"How did you know they're going to get a reaction? I don't know. But I'm curious, I'm curious about that because I don't think your career ever took you out here for a game. But you played in enough difficult places. Explain to those of us who sit around with our feet up eating popcorn during the game. What that 12th man means there are different names for it in other stadiums and Tiger stadium or auburn or wherever you play, but how difficult is that when you're the quarterback of the other team? Well, there's so many little nuances in the game that change. One of them just being the cadence. You go from being able to use a vocal cadence to being able to use silence, which just slows down some of your motions and some of your changes. It changes your ability to communicate, maybe change the play at the line of scrim with your offensive line communicate with your receivers. And if it's not just quite clear and practice and prepared, then you might have a few false starts. You might not be on the same page. There's been several games this year where the away team, you know, they're quarterbacks looking at the receiver saying, oh, it's because they couldn't communicate. And then you have the penalties from that. And I think probably the biggest thing is the momentum. You know what a and M did so special here a few weeks ago is they built a momentum behind them and that 12th man it's helped to propel them in the finishing moments of the game. That wasn't the same team that played Arkansas. It wasn't the same team that played Mississippi state. It was a different. It was a different team. And you know, I think you could even see Zach calzadas confidence. Change within the game. And, you know, when you have a crowd, when you have support, it really does change the way you can prepare. And that's why if you're the opposing team, that's where mental toughness comes into play. It's one of the things that Nick Saban has been so good at for so long is building mental toughness in his players that I can't fully block out all the noise, but I can do it just enough to focus on my job. As the game goes on and you're having to adjust. Is there a mental wear and tear to the quarterback from first quarter to fourth quarter when you're really you're fighting the crowd the entire game. You are. I think there's a there can be a mental fatigue. I think for some of the really good ones, I think they're just locked in. And they're not flinching. They're not paying attention to the noise around. You got better. I love the opposing fans. I love the hate. I almost like I almost like, yeah, I want it louder. That's why in LSU, I would always go to them and come on, you know? Cheer louder. But it was also, you know, like think about LSU. We would get off the bus and they would pour beer all over you. You would walk in and you'd have three generations of family members standing side by side, every single one of them saying something I can't repeat to you, you know? And that's two hours before the game. And you hear it throughout the pregame and then into the game and then by the end of the game and for me, I was I didn't want to shy away from it. I went to embrace it, you know? And I think that's one of the fun things about the SEC. It doesn't matter what stadium you go to is sort of I guess sort of excluding Vanderbilt. That is going to be pretty crazy. Whatever stadium you go to. Before you wrap up, I want to ask you about the rankings because there was so much reaction this week Cincinnati go home, little guy has no chance, all these things that almost were predictable, but I haven't had a chance to get your reaction to especially Cincinnati. Yeah. I didn't really mind them too much. I mean, what's the better solution? You know, I hear people complain, but I don't want to be a complainer. I want to be someone that brings a solution or a better option. And so I hear a lot of people complaining, but okay, then what's the right top ten? You know, where should Cincinnati be? And I also think it's really hard based on the definitions that we're working with. I think that's something that college football should really think about is coming up with clear definitions of exactly what you're looking for because this committee is a little bit different. You could tell they really made head to head, a big deal. Other committees haven't done that. So it changes and that's a little unique. It's kind of hard to understand, right? And so are you going to weigh a schedule or are you going to weigh a record? Which one's more important? We've seen that change year to year. And so obviously, there weighing the eye test more than just a record. So they're saying Alabama, even though you have a loss, we're still going to view you because of the eye test as the number two team. And Cincinnati, even though you're undefeated, the eye test, you know, we're putting you at 6. And so I think it's really interesting, but I would love to see college football even define it just a little bit more. Tim Tebow, joining us, he is announced he's running for mayor of a College Station and Brian after some of the comments here. I think you might win. I don't know about that. There are places you're more unpopular than you're in the league. That's terrorizing stadiums. Tim Tebow, thank you very much. Joining us. And we will take a break..

"Sustain those drives in a big game and then on the other side. There's a lot of question marks for an offense. Yes i know. They got some really good skill players in their backs. Their offense allies now what they were last year their quarterback that is not what kalamata was last year and so they gotta figure some things out. There's a lot of question marks in this game. And that's why i'm excited to see it. You know who's going to be able to fill those gaps targeted tim. Tebow here for a coupla. We'll circle back to where we began because these folks here continue to believe in in the south carolina gamecocks. Let's let's talk about doty for a second. Because he he was heard early on. We didn't see we haven't seen as much of him as a fans. Hope what do you see when you watch him play. I think someone that has a better deep ball than a lot of the experts gave credit for. I think he throws out well thinking miss a couple last week but i do think he throws it pretty well. I think he's very athletic. But i i want to see him when it's his team when it's his opportunity when he gets to play four quarters and big time. Sec football how do you handle that pressure. How do you handle that hype. I think he's he's got all the gifts. I think he has all the abilities that takes to be a successful. Sec quarterback now it's do you have the mindset. Can you handle the pressure. Can you handle the crowd. Can you handle your home. Crowds opposing crowds the big moments in. And i think that is the biggest question mark for him. I'm excited to see him. Because i think he brings something different to this offense than anybody. They've had in a long time. And i think he's got a little bit of stephen garcia and him a little bit. Connor shaw him you know. Stephen garcia was hype but connor. Shaw wasn't that high. But all connor shaw did was freaking out there and win over and over and over again and and that's why i to me whatever the ranked in high school i don't care you know. I played with five stars and i play with no stars. And it's what can you do now. Have you developed. And so when i look at him i see someone that can do. All of that now and the bright lights will he. Tim tebow giving folks reason to believe. And i'm very well. Thank you very much. Tim always enjoy seeing protocol. Tim tebow joining us. "La rapper nipsy hustle. I'm just intensely senior reporter for the undefeated in this episode series. I explored the shared experiences of life as a black man in america with nipsy brotherhood of nba players. Life is a marathon. You gotta keep it going hustle motivate at that like the ethos of being an elite athlete. I don't know what is this is the kings crenshaw listen now on amazon music or wherever you get your podcast backed by the way paul okay. We're back we're just talking to some folks here. I'm getting out of the way so we can welcome our next guest into and that is We're live in columbia south carolina popular guy in columbia. They they always. They're always thrilled to see tim. Tebow show up at the stadium. I'll tell you always had a lot of really good times here though. Shoot playing football. Even playing baseball here always enjoyed it. This is a great place. I'll tell you a furnace as environments go. I think this is one of the best you know. One of the best space out see sandstorm. I loved it. It was always rockin. And i enjoyed that and you always one were yes. We did somehow took awhile guests. That answer would be right well. Tim let's Let's talk about this game for a second because these fans here they looked people like you. You give a lot of people around the world. Hope give them something to hopeful for. Well i think you know where i would start is i think is what their head coach. Shane beamer i think he's the guy that a lot of people really like and i think he had a really tough job. He had to rebuild a culture. He had to rebuild a locker room. I think yet average best talent. And he's got to recruit and then he's also got to get a buy in from his team and i think one thing that they're doing really well is. They're playing hard. Now they're they've been a little inconsistent at times but i think they've been pretty good and playing complementary football offense defense and special teams. I think one of the keys is being able to get luke. Doty back healthy and be able to use his athleticism. Because i think that could give you a chance in this game especially in the second half. You have an athletic quarterback that can gain first downs with his legs. Because without that. I don't see a great path to victory but with his athleticism kentucky so soft defensively and they really make you earn it. They don't give up the big plays south carolina chance of a lot of big plays against georgia. They missed several against kentucky. You're not going to get as many because scheme they play. So you really got to be very consistent and methodically. Move the ball down the field. We're talking to tim tebow. That's game is tomorrow night. I wanna talk to you about another game tomorrow night. And it used to be the premier game in the sec. Tennessee in florida and before we move ahead We last saw you.

