ago. It is hard to see how they'll ever be able to get back to political relevancy in Arizona. Top and bottom all throughout the ballot. The bushes have suffered loss after loss can Paxton soundly defeated. Bush in the attorney general primary race. And tonight, you very, well, might see the end of a political dynasty as far as elected office goes until she runs for Congress in Virginia, which is really her home seat, which I think she'll do very soon. Liz Cheney, running in a primary in Wyoming against Harriet hagerman. One of the most important races of 2022 until the midterms is happening tonight. If

"The key would be you've got to a deer in a bear tag and saying, okay, which one would I be if I only were hunting one, which would be the one that I want to hunt? And you know, sometimes I'll get into a situation where I plan on Elk hunting. And I get into the area in the elkhorn bugling, it's hot, it's slow, and I go, okay, you know what? I'm going to switch over to meal here. I'm going to go to a spot and just focus on deer and make that the priority. And by doing that, you end up hunting the best place, the best time for what you're setting out as your primary goal. And I find way more success doing that. So obviously, if something else pops up incidentally, go ahead, take it, but for the most part, I do my scouting and my picking my spots based on the animal that I set is the priority. And so that's just comes down to your personal preference and then kind of scouting and planning on just focusing on that one animal and then if it goes great or you accidentally run into something else great. But you're going to find more success overall doing it that way. All right, let's jump into the next call here. Hey, welcome to the live wild podcast. Thank you very much. How are you doing today, Remy? Yeah, pretty good. Who am I talking to? This is Phil, I'm a longtime listener through all your various formats. So thanks for letting me call in today. I'm calling from Jackson Wyoming. Which is where I live and hot. And it is very, very, very sick with drizzly bears. I actually inhabit all parts of teton county at this point. Which is cool in case of interesting. This isn't specifically scouting related by all of my scouting as a result because I do want to hear as always sort of in bear territory. But the question is more for when I get something down on the ground so I often hunt with a partner by more often hunt by myself. Do you have any tips for how to field dress and sort of, I don't know, oversee the breakdown process. When you're doing out solo and you are in bear territory? Yeah, that's a great question. So the first thing that I like to do is I try to work pretty fast. And obviously be bear aware at the same time. Whatever you're using is your bear defense, have it ready, have it on you, have it right there. A couple of things that I do is I'm not afraid to make noise. Human noises, even if I'm by myself. I will be talking loud. I will be making some kind of noise that's like, what I don't want is I don't want a bear to be cruising 'cause you know, for the most part, grizzly bears do not really want to tangle with you. It's not like they don't wake up every morning and be like, I want to kill a hunter today.

I'm not going to understand how west my brains work when we see scratching doing story while you're watching pats. That's my favorite part of ood. Yeah okay all right. Let's move on it's move on. let's get into it. We have some updates in the gabby potato case. Hopefully by the time this airs they have caught this piece of shit but some major developments in discussions are happening with his case in the news and on social media. So let's dive in. I the fbi field office in denver. Put out this tweet. That said quote teton county coroner. Dr brent blue confirmed the remains are those of gabrielle venera petito data birth march nineteenth nineteen ninety nine so what we already knew is confirmed that it was gabby yes. Rip to gabby. Furthermore it said quote corner blues initial determination for the manner of death is homicide. The cause of death remains pending final autopsy results. Say yeah with the body that was dragged under some shrubs near van was homicide now. So we don't poison barry. It was the caved-in skull. That's what we're kind of waiting to find out how he did it. Basically obvious how did they not do early. So so the nationwide. Manhunt is on your way to bring him to justice. So let's get to that on monday. The fbi and sheriff's office said they were calling off the search in the carlton nature preserve by the way. Here's a better idea of what this fucking preserve. Looks like it's crazy. it's very vast. it's a swamp. Yeah lots of stuff but they they are. This is where the mustang was left abandoned with a note asking that removed. Of course the family said they left it. They're hoping he would return. It perhaps throw off the police off the scent and send them on a wild use chase the preserve. No new information is really come out of the fbi. Investigation of the laundry's who are likely not talking except through the lawyer and it is very unlikely they will face any charges. We've talked about that for helping. Because they were not part of the crime itself according to a former f. Yeah according to a former though. He clearly had left their house way before. They said he'd yeah. This is this is according to a former. Fbi agent spoke to the news. They said it's very hard to charge parents in cases like this where they're helping their kids. We're absolutely no power whatsoever. Don't get things done already over the fbi. I don't care what the former fbi guy said if they lied to the fbi in law enforcement. I'm sure they can be charged yet. I heard you guys here about chozas for trae souks role. They're gonna get into to be big. They're going to get a trial by society anyway no matter what happens but yesterday to physically hurt him but make them feel uncomfortable fucked up. Yeah they're gonna get teepee to lot but yesterday big break came when a man posted this on twitter which was a picture of a deer cam and it says from sam bass and it says. I'm not saying. This is the guy but whoever was on my trail camera this morning and baker. Florida strongly fits the description of brian laundry. Landry how the fuck you say this piece of ships last name. Authorities have been contacted but people in northwest florida area be on the lookout and then now baker is five hundred miles from northport. So here's the map. It's all the way up there and kind. They're the panhandle is so five hundred miles away. That's quite a trek. Whether he was hitchhiking or just hiking through the woods. If it's him who knows but why are we think it's him because he's a white guy that's bald the back in the back so the internet sluice were out and they noticed that the backpack if you see the. There's a picture of this backpack from inside the van. That was posted on social media. And it kind of matches the same as the dark bottom on it. It's got like the you know the light color could hack hard. Also well hold on. You put trill general appearance. Put intro came out there to catch wildlife. I doubt that you catch that many like wandering white dude's chiro cam. I assume that's probably why he was like. Oh that could be him. Let's check the backpack but he looks about thirty to fifty pounds heavier and has hell full head of hair. Compared to you think that it's out of the same due to the bill doesn't even call dude bri laundries of skinny little falker and he uses the ball that guy had some thickness to them and had some hair. So i don't think this guy hasn't come out and say hey fatter this whole ordeal. Pack thing he passed with the people with images with or anything if he's gone and he's stressed about killing say. Hope it's the guy i mean. He gained thirty pounds and his hair grew back. Does look nervous though in that trail cam shot does not not. Does he look a little nervous. It looks a little lost and missing the guy. Whoever it is on this show if it's not brian has hasn't come out yet and said hey that was me it. Also a criminal insider email. I don't know maybe. I don't know so Speculation wasn't he hasn't read up his minutes yet. Okay exactly speculation. Wasn't we speculated on the show that maybe he just bolted as soon as he came home or never even made it home. But then i found this eyewitness account of his from his neighbor recounting the landry's activity in the days following. Brian's return on september first and this kind of fucked up neighbors bill and charlene guthrie say they watched the scene unfold before there is but what they found. Most striking was how they save. Brian behaved after coming home from his trip. Without gabby on september first acting as if nothing had.
