The Myth of the Clinton Budget Surplus

"Again for regular listeners my podcast this is the kind of thing you're probably gonna be like Gary goes again with the Clinton surplus It's something I used to talk about all the time The Bill Clinton alleged surplus in the budget You remember that For those of you who are alive back then and I was 93 through 2000 You remember the Bill Clinton years And one of the things that left wing media hacks were so proud of in the Clinton years is you remember this one Jim Clinton man he ran a surplus in the budget For the first time we had more money We had more money than we were spending You doubt me for the younger folks who listen to my show I know we do well in that younger demo Thank you to you younglings out there We appreciate your attention I'd like you to just go and put that in a search engine on your phone Put Clinton surplus You can read thousands tens of thousands of articles about the Clinton surplus Proving to you yet again that the media will lie to your face Why Because there is no such thing It doesn't exist Why does this relate to Biden lying to you about the $3.5 trillion bill costing nothing Follow me I promise it'll make sense in you So in order to make this easy I went to a statistics site I didn't go to a partisan site on purpose I went to statista dot com It's a statistics site They don't have a political agenda It is simply statistics taken from the government and everywhere else Everybody got that It's not a right leaning sight so that a left leaning site It is a number site It's a two plus two equals four We don't really care about your opinion site So I want this to teach the dot com Now if you put in a search engine matter of fact liberals go to your favorite one Go to Google which you swear is like some big truth to the communists at Google You swear by it's your golden calf God Just put in there Clinton's surplus and read all the articles about oh my gosh Clinton my gosh this is amazing He had so much money There was a government surplus So I asked you this when I go to statista dot com And I pull up the Clinton presidency years 93 through 2000 right When I pull them up I notice this pattern with the national debt So now simple common sense household math would tell you what folks if you had a debt say you had a $100,000 in debt And every year you ran over with your expenses $10,000 You'd be adding 10,000 to the debt Bad for getting interest for a moment just in simple numbers that in ten years you'd have 200,000 in debt I know liberals let me do the math slow That's 10,000 plus 10,000 plus 10,000 on ten times okay So you'd add you would then add a $100,000 more in debt right Everybody getting that the liberals I know we gotta do this slow I'm very sorry You had a 100,000 you added 10,000 a year for ten years You have 200,000 a day That's how that works Forget interest for a second Okay I got to keep this simple There are Democrats listening So in the Clinton years if he was running a surplus every single year and whenever ran a deficit but was running a government surplus then how is it that these numbers never go down and only

The count was low and When weary with furious. I got floored he got up damn near one that round if wow they knock them down fear would win that fight. It was still close. It was a draw. "Now to our series the new space race in our exclusive inside. Look at something that could revolutionize space travel. It's the world's first three d. printed rocket. Here's jacob board. It wants took thousands of american engineers more than a decade to get something into space. Now this company says it's huge three d. printers can make a rocket in two months. Maybe less we have a fourth generation printer if you haven't talked about publicly yet but it's ten times faster printing than this so instead of building a rocket few slides in sixty days. It'll take six days. Not only can the company make the big parts of a rocket like a nosecone but they can also make all the intricate components of the engines to one zero. The first launch plan for twenty twenty. Two relativity rockets is like a lower budget competitor to spacex carrying satellites for nasa the department of defense and a half dozen private companies at about a quarter of competing launch prices. But with one point three billion in funding it doesn't exactly feel low budget clients. I'm assuming are going to pay you enough to somehow make this all work more than enough to justify it. We make twelve million dollars launch from the customers. We signed up. We've signed up more launches than any other company in history before flying. Ellis doesn't just want to make deliveries into orbit though. I want to put a million people in mars. How far out into space do you think a commercial space industry can take it. It's really about the time line. And i think i liked it very much to back when we found founded the new world with christopher columbus. Yes certainly it'll be government. Dallas Cowboys Starting Tackle La'El Collins Suspended 5 Games

"Lyle collins suspension. Which for those of you. That have not heard yet. Which i'm sure you have but Friday afternoon it was announced that he was getting a five game suspension for violation of the substance abuse policy There's nothing on the books in the nfl drug policy that says a substance abuse issue is a five game penalty. There is a for the second time you're punished for methamphetamines. Or amphetamines and adderall. And diuretics and things like that That is a five game suspension. So i don't know if there's some somehow taking that as precedents and applying it lyle's case and somehow It's still murky as to what exactly. He was in the drug program for There was a report on sl from jason lockenfora that he's been tested ten times a month for the last eighteen months which that's not totally unusual. I know there have been players before that have been tested with that. Frequency randy gregory had talked about that When he came back so it's it's not totally unheard of for that to happen. But i don't know why lyle would. It have been in the program but missing a test missing. These tests are refusing member. Whatever the story is because apparently it was not a failed test. Missing these tests would result in this suspension. Only if he had already been on the program. So something's off here where we're missing a lot of details here and hopefully we can get some more clarity about it But as it stands now we don't know exactly what he's in the program for. There's lyles disputing the word. Representation is disputing the refusal to take the tests and and they're in this appeal process. They've already appealed apparently and it was rejected but they feel like the appeal process has not been exhausted. And so that's part of where this tension is coming from. Mike mccarthy didn't have any other comments on it he just said they were not surprised suspension. So this is something. That's been brewing. It's been something that's been out there. And that the cowboys have been aware of

