Darren Beattie: Background on the Nord Stream Gas Pipeline

"You have been one of the few true tellers out there whether it's the January 6th story the bomber on January 6th bio labs in Ukraine Nord stream You're one of these guys who's been ahead of it and if we're following your site you probably got this story before Hearst dropped it yesterday We were always suspicious I assume you me and a bunch of other people about this bombing of the Nord stream pipeline Just because we used evidence Joe Biden had said he promised he had a plan to bomb the pipeline Victoria Nuland had already made some public statements about it But this her story yesterday if sourced properly is an enormous bombshell and yet outside of you me and a couple others it's been largely media silent Maybe you silence on it Absolutely No it's a completely explosive story with the highest of stakes And just to kind of give a little bit of background the Nord stream one and two but in particular too these are critical pieces of infrastructure Nord stream two was not operational but it was very close to being so And what it was supposed to do is deliver Russian energy into Europe which United States national security community In particular this Atlantis faction that I've covered extensively that's most closely associated with color revolutions in Eastern Europe a methodology of regime change methodology incidentally they turn domestically and applied against Trump But this Nord stream two pipeline had always been a real sharp thorn in the side of this element of the national security establishment because basically it undermined our leverage in Europe It increased Russia's leverage in Europe and it consummated this kind of complementarity between Germany's energy needs and Russia's economic needs

The Greatest Threats to Our Liberty

"One existential threat is to liberty and freedom of speech and all the freedoms that go under the heading of liberty. From the world's left from the World Economic Forum to the Democratic Party in the United States. And all the organizations that support it, like the medical associations, et cetera the other existential threat, these two Israel on the part of Iran. Which repeatedly vows to exterminate the State of Israel. That's an existential threat. There is no existential threat to biological life. Or to human life. That's a gigantic lie. Stop being a climate denier. It's being a truth teller with regard to existential threats. But in the name of avoiding existential threat, the left is capable of depriving people of liberty. And that is exactly what is taking place. Now taking place in Davos with the World Economic Forum. Headed by German, Claus fob. Funny, I have a number of wonderful German Friends, and they know my belief. They don't have much say against it. One of my ways of understanding the last 150 years of the world is Germany is always wrong.

"All right, let's go to more of your calls. Los alamitos California is your name Tino? Is that correct? Gotcha. I was right, Tino, hi. Hi, Janice. You talk about courage and I wanted to give an example when you showed during this courage. Back when you were at KBC, they were brought out by Disney. There was a new radio person in charge. I believe it was a female. You came on the radio one day after a intense meeting and how do I know it's intense because you're transparent. And they were pressuring you to talk about Monica Lewinsky. You said you would not do it. And you said that you're listeners, didn't want to talk about Monica Lewinsky. When you signed off, something on the lines you said that if you went back the next day, we would know why. Well, I remember seeing myself, he's risking his job standing up for what he believes in. That was tremendous courage. Amazing remember it. Thank you. I don't sleep well if I'm a coward. Most coward sleep well. Look at college presidents. But. I don't take that much credit for it because I rather sleep well. That's why I have a selfish reason for exhibiting courage to the extent that I do. As I said earlier in the program, the left proves the ease with which the conscience can be mollified. Back in a moment. I find. All right, final segment of today's show. Dennis prager here, trying to get in money as I can here. Cleveland, Ohio and bob, hello, bob. Hello, Dennis. Good afternoon. Thank you. Hey, after listening to you for a long time, it's often come to my mind to wonder this question. There's a proverb in the Bible somewhere that says it's not for those walking to direct his step. And Henry Ford has said that if you believe we have to do a thing or not, you're right. So my question to you is, I'm wondering, I've often wondered what led you to decide that you could not make up your own mind, you could not discern and know what was right for you to do to be to have unless you consulted as you've often promoted the wisdom of the Bible. It's a great question. It's a great question. I think. The average person who can put their feelings, emotions, aside, think rationally. Be profoundly committed to truth, can come to a lot of wise conclusions. The vast majority of people, however, are governed by their feelings. The entire left wing agenda, since marks, through Lenin, is a feelings based world, devoid of wisdom. And the consequences are there to be shown. If you even just ask, is it true? You're halfway there to wisdom. Having said all that, however, my lifelong study of the Bible specifically the first 5 books the Torah upon which both the old and new testaments rest has given me so much insight. And it is so profound that I have a phrase that expresses my theology in a nutshell. I don't believe in the Torah because I believe in God. I believe in God, because I believe in the Torah. My vehicle to faith are those 5 books. And that's why I've written that I'm writing the rational Bible for each of the 5 books. Because it will give you a vehicle. To God as well. Stronger than even the one you might have. Have a wonderful weekend..

