"Get to that as a as we go along but the standings are are right here. Let's start talking about the blocks. Let's get into those. Let's break down the last two nights nights and we're gonna start with nine five which happened on september twenty six for block a the top block number one blocked up block come to think of it before it just like jump right in all of a sudden right and just like dive right. The as as it stands right now. These were probably two least favorite nights of g. one so far. We're still really early. You know it's not as if you know we're getting close to night night eleven here. It's nothing like that. But as opposed to the. I four that we got which were really really exciting. I feel this. What is literally is slower. It's not quite not quite as exciting. We're still going to talk about it. I mean don't get me wrong we're still gonna. We're still gonna chitchat about this stuff. I'm not just tossing it to the wayside Let's let's just go ahead knife. Of course this is again. The night The block where did see a naito as you can tell has been officially Eliminated he's been Well he's not he's forfeited his place right. That's that's the issue with our with our boy naito right here so so as it stands right now there's nothing more There's nothing more he can he can do. Except add points for everyone so the the naito match basically shingo takagi takagi. So i'll never get right. Shingle was supposed to wrestle. Naito on night five instead. He got He got to fight. He got to fight a eugene agata. again this has no incidents on the results of the g. One as you know as we talked about on the last On the last Recap show there's nothing. There's nothing really here that he that that fighting eugenia gotta can add other than just making sure that you know all the all the block members still wrestle still put some wear and tear and so on and so forth. Mike the the one thing. I don't want to spend much time on this because you know i wanna talk about the. Did the preliminary wanna focus on the tournament matches and since this not. This is an officially tournament matches. No porn really but i was. I was wondering if anyone actually told old yuji here that this was not a g one match for him because my god this match rocked. It was a hard hitting the this. This was yuji. Eugene agata telling shingo hey pal you're the champ and you're getting a by tonight okay. You'll like you're scouting for you've got a free two points here You or at least you may think you have a free two points but now my watch. You're still going to have to work for this for this win here even if it is ultimately useless you're gonna feel like you worked for these two points and cheeses. These guys went out and this was very very very good. One of the best matches of the night wasn't even in We didn't have any relevance to the g. One fantastic stuff. I think you should take. You should check it out a lot of fun especially if you were a fairly new fan who maybe saw eugenia gotta on w. Who had a good performance. But maybe you were left a little uncertain as to why everyone was like. Oh eugene god of this. You know fantastic Legend of new japan pro wrestling. But and you you look at them. Wrestle john marks in moxley and easily like. Hey that's pretty good..

"It's okay. I still remember when who was it. I think like connor. And adam rose went down at the same time and like got taken off tv Because of drugs and instead of trying to fix it. I barely sure they just started teaming. Bo dallas with victor. 'cause they said fuck it just put them together now. Yeah i with a member. Victor would come out with his full face painted instead of just look pretty cool then he would job on main. The that does is. Seth cursed that like anybody that becomes his flunkies just like soon meet their ends in wrestling. That is what makes me sad because well firstly thank you for the segue into the fact that a lot of indie promoters are really wanted. And it's like yeah 'cause murphy fucking rules. I thought when he joined with seth i was like oh great a good opportunity for murphy to grow. He had classics with roman. I believe he pinned daniel great worker. Then they just didn't do shit with them and then the ministerial incident happened. And now i'm beyond happy that he's actually able to work with independent places. Now murphy has always been one of those. It's just like really talented dude. Just never got his never got his go. He was one of it was even so like below cicero on levels of like he never got shot. Yeah so so. J. one of the jays j. j. gatt released. Aarp got released. Murphy got released. Anybody who's ever worked on their. Seth rollins is no longer with the company. Moxley laugh and roman was always above him. The hormone got literally. Yes yes he is cursed we we're gonna put you know. No no no no not patel coping. No no no hold honestly. I would've loved to see the drip kings with a oh pay and they're just like an overly massive suits that look ridiculous now drip king the drip daddy's authors authors of drip anyway Yeah And other in in new pan news which is the best news shingo. Takagi is is the big champ on campus. Yeah i saw that. And i was like oh cool. Shingo title shingo won. That title won the title. Yeah over okada which is like a way to submit yourself i. I'm pretty sure. I know what this means for the g. one now had a had okada already won the title. 'cause i know Okay so this was the who is next. Champ mel. yeah he's a. She goes a third of the new linnea. Dry nice goes bucci aspiration. Do oh this. is this shingo. Shingo is now the head honcho in l. a. j. all holy shit and also now this is the title like that actually it's still naito's grew but shingles title being like. How's it going guys. yeah you do. Don't stare at it. I wonder how many people they can get in the title lineage. Before it's okada again. Like i just wanted to know if like that just the game was like how many can we do for scumbag four. Yeah one more and place money on that bet is that somebody call missoula can put him and it's not his first opponent but a boo. She is in line like that was the first person. Takagi cal called outpost was coda fucking go to do this..