Npr's rob stein has more the cdc's new research found that those who were vaccinated were nearly five times less likely to get infected ten times less likely they get so sick. They ended up in the hospital and eleven times less likely to die. "Ivermectin works. You're being lied to by corrupt medical profession. it is. I never thought i'd say this is as corrupt as the teachers unions. There was no difference between the american medical association the cbc the nih and the teachers unions. They're left wing activist groups. They have no commitment to what they claim to have. Commitment to there are some wonderful teachers. There are some wonderful people at all. Cdc and nih. it's corrupt it's been corrupted by big pharma. They want you to take the vaccine. Because if you can get healthy by taking a cheap pill like ivermectin or hydroxy chloroquine and zinc. They don't want you to do so. They wanna make billions by pushing and shoving the vaccine down americans throats. That's the reason for the war against ivermectin in india. They used it and listen to the story. Okay just listen to it that this is a A doctor writing from the desert review dot com republished in zero hedge. There's a black on any conversation. About how ivermectin beat cova nineteen in india when i discussed the dire straits that india found itself in in earlier this year with four hundred fourteen thousand cases per day and over four thousand deaths per day and how that evaporated within five weeks of the addition of ivermectin often asked. Why is there no mention of that in the news. Yes exactly ask yourself why. India success against the delta variant with ivermectin is such a closely guarded secret by the nih and cdc. Second ask yourself. Why no major media outlets reported this fact but instead try to confuse you with false information by saying the deaths in india are ten times greater than official reports perhaps. Npr's trying so hard because npr's essentially government mouthpiece the us government is all in with vaccines with enthusiasm. A seventeenth century catholic. "Vitamin admits to he may have given the taliban kill lists. No he didn't. He didn't may have anything he gave. The taliban a kill list a potentially deadly blonder biden's administration effectively handed. The taliban kill list the target afghans who aided the us according to a report thursday and he admitted it may have happened when ass later at a white house briefing following the taliban okay so everybody in that white house knows this guy's out of his mind and i understand that the buck stops with him but when the buck stops with him it stopped with his entire administration. Because this guy is incapable of making a decision alone. I mean he did it with this. Pull out apparently. And then the rest of his administration went wild because no one in their knows what the what to do. Following the taliban takeover in kabul us officials there gave the islamic extremist group. The names of american citizens green card holders and afghan allies so they could be allowed to enter the taliban control perimeter around hamid karzai international airport according to politico so all. The taliban did thank you. You came to us now. We don't have to search for you and we can kill you. This is the dumbest thing ever and then couple that with the fact that obviously americans are stuck there and i'm hearing reports that it's over ten thousand. Have this press. What's john kirby not The spokesperson for the The department of defense talking about there's a thousand people there or fifteen hundred americans. I'm hearing numbers. Patrick Leonard, Former #1 Poker Player in the World, on Developing His Strategy

"Strategy something that comes to you fairly naturally do think in terms of strategy especially having like the competitive background that you do kind of yeah. I wouldn't necessarily say so much strategy. I would say very competitive. I would probably like. I used to play chess against my irons. Like every day grownup like we net. But we'd never read kind of a rule that we went allowed to like seek strategy elsewise. And we wouldn't play against anyone else myself against my mom myself against my dad. My dad against my mom. Why was why the rule. I think we just like to compete against each one of us was like getting really good secretly. It would kind of go against like the intellectual postlewait against each other. If that made sense does make sense. But if he goes eight or nine. And like i could move a piece on the old like without them looking could win the game. I'd probably do it. I think as more concerned about winning and losing then strategy if that makes sense so my mind wasn't ready built around necessarily strategy from an early age but my mind. Was daphne build around being competitive from an early age i would say well discovery then so like i think there lots of people that hate losing that don't wanna lose but continue to lose even when they try to improve so the process of like strategy discovery the process of reassessing. Your game adding things in and out. Could you speak on that owns. I think i was more about session. So i just naturally the more you do something the better you're to be even if you're not trying too hard to get good of that makes sense. If i played if i played like one dollars thing go thousand times on you played at ten times naturally going to be better just through like lenin from reputation of might speed of improvement was quite quick but our has being very obsessive Was doing so. I wasn't necessarily like into much watching train videos. I was just playing so much that like. Let's say fifty a day. The it got to a level where just repetition and cnn stuff and like seema people would do in. I just got back the my friends to be playing. You know like two hours a week. Whatever it just arms my mind was never built around around. Strategy was always about obsession and addiction. Almost i guess i'm just wanting to play and and just like yeah like try to win the next. We'll try to win the next one. You know we used to play like forty five months singles full-tilt that was kind of a thing like it was like it was a tournament but it wasn't too long not too high various because it was forty five plays and those kind of the game that we used to. That's kind of learned vocalists

LA Dodgers Beat Padres in the Longest MLB Game of the Year

"The dodgers held the padres hitless from the sixth to the fourteenth inning. Basically a nine inning. No hitter ramona. And the game had everything else. Besides though hitter and everything i mean i like i feel like i need a day off to recover from that like i literally watching a lot of the game then i was like you know what i gotta get my workout in. I'm gonna go for a swim. And i'm gonna try to come back. It'll it'll you know. I'll come back for the ending and then it was another two hours. After that i went for all workout swim and came back was still going like that. Even the last two innings were ridiculous. Weird things happened. So many yeah. Aj pollock was the hero again. this is how. Aj basically ended it in the sixteenth inning. At one o'clock in the morning to canada's appalled deep center the dodgers actually had taken the lead in the top of the fifteenth. Fernando with the weirdest homerun. You may see all year. Hit the ball to right field. Chris taylor leapt up to catch it off his glove and went out for a home run. That tied the game three and then. Aj wins at five three. Same two teams tonight in san diego max scherzer on the mound for the dodgers as they go for the sweep and the padres are on life support now. If the season ended today they'd be completely out of the play offs and they still have to play with in the remaining thirty five games left momo the giants ten times