"Let's go to a Dan in invert grove heights, Minnesota. Hello. You want to know what? Yeah. Can you hear me? Yeah, yeah. I want to know what you think of the idea of leaders of the orthodox Jewish religion coming out forcefully and stating that we will never mock the Torah. We will never mock the ten commandments. We will always require that we are respected regarding our free exercise of our religion and we will never perform on the oxymoronic phrase of the same sex marriage, which is that it doesn't exist. It could be a civil union, yes. But not marriage is sacrosanct between male and female only. Well, all right, so there's a larger question here. And that is an orthodox Jews, specifically orthodox rabbis, generally speaking, speaking out on issues. And most don't. And I am very sad about that. Most of any group is not speaking out today. And. Look, you hit a very sensitive arena in my life because I'm a religious Jew. And if religious Christians and Jews don't express what needs to be expressed about life today, if they can't come out and even say it is a gigantic lie that men give birth. And if you have to be a religious Christian or Jude to know it's a lie, that's a major advertisement for a religious life. If secular people are much more likely to lie, say something such a gargantuan idiocy, as men give birth. It's a idiotic as two plus two is 5, but of course in Oregon and the education department they do say, the OED are Oregon education department, has said that the idea that in math, there is one correct answer is a form of white supremacy. Truth is not a left wing value. I tell you that every day, more than once a day because it comes up regularly. But my disappointment in religious Jews and religious Christians is deep. Most of them were sheep like during the during the irrational illegal and evil lockdowns, oh yes. The secular authorities tell me that I can't have people come to my synagogue or church and I will of course listen to them. It turns out that they were wrong. Sweden proved that they were wrong. Secular Sweden, I might add. So what can I tell you? A disproportionate number of the dissenters for good have been religious in America. So I'll say that. But still most have kept have kept silent because they don't want to be thought of as bad by the New York times any more than secular people do..

"If you read the, if you read the comments on Amazon, there are 5000. Genesis exodus amel deuteronomy. You'll see it's how it affects people's lives called the rational Bible. It's the prager story get it at Amazon anywhere. That's a meaningful gift. And if they read it, they will thank you. The rational Bible, all three volumes or any one of the three. I have two more volumes to do. That's the toughest project I've ever engaged in in my life. And it's a very, at the same time, very rewarding. Again, the rational Bible. All right, let's see. Let's go to Palmyra, Indiana, because I have a guest here from Indiana. You know where Palmyra is? Wow. You're from Lafayette. All right. Tim, where is pelvis? I'm at about 20 miles west of Louisville. All right. 20 miles west of Louisville. All right, because I have an Indiana in the studio listening in. Okay, take it away. Okay. I saw that core question for me there. You probably saw on the screen. I know the leftover talks about things being racist. It's like some that says that black people disproportionately crimes or more than white people, they say that's racist. So my question is, if that's a fact, can it be factually true and also be racist like they say? Excellent. You know, X excellent excellent question. I have grappled with this question in my mind for years. So my view is. It depends it is a fact that blacks disproportionately commit violent crimes. So the question is why is the person making the point? The point can't be racist. The point is either true or false, racism depends on something false. All blacks commit crimes. Is racist. Because it's so self evidently untrue. Any almost pretty much if you say all of anything, it's a bigoted comment. But the second question is why is one making the comment? I think it is worth noting the disproportionate number of blacks in violent crime. So as to figure out a solution, if the purpose is to engender hatred at blacks it's racist. If the purpose is to point out a truth that needs to be confronted that is not racist. That's how I have resolved that issue. A guy once called me and said, you know, Jews control Hollywood. And not uncommon statement against Jews. So it's partially true, true, Jews are in fact disproportionately involved in Hollywood. That's true. So I asked the guy, I said to the guy to his shock, I said, you're largely right. What is your point? And he had nothing to say. He had no point. His point was I can't stand Jews. And that's what I said. What is your point? Okay, so fine. See, what is your point if you point out blacks in this first evolving crime? Wow, maybe the big issue in many blacks life, young black males life specifically is the lack of fathers. And that needs to be addressed, and what policies have we pursued to deprive so many blacks of fathers in their lives. Okay, so yes, so Jews disproportionately control if that's the term you wish to use. Or dominate in Hollywood. I think it's true. Let's say it's true. So as well I asked the guy, so therefore what? And I asked him one other question. How on God's earth has it benefited Jews? What was the last pro Jew or pro Israel movie made? 40 years ago? 50. He's too big to.

"San Diego, California, Jeffrey hello. Hello, Dennis. I live in California and I'm starting to feel well in California and the United States. I'm starting here and I don't want to be dramatic like I'm living in sodom and gomorrah. Because California, they just we just recently passed a proposition the abortion proposition, which allows a woman unlimited right to abort her baby even though the baby is a 100% viable right before the day of birth, if possible. And I don't know why people voted for that in particular unless they a were morally evil or B they were ignorant of the language didn't understand what it meant. And then the other thing that got me discouraged is this congressional vote with a lot of rhinos voting for enshrining same sex marriage as the law of the land now and I'm just getting very discouraged as far as what kind of society do we live in. Well, you're one of tens of millions in the United States, maybe a 100 million, maybe more than a 100 million, who is discouraged. Regarding the bill just passed with a fair number of Republicans voting for it as well. My prediction and I have always avoided the prediction. Arena, but I'm saying it so that it be clear what the real intent was. It is only a matter of time before clergy are arrested in America for not performing same sex weddings. It's already begun to happen in the United Kingdom. And Canada. I know that there's language about religious exemption, the languages of forests. You can't, you can't be a bigot in the name of religion. That's what they will say. Remember all leftists are totalitarian. Liberals are not totalitarian conservatives are not but leftists are. They want to control everybody's behavior. They even want to control everybody's thought. They want to control what you say in private. Just like in North Korea. The proof is the eruption of leftist anger, and hysteria. Over the comments that Donald Trump made privately about grabbing women. He had no idea he was on a microphone. He was talking to one man. And yet they held it as this shows you who he is. If we judge everybody by their private comments, nobody would seem decent. But that's too deep a thought for the left. I sleep in the living room all right everybody Dennis prager here that you want to I'm just reminded myself a truly meaningful Christmas present comic a president would be any of the volumes of my Bible commentary..