"Twenty two of the collected podcast. I'm your host just biondo. And this week i have an amazing guest for you. I'm so excited We have pam tibo. She is a speaker author Mom of one. Mr tim tebow and just an incredible woman of faith. And i am so excited for you. Hear her testimony of just god's hope and provisions and faithfulness throughout her life so pale. Welcome to the show. Ain't you so much before we get started. Because i want to talk about your books in a little bit but i'd love to just hear your story of a little bit more who you are and how you came to know the lord and kind of how you ended up in the book writing business. Well i liked it. Call god story. He's like we all have stories. If we now gotten the longer you live hopefully have lots of them. And that's to me i. I grew up the daughter. An army colonel and so we traveled all over the world. And until i was seventeen. And i went to the university of florida but i didn't ever hear a bible story or no one talked about the lord might mom even though my mom was it chris christian in which he married my dad she just kinda saturday on a shelf and then came back to it some years later when my daughter and i had the chance to encourage her to do that but i i don't know i guess is the most amazing story because i i somehow had a longing for something more i felt like there was something more and when i was twelve years old I woke up one morning. My dad was outlaying goff. My mom slept in. I got my eight year old sister up and we walked by ourselves to church. And i'd seen there was a little church nearby. I mean i can't even remember what you know. Inspired me into that. But as only god could do in that little church there was a visiting evangelist and i heard for the first time that god loved in that me so much that he sent his son jesus to save me in all i had to do believe and i did that day when they ask for an invitation. I came forward. I still can't believe. I had courage to do that. I wasn't especially courageous. But god just drew me in and Then i went home and nothing really changed except my parents wouldn't let me go back because the people from the church had visited our home and they were so embarrassed. I didn't know anything about it. And so i never to return to that church. But i still had a relationship with the lord i think back to just what a miracle that is the drew me there. Lid holy spirit lived inside my heart and he protected me and i realized from so many different circumstances that i was involved in the Protected meeting a safe me pure and then. When i went to the university of florida i was young for my age. Seventeen in it was crazy big environment and i thought that my goal was to have an impact on people. I wanted to have influence. So i tried to get an impressive resume in an add as many things to the list as i could i was in wordy and then sorority will promote you all kinds of things sows in all kinds of events and entities and then one day my the beginning of my sophomore year. My roommate came home in. She had a copy of our school newspaper. And my picture was on the cover in one of those activities and she said it just thought you'd wanna look at that and i looked at the picture and i thought i don't wanna be this girl. I don't wanna be her she so she looks so shallow in vain self-absorbed but i didn't change my life and so I got down on my knees. I really hardly knew how. Pray i didn't even know anybody that prayed Word i wanna change. Can you please help me and two girls knocked on my door. As i was getting up for my knees. I mean it's such a good story. Invited me to a group at the time that was called campus crusade for christ. Now they call it crew and Just the backstory is though in. My husband came to the university for the year before me. He helped start this. One of the founders. He in a couple of other guys founded that ministry on our campus and so they had a meeting every week in iran. And i just loved it you know. I was accepted. Everybody was accepted and cared about. And i learned about The bible an i only knew one verse prior to that in you know i would I would go every week. And then i was so excited about. When i was learning that i came back to this forty righted started a little bible study. I didn't call it that. I can call it anything but this girls that were eager like i was impact on the world. Not make a difference to be to be more than we were so i learned bit and taught them. Maybe we can then touted week after we can all of us descru- in the lord and he just did the most amazing things in our in our young lives in. It was a realized for the first time that my life counted. Because i was having real positive influence. And that's the way to have influence not just make this list of activities and clubs and events and all that that you're involved in but to really have an impact on people's lives in that that showed me what i wanted to have as my purpose for the rest of life that's beautiful and a half. How lee see the goodness of god in your story where he sought you out and even though you didn't have that constant support in those early days of your faith it was rooted in you and he provided just what you needed to propel you along each step of the way. That is so good so as you continue to journey with him from those early days. How is he surprised you along the way. Oh my goodness well. He's surprised me with so many opportunities that i could have never imagined even in that little bible study i still keep in touch with those girls is so many of them they grew in the lord and many of them started their own groups etcetera. And that was. That was the beginning of of how i saw god work but then you know he works in our lives and our families than however he leads us any surprise meet with the with the opportunities to influence others. These also surprised me with The spiritual warfare. That i had to deal with because of that. I needed him so much. I mean you know we were in ministry. We went to went to seminary went to we went to grad school together and went through that and then You know was the pastor and then got cops to the mission field and in the process of all of that you know there. Was there a so many challenges. But i learned that god was such a great god. He's surprised us with as we.

We discuss every year in the competition committee. We kind of sick and tired of taught in that does go on from time to time on the field. We tried to balance the sportsmanship with allowing the players to have fun. And there's always a fine line never none of us like to see that and it's just a question of whether you can have rules that can be enforced without taking the fun out of the game too but nobody wants to see a player taunton and player. "To do it as former players and now as as people who analyze it and see it as as a former guys and experts do you do you believe that urban meyer felt as though you know he was he was making a mockery of of the game by by tibo being brought in as a player. How how. how do you think that that made them feel. How do you guys like. What do you think. The interpretation of it was is the i. Guess what i'm trying to get to. Was the damage already done when he brought him in and he actually was able to make it this far because there are a lot of guys out there that are super talented. Gifted that are sitting on couches wondering if they're going to get a call and if they're gonna get an opportunity to to try to prove it. I mean we've heard some really really insanely intense stories about guys being homeless. I will play football for food. Different things like that and and they ended up getting an opportunity. And it's like they make the team they. They actually made the best of the opportunity. Tim tebow gets the job. Everybody's talking crazy. He doesn't deserve it. He should be here so and so forth. I just wonder if you're a player. How are you looking at urban meyer. It did did. He already do damage to himself in that locker room. Possibly by even giving him as much of a chance as he's given to tibo before the releasing no at least not for me. This world is built on. Who you know tim. Tebow new people which was urban meyer particularly. That was able to get them signed and could that opportunity in should it have gone to someone else probably so but it didn't it. Didn't it went to tim tebow. He didn't take advantage of it. You move on. It happens like people in you know. They're low..