"They're still tens of thousands of americans that some estimates show that are still in afghanistan. What is the strategy to get these people out. I mean this was reckless. And i mean i. I've made the argument again. I don't think that joe biden means well that this was intentionally chaotic so try to create another refugee crisis than five million refugees now in afghanistan and the sinister brewed politics of it is the left. The collectivist europe up in america refugee crises benefit them. It helps changed the demographics of a nation. And the you remember. The series were refugee crisis. But what what what is the. What is the solution than to get these people out. I mean we're gonna have to go reinvade. I mean what what is this is this. I'm telling you. I m wondering why almost our entire media apparatus is almost singularly focused on the refugee crisis. Every time i see that kyron what are we gonna do about refugees or On our allies now listen. We should take care of figure out a way to take care of our interpreters people who who who fought for us but that conversation has to happen much later and it also doesn't mean that the united states of america should shoulder that burden along right we should be engaging with a regional allies to help us alleviate the refugee burden but charlie ten thousand americans mrs this situation in afghanistan. And i'll just put it simply as i can. Afghanistan's totally collapsed. It's fallen there are tens of their ten thousand americans right up to ten thousand americans still trap in kabul and surrounded by the enemy in joe biden is missing action issued one statement. Is There a Correlation Between the Way You Jump and Knee Issues?

"In the last. Maybe fifteen years not exactly sure but it seems like the like in the eighties. Or maybe the nineties it. It seemed that the highest you could get up would be off one leg and it seems like the running to jump has just become as dunking has gotten more and more popular like the running to jump has gotten to become much more and more of a thing and i don't know about i'm sure you know clearly. Lots of people had knee issues in the nineties. But do you think that there might be anything. out there with like a running jump versus a one and knee pain issues or some of the trends that show up in some of these dunkers. Oh yeah sorry this might just put the my head so i would have no idea the differences one and two leg all i know. Is that if you jump crazy high. You're probably going to get me issues by. It's just i just think it's unavoidable like i. I don't know if jumping maybe jumping just kind of jumping as high as possible. A decently high volume like would a caveman do that. The leaking how far from our innate function might we have gone if we've specialized in a certain type of jump because it's kind of a thing you know what i'm saying like that's just where that. Yeah yeah so. I don't know and but it does seem like those two are jumps are a little bit slower and those one leg jumps is. I was like a a lot higher. Join angle but as far as what does that mean for the type of stress it puts on the. I actually don't know. Because there are a lot of collision going into both of us jumps and maybe maybe a lot of that collision too is when you when on the landing. I just don't know there's a lot. There's a lot of demand on the jump this demand on the landing. I just don't know the answers. I don't know how you would even study that cancers. Yeah yeah yeah no. I don't know either it's probably. It's extremely speculative. It's fun to speculate. Sometimes like i think if i'm a caveman like what purpose of it is for me to run and jump as high as i can in the exact same way off two legs for. I don't know ten times or something you know i it. Listen i'm playing a game or something like that it. It's maybe just a little different than you know. Where versus like the idea of being wired more to sprint to swing into throw perhaps as maybe more base rotational. Things than than jumping is more violent redirection. We've gotten really good at like the dunkers. An hour so amazing compared to like what you would see what would win like the dunk contest and like the eighties or

Dr. Phil McGraw Talks Transitioning Out of the Pandemic

"What practical advice do you have for people. because i. i think that you're right. I think that people were under the delusion that it was gonna be pandemic one minute no pandemic the next minute life was going to go back to normal. We were all gonna be okay. We were going to put it in the rear view mirror and much like that convertible we were just gonna fly off into the sunset. Well i'm glad you re say that. Because i described the circumstance and failed to answer your question. I need to answer your question. It's like what advice. Can you give the people in. I believe in successive approximations. It's kind of like if people have a tremendous fear of snakes. You start out by getting them really relaxed and then give the least threatening symbol of the snake you possibly can and see if they can handle that and then they can then you move to the next approximation of a snake and then the next and if they get anxious you back up a little bit you you move by successive approximations until they can not recklessly but safely be in the presence of the snake without running through late last window to escape and i think that's what needs to happen here. Don't expect yourself to leap tall buildings in a single bound. What you need to do is say okay. Well what can i feel comfortable doing. start with. Maybe it's interacting with people that i know their history and know their pattern. So maybe it starts with having a couple or a few couples over and you interact where you need it to track at the high school and you walk around together some. I know several businesses in. La where they're starting to go to work two days a week. They started ease back into it. I've talked to so many of them. Personally they said the rewards that have come from that have overwhelmed the anxiety they had about going in the first day. Everybody was looking at each other like they don't know what to say. And it's like wow. This has been crazy. You can only say that like ten times and then it's like what are we talking about now but you start out with something. You're comfortable with handling. Then you move to the next level then you move to the next