"And what is our, what is our phrase teaching men how to fish? Well, in English, we have a phrase. That it is something to the effect it's not giving a man fish, it's teaching him how to fish. This is well-known. As the highest form of charity. Coming to rely on charity is the lowest form of charity. It sometimes necessary. But that's the case. By the way, a religious people give more charity than secular people. That's not an opinion that's a fact back in the moment. The Dennis prager show. It's time for play. It's a whipped cream day I wait for a gross year round those are marshmallow clouds pink. Happy Sean. It's very easy to make Sean happy, by the way, which is a very nice trait. Also, it's also very easy to make him angry. See, I couldn't leave it with just a compliment. I'm so sorry. It's terrible. I can't control myself. Remember, when men in self each other means they love each other. Okay, just want you to know that. It doesn't hold true in this case. Oh, right. Let's go on here. North Hollywood California Kevin, the famous Kevin of north Hollywood, hello. Yes, yes, and my question is about is a trans is about a trans issue. First, I wanted to ask if it's possible to do a buy annual dentist and Kevin minutes. A bi annual minute of you and me talking. Correct. That is my Christmas wish. Okay, well, that's beautiful to have wishes. All right, now go on to the trans issue. Oh, okay. So the trans issue is so if a biological man says, look, I am a biological man, but I know I know I am not an actual man in my brain. My question is, how does how do they know they're not a man in their brain? If they're not a man, like how do you know that you're not something if you're not that? See what I mean? I think I do. So I have that question too. A 16 year old girl says she's a boy. How does she know that? Given that the brain of the physiological facts are different chromosomes, different hormones, different brain, I mean, it's just a fact male and female. She has a female brain. She has had only female experiences. And of course, if she's 25, she has, well, not even at 16. She has a female body. But she knows she's a man. She doesn't even know what she's saying, she knows she is. By the way, the irony of the left because the left doesn't think coherently and I believe that literally. They have been teaching since I was in college, since I was a graduate school. That men and women are basically the same. So if men and women are basically the same, why is it trans anything? I'm just becoming the same with different parts. So obviously, the people who most believe in trans also most believe that there's no difference between men and women. So you can't have it both ways, either there's a very big difference between men and women or there's no such thing as trans. It doesn't matter because if you challenge them, Twitter until Elon Musk took it over would have suppressed that tweet. And obviously the same thing holds for a Facebook and Google and all the others..

"All right, everybody. Dennis prager hits the hour of the week. You set the generals on your mind about you about me about life about death. I needless to say about audio equipment, photography, cigars, fountain pens. What's the 5th? Sean, what classical music? Let Dennis be Dennis. But then it's beat them. It's that is certainly true. One 8 prager 7 7 6. If I don't take your call, don't be insulted. People get insulted too easily. It's a very serious problem, actually. The people are getting insulted too easily. How come I know I never feel insulted, even when I'm insulted, I don't feel insulted. Even when they call you on misogynist? Oh, that broke my heart. They called me a massage, right? That's correct. You know why because they can't think they don't pursue truth. Women at disproportionately involved in hurting children today. That's a fact. It's either a fact or not a fact, but it's not misogyny. Men are disproportionately involved in violent crime. Is that male hatred? A term you never hear, because you know what? They don't want to portray men as victims. Yeah, yeah, yeah. There's a lot of stuff going on. All right, you know, everybody got Warren, Michigan Robert hello, Dennis prager with you. Yes, sir. Nice to speak to you. Thank you. I would like to know if over the years you've ever debated a Holocaust denier. I haven't and tell me why you ask. Well, because of your comments that you've made recently about a place in hell for them and there's some stuff on your web page about it. Just curious if you know it's a very fair question. I assume that was the reason. Thank you for calling. My column this week, Dennis prager dot com, American greatness, Jewish world review, town hall dot com. Dennis prager dot com and elsewhere. My column is that Holocaust deniers have a special place in hell, essentially. I do believe that. And I made the point in the article that in the column, nobody denies the mass murder of Ukrainians by the Soviets called the hull of the moor. Nobody denies that a quarter of the Cambodian people were slaughtered by the communists in that country. Nobody denies that Mao killed at least 60 million people or that Stalin killed between 20 and 40 million people. Nobody denies, except the Turkish government, the mass murderer of the Armenians in World War I. The only denial of mass murder slash genocide has been among people who hate Jews. Nobody believes there was no Holocaust. I mean, there are people who believe that the earth is flat, there's nothing I can do. But if they know very little about the holodomor, but they don't deny it. That is the 5 million or so Ukrainians, the deliberately starved to death by the Soviets in the early 30s, 1930s. Because there's no great anti Ukrainian ism, but there is anti Judaism or anti semitism as it is known. As I pointed out in my article, I don't know if a historical event that has been as documented, or more documented, certainly within the Holocaust. And yet we have so much less documentation about the starvation of the Ukrainians, but nobody denies it. And as nobody should, it just, it's just a form of I hate Jews and this is one way I can express it..

