Tesla Buys Bitcoin While Elon Sends Dogecoin To The Moon!
"I guess in our post game. Stop wall street bets world. I guess. I should never be surprised to wake up to crazy news like the news. That tesla has bought one and a half billion dollars worth of bitcoin and says it will start accepting bitcoin as a payment for its products in the future quoting cnbc in a filing with the securities and exchange commission. The company said it bought the bitcoin for quote more flexibility to further diversify maximize returns on our cash and quote. Tessa also said it will start accepting payments in bitcoin in exchange for its products quote subject to applicable laws and initially on a limited basis and quote that would make testily first major automaker to accept crypto currency as payment the one and a half billion dollars worth of bitcoin will give tests liquidity in the cryptocurrency once it starts accepting it for payments tesla's move into bitcoin represents an investment of a significant percentage of its cash in the investment the company had more than nineteen billion dollars in cash and cash equivalents on hand at the end of twenty twenty according to its most recent filing but the moves also raised questions around. Ceo elon. Musk behavior on twitter in recent weeks where he has been credited for increasingly prices of cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and does coin by posting positive messages that have encouraged more people to buy the digital currencies two weeks ago. The billionaire tesla owner added the hashtag hashtag bitcoin to his twitter bio move that helped to briefly. Push up the price of the cryptocurrency by as much as twenty percent. Two days later he said on the social media chat site clubhouse quote. I do at this point. Bitcoin is a good thing. And i am a supporter of bitcoin and quote. Bitcoin prices surged to new highs. Monday following tesla's announcement reaching a price of at least forty four thousand two hundred dollars. Tesla shares were up more than two percent monday morning. Tessa warn investors of the volatility of bitcoin price. In its sec filing and quote. Yeah and about that does coin stuff in case. You're not aware of does it was sort of a joke. Crypto currency that would be one way to put it. but also maybe it's better to think of does coin as the ultimate mean currency especially in this age of non fungible tokens and art now and collectibles on the blockchain. So this is what i mean by. Nothing surprising me anymore. In the post game stop world does coin is maybe the alternate mimi. Play in a way elon. Musk is a meam engine. In and of himself so his tweets pushing does coin up from half a cent at the beginning of the year to around eight cents this morning even though does is sort of not an active project or even a viable one at this point. Yeah to the moon for sure
Rocketing Tesla shares make Elon Musk the world’s richest man
"Gains for futures. Dave, What's got try this morning. Tesla's definitely Nathan. Just when you think you've seen it all. The electric carmaker has more to show you any Tesla's shares or higher fun 11th straight day, And if the game holds up, it would be Tesla's longest winning streak ever and bear in mind ever goes back to 2010. When the company went public, and you know, it's just yesterday that Tesla's surpassed the market value of Facebook and CEO Elon Musk became the world's richest person in the Bloomberg Diner, serving right must rose above Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos in terms of personal wealth and looking at the early performance of Tessa. It's like here we go again must rising even higher on that score, and just a bit of perspective here. December 21st test that went into the S and P 500. Since then, the stock's up 22%. It just goes to show you he know, Tessa, you could argue, has become a cult at this point. Yeah, much
TSLA is The Chosen One Says Morgan Stanley, Price Target to $810
"Everybody rob power here and today. We're talking about a new note on tesla's stock from morgan stanley. They have increased their price targets significantly. Today after hours. We also have some news on the full. Self-driving beta report on monowai gross margins from china and some news that riven may be raising some more capital taking a look at the stock tussle. Today finished up zero point seven percent to seven hundred and thirty five dollars eleven cents that actually did trail the nasdaq which was up about one percent. But hereafter hours worth. Things have started to get more interesting. After morgan stanley released their updated tussle note. Tesla has jumped by about ten to fifteen dollars. One and a half two percent to read around seven hundred fifty dollars per share otherwise news on tesla was fairly light today. So we're gonna spend most of our time here looking at that note. And as i always say when we look at analyst notes a lot of this is just contextual and it gives us good jumping off points for discussion and things like this also gives us good perspective and insight into the kind of information. That's being circulated around the street. So right off the bat here. This morgan stanley note comes with a great headline. They title the no quote the chosen. One tesla industrializes internet of cars target two eight hundred and ten dollars and quote. That is a huge fifty percent increase over the previous price. Target of five hundred and forty dollars per share. They write quote. We update our forecasts and long-term assumptions. Following better-than-expected cue for deliveries sixty one percent year over year growth and five billion dollar capris raising twenty thirty volume to five point. Zero million units versus three point eight million and taking the price target two hundred ten dollars. Tesla is richly valued for a reason reiterate overweight and quote. Okay so what has changed. Here with morgan stanley's assumptions that has led to this fifty percent price targeted increase while they say they had better than expected volume this year. You four specifically. There's been a significant capillaries. And of course tesla was added to the s. and p. five hundred. So they beat morgan stanley's projection. They have risked and they've been added the s. and p. five hundred which has reduced the float effectively reducing the supply of tesla shares as for the actual changes to their model driving this higher price target. They say that quote the majority of the price target increase comes from the impact of our higher volume assumptions in our model and quote as i said they have increased their twenty thirty delivery forecast from three point. Eight million vehicles to five point two million vehicles and they say that they have now added to factories to their forecast for twenty thirty bringing their total tesla. Plant count to ten. I think that factory count is actually probably pretty close but that would only be you know. Five hundred eighty thousand vehicles per factory by twenty thirty. But it's become very clear. That tesla actually has ambitions of producing two million vehicles or so per factory per year. At least in the case of texas and dig your berlin shanghai. They've said one million plus so even just those factories plus fremont if can hit their production targets in those factories. Gets you to more than five. Point two million that jonas projecting here for twenty thirty as for their earlier year forecasts for twenty twenty one they have increased their projection from seven hundred seventy eight thousand previously now to seven hundred ninety two thousand and as a reminder just as recently as july they had actually been projecting just six hundred and twenty thousand four twenty twenty one so they've actually up that by about thirty percent in just the last six months for twenty twenty two the forecasting one point one five million. I'm not sure what that was previously for. Twenty twenty three. Then they are up from one point. Three five million previously now to one point seven million the fun thing about these increased volume targets from morgan stanley. Is that a few months ago. They did what they called. A great tesla rating. They started including things like mobility services as a recurring revenue from autonomy in their price target. So they're sort of having this ongoing opera moment this year. That as they now add vehicle volume into their forecast they now have to add additional services and revenue margin as well and that is where the game changes in terms of valuation for tusla. And the thing is you. Don't even need a fully autonomous robot taxi type of service to start adding that services revenue in when tesla's starts offering full self driving as a subscription. I think that is going to open a lot. Of analyst is to how tesla's business model is structured and will be increasingly structured going forward leveraging software. It's already easy to say. As i've said in the past that if you want to compare valuations show me another automaker that is selling a ten thousand dollar software option then we can make those comparisons but because that is all sort of right now lumped into the same revenue the same margin line on tussles earnings. People just aren't willing to recognize that yet as a separate line of business when tesla's starts offering full self driving a subscription even if they don't break that out on their earnings that forces a change in how analysts are forecasting and modeling tesla they have to start forecasting recurring high-margin revenue right. Now that's basically all just being pulled forward into that simple ten thousand dollar option which is great but it also makes it easier to ignore the other factor making it easier to ignore right now. Is that a big portion of that is still currently deferred revenue. So it's not actually showing up in earnings. But as tessa delivers more features this year less of that is going to be deferred tussles valuation in and of itself is playing a role here too because it has become so massive analysts have to cover this. They have to cover well. They're getting more and more resources to cover it. They're getting more and more questions as tesla's been added to the s. and p. five hundred those benchmarked funds managers. They need to know what to do with the stock so the coverage is just getting more and more intense and again because the evaluation hide they're going to be a lot of analysts running numbers sort of back testing against that valuation. Saying okay to justify this. This is what needs to happen for the company.

Airbnb’s IPO Will Be Hot. Why Its Stock Will Be Worth the Price.
