"Flying coach which was on spotify ladies and gentlemen p traeger sucks right. What's up guys. I love being on with you. I was up late last night watching that one crazy ending. And of course you wake up to the tony stuff but giants fan stealing really bad right now because that game was lost on the stuff that joe judge breaches discipline penalize accountability pat. You know special. Teams dexter lawrence blocking a field goal. What are we doing. Why would he even be offsides if he ever blocking that field go. Why is he jumping off sides and yet your special teams coach. Joe judge you almost like. Hey that's the one one facet of the game which we pretty dialed in and pretty pretty locked and they're not gonna block kick if you're not getting off on the ball. I know that that's what he was trying to do. Obviously let's dive in a little bit. There saw the golladay stuff. Then tony stuff came out. Is this all obviously getting cooked up. Because they're losing game still or is there actual need to worry if you're a giants fan which there is actually one in this office is there is there need to worry like. Is this a potential maker. Break year for everybody over there or are they still taking your time. You think from what you're hearing. Peter what scares you. Pat is that they you know. Finally get this game day of jones who was outstanding last night and finally get the jason garrett game plan that place to jones's abilities where he's doing the rpo and it's working in you still lose you lose on things like having a false start out of time out or you lose on things like going off sides on a field goal or you lose on things like the slate drop. It was mistakes that were sloppy. That's what kills you in there. But to teddy bridgewater and taylor heineke is better quarterback center coming ahead. This is the fifth year in a row. They started oh into that goes back to mcadoo it goes to shurmur and now goes to the second straight year of joe. Judge is there. Is there a hot. No but when you when four different veterans retire in the off season. Because i don't like the way things are kind of going for the veterans and then you go into and you have two different players and one of them screaming on the sidelines. The other one on instagram. To start the day and then of course you have a bunch of people pointing fingers in the new york media market. It's not a great way to start things. It's certainly not a an optimistic. Feeling right here in new york. Where i'm at right now. What about washington and through with heineke there and the game he played i know afterwards. He said he feels like he deserved to start the rest of the season. What do you think What does the future look like for heineke. Not only this season but even after that maybe yeah awesome game and aj like the fact that he spoke that way. I think he's pretty confident. But i also like the way scott. Turner called that game. It wasn't let's protect taylor heineke and win with defense special teams. It was like let taylor cook. And he was throwing the ball all over the field and kind of loosey-goosey with through the picture bradberry. But like i was like that look. Let's throw the rocks. So he says i want to be the starter. I wouldn't be shocked if he wins. A couple of games know fitzpatrick justice. Fitzpatrick is back in eight weeks. And it's hey if you need me. I'm here but if taylor's cook and let's keep rolling with what's all right. Let's bounce around the nfl. A little bit. Here is darius smith just one on. I r odell beckham. junior is out for this week. Is there any need to worry about. Odell beckham junior and we'll start with the daria smith. Was this expected darius one you were hoping to see him back just not ready to go Between him and box yari in a couple of other injuries to starting players on the offensive line. Rookies without lindsey out there without bachtiar. I this you know. Here's the thing. And i know you guys have rogers on every tuesday and i watched the interview and i know everywhere that's been said is like we're not panicking stop relaxed..

