I wasn't there. Okay. And then so, but it was fun. And sometimes those parties are fun sometimes they're not fun. But I totally rag so Adams dot skis there, who's also he's the president. I don't know what his title is very important. But anyway Adams starts stand there. And I love Adam Gregor, we're talking whatever. And I said to Julieta, and I go what do you drink champagne? "You are not only co host extraordinaire of the show, but you are also podcast host extraordinaire lucky and we like to we like to give the podcast shutout with some of the greatness because let's face it. You have maybe the most diverse agglomeration intelligent guest list of any of the podcasts on it is very eclectic. I've had some very interesting people of late and really good ones coming up. I just had a Taryn Kilim former SNL around bunch of stuff a bunch of movies and TV now, Rebecca Lobo and coming up Brian Koppelman who created billions that'll be a good one. But had a director on this week, Gabe Polsky, and he just released new documentary called in search of greatness, and they send it to me and said, hey, you wanna have Mon you wanna watch us. And I thought just going to be another like sports movie talking about great athletes, but it's totally different. First of all it featured heavily Wayne Gretzky, Jerry Rice and Palay in really extensive interviews kind of talking about stuff that they've never touched on before. And it. Talked a lot about what we can discover from some of the greatest of all time, and how they were different rocky Marciano who had a really short reach this famous soccer player named Garrincha who is actually born with a crooked spine and knees that face different directions and left leg a couple inches shorter. Why was he so great? What did it do for his game? What did it do for rocky Marciano fighting style for them to be built like that? And he talked to Gretzky about how he used to sit and watch hockey games with his eyes on the screen and have a piece of paper, but never look down at it. And just trace the path of the puck on paper through the course of the game every single night every single game. And they had these weird intricate ways of preparing themselves and for training, and one of the things that gave Polsky, and I talked about in the podcast is this idea of athlete as artists and the greatest of them are not just good at the sport. But they change the way we play it and that our desire, and maybe coaches preference to keep their soldiers in line and not have. Fall out of step is that they stripped them of the creativity that makes them great. And this is Gabe talking about for example. Odell Beckham junior. Here's this week's not to the pod. Guys, an artist. He's as the reason why people spend money you get like that. What do you have who's who's going to the stadium to see coaches? Nobody right. Okay. They're going to see old outback because he's an artist. And so you have to create that, you know, that these guys as they might think a little bit differently and not that they're not trying to be prima donnas. They need a little bit of space, and they need somebody who can help their to them and sort of get the most out of it. You know, they're there. And so if you try and control a guy like that, you're you're here's destroying football for more. Please subscribe to that's when she said with Sarah Spain on the ESPN app apple podcasts or wherever you listen to podcasts. And what was interesting to me about that. Is that how often we look at guys that are outliers like Odell Beckham junior, and we do want to attack them and chase them out for what makes them different Terrel Owens, right guys like that? And maybe we're just so incapable of understanding greatness outside of the norm outset like coloring outside the lines. Well, and you have to think about ego, and so much of this my mind's eye because you know, I think he made a great point goes to the stadium to see coaches, but coaches, you know, in their minds, they get hired to bring in a certain group of players and to run a certain system, a certain way, and one of the things that I think is always baffling to me is when you see a coach that's incapable of saying. Okay, now, I have a mobile quarterback. So I wanna use that. Now. I have a pocket, right? I wanna use that..

Do they start to twitch mean that could be living on bells play here? Again, the lines have six million dollars in cap room, not enough for guys slated to make fourteen this year. Can they move around? Can they do something? I'm not a cap allergist, I don't know, but I think that's the team that the Steelers could get knock on the door from wearing a separate conference. You're only going to see him once every four years and they go and figure out a way to pay Levy on bell. That's the guy that they could use. You. Imagine if he's the guy, the take staffer, the pressure off of Stafford, and then it's Jones Tate. Golladay and bell. Would that be? That would be one of the best in the NFL. You can even make a case that it's it's it's better. On. It's better than than the Vikings. Stafford and Kirk cousins. As far as I'm concerned are are even dorming. How many, how many playoff games of each of them on many. All right. Phelan digs in Lille. Rudolph and golladay, Marvin Jones, and Tate, cook and Levy on bell. Tell the tapes. Interesting.