"Well for Airbnb. We're looking at evaluation around 42 billion, which is pretty remarkable because in its last round of private fundraising, its valuation was something around 26 billion on. Of course, that's that. That's the high end of the range there that 42 billion Previously the high end of the range of 35 billion, so sort of the picture we're getting. As we get closer and closer to this company finally going public. It's clear there's some demand for it. Perhaps oversubscribed with this. I P o. So it's given us this Situation where they can keep more richly pricing their shares on and get a bigger valuation. I think this really just speaks to the times when you have a hotel type company having so much demand behind in, you know when we're just seeing this general rebound in equities. Yeah, it is interesting that Airbnb has held up so much better than traditional hotels have during this pandemic. What are potential investors? Saying about this company what's making it so attractive? I think a lot of it has to do well with one just the general environment when it comes to ah sort of hotel Leisure Recreation type Cos they have the vaccine coming onto the market. So there's optimism there. The world can get back to normal. But with Airbnb specifically, what they really have tried to do is make it a company that caters to a customer base that Perhaps wants to do more domestic traveling Airbnb. You know, of course, is it is in many cities. So it's easy for that. If you want to, you know, rent a cabin somewhere or something like that. They really been very public, touting their various hygiene protocols that they're having their host do And I think in that sort of sense, it has made investors excited that This type of company that they had been looking forward to. I peeling for some time now. We'll also be able to whether this pandemic we're seeing and then out perform when the pandemic in and and society starts to normalize. What about Airbnb his path to profitability? It's not there yet. It's certainly not there. But look that has not stopped investors before. A lot of these IPO's have done extremely well, despite the fact that they might not be profitable bowl to begin with. I pose. For example, recent IPO's have outperformed the S and P 500 tremendously. Their prices have more than doubled so far this year, which is again incredible for what are typically More risky investments often without profit, but it just shows the sort of general appetite for more risk right now, that's that's coming into the market. And look, Tessa was a great example of a company that surpassed Toyota and valuation before was even able to book Anania will profit, of course. Now it's getting included into the S and P
Goldman Sachs on S&P 500, Model Y Range, Tesla Police Vehicle
"Everybody rob our here today. We were talking about tessa. Stock and the s. and p. five hundred inclusion process. We have an updated note from goldman. Sachs talking a little bit about funds that may need to purchase tesla. We also have some news on the model y and then a recently published study by the fremont police department on using tesla as a police vehicle. All right so i up on the stock tussles. Green streak has come to an end finishing down one point nine three percent today to four hundred eighty nine dollars. Sixty one cents that compared to the nasdaq down zero point four percent and two again quickly. Check on the volume. As we've been doing for the last few days it was quite a bit lower today. Only about thirty two million shares traded hands. That was the two hundred and first highest volume rank day for the last year. So very low. That's out of about two hundred and fifty trading days was actually even below the one month average of thirty three million shares and well below the three month and twelve month averages around sixty million shares debt. If you're curious why. I keep talking about volume. It's because i anticipate a lot of shares needing to be purchased. So i do want to keep an eye on volume as we head into the snp inclusion. I do expect most of the related buying four. That will happen around inclusion. But who knows how much for there's going to be so i think if we see a lot of really heavy volume heading into that that might indicate a little bit more front running. So it's not normally something i watched super closely and i'm definitely not a technical analysis based investor. But just something. I'm kind of finding interesting for less period time. Quick related note next week. Is the week of thanksgiving. So the nasdaq will be closed on thursday november twenty. Sixth all day and then on friday the twenty seventh. We closed early so reopened until one pm eastern time. As for my schedule. I'll probably take thursday off and potentially friday. We'll see on that. But hopefully the seven episodes that. I put out this week as well as two interviews that i did the most recent of which is on the talking tesla podcast. By the way we'll make up for that next week. Okay so we've got a bit of an update here on the s. and p. five hundred situation a new note from goldman sachs. Has shed a little bit of light. On that. portion of funds that is benchmarked to the s. and p. five hundred remember. This is the portion of funds that their compensation is impacted based on the relative performance to the performance of the s. and p. five hundred versus the tracking funds. They're literally trying to replicate the performance of the s. and p. five hundred identically. So if we look at our little spreadsheet here that we've looked at many times based on today's closing price for the s&p five hundred and four tesla. It looks like the waiting would be about one point two five percent for tesla and the s&p index so the p last update. They gave us said that there was about four point. Six trillion in assets tracking the index. Saw one point two six percent of that should be allocated to tesla shares. That's about fifty eight billion dollars. Almost one hundred nineteen million shares and then additionally there is six point six trillion in benchmarked assets. So that's what we're talking about here with this goldman sachs update and one point. Two six percent of that six point six trillion would be eighty three billion or a hundred and seven million shares so focusing on that slice for now goldman sachs in an updated note. Overnight said quote of the one hundred and eighty nine large-cap core funds in our universe one hundred and fifty seven funds that manage around five hundred billion in assets under management did not hold tesla on september thirtieth and quote. Okay presumably here then. The one hundred eighty nine funds that goldman is referring to here are benchmarked against the s. And p five hundred. I don't have the full note. So i'm not sure if they stated that clearly but i do think it's the best assumption we can make so they're saying five hundred billion in assets under management for those one hundred and eighty nine funds. That's five hundred billion of the six point six trillion that we're talking about here so that's about seven and a half percent of the slice so then golden is saying that of those one hundred and eighty nine funds. One hundred and fifty seven of them didn't hold any tesla that's only seventeen percent of those funds so we don't necessarily know how the dollar distribution looks if one of those funds makes up the majority of that five hundred billion assets under management and they hold tesla the dollar percentage will look very different. But for now it's just assume it's the same at seventeen percent and then let's extrapolate that percentage to the six point six trillion and benchmarked funds. Broadly obviously quite a few steps. There were the math. Can break down. This is just a theoretical exercise but if we apply that then we could assume that of the six point six trillion and benchmarked funds about one point one trillion of that may already have a position and tesla leaving about five point five trillion. That does not so drop that. Six point six trillion down to five point five trillion. Assuming others already have tessa positions. If all those funds want to be equal weight on tesla they would need to buy sixty nine billion dollars. Tesla nice which one hundred and forty two million scherzer's. Obviously they could buy more. That could buy less. Could by not at all but doing anything other than being equal weight on tesla is an active choice to deviate their performance versus their benchmark based on how tesla's said another way if they don't know about tesla the safest thing for them to do is just to be equal weight so that it's not influencing their relative performance if we hop back to that goldman note per the bloomberg article on the topic. They say quote assuming those funds chose to hold the carmaker at benchmark. Wait they would need to buy eight billion dollars of the stock or about two per cent of tussles market value the analysts set and quote so many of you may have seen the headline articles about that today. That's just goldman saying that of these funds. These five hundred billion in assets under management those funds. We need to buy a billion to be equal weight. So there's walk in clients through the exact math and we've been walking through here for awhile. But on their universe as they say which is just a subset that seven and a half percent subset of the six point six trillion that the snp says is benchmarked against the s. and p. five hundred. We've now seen a couple of separate confirmations that overall the we've been walking through here is correct. I we had the snp announcement which indicated that okay. Yes it's going to be about a one percent weight that equates to about fifty billion in terms of shares that need to be bought so check that box and then here we have goldman sachs now the benchmark funds and how they would need to buy eight billion and that lines up well with the math that we've been talking about on the bench marked funds so i think good to see that i still don't really know how all this is gonna be able to work again if all that is equal weight. That's you know. Thirty eight percent of tesla's float you can't just take thirty eight percent of afloat off the market over the course of two weeks
S&P 500 adds Tesla, sending stock price soaring
"Tusla's joining the s. and p. Five hundred on monday december twenty first based on yesterday's closing price that would make it one of the top ten companies in that index and with the after hours move the market cap is about four hundred and thirty billion dollars makes it the eighth biggest and in striking distance companies like walmart and visa now because of the large size of the addition. The dow jones indices is seeking feedback from the investment community on. How exactly to do this. Determine whether tusla should be added all at once or in two separate trenches the decision about which company tessa will replace. will be made at a later date and the gain in the stock would make elon. Musk the world Richest person passing mark zuckerberg and. There's so many interesting angles to this. The i was just trying to figure out it used to be. We'd like the i megan's and the press techy ins and the The ins and they were all along. They were really obnoxious. Vocal people that own the stock. And if you said anything they get mad. Tesla the musketeers. Whatever you wanna call them. They started out like that but then they were replaced on the total obnoxious side by the people that are short this stock santoli and there still. This is not nearly as heavily shorted stock because it was. I mean just the rise in the in the shares of basically taking care of of a lot of that but it's fascinating because the exact reason that so many people were short all the fundamental Challenges the valuation that. You really have to stretch to computer based on what the company is worth today. In terms of the financials that's also what probably kept it. Out of the snp to this point which is just a lack of of predictable consistent profitability and this idea that it was inflated beyond its its economic footprint so all that stuff is fascinating right now and the fact that s and p look three months ago they took a pass on it. Who knows exactly why but it seems like they wanted the fever to break in the stock a little bit by that point to stop going from two seventy five to five hundred three weeks and so it sort of has flattened out and and maybe digested some of that and it just becoming too hard to mechanical a four hundred billion dollar company out of the index. So it's it's pretty fascinating. I

Virus surge breaking infection records across the US
