"And the like after that happened and the whole world knew about him and all these girls literally lining up at his door. And so i feel he's just like okay. Whatever i'll just sit around. And yeah. I always forget that he literally dated gee-gee hadeed. We do forget that yes he a society forget that yeah and nashes a kid with zane whereas tiny gone like she literally has and. I'm still pining after taylor damn right when you so like. How are these people getting the best of all you. Day taylor cameron and then you gone kid would seem so same. Okay we want to talk about. I guess we just talked about adults but back to the kid shitting on kids. Same could kylie jenner. I think it's still rumored. But basically not rumored because like vogue has posted about but like she hasn't said anything. So i still just want to put that caveat. But she's pregnant with her second child. Yes what do you think about that. Okay well the whole thing. Her first child. I i obviously get wanting to keep it a secret because like she's bombarded constantly. I understand that ray but then like with stormy and then she posted the whole fucking youtube thing. It was kind of like okay but you wanted it to be private. Jesse could capitalize on it later. You know what he mean. It wasn't like she tried to do a privately. For the sake of like wanting to be a normal human being like she's still filmed the entire thing and then like broke the internet when she posted it. So it's like you don't wanna be a normal person in like stop pretending that you do. It's honestly annoying. You know what i'm saying. That's just that's how i feel. That's really interesting. Because that's the other thing that i don't get like. Why would you want to capitalize on your kids so much like she posted so much stormy content and then. Why wouldn't you wanna capitalize the pregnancy. It makes literally no that. Yeah it makes us and you're right. She documents so much of her life with stormy. but it's a god forbid they know that you're pregnant was like what we know how that works. I know that there's nine months where you're carrying the child like it's it's not like she would get any more or less than bartered with paparazzi. She's pregnant hooligans. Highly fucking jenner. Like they're going to be following her Exactly you know what i mean. They'll be following her when she is like eighty five and cherish like. It doesn't matter if you're pregnant. I hate that. I literally can remember the time date not the date. Obviously but at the time and location that i watched that video no same no say like me and all of my college roommates were like oh my god. Did you see this and like. I'm not occur dashing personnel. I don't follow any event like at all. Oh my i somehow no like the entire family tree like obviously everything that happens at them..

You know, everybody contain your wrong with that, but not by you peed yourself. That's why you go shooting. There's been cases where individuals couldn't access their weapon because they're under lock and our kids have said Hey, you know, I'm home alone and the guns locked up. "What they didn't know about Mr Walker. Their Intel did not discover she had a different boyfriend over a month later. That's a problem. The other problem is you got about a dozen neighbors. You said we never heard the police calling out when this whole thing One guy said Hey, look, I stepped out to smoke a cigarette. I look down. And the hallway is filled with cops. I didn't know they were out there. Only one of the 12 said. Here, the the officer shot police. But he heard them shouting just once. The person who lives directly above her. Stepped outside and also said we heard nothing until the door smashed. And that has been smashed about 30 free from them to the entry. So here's what happens to the cops right? They kicked the door, and now there's 30 ft. Down the hall when it's dark. And so they see a man at the end of Holly said people down the hallway. One of them appears to have an object. And a shot is fired. The round strikes the officer in the Lego, which point the cops returned fire, how they didn't hit Walker and hit Brown. The tailor's beyond me, But thank God you know, I guess it was. It was a double tragedy didn't happen here. But nonetheless cops out there under fire from a drug dealer. And Mr Walker and Blow and Briana Teller thought it's my ex boyfriend. Want to kill me? I think there's two critical things. They're number one is a mistake made by the officers staking the place out. Not catching that Briana Taylor was not with Glover. But what she actually had another person with her. I don't know how you missed that. If your job is to stake the house out. And going. Hey, we got a problem. She's got another guy. There's another person in there. They didn't expect that. And the other thing, too, is that it is the fact that you've got 12 witnesses saying We never heard the cops say anything. And of course, where is the body camera? We don't have him. In that regard. I think it's and I don't know what level of charge that would would you against the officers here, But this is an incredible piece of incompetence by the Louisville Police Department. And okay isn't enough. That $12 Million of the family got last week is that is a civil suit. A lawsuit settlement is that enough? But now we're talking about criminal chair charges