"And they also both happen to be named Steve. Too interesting. Okay, so because Jean Forte is is running for Governor, House seat is now open. What does that race look like? Yes. So you have For this open seat. The Republicans have held for several cycles. Now. Kathleen Williams ran two years ago when actually ran closer than expected to GM Forte. But then you're Matt Rosendale, who's the state auditor who ran for Senate against Jon Tester and A lot of Republicans kind of blame him. They say You didn't run out strong of the campaign and and so there's a little bit of finger pointing that went on there. But this race is also close as well. I will say the fact that you have the trifecta there of these three races. I know that Democrats that I talk to don't expect they're gonna win them all. So I think that you know, Senate is probably their best shot because you have Bullock there that is more well known and is more popular and actually has actually gained a lot of popularity for Um, approval for how he has handled the state's response to Cove in and you know, governors. Often we see voters making a difference in their mind because they're not sending someone in Washington to vote with one party or the other. So that could also, you know, B A B A. Hang on some voters have with either the senator of the House race. That's Jessica Taylor Cook Political reports. Senate and Governors editor. Thank you so much, Jessica. Thank you. Well, there are still millions of people who will cast their ballots in person today and tomorrow and concern over voter intimidation is high and Michigan A judge struck down Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's Directive to ban the open carry of guns at polling places. She's now making a pill to that ruling. But Benson's efforts was the latest attempt to lessen the concern over safety at polling places. We'll continue to follow that story. But we want to explore your rights and safety at the poles. And for that, we're joined by Tammy Patrick. She's a senior adviser at democracy. Find Tammy Welcome. Thank you for having me. Yes. So the Justice Department describes voter intimidation is quote Ahe, Morpheus and largely subjective in nature are armed observers at the polls ah, form of intimidation. I think when you look at what the Department of justice definition is a lot of it is subjective, and it depends on the context. What we really need to worry about in this moment is how does the voter feel about that particular situation? So I as a local election official in Arizona. I had had to encounter this on a fairly unfortunately regular basis, and it really came down to a question of whether or not the voters felt that they were safe and secure in exercising their right to vote. What are some behaviors and rhetoric that would be considered voter intimidation? So it comes down to a couple of things for me, and one is that voters have the rightto unimpeded access to the polling location. So if it's the case that they're individuals who are blocking entrance to the parking lot At a polling place if they are creating traffic jams to a polling location. If they are stopping people as they try and enter the building. Other things that you know would be considered intimidation is if you have individuals that say, I'm coming to you with with cameras and recording devices are challenging your eligibility as a citizen to vote. Or have firearms on them that they are brandishing and or pointing at anyone those air all activities that fall into that category of voter intimidation. Some of the categories or some of the activities that might be questionable is that every election we have very fervent supporters at the polls cheering on for their candidates, waving banners holding signs fully decked out in all the regalia, and that's certainly what we see every election. In this moment, however, some of those same activities Could be perceived in a different way. So I think we all need to take a deep breath and decide is that activity of that individual directed at me. Is it trying to stop me from exercising my rights? Or is it someone who's just very enthusiastic and as long as that enthusiasm does not impede across my path, then we should be fine..

"Now for Maura's Jessica Taylor Cook Political Report, Senate and Governors editor Jessica Thanks for joining us Thank you for having me. So current governor Steve Bullock cannot run because of term limits, but he's actually now running for the Senate, and we'll get to that in just a moment. But first tell us a bit about thes two gubernatorial candidates, Lieutenant Governor Mike Cooney and representative Greg Gianforte. Well, my Cooney is you mentioned is the current number two to Steve Bullock and he's AH, long time politician legislator in the past, and he's been around for a while, which is something Republicans were trying to hit him on. Despite that, not as well known, perhaps a white, so he's trying to sort of play it up. Play up sort of his quirkiness. In a way he's got ads where, you know, recreated this tic tac video of Fleetwood Mac, So he's trying to sort of, I guess appeal to the youth vote in that way. And then you know, Greg Gianforte, who is a wealthy businessman, had a technology company he ran for governor, actually, in 2016 lost a Steve Bullock. But then ran for an open house E in a special election, which he dies. A lot of controversy when he actually Ah, reporter was asking him a question about health care. And he actually body slammed him to the ground face assault charges for that, and he was elected. Nonetheless, he has this sort of controversial persona. Certainly But is trying to sort of change that you put a lot of his own money into the race. You know, I initially thought going into this that some of those that bag is really that he brought could have made him more vulnerable. I think his money has Given him perhaps a slight advantage. We see this still is a toss up. But gee, unfortunate actually has led in most polling, albeit narrowly. Yeah. Okay, Let's talk a little about the Senate race, which is being watched closely because Democrats are hoping toe flip the Senate. Republican incumbent Steve Daines is running against two term Democratic governor Steve Bullock. What are bullocks odds? I think it's a very evenly matched race and Montana does have another Democratic senator Jon Tester, who want with a majority for the first time in 2018 and Bullock has been governor there for eight terms. I mean, Democrats have actually held the governor's race, therefore, 16 years, and it has a pretty good history of electing Democrats in the Senate. In fact, even though what votes usually Republican at the federal level and book was wooed heavily into this race by Chuck Schumer and President Obama, which Steve Daines and Republicans often point out repeatedly. But he is sort of saying, you know, you know me. I've been governor, you know that I would be a Montana Democrat, not a national Democrats. And he's really the only Democrat that could have made this race even competitive. We had raided a solid Republican. It was not even on anyone's radar until again. Bullitt gone and the very last day of filing on DH Steve Daines was elected in 2014 with this class of Republican senators. He's not sort of been a you know, a prominent member, I would say of the Senate be sort of a, you know, work horse, not a show. Worse, really. He's talked about, but I think the thing that voters there have to decide So he doesn't have a lot of negatives. Really about him. It's almost which do they like better?.