"Across the us. Lear seeing a record-breaking surge in kobe cases on thursday the us reported more than one hundred and fifty thousand new cases just a day alone. The scary thing about it is that if you look on a curve. It's just going straight up but we don't know where this curve ends. We don't know where the peak is. This could be just the very beginning of the curve. That's mine one a science reporter for the post. He's been looking into why there's been such a huge spike. In kobe cases this part of fall surge. A lot of experts were warning about getting colder. People are moving indoors but also i think there's just this pandemic fatigue people are tired of taking precautions that plays a huge role. You've got a lot more activity going on. You know back in spring. Even the summer a lot was still shut down. People were not going out there. Being more careful you've got a lot of economic activity resuming and that's gonna lead to you know more spread. I also wonder if there's personally like a fear factor here. I feel like if you think back to how he felt in april and may just felt like there was this sense of being consumed by fear of getting sick and hearing all the horror stories and that fear is there. I think that because so many of us are living our lives. It's easy to forget like well. You know it's like. I'm gonna take precautions to the best of my ability. But i'm still carrying on with my life and i wonder if that has started to edge out a little bit of the precautions. That people were taking previously totally. I think that's like a very big factor in this. It's just we're you know there's this whole all this talk of like we're learning to live with it. That like really downside of that is we really are learning to live with it in that. Just you know a thousand people dying. Every day is like a matter of fact if he told someone that you know in january like you know. In a few months we're going to have people just dying in droves day and people aren't gonna care would be unthinkable back then. So where are we seeing the most intense hot spots and outbreaks right now there are hot spots are concentrations especially in the midwest and the west. But it's everywhere this time you know. In spring it was new york and california in summer you talked about the sun bell. Texas florida georgia. But this time. It's just everywhere. The hardest hit spots though are a lot of these places. That didn't have it before. North dakota wisconsin montana. These are the last frontiers untouched by the virus. And once it's reached there it seems like is just taking off and for the places in the country that are experiencing these outbreaks for the first time. Are there particular challenges for them. That's different from something like new york where they have now had multiple experiences with going through this rise in cases. There's the problem of not having experience a lot of hospitals In new york california they have lot of that built inexperience in their. Icu's there's also this factor. That's hard to talk about but it's just politics a lot of these harder hit states right now. They're republican conservative. These are a lot of the states for the people. Listen to trump. When he said you know you could wear a mask or not wear mass. We can learn to live with this just as bad as the flu. These are kind of the key audiences for that. And so when it's hitting these states and people are not reacting to it like you might have seen in some of the democratic states that's a really potent factor as well so obviously we're seeing this very precipitous rise and the infection rates. But what are we seeing in the death rates and the number of people who are dying. The greatest thing that's happened in our fight against the virus is we've driven down the death rate and it's just the wild success that is attributed to we know more about the virus like you re think back to those times in new york. You had doctors kind of discovering Pruning people's bodies like putting them on their stomachs turning them. You have icu nurses who just know you know went to put someone on ventilator better and when not to when you do everything you can to avoid that because of the death rate that comes with that so a of this. It's just hard one experience. And that's the thing that's really worrisome. This time around. All those icu. Staff that is really specialized expertise. You can have nurses come in from other departments and try to help out but as those hospitals get stretched thinner and thinner in the icu expertise. Kind of ood evaporates death rate. There's a very good chance of it rising. And it's not some like set thing that's in stone. Once you achieve this death rate will never go up again. It changes and fluctuates. Even between states can change and fluctuate That's so interesting. I hadn't thought about that before. Because i feel like at the beginning of the pandemic so much of our conversation was are they're going to be. Nf doctors healthcare workers. What happens if some of them get sick. How is staff gonna be stretched thin just from the perspective of human bodies to throw at this problem. But now what you're seeing. Is that this improved. Death rate is only because so many of those healthcare workers actually had that experience from the last seven or eight months and that in of itself is not something that we can rely on as the problem gets larger. Yes what's going to happen this time around. Why people are so worried about this. Wave is very soon. You're gonna see all the problems that we had before starting to pile up but new ones too on top of that. So we all this time. But we never really fixed are shortages of p for all the trump administration's talk of how they were gonna take charge the really just refuse to use the powers. They had in the last few months to push companies and coordinate our country's manufacturing distribution of ppe and same thing on testing. I mean there's been a really great increase of testing. We've increased by a lot but the demand for testing is awesome increased dramatically. So there are those past problems. But you're also gonna have a shortage of expertise because last time if you remember a beacon call in third doctors and nurses that came rushing to help with the virus everywhere across the country. You can't you can't send people certain place. Everywhere is running out of doctors and nurses in icu expertise. That's something that is really concerning this time around. So if this is what we're already starting to see and we're here the middle of november. Obviously it's getting colder. More people are going to be indoors at the rest of the winter. And then there's also thanksgiving and christmas and these times of year where it feels really really difficult to just say. I'm not going to interact with anybody. How do we expect this to continue to unfold in the next couple of months. Yeah this part. I feel bad i feel like every time you invite me on the show like really tessa mystic. But there's so many things that are kind of pointing this the wrong way so you do have like the holidays coming up if you look at what happened in canadian thanksgiving which is earlier than ours. It trove infections way up there. There's a lot of worry that the same thing is going to happen with a double whammy of thanksgiving christmas. You have colder weather which makes helps the virus survive better with less humidity the pandemic fatigue which is going to increase. But there's this added thing now where there's also this political coal polarization. That is very dangerous so if you think about it. We have ten weeks until the biden inauguration during those ten weeks people are saying well. You know we're going to reset. The effort will get our ducks in a row. And we'll do it right this time. In those ten weeks you could have the infection rate. Doubling
Tesla Giga Shanghai’s Model 3 production run-rate already hitting 91% of ambitious 2021 targets
"Today we're going to go through a detailed forecasts for q four delivery and production numbers for tesla. The reason we're doing this today is because we finally have critical piece of information that can help inform this forecast and that is gigafactory shanghai production numbers from the china passenger car association so earlier this week we had talked about the model three sales numbers in china for october. But we didn't yet have the production numbers those have now been released by the a and they are very strong. I think even better than the most bullish forecast that. I have seen so october production out of your factory. Shanghai was reported to be twenty two thousand nine hundred and twenty nine model threes so put the context around just how strong that number is. Let's hop into my forecasting spreadsheet. If you haven't this yet just orientate you. Each row is a different period of time and then in each group of columns here. I have production numbers so i have total production fremont production shanghai production and then i break that down to a weekly level and level those production rates on a weekly and daily level are incredibly important. Because sometimes tesla has known downtime. So looking at monthly or quarterly production doesn't really give us the full picture that weekly daily dust and then on the color scheme here gray numbers are known those have been reported by tesla or figured out by us. With high high competence. Orange numbers are also high competence but are based off of reports out of china. Blue numbers are estimates kind of fill in the between the two and then yellow. Our future forecasts are at so getting back to the shanghai numbers. Then if we look tober that twenty two thousand nine hundred twenty nine production number divided over the four point. Four weeks in october yields a weekly production rate of five thousand one hundred seventy eight model threes per week from shanghai. This is much greater than the twenty eight hundred and fifty produced each week over the course of q. Three however if we flip back to september actually got a bit of a hint. That numbers like this. Were on the way from tesla. So total september dessel only produced about twelve thousand two hundred vehicles that was actually down slightly from august and july. But what people may have missed. Is that tesla. Actually had shutdown gigafactory shanghai from september twentieth. To september thirtieth. So if you take those days out tesla actually produced about forty five hundred model threes per week in september over the two point seven production weeks where they weren't shut down so it looked like tesla's kind of leveling off production at about twelve thousand per month but actually took a huge step forward in september in terms of the production rate. We see that then continue into october and even accelerate while the monthly production takes a massive step forward from twelve thousand all the way up to almost twenty three thousand because there was no downtime in october so this production rate almost fifty two hundred per week. October has huge implications for the balance of q four if we even just extrapolate that rate tesla's at now that ends up being sixty eight thousand model threes produced from shanghai in q four their few reasons. We've seen this massive jump in production rate from shanghai first off. They've obviously just ramped up their production rate. One of the ways. They've been able to do that though is by adding another shift to shanghai. Depending on what estimate you're looking at that seems to have added about thirty to fifty percent of production hours from employees so that's filled out the production capacity and then we've also seen tesla star utilizing. The lithium iron phosphate batteries from cat l. And if they were battery constrained before this seems to have done a lot to alleviate that at this level so as far as i know there is not going to be any significant downtime in q. Four but definitely if you have any information on that let me know if there is not and we continue this rate at sixty thousand but tesla has been ramping up production from september through october. So there's no certainty that this production rate is going to hold through the rest of the quarter rather than continuing to increase. We also have a report from tasmanian today. Which has heard from a source that quote the current model three production has now surpassed fifty seven hundred units per week and quote. We've also been talking now for quite a while about how you four could be. The start of production for the shanghai made model. Y the latest. We've heard on that. Is that might actually happen in november so we could even see some production model y contributing to these keefer numbers so if we flip back to the forecasting sheet here and we look at my forecast. I'm gonna actually forecast even a little bit lower than that rumored production rate from tasmanian. I'm gonna project about a three four percent increase for the next couple of months here in shanghai. I think this is relatively conservative. But this could change. If there are periods of downtime or if the model y ramp for some reason impacts the model three production rate but i do think this is pretty reasonable and again hopefully a little bit conservative for shanghai so for november production weekly. I'm at about fifty three hundred and fifty and then for december a couple hundred more about fifty five hundred and fifty. That gets me to you again. About twenty three thousand four november and about twenty four thousand five hundred four december for total q for production out of shanghai at about seventy thousand five hundred vehicles. Now obviously that's pretty high that would be higher than tesla stated production capacity and accused three report which they listed at two hundred and fifty thousand. But we've already seen them beat that production rate throughout the entire month of october if the numbers are accurate that october production rate already analyzes to about two hundred and seventy thousand vehicles so they've already demonstrated rate above that listed capacity for what it's worth if tesla can bump that production capacity up to fifty seven hundred for november and december. That would add another couple thousand to this forecast so these numbers for shanghai have big implications for q four and for next year. But let's stick with four. Let's rounded out by looking at fremont production so that we can work into the total for kiefer and for the year in q. Three