You are correct. He is one of the more polarizing figures in sports As it relates to the comparison you may with yourself and him. I think what makes it different. Is your fortunes came out of this whole situation with the big lead. Where brought about because you put out good work because of your own grind because of what you did that led to other doors opening when one door closed in front of you. Tim tebow got his opportunities in baseball and with the jacksonville jaguars because of his celebrity had nothing to do with his abilities as a baseball player or as a tight end. And i think that's why people were so upset about okay. Do you think that's going to stop now that he's done football. Absolutely not okay. It's not gonna stop like he's he's got his name out there. His name has equity folks. People don't want to talk about this. And i should not bring up his name on the podcast when people went to the voting booth when trump won in two thousand sixteen and was like oh name recognition. I know that guy. But i think it was an accident. I said we'll tim tebow. Make the roster for jacksonville. I'm driving to work. i pull in. I get here and he was cut so there goes that poll question Tim tebow officially cut by the jacksonville. Jaguars released ending former. Qb's nfl comeback attempts as tight end alan. You saw the blocks man. He looked lost. You know they. They motioned him over on the right side and he kind of did one of those like i'm back into you block. I'm but i don't know where i am. I'm just gonna put my fanny and somebody's face. And then he kind of blocked him but it was all an accident and then the next play. He goes to hit somebody. It's like in madden when you press the hit stick button but you don't make connection you just kinda and it looks like you're falling. That's what it was. He's going to get hurt. Somebody's gonna get hurt so watching the blocking side of it. I'm bombed. I did wanna see you know if they actually could get him into the organization or get him into the red zone and try something because you you you got to think he's still got great athletic ability. He caught a touchdown pass out of the back of the end zone. One of the practices while back. But i mean it makes sense when you watch those two blocks. They were just so bad again. "Monson is from pro football focus and nfl analyst and a pod show a podcast host and you can reach him on twitter at pf. F- underscores sam sam. Welcome to the odd couple of. How are you guys and doing well. How about you doing very very well. I would like to ask you we. Just we just talking about tim. Tebow you saw the viral has put it other data ones. Put it out. Very viral video of tim tebow poorly trying to block. Oh i don't even know what that was sam. Do you expect him to be a part of the cuts by the jaguars tomorrow or is he going to make this team. Because urban meyer says he's gonna make it no matter what. yeah. I mean if he makes the team. It's now for football reasons. You know it's a commercial thing. It's the fact that tim tebow has one of the most crazy zealous in lunatic followings. If any player in the nfl you can think of. But he's clearly not tight end. I mean there's you say you know the viral video with one. There's like three or four different horrendous blocks as well as one crazy video that i tweeted where like somebody steals his target. He's sitting there in the whole waiting for a pass to be delivered. I think pave on austin jumps in front of it grabs the ball and pears off into the distance. Like this was not an encouraging debut. If you're tim tebow fan thinking that he can make it as a tight end do do you think. I don't believe tibo will actually make the team. But i do believe he has a chance to make the practice squad. Nba part of one of the guys. That can be caught up last minute without count against the rosser spot. And that's just what it is. Do you think that's a possibility or from what you've seen. No chance the possibility. I mean he is. He's a decent athlete. He's a big strong guy. He's clearly you know a talented athlete in terms of what he spent the last decade of his career doing and most importantly he has that connection where urban meyer like urban. Meyer wants to see this guy succeed. And it's ten tvos willing to spend his time on the practice squad and all that sort of financial implications of that brings with it just to try and make a football team and make make a career out of this at the the latter stages of his his time what he could do it. I think it's definitely a possibility. I think urban meyer would easily spend the practice squad spot on to make that happen it. Just it's a tough sell for the rest. I think of that locker room at this point now to give the guy active roster spot. No i'll guess monson from pro football focus. He's an nfl analyst and podcast host right here on the couple of fox sports radio. Let's talk about the rookie quarterback we got to see over the weekend. Who impressed you the most and wide. "Weighing in saying what it takes to and doesn't tell me baker made build he he he has the qualifications his resume. Just doesn't speak that to me. It doesn't speak into marcellus and the only reason why it speaks to you is because you gotta kind of cleveland brown they drain. I get it. That is exactly why he's on this list because just like marcel is said when players are voting. They look at who is it. Why don't say him because he he might not me up the way for him because he might knock you off the way so let me just put baker down there because they want you know what he hasn't gotten a lot of attention they're teaming in. He did some great big post season but it wasn't enough to say he's a top one hundred. He might be one ten in that window. He might be one twenty five in that window. But he's not taught one hundred. Na our tells you qualifications and you ain't got a pro bowl you ain't top one hundred matter of fact you ain't top to sixty five to sixty six starting to listen to two hundred sixty five at the pros. You ain't one of them. You ain't getting on this list. No higher to sixty five and being real. This is what's gonna really hurt you if we really keep it at one thou- up here in the top one hundred list. Some of these new quarterbacks that might get aluminum if justin we go right now to a park. And i say no target out to the park. So beca squeak. I'll tell had to park right now. We all two thousand of the 2021. Nfl active players. And you see justin feel standing over there. You see baker mayfield standing on their baker mayfield. Only one winning season. No pro bowls just feel standing there like you want me to run it. You want me to throw it. You want me to lead what you wanna do draft in nacho who you draft. I don't discriminate based upon race. And so as a result. I actually think that i would still take baker mayfield anyway way race table. Oh see i had to clean it up. I got to tell you how we feel about today. Jaguars mix i'll speak for yourself. Ten people made preseason debut as a tight end for the jacksonville jaguars over the weekend. And well yeah didn't go so big. The former quarterback play sixteen snaps and finish with no catches. Now tivo also have some bad block and attempt with one going by marcellus. How do we feel about tim. Tebow preseason baby you know i love tibo do my job because i love that moore. You should feel like it was. It was a debut but not a typical debuts. Osco choke me up to my my boy this all right here. We go to not going out there doing something. He's already been born raised to he's trying to debut two things one. I'm back in the nfl and a planet new position. What are bring that up. Because this new position he's playing. I'm not certain. His natural disposition wearing a rare shirt being untouchable and practice all those many years. I'm not sure so sure if he's cut out for this. I'm not so sure. If he's ready for the hood life in the trenches. Because i saw not one but two blocks like this. They'll let me know all not ball if you've been on the block long enough. Have you made that left. Turn into alley because in the trenches dadang on fly big dogs. We are starting to raise our hands. Saying gimme eighty-five if you to start doing this this is really concerning. Because i thought it was gonna make this team in part because they don't really have tied is like that tibo better learn how to catch him better show his catching ability really fast because right now half of his already been taken off the table. He came block workloads. It ain't just that he missed the blocks. It ain't just the fact that well you know what this is first game coach always say. Did you stick knows in there. Did you stick. You knows in there. And i just said this to my little homegirl mattie. She was playing soccer yesterday with all the boys and she was running them over. And i was like kay sticking your nose in their tabled and stick his nose in there so blocked off the table already. Now we gotta turn them into a pass catching titan. Last time. i checked him bricks. He holding right here five fingers on them. I don't think that's going to be the way. Oh this is not looking pretty. I thought it was great sale. Did just stick knows. And i know what it meant but as some people might not know what to me. I guess it's the to the willingness like oh there's a fire over there who will say oh it's hot if you're not willing to do that like tvos okay to get rag doll. We all irag dog after we stick our nose in there. You didn't look like you committed to the moment you act conviction. in the moment there's always gonna be tensioned in nfl. Not everybody wants to hold the rope. T-ball like in a tunnel work. He ain't even hold the rope and ness concern. Yeah tim tvos an incredible human being all. We rather give an incredible human being. Here's ten people is one of the greatest men. I played with them in philadelphia. He was there for the preseason. I know him well. We both used to work at the same company. An incredible human being. But we have to a great job of separating. How great of a man. Tim tebow is from the football player Tim tebow the football player. Should not be employed by the jacksonville. Jaguars based upon talent too much based upon talents to waste of talent. Marcellus wiley sir. I do not mind if someone is given job undeserving but they must very quickly proved that they are talented enough to hold the job. I don't mind if you're giving a job that you don't deserve if you don't mind if your resume doesn't necessarily check out for the job and what you currently hold but you must very quickly prove at least that you're talented or capable enough to hold that position. People played sixteen snaps. We have showed. You will continue to show you two of the snaps. That's roughly twelve percent of the plays. That tim tebow played were atrocious now. A lot of bad plays over the course of the preseason and this first block actually to me wasn't all that bad the objective of an offensive players to make sure that the person you're blocking does not make the tackle. I'll not actually at all mad about this play but that next place one right here on third and five. You just can't do it and you wanna go you in the red zone where games are won and lost. It can't happen now tight end. You have a couple of jobs one to block another to catch like marcellus wiley. Just said we now know tim. Tebow is not a blocker. So you better be most pass catcher a game got and you are physically not predisposed to be that just because the most prolific pass catching tight ends. The game has seen what we got tony. Gonzales standing at about six seven. We got rob gronkowski standing at about six six six seven. We got my dude For the saints. Jimmy graham jimmy graham sending about six six seven antonio gait standing at about one these six four six five six six so just out. The gate tim. Tebow was not predisposed to being a phenomenal pass catching tight and we know. He's not a run blocking tight end so sell i again. Just do not know what place he has on this roster at this junction and time see. I don't like that part when we agree. We can't go too far. Because then i'm gonna disagree with how you've gone too far so relative experience based on why you on a roster and employment and this be real. This ain't the best tight end. Rome not at all could be but that is laughable raising his hand to be one of the worst. That's fine but that so you can't put that on camera. You can't guess what i'm gonna tell you. What else was on camera. Because let's first of all is the table. Let's see is competition before we start saying should he be employed on the dax hiding room. Looks like to blockers a former undrafted. Free agent one career guy in a former six round with.

