"Second biggest night was sunday and it was a huge night for people who play dress up as british royals british soccer players As it should be or something. Okay all i know is if ever at the goddamn emmys and i had to sit there. Watching everybody from the ground win on zoom. Not even in the room. I'd be mad. Little small looked pretty fun though. I was liking whatever that venue was. Did it look you know. I think people just like sitting politely over there. And that's with chicago born gillian anderson who then moved over there. What an interesting little story of hers. She's at a great transition into being an amazing british actress. I no one has ever pulled it off like she has. She's truly she belonged to them. And i understand this show. the is always ordeal. And you know who did not help. I'm sorry cedric the entertainer. I thought the opening save rita wilson's wrapping had some moments of funny in it but unfortunately they flew through so of the ceremony. That when you ran into a sketch a pre-tape sketch and really felt like an interruption. I don't know there's something about the pacing where it's like when we got to his comedy. I'm like oh but we don't need this anymore. We're flying through this. There's all these entertainers especially when it comes housing award shows. That are so afraid of doing things. Like you're you're really taking no risks and so zero at all. Yeah every sort of joked that cedric said was expected. And you know. I don't wanna drag the fine people who were working on this show. But if you're making jokes about like madeira and pfizer and johnson and johnson and which one is the better vaccine to get pack up your bags like that was six months ago like a longer shelf life for topical material than it should be and it's no it's not you you had you do that in a month or it's totally this ceremony. In particular it was about two things for me. One michaela cold speech who First of all kept it super succinct and then secondly was like visibility does not equal greatness. Okay i'm actually going to remember that. What an interesting novel thing to say during a ceremony. I do want to say about that. Though at her amazing speech which i will repeat is right the tail. That scares you. That makes you feel certain. That isn't comfortable. I dare you visibility. These days seems to somehow equate to success to not be afraid to disappear from it from us for awhile and see what comes to you in the silent. I want to point out that. Most people sharing that quote on instagram people who i wish would get the fuck off. Listen to heart disappear from it. Became he became the second seed. They absorbing this information about required to take picture themselves crying at the quote and then post had report that out because i feel like the majority of the people share a get will absolutely not go away and that's a good point and then the second thing i was obsessed with was hannah wanting him. What a true freak ca. She went up there talking about the normal people. Yes so first of all look like a million bucks just in the mold of like a robin right or an anti lennox regal short sharp hair thing and then absolutely flipping the fuck up. There's a lot of screaming during award show speeches. I mean she screamed. I'm giving a speech at the emmys and a full shriek. i mean. it was so funny and then she's like give west end musical actress a chance because they won't let you down. I believe that that struck me as an earned sentiment fucking love her. She is fun. i love her. And i'm happy for brett goldstein as well. Although i am now concerned for next year's emmys because as we know emmy voters are lazy and they will continue to vote for the same show every year whether or not the quality has dit and season to. Lhasa is not the move. It is not the moment it is not that girl It is people big pleasant to each other and why around conflict free. And i would like emmy voters to recognize that next year and not just continue to reward ted lhasa but i doubt that they will. So i'm saying this in vain basically But this is also like the crown which actually was good and does deserve awards but give west in british actors. A chance i would like them to have a chance at the olivier's bafta 's wow phob. Ira i've about to get zita phobic okay. I've had enough. I've had enough. This is our shot. Okay this show. And i've had it. We've got through so many british waves as a culture so come on right except for mckay call. I would've gladly lauded her with many more awards and and actually a little upset that she only got one war. Your mind you. I will say the other categories in which she was competing pretty stacked which by the way was not most categories. We're not stacked this year's emmys. I felt pretty stacked but if it were phoebe waller bridge. She would interesting. Like for instance. Something i noticed about this year's emmys and i'm not somebody who is good at this or prize myself and being good at this. I predict every single win. Not that the emmys are likely to throw curveballs because it's about a continuous performance over a season. You're not likely to have polarizing nominees which you always get at the oscars. Somebody who's like kate blanchett and the aviator for example a performance. I don't like but then probably one by a landslide. For example there's something about the awarding consistency and because of that the winners are less likely to be surprising so the award rollout is always like i feel like the right people win but you always can predict it way. I feel like the twist with the amuses always just nominations. You never expect a surprise upset in the winds. But you do get surprise. Nomination in like nj rodriguez Did not expect to the window. Because you're going up against you know what most people have decided. They're going to vote for like from the cipher. Brett goldstein. now that it's a very Kind of jeremy piven and entourage when like the dish. Perec we all love except we like brett goldstone. Oh yeah oh yeah this with them as people. You're we do not think that brett goldstein will drop out of a play because of mercury-poisoning for instance right right and also i'm gonna say that accident sweep. Yeah yes. I do want to say if you give me a small guest starring role of ten seconds in your most likely going to sleep the emmys. Where are the stroh. Emmys what we've got eighty. Now's the only thing we've gotten so far. There's no more season. So i can't shrill and i also understand the lazy emmy voter because i've been i've two years ago. I was given the option to join every year since. And i still have. It signed up because their cars paperwork. Be part of this. But i i haven't either. I don't even like mail from the. Wj barely went in regular elections. Yes to hat to paul lucia gen who i adore and that was nice seeing the three of them up there getting award and then lucia when and again. That is the kind of feel good stuff. I like to see it. The emmys friends of mine getting award. Speaking of jean smart who is of course on mayor town. How did you feel about kate. Winslet beating and you taylor. Joy and michaela voiced some disappointment over michaela. But i think. Kate deserve it because that is sincerely justice genre..

"Access to reliable, high speed Internet like the people living on one reservation in rural Nevada schools started an hour and five minutes ago. We do not have Internet We don't have a way to take attendance to ensure that students are in the right classes at the right moment. Why so much of the country doesn't have reliable Internet this afternoon on all things considered from NPR news. Today at four on W N. Y C. This week's All of it. Watch party is for the Apple TV plus streaming show Ted Lhasa about an American coach who knows next to nothing about soccer, but is hired to lead a U. K football club by an owner who wants to see the team fail. The owner, Rebecca got the team and a divorce. And she wants to hurt her filthy, rich ex husband by driving the team into the ground, so she hires Ted Lasso. The one thing No. One counts on is that Ted Lasso is someone you don't mind being around. Maybe at first you do because he's sort of corny, saying things the team like our goal is to go out there like Willie Nelson on a high But he's a really decent human. In fact, having him around, make some things better. The show dropped during the pandemic. Ted Lasso became a hit the old fashioned way. People watched and told other people and so on. And so on. As one Youtuber wrote, Quote. You think the concept of an American football coach leading a Premier League football club would be cringe? But instead, they turned the idea into the most wholesome, sweet drama these I've ever seen. Here's an example of the show that has become a meme. It's this encounter. Coach Lasso is talking to Sam. He's a soft spoken player who doubts himself and just messed up. Hey, Sam. Coach. I'm sorry. You know what the happiest animal on earth is..