tesla produced about one hundred and forty five thousand vehicles in total. About thirty seven thousand. Five hundred of those came from shanghai so that we as a little over one hundred seven thousand two had to have come from fremont if we divide that by the thirteen point one weeks on the quarter. That's about eighty two hundred per week beyond that. We know that tessa produced just under seventeen thousand as an ex. Those obviously came from fremont that we've just over ninety thousand model y model three from fremont produced and q. Three as we get more granular. It became more speculative but based on vins and other information out there. I have estimated that cute to model production was about eleven thousand vehicles out of fremont and the q. Three was about thirty three thousand leaving the balance then for model three so q four based on the prior ramp up that we had seen from the model three. I'm estimating that tests. I can bump that model wipe production up to about fifty three thousand in q. Four so about twenty thousand more vehicles. Which if my q two and q three breakdowns are close. It'd be similar to increase that. We saw quarter to quarter there. If we look back at how the model three ramp progressed. The should be doable and q. Two twenty eighteen tessa produced about twenty eight thousand mile threes and then in q three two thousand eighteen about fifty three thousand so actually showing even a less sharp increase for model y than what we previously seen for the model three despite tesla having a lot more experience now and the model being a similar vehicle to the model three so again i think this is pretty reasonable and hopefully even bit conservative as for model three we have tended to see that production rate fall and then sort of flat line as model. Why has ramped up. I think one of the questions. There is okay that a demand thing less demand for the model three the model y ramps or is that a battery supply constraint where the model three production is held back due to batteries being shifted and being used for the monowai. I assume it's a battery supply constraint. But if it's demand i think tesla has pulled the levers here with the refresh plus q four is always seasonally stronger and as somebody that has ordered a model three this quarter and has having to wait significantly longer than i would prefer. There certainly doesn't seem to be any demand shortage. So i think the only constraint here is likely to be batteries for that reason and because we're already forecasting growth for the model y. I'm not gonna forecast much of an increase in production for the model three here. Only about one percent to about fifty eight thousand from fremont key four that puts our combined fremont model y and fremont model three at about one hundred eleven thousand for the quarter to me. That feels pretty good because again in q. Three that number was about ninety thousand but if we look back to tussled q three earnings report specifically about fremont they said quote production should reach fo capacity toward the end of this year or beginning of next year end quote. The production capacity for model three and model y out of fremont is five hundred thousand per year. So that's one hundred twenty five thousand per quarter if they didn't ninety thousand in q. Three and they're trying to target one hundred twenty five thousand production rate at the end of q. Four well if we just assume a linear ramp up throughout the quarter we can just use the midpoint of those numbers and that would give us a hundred and twelve thousand five hundred for four now on one hand. They said they hoped to reach that production rate by the end of the quarter or early in q. One but on the other hand the ninety thousand production number that we used from q. Three is the total key. Three production rate. It was probably higher towards the end of the quarter. So with all that. Said i think one hundred and eleven thousand is right in the ballpark of where tesla could end up for fremont for a wyan model. Three in q four. Oh we have left. Then as s and x tesla's the fremont capacity at ninety thousand there. That's twenty two thousand five hundred per quarter. We've also seen updates this quarter the model s. price declines the range in the model x. has been increased so even though tesla has been for the last few quarters running at about fifteen thousand per quarter for s and x and peaking at about eighteen thousand last four. I'm expecting a decent jump here from an xm. Forecasting nineteen thousand. But i do think there's potential that it could be even a bit higher. Let's just take a quick look here and then see how this all looks visually. And then we'll wrap up with the final numbers so here we have our weekly production rates. Each quarter for in blue fremont an orange shanghai and in both cases these are excluding known shutdown that we've had from corona virus or factory retooling. Whatever the case may be so for q. Three shanghai ended up excluding that final ten days at about thirty two hundred per week and here for four. We haven't projected to jump up about fifty three hundred per week but it fits pretty nicely with the linear uptrend that we have seen and again in september already tussles producing at about forty five hundred per week so it seems extremely reasonable and it's not unprecedented in the past we have seen in fremont tesla increased their production rate quarter over quarter by almost two thousand vehicles per week thousand one. We talked about before with the model three ramp up so similar thing here. Then for fremont we're going from about eighty two hundred per week in q. Three up to about ninety nine hundred per week in q four about seventeen hundred more per week but again definitely not unprecedented looking back at tesla's history are at so with all that context. We'll hop back into our spreadsheet here and all these numbers combined give me a cue for production total fremont and shanghai both of two hundred thousand five hundred and seventy eight vehicles. I know that might sound like a lot. But again tesla lists their production capacity at eight hundred and forty thousand in the q three earnings report and while the production rate doesn't necessarily equal and sawed capacity we've actually seen them exceed that installed capacity listing in shanghai in october. So if we add that two hundred thousand to what tesla's already produced so far this year that would get them to five hundred and thirty thousand vehicles produce for twenty twenty as for deliveries and whether tessa will deliver more vehicles than they produce in q four. I think there's a couple of factors there. We have really low days of inventory. So tesla's not working with a lot of stock but on the other hand that they are increasing the localization of their production which helps lower the required amount of stock. Because you just have less shipping time. So i'll have to spend a little bit more time thinking about that. I think it'll be relatively close to production and with what tesla has delivered so far year to date. They need a little over one. Hundred and eighty thousand vehicles delivered in q four to meet five hundred thousand for the year. And i think they'll exceed that by a pretty significant margin so i'll spend more time thinking about how deliveries might vary from production. But i guess for how you can put me down for two hundred thousand deliveries for key for
"tessa" Discussed on Tessa and Elliot Argue
"I feel like. I would have loved to hear more about their childhood from them. Yeah that interests me or even like we just went to my cousin's wedding and listening to my uncle talk about like what it was like growing with my dad and linked his uncle his brothers my uncles the love. Yeah i love hearing about what it was like when they were kids lake. Oh did this really that or like uncle ron. I love that kind of stuff. I like again. I really wish. I would have been able to know my grandpa. My my dad's dad a lot better yeah seven. It was pretty hard. I didn't ask him any adult questions. Yeah there are no questions asked right you know. I didn't have the cognitive function. all right. we're gonna skip this one. But i'm gonna say it out loud. Anyway take four minutes and tell your partner. Your life story has much details possible. Oh god numb good. I feel like we're going all right. This is the last question set number one crap. There's thirty six them. Yeah yeah if you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one quality or ability what would it be organization one hundred percent. Am yes it would've been okay. what would i pick for you organization. Nobody know pick it from me. You're gonna get for me. It's fun you can pick it for me. It's not fun. Why i'm fine because i will be nice and you will be a jerk. I would pick that pick cleanliness. I've is your little piles of tessa everywhere. I just put that in like with organizations. A little tessa everywhere. I'm i know you. I love you. You have little piles of you everywhere. I pick being much more physically fit. That's what i wake up. I wanna be oh good elliott us something that you would you pick for me. What would you being less of a jerk. Nice having a little bit more empathy fair enough. That's number one. I think we're.
Using Neuroscience and Faith To Overcome Self Sabotage and Limiting Beliefs with Tessa Hopman
"So high tessa. How're you doing today. Hey thank you so much ahead and we dig really well how you doing well. So can you tell us a little bit more about your story. How did you get into what you're doing. Coaching adding neuroscience and biblical insights is something. I haven't heard of next year. We'll actually exactly why. I went into it so i was like i was myself very burned out. I've got to a stage where i couldn't even get out of bed anymore. Just that feeling having such a way on your chest. I was just in this emotional rollercoaster. Just not being fulfilled in life and aspirations. We often have that feeling like we know that we supposed to be contained. Really trying to be happy in the season. But we know that we're created for so much more and that emotional tinges actually like like tearing me apart. So i had to find out what the answer was to that big question. What's my purpose. What to be doing with life and so my partner actually showed me like this. Coaching course i enrolled in it enjoyed it was very an lp base. But i found like even that. I'm getting on to some questions like i'm on the standing now at my brain is doing that. I missed that biblical foundation to it. I wanted to know how it fit in in in what the bible say. No because i also wanted to make sure that i was living the principles that truly value in believing not just going like the world the way of neuroscience so said that was when i realized like this this. I'm not the only christian woman. Struggling to find her purpose struggling to find that fulfillment in live so. I wanted to create something way. We still get the neurological aspect. Because god gave his scientists to help us understand our brain right but also to find now the correlation between what it says in the bible and now that it makes sense like it's his bible. Speak things into being ride like all those things i wanted to mix into one. So yeah i took a usually buffet quit my job. No savings no plan. I just knew that god was telling me now. Back this is your purpose is what you mean to be doing. And you know. I jumped headfirst into it and here. We are more than a year later. Still still coaching still helping women either. Set up a business start. A new career do a passion project but all within that focus of putting god dana scientists. So yeah that's pretty messed introduction of of what i'm doing today. Wow your story really fits in with the theme of the podcast for season. Four which is faith over fear in your case you definitely just bit. The bullet jumped trusted. They got to take care of you and he has in your still discovering things as you're working with women yes absolutely. So how do you connect faith in neuroscience because usually you don't see those two together now very true one of the people at absolutely adore his doctor caroline leaf so she is actually A neurosurgeon and she is a christian as well so i started becoming super interesting what she does like. I can recommend everybody go look what she does. She puts manure science in such plain language but also a language that correlated with the bible. How i see how my personal views that god created everything right so he also created the sciences. I mean science has made us understand so many things to it's not against the bible. He created everything in the world in including neuroscience. So what does it understands. It helps understand the brain because often we feel that we are holding ourselves back that we are self sabotaging ourselves. But it's actually out brain like trying to keep us safe in a very outdated way rides. And and we have a brian. We are not our brain so by understanding the brain we can then make sense of what it says in the bible because for example a lot of people say it's restrictive. What what we as christians have to do. It's not about that. The rules that god says a very simple example like dan speak negative thoughts or speak things into existence that that are not there yet at. It's not to hold us back or anything. It's just god understanding the brank he created and now putting that into perspective saying how we can create a life that we truly love by making the brain work for us and not against us.
