"They think they're protecting the people they are enemies of free speech. Okay, I can agree with that. Thank you. John in Pittsburgh, what do you say, John? I think nothing's going to be done. Well, that's not the question. I mean, are you shocked? A little bit, but not at all because it's been going on. When you watch, I don't know if you had a chance to watch Tucker last night with me. No, I'm always asleep when Tucker. I got to get up at 4 o'clock in the morning. I'm never going to be on Juneau came on. And he was just good for Dan. Well, Dan should be livid. Fans should absolutely freaking be livid. Everyone on this list should be limited. I don't think I'm on it. I'm a respectable concern. I don't think George wells on it. I don't think Henry Olsen's on it. Thank you, friend lauten Atlanta. What do you think Latin? Well, I think as big tech grew in power and reach and I think it intoxicated was that power power corrupts and stronger corruption. And absolute power over Twitter absolutely corrupted Twitter. You are right. Thank you, sir Randy and Tennessee, 20 seconds, Randy. Hey, you know, I wonder about folks that seem like they're outraged and didn't know and didn't see what's coming. And I think it's kind of a way for and you know, I'm not just attacking you. You're an establishment guy. If anybody couldn't see what was happening and listen to our side of the aisle that this has been going on forever, it reminds me of like people saying, hey, Doctor Fauci is a liar because he came out and told us he was a liar. He took you over a year. Okay, you're talking about COVID again. And you know, Randy, when you come and do that and you skateboard along and you grab onto the bumper of a different discussion, it doesn't advance your argument very much. I'm sitting here talking about Twitter and you want to talk about Doctor Fauci. It doesn't help your argument. I'll be right back, America more calls, one 805 two O one two three four on the Hugh Hewitt show. I want to remind you that our sponsor is Andrew and Todd dot com. There was Sierra Pacific. They lend you money to refinance your house or buy a home or help your son or daughter become investors in real estate by becoming a non occupying co borrower. They help senior citizens with reverse mortgage. They help veterans with no money down mortgages. They help you refinance. So if you need to get money out of your house or you need a whole new house, go to Andrew and Todd dot com or call them a triple-A triple-A 1172. And I want to get some more calls in as I will next hour, one 805 to O one, two, three, four, Chris and Pittsburgh. What's your reaction? I'm on my bike on the way to work through it this morning. So you're with me. In 2020, two weeks for the election. I had a group on Facebook called dawn of the four of us only 5500 people. I'm nobody. And take the lead. No explanation. No, not. So this violation of first limo. It's not because it's not state action. It's a violation of free speech. We've got to Jacob Dwayne is still in the picture. So I guess to stare up there. Thank you. It's a violation of free speech principles, but not the First Amendment because the government's not involved. Okay, fair enough. I'm just a regular American and we fear about voter suppression. Nonstop from the left. And what's this? Good point. Chris, good point. Good point. Voter suppression. You betcha. It is. All right, we lost them. Forrest in Minnesota, what do you think for us? Hugh he would thank God the light is coming as tarzana Joe said, we're fighting these nasties. And I've always thought one of our problems is our internal naivete. And I'm just, I thank God that you and others are starting to realize the nature of the enemy. And I don't think it's unique to this platform nor arena. And I do believe it's widespread. It goes on all the time and like that sun tzu guy says you have to understand yourself as well as your enemy. Well, you know, for us, I want to say in my own defense, I know how legacy media works very well. I know they're deep seated bias. I've lived in legacy media for 30 years. I just didn't imagine that the Silicon Valley Stassi. And they're not disappearing people except virtually. They're not the real stuff. I just didn't think anyone could be this un American. It's okay to be biased. It's just incredibly un American what they were doing..

"Yeah. Okay, I thought so. Okay, we have to sabotage that. And stop that where we can. Tell us about Alec. Well, Alec is America's largest nonpartisan and keyword voluntary membership organization of state legislators. We've been doing it for nearly 50 years. We'll celebrate that anniversary next October, but everything we do is centered around our three core principles, limited government, free markets, and federalism, and we've got hundreds and hundreds of legislators from around the country in D.C.. This week, not only sharing best practices from around the states, but they're also dedicated on restoring that balance of power of government back to the states. I think all of us would agree that power has become too concentrated in Washington to concentrated in that fourth branch of government, the bureaucracy, the administrative state. And so we're all here. We're fired up. We've got a lot of newly elected legislators in town. I'm going to talk with Melanie from Ohio, 'cause I like the buckeyes more than anybody else. And where are you from originally? North Carolina. Okay, so you've got some good state legislators down there as well. Where'd you go to college? Wake forest. Are you awake, you're a demon Jake? I am. Tarzana Joe, poet laureate of the Hugo chose a demon deacon. So did you take English literature there or government? Government government. So when Alec gets together, it is a hotbed of idea swapping. I would assume. Which is the hottest. Is it education I'm hoping it's education reform this year? Education has been huge this year. When you talk about education savings accounts, opportunity for students, letting parents pick the best school for their children that fits their needs. We saw in West Virginia, their hope scholarship was one of the first in the country to create those education savings accounts for parents and the state Supreme Court actually upheld that as constitutional this year. Arizona followed suit, took things even further with their universal ESA program and they did that on a razor thin margins. They passed it on the last day of session when riots were going out on outside the state capitol tear gas was being fired off because of these roe V wade protesters and yet legislators had the courage to get it done before the session ended and got it over to governor ducey who signed it. I was last night at the Kirby center. Hillsdale college lantern of the D.C. area and we were talking about the fact they run the charter school enhancement program there where they help charter schools get going public charter schools. They provide curriculum teacher training principle trading, all that sort of stuff. The golden age of school choice. It's a second flowering of educational opportunity. If you get $6000, you and I are a tutor, you can get 5 students in at $30,000, you can pay a teacher who's going to work for 9 months and with your 6 kids. It's an amazing thing that's going on in Arizona. What's the replicability of that in other states, do you think? Well, one other interesting point about Arizona. I mean, if you look at the per people spending of the status quo, I mean, what states are spending, it costs more to send a kid to elementary school or public school in a state than it would to send them to college. Right. And that's something that people are starting to realize, you can put those dollars to better use when you put them in the parents hands. But it is, I think, being replicated across the country, I'll just give a shout out to my friends in Iowa, governor Kim Reynolds, cruising to easy reelection there. She's championing these same reforms and she's got a big group of legislators here at Alec this week who are eager to get back to work and put that into practice and their state. Yeah, there wasn't a red wave, but there were red thunderstorms in various places across the country. One of those, there was a deluge of red in Iowa. And so they've got super majorities, and we had an Iowa legislator yesterday saying, that is on the agenda. Now, I don't know if they're going to use the doocy model, the Arizona model, or the West Virginia model, and we've got to have a high state backpack funding. But you're also doing criminal justice. What about flat taxes? Because don't the states figure out the reason that population is increasing in Texas, Tennessee and Florida is that they don't have an income tax? Well, yeah, in Iowa was one of the first states this year to kick off what we dubbed the flat tax revolution. They had a top marginal income tax rate of 8 and a half percent. Wow. They got that down to 3.9%. They're under 4% now. Kim Reynolds signed that right before she gave the State of the Union response to President Biden, but we call it the flat tax revolution because four other states followed suit this year. Iowa, Idaho, Arizona, Georgia, and Mississippi. And so it really was a banner year..