"Marking the Linda did you search Patrick in the news and we will start with the new weekly trash service for some of the homeless camps in Austin they'll be going around handing out they call them violet colored trash bags and telling the whole was put your trash in these bags will come by every week and pick up the trash bags for you that's so nice of us I I I know that as we look around our city none of us want to see it littered with trash everywhere so the thought that okay maybe we can get some of that trash cleaned up is a good thought on but to me what this does is just another program designed or to aid in a billion the homeless situation you have a problem we've got homeless everywhere now they're allowed to camp pretty much anywhere that they choose I then you add to it Hey are we know that trash may be an inconvenience so we're going to come and pick that up as well we're doing all of these things to make them more comfortable out there on the streets instead of making it in my opinion an atmosphere that should be uncomfortable so that they'll be wanting to go into the shelters and then into permanent homes and this test program will start with four locations these are all major intersections or areas where they're living under a highway overpass one eighty three in Cameron road one eighty three an old one you get the idea thank god for those and the person in charge of this tells fox seven news they started this with the homeless camps that are kind of out of sight near the creeks in the Austin area and they think wow this worked really well we gave them trash bags they put the trash in the bags we come by on a regular basis and we take the bags away so now they want to expand that to these homeless encampments that many of you see when you're driving around the city here's Taylor cook with the city of Austin talking with fox seven news you want to be able to leverage some people who are experiencing homelessness to help us solve those problems I think that we can expect some positive results from the pilot and in which case I would I would love to become the city life bag project came out of our efforts with watershed department to improve some of their management of encampments on their lands so there you go she's talking about how it worked well along the creeks let's expanded to these four locations and I think she said in the sound bite she would like to see it all the city yes again I I would like to see the trash picked out but when you're doing that you're Justin Ebeling even more you're not you're saying okay we'll get the trash out of your way you can continue to live here it doesn't really have AT the problem that we have as far as the homeless being being everywhere right it does not get to the heart of the matter which is no one is supposed to live at these under passes right much less starting to get a weekly trash service to come and pick up their stuff there like we do in our homes concierge service right what's next we're gonna roll out the mobile coffee and food trucks to them as well five one two eight three six zero five ninety you can call us or Texas its market Melinda on cable BJ this is Alton downtown good morning how are you this morning I'm good Hey listen that the city is I don't know what they're doing to stop funky accounting or whatever but they claim that there's twenty eight to thirty million dollars a year being spent on homeless there on census says there's two thousand two hundred and fifty these people you do the math it's about thirteen thousand three hundred percent per year there's no way they're spend at all most people you could give them a voucher for a thousand dollar eleven hundred dollar month department and that your twenty three million so I think there's been an add on it managed trade overhead and it's not going directly to these people well this is not going to make you happy the mayor is back from LA he talked with fox seven news and he said you all to and need to hand over a lot more money to build houses for the homeless that's not the problem album is you've got that they have they have combined all who are homeless due to a life of that with people who are vague grants are passing through town with people who who are just are are transients passing through town versus patrons there's a pot there's a certain percentage of the homeless population who want to live on the street they like it and they figured out how to do it and those are the ones that are that are sleeping on on sidewalks I walk downtown for five days a week at five thirty in the morning and it's just let her with with with the the state grants all over the place I've been down Congress Avenue I agree with you some of them do choose to live that way they preferred that panhandle get enough money to buy their booze Arceneaux whatever they want really is they want yeah all right Alton thank you here is the mayor just back from the visit to LA San Francisco and Seattle talking with fox seven news and he says yes number one you the taxpayer need to provide more money to build houses for the homeless that's the key to all of this he said the number one thing he learned on his west coast swing is they all told him Gee I wish we would have started working on this a lot earlier a lot sooner before it exploded and became a major crisis here's part of what the mayor says shop the.