Energy Plan Launched by Tesla in the UK, Short Shorts Update
"Everybody Rob our here and today we are primarily talking about Tesla Energy Tesla has officially launched its energy service in the United Kingdom, and with that they've shared a lot of interesting details on their plans in that market. We then also have an update on delivery for Tesla's latest product or add. So starting off with Tessa Energy, tussle today, updated their website in the UK you can actually access this from I believe any country as long as you just go to the drop down and ginger location. So in the UK on Tesla's homepage there now, featuring a new product quote, the Tesla Energy plan designed for homes with solar and Power Wall. And Quote Tesla also has a nice little two minute video. They're sort of running through the entire process end to end. But basically what this energy plan does is utilized tussle power walls to create a virtual power plant in which Tesla will utilize their audit or software to manage energy storage levels in different distributed energy storage products such as the power wall. This adds value in a number of different ways, but I think the simplest way to understand it is to think of it as somewhat balancing the grid out Tesla can purchase energy when it's really cheap store it in the distributed network of power walls and then resell it when energy prices. Are High that's all managed in real time automatically by auditor software that helps balance out the grid and then tested profit from the differences in though selling prices. This is, of course, in addition to the normal benefits of having a power wall, which would be to store your renewable energy so that you can use that energy when your power production is not that high, and then of course, having backup energy in case of power outage, what that virtual power plant functionality enables is for tussle to partner with an energy retailer in this case, octopus energy in the UK to provide tuskers that have a power wall with a much cheaper energy plan. Than, they could get anywhere else tussle on the website says it can be up to seventy five percent cheaper for energy than any other available rate. So we're going to go into the details on that but I there are a couple of unique things we have to understand about the UK energy market, the first of which being the terminology. So in the UK essentially, each energy plan is known as a tariff I think generally, we think of tariff as being attacks, and here for the UK energy market, it does involve pricing, but it's broader than that. Basically, an energy tariff here is equivalent to saying an energy plan. So the tariff involves pricing. It involves whether you're power costs are fixed or variable your provider, the energy source that you're using whether that's renewable, -able or something else all of those details fit under what would be described as your energy tariff. So if we focus in on pricing, there are a couple of different charges. The first is what's known as a standing charge that is a daily fee they are paying basically for actively and UK power dot co dot UK says that the average staining charge for electricity in the UK is twenty point, five, eight pence per day twenty, point five pence is equivalent to twenty seven US sense. So that doesn't sound like a lot. But over the course of the year, that adds up to one hundred dollars on average. So that's the standing charge and there is a unit rate. So you're paying per kilowatt hour. Think we're operating used to that and on average that is fourteen point four pence per kilowatt hour sources vary on this, but it looks like the average home in the UK uses about four thousand kilowatt hours per year, which would lead to you `electricity costs five, hundred, seventy, six pounds per year. That's about seven hundred, fifty US dollars. So all in standing charge plus the actual payment for the electricity you're at about eight, hundred, fifty dollars per year and probably higher. If you have to charge electric vehicle. So with that context, let's look back at tussles energy plan and affect you. It says, what are the tariff details? Tesla says quote no standing charge on your bill, a twenty four, seven import rates of eight pence per kilowatt hour for current Tesla vehicle owners and eleven pence per kilowatt hour for non Tesla vehicle owners the lowest flat rate tariff available on the market as of October twenty twenty. So at eight pence per kilowatt hour and no standing charge over the course of the year at four thousand kilowatt hours you're looking at three hundred, twenty pounds or about four, hundred seventeen, which will, of course round. Up to four, hundred, twenty US dollars. So under that example, you're saving more than fifty percent more than four hundred dollars per year or about thirty five dollars a month remember though that's for the average around four thousand kilowatt hours. If you have an electric vehicle charging that, let's say that's double eight thousand kilowatt hours that should get you ten thousand fifteen thousand miles per year from your electric vehicle. Then your annual electricity costs go up to a little over twelve hundred pounds or about sixteen hundred US dollars under Tesla's energy plan that same amount of energy would cost about six hundred and forty pounds or about eight, hundred and thirty, five. US. Saving about seven hundred and sixty five dollars per year or sixty, five dollars per month so that all sounds great. The energy on this plan is all renewable but where the rub comes in as you have to actually by the power wall and in the UK that cost eight thousand pounds, that's a bit over ten thousand dollars. So if you're saving sixty five dollars per month while the payback period on that is about thirteen years. So on the surface, this looks pretty attractive and if you happen to already have power while. In the UK it seems like a no brainer. But unless I'm missing something on the math here, this is a complicated subject to me. It's not clear that this is something that everyone is immediately going to be scrambling to adopt where things get a little bit trickier to understand her on the math on is when we switched over from purchasing electricity actually selling electricity. So in the UK, there are a couple tariffs on that. There's a generation tariff and an export tariff.
Full Self-Driving Limited Beta Released
"Everybody Robin our here today even though we are less than a day out from Tesla's q earnings report, we already have news up staging mills results Tesla has started to a very limited way roll out the full self-driving rewrite Beta, and we are already starting to see some videos from that Beta pop up online. So today's episode is going to be focused on that because this is game changing technology that we're seeing happen right now. So I've put together a compilation of those videos. These have been shared on twitter by Tesla owner, Silicon Valley and Brandini nine, one six and raising them with their permission. So let's check out these clips and then analyze a bit as we go through. Our had. So the first thing that we notice as the car autonomously approaches this intersection here is just the new user interface. So this is not the final version. It'll be cleaned up a lot when this actually is sort of wide release ready I'm sure. But the first thing that sticks out just the amount of detail that's being captured here just from Tesla's vision system. It's using the cameras to put this entire scene together without hd maps. So here we go through the intersection and Thomas left hand turn. And, it's able to complete it. So this is one of the main missing features right now, and it is here in the Beta on surprisingly. But great to see that it's accessible handles turn. Though, in this case, it did have a lead vehicle I'm sure we'll see some other ones here in a second without that lead vehicle. So again, zooming in on the you, I hear you can just see the massive amount of detail that's being generated again from the vision system in the Tesla it seeing across the road at a t intersection here. Mapping the basically the outlines segments of the entire road using the dividing lines here, and then the lanes that are available for the tussle to switch ends you. which you can see in this case, it's navigating over into the left lane. Giving that update that now occurs now stopping for traffic light and fifty feet, and again we're GONNA see another left hand turn here. Once that turns green, which does he can see a turn green there on the UI. Maybe a little bit of hesitation there tough to tell but in this case, no lead vehicle. And it does manage to make. That left turn. And again, you can see the interpretation of the road here. And this is all happening at night right now. Obviously, the Beta just came out. So all the videos are from night driving so far, and you can still see even with. without the benefit of daylight tussle is still able to. Get a really good representation seemingly although we can't really tell outside the vehicle obviously but of the of the entire seems to be up Senate here. Rats I'M GONNA pause on this one as we head into it. As you can see, this is around out I. Wasn't sure if this would make it into the limited Beta release here but it seems to you and this you know it's tough to think of other features that wouldn't be here if we've got the roundabout in this in this version so you can see again with just the vision system here not using HD maps or anything like that Tesla's recognizing that this is around about intersection it's mapping out the roundabout here in the same color that you would normally see the lane lands that you are not supposed obviously cross. So really cool to see that. Let's watch it travel through here. Again, this one's from Brandini nine, one six. So yielding there it seems. Navigates through there. So, pretty cool. Brandini did say that for that one he did take over manual control at the end but I believe he said that was because his passenger was a little bit a word about itsel he said it would have handled it fine. So exciting see the roundabout here is another video again, a little bit more high resolution. This time we can see again the scene, the lead car here being mapped with green box versus some of those purple or red boxes that we've seen on other vehicles. Indicating that, it's you know traveling in the same direction. Looks like he changed his following distance, they're a bit. CNC. Vehicles off to the side appearing in yellow or red. Even as far out as as over there. In oncoming you know cross lanes. You can see those vehicles appearing and then the lead vehicle turns out. Tessa continues on its path. Read through an intersection with the green light. And, this one's really interesting Brandini on twitter said that this, there's a pedestrian approaches in this case he's GonNa take a left turn here he said the vehicle signals back on what he's doing what he's got mapped in terms of his navigate on autopilot directions. So let's go ahead and watch this. And it looks like this may be sort of an unmarked road here that tussles just sort of interpreting where the lane lane line should be. So you can see it approach the stop sign here. Mapping out a lot of details waiting for this card across. Its even picking up the biker land sign here in the other lane. There's the pedestrians. There are the pedestrians and it makes that left hand turn again with no lead vehicle. So super cool to see that this is more robust than even I expected this absolutely seems to be a step change from the report so far people have been very, very happy with it. I think this makes a Robo taxi vision from Tesla much more real because this is what you want I do as feature complete that means the Tesla vehicle is going to be autonomously capable of navigating the entire trip. In some cases, it's not gonna be everything but people are going. To go on rides and Tesla vehicles where they don't have to intervene one single time and that is going to make this so much more real feeling than has up until this point and of course, those drivers should still be diligently monitoring because there are certainly going to be corner cases that takes some time and more data to get ironed out
"tessa" Discussed on Tessa and Elliot Argue
"Bath hello and welcome to T. I'm Tessa I'm Elliott. This is Stephen Elliott. Are you yeah, but that might look closer. I slap you and this is Tessa and Elliot argue. Great great great. Great. Yeah each week. We bring you lists of weird news stories that we found from the week before or the week before that depending on how far have we record? This one's literally days before it comes out. So pretty fresh. Sometimes we get ahead. And then sometimes we get behind. Yeah. It's a suburbs into the my very beaut leaving it in for the listener. Hey last week you may have noticed there was no theme music. Oh, I certainly did not notice until I got several text messages from several different people who were like, hey, no, se music. Now we recorded it and chunks that episode made me ask you didn't that like in the middle like it might have sounded a little different cuz he kind of recorded and edited it in chunks as well. And so I didn't use do what I normally do. Yeah, and so because I didn't do my normal like step-by-step process. I dead forgot to throw in the theme music which is literally the last thing I do. Yeah because I was uploading it like minutes before we were leaving for the wedding. That's why that's why so many musical it was in this one probably maybe but I totally forgot. I got several people that were like, hey and I was like, oh ye, oh ye listen, but you can text message from no. I'm like I say names they know who they are, and I appreciate you. Well, I want to know to bed. Anyway, Tessa you got stories for us. Yeah. Why can't I know.