"The busiest poet in America and I stand by that bro. It's very Santa Joe and Reagan dot com. Thank you, Joe. Thank you. 29 to 17, brown's win. Just want to make sure you know that. There are other news. Russia is having a meltdown. The telegraph, Putin passes secret law to send 1 million Russians to fight in Ukraine. Washington Post Putin faces fury in Russia over military mobilization prisoner swamp. New York Times, a lot of panic. Russian men fearing Ukraine draft seek refuge abroad. They're getting out of Russia because they've lost 75,000 KIA. In Russia has lost 75,000 young men and officers and they have no command structure and it's a mess. Putin is threatening nuclear weapons there is a good story at The Washington Post that Biden has communicated several times about privately, but they say over several months. And I think maybe they ought to be on the phone, blinken and saying, here's what will happen. I think they ought to do it with the European allies. The biggest substantive story is that in Great Britain, a revolution is underway. And I mean the kind that we like. A thatcherite revolution. The Chancellor of the exchequer quasi Quartet has gotten up and delivered his interim budget total tax cuts of about 45 billion by 26 27 basic income tax to fall in 19% national insurance will be cut on November 6th energy bills capped at 2500. Stamp duty cuts for 200,000 people limit on bankers bonuses grab the corporation tax is not going up. It is a thatcherite budget. As an 18 year old, you're learning how to mold your life into something you would be happy with. Kings gave me the space and the support to do that. Kings is like a soft place to land in the city. If you can make it in New York City, you can make it anywhere. A Christian school in this place has a profound influence, a multiplier effect on the rest of the world. Don't just move into a dorm, grow in New York City. Don't just go to college, come to kings. And God save the king and God save Liz trust. They're delivering. Finally, it took four conservative prime ministers, beginning with David Cameron, then Theresa May, then Boris Johnson, and now Liz trusts to get back to Thatcher get out of the European Union Brexit happened. Thank you, Boris. David Cameron won the first election that got them into power. We did not think that Jeremy Corbyn gets an assist on this, but we've got as Thatcher set up, Reagan. So is trust setting up someone for oster manure economy, which is in such bad shape. But voting begins today in Minnesota. So go vote Republican top to bottom. We have to end this inflation. We have to end this crime. We have to get our arms around the border and we have to reclaim schools for parents. That's the message of Glenn youngkin. That's the message of every Republican, those four things and we worry about China. If we get the national security. But inflation will only come down when interest rates go up and spending has cut crime will only go down when police are funded and not demonize the border will only be secure when Republicans are in charge, Kevin McCarthy unveiling the commitment to America today in Pittsburgh and education will only get better with Republicans overseeing federal policy so it does not screw around with CRT or title 9 and if you do not vote do not vote for one school board incumbent in any city or county in America unless you are rock solid certain that they are against lockdowns and mandatory masking, reject them, reject them, reject them at a, it's not a pandemic story anymore for you after the break. Actually, I'll tell you now. I have tried three times to walk into a CVS drug store to get a booster. No one will give it to me. Okay, if it's really a pandemic, and there's no line. If it's really a pandemic, do you think they wouldn't be giving you boosters? No, you got to make an appointment online. "I don't know. Did not happen, Sonny did not ask me. I don't know if we got any scholars of Roman history out there. Did not happen. Call PhD weight loss and nutrition at 8 6 four 6 four four 1900 and make your appointment for your consultation. The plan is simple, it's based on science and nutrition, there's no pills or injections, and they even include 80% of your food if you want it. Call them right now at 8 6 four 6 four four 1900 or find them online at my PhD weight loss dot com. And tell them you heard about it from Dwayne that producer Hugh actually has on the Hugh Hewitt show. Join now by the poet laureate of the yuhi show, Tarzan and Joe. Hello, Joe. Hello, you. I don't know how to introduce this woman except to say that it was inspired by my wife, who every time she gets a text message reacts as if a lotto is texting her or some terrible thing has happened. So she said, Joe, would you please write this poem? I said, okay. The market is in shambles and the borders are disaster. That guy who says the end of this year now says it's coming faster. Those of us with cooler heads perceive a course correction. We hold out hope that cavalry will come with the election. We seek out candid candidates who offer real solutions and try to fill their coffers with our campaign contributions. And that folks is the incident from which my problem stems. Because I gave last time my phone is flooded with DMs. Perhaps you have forgotten, or we think it slipped your mind. Involving into texts that are a little more unkind, we can't believe you hadn't. They sent ten Texas an hour. They text me on the golf course, and they text me in the shower. You sure have been persistent, didn't know you had it in you. I've taken to replying stop, but still the text continue. I think that what you're doing is really self defeating. I for one do not respond to dunning and brow beating. So candidates out raising cash. I want you all to know. You can mail me, you can call me. But please don't text me, bro that's don't text me, bro by tarzana Joe. I never thought you would stoop to bro. Yeah, that's really Joe, a new low. Thank you. I aspire to do ties and new lows. No, but I mean bro that's just not tarzana Joe. Quality. I mean, we've got to go back to the industry. You remember the don't tase me, bro fell on. Oh, that's right. Don't tell me, bro it's a reference to it. Until then, you had me because I think that poem will be in demand and people are going to start instead of texting stop or reply. They're going to start texting that poem. Fix that poem back here. Yeah. Is it available? It turns out Joe dot com. Absolutely. And you are open for business. President John Reagan dot com for email inquiries about your reasonable rates and prompt delivery of said poetry needs..