I was watching ted lasso of course in that most recent episode. Where when nathan coach nathan is trying to learn to buck up and get what he wants. He's trying to request a table at a restaurant and he tries requests the window table. And there's very unkind. Hostess denies him treats them very poorly. My question is underrated. they're overrated getting a good table at a restaurant. That is a complex answer. Yeah define good but what do you think. Do you ever tried. How often do you guys try. And th- or how do you think about like which table you're going to get where you're gonna sit on date at a restaurant. I mean like weirdly. I not that. I get to dine out all the time anymore. But when i don't get too personal i go to restaurants. The cool story tells the cool tables that in they're fucking. I usually get the best. Yes tell us why they're better. Yeah i mean you could be. I know you're trying to be humble about it but we want to. I want to so there's okay there's from. What i know is my own experience. Sometimes the cool table is like your people would think they're they're like dead center. So arrow can see you. It's like in my opinion. That's like when you go to like catch or like what are those fucking club clubs drawn. You know what. I mean where you have to be seen where you're not going there for the food you're going there to fucking drink tito's vodka or whatever the fuck they drink those clubs and the really great restaurants privacy. You're there but you're not there and and those of the tables you want. You're not ever front and center your lemon nominally of the architecture where you can't be seen really but you can see everything in the restaurant. Yes yes and it's also a lot of times. Maybe a bad table. Technically a lot of people may see 'cause like be the back corner right but it might be a booth that has a giant circle that you know at some future that some other tables in the restaurant don't have or it's scott. Its own bathroom in the back or It just like you just know it. It's hard to explain. There's no written rule that this is what the best table is. But like you just sort of know right. 'cause it's usually where they put the best captain or server right like if you go there long enough you realize like oh it's using on the front and here's another thing. The best tables are almost are never in the front of a restaurant at the fucking window. See this is part of that. Ted lhasa round like he wants his window table in the front. And i was like. That's the last honesty argue. That better table that he was eating at was actually the one that was at the back. Would you want. That's the worst tables being. Listen i loved last. So i'm not nitpicking. Out i understand why but it was like one of those things that are like made for tv. Not reality But the best table is like far away from everything. I don't have to see fucking people when they're walk in like the worst table. Oftentimes like you're upfront in your right where people walk in the door. That's that's terrible. There's like you know. I think we're talking you know there's there's like very special tables that are sort of private dining rooms and things like this but i think within any given restaurant. The variation in quality from the worst table to the best table can be pretty wide and like for example zuni in san francisco. I love zuni. Great wonderful place to eat. I think it has one of the best tables in a restaurant you can say like a it is bhai a window but it's like it is one of these anomalous corner things where you're kind of recessed and you'd have to like bank cats and tons of room for four people and it's like a. It's a perfect spot. On the other hand. I went there. One time with a cheryl. Another sad sad story about christian. I went there one time with a friend and we were. This is when i was in college and we were gonna meet a. We thought we were going to be two girls there for a date but they just bailed on us so we were just gonna be our buyer sells and we're like oh are four topics and that was the first date remember. That jamie was beautiful. No i'm just kidding. Not with jamie. So i was like oh are four. Top is a two top now. Can we just switch tables. And they were like. Oh yeah but the only tables is a a side by side table. And i was like nineteen was like i don't know what side by side table means. I if that's i assume it's next to other tables right. So that's fine of its side by side with their tables but it was just like such a thin table in such a narrow passageway that it meant that the two of us were sitting side by like the fake yet like next to each other not facing another just side by side so worst possible table. I don't know. I kind of love side-by-side tatum side. Because you don't have to see the person he did not want to be. I feel excited by side. Like that's different. i guess. Pretend you're eating alone not like you know. It's like eating at a bar. I like eating at a bar. Because like i don't have to directly talk to somebody that's awkward as fuck. Yeah that's when you're alone. I guess it just gets awkward to be with your dude friend alone. Even when i.

"Somebody just coming in inexplicably hostile or oppositional in mysterious in her ways Like we had at the beginning of the season that we really get to a point. I think our relationship as viewers mirroring. Hers ted yes. I was listening to embrace that. I was going to say like you know that point that you made earlier about like her. Not waving back at ted right. I think structurally our relationship with sharon at the start of the show is is meant to be like ted's relationship so there is like the feeling of her of her getting closer which is represented in her acts we. She's like absolutely definitely like moving forward through rose in the very old and i feel like there is like that level of of like an enigmatic quality to share in from from ted's perspective and so much of the show given that is called ted lasso is that we should be with ted. But it is interesting that it's like Ted is the one who's kind of at the frosty. Remove this season in in a way so like if that felt strange felt odd like on both sides of the line. I think that is like very much like architecturally by design for the story. And so i think like this episode of feels like it just like talking that stuff through even antonio i feel like that stuff that feels very very deliberate and this does go a really important episode for like the ways in which things are going to move hard for for both of these characters. Lots of stuff coming out of vulture this week. not just the seren- aisles interview but a great op-ed from ama- marfo that you can read. Ted lhasa reveals its long game..