"That's a terrific list. So let me pose the utmost obvious question, I think anybody listening would all right, let's say, as you know me so well, I'm not an anxious person. Thank God. So number one, how much anxiety and stress can you contain without acting out? It's not an issue for me. We all have our own issues, but that's not one. But what if it is an issue for somebody, that is their nature? How do they get, how do you control that? Well, there are, you know, kind of simple things like count to ten or meditate on the good events of your life or think about the unearned goods, good things, or think forward to the damage that could be done. If you do act it out, or you do succumb to your anxiety. In other words, that's not something that comes naturally. People have to actually work on it. But if they do work on figuring out ways of relieving stress that are not destructive, it will pay dividends for you. You have an example of a way to work out stress. It's not destructive. Take a time out. Open a book of poetry or biblical verse to calm you down. Memorize a few sound bites of mantras to tell you that it's going to be better if you don't act out. Take a walk, take a walk, exercise, call a friend. This is in the 12 step programs when you're overwhelmed with stress, call your sponsor rather than punch your neighbor or get into a fight with your wife or take a drink. One 8 prager 7 7 6 is the number. The $64,000 question in life, while there are two. What is stopping me from being happier? And B, now that I know what it is, will I act on it? Is that a fair way of looking at this? Right. Yes. So what do you do is a therapist's job both or primarily number one. Identify your issues. That's the prerequisite. You need to identify what's driving you that you don't know about. Almost always, there's a force multiplier in your childhood that is adding oomph to the misery that you're having right now. And if you can disconnect that force multiplier from childhood from whatever the present situation is and just know that it is merely the present situation and not the entirety of your life, that will be better. But once you do that, you then have to turn from identifying the negative to how do you enhance the positive. Back in a moment with doctor Stephen marmer, UCLA medical school, won a prager 7 7 6. The Dennis prager show. Audi all? This the happiness hour on the Dennis prager show every Friday the second hour of the show on rare occasions a guest. The most frequent guest on the happy miss hour for the last decades has been doctor Steven marmer psychiatrist in Brentwood, LA, where he has a private practice, and he is also a clinical Professor of psychiatry at UCLA medical school, so he came in with a list of 5 things that he assures you a few master you will be happy. I love the list. How much anxiety and stress can you contain without acting out? Can you keep a picture of the good? Oh, on that one, the person you're having an issue with usually within the family, let's say. Or even a friend. Yes. I have the chills because I know how important that is. My way of putting that, tell me if you would agree it's the same thing, just different words. Is please remember everyone as a package. Yes. Yes, and especially if you have a long-standing relationship. Yes, exactly. Then there's way more good in that. And you mustn't forget all the good in another individual just because at this moment you're having. Right. And if you can't remember all the good, get a new friend. Yeah. Fair enough. Fair enough. You know, it's either one way either you are right to have this person as a friend or you're not, but if you're right, take the time that they didn't call to say that they weren't coming in stride. Yeah, and when I work with couples, I frequently say, well, didn't you want to love each other? You do? Yeah. Oh. Didn't you want? So let me show you. What did you love about each other? Did those things completely disappear just because you're arguing about such and such? And you have found that to be a helpful question? Yes. Yes. That's real, my God, what you must see in your room. Indeed. Yes. Oh, wow, what a question..

"Go ahead. Well, we might not get to number 5. That's right, you're right. So go ahead. The second one, can you keep the good thoughts about people in your mind and a picture of the good side of another person you care about? Even in an argument or when they disappoint you. If you can remember that the person that you're having a trouble relationship with at this moment is actually somebody you like or love and you remember all the good qualities about them, that's going to make you much happier and it's going to allow you to preserve relationships through periods of strife. The third is how much do you see yourself as fundamentally responsible for your own life and how much do you see yourself as a passive helpless victim? Victims can never be happy, only those who feel that they have some autonomy, however large or small it is, even as Victor frankl would say, even in a concentration camp, if you don't emphasize the extent to which you are in charge of your life, you're not going to be happy. The fourth thing is how much do you fill your life with positive events, whether it's beautiful music or profound art, festive holidays, great literature, worship, transcendent spiritual moments, a favorite mentor, most of all, loyal friends, such positive events, not only build up a reservoir of happiness, but actually it's been shown that children who are deprived of sufficient number of positive events in their life have stunted brain development, and you can actually help people develop neuronal connections by providing for them positive experiences in their life. And by the way, that's we don't have to go very far to think of how these draconian lockdowns of the past few years. I just wrote the word lockdown. Have ruined our opportunity to have positive events and why so many people are depressed and unhappy and irritable now. And finally, last but definitely not least, if you aren't grateful, you can never be happy. Gratitude is an absolutely indispensable ingredient to being happy. And yes, of course, we all have undeserved bad things happen to us. But if you are honest and you do a real inventory and you look at all of the undeserved bad things that happen to you and you compare them to the unearned good things that have happened to you, I can guarantee you the unearned good things outnumber the bad. At least ten to one in my life, perhaps even a thousand to one. And just to give a couple of examples on no merit of mine, my grandparents migrated to the United States. That was an unearned good thing that happened to me. On no merit of mind, penicillin was available when, as a two year old, I had pneumonia. And those are just a couple of. That's a great example. Nobody would think of that because they always think about the specific done to them. That's right, but if you spend more of your time thinking about the unearned good things that have happened your grandparents moving to the united states meant you would be born. That's correct. That's correct. That's correct. So these 5 things containing stress don't split. In other words, remember the good even when you're upset with somebody. Agency instead of victimhood, filling your life with positive events and gratitude. If you master the majority of these, I guarantee your happiness will be increased..