"Proof of concept. And it happened in real time. I had two brother law here last night watching the program. And the one says, well, I'm not going to buy this, and the other one says, the brother, brother, what are you a dummy? You've got prime. So he said, well, you come activate it for me? Yes, I will. And they make it easy. So you're right. That probably dawned on a lot of people for the first time last night or as they moved through the schedule it will dawn on right people. Well, and that's the other thing is that the NFL is a nationwide phenomenon. So every week, a different market is like, oh, yeah, that's right, I have. I can activate. You're right. People are right. They Google it. They're like, how do I get Prime Video? And they're like, oh, it's already part of my Amazon Prime membership. Okay, that's great. And maybe it sparks maybe it sparks a few people to sign up for Amazon Prime period who hadn't done it before. That's possible. That's less likely. Again, I think what they really want is just want people to activate those memberships that they already have and put them on their TV. That's what they want to do. And it's sticky. Get it sticky. Now we got three minutes left. Anything to see in the movies this weekend. Anything at all? Well, you know, there's a couple of things in theaters. You could go see or watch at home the new fletch movie confessed fletch starring Jon Hamm as the investigative journalist turned private eye Fletcher. I am Fletcher. He is, I don't know if folks remember the fletch movies from the 1980s. I was never a huge fan of those, honestly. I hesitated to raise that because that's a big reach for 50 years ago. Yeah, I mean, I don't love those movies. But I know a lot of people who really do, it's a total cult thing. There's a cult of fletch, the indie director Kevin Smith is very into flat. I don't know, there's a whole cult around that I don't love those movies. And this is a perfectly acceptable watch at home on your couch movie. Granted, renting it at home right now is $20, because your premium video on demand, you could go see it in theaters on 800 screens. It's funny it is not brilliant, it is not going to change your life to watch this movie, but it's a nice little hundred minute date night movie. If you like Jon Hamm, if you remember John ham from mad men, you'll like him here. He's allowed to be a little bit funnier here than he was on that show. John slattery shows up for a couple of scenes getting folks will remember from mad men. It's just a good little hangout comedy. Not great, not brilliant. Perfectly acceptable. It'll be on showtime, I think, in a month. So if you don't want to pay 20 bucks right now, just wait, wait a month. I'm not driving down from the great north Woods to see that. Anything else? So the in theaters this week is don't worry darling, which is the kind of no. No, no, no. Updated stepford wives. Yes. Not going to see that that's got like the worst, the least appealing trailer ever. Well, it's got a very weird trailer. I thought it was interesting. I thought it was funny. You mentioned the trailer. I thought it was interesting. And some people have been like, oh, I don't know what's going on in that trailer. I was like, well, this is the problem with the trailers that it's too. It's too visually weird for its own good. People are going to be turned off by that, I think. I am exhibit one. My brother in law is exhibit one for Amazon, and I'm exhibit one for dollop now. And also in theaters is the woman king, big historical epic starring Viola Davis. There's some controversy around it. Viola Davis stars as the general for the dahomey kingdom in Africa, but in this movie is telling they are abolitionists, African warriors who want to get rid of that issue at leaned over and said, this could be good, but she's old, isn't she? She says, old as we are. I mean, Viola Davis is the king. I mean, they got to have a stunt double here because that's a demanding trailer role. Yeah, she's in her. She's in her mid 50s. She is, you know, she's an older action. She's Liam Neeson. She's lady Liam Neeson. Well, there you go. You could look at it. No, but she's very good at she's so good at it. I mean, she really is. And you know, look, again, there's some controversy about this movie because why? In reality. So the movie is about this African kingdom that dahoma kingdom, who are at war with another king from the oyo kingdom and the dahomey's want to get rid of slavery in Africa, blah, blah, blah. I mean, in reality, the dahomey's were vicious vicious flavors. I mean, that was not that they were not in favor of getting rid of slavery. They wanted to do what they were very good at it. And the female warriors goji were amongst the most vicious and most successful of the slavers. Now, look, I did not know that. People should not get hung up on reality when thinking about a historical ethic. I mean, I love Gladiator. Do you love gladiators? Yes, and there is no Marcus Aurelius hell on them. That didn't happen. The general maximus did not exist really, you mean me kind of did, but not in the form that we see here. But also, but more importantly, that movie ends with the restoration of the Roman Republic in one 80..

"Okay, it's fine. I like the last episode or the fourth episode, I guess there's the 5th one is out right now today, Friday. But the fourth episode where the men of numenor are like, yes, let's go to war because the leaves are falling from the tree. I was like, okay, I'm finally. Yeah, I need that sense of duty and epic. It's not house a dragon, sunny. It's not house of dragons. It's not that. But look, so my point here is we don't really know which caused more signups. But if I had to guess, I would say that the best investments for Amazon Prime in terms of sparking activations is NFL football. And look, here's the thing about NFL. The NFL is huge remained hugely hugely popular. It's the best, it's still the best rated show on TV is whatever prime time football game is on by an enormous margin. I mean, the ten most watched shows of the year like 8 of them are football games or something. So it's a huge hit. But it's hard to make a hit TV show. You got to do all sorts of things right. You got to do all sorts of things that are difficult in terms of tracking audience, et cetera, et cetera. But with football, all you got to do is have money. All you got to do is have the money to pay for the rights for the thing. And it does help to have good broadcasters. They add Kirk herb street and that helps. That helps the people will watch bad broadcasters here. People will have, again, you throw them watching Chris collinsworth for years. You're right. Chris collinsworth is horrible by watching anyway. Right. So what I like Chris collinsworth, but I understand lots of people don't. I know lots of people don't. So I get it. But again, all you have to do is have enough money to get Al Michaels to come do your show. All you have to do is have enough money to get curb curb street to come to your show. So, you know, what does Amazon have? Amazon has tons and tons of money. Whether Amazon not have. They do not have a ton of activations on Prime Video, which is a thing that is already included in your Amazon Prime membership. As my brother in law learned for the first time last night, he did not know that. Exactly. This is exactly what Amazon wants from Thursday Night Football. They want people who have Amazon Prime, but don't necessarily understand that they have access to Prime Video to realize that and activate it and put it on their TV. Revenue stream. And if I were Amazon, I'd buy Monday Night Football by college football. I'd give the Big Ten more money than Fox did whenever they can. I'd buy sports because sports are sticky. Yep, this is what I would do if I was Netflix. This is what I would do, I would buy the NBA rights. If I, if I were, you know, HBO Max, I'd be buying Monday Night Football or whatever. I mean, if I was dizzy, if I was busy. So if I'm busy and I own ESPN already, I am trying to figure out how to make Monday Night Football exclusively on Disney+. Yeah, sunny. Salem is not for sale, but if I was Amazon, I would buy the Salem news channel as well because we feel the early morning hours and we're sticky. We've had the they've got to start buying stuff that people watch anyway or listen to anyway and putting it in one place where you can get it easily. Yeah. Totally. Totally. And this is so this is your brother in law is the number a number one case study in why Thursday Night Football is a better $1 billion spend than Amazon's Lord of the Rings purchase. I mean, that is like, I think this is 100% from a pure business perspective, the smartest thing that Amazon could have done with it..