"Probably losing Charles Matthews. I I say, you know, the longer it goes on the longer. I wonder you know, is he waiting for something he is they're actually decision here because the plan in his words he was always treating the season like his last season. Of course, he didn't get the banners that he wanted. And it's not like there's a lucrative NBA opportunity awaiting. It's going to be an uphill battle. You know, he's not projected to be. I think he's projected to be late second round pick by almost everybody. Now, he could play his way up certainly if seen that movie before. But he's twenty three has a degree. If I were in his family, and he asked me for advice. I would say. Go you got your degree? You can always go back to it. You know, you've you've done you've done your four years in college. You certainly made a lasting impact. Go make it on your own. So I expect him to go. Frankly, I I'd put the odds at him returning. Maybe. Five percent. Two percent. Not zero but pretty low. You know, an AB line. Even said, we expect him to go pro. I don't think he's not one of those guys who says that. If he hadn't checked it almost snorted. They're your that one. Yeah. He kinda doodle sort of their tongue guy caught. It's whatever excuse you wanna use? Okay. So I expect him to go pro. So they need a new start of their. And that's where thanks get interesting. Do you? Because they I think abors Davis beeline. It said he feels like steak is a small forward. He said that throughout the year. Now, he's good rebound. First of all forward, five point, four rebounds. You know, able to defend some of the big men. But he could be a natural fit at the three. He very well. Could go pro I don't you know, if if I were if I were an advisor of him. I'd say, well how much better do you think you can do next year? And michigan. Is he averaged fourteen point eight points, five point, four rebounds. He was the big ten freshman of the year. Second team all big ten. What is the next step in beeline system meat is he gonna shoot forty one percent from three again. I'm sorry. Thirty nine thirty nine percent from three that's pretty good. He's not a shooter. He was never. I mean, he can shoot. But he was never a a considered a three point shooting guy. He was considered gets to the rim. Bucket getting type. So I would look big question frame is what can what can it be better at? He's jacked someone someone tweet. He's got to get stronger. No, he doesn't student twenty pounds all muscle. If you if you want to get him bigger and stronger, you're changing who he is as a player. Maybe maybe I thought his defense is actually pretty good all season. He really bought in on defense. Probably could be better as a pastor. Shot blocker, maybe especially if he moves to three. You know? So so I guess there's some things, but he was really good. And I think the big question is where does he get better? Because there's no nothing obvious just doing it more and doing it more consistently. I mean, he had the second most points in freshman history. The only guy with more is Jalen rose. More than Webber more than Mike McGee more than Trey Burke, more than many Harris more than Nick staus gifts any freshman. You wanna you wanna name except Jalen rose? So he's starting three you probably feel good about that. Because he probably carry a big minute load. Six seven fits a position. Well. But you know, Jalen Wilson. Kind of strikes me as a little bit more of a force, maybe badgers, your three. But that's where they have extra. Attrition. They might it seems like they've got a lot of big men. Not a lot of wing to three types some of. That's just the way things go I Adrian Nunez player. Forgot to mention not sure what not sure what his. His. Not sure what his role is going to be next year. Just because he played so little this year. It's hard to tell he was someone they had to learn a lot of basketball. He's always been a great shooter. But even in high school, he wasn't averaging double figures, which is kind of bizarre. I think when he went to prep school he did. But he is he's never been this dominant player. Michigan is kind of taken a taking a project chance there. So we'll see what he can do. But he's got the length to play three. If needed six foot five. And frankly, we saw Ahah livers play a little bit of the three. It didn't look. Didn't look on reasonable. But they've got a lot of forwards not a lot of threes. So if there is a market for over crude. I think the two three kind of combo type player is what they need because we don't know a badge of is going to look like either at the four I think you feel really good there. I mean, you got if you want him at the four Isaiah livers. I think he's he's a great. He could be you know, second or third team all big ten at the four big thing