"I mean you know. Pick your show. Like whatever has any relevance right now ted lasso if you write a piece about ted lasso the all the only people who are going to click on this piece are ted lhasa fans right. Nobody cares about this. Nobody else is interested in reading a piece about ted lasso unless they've watched atlanta. Maybe there's a handful of people who watch it and hated it and you're still wants invalidation. In their opinion rate but like for the most part even those people have their own things at their fans of their own things. They want to fill their time with their own things that they care about. Those are the things that are going to be interested in reading about online. If you watch ted lasso because your significant other is into it. You're just like all right. I'm going to read a book through the second half of this then when you pop online the next day. You're probably going to be thinking about something else you know. I mean it's not. It's i just don't think people i mean there certainly are people who go and seek out disappointments in life but for the most part. I think that people are finding things they love and care about and you know they get their kicks by loudly defending it online absolutely true and also what about the critics who set themselves up to write about ted lasso or something like i'm your clearinghouse for ted lasso. Recaps talk opinions or bigger than that star wars mart. whatever it is What happens right. Is you set yourself up that way. You cultivate this audience of fans those audience. You're talking about that. Just wants to read about that single subject. Essentially that's most of what they wanna read then. Are you allowed not to like the thing you write about. Are you allowed to be like. Hey the bad batch fine. It's kind of a cartoon because sometimes doesn't the audience get really mad. If you say that and say wait a second. I came here because we all love dead lasso and star wars. And you're telling me you only kinda love the most recent product of that universe. That's not what i signed up for. That is not what i want from you. And doesn't that discourage perhaps some nastier critical opinions yet. I mean there's one obvious example of that. And that's game of thrones right. I mean there are. People were made entire careers at have being. Game of thrones critics in podcasters and whatever else And by the end of the show. I think the general consensus had turned on the show to the point. Where like you were allowed to just beat to shit on it. Even if you were like the go-to person right mallory. Jason did it at the ringer. Were you know not huge fans of the last season. And i think they're open about that. Join robinson a vanity fair. I think she was pretty critical of it too. But when you're part of the connoisseur ism you know the appreciation culture. It's more about the people than it is about the the critique rate. So if you're if you are if this is jason. Talking about game of thrones or if it's david and brian talking about you know star wars or whatever else when we're going to have these conversations weren't it's not just a uh shitting on whatever movie we saw. You know you find the things in it even amidst the shit that you like right so you can you be the go-to game of thrones and you can say you know that episode wasn't that great but you can still be like look at all these easter eggs or connect like the mythology. Let's let's tease out. How what we learned about the world of whatever exactly. There's always things that you can. You know it's just like everything else in life and i mean if you're like it oh at a really boring football game. You're gonna start like getting your get your kicks by like loudly cheering ironically or like by you know by by staring at somebody in the crowd or just whatever i mean you you'll find other things to occupy your mind. That's what people will do in criticism now too young. By the way you'll let two or three years ago by and then you'll go back and reassess the final season of the wire or the finals game of thrones and welcome back into the canon because at the time right. We all do that thing. Our old grill. In teammate. Stephen haydn jumped in the comments On one of the tweets about the linski peace and said this re music criticism. I think it used to be more common for certain critics to review everything even albums and genres. They might not know much about now. There are experts and enthusiasts for everything so those people tend to review albums in their area of expertise. I remember when you and i were young. Anne star wars movie would come out or a comic book movie before we had comic book movies. You know every other month yeah. Do you remember how frustrated we used to get. Because there'd be some critic at the newspaper or magazine like this person doesn't get this at all like this person doesn't appreciate star wars. Whatever in the way. I do they just completely don't and it was so frustrating that we going ain't it cool news or something to find somebody who actually was in the mythology. I don't let us say that anymore. but what is really funny about that is it has gone so far the other way that yeah i find myself driven back to the generalist newspaper critic tony scott. In the new york times a new york times tv critic certainly their book critics. I'm like i want somebody who's coming at this without an investment in the mythology in the phantom. Yeah i actually want that critic now for i was stuck with that critic now. That is like my favorite critic because i actually trust them to give me a review and actually pant something if they don't like it well and also there are so many other things available to you besides quote unquote criticism or reviews. Or whatever else right. I mean if you if you are a die-hard star wars fan you don't need to find. I mean you you certainly can but you probably you know. Say that a lot of that that thirst by just reading the fan blogs and the twitter accounts up to the point right like it doesn't need to be just a review of the movie but in the end the tony scott review which has always been an important. You know the the new york times move reviews have always been an important part of the discourse roger ebert reviews when he was writing them Obviously like you know. Probably kale before him. I mean they've always always been an important sort of tent pole and the discussion and as someone. Who's if you're if it's something you're interested in. You want to know what they say so you can. You know sort of react to it did understand. Even it's a dissenting point of view. What it is. It's a positive you feel great about it. You know but it is but a lot of ways. It's a totally different point of view. It's it is an outsider point of view. Even if tony scott can write with a better eye towards you know whatever he saw at the film festival last month and most other people in the world there's gonna be some things that he still treats now and when you're a generalist even within a specific genre you can be a generalist. You're going to be a little bit of an outsider on everything that is how the world is. I mean you. And i both know the writing on the writing for the internet is so much harder than it was reading in print and e because not only does like is is all of the information available to everybody right. It's like the the barrier for entry is so much lower music reviewer in nineteen eighty-five presumably spent more time listening to music and having her and and having access probably office music libraries are home music libraries that none of the readers had any access to right. Yeah yeah and it was in the whole thing was. Do you have all these yeah. Do you have all these cds and disk in your house. The and listen and reference yet and you don't you don't and so you would just take them at their word rate if you. I don't remember even if if you thought you disagreed with him. You would just assume that they have the you know they're right and you're wrong in now. Not only does everybody have access. There's no barrier for entry is so low in terms of just the knowledge base. All you have to do is pull up spotify. "Always a thousand twitter followers already in twenty twenty one. That's tough growing. An account on twitter is the most difficult place to grow and account. If you like who cares you thousand no big deal. You've got forty thousand talk. Two hundred forty two thousand. That's right speaking of sports as i mentioned last week. Speaking of sports again as i mentioned last week on patriots dot com slash. Ross bolan podcast in my column that supporters of the show. In our enforcer or og to your may have read. I do not have a fantasy football team this year. My first fantasy lists seasons. Since i was fifteen years old and to shawn watson blocked me and the entire texans franchises embarrassment so for the first time maybe ever in my life college football is somehow more exciting to me than the nfl. Even though i don't have a team it's more enjoyable without all the dread and the shame and second hand embarrassment So over the weekend i fully dug in. I rode notre dame minus seven. I was one of many. Who was reminded