New Type of Ancient Massive Explosion Explains Mystery Star

"A massive explosion. Ten times more powerful than a supernova being described as a magneto rotational hyper could provide the power to produce one of the most mysterious stars in the galaxy. The star is located some seven thousand. Five hundred lie is away in the halo of the milky way galaxy a supernova is the explosive death of a star a blast so powerful it can outshine in thai galaxy for weeks on end and even more powerful explosion than any supernova is a high turnover oblast generated by the merger of two neutron stars. And these have recently been confirmed as the source of the rapid neutron capture nuclear synthesis process which is thought to forge the periodic tables heaviest elements. But that still mon- enough to explain the levels or types of elements found in the specter of this mysterious star. This unusually strong start destroying blast. The magneto rotational hype over is the most likely explanation for the presence of unexpectedly high amounts of very specific signature element in this inch star. These include zinc uranium europeam and possibly gold all of which seem to have been detected in this extremely primitive star catalogued as sms. Performance Coach Daniel Back on Advancing Methods in Jump Training for Athletes

"For young athletes who are wanting to jump to get sports like volleyball right. That's jumped base. But what do you think about the me. This is off the rails bit about the plan questions but something like that for young athletes like. There's obviously the training right but like something like lower dogs or a sport the way you make it a sport. What are your thoughts on that. I love it. And i do think there is a superiority. There compared to yet destroying touch the ram touched the backboard one. Just because it's more fun to to have success in the training right but then also there's this this component of it's not like a workout right. Where it's i've i've had this run. Training athletes honored kind of look at everything they're doing. I think they should get some junk reps in in going up hitting the vertex is just not as fun as dunking. you know. it's not. And i think just having that bond even that kind of creative like ideas based like oh this or i'm gonna i'm gonna try to don't one leg or whatever like having that kind of fun created environment. Deathly makes a difference for yet. Just motor learning side of things in the motivation side of things. Like yeah definitely like in the one on one training transacts like view just talent someone to go hit the vertex. Let's like let's say ten foot for ten times you know just not. This is not as good so. Yeah i definitely love the low rim dunking approach. Yeah even four people not small players. Yes i agree i. I was watching my some neighbor kids in the backyard. They have an adjustable hoop and they put it down like you know. These kids are like ten and eleven. They put it down to like. I don't know five six feet and they're trying to dump it out just thinking to myself. This is where it all starts. Non-judgmental it's and i think about the non-judgmental too. I mean i. I beat myself up. Training for years in the sense like l. ahead was the rim it's like am i getting higher on the rim. Am i not a good day. Was this a bad day. Even back when i was sixteen or seventeen and able to start dunking and things. That would be like you walk in the gym jimmy. You're not feeling it's like. Aw man but if you can have a rim and it's eight and you can just try to do something new or something. Then it's fun again. And it's i think for developmental as makes so much sense

struggles in his bike down courts well the foul line today is made three of five large tech tied at twenty nine early in the second half to beat around the top it was like the highlight of the nollie pulls up for a jumper not to do it's a great chance for clean rebound off to the races a great defensive possession of blocking out they went to the brim of a ball bounced over their head Virginia Tech got a second chance first second chance points of the game for either team Kimmel has of all the top left Kimble around the head for bold jako after the high right to David Johnson Johnson V. not Oh Yeah Finishes so as we've seen some people have strange fetishes and we'll have sex with almost anything and that brings us to the sad and tragic story of forty four year old computer engineer. Kevin Kirk Lynn from Newport. Wales on in December twenty ninth. Two thousand nine Kirkland and his friends went out drinking at at one. Am Creek left his friends and headed home. And that's when he decided decided to get into some drunken bondage with the tree using some rope which I don't know if he just carried her up with them or what I don't know he tied up his penis and then tied himself to a tree after he finished. He tried to free himself but he found that he had taking up too well and while he struggled with the ropes he managed to cut his wrist and and he passed out. That's why you bring a little pocket night. He had tonight and then he cut his own restaurant. Rhys on accident. Yes Oh my God. He was found naked except for his socks and boots the next morning by a man walking his dog he died of hyperthermia and blood. No he died too he also known today he did. I feel bad that I I wanted to go. I don't I think it's so he wanted to go wanted to but I don't think it's the way he wanted to go at. We'll that's how he went. I ever met with Tom Self to a tree for sure. Yes for sure I mean. I guess the moral of the story is as if you're going to do risky ski sexual behaviors like this. You should always have a phone or something to call for help. Have a partner now. You have dinner fine. Some there is definitely currently somebody into whatever. You're into exactly stay safe. Have Fun and stay safe. Yeah I mean. Don't people at the gym. Have a spotter. Yes have Jakov cough part spotter. Yes Jakov spot. I've a bondage. Spotter have a Bondra spotter. While experiencing an orgasm who died that way somebody famous Epstein. No he was murdered. He was murdered. Actually I don't know if I still can't decide. I think he was murdered. You think he was. Yeah someone chokes themselves tells. While experiencing an orgasm the lack of oxygen mix with an orgasm creates a rush similar to cocaine. Please just probably do kick came to Kane or have a spotter arches. Duquesne is probably safer. I duNNo. Maybe okay obviously it can be highly addictive as such as cocaine right so like probably the next highest probability adrenaline. Yeah it's very dangerous and it is believed in the US author five hundred to a thousand deaths every year due to a Roddick expectation. But it's hard to judge because some times families will cover up the cause of death out of Shane. Oh Yeah I could see that. One of the more unusual cases of death by auto erotic fixation is Reverend Gerry. Aldridge on June twenty four. Two Thousand Seven Aldridge who is fifty one years old and once worked for Jerry Foul. Well didn't show up for services at his church in Montgomery. Arkansas worried for safety. Some members of the church went to his home and they made an settling discovery. Aldridge was dead inside his house and he didn't died ride naturally. He was hog tied and he was wearing a full scuba. Scoot suit with the parisioners phone. The police in they determine the aldridge was alone when he died so it wasn't foul play. Well it was foul play and they also determine that he didn't commit suicide four four months after aldred's death his autopsy was released and it was revealed that he expects to death while masturbating when he died he was wearing to wetsuits. Why hi a rubberized mass with openings for the mouth in is rubberized underwear and he was wearing diving gloves and slippers? Besides being hog tied like spongebob squarepants fantasy have no idea what he was into. I don't know maybe like I've heard. Oh Scuba issue. I've never heard of the scuba gear. I don't know what that will you know. How people as a spicier tight? Do you know how people have like those latex fetish it past suck their laughs and maybe it was like a makeshift latex. Abo I don't know but he also had a plastic cord raptor Khurana snack which choked him to death and finally there was a dildo covered with a condom in his anus man. He Reverend with real freaky he did. He was really breaking Nadi. He and that's top down deep. That was a deep dive into masterpiece. What's yours to you reverend? Yeah cheers cheers. Sorry I feel like. He went out doing what he loved to do. That's true I don't I feel sad. Wow that these people die. We are sad that they died but at least they went outside Howie that made them happy. At least they were. Yeah that's true. You know like imagine doing the thing that makes you feel the best happiest. I guess that's one way allowing in a way that I wanna die that that's true. That was a great list. You did a really really good job. There's some real lightly slightly traumatized and worried about my dreams tonight. But you did a great job and this was our first one and done.