Shannon Sharp: Kawhi Leonard Will Not Win a Championship for Clippers

"We have some big clippers news and even though there's no timetable set for his return we now know will be sticking around in la. Yesterday quiet agreed with the clippers to a four year deal. They player option. That is worth over. One hundred seventy six million according to ward so shannon will. He lead the clippers to championship. During this contrast this up look at it like this. Break it down like this. We do know that there's a likelihood that he's gonna miss some of the season this year. You're going to be some or is it going to be all. He missed fifteen games with thirty. Gave me say you know what guys. I'm gonna make sure totally healthy because this is what we know about learning history. He does not play hurt. So i'm gonna say this year. I'm gonna wash it up. He played on even though. I think there's a fifty fifty chance. He does play but he missed some games. You better hope. He doesn't play this year art. I wanted to play. I wouldn't i wouldn't play. It doesn't matter to me He we don't worry about we. Don't worry about the other squad but anyway so that's one year so he has two years left. Because the fourth option basically skip. That's an insurance policy. In case the need do give out on it. Because we know his history. He's had some issues over the last several years. That's called the time. I was gonna say they don't scale because i don't believe the nets. I don't believe we are walking out. Don't believe the lakers. I don't believe some of these other teams have some of the issues that they have now. When you signed when you have two guys on deals paul george and aqua leonard it becomes very difficult for you to fill out your roster with significant players basically. You're getting guys who mid level exceptions you guys taking the vet minimum.

"Tebow situation for instance. He earned that that opportunity from that head coach because of what he did for him in college because of the success he gave that coaching college. Because of the fact that he continued to keep up with his body and you know his his fitness has health the fact that he continued to play sports the fact that he continued to keep a high high level reputation. One that Demands attention and that people pay to see You can't take that away from tim. Tebow okay and that has value now. Is there some guy. Come out of college. Who plays tight end. Better than tim tebow. I'm sure there is but has that player put himself in a position to garner the attention. Obviously it doesn't seem like it. But here's the thing if that if you are extraordinary. Add something like unbelievably extraordinary and you deserve the opportunity. Nothing's really gonna stop you. In twenty twenty one from season that opportunity again there will be few cases where people who have super super super super talented as somehow didn't breakthrough but we're talking about in a time where you have internet social media cameras everywhere cell phones. Word of mouth spreads like wildfire. There's nothing that's holding people back from no about something Whether you choose to pursue grabbing the attention that is required you know putting out videos Being active on social media becoming a you know a Influence of some sort to garner attention amongst the peers. That need to know about you That's on you man. That's all you the first of all. You're judging the situation when tim tebow where you don't even know if he's made the team right. This just be a an old college coast. I want an opportunity like throwing a guy you know. Hey i know. I know you know. You ain't making the mets to professional teammate. Looks great which honestly he probably would've stayed. Domestic are so bad it's not bad the team's doing great but they had so many injuries and he probably got called up honestly so it's funny that the way i played out but This is just an old coat. A coach who has success an does a lot of success to a player. You know throwing him an opportunity And just kind of putting his name out there putting them on the radar who knows what it turns into. But it's like i. I don't know if it'd be a starting job but don't forget the other things that he brings a player. Fresh out of college doesn't bring the veteran leadership..