that mackenzie milton is a person at all. And i lost that bet and i didn't even care because watching this dude. Mackenzie milton come out was insane. So for those of you who didn't watch the game or haven't heard this story yet mckinsey milton. It was a tiny white dude on florida state. That was a top ten heisman candidate in two thousand eighteen and then he had a a horrible injury like his exploded his leg. Yes he played for. Ucf and was playing. I believe in the bowl game in tampa and literally his leg. This is like way worse than the dak injury or like one of the worst leg injuries in football history. Alex smith equivalent. Yes and he hasn't played football since Like his leg died on the field it was it was over. He returned to football for the first time since that injury in two thousand eighteen on saturday or sunday whenever the game was there was weird schedule this weekend because of the long holiday But one of the doctors that worked on him said that he would never walk in without a pretty severe pain after probably in. This dude is slang and get out there on the field. Like just one of the coolest most inspiring sports stories. I've heard in a minute. Like i was sitting there watching him. The first possession. He drove down the field and scored a touchdown. And i was thinking about. What is it about this moment. That i would have missed when i was a little kid. And it's the amount of work that went into him. Getting back there that i would never understood as a child that like now. I'm looking at it. And the reason i'm like you know my hair stand up on my arm is because i know this dude worked. I three years to give back for this one moment where everybody in. The stadium is holding their breath the entire drive because he's getting drilled every play because he's like five six or something or at least that's what he looks like out there it looks more than drew brees and it just. It's just amazing. The he didn't just say fuck this. I'm gonna go to student or a normal college career and find a job right. Yeah he he was still on. Ucf and eventually you heat this whole time. He was like. I'm going to get back into coaching. Staff like yeah. We're not gonna plan for that. You try in the mackenzie 'cause the doctors were like. That's yeah that's probably not going to have. Yeah and he kept trying eventually the. Ucf okay. yeah you're like. We're going with this guy. I dylan gabriel. Still and so. He transferred to fsu and the coaches. Hey we're not guaranteeing you spot because you being idiot again. He was back at this point. He's still recovering. It could have gone back out. There got hit once and been like. Oh this didn't work out. I think mackenzie number one. I've been watching it for years and my brother is an insane. Ucf fan oh. Dan rea gesture close. Friend of mine says true diluted. Ucf and i've been forced to watch mackenzie play for years. He's so good like if he was. He is a one of those quarterbacks. You get we're like oh he's only good because he's in the aac's in power six commerce or a group of six whatever five whatever the fuck whatever it is now. He's in a shit leak essentially and now. He is a phenomenal quarterback. And i hope that they go with him over this other dude because like what a story man you could hear it in. I could feel it in the stadium and you could see in his teammates. It was it was it was wild and then oh by the way. The seminoles covered as was him. Good teams win. Great teams cover. They fucked me. And i lost money but good for them but the commentators came close to making me ride the full roller coaster from like i mean literally was rooting against my own money and for mckinsey milton during that the first drive and then fifteen minutes later they had the commentators had soured the entire story to the point that i was like hoping this medical miracle gets trucks ticked. Because they wouldn't shut up. It was bad it would. And i know it's a crazy story. It's really cool. But the way that they overdid it like the sort of the amount of theatrics that i got. It made it to where people watching like okay. Are they exaggerating well. How much this kid had to do to combat like. That's how sort of over the top they made. It feel like they didn't do a great job of delivering it in a way that the audience would nearly understand to the point that it got annoying for me the call him a medical miracle. Yeah which even if he is like come on guys. It's a football game. Yeah people are. You know there's people who are like real world issues going on here like i hate that about sports. It's one thing that kind of weird me out like. We pretended sort of the end. All be all in. When we're in the midst of it like with the commentating. Everything and and i get it. I get it. It's supposed to be a distraction that helps us with the realities the harsh realities of the world. But like i. It's one of the things. I loved about the demonstrations that that started in the nfl that caused so much backlash because it was like. What the fuck do we act like. This is removed from everything else. It's not directly connected. We should be embracing that like sports. And life are very much intertwined in our society and everything that we have gone so ross watches. ted lhasa. One time assoc talking about politics and sports i'm I'm like halfway through season. I guess. I'm you're caught up. Primary four episodes three four episodes in a season to.

"Yeah look i'm excited to see it. I just don't know when. I'm going to make it to a theater to see it. I would watch every movie at home if it came out. Greg so would i. And i have watched basically every good movie in the last year at home and i love the convenience of it but would you be willing to watch every movie at home if you knew it would end the theater business as you know it became and business off you will and then eventually no no. No i disagree. We have to collectively make a decision. We're either going to go back to. I mean guys like mason are always go back. I mean it's in his blood right. But it's the guys like me. And you. Greg that are going to make or break the theater business and i really don't want to see a world where you can't go out on a on a night and go to the movies so i'm willing to get back into the theaters. If it saves the theater business. Mike mesa those theatres that are next studio. La live did they survive. I believe they are still open but we lost the arclights. All the arc lights. We lashed someone right around the corner from my house including the center Madonna and it's this has been really really hard on theaters. I'm trying to get out there and support my lok there. You go thank all right onto the next one shot clock thing. That's good yeah. Ucla basketball is known for only hanging championship banners. They don't celebrate final fours or below. Just how it is. Usc football is the same way. They celebrate championships. This is what the big schools do well last week. Athletic director mike bohn had elite eight rings given to every one of the on the ucla basketball players to celebrate their magical run mason. How do you feel about eight rings. I'm totally fine with you. Know generally speaking. I think participation trophies are okay to for little kids. I think you should build self. Ooh okay and in this particular case the fact that usc basketball made it to the elite eight is a frigging miracle. And i think it should be celebrated. Has usc ever gone to the final four. I don't think they. I mean and rarely have been in the elite eight. I absolutely have no problem with this whatsoever. Gray will by the way it was football. I'd say no i would. I'll speak for my usc friends. Because i spent some time with some this past week. They don't like that. Mike bone has lowered the stander of a standard of excellence. Se for example. Usc used to be one of those schools. Where you win or you get fired especially in football and the fact that klay holton mason. I both liked clay. The fact that klay hilton had a losing season had four hundred seven season and they kept him soured a lotta. Usc fans soured fans because they liked having a high standard of excellence and mike bone hasn't lived up to that so i think it's a problem. It isn't taylor you said that. Usc david wessel blows. I wanted taylor had some. What was it what your usc go. The final four nineteen forty and nineteen fifty four. Oh those weren't born okay. All right well. Michael k williams passed away. Yesterday was very very sad. This guy was just an incredible actor and from the stories that i've read. He wasn't credible person to he was unapologetic in his acting and stole every scene on every show that he was in to me personally. His character omar in the wire. Top three actor in television show period yet but as for h. b. o. Shows it's omar on the wire the other two and no order. Twenty soprano of the sopranos and selina. Meyer veep who are your top three. Hbo television actors or actresses. John you can start number. One is larry david. I think curb your enthusiasm is the funniest half hour. Comedy ever seinfeld on steroids. I i can't tell you how many times i've watched curb by myself and fallen over laughing number