now, based on that you looked the criminality of this thing going. All right. Well, I guess the only negligence I could see were against the cops were on the stakeout. I don't know if they're involved in this or not. It's the officers who gained entry and shot including the one who shot blindly 10 rounds through. Ah, a window or wall or whatever, Wass not knowing of those rounds were going Okay if one of those rounds struck Brown, a tailor Charges stick. What if they're cop mist, and she was struck by the other officers who kicked the door in With a warrant. Now we have no charge. Nothing. What's going? What's a grand jury? Who's who they can indict? And if they don't indict someone on this, or some doesn't pay for this in a criminal fashion, not a civil one cause that's already been settled with a criminal one. The hell you think's gonna happen on Louisville today or tomorrow when this goes down Quick, time out and other stuff to talk about twos. We wait a grand jury decision, The Briana Taylor case, and one of that involves the mysterious circumstances of another death. And that's Michael Curren, the Mueller graduate who's a freshman or was a freshman at U. T and he passed away. I think probably the most perfect person to discuss this particular issue, Mike. Good morning. How are you lonely? How you doing? I'm doing fine. I imagine you don't envy the prosecutor in this case or members of that grand jury kind of a a a little bit of refresher, So the grand jury is called in felony cases, and all they do. All they're going to do is simply determine if there is enough evidence against those officers and six officers. To bring this case to a full trial. Ah, And as they say, a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich. It's a very, very low bar in this case or in these cases, what what has to be proven in order to get this to move to a full and regular trial as we know Probably the standard in any grand jury proceeding is probable cause to believe that an offense has been committed and that the individual that's charged is the one that's responsible for it in extremely low bar. It's it's just miles away from proof beyond a reasonable doubt. And you're right. You know, the old adage that the prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich is true. But smart Prosecutors don't indict cases that they are not reasonably certain can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. This is kind of a strange one. Kentucky's different. I guess. The prosecutor the normal prosecutor, I don't know if they're county prosecutors down there. What a guy named Tom Wine. Hey, recused himself early on and then the attorney general. Can come in and take a taste. Oh, case over, and that's what happened here, Daniel Cameron. Kentucky attorney General guide. It's been talked about international office some point and he's the one that's gotta make the call on this. And while he's beyond a rock and a hard place on this one slowly, I mean all of these officer involved. Shootings are difficulty toe unwind some more so than others. But I mean, this thing has so many tentacles. It's really a top one. Well, I go back to Joe Deters in his decision, The ray tensing case with Sam DuBose and and you know the speculations because that went to trial, and we know the outcome of that was that it was overcharged over prosecuted. Is there a certain amount of public pressure where they go? Hey, listen, You know what? Let's let the grand jury indict these guys and then we'll go from there. It's going to save us. A lot of A lot of trouble. I mean, there's a reason why everything's boarded up in downtown Louisville today. No question about it. No question about it, and you know, while that prosecution did not work out The prosecutor intended it. Tio workout. I don't think and I know Joe beaters. But again, that's just a rumor, If indeed it happens today or tomorrow whenever we'll have it for you here on 700 wlw, So we'll follow that because the entire city of Louisville is locked down right now. I mean, it looks like they're ready for hurricane. It's incredible. Um, we have this. Speaking of well, I don't know. Needless death and violence, maybe in Westwood, the mom of a six year olds been charged with child endangerment after shot himself. And of course, we just had that 10 year old accidentally shot and tragically killed by another child that was in, I believe in Finney Town. Just the other day. Now, these things are completely 100% preventable, right kids, and I were talking about little kids getting ahold of firearms. So there's been a proposal on the table for sometime in Ohio. It's called House Bill 2 40 of Force parents to keep guns locked up when not in use under lock and key or security, fashion like that, and a higher up Bridget Kelly is one of the co sponsor of this joins me on the show this morning to talk about it. On 700 wlw. Brigitte. Good morning. How are you? Good morning, honey. Thanks for having me. Yeah, of course. Eso. What is the bill? Say? What's the proposal here? So our proposal is a child Access Prevention mon is something that representative just Miranda, also from Cincinnati, and I are working on together, and it basically says, if you have a firearm in your home that could reasonably be accessed by a minor. You need to walk it up. You know, I think that we could spend this show your show tomorrow