"The ten times probably the hardest grooming of wall on occasion you have that super poppy that acts like they've been doing it their entire six weeks of wife like we just had with angel just recently who was a just personality just fits her name I it's just incredibly sweet poppy but in most cases again it's a huge challenge because the puppies are terrified they're they're so scared of the clippers you're so scared of just being out of their environment you got to keep in mind this poor puppy was taken away from its mom and siblings you know two months ago and now everything is just a huge to this popping your you your body's you that they're terrified so you go to approach him with the clippers that are just allow it in you know moving at you know twenty five hundred RPM's per minute this is this gonna make a puppy afraid so how do you overcome that you know that's the big question right now you have to earn their trust their unique culture they need to know one hundred percent that you're not going to hurt them so you can't do too much on the first grooming I mean we have we have people will get puppies come in just to hang out for a little while once in awhile just so we can meet the puppy in the puppy can know us a little bit before we just go are it is these are clippers these are scissors stay still like it just doesn't work that way right exactly and we have some clients that come in for a whole month twice a week just for us to put them on the grooming table and kind of just pet them and turn the clippers on for literally seconds just to get them used to the sound of running the clippers for twenty seconds and kind of scratched the dog's neck while running the clippers if you want to see us in action go to our YouTube channel go to YouTube dot com tension grooming by Rudy and check out our oreos first grooming video so you can see you'll see that oreo is just the you know he is a real jumpy you know and in that first video but then if you see him in a later video he's just a hundred times better and now we do oreo regularly and he just stands like a statue so again if introduced properly it can be a lot less of a challenge and you can set it up where this dog will be okay with the grooming for the remainder of its life for its lifespan rather you know yeah I agree also I'm glad you mentioned oreo video because that video also proves a who's wrong a comment that we got recently I don't know if they were trying to be funny or whatever our fans are very all over the place that there we have the coolest people watching our channels in to our show so sometimes we don't understand the humor it's hard to relate after words only but the common had said something along the lines of notice how these guys only use the most well behaved dogs or some something along those lines you remember that comment and yet if you watch oreos puppy video you'll see that now that's not true and our dogs are good because we train them to be that way most dogs are challenging you'll get your select few that are still like statues but you know we wouldn't be in business if we didn't have to do some difficult thought unless your name is angel apparently this week we had a at the puppy who was amazing but you know it very rarely do puppies just start off being so good at this you have to train them to do that and most of our customers we've been doing them since their puppies or dogs in our videos are good that's right yeah it's it's not coming because the dogs are so great at it it's what we're putting into the dogs that's why when you look at our videos you're seeing how sweet the dogs are we we are responsible for that and also the owners are responsible for that because of what we have taught them arm it's no different than you know my cat from hell where you know you're given an assignment that's what we do we report what the dog struggling with for example if the dog is really struggling with the brushing or something like that which is another thing they tend to hate especially at the coated dog or dogs it tends to not easily a puppy that tends not easily easily we tell the people to brush at home brush in increments make it short and sweet you know we instruct people on how they should go about their maintenance at home which will in turn better the grooming experience here sometimes a dog may not create well so we tell people Hey listen have a great home train your dog to be in the crate because when your dog comes a grooming shop your dog has to be in a crate for a while so that they're not so upset now not so well that not having this anxiety to get out again when we're going you too when you see some videos you see some groomers and not to knock anybody I know you're trying your best but if you're sitting there you know it just imposing this grooming on a dog especially a poppy that is just not having it it's stressing so badly listen there are other alternatives and you have to seek those other alternatives you can work with that dog as long as you can like we're saying you bring the dog again twice a week just to hang out just for small brush out some puppies become on grumble and if a dog is on groom well there's not a groomer out there that should be grooming that dog the other alternative is you may have that dog that gets so stressed out that it will die on the grooming table and we've heard of this guys this is happened and it happens this has to stop happening okay if that's the type of dog than listen you seek vat help what you do is you have that dog be done maybe four five times a year for a complete shave down under anesthesia okay or some kind of sedation and you have the vet do it but again there are some dogs that are such a high challenge I feel in my opinion and yet you grammar how they're made green you may not agree that it should not be done by a groomer depends depends on the situation you have to work together with your groomer to figure that stuff out that's why I like what you said earlier and we've done a whole episode on it where you said that we we work with our customers we become friends with our customers we report to them what they need to do at home or or that maybe they could have to come more often or whatever the hang out thing we become friends with our customers it's very personable first they choose us and then we have to choose them back that's right people will call and they'll bring your dog in and we'll just not be something we could take on at at the time we are the best groomer for you at the moment whether it be you know the dog which I have the cage space or the dog right very aggressive you never got him groom now you kinda need the help of that will still give you those steps but yeah maybe we're not the groomer for you but again you call us then we have to choose you too because we want to be there for you to win the best way we can and here's the thing ultimately the dog has to choose us okay yeah and getting back to the whole trust issue the dog has to choose us and I'll tell you right now if you're just kind of forcing this groaning onto a puppy that dogs never gonna choose you it's never going to choose you and also it's going to do is associate grooming with this horrific experience so again guys the reason why we don't take on new clients at certain times is because we spend so much time with our existing clients we're not a chop shop we're not the shop that's gonna sit there and do ten fifteen dogs a day are we don't work that way because what we do in our shop is a lot more intense we take a lot of pride in training our dog to get groomed and not to say that we won't work with you or take on new clients because we do it all the time but what you just said if the timing is not right if I ever knew poppy that's requiring that I sit with this dog an hour twice a week guess what men that's two less dogs the week just to spend time with this dog because I care enough to and I believe that I can get this started to come around and really except the process you know but again listen guys this is how important grooming is again this is why we do the show this is the reason why we do our you tube channel is because we want to bring to life the truth of this industry and what in our opinion and in a lot of groomers opinion how things should be done I was just the intergroup recently and again I had the the luxury of talking to my body Joey Villani if you want to know anything about joy the line look him up just punch in Joey Villani inter grown at all this stuff will pop up but Joey and I have been good friends for a very very long time we started grooming at the same time and we agree that the grooming industry has turned into a specialty industry okay I'm not going to go to a brain surgeon if I need heart surgery okay both doctors but I'm you know I'm not going to go to a dentist if I have an ingrown toenail most doctors I'm saying right right but the point I'm trying to make here is that there are certain groomers that do great in certain things some growers are great with poppies some rumors are great with all dogs some rumors are great with aggressive dogs some groomers are great with geriatric dogs dogs that have problems and you know we've mentioned this before but we really want to hammer it home because this is what's happening in this industry right now groomers are they are special and that's why and again you have your universal groomer you got those groomers out there that are just they're they're excellent in all of it you know and you know what props to you props to you as we always say we're groomer advocates here and we want what's best ultimately for the dog but you got to keep yourself safe you got to keep that dog safe and I can tell you again forcing a grooming on a poppy is not keeping anything safe at all now all now here's the thing here's an example of how tedious it could be to work with the puppy say you bring a puppy and first time the puppy has no idea what's going on you try to do too much for example you hit one of the veins when you're cutting the puppies nails you just created a dog that is never going to like their nails being cut ever in there has her life and once you go there you go it's what does what happens next that the dog will be so vicious when you're going to cut its nails and next time no matter what and you know what that's a great point because again we get that comment on our nail clip videos all the time my dog hates it my dog will take your face so you want to know why at some point or another ninety nine percent of the time somebody hit that thing early on okay what we do what we do here is when we get poppies I explained to the customer we're going to check the nails yeah and I mean tip we're not getting anywhere close to the things on the first nail clip maybe second third maybe tenth and chill that dog feels comfortable with the feeling of how that blades coming across that male and the sound of the clipper and let me tell you and when you do it that way guess what ninety nine percent of the time you'll click that dog's nails and you'll get him back further further because again what Anthony said right up front Trost you know if you never hit the vein early on and by tipping the nail you won't hit the vein that's all we'll never associate the mails with anything bad it'll just be how that feels weird and that's why you said it two three four times and maybe even ten depending on the dog they'll accept that it feels a little strange but it doesn't hurt so they will write you that much on it it happens we see it every day was the all time all.