two. I don't know which actor i would pick. It would rob peter dink lidge but you gotta put somebody. From game of thrones on. That list might be amelia. Clark who played collegiately. I think dink is the guy mays who came the closest to stealing every angry on that. Yeah so he would be number two. And i don't know if this counts but i thought it was an exceptional character. Danny mcbride as kenny on eastbound and down was a show stopping successor. So those are the three that popped into my head. How about you. So peter dink. College is just outside my top three. My top three. Go larry david. I don't think you can start the list. Without larry david number two selena meyers for meyer. The best selina meyer of course Julia louis dreyfuss and the third one is actually my favorite arc on the sopranos is christopher. Mola santi so. I put into their michael imperial who i think was just a great character ended none. I want to spoil ended badly for him but a great character. Peter dinka jr really close omar really close They're they're definitely so many characters that hbo is created. But those would be my great go ahead. And then i. I gave my nose tony. Soprano selina meyer and omar. Okay goodbye michael. K williams played omar. Do you guys know what was unique about omar on the wire. it's why he was barack obama's favorite character omar was feared. Your background with soft shotgun jer. He he ruled every scene was in. He is the only regular character on the wire. All five seasons who never ever said a four letter word. Wow he never. Michael williams just didn't wanna play the character that way and And so he's the one that you know he just. He was in work blue no and he was a he was a gay assassin hood. And you root for him some fascinating fascinating character. I saw i saw l. z. Post something today. That said the asked the show runner why they made omar gay and he said why did i make all the other ones straight to question. Why why are there so many straight people on that show. That's what i say. Hey greg is that it for jump one more. I got one more or go all right. Ted lhasa was done wonders for the sports world. And just basically a general life. Football is life and now us and now players are quoting the show after games as pitcher cole. Irvine had a really bad outing on sunday. Seven runs in two hundred third innings fairy. Ruining it in the post game dresser said to move on. He will be like a goldfish. Have a ten second memory. The direct quote from ted lasso which is incredible. Do you guys use any quotes from tv shows or movies in your everyday lingo here. First of all let me take my wife who was a captain number tennis team when they went to sectionals put little plastic goldfish in the backpacks of all the women on the team and got a big inflatable goldfish. Because she said look this team. These teams were playing a really good. If you get a boat raced have a memory like a goldfish. And they made it all the way to the finals. While so that goldfish thing works..

I've been watching. This marathons of of ted laso should the other night. I went to bed and could not sleep and it was because of ted lhasa and find out what's don't happen to ted man. This show. i do watch the show. Yes i have my friend in dallas on the visit him and he kept talking about it and he has apple tv so he sat me down to watch a bunch and despite him the entire time. And i mean the entire time going. Watch this part. this is funny coming up here. You got to see this watch watch. i'm watching. It was like watching it with less experience but despite him doing it the entire time. I've thoroughly enjoyed it. And i get why people like it because it is a show where you think okay. It's going to have some cynical bite to it but not this character is. it's refreshing. Want something like man when people said that this was a feel good show. Because everybody's talking about you getting tired of life pandemic and you down stupid as people ruining your day cut on ted last. I've said i'll be damned. They are right. Yeah got me. Feeling a little porn moustache. She got his optimism. But you got the shame from game. Yeah man that chick is fine. Because i remember everybody told us they said look is it may not that that none that was bringing that bill say they say man look up in real life and jesus hannah wedding wedding ham. She sold yeah sheets. She's about as tallish. Game of thrones too but yeah man he's characters so you haven't seen this show. I'm just telling you to give it a chance man. Because i'm glad i got on it because the show is getting so many good reviews people talking about it so much people love and his show. I'm sure i'm gonna catch it at the point where people gonna be like man fuck dish. So that's the only go that's already started. I just read at the beginning of last week. There's now the taylor lasts backlash. Backlash is good is yet right. You somehow makes this show is it and all that. Oh he's he's too nice. That's not realistic off. Ted laso backlash course. Wow it just started your fresh on. That bart jesus. I'm so glad. I got in here. Because i can hear people now. Wow you guys. Reload ted lasso. He's really annoying young that to manage show so phoning shows too hard to make you feel good. I heard the backlash. But i'm sure that that's coming up in new york. Jesus christ just won't shut up. How do you people like this guy. Fuck do all right. Everyone raised about this show. I watch is i. i guess. That's alright people will. Then you know what i'm not hip pretentious. Fuck like you. Lhasa ted last saw was it. Good and i have some things i complain about in there but man this show is just. It's just funny. Hit the okay. So if you haven't seen the show ted. Lasso is an american football coach. He teaches them or he's coached american football and people just love him because of his optimistic spirit and attitude man. The guys always always has always no matter how you try to bring him down he always you always has like a saying he always has like a quip. You always have joke. Y'all have something to respond to whatever negativity you're bringing in this situation. Oh well you ain't gonna bring ted down. Ted's gonna bring you right back up. Yeah he gets over there and he gets met with good old british sarcasm and just aggression and it just bounces off like anybody else would have been like. Fuck you guys. He doesn't let that happen. Yeah anybody would have been like especially americans. Yeah oh yeah yeah. America's would have been like. Fuck you you say. Hey would rub it in. Yeah but they meet many media in the whole country about why. Why a wakeup. And i'm not gonna say too much. But they he's been set up to fail when he's been called over to do this. And because these two different sports man. He's coached football not soccer. Which is their football so when they bring him over. And i'm not gonna have the details because you you know. The plays out throughout the series. But he's been brought over to pretty much just mess up. Man just messed the whole thing because he doesn't know soccer that's exactly why he's there because he's going to make the team moves in. The you know wasn't any jason davis. Yeah yeah i like him. Anyway so i'm already partial one of my favorite actors man. I've i am so happy for him because he was a net. Oh it jesse owens movie or something. He was he was in that he was so good in that movie man and he was one. His first time on. Doing dramatic acting are dramatic role in the movie. Just kind of all right and he got looked over for it. And i was like. It's been a better movie. Everybody talking about jesus today actor he is and so now. he's getting his chance. So i'm a little biased. Anyway because i like that guy so much. Now he's super talented. And he kills it here. Yeah but as mandated it. Don't get me wrong. Look unknown if you watch the show. I'm saying things you already heard. Let me just have my time. No corey the backlash is happening. You cannot have phony more before y'all let me just give you one last. Bit of ted lasso optimism before all these haters start trying to bring this showdown which you say. It's already going on. Because listen i'm going to be honest with you the way i really did start watching the show and get into. It is because of something stupid. I mean people now. This is probably was getting mad at the people. The the shows become so popular. Daddy just up. Stupid controversies over. So there's an award you all right martin. I want you because you're going to get you're going to do one thing you roll your gonna look at me like i say it's like it's my fault. Y'all been worn. I really have my interest. Pete because of some stupid has articles out there talking about one of the actors. Here brett goldstein. They say you know something. We don't even believe he's human. He's cgi people at this and he looks like a character from fifa to like. I saw this today. Facebook on facebook. And i've seen this read this and look i'll be honest with you. Is i say silly. But a looked at the pictures. Like i can see it. Yeah i kind of can't tell me if you've seen footage of the story mode. It's like look pretty realistic. And now it's like yeah. I.