"Even pass the ball. Do actress fevers are come out and said like he was stereo down that he was throwing the ball when he went through the ball to you and so it's hard to know and like you need to know if the ball coming and so i think it'll be interesting and maybe a really good kinda humbling moment for tibo. Because i'm sure he doesn't think he did anything around in the nfl. I'm sure he just thought oh wasn't for me at the time but i'm curious to see him on the receiving end of the passes to see how exactly his thought process from twenty twelve and prior worked out because yeah watching his tape watching his reels and everything was gave me second hand embarrassment normal and it was shocking that the man ever earned the heisman general or a first run. Nfl draft pick. and so. i'm curious to see if he is better and like what if he would've switched to ten years ago when we know tibo now is we do now or would she still be in the game. Would he be george kittle. Ten years later nobody knows. And so maybe this is a good moment to kind of be and it's also great because it kinda shows how the game is changing. This is a whole new league that ten people have not played and yet like a whole new workout method. Diet plan everything. These guys are huge. Not saying pin can't handle it but they're going to eat him alive out there and it's cool because it's like. Hey maybe you can come out of retirement successful. nfl 'cause that'd be cool nfl as along with the mlb like there's some of the most traditionalist leagues out there. That will not change a single thing but finally we're starting to these little things that are happening that makes us think well maybe innovation is going the right direction and not just for the league itself but for the fans and for the economy. I mean big about the ticket sales in jersey sales and everything. That's going to skyrocket. I mean on that note like the jaguars are obviously one of the main teams that are talking about relocation especially to london. Yup maybe the last ditch effort to say a. Maybe tibo can bring a lot of fancy jacksonville. We can keep them here right. I see it going one of two ways one. I think tim tebow is a very smart guy obviously for him to still be relevant this long without having a successful sports career like in the game of sports. She hasn't been successful so i see him either. One you would hope he figured out how to block and catch and all that because he didn't figure that out with the jets but that won't give them the bennett for the dow. Because i was nine years ago at this point so either. He hired some incredible trainers and figured out how to do. It makes talking tonio gates or someone like that while gronk was down in tampa celebrate. Maybe they're working out together. Who knows so. I would hope he either really worked on his game and knows what he's getting himself into or he gets into train a gab figures out he can't and either takes on another role or just goes back the retirement life where he's creating content it. We talk about a business a lot like creating raving fans. Tim was raving fans. Like we talked about. You'll see many. Many jaguars tim tebow fans if he makes the team regardless of if you're jaguar's fan or not just he. You're a fan of depot. So either he realizes that or he takes a step back. And i'm not even gonna let you make the decision. I'm cutting ties with this. I'm going to go back to what i'm doing or maybe step into a mentor ship roles. So that's where. I see it going but again only time will tell it. Sure is an interesting topic and it really could be nothing. I mean i'm not saying it's nothing but if it weren't tim tebow it really is like just some thirty three year old signing a tight end deal and we'll see if he can make it or not but again the fact that it's m makes it something but it could be as little as hey. This isn't even a topic three months now because he's out and he never made a team and now he's back to what he's doing so there's a good chance of that but the there's a lot to be said all around from the matter of urban. Meyer tim tebow to loyalty. And connections and then also developing talent like at the the day the only way he's gonna no matter who he knows what connections Is gonna stay on. That field is if he's talented as tida no matter how much urban loves him. He's going to pull him off the field if he drops five passes it again. It's run over and lawrence sack three times because it's not like there's always so much you can protect that my god. I wanted it to be trevor lawrence. As night started goddess. Feel makes it. Tim tebow team not going to end. Well that's for sure. Yeah that's it. I mean we'll find out. But the sure is a lot of storylines jacksonville which is it. Typically thing they're usually not talked about they're usually just kinda coast in what the times. So again you bring a guy gerber myra and you give them free rein. He's going to create some that lines. That's what he's doing so we'll see how they all play out anything. You wanna add on this front or you on softball now. I think i said my piece. Oh yeah all right. Well thank you guys and wolf force one updated as we go but maybe not because maybe it won't be a story on three months from now All right thank you. Urban Meyer Envisions Utilizing Tim Tebow in Taysom Hill-Like Role

"Got tim t we got. We got number one. Pick in the draft playing quarterback. We got a team. That was one in fifteen a year ago. And now we're bringing it in ten tibo to run a taste him hill style package. Chris canty what do you think of that. I don't like it g. I gotta be honest with you. I mean we've seen him he'll be able to do a lot of things in the nfl. You can throw it can catch. We hadn't seen him to be able to do that at a high level at least not enough to warrant him being able to make a return after a six year absence from the sport so i just think it's a long shot in terms of being a contributor on the field with the jacksonville jaguars and if he's not going to be somebody that's a productive player. I don't think it's worth the distraction again. This is another one of those moves. This offseason got a lot of those guys in that. Jacksonville jaguars locker room looking at herbert. Meyer sideways i going out there and trying to sign. I will strength coach. Chris doyle to be your head or strength conditioning. After what happened with his tenure there and now with bringing it over i just. It's a move that reeks of privilege. And it's a move that could undermine the credibility of your head coach moving

"Tell you the other team. I'm excited about because a complete overhaul. Their allied is at kansas city. Kansas city out was bold and released both of starting tackles from the previous super bowl. Which i think was not popular at the time. But they continue to show that they had a plan and they went out and they were aggressive in free agency You know they got the deal. Done for orlando brown. The added a tiny All of a sudden you got joe. Tony orlando brown at end. They drafted humphries in all of a set. You sign kyle. All of a sudden. Trey smith who many people thought was going to be a first a second round fail to you in the sixth round because of medical. And you start to look at the competition now and there's gonna be a very competitive in rooms with a lot of talent. Their own iram intriguing and the factor with all that talent. All that competition in ally room is that they got one helluva coach. Andy acts that. It has a tremendous track record development. Getting the most out of off its alignment

"And another team and their actions. That aren't making a whole lot of sense now. Are the chicago bears and head coach matt nagy because this week matt nagy came out and obviously he's in a win or else win or lose your job type of situation in chicago but nagy came out and essentially committed to andy dalton as a starting quarterback this week which is just bonkers especially when in the nfl draft. You traded a future first round. Pick to go up and take justin fields out of ohio state number eleven overall justin field as your future. Even if matt nagy and gm ryan pace. Aren't there certainly hoping that justin fields shows enough. This year this season not just to save their jobs but to position the bears to go back to the again and maybe win a playoff game and show that there can be some promise with this quarterback in that franchise and i think the justin fields has that ability. I think that when you watch him he can make all the throws. He's won a lot of games at ohio state. He's not your typical state quarterback he committed to penn state transferred to d- committed to penn state rather went to georgia faced a lot of adversity in georgia overcame at ohio state. One big games has all the arm strength. has all the accuracy can throw on. The run is mobile. And you're gonna put him on the bench holding a clipboard behind. Andy dalton

Is Urban Meyer Taking a Gamble With Tebow?