"Introducing a Bill that would make it a legal to sell or give an energy drink to anyone under the age of eighteen eighteen that's interesting. What I say sixteen. I mean because at eighteen you're still a kid, right? Like yesterday, your seventeen today, you're eighteen you can drink as many of these you want. Now, you know, you're going to get them. I I'm always wary of something like this, right? Because I as I as we all know good intentions, right? And the next thing, you know, is those unintended consequences that come with those and the overreach. I could see sixteen eighteen I it depends on the state, but I've seen people here at work twentysomethings. Because again, I I'm not on our energy, Drake. What was that cola? Phil was it producer Phil was jolts. Remember that was our energy drink gay joke. Cola ten times the caffeine. Right. So you'll die. But that was kind of ours. I think mountain dew supposedly are one of those things as as crazy caffeine, but not like these kind of things these things are nuts. You just worry, right? Like, an I understand. It's it's it's all these kinds of tragedies are a personal tragedy tragedy. But man, I've seen people pound those things, but what's the same thing about coffee. Right. Because that's where it's gonna go. That's the fear factor if your Starbucks in this any other, you know, like Jack likes to go get his little it. He gets one of those small little coffees. It gets hot chocolate ice cream and stuff. But you see kids go and get that is that going to be the next thing because you could drink a ton of coffee as well and take energy bills. Look at it as we want him to have time to be educated on this. But not everyone agrees with the age cap,.