with him is just playing aggressive every night. I think he started to find that. Season with seven points nine points a game three point nine rebounds a game. In you know, bench off the bench. That's that's solid. He could be a double digit score. And he's just constantly seeing the game a little bit better. And all he was always he's always been an unselfish guy. Great great quote. You know, if I want to get a phone to hear what what players think Charles Matthews, I go I go straight delivers. Or if I want to hear what players think has ever since I go straight delivered. So he's he loves his teammates. He loves being here. And I think I could very well. See him have a breakout junior season. You know, he's played a lot already hasn't done. You know, as it hasn't made this incredible impression, but probably their best dunker probably one of the best shooters. Really good length. Really good athleticism key could be the next San man project. Also, the four Brandon Johns. I know he played the backup five this year. He was always supposed to be a backup for though, he's six eight to twenty five. High profile recruit. There's just a learning curve and that happens. I mean, he played at a small school. He he played a you was good. That's why he was a high profile recruit. But I think there's I think fancy some of these freshmen play, and they're like, why can't all the freshmen be like that. And it's it's just not how it goes. Think back to John as a freshman or Xavier Simpson as a freshman or Muhammad Ali Abdul Rachman as a freshman. Dunkin Robinson was playing d three is a freshman mo- Wagner. Nothing DJ Wilson nothing. So it happens it happens. And then they then they get better. So I think brand John's could be another guy breakout player. And then Jalen Wilson. I think he's one of those freshmen I think can make an incident packed. He's top fifty guy top fifty recruit kind of fell a little bit in the rankings. Not sure I haven't followed enough to know if that's warranted or other players past him or not. But you know, he's six eight to twenty you could dunk can score think he can defend Evan. Watched those usually don't make the highlights, but. You know, I think I think the forest probably their their other than point guard probably their best position, assuming stays he could go and that would that would be a loss at the five got John esky feel good about him. Don't you at this point? Yeah. Nine point five point seven point, zero rebounds. Led the big ten in blocks. I can't ask for much more. Well, though, you can had to blocks two blocks game. Thinking it up fifth in school history in blocks in a season. I mean, that's that's incredible. Given what we saw from John before he's improved five inches on his vertical. Leap. They do a drill where they run as many links of the court as they can in three minutes. And he's John Anderson told me the average is around or a good point guard is in guard type is going to be around twenty nine. Intest ski when he first did it was twenty three. So that means he was getting out outran by. What? Twenty percent. There are people that were that were run in twenty percent faster than him. He's got he's got it up to twenty six. So he's just getting faster. Getting stronger they weren't ad in wait for him. He was already at a good weight, but a little bit more toned. I just see his mentality is growing. But it's Chris young will point out. It's not all the way there yet. There's still some layups. There's still some quiet moments. Eric in South Carolina, screaming Tillis faces blue. Gotta be faster gotta be quicker. To be ready to slow down some of these athletic bigs, I think he did a better job than than some give him credit for. I mean, I didn't see much from Taylor cook. And look at Garza the second time, I will play them, you know, and and some of these some of these players three Coen's hat is number. But some of these guys. Thing task. You did a really nice job. I think I mean, you know us. Probably one of the top ten or so defensive centers in the in the nation. Which is a pretty stacked list. See I thought lot lots to like they're so anyway, those that's probably a Colin Casselton just keep getting bigger. He's got the exact prototype in my my eyes as Wagner. You know, I think he can shoot he can probably Wagner DJ Wilson hybrid because you can block shots to. Yeah. So so anyway, I o in Austin Davis continues to think he's fourth on the depth chart right now at center. So I don't know what what I didn't see enough the past couple of months to know what his path to more playing time is. But that's why I'm not the coach I'm not in those practices. I'm not telling telling anybody what to do. Anyway, we're gonna hit a break. Got a few more minutes on the show before we head to the Tigers broadcast. But.