I was going to say, did you even go to sleep last night? Are you just powering through? Are you just doing an all nighter? I've had 5 cups of coffee. Does that come through on the radio? It's a sunny. What do you take it from here and tell us what we need to know about everything for ten minutes? Well, you know, you mentioned Amazon Prime and football. And it's interesting. We could talk about that for just a minute because the interesting business of Hollywood story here. I mean, if you look at the two big thing, the Prime Video is doing this year. One of them is Lord of the Rings power of the ring, which is kind of like a big prestige TV show $1 billion series, whatever. And then the other one is picking up the exclusive rights to Thursday Night Football. Now, there's been football on Amazon for the last few years, but it's always been kind of in partnership with somebody, you know, it hasn't been exclusively only able to watch on Prime Video. And if you had to, if you had to guess which of those two programs, spurred more sign ups, which would you guess. NFL. And we have to guess, because we don't have the we don't have the right, you know, we don't have access to all this. I will say this, I would say in the film, but last night, my brother in law, who has prime did not realize he said, I'm not going to pay more for this game. I think Amazon's made a mistake. I said, you don't have to. It's in the Prime membership. So you can't actually break it out. It's so sticky. It's glue, right? So I think prime benefits from the other, by the way, rings of power is a B I mean, it's a B minus, actually. Yeah, I mean, rings of power is okay..

"Completely fake, they passed four police bills completely fake, Brett asked me about them, cut 29. It's a real question about whether the Senate moves forward with this bill or not. It's obvious precarious to start having these discussions with progressive Democrats and talking about defunding or the like just weeks before the election. I think it was a bad move by the Democrats. It's the same dean Phillips and the like minded Democrats here report led in from Minnesota voting begins in Minnesota tomorrow. In the third congressional district, so called moderate dean Phillips is being challenged by, for example, by Tom wyler, some reader turned first time congressional candidate wherever he goes, while her talks about crime in fentanyl. Dean Phillips has spent all month negotiating with squad, these radical members to try and pretend that they are tough on crime. Well, it doesn't do anything about fentanyl. Doesn't do anything about the border doesn't do anything about the burnout areas of Minneapolis. I think it is shouting into the wind and the Democrats would have been better off to spend their time on the ground talking to voters about fentanyl and the border and promising to do something next time. And they hadn't done any of that. And so they passed a bunch of bills and they wasted a bunch of time and time and Tom weiler is still a much better candidate than dean Phillips in Minnesota start voting today vote for wyler vote for all the Republicans and do not vote for one school board member about whom you are not certain that they are committed to never locking down the schools again. They admit their air and they are against mandatory masking. Cameron again, there is a horrific story out of North Dakota where a 41 year old man ran over an 18 year old man. I do not think it's a political violence. I think a drunk guy got into road rage and somehow killed it and then he tried to come up with a cover story and claim that the kid was a radical Republican extremist. It's kind of a drug tank kind of story. But I said as much last night, cut number 30. He said that the teen who was a Republican extremist and it doesn't add up, Brett. It's a DUI, it's vehicular homicide. It's a hit and run. The fella who's now been charged and released on an astonishingly low $50,000 in bail came up with a story. I think it sounds like some kind of a drunk excuse for running into a kid, whether or not he was having road rage, whatever, but this 18 year old mister Ellington is dead and this defendant is going to be back in fine bars very soon. I don't think it's a political case yet. I'd be very reluctant to go there. It sounds. And so the only person to raise the issue of political violence is the suspect who's already not credible. To me, I listen with lawyers ears after 35 years I can't do other. They came back around and we got to talk about the protests in Iran. And I'm very glad to have done this. Again, this is why I like special report. Brett's got on Byron York and he's gone on Mar-a-Lago and they're very smart people. He takes his time, we move methodically through some important issues and the protests in Iran and the silence of the Biden administration came up last night, cut 31. Right. President Biden was vice President Biden, Hugh, when the Obama administration took criticism for not speaking up louder for the green revolution in Iran that there are some people believed could have risen up there. This is a bad replay of that. When president Obama was silent at the beginning of his term, the green revolution, which might have gotten some traction and fell away and was repressed, 36 people are reported to have been killed in the last 6 days after the death of masha mini in Iranian custody. The numbers that we have can be lower than that, but that's according to the obsolete Iran Human Rights Watch. It is inconceivable that we are dealing with Iran right now to relieve sanctions. And admiral Kirby was very general and condemnation, not specific to the Iranian laws. The Iranian president was at the UN denouncing the U.S. this week, the Iranian president is one of the hard liners. It is inconceivable that we would send them millions and billions of dollars which will be right to Russia because that's their strategic partner. It's no figuring out the Biden administration to Ron policy. There isn't one. There isn't one other than abject appeasement. I do like my orange tie though. One more time they came around if it didn't, it's a very short bit. We're running out of time. You can never tell when someone's set in your ear. Ten seconds. But that's what happened last night. Cut 32. Inflation crime in the border, they're all in the commitment and they can't say it often enough between now and the election. Inflation crime in the border. The Republicans are unveiling their commitment to America today in Pittsburgh, very sad in Pittsburgh this morning. I'm sorry WPI listeners, I really feel for you not. And the browns won last night, so I told them I warned I warned them to go to Pittsburgh after they're in Cleveland. Now the other big news this morning is that the new number two in Great Britain's government. Quasi quartan is giving a speech and he has announced he's scrapping the highest tax rate in Great Britain. He is cutting tax here and cutting tax there. He is going left right, everything is being cut. He's cutting the zero income tax on up to 12,000 pounds. He's lowering the basic rate to 20%. He is also going to get rid of the new national health insurance tax. He's going to cut the stamp duty none will be paid on the first 250,000 pounds of property value. The corporation tax hike has been scraped. The national insurance increase great. The cap on bankers bonuses lifted. They're going back to Thatcher nomics to reaganomics. Bravo, bravo. Liz trust doing a great job in her first week. Meanwhile, the United States watchdog has estimated that $45 billion. $45 billion, which would fund the entire strategic submarine force, that was wasted and unemployment fraud because the government was in charge. Do you understand the government was in charge? When you spend money through the government, it is never efficiently allocated and there is always fraud. That's what governments do. They get 80% of the job done for a 130% of the proposed cost..