First Berlin Production Equipment, New Largest Supercharger Location, Daimler Emissions
"Our here, and today we have a super charger network update, which is nice. Little throwback for those of you that have listened to the podcast for a long time I used to do those every day at the start of the podcast. We also have some news on Berlin paint a small little updates slash rumor. I would call it on Battery Day and the news on Daimler Nikola Motor as. Well. Tesla stock with another really strong day to day even though it was relatively quiet news wise finishing up seven point two percent to four hundred and forty nine dollars seventy six sense that compared to the Nasdaq up one point two percent we'll start off with these super charger news. This is coming from Brian Mac se on twitter, who is a long-time listener and I believe Patriot supporter of. The podcast who happen to come across a super charger network location under construction near Firebaugh California. As far as I can tell, this location had not yet been noticed. So upon Brian tweeting these out Tesla Motors Club Forum members did some digging on this and they were actually able to find that the permit for the site as well as planning documents for sort of a conglomerate travel center at. This location those documents disclosed that Tessa. We'll have fifty six spots for Tesla charging at this travel center. Assuming each of those spaces has a super charger associated with it. fifty-six chargers would put this as the largest superchargers location in North America and possibly in the world surpassing cattleman city in the United States at forty chargers and believe in China, there are a couple locations that have fifty chargers. So. Pretty exciting this location is between San Francisco and La driven miles. It's about two hundred and thirty miles from La and about one hundred and fifty from San Francisco. It's not clear if these will be all version three superchargers but I'd have to imagine that they would be and as far as other features go. It looks like about two thirds of them thirty eight of the fifty six. will be pull through hopefully accommodating the use of a trailer and making things a bit easier for the cyber truck and potentially also accommodating the semi of course, cincy unveil of the semi. We haven't heard much more about Tesla's mega charger plans. So hopefully, we get a bit of an update on that during battery debt. Right next today is an update on Gigabytes Lynn gigafactory underscore four on twitter. Has Been following. The gigafactory development closely looks like some equipment has started to arrive, and some of that equipment carries branding for Geico Tikey Shah? which is a paintshop solutions provider based in Milan Italy. There's also some signing there that is co branded between that company and desolate GEICO take show describes their approach by saying quote innovation is our weapon of choice were constantly increasing the technological possibilities in. Order to meet the needs of the most demanding customers in a highly competitive sector and quote they also seem to be heavily focused on sustainability and they're their paintshop operations. They have a project called the party's project, and they say quote with the Party's project launched in two thousand, five Geico Kotecki show was the world's first company to offer zero environmental impact paintshop reducing consumption by seventy percent and. So. Without really knowing much more about the company does he pretty good fit for Tesla we know Tesla has pretty big aspirations with the shop and gigabyte Lin Yuan talked about it many times and even setting Matt aside, it's good to start to see some production equipment on the grounds of Giga Berlian and though I haven't seen it yet. Maybe this gives us another milestone to compare the progress with Giga Shanghai from what I can. Tell, it looks like paintshop equipment started being put in place at Giga. Shanghai. In early to mid August of two thousand, nineteen with production of course, then starting about four months later. So if that's the case, if Berlin falls a similar time line that could potentially project out to start production and January probably best to keep expectations for later than that but I do think it's helpful to keep an eye on how those timelines compare all Right next up today is something that could end up being completely nothing but I thought it was at least interesting enough to share earlier today Fred Lammert over at electric tweeted out a couple of images of him holding a pretty significantly sized battery cell and Fred Ask if anyone has seen this battery cell before or you have some information about them, please reach out to him. A says also by the way, this new cell May. Or may not have been made by Tesla I don't really have much speculation to add this. A couple of people on twitter were saying that it does look like a tablets design which we've talked about and past episodes. But really just pointing out to say could be something to keep an eye out for the next couple of days if electric is able to you dig up a little bit more information on whatever this ends up being. Last couple of pieces of news here. Today I on Daimler Daimler has reached a settlement with the US government to pay one and a half billion dollars and settlements and penalties to the US and California State to resolve allegations of Daimler using emissions test cheating software to conceal the actual emissions from vehicles even with the settlement, and despite the fact that engineers at the EPA found software designed to cheat the emissions tests. Damore denies wrongdoing saying quote as stated in the consent degrees the. Class Action Settlement the company denies the authorities allegations as well as the class action plaintiffs claims and does not admit any liability to the United States. California plaintiffs or otherwise and quote. So I don't know kind of disappointing to see a settlement of that nature that doesn't require the admission of fault with such seemingly strong evidence against Daimler right lasting today is a quick update on Nikola Motors. It sounds like from the comments yesterday that most of you preferred that I don't do significantly. Deep dive on this budget stick to the high level updates, which I'm totally fine with if Trevor Milton wanted to come back on the PODCAST, I would probably do that. Otherwise, we'll stick with these updates anyway today the Wall Street Journal and other outlets are reporting that the Justice Department has started to also investigate Nikola Motors due to the allegations that they had misled investors by making exaggerated claims about their technology I know that sounds similar to
Giga Texas Timeline Update, and the TSLA stock rebound
"Everybody. Robin our here, and today is kind of a Giga Day. We have news from gigafactory Shanghai Gigafactory, Texas gigafactory New York, and then we'll talk a little bit more about lucid ahead of their livestream unveil of the lucid air tonight, and of course, the stock which we can start out with dessel stock on the day to day finishing up eleven percent to three hundred, sixty, six dollars twenty eight cents on the back of a rising macaroni Environment Nasdaq for the day up two point seven percent. So as I said, yesterday, I, hate, stop-loss orders. This is exhibit a for why that is as Tesla today without much news swung back significantly in the. Other. Direction. That's really my only thought on the stock today. So let's move into the news. There was an interesting post this morning on Tesla Motors Clubs Forum by Ridge. Twenty twenty about a possible time line for Tesla's gigafactory in Texas. This user writes quote have some information on the tear factory build schedule. Tesla is sourcing how vendors slash contractors to bid on work at the site and quote this user then shares some screen shots presumably of some documents involved in that bidding, the most interesting of which lays out a project schedule in that project schedule not a first substantial completion date of May I twenty twenty one according to the American Institute of Architects. Substantial completion is quote the stage in the progress of the work when the work or designated portion thereof is sufficiently complete in accordance with the contract documents so that the owner can occupy or utilize the work for its intended use and quote the schedule also notes that the first dry in what happened on December thirtieth twenty twenty I xdrive just means that everything is sort of sealed up with the building shell so that interior work can commence without having to be exposed to the elements, and then in a separate page here that has also included. There's a more detailed schedule noting that in September they'll be doing things like underground electrical, mechanical plumbing, etc.. October would be fencing porta-pottys waste removal metals, recycling recycling removal, and then November would be architectural interiors which based on the dry and date assume would be non weather sensitive into your stuff. So obviously take this for what it's worth. It has just forum posts, but the documents to me look like they would be pretty legitimate I. Don't think there's a ton of reason to doubt it. I. Think for those of us that follow closely this would be pretty much in line with our expectations. This will be going from breaking ground to possibly production ready in under a year which we know Tesla is targeting based on their work active factory Shanghai originally and now With gigafactory Berlin as well. Speaking of Shanghai Tesla continues to make rapid progress at the gigafactory. They're the global times earlier. This Week reported that Tesla has completed the main section of phase two, which is for the Mata why and they write quote at present interior decoration and electromechanical testing being carried out and are expected to be completed on schedule in October and November and quote not exactly sure what interior decoration needs to be carried out and completed. I'm guessing that's probably something that's lost in translation probably more equivalent you interior design meaning, functional interior design. But regardless, we continue to see these reports about phase two in Shanghai though the Global Times appears. To also expect production to begin for the Monterey in one though they do cite other media reports on that which we have talked about. Personally, I'm still expecting some motto is to come out of gigafactory Shanghai. This you're probably not enough to be immaterial to quarterly results or the financials but more. So again, sign heading into twenty twenty one which cannot believe were that close to you already shifting back to the US and over to the energy side of the business with Peissel's gigafactory. In New, York a different type of gigafactory Tesla. Roddy today posted an article with the headline of quote vessel energy ramps hiring AC in New York for accelerated solar production and. Quote you on did actually re tweet this article in which Tesla Roddy writes quote a source familiar with the matter who spoke to Tessa. Roddy talk to employees at the plant who indicated the facility is currently operating on a twenty four hour schedule six days a week to keep up with demand. Altogether, this move seems to confirm the eighty eight acre location is accelerating solar production and installation insignificant way which coincides with the company's growth and the energy sector and quote while energy storage has definitely grown historically solar has actually been quite slow Tusla recently, which I think was correctly pointed out by Gordon Johnson in our bowl baird debate. So if we go. Back to two, thousand, seventeen, for example, cutie, Tesla deployed one, hundred, seventy, six megawatts of solar energy versus this most recent you only twenty seven megawatts of solar. There are a lot of reasons for that. The business model has shifted significantly but right now it's not at the point that at once what's Tesla's hope? Of course is that the solar roof changes that about which started in their cute you letter that quote solar roof installations roughly tripled in Q. to compare to key one, we continue to expand our installation team to increase the deployment rate and quote of course, this is a new product so to starting from a very low base for Tesla from. But hopefully, that growth rate continues we've also recently seen tesla cut their prices significantly for rooftop solar. Now, offering the lowest price systems in the United States at least at a dollar forty, nine per watt after incentives under cutting other systems and the US by about thirty percent on average. So plenty of reasons to be hopeful that Tesla is on the precipice returning to growth for the solar business and are on their way to finding a business model that works for them consistently for solar going forward. Next today on into provide an update to yesterday's discussion on delivery wait times. I've seen a few comments noting that those have changed for people today they have actually changed for me as well. So the model y currently sets for the all wheel drive version at seven to eleven weeks for me here in the Midwest two to four weeks for the performance for the Model S. and the Model X. Both of those currently sit at eight to twelve weeks versus yesterday's ten to fourteen. Weeks and the model three has held steady for all trims at two to four weeks.