"That's right. This explains the whole left to you. Have a Holly jolly Christmas it's the best time of the year. I don't know for whatever reason this is one of my favorite Christmas cheers and it's gotta be for lives. Nothing else works. So on if he was in big left this time. Say hello to friends you know. And everyone you meet. Hi everybody, the happiness hour. We didn't have that regular happiness theme because it's Christmas season. And every Friday since 19 99, I've had the happiness hour happiness is a virtue, not just an emotional state, the pursuit of happiness is listed along with life and liberty. As the essences of life, the wise infinitely almost wise people who wrote the declaration knew what was important. And the. Rule of life is the happy make the world better and the unhappy make it worse. So this is a big deal on rare occasions I have a guest and the one I have had the most on the happiness hour over these what is it now? 23 years is doctor Stephen marmoset. Wow, you're getting standing ovations after morning. That's when that's from Sean. Yeah, it's from shore. That's true. He's standing. Yep. Doctor marmas is psychiatrist in Brentwood in Los Angeles and he is on the faculty of the UCLA medical school. He's a clinical professor, is it of medicine or psychiatry? Psychiatry. So they do this so if one is a specialist in pediatrics, is there such a thing as a clinical Professor of PD pediatrics? Right. Oh, that's the way it works. That's the way it works. Okay, great. So clinical professor and as I always say, I know how lucky your patients are and I mean that very sincerely. I hope some of them are listening. I hope so. Okay. So, doctor Murray is one of the handful of guests that I just I either raise a topic spontaneously, or he comes in with a topic. He has come in with a topic today. And I didn't know what it is, and I still don't know what you'll say. That's how much I trust you. So the floor is yours, doctor mower. Well, thank you, Dennis. And obviously I'm always glad to be here. And in Dennis prager style, because you like to number the points that you're going to make, I came in today with 5 items which if you master these 5 items, I guarantee your happiness will be enormously increased. Well, so the first one is how much anxiety and stress can you contain without turning it into a destructive emotion and having to act out. And the acting out could be kicking the dog. It could be taking a drink or drugs. It could be exploding at somebody. It could be doing something harmful to yourself. How much anxiety and stress can you contain without turning it into a destructive emotion that eventually causes you to act out. So do you want to list the 5 and then I'll ask questions? Sure. Okay, 'cause obviously I'll have a million..

"Finally on the Twitter issue vijaya gadi, Twitter's head of legal policy and trust also denied that Twitter operated such blacklists. We do not shadow banshee said in 2018 according to Weiss, speaking alongside cave on bake poor, Twitter's head of product. They added and we certainly don't shadow band based on political viewpoints or ideology. Wow. Did her parents teach her not to lie? I'm not being cute. I don't know how you say something, especially publicly, you know not to be true. What percentage of people can do that? The answer is whatever percentage it is. They're disproportionately on the left.

"Well, there's a big piece by rob louisenthal, Elon Musk slashes bureaucracy giving Twitter a chance to soar. All these they have that. Anyway, it's clear that left wing destroyers took over Twitter and suppressed dissent. That's what they do. That's pretty much what the left is in business to do, suppress the scent because they can survive descent. So the sky Roth that they're writing about in daily mail, he was the global head of trust and safety. Roth messaged colleagues on slack to say that spam enforcements had been used as a way of circumventing the safety team under enforcing their under enforcing their policies. The group would need to intervene if any action was taken to limit the popular recount libs of TikTok. Libs of TikTok is a fantastic. A count, they all they do, they don't editorialize they just publicize what the left does like to your children at schools. It's the perfect proof that the left is the lying mechanism of the society, as it has been in every society. They don't ask is what libs of TikTok revealing true they just want it suppressed.

"Many. What does it media matters? Right. So this is the left wing group. That assigns people to science conservatives to them. To find a statement that they can then deny or ridicule, and I knew it. I actually called it when I said it when I spoke of the disproportionate role women are playing in the harming of children in our society as teachers as librarians, and in the medical sphere. It's just a fact that women are disproportionately involved in this 95% of librarians where the drag queen story hours often take are female. And 85% of kindergarten teachers are female 75% of all teachers are female and the teachers unions are generally run by females, dominated by females, it's interesting. The same people who lie all whites are racist. That's permissible, but to say that women disproportionately is very big difference from the word all. Are involved as a wrecking crew in the lives of children that is not permitted. You are called a misogynist, which is exactly what they did with my comment on this yesterday, so I'm repeating it today so they can replay it. It proves that truth is not a left wing value because they don't ask did what prager say meet the standard of truth or was it untrue? Though they do it exactly what I said yesterday. They smear you, but they don't debate you. Because the issue of whether it is true or not doesn't matter to media matters or to the daily coves or for that matter to the mainstream media. Is it true is not a question that they ask, can we smear the truth teller? That is the question that they ask. So the proof is, of course, coming from Twitter. Where conservatives were in fact shadow banned and outright banned. This all came, by the way, PragerU really blew the whistle on it with our lawsuit. Am I right? That the first I would say yes. That's why The Wall Street Journal, about three years ago. I had four editorials about PragerU. And what a Google which owns YouTube has been doing. We've been shadow banned as well. We're not outright banned. We've been shadow banned. There is a group that is trying to get us banned. What is the group we just had the news guard? Yeah, NewsGuard, yes, that's right. Another left wing, a hate group. And for them too, the question is a true is irrelevant. Can we can we suppress dissent NewsGuard is unknown to most people who is unknown to me? But they are known to groups that handle media and thereby suppress media that NewsGuard gives a red light to. There isn't a truth telling left wing institution. Because it's not a value. Again, I make that point. I wish it were not true. Can we defeat the centers? That is the question on the left, not what is true. So Twitter is just the latest proof. It should shock the nation, is it even reported? I'm curious as a New York Times report is The New York Times reporting this. You have a copy there? Yeah. Here's the front page and is it on the front page? It is not on the front page of the LA times or the New York. All right, so I have two newspapers from today, is it on the front page of The Wall Street Journal? Here, take a look. Unwrap it. I'm very curious. Twitter kept the secret blacklist as daily mail. Quote unquote secret blacklist of topics and accounts to prevent them from trending. According to data obtained by journalist Barry Weiss, with conservative commentators deliberately downplayed in what one called Soviet style bull S while another said he was treated with more censorship than Hamas. Conservative commentators such as Dan bongino and Charlie Kirk would deliberately put on a seek search blacklist is no interesting. So that is very, that is interesting. Look, you should all know the news division of The Wall Street Journal is barely more conservative than The New York Times. The Wall Street Journal is two newspapers, the editorial pages, opinion pages, on the one hand, and the news pages on the other, which is not surprising, because the journalism schools produce these journalists and the journalism schools produced, produce left wingers. Now we have evidence to show that's exactly why my Twitter account, the last couple of years, has been down 95% in engagement that was Charlie Kirk of turning point USA. Those who questioned the prevailing COVID orthodoxy of lockdowns and mask mandates, such as Stanford universities, doctor J bhatia, did we have him on? Yeah, it's really thought they thought. So this man is an MD is an epidemiologist at Stanford University, but he spoke about the idiocy that you see as a retract that word. It isn't idiocy, but that is so what. It was anti science and profoundly profoundly harmful to society. The masks and the lockdown mandates. Stanford University medical school, doctor J bought a chariot, argued that lockdowns harmed children. Placed by Twitter. On the search blacklist. Top officials such as Joel Roth, the global head of trust and safety. You know what that even means? They come up with titles. Wrote in internal messages that he wanted more creative ways of censoring and muffling specific accounts. And content. Another society wrecker man named Yoel Roth. So the Jay bought a charity is the giveaway, a Doctor Who descends is to be suppressed. A prominent epidemiologist. Will also not have full access to Twitter. That was their attitude we have the proof..

