Now, the way it's worded. What I have to ask here first is, is he saying for the us to somebody else? Or is he saying it to himself? Do you think? "What? Being a player that plays in Europe means you are a better player than if you play in Major League Soccer. Heist of levels in Europe, I should say. Sure. Look, if the last story made us think of Mexico's desperation, this story makes me think of Mexico's desperation as well because this to me is a reflection of Tata martino looking at that roster and saying, wait a second, this guy could be playing at a place like Atlético Madrid and he's at Houston dynamo. Well, okay, I got a bunch of other guys that are playing at the elite levels, right? No, that's the problem for Tata martino. If he had ten, 12, 15 guys at the elite levels. He wouldn't be talking about this. You know what else? Would stop him from talking about this. Right now looked great. Had come to Houston and bawled out. My concern when I made the move is that even just those few months in Major League Soccer would put him off from being at the elite level for the World Cup. Tata martino her correct me if I'm wrong is not saying this if he's not seeing a significant drop in ector or game since he returned to Major League Soccer. I can't even tell you it's been a drop in his game. He's not been available. That's a reality. He's a little older, longer into tooth and father time is undefeated. "Numbers. He's a very good player. Yes, but I think sometimes we make Alexis Vega to be something that he's not. And he's not going to be the guy that puts chibas on his shoulders and changing things. Yeah, three goals four assists that as you might say, oh, he underperformed. That's basically his average output like for a season. So it's not that bad. I'm interested in what you say as far as Alexis Vega is concerned, you know, our producer better. We have our little text chain back and forth. And he will say something all the time. Which translate means like the league is small for him. And there are definitely moments where Alexi's Vega looks like he is better than 95, 90% of the players in the yamaki. But those moments are fleeting, right? They're not consistent and for you to really dominate a league to the point where you're ready to go to the next level. It's not about dominating in moments. It's about consistency and showing up in the big games that you can point to this weekend and say clearly he did not. So for me, when we talk about is he ready for Europe, a season like this would make me have doubts. And if I spin it to the national team where they could definitely use an informal Alexis Vega, they're definitely not going to have that at the World Cup now. Now, it's going to be 41 days of Alexei's Vega training. Now, waiting to do something. And that's if he takes care of himself because we've seen chibas players in the news this last week for not taking care of themselves before a big game. No, no. That's the thing. I mean, it was a topic beforehand and was a topic after and that seems to be a growing sentiment and listen, Alexis Vega is a very good player. I will repeat. He could be a very productive player. I will repeat, but he's not the game changer to put a team on his shoulders and you want to bank with. Very good player, yes. But if he's only a very good player, you need him to be informed. Nicos Davis was with Gregg halter in Columbus. He was the number two or he was one of the system coaches just excuse me at the U.S. men's national team. He's not the head coach of FC Dallas. He's in a system that plays exactly a four three three or will play four three three like the U.S. men's national team. He's now with the coach who knows him who will value him and I assume he's going to get a better deal. I assume all this gam was for something because they see him as an integral piece. And there is no, there is no question mark of his playing time, or him playing nasty Dallas. I don't like that. But I think going to clove America wasn't as a sure thing for playing time as people think. Man, but there's no question about where the better environment is, right? I mean, glue about Medicare's roster compared to FC Dallas roster. Day in and day out. Training, he's going to get better competition. Legal mechs is better than major league time. So week in and week out, he's going to be getting better competition. Palladio is not a young buck. He's not a 2020 player. Yeah, he's 26 right now, right? So this may not be his last shot at a World Cup, but it is his best shot at a World Cup. Okay. Let me ask you. Can I ask you a question? Yeah. Because that's a great point. He said, this is his best shot at a World Cup. So if you're national team coach, has proven that he's going to give you opportunities with Major League Soccer level competition. Why take the flyer and go out? I'm not saying that's a correct decision for any player. But if the ultimate goal for a player, if the ultimate dream is the World Cup I mean, this is the second time on this show and Ricardo Pepe was the other example.