Tesla stock rally accelerates
"Tessa says on the move this morning at pairing gains up to the company Equity Distribution Agreement to sell up to five billion dollars of sheds. Joins us with more on that Phil Not enough to put it into negative territory though this morning pre market. No. Because I think when you look at this Agreem- in, what did Tesla has essentially done is it has formed an agreement with a series of bank and I haven't counted how many exactly I think there are seven or eight where from time to time at Tesla's direction, they will sell test shares to raise up to potentially overtime five billion dollars. Now, we don't know exactly what the schedule is going to be how frequently these sexless stock sales will take place the money is going to. Be, used according to the eight K. that they announced this with to sure up the balance sheet and provide a liquidity for the company which raises the question. HOW IS TESLA'S LIQUIDITY? It ended the second quarter with about five billion dollars in liquidity. But remember they've got some strong capital commitments that are coming. They're still building the gigafactory outside of Berlin they've made the commitment to build a gigafactory outside of Austin Texas they're constantly investing in the GIGAFACTORY which is expanding and adding more battery production outside of Reno Nevada. So I think when you look at this TESCO investors will look at this and they'll say look. We don't know exactly what they're going to be using this money for in the future but we do realize that they're going to have these big capital commitments and so now they have said with this series of banks look from time to time we will ask you to take advantage of the market and sell our shares at our direction and Phil we was saying. It's a sign of. The progress of this company that they can re raise five billion. So easily, it's a percent or so just just over a percentage of the market cap today the shares on even flinching and eighteen months ago, two years ago. This would have been nylon impossible correct and remember the reaction that we've seen over the last couple of years whenever Tesla has raised capital, it's been more muted with each capital raise there was. A big reaction. I remember to a capital rate what are they? Two or three years ago and the big question is oh. My goodness what are they doing? Is this an indication that these guys will never be able to make money for just always going to be spending money we have seen less and less of a reaction from the market with each subsequent capital raise or an indication that they will be selling shares. And the share price gains again, not just to mention the eighteen percent since August eleventh announcement of the stocks yesterday up double digit percents off the first of the stock split Phillips thanks much
Tesla's stock rally is accelerating as shares hit record high after stock split

So to test his argument, I'm assuming that this person is going to be as clean with this jar that I am like I don't want residue on the outside because I would I would definitely be upset if That was touching my stuff too. But I guess the follow up question and maybe something I didn't fully think through was as he'd been using this peanut butter after he dicked dipped.

They didn't stop making them. They stop making the cheaper version of them brand kroger ver- raigmore yeah a couple of cheaper and identical. They're identical and they quit making it and I was like Timid Hill. The only one buying them. Maybe your kroger maybe secretary of the bigger will have. Maybe I can go. I can lucky when I go by my dad dog The New Star Wars. You like the New Star Wars. They did more than the Old Star Wars. Not More than I mean. I just liked it. It's definitely the worst of the three trilogies in my opinion really by cleared including the prequels. Y'All yeah how can say whatever you want the prequels. Those lightsaber fights are the best lightsaber fights and the higher fantomas lightsaber fight. Is exactly what you wanted as a Kid. I was a freshman in high school. Ref- was I freshman when the first one came out later ninth grade not the first one. I was a senior was. I was really. I was really young when the first one I was a senior third one came out because we skip to go see it at because it was towards the end of the saw that one a bunch of times But anyway I mean that was at that age for me growing up as a star wars kid. Yeah you see these cool fights like the animated fights or like whatever yeah. That's exactly what I want it right like the story wasn't that great but man. Those lightsaber fights are just phenomenal. Yeah I love those lights here right amused. Oh where the new ones like it just. There's something about them. They're just missing. They're missing they're missing something. Yeah they're missing something. I liked him. I didn't hate I like I like like I missing. Something Geno make more or they will. I haven't a movie one okay sad endings to movies. I don't know why like life is aside ending. Why do you need a sounding fucking movie? I just like it I hate it. That's like we you wanted Harry Potter to live. Yeah how to Harry Potter to die and he wanted Harry Potter. I thought how great of a series of this P. to be like and he's he killed him but he also died ultimate sacrifice. Oh No I. Don't I get so mad when I get involved and invested in something and they kill the fucking main character? The game of thrones. Then I hate. I didn't hey. Game of thrones. I Guy I get your data because you anytime you like the character. Most likely they were going to die. I loved Georgia are are Martin. Talked about like when he was like spoiler for the first three or four seasons. Game of thrones right now But like when he killed ned stark he and his money he's like. I know I had to kill rob. Yeah he's like what's what's the answer to neo. Ned Search dying. We'll rob will like be like well. I'm GonNa Image my dad and he's GonNa have to kill rob to the moment. He said he killed ned stark three books later. He's like I don't want to kill Rob Rob. Yeah do which is why I love that logic. Where like he's like he's not GonNa win. Of course he's a he you know what I mean. He's like yeah he's outsmarted and I love that it's so well it's such good storytelling. I love good storytelling and you too. I just divergent. Yeah the main character dining that for no reason. Well that's stupid for an lake. There was literally no. It didn't develop the story anymore. It didn't like sure for no reason. She died and it was. Carl good died for no reason. I can't that but like again like Harry Potter. That could that could have worked so well I mean I guess it could have worked so well. I you could have been like the prophecy. Says they both can't live neither can live without the other? One dies the other dies. You could've that's not what. The prophecy said the prophecy said neither can live while the other survives. Yeah so like you could. You could have spun it in so many ways I guess to be like Oh and he died and I would have been like. This is fantastic. Been so depressed. I guess Harry Potter for us. We were going. Did you go at midnight to get the book I did? Yeah I did too. I mean it was for us. We were that we again. We were the perfect angel worrying. I was old enough to drive the loud to get to the last two. I think the first book Harry Potter. The first Harry Potter book came on my birthday. My ninth birthday. Oh really Did you get it in no? I didn't start. Reading imply was much like it was inbetween time. She took off between the fourth book in the Fifth Book. Okay his the fifth was literally the first one I got. Okay yeah that was the first one I got. The WIKI came out. Yeah it in the sixth book and seven-book both got a midnight brothers both went we always a bunch of US went. Yeah yeah so again. We were like the target demographic of them we were for sure hunchback of notion on the cartoon. Yeah yes pretty bad. I love it. That's pretty bad. I think music's really good. Yeah I don't like that. I'm not a huge Disney person. Not I mean I like Disney movies but again I feel like seventy five percent. Disney movies are aimed for girls. They are which so. I've just not there's Hercules and there is lying carry girl movies and then there's lying king and then there's three girl you know. Latin Aladdin Lion King Hercules at all the other ones. I think growing up a girl and then there's a lot of pixar movies. Their little pixar movies are aimed for boys. But they're definitely more they're much more gender neutral. You're yeah for sure. Well like toy story. The the two main characters are boy savoys and so I think that's why like Bo peeps so much because she is like your victory yet. Yeah Jesse though deal. I don't actually like Jesse. Allot you'll like your voice. Is it her voice? She's just Joan. She said how she saw loud and like yeah. She just got too much energy for me. I guess right. Here's my last one speed racer the movie you like now. I I love that movie really now. My best friend growing up Jane. I win saw this movie together because again we neither of US giants like speed racer fans. Yeah very familiar with speed racer. I'd watch speed racer. You Watch the laboratory episode of Speed Racer. So I knew I knew. Speed is The movies directed by the Hausky siblings which I love their moves. The Matrix movies yeah. I'm Melia Hirsch isn't it? John Goodman is in it I can't think of the name of the girl. The girl who plays a Wednesday addams isn't it to scenery she get Christina Ricci As her boyfriend or girlfriend in the movie the cast is really well done. Yeah the Guy Racer. X's the guy from loss. The CAST is phenomenal. Yeah the movie is phenomenal. It's exactly what you wanted to be. It's like super cheesy a over the top. It's like super it's great. Yeah and there's eight. It's a good story and it's good storytelling. I don't understand why that movie bombed so badly. It's it's a perfect kids movie if I was if I was take that when we came out yeah that would be my movie of growing up. It would amount We were in college together in the summer. Because Jane I in the summer would go see every movie at midnight in the summer every movie for two or three years. We did that every movie that came out in the summer. We go see at Mugniyah because you even have anything else to do. My nephew loved the cartoon growing up. But I feel like I feel like the movie came out after he like when you know when you're when you're in that weird phase where a youtube old for it and you don't like it again because you're an adult like yeah kind of like us. I love that movie is perfect. It's a great movie. It's a great kids movie. Yeah yeah I I loved it. It's cheese and like I said it's just like the cheesiness that you wanted to. It's exactly is exactly what you thought it would be. So I'm just like this is exactly what we thought it would be. Why are you upset that it's what what exactly what they promised? Acquired sucking so mad is it which they've had a lot of hitter MRS like Jupiter ascending. Yeah very good very outlets though I loved cloud atlas you like the movie. I love the movie was I. Love the book. Yeah and so. I liked the. I loved the book. The book is really a very very good cloud. Atlas phenomenal book is really six books in one. Yeah you know. I love cottle's the the thing about cloud atlas I loved was. They took the the art of the book. It added music to that. Art like the soundtrack is very again. Is this like real very well. You know I mean yeah which your last one my says really stupid. I don't even know why it is small spray. Paint smell so spray. The smell of spray that aerosol snow. It's very distinct. It is just like I say I don't mind the smell of gas. I don't mind I used to love. The smell is a kid really. Yeah I hate it now. I don't like it now. Either but a spray. Paint 'em link. Oh I like like I'm not like huffing spray paint but like right but yeah I'm like how has very distinctive smell. It's very yeah and I can't just like I love the smell of Nail Polish. I hate the soul. Now I know you do but I love it. I don't know why that's interesting. I don't know I've never been able to like explain. Why like it? Just yeah? It's every railing gives me headaches and I'm like I don't mind it all right well I don't think has as a Florida Man Story. I don't hear we'll make up one Scott Hits children with cars for fun. Police say wow I said Fuck Scott easy man. Why would you do such a terrible thing? we're pretty tame this episode. Your Pretty Tame wonder why only because we do nothing about sex since we've been stuck in the house together. Yeah what do do that? The diversion all right. Oh my God later i..