"At least I would say at least five to ten times a day starting at around seven o'clock in the morning and not ending until later in the evening, and it's machine. Call me, tell me that it's very important that I not hang up and other times, it's people from the Philippines or South America, calling me, you know. So it's not technically a robocall, but it's a cold. And when they come in now on your own that actually, look like a local phone number. That's what I was talking about. Yeah. It's horrible. 'cause they look like, they're your neighbors calling you and it's either California green initiative, breast, cancer, whatever. But that's why it's called neighbor spoofing, that's the technical term for this neighbors spoofing, and that's what this Bill seeks to end. Thank god. We have you Ray had a great. I got nothing to do with it, brother. This is a particular democratic Senator from San Diego is trying to pull this together. But I'm just trying. I'm the messenger. I'm just trying to amplify my own frustrations with this. Now, see I don't get any calls from humans. If I did they would never forget their day with Ray Appleton. I'm just getting I'm getting the, you know, the robotic stuff I'm getting the recorded things. The human calls me, Mike. It's all yours. Welcome became Jay. Good morning. I get I get people that tell me they can help with my college. Dan. And I tell them I'm actually in prison for murdering people that bug man, the Joe son, and they usually hang up. And then I get people that call me to want to show me a back brace. And I tell them that's good. Because my doctor tells me I have elephant Titus, and they usually hang up. So you get like. Get calls from real people. Oh, yeah. All the time. Yeah. I'm not so lucky. I just get the record stuff. That's it man. You gotta keep them on the line to and play with them. Give them a bunch of bad numbers sauce. Name, you know, mess around with men, get frustrated. Yeah. Well, I I love to do that. If I ever got a call from somebody who is breathing other than this recorded garbage. Thanks, man. What do I do to have to graduate getting calls from real people? That hasn't happened yet. Especially in this latest uptick, where I'm getting you know, like that one caller said the first one five to ten a day now. Hey, Terry, you're on. Oh, I got either. Well, he's either texts or phone calls. I got eighteen of me yesterday. Oh my God. What's for health insurance? And they asked for the same guy all the time. And in fact, I have the FCC on hold right now. Because I'm I'm gonna report all those numbers. She can take them. All. Wow. Well, then okay. I'll let you go. So you can talk to them. All right. Bye angry. My I don't blame. You bid one of the problems that you know, I run into is increasing bad luck. With these robocalls is when I get one I'm either waiting for an important call from somebody or somebody I do want to talk to goals in and I can't switch over fast enough twice this week. My doctor calls me about some lab results. And it's, you know, both times, it's the breast cancer calls, send me your money. And I'm like. You know? And then he goes over to voicemail and. Four nine zero fifty eight fifty eight. Robocalls. Finally, a Bill to maybe do something about it. The California legislature. Frankly, it does not do enough. I want them to end completely nothing to do with free speech. This is you know, somebody people trying to sell us a service. These are things that we did not ask for infringement. And again, the the law states in California, you're not supposed to get these between nine AM and nine PM. But we do. Don't we? Hey, Bob, you're on Cam. Jay. Well, Mark stole some of my thunder because I'm in a small business and up until last year. We have a limited market down just basically in porterville area. But we recently added a scuba diving to our business. So now, we reach out further before last year, I had an idea because you know, you get phone numbers from further out, you you kinda obvious. It's going to be a robocall. But now I have to answer everything. And like Mark set. It just gets ridiculous time. It takes you away from your customers. It just gets ridiculous after a while from a business point of view. I can only imagine the rage. I'm just a little old private citizen who gets he's on my my my private time. Obviously, I can't take a call when I'm on the air with you folks that would be a little silly. So I can only imagine how impactful this would be on business, especially small business. I mean that right there indicates that we've got a huge problem in there should be some legal repercussion that needs to come down. Somehow some way to end this stuff. So business is not impacted my friend, and your you know, I mean, you've indicated that clearly that this is impactful to your daily deeds. Well, in the the newest thing that I'm running into her that I see is we're getting a the number of spooked. So how even if they ride a lot? How are they going to attack because it's through the second thing. Yes. Now, they do the robocall second. You answer it. So you hang up from a customer dancer this one because you think it new, and then they hang up all their door and use testing to make sure they have an active real phone number. And and and.