"I mean you got to look at how they treated obama manhattan. Still treat them. You know he's a terrorist that they're not classy. Look at them dancing. Dancing like niggers man. Look at you know. I mean and then this guy comes in. He's a fucking talks about. Grabbing pussy is wife has taken and i think white house audio waves opposing news tedious making with and photos and shit and yet they're the classes buck people on earth. Hey look tell me what you like. Tell me straight abrasives w bias but also appear neck like stupid. When i can see shit i told you go goya but it makes sense to me right because like like there's the racist idiots who are like rich racist city it's like who is that appealing to that's appealing to the budweiser crowd bro. Like before i want. That guy is their president. Yeah of course of course no. You're very very much right. Nah man i mean they look say what you want to say but let the time for like trying to treat. People like this stupid is done. I had to tell the woman. I was in hung out with a friend of mine woman on a wednesday night and we were talking about stuff and i just i think she kind of thought i was too angry because she said why did this is ridiculous. So why do you. Why do you say to slow article. What's the difference between races. And you say you. Hey wipe i never said. I hate why he never said that at all. I did say that. I'm through trying to be classy and take up you know. Take the high road with people. I say 'cause now you try to take the high road people try to treat you like you stupid and you actually have to be blunt and straightforward people. You know i feel like today is i. You can look. We don't have to agree. We don't even have to debate about it but just don't treat me like i'm stupid because if you do. I'm just going to be very blunt with you and tell you how i feel. Because that's what happens today. You know people try to tell you like we can see things the riot the capital riots. That that those people were just tourists. They just they were just hanging out. They were peaceful Lot black people started that. I can see what's happening right there in front of me but yet you try to treat me like i'm stupid. Say that you're on their side. Say that you like the like the their dues. You cheering them on. We'll talk about that later. But don't treat me like i'm fucking stupid when i said right there. That's all i'm saying. Well i think that's the big difference now is that we're post fact. In a way that we weren't beforehand you know like bad shit still happened but objectively. We could see something on and be like. That's what that is. And we're past that now. Not only that. We have people who make profits to perpetuate those falsehoods. So that's the thing that worries me but korea. you ted lhasa. Positively things in a carry me over today. So i'm going to stop bitching about it. I'm just gonna right to hope for the best. I'll tell you this. Much man. I i've pissed a lot people off by saying very positive things like i said man i. There's anything. I don't hear anybody. Because i don't piss people off of this man. I don't wanna just black friends. I don't wanna have. I believe i don't wanna i don't. I'm sorry blackbeard. I want black friends. Only all right. I think life is so much better when you have a diverse group of friends. Man you know i just think i don i want friends from all backgrounds and i i would. I would be upset of only black friends. I'll be upset. Only friends of any one group so no. I don't think anybody 'cause i can't afford to i need. I'm stupid man. I need as much enlightenment as i need from. Different viewpoints is so you know. I'm all for like people having a diverse group of friends and a and a base. Anyway anyway sir in biology their strengthened bio-diversity and i think friendship in life. There is also strengthen bio-diversity. Yeah man somebody put a great right here. We shouldn't be hating anyway. We got eighty years on this earth. If you lucky y'all lucky you know there's so much now see that was talking about somebody. That chat tomba missed so much as i can understand people being. I don't care what you're angry about. I don't care if he's gay people. Black people white people dogs cats. I'd i if you're a dog hater. Our cat hate. I don't even understand that. There's just too much stuff to enjoy in life. This person all the food that we have all the places to go life itself so many things out there people remember that you know the more time you spend being angry hate no. That's you're taking more time away from being happy. That's the thing about it. yeah. I've always hated the expression you know Stop and smell the roses. But like i think the point of that is that every single thing. We experiences a minor. Miracle if you ever been super super hot. Water is the best tasting thing you've ever had. Have you ever been really hot. And a cool breeze cools you down or you hang out in the shadows or something like these are small things that are beautiful little miracles that we have every day that i think we take for granted because we're so divided. Yeah y'all need to watch nature series well much when nature series. I look at these nature series. And i'm just kind of like damn that's miraculous in on. I'm not saying that has been god did anything. Just that's crazy that there are so many incredible things on this planet man and people who don't see people who spend time being mad. They're the ones that want to destroy all that shit because they just don't they just don't get it. Don't be one of those people be happy. Enjoy life. It's not realistic to say what percent you gotta be. Happy be positive all the time. No one is that you gotta be some time to nothing gets done but don't let it over. Don't let it overtake you. Man find time to be happy time to sit back and take in wonder font on the look at things you never experienced before some amazing things out there man and is too much to sit around and be angry about like plus. She's you man. She's a nice plus. Hey i'm gonna play aired and we do email and then we're out ads. Do i gotta do some stuff today. I gotta go by a lot of things for this trip that we're going to do to new york. I got above a bunch of cases open. New york is okay man speaking. You know you're talking about getting tickets to new york and you guys are going through a flood right now. I hope everybody's fine man everybody's safe hope everybody's dry. I hope you actually join yourself. I saw a picture of a guy who was out there nasr. He was like flow lawn chairs. Something he was.