And i think that was the the match for me. I love issue maury. I've tried to convince someone to put him in a wwe universe as a cruiserweight. Because i love him and not having it But as i say. Big shout out jeff cobb takagi. Oh my god. I could watch that match all day every day. I'm serious. I i would get that if i can give it five stars. I would just amazing i. Maybe it would've been five thousand crowd because you would have really felt how good that match was. That's what i think the issue is. You know the issue is that. I think it needed to crowd because it was wasted wasted on crowd because they they tore it down. If you haven't watched it and you don't really like new japan watch jeff covers versus takagi. Anyway i watch it. Watch it what you watch it. Because it was an absolute beast of a show like beast of a match it was just and then from that role god we moved to wwe. I don't know what this was. I don't know. I was watching legends night. There wasn't good stuff a guy. I enjoyed the mcintyre league match. Don't get me wrong. i. I liked where that's gonna go. That's still going to be the only time those to fight okay. So we're going to talk about bugging 'cause like i like seeing most of the legends. I think some of them could. It be used better. "And i did go on on the day. Were there doing the blackout. There were so many black creators still posting off. Because when i found out about gla- cow it was kinda like too late. The never people still one mayor. I just think that the black creators that are not experiencing some stuff that i've experienced or more stubbed. Other people were experiencing me is because of their content is strictly based on so all they're doing is strictly like comedy videos. All doing cushion out positively videos. Not saying anything that is like a real controversial topic or subject anything that involves religion racism prejudice. His skin color anything. That is not like really outspoken. They're not gonna mess with them because they're keeping the content of what tick tock wants it to be on their at which is happiness all the time so you're not supposed to say anything about the stuff that's going on the world. You can have an opinion about things that are actually going on in his at that. That's also a confused me. 'cause ball that being true i see so i mean even though most of the time i don't have the fortune of not running into Or terrible people but occasionally. We'll see them. I i mean. I responded to actually responded by duetted or stitched a couple or they made content. Those super hateful like someone was doing her dance over. "To my understanding. The sixties and won't be the last and I believe it's somewhat short. Okay. Well, I don't know how much they can short it. It's already only eight episodes of season now. was like it was twenty six when it was on network then now plus okay. Well, that's what I mean. Yeah. So I'm enjoying it though I can see why after the third season people started losing interest because it season three starts with this interesting mystery, the center man and so on and how Lucifer's powers of kind of changed and these lost his double face and things like that but you know after about four episodes of trying to work into that sort of scenario. Now, we're doing a whole lot of character development episodes. about each of the cast and it's like that original mystery just doesn't exist anymore. It comes back trust me I'm sure it does but you know if I was really wanting to follow that mystery, I'd probably be losing interest in stop watching so I can understand why they might have lost some people. Let's see. anime. There was the. seven deadly sins. Now. So it's interesting. Are they've? Exposed exactly who Elizabeth is and what's going on with With Elizabeth and Let's his name again. The the big devil. Guy I can't remember his name. Miliana's. Truth needs or understanding what that story is a lot better. and what they're what the exact nature of their relationship is. Let's see I've actually started watching a number of romantic. Anime, which is kind of weird I I know let's usually the ones that I end up watching too. It's not just you. Yeah. Let's see. I think the last one that I watched was teasing master, Takagi Sun which is about a couple of middle schoolers who She basically she teases him all the time and she keeps on winning and he's trying to figure out ways of turning the tables to win against her. He doesn't realize that she cheats 'cause she keeps on changing the rules in the middle of their competitions so that she can win. and of course, her main motivation is she's got a massive crush on this guy and he's trying to avoid that FAC entirely. He's he's all about meeting or he doesn't care about the crusher. You know how she's trying to get him to be paying attention and spending time with her and that's what for teasing about. Let's see I'm just looking through my what have I watched on Netflix to try and. Remember what I watched recently. Torah Dora. Is another one that I watched. This is another high school one where you've got this guy who basically being raised by single mother and is considered to be a tough guy just because the way he looks not because he actually is a tough guy but everybody in the school is scared of him just because he looks like. Yeah I watched that one too. Yeah and There's this young. Weather's this girl same age who's just a a really small petite girl and.