"If you're watching the Salem news channel, the first thing that came up were the fake police bills that the Democrats passed yesterday. "There you are in the great wide open when you hear it. Dinnertime. When you're hungry, you're not gonna let 5000 feet of mountain get in your way and if they try. That's what kids line up of exceptionally capable SUVs with available all wheel drivers for. The Telluride Sorrento sportage and cell toes are how you know we take this pretty seriously. The SUVs and the dinner. Hurry into your local Kia dealer today, Kia, movement that inspires. Visit Kia dot com for details, always drive safely. Morning, glory America, bonjour, I Canada Friday, September 23rd in the year of our lord 2022, I'm in studio north. Let's begin with the biggest story, shall we? The Cleveland Browns beat the Steelers 29 to 17 to dump the nasty jets laws right in the Lake. That's the headline on the Mary Kay Cabot story at Cleveland dot com. The browns weren't suffering from anything that a good old fashioned smash mouth victory over their arch rival steelers couldn't cure. This is the most important story in the world. I know Putin has threatened nuclear weapons. I know The Washington Post is reporting that Joe Biden is privately responded. But let's get our priorities right, okay? The browns blue, a 13 point lead four days ago in a minute 55. And somehow the browns managed to win last night, even though there was another onside kick, which I never want to see again in a browns game. And everybody played well. I mean, it's not as close as 29 to 17 makes it because the steelers are trying an onside kick when it was 22 17, and the browns almost missed that one and it went out of bounds thank goodness, but we could admit that one in which case I might not be on the air this morning. But Mary Kay called it, she called and juco would have a great game in the orange and brown pad cot podcast before percent had a great game. The defense sort of repaired itself and at one point I turned to my brother in law was watching with me. I said, Joe Woods was our defensive coordinator. Good guy. But he's going to get fired if they lose this game. It's a tribal sacrifice kind of thing in Cleveland. If you lose two out of the first three that you're supposed to win all three and one of those is the Steelers and another one is a blown lead like the jets game last week and the first one you only won because you have the leg from legoland that can kick hundred yard field goals. Then there will be a sacrifice of the God. So Joe Woods is they're putting the camera on them last night. Good guy came over from the forty-niners. Cool as a cucumber called blitzes at the right time. His job is safe. They have ten days off now to try and get ready for the falcon. By the way, I'm on an a.m. 9 20. I would think the governor Kemp would want me down there to cover the browns, falcons game. I got the bat line open governor Kemp. I would just think the governor Kemp would say, you know, I think you ought to broadcast from falcon stadium or whatever they call it down there. I can get there. There's no reason I can't get there. It's like going on a cruise. I'm negotiating with the cruise right now about whether we go from London to Lisbon to Monte Carlo. On the last few cruise and they say Dwayne can have the dinghy, half a drink of the dinghy, and you can come, but that's, and you can bring guy Benson along for half the trip. And I'm saying that's not good. So I'm negotiating. So I'm negotiating with governor Kemp right now. They got a nice little stadium there. It would be nice, wouldn't it? If someone would broadcast from it, just saying governor Kemp. I'll bring you more brown's news because I know that's why you tune into this show. Generalissimo gave me a cut sheet this morning that has 32 cuts and 32s, by the way, Jimmy brown's number. None of them have any browns news in them, but he did give me my four cuts from special rapport with Brett bear last night. I want you. I want you to download the Salem news channel because if you do, you can see I'm wearing my browns lucky tie. It's not often I get to do television on game day. And so if you're watching the Salem news channel, the first thing that came up were the fake police bills that the Democrats passed yesterday..

"Join them by the poet laureate of the Hugh UHL tarzana Joe. Hello, Joe. Hello, you. You know, there are times when I'm so grateful that I have this national platform because there are some things I really want everyone to know. The best folks that I've ever met, I'm sure that you can guess are the noble men and women working for the IRS. You say we have too many. But I wish there were more of them. And if I had a daughter, I hope she'd marry four of them. They're kind and sweet, generous, loyal, just like lassie. I don't think it's right when you compare them to the Stassi. Of course, the code is complex. It's filled with many minds, but letters from the IRS are just like valentines. You're welcome and tarzana. But I haven't gotten much dough. If I make 400,000, I'll be sure to let you know. The other group that's jolly good, which no one can deny. Are all the special agents working for the FBI. Everyone I've met has been a shaker or a mover in the great tradition of the late J. Edgar Hoover. Common see me any time. I'll open all the locks. Nothing in my house compares to sandy Berger socks. The moral of my story, which is how good poems end, life is pretty rosy when the deep state is your friend. And I hope you can repeat that several times so that everybody knows just how I feel. What's the title, Joe? You've got a friend in me. You got friends. You know, we've got a lot of IRS folks listening, a lot of bureau folks listening. I want to assure them that actually Joe does love them. And that they don't need to go to. That's clear, isn't it clear? I just want to assure them that Joe's got nothing to hide and Joe is actually on your side. He's just a poet who needs to know it for the audience. My wife said at the fourth stanza, she said, well, the knock on the door will come in. That letter is coming. No, actually they don't work that way. Really? Kind of, sort of, maybe. Will that be over it turns out that Joe dot com? Of course it will. All right, look, if you're a bureau agent or you're an IRS revenue, as snuffy Smith used to say, and you want a poem, Joe will work for you. Probably at a reduced rate though that's illegal. Tarzana Joe at Reagan dot com, right? That's right. Cars and Joe, have you done it? Have you done a poem for a bureau special agent or IRS or not to my knowledge? I did write a lot of poem to it for a three star general ones. Well, there you go. Next up, the bureau would have fun. Someone on a commission you and they'll be able to get a bug in deer poetry. They'll be able to debug your poetry thing if you get them on your side. I'm trying to say that tarzana Joe is hacked more often than a bad episode of I spy. And I just, I think maybe the bureau could help you, Joe. I need all the help I can get, clearly..