The Left Is Not Interested in Finding Out the Truth

"A rule that I recently brought to your attention, wrote a column, devoted a fireside chat to, how do you know who's telling the truth between left and right? The best single guideline I can offer is which side suppresses dissent. Which side censors? It is not always the case, but it is nearly always the case. That the liars censor others. Because liars can't handle whether it's in your family or it's in the nation can handle the people who say that's a lie. They have no response, except to further lie. If that is correct, and I can not see a single coherent argument against it, the left is the one that lies overwhelmingly.

"So as we understand it now, there are two states essentially left for that are up in the air, Georgia, and Nevada. The Republicans need to win both in order to have moved the needle at all. It's right now 50 50 and that's in might as well be 100 zero. Because all the Democrats vote Democrat and essentially all the Republicans vote Republican, so if you are ahead because you have the vice presidency, then you might as well have all 100. A seats, all 100 Senate seats, so the Republicans have to win both Georgia and Nevada. It looks like they've now called Wisconsin for Ron Johnson, which I had a personal interest in, not because I know Ron Johnson, but because he is one of the few great people in politics. He has made a personal sacrifice to help this country. He is a truth teller. And I have come up with an idea. With regard to how to know who was lying in public life. That unless it's unless there's something I'm missing, should be the smoking gun that the left lies all the time.

Yes, so early this year, I had released a report on all of the evangelical leaders, including people like Christianity today, editor in chief Russell Moore, Billy Graham center, director at stetzer, Tim teller, a lot of other big Rick Warren. Some other big names who had platformed Francis Collins to come on their podcast to do interviews with him to run stories, advocating for him basically saying he's a Christian brother, we need to listen to him and you can go back and find that old report. But that was the first story. And then this week, what popped up was that this organization that Francis Collins founded put out a statement called the love your neighbor get the shot statement. And this went even further because it was essentially a pledge that a variety of Christian leaders, including people like NT rights, very famous theologian, Christian author, Philip yancy, that one breaks my heart, Christianity today, CEO, Timothy dalrymple, some seminary president, veggie tales, creator, Bill Fisher. They all signed this document. And in it, they promised to actively promote accurate scientific information from trustworthy consensus sources and they promise to help counter misinformation and conspiracy theories from non consensus sources. The FBI Is Trying to Stamp Out Truth-Telling Whistleblowers

"You know you're in a living in a weird time and a distorted phase of the culture when you can see in the media, all kinds of people bashing FBI whistleblowers. I mean, did you think you'd live to see this? You'd have FBI whistleblowers. Who are telling what's going on on the inside of this top police agency. And the media is beating up, not on the FBI. But on the whistleblowers. Wow. So we've come a long way since the 1960s when the there were all these left wing investigations of the FBI of the CIA, whistleblowers were hailed as heroes. They were brought forward. They were treated as truth tellers, which in many cases, of course they are. And I want to focus on one of those FBI, a real hero, but someone who's not getting the hero's treatment. So this is a guy named Steve friend. He's an FBI special agent. And this guy noticed that something funny was going on in the FBI. I mean, he could see it in the cases that he dealt with directly. He's a 12 year veteran of the FBI, he's a S.W.A.T. team member. And he has been suspended, stripped of his gun and badge, escorted out of the FBI office in Daytona Beach for what? Basically for blowing the whistle on the FBI. Now, let's look at why Steve friend is taking such a risk. He's taking a risk of basically blowing up his career, a career that is meant a lot to him. He's the father of two small children, and as I mentioned, he's been over a decade with the FBI. So why would he do that? Well, the reason he's doing it is because he is showing giving direct firsthand information about how this agency has gone rogue.

