Jake Ellzey Wins Runoff Election for Texas' 6th District

"Died in office yesterday in a closely watched congressional runoff between two Republicans in North Texas state lawmaker Jake LZ beat Susan right. In the special election to replace her late husband, Ktrs builds able was in Ennis, where L Z supporters gathered for election night. 20 year. Navy man Jake LZ considered this campaign a call of duty when he answered even though many thought he might not win. I honestly didn't expect this to happen this way. Because it's so hard LZ defeated Susan Wright with a little more than 53% of the vote. The sixth Congressional district includes parts of Tarrant County as well as Ellis and Navarro counties. This district's been Republican for decades when former President Trump and Senator Ted Cruz endorsed right. Political observers took notice. Ron Langen header and LZ supporter didn't care nothing against Susan. But what qualifies her to be in Congress? I don't know. Right? Ran on years of Republican Party involvement. L Z on his military and legislative service in conceding, right said it's time to back the winner. I want all this to get behind him and help him. The sixth District belongs to all of us, L z said. Now it's time for him to get down to business, Man. I'm ready to Love on my family, get some rest and then go to work whenever it's time to start working as the next congressman from the sixties I'm bills able in Ennis.

"Want energy independence. I want secure borders free and fair trade, and I want peace through strength. That's pretty much it. I wrote a big piece. We put it on Hannity dot com was on fox news dot com, asking very specific questions of their top quote journalists. So far, just Creek, you know, crickets, Part two today ask him questions about Joe and Joe's history on racial issues. Anyway, let's get to our phones as promised. Larry is in the great state of Florida. You might have a new neighbor coming down. There's one of these days soon. That would be me. How are you? Hi, Sean. That's a great honor to be on your show. And I sure hope that you leave the state of New York to come and join us in the sunny Florida. Actually immigrated from the People's Republic of Canada a few years ago under the President Trump's administration, and I really love it. They're actually I'm a conservative immigrants actually paid and waited for my green card unlike the people invading our southern border. And I'm really happy for the honor to be on your show. I just wanted to reach out and say that when I immigrated here it was under President Trump. But this was during the impeachment, uh, clown Circus of 2019 and I was stressed. And I started volunteering for the Republican Party of Florida. And for the first time my stress level went down a little bit as I was doing voter registration, and they're kind of like me because then they hired me as a field organizer for the Republican Party of Florida, and we actually did pretty good and Santa Rosa County, we doubled our number of registered Republicans. And now that the campaign is over, then I went back to the private sector and I'm a volunteer again, and I just wanted to reach out to your lesson listeners and let him know that there's a lot of things that are going on right now and even in a conservative state like Florida We have a writer, left leaning school board. We have county commissioners who actually are not so much in, you know, in line with our conservative movement, So you've got to watch out for these people and of my focus was all on President Trump's campaign Last year, I realized that We ask county commissioners that actually, um not so much in favor of the Guardian program, which is training and arming volunteer teachers in our schools, and but we also have, like pretty cool stuff going on. We're trying to, um, name the Navarre Causeway is the Donald J. Trump Causeway. This is a project. We're working on it. We're going to have a huge trump Both parade in Navarre later on on September 11. So if you want, if you guys want to come down and see this Well, let me tell you what I'm taking out of your call. First of all, you're a great American. And you're you're you're explaining something and expressing something that I'm not even sure you intend to express And that is That by involving yourself in the process and and and even getting measurable success, you know, doubling the number of registered Republicans. That you feel good about it. You feel like you're you're progressing. You're doing something. Um, well, that's the same in anything in life. That's why you know it's It's very important that people have a purpose. That doesn't matter. I don't care if your purpose is flipping a hamburger every day. You've got to get up and you got to serve. Other people produce goods and services. People want need and desire. And then you're providing. You know something of value to people, and that's great for your self esteem. It's it's just healthy. Um, I think to lay around and do nothing and just selfishly pick what I'm going to do for any given day would be a pretty boring existence. But the the bigger message here is I hope people are hearing you because they can help to, and they can volunteer also, and if you want, if you don't like the direction of the country Join the likes of Larry in Florida and go do something. Is that a fair statement? Absolutely, sir. And you know, I'm an immigrant. If I can do it well, so American born citizens can can do to, And there's a lot of Republican clubs. I'll need your help. If you leave. If you live in a very blue state, like Oregon or California, I would encourage you to maybe moved to a fertile statement get involved in the local Republican clubs and let's make that state red again. Um there's a lot of things that can be done. Get involved in your school board and involved with your board of county commissioners led them here. Let them know that your your life and the movement is Is alive and well, I appreciate your call and keep it up. Thanks, Larry. Good job. Jonah's in Chicago. Uh, John. Thank you for checking. I'm glad you're with us. Hey, Sean, how you doing? Thanks for having me on the show. Some Chicago police officer been with the department for 18 years. The reason I'm Calling in is because I want to just let people know how lower them rallies in Chicago. The lack of leadership we don't have support from the higher ups. The mayor The superintendent who was brought in from Dallas is basically a puppet for the mayor. So instead of the super dependent running the department, it's basically the mayor that's running it. Um, we probably have about a handful Alderman. There's 50 Alderman in Chicago. Um, there's probably a handful that have our backs. Um We're basically handcuffed. They don't want us to do our job. We're demonized. And, you know cops are pulling back from that We have working 12 hour shifts. We have our days off canceled. No. You know, we don't get a memorial day off. Even if we're off that day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July. We don't get any holidays.