"And it's made a huge difference for them. Let me ask you, Lee. And we got one minute. People have in their minds and idea of who's a rich state and who's a poor state. And they usually dump on Mississippi or Louisiana and that's not true. And then they don't know about Utah and they don't know. The more you educate people about, you see the transit, you see people moving all over the country. Are they moving in response to the underlying I think they ought to read rich state poor states, but are they moving in response to fundamental economics? Our research says yes, over the last 15 years of this report, we've seen that people moving to states with lower or no income taxes, those states are not only seeing population growth, but wage growth for the citizens. Lee shawk, vice president for policy at American legislative exchange council, go to Alec dot org. If you want to get this rich state poor states, come right back, we continue on, that you hear at show. Welcome back America from Alec dot org I'm in Atlanta, but I do not forget to talk to tarzana Joe, poet laureate of the U.S. show, hello, Joe. Hello to you. I have just one observation this morning. I've put it in a lot of stances, but it's just one observation. We love to hear the happy talk. I say without a doubt, when the news is negative, I tend to tune it out. Conversely or inversely. So my point is crystal clear. I only pay attention to the things I want to hear. When facts are put before me about money, your relations, I filter them a little till they fit my expectations. If someone I support is clearly having a bad day, I finally inclination is to look the other way. And Friends, I'm not the only one whose reason I'm assailing, this dangerous phenomenon is quite the human failing. So it isn't that surprising that our legislative leaders come up short like I do in their roles as steely freighters. The Democrats are certainly economies expanding and all the gloomy numbers are a shared misunderstanding. Republicans compatibly won't look beyond the news and think if they do nothing, it's essential that they won't lose. Parties are like people. That's what I've concluded. And like us, they are equally and easily deluded. Lib or libertarian ghibelline or guelph, the worst lies on the planet are the ones you tell yourself. That's what recession by tarzana Joe. Quibbling or guelph? Come on, you're not a student of Florentine democracy, aren't you? Well, what are you going to do to the Steelers fans? This is right before the Larry arn, I figured a little. Yeah, but guelph is really reaching the Steelers fans are scratching their helmets and saying, I haven't heard of a well that I can't even say the first one turns out to Jo though. Wait, wait, I was a registered growth. When I first began to vote. So I'm sorry. Yeah, Joe. Yeah, they'll never be a recession in poetry, so long as you're open for business and your website hasn't been hacked. Is it reopened? I am clean as a whistle. That's great. I'm not believing that. Turns out I didn't ask you what happened. Yeah, go to tiesa joint Reagan dot com email him if you want a poem. Don't try and put the order in over tarzana Joe dot com. "Well, that's good to know for parents out there. Sunny last question in terms of blockbuster. There's some trailers down the road that we saw in Thor and they pay a lot for those trailers. Is there anything you are waiting on the edge of your seat to see? Well, I don't know about blockbusters, but I do really like the trailer for Amsterdam. Did you get that? Well, that was not attached. No. Yeah, so Amsterdam is the new movie from the director of silver linings playbook and American hustle. Gars Christian Bale. It looks a little bit like a Coen brothers movie. It's not a Coen brothers movie, but it looks a little bit like Ellen brothers movie. And I liked Coen brothers. So I'm looking forward to that. But now it's that there's a dry stretch here probably we are we are going to be hitting post the first weekend of August when bullet train comes out the movie with Brad Pitt. I saw that trailer. I'm kind of looking forward to that. Haven't you seen that trailer 20 times? I've seen that trailer 20 times. Well, we see all the trailers 20 times now because there are so many fewer movies. There's only one big release every two weeks now, which I think is actually smart. I mean, I think Hollywood should get back to instead of a tent pole every week, a tent pole every three weeks and then a little bit smaller movies in the interregnum, but I digress. I want to finish by going back to Elvis. I have made the recommendation to a number of people that they go see Elvis. It divides on a demographic line that's fairly significant. If you're under 50, you're not going to you're not attracted to that movie if you're over 50. Even any kind of distant intimation of Elvis in your life, you will enjoy it greatly. What's been the overall grade on Elvis? Are people like it? It's gotten solid. I think a minus or cinema score, which is solid. Critics, critics are pretty positive on it. And you're right. It's definitely attracting an older audience. I mean, if you look at the numbers, if you look at the demographic breakdown, I think the second and third weekend or the second weekend, I think, was older than the first weekend was in terms of older audiences. And it's also attracting women. So it's attracting older women, which has been a demographic that has been loath to come back to movie theaters. And it's doing very well for itself, and it's going to cross a $100 billion this weekend. Tom Hanks can still carry a movie. And Elvis, of course, Sonny bunch, follow him on Twitter at sunny bunch, he earned his airline miles this week and of course the bulwark goes to the movie as one podcast across the movie aisle is another podcast. They are both worth listening to if you're a movie aficionado. Thank you. Sunny bunch. Welcome back, America, you at time for the poet laureate of the Hugh Hewitt show tarzana Joe. Hello, Joe. Hello Hugh. You know the last two weeks have been a little unusual for me. I hear echoes of something that I can't just put my finger on it. But I've tried to. The market is in tatters and everyone's obsessing. But the media is telling us inflation is a blessing. The post and times in chorus have been singing the same song. They say the cost of living has been far too low too long. Editorial opinion, every comment, every letter, all are in agreement that recessions even better. Biden has a program and the reason he began it is he knows that rising prices are a way to save the planet. And if you're in agreement, well, it's time to do your part. Go visit a museum, glue yourself to works of art. The earth has been exploited. Time to lighten up the load. So we better tell the farmers, hey, start learning how to code. If you're feeling cold this winter, why not rule up in your rugs? And if you're getting hungry, here's a burger made of bugs. The streets are filled with garbage, violent criminals are lurking, but they say that their statistics indicate reforms are working as a fight in Central Europe. Have you seen the latest meme go to TikTok and they'll tell you that's just letting off some steam. Well, at least we have some comfort from The White House press release where they tell us pain is pleasure and that war, of course, is peace. That's echoes of something by Joe. It's echoes of 1978. Joe, what year did you graduate from demon deacon, Lin? 79. And by the way, a demon deacon had a great first round in the British open. Well, I'm glad to hear that. But you came out. I was on special report on Wednesday night. And I pointed out I got out when inflation was 7.6. You got out when inflation was 11.3. And then we were both early in our careers when inflation went to 13.5. Aren't those the good old days, Joe? I guess you looked at me and you said, I'll never own anything. I'll never want to think hard. I'm going to have a half grilled cheese tonight. I'm telling you, this can not go on, but Tarzan and Joe goes on and on. He's the energizer bunny of poetry and you can reach him at tarzana Joe at Reagan dot com for all your poetry needs rates are reasonable poems are wonderful. This will be posted. It turns out Joe dot com, if it's working, is it working, Joe? Absolutely. Back on the beam. Back on the beam turns in a Joe dot com, but the people who need poetry write to Joe. He hasn't raised his rates 9.1% in over a week. No, I'm holding a line..