"Through peaks and lows math. Hopefully we know for some things we hitting the low this system of checks and balances that we have in place will somehow balances out some kind of way. It's never really balanced at any time. And i don't really know. Now i never. I don't think i've seen a time where it is completely just leveled off always teetering always so. I'm just hoping that that is the case right now. Hoping that we're teetering on side. That seemed very depressed and very dark. But somehow some sort of forces will come in and somehow kind of at least lifted back up a little bit. I don't know the pendulum always swings. But it definitely feels like when it swings to the dark side it stays there a lot longer than on the light side and this is a really dark time corey. No it is man. It is but i mean. Hey look you can't give up on these things man you know. Fortunately there although there's always diligent people out there you know. And i don't want to start talking about. I mean because it does feel like this. But i don't wanna start talking about that we're heading to the handmaid's tale yet. He's definitely is a cautionary tale and it should definitely be looked at as as a precautionary tale in real life but Yeah i don't think we should start thinking like that. I don't think we'll get into that What we see is the way. I look at it because i see what you know with women. Hopefully this is. This is the same situation. Because i talk about it with the race issues that we're having right now. We are such a change at this point. And things of shifting so much people are more open minded about things from religion to you. The i guess the standing of certain people in place used to be in society and where they are now You know the census just came out shows. Things shifting there is there is a. There's a there's a lot of people who panicked. There's a lot of people who are scared because these changes are happening in. They're pushing really hard against that. I'm hoping that the changes that are going on is inevitable and these changes are going to happen no matter what. I don't think we're going to get you know. Stalled at this point by these people They'll push back hard and scary and be angering and all that kind of stuff. But i think that we still have to hope that we're not gonna be you know we'll be pushed back what we won't be held back and understand what i'm saying. That's the ted lasso effect baby. You are so optimistic right radiating positively and i need whatever you're on and apparently is ted lhasa. Yes not even on season two yet. Match which like the season two. Oh shit okay. I'm ready Man yeah maybe should be watching. Ted lasso kind of affect us. Have it on me talk about it. Could end wars. And shit you know staunch pearl abortions and pro-life people are going to are going to fuck and make it happen and this is going to be the thing that solves all our problems. Hopefully ted lasso are comb for president. I dunno i tell you when they look also helps that alerts orthodontic lert hard lurks of or thin. Lert support bank cups that he came in and gave so many. Damn i worked for that one. He helps it. He came and gave so many subs right here. That helps puts puts you in a good mood so anyway. Anyway people the final word on it. I agree with you. We can't be defeatist. I think you can take a moment and be like fuck. This is really bad and then we all have to kind of get back to work because if really good people become indifferent than the forces that want to make this world a lot worse are going to do so on a unopposed. And that's our responsibility tonight. I cannot afford to to to think too. I cannot afford to be hopeless enough and anybody. Who's heard the stories from my parents and my culture my generation before me. You know that these things they happen man and you have to persevere a lot of people go through a lotta things you know but in texas right now. They are really trying to a whole lot of people back. They're trying to hold women back trying to hold the trying to hold voting rights back so yeah. Texas is going through some crazy shit right now in reaction to and mainly as a reaction to trump out because trump was gonna be the shining night so a lot of this stuff is reaction to him. You know to you know to to take power away from women to take power away from people like myself. They've done it with voting the doing it with abortion rights here. They're doing the best. They can just put their boots on. People like us and we just can't let it happen. Man may take years for it to like returned. Of course. But i don't know we'll see it's a real problem here. Is that meal left the country and look what happens when she leaves texas it. Fucking spirals d- hellhole. I mean joking about man. I another reason. Why i kinda feel the way i do like a night of course as you can send very passionate angry about this stuff so it's not like i'm apathetic to it but i kinda expected it told people this and a lot of people. They laughed at me about it. They got mad at me about it. But i don't be surprised if there's a reaction after obama's gone and even after obama was gone i said meant. Trump is kind of a reaction to to obama. Let people. That's not true dust night in. That's like okay. Make america great again. Come on yeah. Expecting a lot of this to happen after after obama was gone. They'll like how fucked at that happened. How the fuck two terms of course. Of course we'll get crazy here and look at what happened so yeah great great. Snl bit with chris. Rock and dave chapelle when they're watching the election night with all their white friends and they're losing their goddamn minds and like can't believe this is happening and they're like now we they're eating popcorn and shit like they knew they were totally aware for this. Yeah man man. It's straight up reaction. A lot of people want to say that is not it is it is. There's a lotta people who thought like shit if you can get up in the white house. That's a little too much progress too quick for me. So yeah all you gotta do is look at how they reacted to him. Oh he's a terrorist. Oh he won't even born his wife looks like a guerilla fucked and then you've got a guy who's his wife comes in looking like a ho. She's she's fucking made pretty much softcore porn but the but the but the classy people. I can't believe that. I remember coming from waco and somebody was a billboard. I should've win. Smith shit on that billboard. These motherfuckers are so delusional. They liked in their minds. This is what they try to what they see and they try to make it happen. They paint a picture of trump. Well he's all fucking muscular shitting. I'm like you know we had the real guy that we see every day. It looks like a goddamn told. What a fucking hairpiece foggy talking. He looks like lumpy mashed potatoes. So like they try to make them like a valiant barrel chested man but he's not that yeah..

"Is there a favorite line from the show that you got to think about that when you have one game? I love the line from Christo. The player football is life Paul's life and you can use that You can replace football with anything and make that and make that work. How about you game I'm going to go with And maybe this is because this is so recent for, um, but he kind of makes you know the captain and season two is is not playing up to his potential. And Ted makes a comment about how the guy's a cheapie and a wigwam and somebody looks at him Funny. And then coach beer goes. He's too tense. Um, that's that one sticking out in my mind the recent right now it's just it just happens just happened so fast and they move on from it so quick. It is quickly. What just happened? Yes, and the accents throw you off to It's a real thinker of the show. The one that sticks out to me to hit on the inspirational aspect of Ted Lasso is the owner of the Football Club asks him. Do you believe in ghost head and he says, I do, but more importantly, I believe they need to believe in themselves. The other one. It's kind of another one of those throw away. Things often related to his. The owner of the team. Who is Rebecca is her name has to a T and he basically I'm not giving too much away. Ted does not like tea. So she, the owner says. How do you take your T? He says, Well, you said, take it right back to the car owner because someone made a horrible mistake. Yeah, so he's pitching to the whole narrative that we're talking about. He's a misfit in a place that he doesn't want to be rather of his Texas coffee right, But at the same time, it's relatable because we Have all been in those situations before. It's just spectacular. Where do we think together? Where do we think this show is going to go? I mean, obviously, I don't want to give too much away, but they're competing in a in a in a soccer league Football League. They're trying to do something that they've never really done. The premise started with the owner at the time, wanted them to fail. That is sort of that That script has flipped. Where do we see this story going? Well, there was there was a pretty large cliffhanger in the latest episode, um, regarding a love