"The Hawkeyes have stretched out there lead now to sixteen an eight zero run over the last one minute and forty seconds and they've hit three of three in their last three attempts to extend their lead over the Illinois fighting a line shooting. Sixty two percent of the second half. Fifty one percent for the game. That's been a problem for Illinois giving up high field goal presented to other teams. I feel go pretended. Turn the ball over giving points in transition off of turnover. So that's been a recipe for disaster fail oil right now talking to some of the Iowa folks, not necessarily the coaching staff. They would never say this. But some people around the program and some of their fans they felt like they kind of got the best draw. They could because they played very well against Michigan won their only match up with them. And they felt like they'd have a good chance to beat up on. Having thrashed them pretty strongly during the regular season. Once now they're playing like an aggressive team tonight. That is taken advantage of that. And we said, you know, a Saint Mary's got there, but by Gonzaga tournament, I mean in the same conference, and then you end up taking the team lightly. Tonight Iowa's not taking this lightly. Now, they really came out with with a jump to their game from the opening tip. Very aggressive to start off the game opened it up with an eight. Oh run. Fighting a line. I got back into they've done. So a couple of times they're not out of it yet. But this is their biggest deficit and they are struggling to figure out the zone. And you're saying to me during the break, Rick that if Illinois figures it out, it it might be too late by the time they get the equation solve it will be too late. But you know, what you gotta give it to Iowa their bench has been playing outstanding twenty four points off the bench without absolutely against a team that struggles for depth in Illinois. But the future is bright. I think for both of these teams. There's a lot of depth than this big ten conference. A lot of teams that have rosters that seemed like upper division rosters next year. In fact, more teams than there is room Connor McCaffrey at the point I dad. Fran running a redshirt year last year miss most of the season with injuries shot clock down of thirteen McCaffrey in the bait. Lost a step. Almost tripped. A little bit ball tipped. Finally. It's hanging in the air, and Donna stay LaRosa trying to keep it from Tyler cook just smashed it out of bounds. Give the defense a chance to reset. It'll be Iowa basketball. Tyler cook was really trying to get that offense. Rebound got a thirty second time out right now. Taylor cook. It's interesting eight points, four rebounds and five assists that might be the most dominant single digit statistic I've ever seen across the board because he still had a big imprint on this game. Oh, you gotta they're looking at might have gone off cook, no, cook, elbowed McCaffrey throat. So they're looking at. Intentional. And that's that's something that you don't want to blow up. No, absolutely not. Looks like they're finishing up the review it's going to be out of bounds. In a fan. Fran McCaffrey has his son Connor playing for next year. He'll have another one, Patrick McCaffrey. The bigger McCaffrey at six nine. Ooh. Just wrapped up his season. In Iowa City is the all time leading scorer at his school in their history. He'll be one of the three Hawkeyes joining the team next year will get hit in the face the whole. Leads with his nose on. The inbound gets nNcholas. Bear Papa the corner there. Missed the shot air balled up. Pretty good. Rebound comes down to the Monty Williams. Quick up the court threat. Frazier back to Aaron Jordan, Jordan, threw it behind the Monty Williams illinois's just out of sync now very much. So the hawk guys got graphic. Frazier. Gets it back and resets at sixteen point lead for Iowa run on the we've opened in the corner. Dosumu driving to the baseline gets back out here in Jordan rise and fire three up around the rim. Hangs and falls a big shot cuts it down to a thirteen point Hawkeye lead. And that ended a NATO run for Iowa stop right now. Brian trainer dribble. A couple times backs at back out to Connor McCaffrey. Tyler cook gets it pop. It out then drives it in the corner. Bear banks home another three that's his fourth from a long line tonight. What he has been so good off the bench tonight for frame McCaffrey dribble. Penetration is getting to Illinois right now. Trent frazier. Stop stopping pop three. No, good rebound comes to the near corner. Tyler chases it Corrales it and it up to Connor McCaffrey. Sixty one forty five I will with the lead ten and a half to play here. Here in Chicago. Up top Tyler. Patients nNcholas mayor got in the pay to a little pressure. Just put it up soft and Tyler cook caught it and put it off the window. All. All the time. Illinois's on the verge of being run completely out of the gym by the hawk is. This is an impressive performance by a team that kind limped to the finish line down. The stretch have lost their last four games and five of six talking to some of the people in their athletic department last night. I said how do you feel about this tournament, honest, not very good? We have one games in three weeks. They had one one in