"All. It's the dude who is on the voice yet they got for you guys gave me thank you. Yeah got area I know it. Yeah but never like I wanNA hear it. Yeah the not that. I don't like that song because I do but the song with our wedding that I liked the most was the song that my mom and I danced that Beatles Song. Yeah I really like I love the Beatles. Yeah I like the Beatles. I really like that song. There's like an overture in the middle of that song with the piano and I love that to me so it's like music but let you live with your mom more than you like dancing with me. That's not what I'm saying saying. I like that song a lot. You pick our song and that's fine. I told gave you through it past deal. I absolutely no you did but I can't. Music is just not a I like. I like music but I don't love music unlike. Oh I want to listen to this music. Most music I listened to now was back when I went to the gym. Feel like what that's like anymore. I've lost all my gains Tessa. All gains are gone going to the gym salary But like this go sounds so lame but like on the treadmill or biking when the music stops for like two seconds before the next song comes up and you hear yourself go to me. That's intense. I like that visit and so yeah music Nice Halloween. You really don't like Halloween. I like the kids. Were when the kids dress up and their Keel. Like I like that. I don't like scary movies. Like going out and drinking yeah. I don't like any of that. I love Halloween. Yeah yeah sorry I mostly for the costumes. Oh Jesus Not to Saudi Robin is like I love it. That slutty Robin Costume when you will never buy I keep trying to get you to buy slutty. Robin new refused to every year. I think I try. Here's another one. Here's another controversial one. Okay Ice Cream. Yeah. You don't lean on me. I very rarely eat ice cream. Yeah you don't like ice. Can I even try? When I realized I was diabetic. I tried to get diabetic. Ice Cream. Co It's okay. But then I'm like you cherry cordial. I liked that I liked it because of the cherries. Yeah but I just ice cream. I'm just like I'm rather have like cake or a pie or cookies and like Pie. I like Pie. I like Apple Pie or apple. Like strudel So what's your do you have your last thing. She'll ask Nicholas sparks books. Oh my God. Nicholas sparks books. Hin like Great Kula Story. We were definitely sad. We were definitely in that that age range of like we were the perfect demographic for Nicholas sparks books. So they were coming out we were. That was the only thing we were surrounded with for a while. But I don't get it. We don't get why I don't think his books are like I don't think he's about writer. Yeah I just like I'm like Oh cool like you're are you much of a romance person. no not really. They're all really predictable. And although I do love fucking is lame ass fucking hallmark movies ideal. I don't know I I think it's because when I'm like watching TV. Or whatever. And I can do that with but like Nicholas sparks. Books are just like Oh cool is was really happy part but then like this ending is bittersweet. Yeah it's just like Jodi Books like they're like her innings are always bittersweet. Now I get ray like I'd much rather have a happy ending. Well that's like I. I'm not a big romance fan straight romance only because lake. That's not how life is to me. That's not how our that's not us. Ours is not this lake crazy. We don't have a crazy story most people don't I know I mean Lake. Yeah we met in high school. Yeah and then we re-met later in College. We wouldn't sell many of our love story. Yeah our love story is not like marketable not fine. We go all right. Here's my last one spaghetti. Yeah I don't like Spaghetti he doesn't you don't like the shape of the noodle and the taste versus like Fettuccini. I'd much rather have Fettuccini. Yeah I do think it tastes different. And he does forget as weird but I like Lasagna Ravioli. And you'll eat a postulate the same fucking ingredients all except for Spaghetti like noodle. It's the noodle yeah. He doesn't like Spaghetti noodles. That's where you know you're really weird. So they know that's five things that I hate but people like. Yeah all right so here are things that I like others hate. Yes while me go. I sure stargate universe now that here's a how stargate is a great series show. There's three versions the stargate. Okay actually four. If we're getting on US THERE STARGATE S G one. The original fantastic about halfway through. They had a spin off. Show called stargate. Atlantis also great phenomenal about the same time. They had the surrogate infinity cartoon it was. Okay okay it was a it was a sequel that take place like thousands of years like it's only okay but then they had once surrogate as she wanted stargate. Atlantis wrapped up in those shows. Like intertwined like how you know like the Svu world kind of energy yes they intertwined characters from S G one. Eventually when that show quit moved to Atlantis I'll pay for a time. And they had a lot of like they were basically like Surrey. Surrogate one took place in our galaxy and Sergei. Atlantis took place on Atlantis. A galaxy away further away right like same you know they were the same part of the Garhwal. After those ended there was stargate universe which is a sequel to both of those And the premise is a little different. It takes place in the same universe. It doesn't really have any of the same characters. Are referenced you know but Sergey as she ran for eight seasons Sergei Atlanta's ran for like six or seven seasons. Sorry it universally two seasons but it was like the Gritty version of stargate. We'RE S G one in Atlanta's were like the cheesy you know. The cheesy sci fi but universe was very grounded yeah and it was phenomenal. It was so good destroy telling was so good. The acting was good. The music was really good for. Yeah everything about. It was great and like it was only two seasons like literally like ended on a cliffhanger was super passing. Yeah it was I loved it. Yeah but like it was not well light which is crazy. 'cause like surrogate general was very well received. Yeah and it was actually like at from that point on like Scifi channel. Sorta doing really shitty stuff literally because of that like remember warehouse. Thirteen left warehouse thirteen. It's stopped after after straight universe failed. Yeah they stopped doing original shows. They're now just now bringing back like original programming and stuff like the magicians. Yeah Yeah. I liked Z. Nation. Yeah that was good. That was in that time after universe where they were doing really shitty. Oh it's awful. Yeah Yeah but they were doing that kind of like cy where you're like. Oh this is you know. It's not like you know it's been done before so there you go. There's one of my things. The village the movie yeah. I love that movie. I know you and I think the only two I loved that movie. I love that movie too. I love his early work in night. Shamlan Yeah Lady in the water lady in the early now okay. What's his early work Six cents? Okay nominal yeah yeah unbreakable. I never I've never seen my gosh. I can't believe you've never seen unbreakable. It is so good it is. It's the first superhero movie. Oh really yeah without knowing you don't realize you don't realize what you're watching until the yeah. She's a superhero. Yeah it a real world you know what I mean like. This is what a real super like. He has weaknesses and is very good. Which against split is technically a sequel to unbreakable. Yeah glasses a sequel to to both of those okay. 'cause he's connected yeah it's the same world. Yeah yeah the villages. The villagers probably his last really good one before it took a nosedive leading. The water was not very good. It was a lot of it was not very good. Yeah that one was because he basically made himself the hero. Yeah Right. He's a writer. I wrote the story like Great Cool Thing. I liked the village. The cast is phenomenon casual again. Yeah I like the village to. I wrote getting up early. You like that I when I go to bed at midnight and I get up at seven o'clock I when I follow a strict schedule. Yeah I feel so good. Yeah like when those like ten weeks that I was getting up and going to the same exact time. Yeah I felt I was the best I felt forever. Yeah like following that routine of like packing my lunch wagon home from work and doing well laundry from the gym and then sitting down for like an hour and a half to two hours before going to bed like I love that schedule. Yeah I felt so good and now lake. Now it's all like now groggy and I'm taking a nap in the middle of the Damn Day and Hate that I wish I could I? I hate that too. When I had that schedule I have no problem getting up and I just like. I don't even feel tired. Yeah sometimes I would get up when you got up. Stay up because I was like. I'm not tired. That's crazy I I loved it. See I feel like since we've been off work. I need like I need a schedule like I need like. Oh I I get up. I go to work. I need to leave India. Yeah if it like. That's why I'd exit. I'm so excited to go to the office hours a day. I'm going to the Doctor Picking Up. My Dad's dog food and that would be it winter. You like winter. I like this. I like watching season fall winter. Christmas Christmas is my favorite favorite cities. It's true that winter. I like watching it smell. I like getting warm blankets. I like I like the clothes I don't like because I don't like wearing summer clothes. I don't like like I love hoodies. I love sweaters. I Love Yeah. I don't know it's just I don't know I like I like watching. It's now yea didn't have that this year we didn't. I was really sad all right there. Here's two things but they're really kind of one Orange Vanilla coke zero and Cherry Vanilla Coke Zero. You Know I. I know that you love it. You D like yeah..

You have missed the little things that really. I didn't know that that bothered you. Like of course you're not going to like it as much because you're like missing the nuance of stuff. No I think I think you are okay. Ever it's one of those shows that requires your attention. Okay so so tests. What do we normally do on our show? We normally find funny news articles and read them to each other and hopefully laugh. Yeah we usually do. But there's nothing funny I've we haven't recorded in over a week now. Almost two weeks Recorded and I probably have an almost enough to do a full episode really close all covert nineteen. No not all of them but there are a lot of them are like stupid stuff. That people done. So yeah I found some stories like that but some are depressing. I just don't want it in another entire episode or an entire episode dedicated to crazy. How articulate you are this week? I'm don't have alcohol in my system. Yeah boozing it up yeah so what are we doing this week?