"The biggest story in the nfl right now. is tim. Tebow and the jacksonville. Jaguars on friday afternoon. The jaguars sign boat to a one year. Nine hundred fifty thousand dollar minimum deal as a tight end. His jersey makes up the top five selling items on the nfl shop dot com store. Now figure that out and to me urban meyer's really running the risk of losing his locker room here because if you talk to people inside the league if you talk to executives and other coaches there's a lot of genuine skepticism over urban meyer becoming. Nfl head coach generally. And there's a sense that it's four more likely that he flames out and never wins a playoff game than it is that he winds up winning a super bowl when this experiment bringing in tim tebow not necessarily even as a quarterback you have trevor lawrence. They're bringing tim tebow into that locker room in two thousand and twenty one and having him sing for his supper is a tight end. There's a belief that meyer runs the chance inside the league of losing his locker room before this season even begins

"A statement. Not long afterwards saying i want to thank the jaguars for the opportunity to compete an earned the chance to be part of this team. I know it will be a challenge but it is a challenge i embrace. I am dedicated to taking the direction of our coaching staff and learning from my teammates. I appreciate everyone's support. Obviously this is just the offseason conditioning face to the off program next week. They start organized team activities on monday. That's what we'll kind of the whole team together throwing. "As a player. Anything like that. When you're just talking about well thought out executed moves. Urban meyer is making. Bum moves okay. You started out with the strength and conditioning coach. What with all the controversy. If you're going to do this and continue adding controversies. Why not just go ahead. And try out colin kaepernick while we're at it since you're in the media fire. Let's go ahead and trial common cabinet. Go ahead and bring all the attention to you. Anyway matter of fact why are you doing that is probably gonna put more. Ct stands anyway and then go ahead and bring up tv ratings. Let's do that if you want to do it if you want if you want to continue making this and what's again. This is no slight to these two players colin kaepernick and before continue mechanism media circus. Go ahead and go all in and bring all the attention to you. You might as well go ahead benefit while you're at it. Why stop there whilst opportunity book candidate route you at all on this. I know sometimes we disagree about things. But i can't disagree with you with. This reminds me of dion sanders was saying about. Hey spe- see you know players were drafted from. Abc school at all the turn the entire draft. And that's something that kind of rubbed the wrong way. But i mean look man. That's something i'd like to talk about. That's that's interesting It's a lot to talk about But i mean within. I mean it's goes into this whole thing. Visit races definitely involved in right. We're both you know. African american men so we we see the side of it right. That's all we talked about this. Brian had to say about host. Shu-shen this is. This is more to me about us doing what we need to do for us. Just like does brian said. Because i don't wanna hate on. Tim tebow forgetting opportunity. Because we all know people that have gotten opportunities and we're not a hundred percent qualified opportunity. Got us all right. So i cannot hate on tim tebow because he got an opportunity to play in the league. I'm not hating you broken. I really not. That's why it is fair. He knows urban meyer. He knows weakness up into the jacksonville. He's a legendary in florida right. And sometimes when you're a legend somewhere you get more opportunities other people point blank period. I'm not someone at the end of spectrum. The special i'm talking about where whereas kind of foul is because we feel like there are african-american ballers that don't get the same opportunities and that starts with us as african americans we got to give those opportunities out but it's hard i'm i'm i'm i completely disagree with that Between every tween smith pacman jones desktop. So so many. I'd that's not accurate. I think at this point and we talk about not having opportunities aside we talk about. Listen i talk about all the no. I think there have been plenty of opportunities given and black men get more and more and more chances. They get a lot of chances. That new right to into right. Yeah we we can agree disagree on that right. So i'm just calling cab if i'm somewhat colin kaepernick specifically. I just named you three players that they have a checkered checkered history. Talking about law and things like that. So colin kaplan and we talk about him standing up for just and things like that and that being unfair and that kind of thing. I think he. He's he's he's alone in that more when it comes to black people getting opportunities in the nfl. Let's let's to for a second. Let's dive onto ray rice situation okay. Because he didn't get opportunity at a desk. That's okay. i'm not saying you should've but others say he gap to the when he was done when when when you have a situation that as that was pretty grotesque he no doubt no right so we have the visual of that situation. And i'm pretty sure he's done everything you get the bra you did it and you just going to have to go. I said it was on for because it was. The situation was so grotesque exact and it was put on camera to where you kinda fell. Ill yeah you're not getting opportunity. Nfl you're not going to happen. So i will agree with you. I just think that the picture the everybody's seen their solely seen calling cabinet In situation because michael vick he went to jail for the dogfighting scandal and he got several opportunities afterwards as well right so i just think that one of see people see tim. Tebow games opportunity. They automatically they're focused cooks o'connor cabinet. He gets opportunity. How can opportunity. Let me give you one more little quote necessarily a quote but let me say what shannon sharpe had to say about the situation tim t-boz. Nfl return is because these because of privilege benefits of being straight white evangelical mail so pretty strong words there from shannon sharpe. He always has pretty strong opinions about things. I just can. If i'm being very very honest man. Come on bro. You on a new channel sports pockets. All you gotta do is be honest. I think this the look located right now. I think if the phenomenon was here he go speak for chris. I think this is what he would say. Why are we spending so much energy. Because i understand i understand that but when i saw the i've got the espn app on my phone and it makes the espn you know sound right. I looked at it looked at the headlines. Tim tebow signs with the jacksonville jacksonville. Jaguars i looked at it. I said this is some clown. And i'll just moved off from the outside. This is going to be a practice squad move. And he's going to be there as a body to help set the stage at the culture allow you know the players and organization understand. Hey this is how urban by wants things done understand his guy who have great relationship you know build a culture and be out. The guy hasn't caught we don't know if he can catch we don't know if he can run. Routes we all know any of these things right. We don't know if he can block right. We don't know if he can pick up blitzes. These are all things that tight ends need to know how to do tim. Tebow is only six to two hundred and forty two hundred and thirty pounds. You understand what i'm saying. So even if you both up to two forty to fifty he still going to be a very tiny tight end and nfl is he going to be able to block or double team and block. Aaron donald no. So what are we talking about it. We're talking about it because is tibo just just like your questioning. Why we're talking about it on the other end of spectrum. You don't think that people are going to be buying tickets. Because tim tebow is play on their football team. We just talked about him being legend in florida. This is par reason why it reminds doing this. Like you know what this is my first year. Here i wanna create a buzz tip. Tibo come over here can make you a tight end. We're gonna sow some seats in jacksonville. That's why he's doing it. He he is a polarizing figure. He just did. This is what happens with polarizing. Feeders you don't think who else can i think. That's that's polarizing that a kind of a johnny manziel saying in kind of not as much as ten. Well he's he's way below there. "Else can be taken up position to try to compete because you think he's good for the locker room. So this money ruben. A lot of people to wrong way as far as urban meyer to coach. I heard that is what. I heard that the whole organization split about this general about tim. Tebow playing for the jacksonville jaguars so interesting too as well once again. This is this is jacksonville for you. This this is a team you go. Jackson this is this is jacksonville. What do you expect right. What do you expect from baghdad organizations. What do you expect right. If i'm the owner. I'm like there's there's players that actually play the position that we know can catch we know can block the no the office of system or know the ins and outs at nfl and a current that can occupy whether it's a practical opposition or whatever it is clearly this is a practice squad body move or whatever just to kinda see what he's going to do. Great leader okay. Whatever okay i understand that. But and what i'm about to say has nothing to do with tim. Tebow man or him as a player. Why Would Jaguars Sign Tim Tebow?