"So even though there's cost us probably five to ten times more to do it this way, we know that we're providing a natural product to somebody we use a closed loop watering system, no waters ever wasted. The environment is very important to us as well. You know, we we love that we can grow in greenhouses under natural sunlight and really providing the most natural product we possibly can. So let me ask you as a woman owned company. Do you find extra pressure being put on you? I haven't felt that actually I in other industries, but this one just feels like it just it feels natural feels like everybody wants everybody's going towards the same goal and the more that we work together. Whether you're male or female, the better we are going to be because there are so many obstacles in this industry that no other business has to go through. And and unless we we really stick together and uplift each other. You know, we're not we're not going to be successful. So the most important thing is truly to to do that. And and I felt tremendous support from all that I've talked to and and male or female. I I think that's really wonderful. I really think that's wonderful. Do you think that? The recreational piece. Is going to be a game changer throughout the country. And Wendy, you see that happening. Absolutely. I mean, it's already changing people are already starting to understand the benefits of it. You know, there's just been such a stigma against it. Because it's been federally illegal. But you know, the truth of that was mixed in the Nixon era he had the or commissioned bend a year doing all this research on on canvas. And the Schaefer commission came out and said, this this is nothing that you've been saying for the last forty years this. This plant has is not the gateway drug it is not addictive, and it should not be schedule one well that didn't work with Nixon's heroin drug plan. So he did make it a schedule one and they buried the papers. And then they kinda strong-armed all the rest of the world as well. So it's really great that the rest of the world is also coming on board and seeing the benefits not only in the medicinal way. But in a recreational way, you know, recreationally this this is not something that you're going to OD on like other drugs or alcohol. This is something that can't be. Psychologically addictive, you know, like extreme sports, but it's not gonna physically addictive like coffee or heroin or cocaine or or drugs like that. Right. And I just think that there are people that do have issues, and it's so interesting because the CBD anecdotally is used in hospitals and Colorado to help people that come in that have had too many edibles and kids that have had edibles, and they give them CBD. The the cabinet system is we already have the receptors in our body. So it at a naturally balances us out. So we have something out of balance. So that this this actually does balance, and unfortunately, they didn't even learn about it until the nineteen ninety I believe so we none of us. Learn about this in school. We'll just been kind of shut to decide and not allowed for enough research. So it's really exciting that people are becoming more open to it more aware of truly the benefits, you know, older people. It's allowing Ben not to have to be on so many pharmaceuticals. They can they can, you know, take an edible cannabis, and they can sleep or it kind of our help them what their pain, or you know. My grandmother is interested in it. She's a writer, and so she's interested in all of us achievable that's gonna make her more creative. So interesting. How people that have never tried it and never thought about it and felt like, Well, I I wasn't allowed to and now they're allowed to and so good more open to it. And so it's really exciting that. Yes, I mean, people can use it for. But it'll purposes or they can use it to be creative or carefree or just a little bit. Right. So we have to take a clean, Brad. We'll be we'll be back in just a moment with autumn. We're taking a quick break. And it's autumn brands and is it autumn rans dot com. Autumn brands dot com. Yes. We'll be back with autumn and this is cannabis talking to see an educational odyssey with Frankie Boyer. Stay tuned. We'll be right back. Let's think about customization presented by Liberty Mutual insurance. Liberty Mutual customizes your auto insurance. So you only pay for what you need. More things in life, customizable. Why do I have to pay full gym membership? When I don't even use the equipment like the rowing machine. I don't know about you. But I'm.

"Ten time. W W A AM. Back to the phones we go. This is Brian in Monroe, Louisiana your next. It's great to have you, sir. Hi. Rush. Live in the south. And I worked for the Federal Aviation Administration has technician and I am for President Trump building. I think it's necessary for our safety of our country. I do believe that. But I also feel that represented Pelosi him they need to sit down and talk this out. And and don't use the government's workers as pawns. I mean, we should not be involved. It that's something need to discuss on their own and come up with a conclusion and not to affect all the people that worked for the government for the people. Let me ask you a question. There's no right or wrong here. I just this is asking, you your opinion. Do you think Trump is willing to sit down and chat about it? Well, I think originally he was and she shutting down, and and I and I don't think that was appropriate. You know, I don't think that's appropriate for her to shut him down. I know that she doesn't want to give up any money supposedly even a few years. It's not about the money. I know that when Clinton while they all wanted the wall, and she wanted the wall to, but I really feel Ryan is this right now is just this is my personal opinion. She doesn't like Trump and she wants to make it rough for him. And but they need to sit down and talk this out as adults and. And is as comprehensive or good leader. So this country because it's not appropriate. What they're doing it. It hurts a lot of folks, we got young air traffic controllers here that and and other places throughout the country that it's really hard to you know, nobody has like four and five and six and seven thousand dollars in the Bank to live on while you're trying to get through this. I understand. We wanted to take care of ourselves. I'm sorry. Go ahead. No, no. I understand all that. I just I I wanna I want to try to have as many people as possible understand what is really going on here. And the first thing that I have tell you, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart, and I'm not exaggerating, and I'm not trying to be provocative, and I'm not trying to make anybody. Mad Nancy Pelosi doesn't care one wit about the hardships of anybody or anything during this shutdown Nancy Pelosi and the democrat party care about one thing making sure that nobody likes Donald Trump ever tries this again, the message being sent here is that somebody Washington disapproves of being elected president is going to be shut down and will not be cooperated with and nothing will ever get done because the objective here is twofold. It's to get. Rid of Donald Trump and then too paralyzed Donald paralyzing. I get rid of him. And then send a signal you Republicans better never ever since somebody like this because it's going to end up being like this every day. I'm can we're not gonna do business about we're not gonna let somebody like this ever be legitimate. That's what this is. It is nothing about the shutdown. It's nothing about with the hardships that are being faced. It's not even about the wall Pelosi, and the Democrats have you said they have have supported a wall. This is about making sure about doing everything they can do to make sure that this guy who they despise does not have one demonstrable success story that nobody like him will ever ever try this again. This is a long-term message to everybody outside Washington. Everybody outside the Washington political class, the elites, whatever you're not welcome here. And we will damage whatever. It takes to make sure none of you ever end up here again. And those of you who voted for this don't you ever do this again your votes are wasted? You're not gonna get one thing you want. You're not gonna get anything. And you will be glad for all this destruction to send the message that you don't get.