three weeks. But it looks like Fran McCaffrey gave them a tune-up and the players bought in are ready to play tonight. Let's second-half figured he was giving them a little bit of the business. In the second half. And they're doing the things right away defensively and authencity nNcholas. Bayer now the leading score for the Hawkeyes tonight with fourteen and that's the thing. You know last night. We saw Sean is feeling put up twenty six twenty one from Frazier to the fighting align. I I always said at the top of the broadcast went through the starting lineups. They're a team with a lot of guys would score low double figures, you can see it tonight. There's a lot of weapons for Fran mccaffery. Yes. It is. You don't know who's gonna hit you with one another. With the basketball. I o Dosumu gets to the basket and on his way to the Cup. He's fouled with ten minutes and four seconds to play sixty three forty five the lead up to eighteen for the Hawkeyes. Got a foul on Georgie trying to block surmount. So they take the ball underneath. Trigger it in Dosumu gets. Devante Williams picked up by Connor McCaffrey. They need right now to really good going forward. Always going to have to shoot their way back in. Get some turnovers forced on Iowa gipper Nichols across the Wainwright. Head sweeping look good. Knox that one in three picked by. Dorjee across the lane nNcholas the nice little baby. Hook were you surprised? Illinois isn't picking up the pressure on Iowa. I am right now. But it's still a lot of time left nine and a half to play sixty three forty seven the Hawkeyes lead over the fighting Alon. I Tyler cook on the right way. He's going to go to work on. The off Tyler abuses, the defender and the rim. Oh, yes. Rick isn't if Nichols is the smaller guy, he should be quicker to write your you didn't work out that way Tyler cook aggressive move from the left side for o too strong. Rebound comes away to Ireland. Kinda McCaffrey between the legs dribble, light rights left side. It goes to Ryan greener gives it back to nNcholas bear fair. Likud wants it does wrestling on the inside with Georgia. Shani's feeling Sean is feeling thought he was going to get the beneficial whistle there. It went against them as yelling at the official. He's been physical say. Oh my gosh. Don't was fishes such an impressive player. Tyler cook goes to the stripe. For one am the bonus. Flexes the first one there. Too long rebound tipped by Nichols. That comes out to Iowa, Connor McCaffrey to bear left side three point. Nncholas bear has seventeen three away from his career high. He gives a big smile. Connor mccaffrey. Is he goes back? They know he's feeling it. Sixty eight forty-seven McCaffrey's doing the little things rebounded face. He's played very well. The second half is Sean Feeley draws a double team back to Frazier. Swing pass Williams. Not of the left side does super long three. No, good rebound and a loose. Ball foul called on Georgie shawna's feely as that time. You just said Rick Connor McCaffrey doing the little things. Coach's son box out boxes out the center from the team and draws the foul and we'll get to walk to the other end for one one with right now. Giorgis really upset with the referees didn't calls to stay focused. You rookie. I leave. You gotta you. Gotta earn your bones a little bit. It's been a rough night for Georgia shawna's feely last night twenty six points. Twelve fifteen got to do pretty much whatever he wanted except the fouled out towards the end. It probably doesn't help him with his feeling towards the officiating Purdue, even though it's a different group tonight. He's been playing with a wet sacks zone over the entire game. By there's been nothing. He could do nothing bigger players. Mccaffrey's handed free throw. No, good rebounded on the one to one and one by Illinois. Samba Kane in shawna's feeling. So Brad Underwood go deeper into the bench Andres police to Aaron Jordan, Jordan. In a rising fire the three but before he picked up an off. It's a foul with his teammates samba gain. Got it open with moving screen. So at twenty one point lead for Iowa. And Rick something for the Hawkeyes to consider here. They're not going to have to play their guys forty minutes. Like Illinois did last night. Nebraska did last night before they had to play the next day. I was going to be able to first of all they have a deeper team. Anyway. Yes, Dan, they're gonna be able to rest some guys down the stretch rate balanced scoring. Luca Garza Jordan Bohannon back into the hawk is Joe we camped seems like the starters have been out most of the second-half even though they haven't moss back in as well. Moss back to Garza open look for three long gone good for Luca Garza. He's got five just a single rebound. But the Hawkeyes are porn and on. Seventy one forty seven. Tevi Jones, hands it off to Trent Frazier. Frazier. Cuts back against the grain into the paint Andres Felice police dumps it down low samba K K lost. It victim backup turn fadeaway baseline. No, good rebound. Tipped by Ryan Treanor right into the hands of Jordan Bohannon and the Hawkeyes across the timeline leading it by twenty four with seven fifteen to play on all throttled right now. Luca Garza runs the dribble. Handoff Bohannon away from it. Back to guards along three on the way..