"We are back final hour. It's been a fun show. We appreciate you being here. A lot of conversation with my Mike smith earlier. We also talked to dennis dodd. Another conversation predictably has been tim. Tebow we've given you a lot of reaction on that in the mike cannon bom from espn former gm jets dolphins. He's been here a couple of times. He had this to say earlier today. On keyshawn jay will and zubin about understanding the signing. I don't like it. I just don't see the upside in this move. He's thirty four years old. He would be a backup. I just don't know of thirty four year old players that can come in and be back place special teams and you're taking away a roster spot from hopefully a young developmental player that could grow with a young nucleus obviously led by trevor lawrence. And to me this is probably through the lens of urban. Meyer saying a decade. And a half ago tim tiba was the most competitive guy i've ever been around and he can help set the culture. If i was in that building what i would be pushing back saying coach. That may be true but in the nfl as you well know. Players needs to be led by players. They believed can take them to where they wanna go and as a backup tight end. I just don't think tim tebow would have that same credibility as he wants dave when he was the starting quarterback in florida. He also questioned whether tibo could even makes a team. I just don't see how he makes the team or urban and he's a really good coach he he's been historically great college but i just don't know he has to earn a spot and he's given a spot. That's gonna cause a big problem because players weren't have a chance to win and again to me just putting on my lens of a general manager and roster construction if you're not a starter in the nfl with only forty six players dressing you have to play special teams so my question. is tim. tibor thirty four years old going to cover cover kicks that remains to be seen. Now if he doesn't earn it does a totally different discussion. But i don't think you could sign him and say hey. He definitely has a spot on this team.

"This is austin lane. He's a former. Nfl tight end the host of action. Sports jacks on. Espn radio he was joining. He was joining freddie and fitzsimmons about whether tibo is going to be jacksonville simply for his leadership. The whole narrative that tim tibo coming to jacksonville. Be an urban meyer guy and helping that locker room presence. i think it's baloney. I'm not buying into that narrative because what what guys look for in terms of leadership and guys buy into his guys that have had except you know leaders guys that you can say this guy the baller. I gotta follow him and watch. How does now. I've talked to many times. Tim is a fantastic guy. But i think the whole narrative of you're going to bring him in because he's a great locker room guys all right. Great there's there's tons of great locker got. There's tons of great teammates just like any locker. Rooms made up of all types of people. So i'm not buying that austin lane also talked about. What exactly will tibo be doing assuming. He makes the team the whole narrative. That tim tebow coming to jackson i understand that he knows urban meyer. They have a great relationship. I guess you know. Urban meyer bought a house. experts week. Sent tibo so even if he makes the team. That's going to be great e hollywood. Tv show Urban meyer tim hero next door. It's gonna be fantastic. It's gonna do all the rating. But i do think this. This is urban meyer first year and then i saw and you know he's bringing his guys in. I understand all that. But what earn myers gotta realize. Real quick is that. You can't take anything if tim people is going to make. This team is because tim tebow has earned a spot. There are no you know there is no. I like this guy lot. Let's give him a spot. That doesn't work like that players not locking them. We'll see through that day one so two hundred two things are going to happen either. Tim tebow is not the tight end which we don't think he is and i'll be honest. I'm kind of in that boat or tim. Tebow is a tight end. And he earns his spot and he gets that roster spot and that's it was not good enough during the roster spot. He's not gonna get it. Because of urban meyer gives him that spot. He's gonna lose that locker room in a heartbeat.

Urban Meyer Really Believes Tim Tebow Can Help Jacksonville

"Believes Tim Tebow could make the team Give me one thought on Tim Tebow. Why? I mean, I The only reason that this is happening is because every Mars the head coach of the Jacks with Jaguars in urban Meyer was not to the National Football League. Tim Tebow would not be entertaining anything like this, so if he wants have a chance to play a new position. Play for a man that if he could adopt him, Tebow, he would when it comes to urban Meyer, but that's my one thought. Why Tim Tebow? Why?

Tim Tebow Retires From Baseball

"Tebow retired from baseball, thus ending the athletic career of one of the greatest mysteries in sports history. Tim Tebow was a historically great college football player. Stunk is an NFL quarterback, and he's stuck is a professional baseball player. And for some reason, usually smart, rational sports. People couldn't reconcile that. It's weird because this happens all the time. There's thousands of great college football cubes that just don't make it to the NFL. But people, not religious ones, to refuse to believe that about Tebow and the assumption when he wanted to play baseball that he'd just be in the majors in two seasons. People just refuse to believe he wasn't very good, even when he had 200 You just couldn't separate it, And it was bizarre. Look, he's a great person, and that should have always just been enough thistles. Damon event DeLara.

Tim Tebow Will Play For Philippines In World Baseball Classic: Miami

"Tim TiVo to play for the Philippines in the world baseball classic TiVo's parents were missionaries there and the thirty two year old I was born there and then moved to Florida with his family at a very young age but because it's a Filipino birth certificate TiVo is eligible to play for the Philippines in the world baseball classic Tim Tebow the baseball players hit a home run this spring he is still trying to keep his fading dream alive to play in the big leagues last year didn't go well at triple A. Syracuse TiVo hit just one sixty three in seventy seven games now he's also trying to balance and juggle two careers not only is he right to make it a professional baseball but he also is an analyst for the SEC network so not all of the TiVo eggs or in the baseball basket and thank god because I don't think it one sixty three triple a he's gonna make it to the big leagues but I'm fine with them