"On the here you are radio program. I'm guest host Kurt schlichter, author of will be back the fall rise of America, stick around. And I am joined now by tarzana Joe. Hi, Joe, how's it going on the Hugh Hewitt radio program today? I'm doing fine in yourself. Oh, I am full of them and vinegar. I don't know what that means, but it's a salad dressing that they use at chipotle, I think. Exactly, and I sprinkle me with feta. And you, I don't know what that means either. It's a poem. I'm doing verse, but you're the expert in verse. What do you have for us today? You know, I follow you on Twitter, and I noticed that you often use the First Amendment to speak forcefully about the Second Amendment. Oh yes. And I hope so does this, boom. Oh, I'm intrigued. There's a lesson in this madness that the media has been hiding. Laws are only useful to control the law abiding. Past the pro asset missions that you think you want or need and rest on my assurance that the honest will take heat. That won't produce solutions to the problems that you're after. The chorus from the lawless will be little more than laughter. Proposed reforms so sensible majorities endorse them. But laws are only useful if your DAs within force them. And in their leftist wisdom that's as long less as secession, they wield another weapon. I think it's called discretion. Here in LA county, you read it every day. A felon with a gun? Well, we'll just look the other way. Step across a line that would put both of us in jail and they're looking for a reason to eliminate their bail. So there isn't any measure, which will cure as if by magic, the seams that we see weekly, which are horrible and tragic. I'm not senseless to these horrors, and I'm not a great debater. But with what they're proposing, I see horrors that are greater. Criminals so fearless and the state so supersized that the innocent civilian by both is victimized. Wow, tarzana Joe. A moving tribute to the Second Amendment and the right of the people to keep and bear arms. Thank you very much now. Look, if I were in the need of verse. And I wish to commission poetry. How might I go about doing that from you, tarzana Joan, poet laureate of the Hugh Hewitt radio program? Well, say you wanted a verse to start each chapter of your new book, just a scene. Are you referring to we'll be back the fall and rise of America from regular books on that one? Okay. Then you would just contact me at or is that a Joe at Reagan dot com or tarzana Joe at hotmail dot com or go to I want a poem on the charge that I drove dot com page. We work together. "Bill Gates says NFTs and crypto are 100% based on the greater fool theory. Now, generally, I see more. Are you familiar with the greater fool theory? The greater what theory? The greater fool theory. No. The greater fool theory is that no matter what you pay for something, there will be a greater fool around who will pay more for it. I've seen that in action in the last couple of weeks having it. Yeah, we have. We know. Actually, it's a true theory. Bill Gates believes in it. That's why I think I said, can we get a Montage someday of how many times I told people not to buy crypto on the show? It goes back at least 5 years. And what did I say? Don't buy what you don't understand. So unless you can sit down and explain to me how blockchain currency replaces a reserve currency, don't buy it. But in any event and non fungible tokens, that to me with the tulip bulb thing. If you study the history of economics, Arthur Brooks, westbury, they all begin with the tulip bulb thing. The Economy Is on the Pathway to a Recession

"The news yesterday is the news as it was all week. The economy sucks because Joe Biden is president. Recession fears grow is down closes below 30,000 in mortgage rates spike. That is the headline in The Washington Post. So the second headline fed's full tilt inflation fight makes a softish landing harder to achieve. The already slim odds writes the Financial Times Colby Smith in Washington, D.C., of the Federal Reserve bringing down inflation without causing a painful economic downturn, took another leg lower on Wednesday as the U.S. Central Bank embraced what is said to be the most aggressive campaign to tighten monetary policy in decades. And that led that led to the Dow going down 741 points to close at 29 92. That's below 30,000. It was never below 30,000. I don't think under Trump. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think so.

And Saudi Arabia's agreement is a crucial part of that to offset the embargo on Russia, which continues its war crimes and its illegal invasion of Ukraine. President

President Biden Gives Speech on Gun Control

"We also will digest today President Biden's speech on gun control last night. Here's the key one minute and one second of it. Cut number three. Here's what the overwhelming majority of American people believe we must do. Here's what the families in Buffalo in Texas told us we must do. We need to ban assault weapons and high capacity magazines. And if we can't ban assault weapons, then we should raise the age to purchase them from 18 to 21. Strengthened background checks, and that's safe storage law in red flag laws. Repeal the immunity that protects gun manufacturers and liability. Address the mental health crisis deepening the trauma of gun violence as a consequence of that violence. That goes along with, I have the text of the speech in front of me. We need to expand background checks to keep the guns out of the hands of felons, fugitives, and those under restraining orders. The red flag there is the restraining order. There are a lot of people under a restraining order who would not have their due process rights upheld if it automatically applied to seizure of their weapons.

"Welcome back america. I've been talking with tarzana joe. The poet laureate of the hugh hewitt show for two decades and there are many days when it's very difficult to do so and this is one of those days but joe. I know it's been hard on your heart and your friend of the marines but he had to rhyme for us today. Sometimes words are so small and trying to express how you feel but sometimes they're all we have. I felt my anger rising. When i saw the towers fall. I've been through quakes and fires and i thought i'd seen it all. I've felt a nation rumble when a ryder truck exploded and all that wrenching terror once a maniac unloaded i've more than prayed for thousands as i saw the bloody cost my soul cries out to have any time and innocent is lost but never did i ever should. I live a thousand years. Think that i would see the things that bring marines to tears. How desolate to die. In such a bleak in foreign land so far from your dreams with only god hold your hand there to save their comrades from abandonment and darkness being left behind stands out in terror for its darkness and friends. I have to ask you what depravity of mind makes leader shift the blame to those he leaves behind. I pray he reconsidered. And i pray for your prayers too but if we fail to sway him. There is so much left to do this so much left that we could lose this so much more to gain live life in their memory. No hero dies in vain title. Joe no words no words. Well done well done i. I'll tell you the at hit like a hammer yesterday and the whole country's feeling it and that is extraordinary that you could put that together. We'll be tarzana. Joe dot com..

Schumer's Trillions by Tarzana Joe

"The senate's spending trillions but the house would like some more they want it to be five but they could compromise it for soon. They'll reach agreement but joe's signature won't end it or once. They've gone past it. It will be a job to spend it or if you stack them one by one dollars so finish forget it. It's a job that you would never ever finish. I've done the mathematics for my number challenged peers. Assuming they spend evenly across the next four years. Let's say it's just four trillion. Then they'll have to find a way to pay out two point seven billion each and every day in the dc universe who needs a superpower the drop one hundred million dollars each and every hour to act with such a dasan. I give them my respects but no one has the stamina to write out all those checks and like the seeds from cottonwoods. When summer windsor blowing no one has the auditors to track. Where it's all going margaret thatcher said it and i used to think it's funny the government could reach the end of other people's money budgets kept increasing and the government survived but the day that she envisioned. I think sadly has arrived so welcome to the green new deal inflation. That's unending all brought to you in the disguise of infrastructure spending. That's brewster's millions. I'm sorry schumer's trillions by tarzana. Joe