"To have with me one of our Salem colleagues. He's a truth teller extraordinaire and he's got a pretty good right hook as well. I won't tell you how I know that. He is Eric metaxas, the host of the Eric metaxas show. Eric, welcome to one on one. It is my honor to be with you. You know how well I think of you. You are a brother and cause. And I'm just so grateful for you Sebastian cortex. All right, well, truth, tell us together because we don't have time for anything else. We've invited you on because you have a brand new book out. He's the author of a whole library of books, the most important one I would say is a bond hoffa pastor Marta. You've got to get that as well. Eric, let me we'll work into the book as we go along. But first things first given that the phrase American church being in the title, I want to get your response to my sadness. I am an optimist. I chose this nation. I think all Americans are by dint of being American optimist, but if I look at the last two years of COVID, I see a nation, I see a civilization betrayed by our churches. I'm a cradle Catholic. It doesn't matter what denomination, but I see church leadership basically absent. Is that too tough? Sebastian, that is literally the whole point of this book. It's the shortest book I've ever written. I'm convinced, unfortunately, it's the most important book I've ever written. It is precisely to what you just said. My thesis is that the way the church is behaving today is precisely as the German church behaved in the 30s. It is an abdication of its duty to God and to its fellow man to speak the truth and to be bold and the question is, what was it that made the German church behave in that way because it is precisely the way the American church has behaved. "Point I'm trying to make is J. K. Simmons. You know, listen, yes, he looks good for a man. He's 60 goddamn 7. My father died at 61. I'm going to be 16 a few months. I can't look that way anymore without chemical help. You know, I love the guy's a good actor. No doubt about it. I think, well, I know. He probably thinks he's in line for an Oscar nomination for playing Fred marks in being the ricardos. He was very good. That movie is fantastic. And if you got nominated, I wouldn't care because it was a great movie. And I love the movie he did when he played the music instructor with the kid with the drums. Sorry, I can't think. You know what I'm talking about? It was unbelievable that movie. Oh my God. Whiplash, whiplash with Miles Teller, Jay kids, J. K. Simmons playing the music instructor. And Miles Teller playing the drummer, trying to get things right. And J. K. Simmons is not accepting any bullshit at all with the tempo and the speed. It's a brilliant movie, and it ends on such a note that, oh my God, it's brilliant. And that is much as J. K. Simmons work. That really brought him into the forefront of everything. That movie. So either way, he thinks he's been told he feels he's heard. He's in line for an Oscar nomination for being the Ricardo's. So as people must have told him, hey, Jay Kate, get out there more, show yourself. What is it you like to do? You're a health nut, getting the gym, post pictures on Instagram. "Promised you that we would get an update about our friend doctor Simone gold who has now been in prison for 6 days because of her involvement in the January 6th insurrection hoax. I'm so angry about this. Some of you know that the other day, I give a speech in Washington D.C. at young Americans foundation where I talked about this. And I basically said to other people who had spoken at the conference like Mike Pence, I thought, if you're not interested in what's going on with doctor Simone gold, if you're not talking about this and trying to do what you can about this, there is no way I could possibly be interested in anything you have to say. We need to focus on what's important in America. And so I wanted to get John strand on that John strand is the creative director of America's frontline doctors, some of you know about America's frontline doctors. Obviously doctor Simone gold is the founder of that. So John strand, welcome. Thank you so much, Eric. It's great to be with you and it's great to have such a fiery truth teller as a friend and supporter. So we're grateful. Well, I just have to tell you we're living in crazy times. I didn't sign up for this. But I am just so angry at people willing to look the other way. I want to say shame on them. To every Republican who is not addressing this, shame on you. Shame on you because this is the elephant in the living room, no pun intended. This is what we need to be talking about. And if you're not talking about it, it tells me something about you and about your priorities. So John, give us an update on the whole situation. And your involvement as well. Yeah, thank you, Eric. It's a very intense situation, and as you said, it's really, really important. It has very significant consequences that are far reaching well beyond the immediate impact to anyone particular person, whether that's doctor gold or myself or other Jan 6 defendants and so forth. But yes, today is August 1st, 2022, and doctor gold has been in prison for 6 days. And there is still no equal justice in America. And the root of the problem is the loss of equal protection under the law as sacredly codified in the Fourteenth Amendment. And that's what really is at issue here.

"In today's episode, we pick back up with our guest. So Zack teller. In the first part of our discussion, we began the conversation on what the differentiators are. Between a senior engineer and a non senior engineer. He may think that you're a senior engineer based on your title, but in these two episodes we'll talk about that mindset shift. So as also created senior mindset dot com, we talk a little bit about that in today's episode as well. Thanks so much for listening to developer T, let's get straight into our discussion. This was Zach teller. But the other incredible goal. It's just going to say this, it's incredible how these fundamental things, I think when I was a younger engineer, I thought, okay, the hard part is in the algorithms, or the hard part is in some kind of design specific, the specifics of the way that I'm dealing with this stuff. The data stuff is all easy. We just throw it in there and then fetch it out. But all of the other things are the hard part, but amazingly, these system design problems tend to be where the biggest opportunities are for seniors. Yeah, because especially with modern computers, algorithms just aren't that important anymore, because compute is very, very cheap. And at least on the web programming, we use languages that are so slow that it gets overshadowed by the slowness of the web as a platform. A really cool example I like to use is when people have a function that makes three API calls and then it then does some data manipulation or an algorithm with an array of a thousand elements. And they will spend so much time with all complexity and looking at that algorithm 4000 elements and obsessing over it and figuring out how to make it perfect. It's like, yo, you're spending half a second on making three API calls. Wouldn't you want to look at that instead? There's going to be much more effective use of your time, right? Exactly, yeah. Yeah. I think about complexity a lot, but I don't think about it a lot because I'm dealing with it in an algorithmic sense. I think about it more as a mental model. And so for that reason, I'm excited when I hear that people have some kind of formal understanding of that because I can have that common language..