relationship that could be happening in the not too distant future here, So I think that's the the next big plot twist there. Something's going to happen with two major characters in a love twist. But in terms of where this could go the you know the options are endless, because it's so well written, and they haven't you know, tied up any loose ends at this point where a season and a half deep into the show and like we talked about Steve, I mean, we could be years away from a finality for this. This could be one of the greatest of all time, you know, gave the thing that's frustrating for me is and I'm I'm not showing for Apple TV. I just I like the show. And obviously I've been saying things that direct that message out there. But I want people to watch this show and the frustration is in the current TV environment. Unless you have Apple TV, you're not going to be able to see And that's for me is frustrating in the old days before you and Brian were walking this earth There was like four networks and three networks before that, where he only had a few choices. Now there's a multitude of options, and my frustration is not enough. People will see this show and that is a bad thing. My opinion. Yeah, I completely agree. Because I So that's why I was kind of hesitant because I have. I've got Netflix. I've got who I've got HBO. Max. You know, you already subscribed to all these different places. And What ultimately happened with me with so many people were talking so highly of the show like you know what? It's worth it. First of all you get up again. I'm going to do the whole shell here for Apple TV. You get like a week free trial. She can try it out Birth through episodes. See if you like. If you don't you don't have to, You know, Make sure you can slip before your credit card is charged me. Ultimately expect it's become worth it because this show has been so good. It's very much worth the five or six bucks. Whatever it is that I'm going to end up paying per month for Apple TV, and the other thing about this is I really feel like there are some shows, um, like breaking bats considered one of the best shows of all time. And I know people that don't like rewatching breaking bad because it gets so tense. This show has such a high re watchability. Um, it just rang so high like I've no doubt that once the second season is over. This is a show that before the third season, I'm going to watch. As you know, I'm going to watch seasons one and two before the third season, probably two or three times because it's just so easy to to sit down and watch and absorb. I think we've been very enthusiastic about our love for that last. So I spend the five bucks a month. That's the best movie it's worth, I would pay five bucks an episode. That's a good spend the five bucks tell me I'm wrong because I don't think I'm wrong. I don't think games wrong. I think Brian's wrong and there's a multitude of other people that I just love this show. Thanks, Gabe. Get back to your golf. I will. Thanks for having us. All right, Brian. Always always great to talk to you. Thanks for jumping in Ted. Last song. I'm not showing for Apple TV, but I'm telling you for me, this is one of the best shows on TV. Of all time and I've I've been around probably should combine these two guys ages. I've been around for that long, so I have some wealth of experience and knowledge in this area. It's it's in my mind. Almost in the realm of the office. Mash. Great ensemble casts. Every show stands alone, but it also stands in the context of these series, and that's the cool thing about Ted Lhasa. You're listening to.

It was just over two hours two hours and twenty minutes long. And think automatically. Don't like movie whenever it's that long. Gimme an hour forty five nothing more but you like the avengers and those are really long. I could've done into parts though but two parts immediately give you watch that watch. The show watched three episodes of the show called nine. Perfect strangers with nicole kidman. It's it's probably going to get good. I don't know that i'm there. Yeah you're not there. I like it. But i mean i'm i'm hopeful that i know that the other ones you're right like i think they're going to get better but i've just heard so many good things about the book on hulu. Yeah it's gonna kidman. It's got the the woman who's funny from mike and molly and she's also she's a drama and they all go to this like retreat and so kayla was like let's watch it hurts good for three episodes in and it could maybe episode four is when it really starts to like. You should reassess some things no so he ran into him. I thought he was an intern at my job. So i was going and he was like oh good and i was like okay cool and then i kept going because i was like. Oh we're hiring new entrance today then so cool because you came office. A person who treated celebrity just like a normal person said hello. Move down with your life. You look of anna's totally doesn't remember. That was an accident bro. We weren't allowed to talk to the celebrities like was On the floor you were fucking allowed to interact with so for the next like entire day. I was fucking terrified. Was going to get fired. Because i people saw me say hi like. I knew him and i was like. Oh no i'm gonna fucking get fired. Cool hey man what's up. How are you. that's so cool. Maybe he was so confident that the thought that. Maybe i did know what i'm saying this be a lesson you marcus the next happens. You just need to lead with that. Like who's like jesus davis is in the bodega outside of your work. And your there. You just need to be like. Oh hey how's it going. You just can't be that cool that cool comical. I hope i'll be so confident that it confuse them by doing this guy so cancer i'm saying and then and then remind is okay. You had talked about being on the podcast. Boom were paying. Then they guilty guilt them into but just gets do you. Are you big fan really. I'm not really huge fan of him. I actually found out that this was a character that he did on a bit for like british for like wherever they show the premier league whatever like british version of espn is probably still espn and bse or some shit. I don't know i. I watched it. Yeah yeah so. The character that i know so long ago decided to jerry into a tv show now super random. I like the guy. I'd have nothing against him. And i decided to watch this show and after watching show. I'm a fan love. The guy i'll marcus. Every funky south africa's i fucking love. Jason davis win in his tenure in his tenure at snl he was so okay snl. I have a love hate relationship with us now as most comedians. Fucking do right sometimes. It's sometimes it's awful. We know this. There's always one guy on snl at a time that just defines and era for me right. Now it's back every time backs in a sketch. I'm like fucking nailed it. Every time he does like you just get it. You get my comedy. Brain was always that way when he comes in. He's just like i just has such a arab out on that shines through and the so genuine. I love him in sketches. I love him. He has he's like i mean he's done movies stop. He's he's not like bucket. Tom cruise anything like he's not even like so many things that it's like crazy world But like i love like him and colossal and him in. We're the millers and like there's not a lot of them up drinking little things he's been But but here's the thing about today. He's always been And man the the next guy the second guy. He's always been like supporting. He's always been even in sketches on. Snl he's always like he's never like the guy who comes in and he's a monkey person right. You know what i mean. That doesn't die if he he's like almost like a lot of time at the straight man. That's like responding and has like funny quips so when you said ted lhasa fuck this is google like i still don't know what the fuck says And then when i watched the trailer was like wait. It's just like jason suit against his show. I was bucking so for it. Because he be and this is my opinion before i watched any of this was like i want to see him lead something. I want to be the lead. Because i love how enduring you usually as i love. How funny he usually is. How like every man but like on top of it he is so i was ready or before anything because i jason. If you're out there. If you're out there listening i was the fan. You're gonna look stupid if he sees this. That's what happened. I hey i love you yeah. That's what happened. If you're longtime fan of the podcast. You'll know most of what i say. Most of what i do on this past. Podcast is almost always just a setup on march very fair. so. If i can't set up my friends who can i set up. You know what i mean. I had the temperament for pranks so i gotta get him some other way. You know. yeah i get that. I've never tried. But i feel like if i feel like if i had put a bucket a man as outside your door so you stepped in it. I don't think he'd be like oh. You got me nick. Let's let's do this thing. I'm pretty sure you look at me like your child and be be so bad for a long time. But what's with your in. Mayday say that's the second time you've mentioned mayonnaise.