"Favorite new film of the year so far. That's sunny doesn't like anything. I mean seriously. You like something but you don't really say things like that very often. I don't love a lot of things. Most things are fine. I mean look. Things are like gunpowder. Milkshake there in a range of fine. You know it's competent but live or blackout shore. But this is this is really really good and it's really it's always nice to see nicholas cage. Get a role can really do something with the nicholas cage is one of these guys who never stopped working. But he's not supporting actor he's a lead and so when you're a lead actor in about seven movies a year you take a lotta crap you you just you're in a lot of bad movies Like for instance. There's one that's on hulu now. How willie's wonderland in which he literally. He plays a guy who fights demonic possessed animatronic figurines. That's that's the plot of the movie and it's terrible. The worst movie i've ever seen But even in that. He's like kind of interesting. It's just everything around him in that movie as arable in this movie everything around him is great You know it was The director of pig is michael star. Noski you wrote and directed this And it's our alex well Who people might remember from hereditary. He was the son in hereditary if people that And it also has atta market. Not alan arkin. Adam arkin As as a a figure a shadowy figure in the world of portland's foodie seen Again it it's a smaller movie but it's really good Strongly recommended he can find it in a theater near you. Sunny bunch i will i. I will make note that after the weekend is over i will go see pig which would never have seen but for talking to you. So you've done your job as the official critic of the hugh hewitt show. Thank you all right. That was that was different for sunny strong. Netflix gunpowder milkshakes. It's okay and then a A push the theater. I love that. thank you. Sunny bunch joined now by the of the hewitt show tarzana. Joe hello joe whole you. I've been doing some more reflecting this week. And i have some solutions. Well at least once that i can propose. I think we have a problem. And it's one that we can't fix if teachers let their students say that two plus two six or if they're so preoccupied on some adjacent path they don't have time to bother with the niceties of math. The job of education should be focused on elections and not on the equations which determine conic sections. You think i exaggerate. I've only scratched the surface. Higher education ought to have a higher person purpose. Modern universities teach theory over knowledge and basket weaving classes have been moved to honors college teachers and professors. I am pleading with you. All think about your students while preparing for the fall the good thing about union rules schools use when they all hire you. There's not a lot that you can do that. Let's the district fire you so show the woke among you. That's -ociety turning. Drop the propaganda. Give your kids the tools for learning the tasks that i've assigned. You is both mobile in amends but here in culture warfare. You're the first line of defense that's please teacher. Please by tarzana joe. Trigonometry into a poem What kind of sections was my specialty. When i know it was actually the worst thing i ever did in my life but the stick it in your mind. You know geometry trigonometry combination of geometry intriguing. That's the worst kind then. Never to be a poem again. You might encourage people.

He's the ladder, not the former And the one guy on the planet who wants it to get warmer. You may have a hard time finding him through all the fog and mist. Since outside the minds of Democrats Strawman Don't exist. That's the straw man By Tarzana, Jill. Joe, that is brilliant, and President Obama is going to want Dozen copies of that. He may want that and described at his library in Chicago because he is the all time champion of defeating that man. The straw man. He beat him more often. Then Ali beat Frazier. Just remember the kids call Mr Nobody. Yes, I was thinking of when I wrote this, Mr. Nice, Well done, and no stretch rhymes. Thank you. See, I worked very, very, very hard. Don't start trying. I I want to bring up to speed on the stories I didn't get to Speaker Pelosi is going to form a select committee to probe January six Assault on U. S Capitol. However, the Republicans, I wouldn't participate. The Federal Criminal Justice program is underway. Speaker Pelosi is trying to keep alive the outrage, trying to attribute the insane actions of a crowd of 800 people to the entire Republican Party. Those who committed crimes are being prosecuted. The full extent of the law is they should be. There is no conspiracy. This is politicizing everything. But that's Nancy Pelosi's last hurrah. She's going to lose the house. She knows she's going to lose the house. She's trying not to lose the house by making everything political, so this is simply a sham. I would make it obvious Speaker McCarthy future speech. McCarthy should not Participate. Assured, Michael Oren just say Israel's reinstating its mass pan, and that, by the way, is not limited in terms of worry, too. Israel. Sydney is in the grips of the quote, scariest phase of the pandemic in that country. The country had very low transmission rates. Originally, they used N P eyes, non pharmaceutical interventions. They tracked every case they shut down. They used a very different model than Europe. In Italy and South America and the United States. That model is not available to us. We are lucky enough to have and will continue to have the vaccine model. Australia did not have a vaccine. Australia cannot use the vaccine, but they are scared to death. But we ought to get him the vaccine. They're our closest ally in that region. We ought to help them. The U. S after Michael Waltz was on this show yesterday. The United States. Openly said President Biden declared They would be doing whatever they needed to do to relocate the Afghan to have helped the United States who aided us during the war to the United States and other allied countries. Now Congressman Waltz was very vocal. They have done nothing until yesterday, and he raised the temperature on this show and other places as that other members of Congress and finally Slowly team Biden got on board and they're beginning to get those people out of the country. They are at risk if the Taliban even if the Afghan government holds, and it becomes a one third, two thirds two thirds one third standoff, the translators are at risk. Biden administration also did a very good thing. They have banned the import into this country of solar panels made by slave labor in China. Good for teen Biden. We need to do that good for them. Bad news, the Japanese emperor Released cryptic comments that he's very concerned about the Olympics. Puts the government in a very delicate position. It's almost as though the emperor does not want the Olympics to go forward. And New York never misses an opportunity to screw its business people because that's who Andrew Cuomo is. With little warning. They're shutting down to go cocktails and that shutdown.

You now I want to go in very quickly review for you. Some of the things which great Republican senators said yesterday on Hannity. Ted Cruz was talking about the Biden administration. National Security in quotes, policy cut number eight. It reminds me of Reagan famously said about liberals, he said. It's not what they don't know. It's that so much of what they know just isn't so if you look at Biden's foreign policy, and you break the world into two groups, our friends and our enemies What does Biden do? He undermines and weakens our friends systematically over and over and over again. And what does he do to our enemies? That's exactly right, like Israel, where he he has undermined the government of Israel repeatedly. What does he do to our enemies? He shows weakness. He shows appeasement. He coddles them, and he sends them billions of dollars. What is it with liberals that they look at Putin? They look at she they look at the Ayatollah and say, You know what they need is billions of American dollars and they think They're being cosmopolitan and enlightened and weakness and appeasement never works. It doesn't work. Marco Rubio was also on Fox yesterday with Martha MacCallum. He trained his ire on Dr Fauci. Cut number 10. Here's what's happened with Dr Fauci, who I didn't dislike an actually defended early.