and the next day and the next day talking about all of these tragedies that have happened in our community, but also all across the country. And so we think this is just a very common sense way to try to ensure that kid's parents and families can be safe. Okay? And so what is the bill? Say? How's it read? So the bill essentially says if you have a firearm in your home, you have to walk it up on Ben. If a child of a minor accesses it, then you will be criminally charged. So we had one hearing in the house so far in the Criminal Justice Committee, but really the impetus Or this is exactly what you were just talking about it all of these instances of kids getting her hands on a firearm and very tragic accidents occurring, you know whether it's a Two year old who accidentally killed their grandmother because they found her gun in her purse. We've had siblings who accidentally killed each other because they've had access to a gun. One of the most shocking statistics that that we learned when we were working on this is that 73% of kids. That are under the age of 10 said that they knew where their parents kept their guns. And 36% of them admitted that they had handled them before, And that's really that is really scary, because you know there's a lot going on in the world right now. People are stressed. People are concerned about what's going on with their jobs, their kids school and everything else. But, you know, we're still having all of these instances of kids that are just getting access to guns. When when they shouldn't. Okay. So, Bridget, what? One of the numbers and I mean, we have something like so far in Cincinnati. We've had at least one shooting..

"A new season of the bachelor. This according to Chris Harrison. We read on Buzzfeed, but Chris says it will likely move to a different state. Yeah, so he doesn't think that California is ready as far as like being calm with covid to start filming in the state. He thinks that they should go to a different state where the spread I guess isn't so rapid, and that they are getting more accustomed to life outside the home. He suggests Texas. Which I think is interesting since that's his home state. But I. Guess It really doesn't matter where they filmed. Because it looks as if they'll be renting out a resort hotel and filming the entire season there without any travel so I don't think it's GonNa, affect. The vibe in any way. Do. You think we'll ever see the bachelor mansion again. I mean I know we talked about this a couple of weeks ago. I think it's going to be really tempting to not use the listen to your heart mansion for everything going forward. It just seems like a more comfortable living environment. In now with a year away from it, you know the fans will be removed from even longer I wonder if they'll be a pullback. They're being see what happens but who knows I sounds like they're working to make Bachelorette. Season Happen, I know also they're working behind the scenes to do. These like recap shows that we talked about a few weeks goes well where they kind of highlight a season, and like a three hour period of time. Yeah, so the the producers at the bachelor are busy at work. Oh, I should also mention that Chris Harrison says that he's not okay with it. Being Zoom season and I don't think any fan would be. No I. Don't think that I think that would be a whole new show, and I think really hard to get into first. Kaitlyn Bristowe Tanner Tober and more members of Bachelor nation react to crystals and Victoria Fuller's relationship this according to US magazine so funny. How people are just so weirded out by this couple for some reason I'm not that weirded out by it because I mean. Are, we supposed to think that every couple of makes sense on paper in life. No, we don't know Victoria like how she is in real life, and you and I know Chris and who knows maybe they're compatible, or maybe they're the perfect ying Yang, sweet, sour, salty mix, right where she's a little bit more outspoken, a little bit more outgoing She's she's got a little bit more of an attitude. And then curses, so laid back, and just Sweden and go with the flow that perhaps like. It's really a good combination I. Have we yet to get it officially confirmed that they are dating now. I mean like pretty much confirmed it being that she took a picture in made the Geo Tag. Iowa let's state was his trial. Oh shoot I don't know. It's a little town. Iowa Arlington IRA. It's kind of cute I think it store I mean. But we talk about the pressure on a new relationship. You're talking about like probably never having met each other in real life to being quarantined for what seems to be. She's still there, but like she was there for at least two weeks to three weeks. How do you go from no time together to three straight weeks of no long time. It would be a big change granted I. Think Chris Property so big that? If they need to get away, they could but yeah I. Mean that is I, but I also feel like. We've seen some successful corentin relationships. Obviously, we announced Peter and Kelly. Art Together. Jessica! I had never spent. As much time as we're spending together now I know you and jared are getting good like marriage time with your families. And then it says the best mothers anyone could ask for and I don't have a son in law. That hurts my ears when he sings. So there's shade very random.