Shannon on Brady says he's not wearing a blazer to the Super Bowl next year

"Tom Already did make it to super bowl. Fifty four but only on the field before kickoff as a member of the NFL one hundred all time team and yesterday Brady posted a picture picture to his instagram story. With a caption. That said I am not wearing a blazer to the super bowl and hexed years so eric where will on radio Tom Brady will be right in New England league. Really definitely. He's not he's not going anywhere. I mean I don't see Robert Kraft letting that happen. Think about this guy has played his whole career in New England his whole career. And you might say that Bill Belichick take wants to get rid of him or they. They don't see eye to eye whatever he does but but the but the owner. That football is Robert Kraft. Robert Kraft loves Tom. Brady and Tom Brady has done so much for for New England for the National Football League. I mean really. I mean you might hate the Patriots. I never like to pay. Even when they didn't have Tom Brady cheating. They were so but anyway He's done he's done so much I just don't see him. I don't go anywhere I really don't I can't I can't picture it. I see he bill belichick leaving before Tom Brady would need I. And that's that's what I would see because I feel like that you know he had a chance to keep Jimmy G.. Bill Belichick did not a chance that he didn't they didn't give him a chance to keep. They got rid of him. And I think that really like this that would have been my chance I I I. I had another dynasty but still the Patriots are a very good football team. This year. They had a great defense. People WanNa best defense. They had a special teams I'm the one that wants I. I got to say Tom Brady. COTTAM S man. I mean big. I mean it's the truth. He got to play play football but he still plays at a high level. They're in a division that they should win. It's not a tough division. They win that division. So they'll be what they were twelve and four this year. They probably two for next year. Eleven and five thirteen thirteen three or something like that so. I don't see Tom Brady going anywhere I I don't see that. I don't believe he plays in New England skip I I don't I can't definitively pinpointed. Plays that. He'll go but I think in order for him he has to go to a place that gives him the best opportunity when the Super Bowl. It's just not about getting out of New England to show you know I I just needed. A change of scenery is about winning Super Bowl. He has to win one coach Belichick First Super Bowl and win. Who is the winner is a simple and ask ask if this was a race between bill belichick and Tom Brady because the days that we're in the same we're having the same discussion? And you have the discussion two or three times next year. WHO's most responsible for the success and so say race the first one to super bowl fifty five to sixty is the winner? And that's what he's GonNa come down to now can he goes. I mean he's looking at it okay. Who has a good outfit? Who has good offensive line? Because he's not mobile like these young quarterback that's up and coming who has never was ause right right early more now that you've got to be forty three that's true who have offensive line wide receivers and a defense so Adams give honestly. I don't see a Peyton. Manning situation paid many got the perfect storm you had. You had a young dicker. You had Julius Thomas No Sean Marino Title Office of line the Wind Got Vasquez from San Diego. You sit and then you bring in a key to leap remember the Denver team albeit with Tim Tebow they had one they won the division. All of a sudden you get to step into a team that won the division in a playoff game and I say okay here we go so now. We're looking at okay. People mentioned the raiders. Daddy make the play the chargers they didn't make the playoffs Chicago. They didn't make the playoff. So all the teams that you know that that sounds reasonable. They didn't make the playoffs. Now you may dimension on Monday. Maybe they said Okay Jimmy you got to go. We're GONNA take Tom Brady for two years. Because we believe at the quarterback position is that where we're that's where we're we're lacking yup. I believe we can get there okay. That would be an ideal situation. I don't see that happening but I just I just think there's been too much blood would bad blood between coach Belichick and talk now. I just give you know. They had the centennial team and coach. Belichick said it was great to just you know shoot. You'll be able to say it with Tom and talk football and they were all took a big picture with all the page format pages but Tom knows he knows you try to get rid of me while are you. Over

"The biggest thing in my life. Oh, say faith. This comes from knowing. Outside of that. So I just know. How big the situation is not really going to define me. This. You know, what Christ says he thinks I am who I know that he says, I am so. Really like, I said at the end of the day doesn't really matter. What people think about me or how good they think I play or whatever, you know, doesn't really matter. So big. The big thing for me to my situation knowing that confidence. It's pretty interesting, isn't it? Well, now when you say, I wonder how the public react how NFL's gonna react or whatever. Whoever. Do you think that what he said there might be a problem for him? I think what he said there is wonderful. I do think when incredibly refreshing. Yeah. I wish more young people thought that way, but it may be detrimental to his NFL career Tim tebow. Tim tebow? Tim tebow was practically pushed out of the NFL because he kneeled apprai-. Okay. Yeah. So you're thinking that this guy might be a little bit too. You don't sell Budweiser. If you're a Christian a little bit too much of his faith on his sleeve there. No. I don't think it's too much and I don't either. But wonderful. I think I think is what he said. And what he did. And how he said it was spot on. Thank you for saying, it, I hope a lot of young people here. What he said it would not be welcomed in the NFL. He continues to talk like that. Wow. That would be a damn shame. If that becomes a some kind of a PR issue for him or whatever that they need to take a step back and look at that. Absolutely. If it happens all the Heat's that everybody got towards Tim tebow was a Christian and Brian prayed and wanted to stay a virgin until got married full just ridiculed him for that. Right. Well, I think his biggest problem was he just wasn't all that. Great. But it wasn't a great court. He was he was he was a great college quarterback. Yes. Yes. Yes. But I think he was a tremendous. He's a good athlete. Right. But but after that, it was just like, well, you know, but I hope that's not a problem for me. I I really don't I think that should they should actually make that they need to turn that into. An example, a shining example university should be incredibly proud of his sounds like he's got his priorities straight. Listen president. Donald Trump has rejected a short term legislative fix for the partial government shutdown declaring he will never ever back down. Trump rejected a suggestion to reopen. The government for several weeks while to go. She would continue with Democrats on his demand for five point seven billion for a wall along the us Mexico border. The president also edged further away from the idea of trying to declare a national emergency to circumvent congress kind of backing away from that right now. And he he was in New Orleans yesterday addressing the American farm bureau's federation one hundredth annual convention, the president blaming the Democrats for this ongoing shut down. They think if they can stop me from building the wall. That's good. This is the reason why they don't want the wall built because they all know it works on approved it numerous times. I mean, Chuck. Schumer had his hand up every time. This would come up. The Senate is now this they're only doing this because of the twenty twenty election because I said, I'll build the wall, and I'm going to build the wall. And it's only one of many things that I promise House Democrats passed a spending Bill to reopen the federal government, but Republican controlled Senate and White House say they won't allow it without the five billion dollars for the border wall. So here we go day twenty-five in this partial government shutdown in you have tremendous concern about these people are getting paid. I do I think it's starting to get out of hand a little bit. Now think enough is enough these people that have nothing to do with this this argument, this they can go apply for unemployment benefit that shouldn't have to. They shouldn't have needs to let that go. Let let the government shutdown continue to pursue border security or the wall, whatever you're going to do. But let these people off the hook eight fifteen check on traffic. Now, here's Melinda. We continue to see solid delays.