"It's one of those moments. Where as somebody who studied american history had no idea that one state department clerk left with all these important documents. Washington's papers the constitution and on the way out the door noticed the declaration of independence hanging and said. Oh my god. I almost forgot to take that. Yeah absolutely sarli yeah. It's a fantastic moment and let's talk about. I want to transition into your latest project. But the last one. I want to talk about for a minute is political parties. Because that seems to me to be the antecedent of your next project which is american election the wicked game but in that particular one. I loved how you started with the story of the candle maker in germantown pennsylvania in seventeen ninety five and lindsey one of the things that i loved about that is you guys put that into perfect context in the sense that this is only a few years after the constitution has been adopted. Its during the end of george washington's presidency. We haven't had a contested election yet and yet this moment where they look at the fracture and see it. Start and say well. Maybe this temporary. I don't think anyone understood. What sort of nation. America would be or what sort of government the united states of america could be. This story started out in seventeen ninety five just six years. After george washington was inaugurated as the first president and it was washington for eight years that held this country together without to much strife just through forced personality and nostalgia for the patriotism of the revolutionary war era but very quickly disagreements arose we had federalists and democratic republicans with fantastically different views of where the nation should go and by seventeen ninety five. Those cracks were definitely showing. It's fasting that the antecedent to your next project. American elections wicked game very much was and in fact. It was almost the same idea. I had been talking with wondering about a series that explored the political history of america and at the time they had decided. Well that'd be a great series for american history tellers and at six episodes it was but as we got closer and closer to twenty twenty and the rhetoric seemed to be more and more inflammatory. I went back to that series and realized that really. It's always been this way. And if it hasn't been always it's been that way. Which was just as bad. And i felt that i wanted as a mission to re educate the american public on how tumultuous american politics especially presidential electoral. Politics has always been you. Think it's bad now you're right but it was also bad then and realized that this has been a swirling churning pot of disagreement from the very beginning and maybe even take some solace out of that so that was the genesis of american elections wicked game which takes its name from a john adams quote. He wrote his his wife abigail and suggesting that he was going to stay out of it. This silly and wicked game. It's an ambitious project. Much more ambitious than the others did that. Give you pause as you embarked on this. No it did not. Once i had got the the buy in and enthusiasm from steve walters the head writer who now has worked on a jackson with me space race with me on history tellers wrote the iran contra american scandal series wrote eighteen sixty five. I'm very familiar with him. And his ability to understand my voice and intentions and bring his own to his work so when he signed on to help me bring wicked game to life. You was full steam ahead. We both understood the mission and we both knew that we could make a very very well researched and tight historical documentary. That was as entertaining as anything else in pot gasoline. Well i have to say you have succeeded. Let's take a little listen from the beginning of your episode on the election of eighteen hundred. It's monday march. Six seventeen ninety seven in philadelphia pennsylvania. The son has set in. The streets are quiet. Two men stroll down the sidewalk newly elected president john adams and his vice president. Thomas jefferson. they walk in silence and enjoy a rare moment of peace and quiet their bellies full with food and drink. A mind's racing of the most immediate issue facing adams young presidency. Us relations with france after a moment adams breaks the silence and asks. How is your conversation with mr madison. Jefferson hesitates for a moment. Few days back just before. His inauguration adams informed jefferson that he would be sending a piece on boy to france to put an end to the ongoing trade. War had wanted madison on the job. I told them of your offer. And mr madison has declined. I see i did everything. I could to convince adams drops the conversation returns to his thoughts. Jefferson is the leader of the democratic republicans whereas they were often called the republicans. He desperately wants a fellow republican on the peace mission so he presses the issue. Will you demand mr madison's acquiescence. No i will not. Perhaps then i might suggest a few alternative candidates. Adam stops walking for a moment and turns very serious since last we spoke objections have been raised by several friends of my administration after consulting damn in my conscience. I've decided to replace mr madison with someone. More suitable jefferson bridles. Knows exactly what. Atoms means more suitable. He will replace madison with someone less partisan or rather someone less republican a federalist before jefferson has a chance to protest adams cuts them off. The piece on boy will happen. Mister jefferson with or without representation from both sides of the federalist question. Do you understand yes. Mr president jefferson bites his tongue. He doesn't say what's truly on his mind. He didn't accept the vice presidency to help. Adams further the federalist agenda. He had high hopes for a bipartisan administration. Now just a few days into adams term. Those hopes are dashed. The two men come to a fork in the road on their evening stroll on the corner of market and fifth streets adams must go downmarket jefferson down fifth. Two men say their goodbyes and part ways each walking in an opposite direction and lindsay. Why i wanted to highlight that one is to me. That was the first really nasty ugly election and in some ways comparable to what we may see in twenty twenty talk a little bit about that episode and putting that together and what you learned from adams versus jefferson part to right so in eighteen hundred. Although we had witnessed the broiling simmering tensions and faction building that started in washington's administration and went through adams. this was the first moment in which it became. Palpable and a split became probable so adams administration he was a federalist a northern federalist an extension of alexander hamilton and many of the washingtonian policies jefferson was a southerner and the leader of his party. The democratic republicans who were strict constitutionalists and favored states' rights as opposed to the federalists concentration of power at the federal level hence the federalists.

Thomas jefferson Adam steve walters george washington Jefferson eight years Adams madison six episodes adams jefferson monday march abigail two men germantown Two men john adams lindsey washingtonian lindsay