"Newest issue the observers up on the front page right now and lots of talk today about here today so let's start with this treatment hearing about this day did dave tell you what was on his wrestling war radar gun yesterday yet everyone talking yesterday. It hasn't happened yet happening. We'd have to wait any hints. Your blanks fired shots then what hasn't happened yet. Happening is there. Is there a hint for us as a w._w._e. Thing i mean presumably everything is yeah yeah. That's all you're going to tell us for now until it happens yeah all right fine <hes> so sarah here went through through all of the star ratings in the observer for the entire g one and she put together the averages and have you seen this yet might know who the the m._v._p. Is for the one i do. I do indeed. I'm sure that i wonder if dave knows trees got a pretty good guess <hes> do you know dave be so there you go she. She osprey when it comes to star ratings. I mean i worked on that last night. They were the two highest well the yeah she was the highest an average. This is his average star rating for the g. One everybody four point five six stars which is incredible when you consider that <hes> he had <hes> for yano taichi in is block <hes> you know the block guys had an advantage because they only had fale and then they had all those awesome guys to work with so yes. That's absolutely incredible well. The thing is for the blocks like in the b-block. There were only two wrestlers that had is star rating average over four and that was he and takagi augie in the be blood or the block. There were one two three four five six seven. Basically you're yeah. Virtually everybody except kenta fale archer all into wasn't far off. He was a three point eight six but don't know the april. Ah block was the greatest block and she went history this year by far. Yeah i'm putting putting the numbers together and the b block was great. The be blocked was the d. block was the equivalent of <hes> <hes>. I don't know like it be blocked was not as good as the eight block last year either although she takagi were you know incredible so so now here's the big question you know since paul themes. He's don't ask about the king of the ring. Oh go ahead no hall of fame. I say so i was just about to ask that question russian. That was the question. I was thinking about it. I because when you're when you're to me if you're one of the best workers in the business of your era you should be in and and i don't think that there can be any arguing that he isn't you know forget it..

"Addition of the opening bell. Thanks for tuning in this morning next. Gassed his overseen three hundred billion dollar transformation of navy pier. Chicago's top tourist attraction, which drew more than nine million visitors in two thousand sixteen into 2017, Maryland, gardeners, CEO of and president of navy pier. And we're happy to have her own this morning with us Maryland. Good morning. Welcome. The morning, Steve our congratulations on all of the success at navy pier. First of all. Well, thank you. But as you may know, it's just really beginning. Yeah. It is. And we want to talk a little bit about that this morning. But I want to set the stage set the table a little bit for our listeners talk to about this transformation. What's been going on at navy pier? And why you say it's just the beginning. Well, Steve we began our redevelopment physically in twenty four teen with construction and renovation of the public realm, which we call here scape. We also reinvigorated the food offerings of food experience. Much more -flective of the diversity of Takagi. Oh, and we embarked on a plan that we think was bowled but infused new life and really took advantage of the unique space that Chicago fills in the city and went back to the peers roots as the people's fear and transformation has been about bringing the peer to life as a space. That's truly reflective of Chicago. And so we would see if we were there we visit. If anybody visited recent. It feels more open, of course, the ferris wheel. If you just drive by you can tell it's been refurbished. But is it is it that you're trying to do is sort of open it up and have more of a historic feel to it. That. And also take advantage of the unique space. You know, the Pierre has such a unique vantage point where you know, they phenomenal vistas of the lake front. The city skyline. All of those spaces come together. It may be here. And there's really no space that has that opportunity to showcase those views open them up and make them excess. But then not only that not only physical redevelopment, but the bringing those bases to life with programs. That are reflective of what's truly best in Chicago. I wanna talk about programs. I don't only mean the cultural experiences, but also the dining the retail that happens at the Pierre. And no you'll see that those experiences are -flective of the city. We actually went into the neighborhoods and found dining and retail experiences. That can only be founded Chicago, the onsite business that happens at navy pier. Days free stunning. I don't think most people. No have any sense of it. But seventy onsite businesses. Five nonprofits three thousand people work on navy pier. Every day. That's a big impact. That's a lot of work happening there. Right. So that read sows, and that's the number collectively employed. Among those seventy businesses that operate on a daily basis that may be so really it is. A city itself or neighborhood in itself, and the peer has become not only great civic space, but a resource for the community and a space where you know, great commerce happened on a daily basis. Well, this is women's history month and the transformation at navy pier has opened up quite a few new and interesting opportunities for women owned business, especially talked to us a little bit about the drive you're making in that area. We've made a very concerted effort to ensure that again that the businesses are reflective of Chicago, Chicago's great diversity. And although seventy businesses that we were talking about twenty six percent are minority owned and thirty seven percent are women owned businesses. That's been important in our transformation. We have a responsibility to Chicago were stewarding the people's peer into its second century, and it was important to us to ensure that we're creating opportunity for locals, and that it's a place that locals can be proud of and embrace the numbers. I I'm guessing you would want them to be a little bit better. Are you actively still recruiting more women owned businesses more? Minority owned businesses as well for navy pier. Absolutely. It was we moved forward. We'll continue to make that a priority. Fortunately, were fully leased at this juncture. But as we explore opportunities also with contractors throughout the pier. And that continues to be important. We had goals of twenty six and six and we continue to exceed those and that's not good enough. We have plenty of room for improvement and continue to strive to do better and better and make opportunities available. The. Gauging of success? I'm guessing is difficult. Do you is it at the end of the year of the economic impact number that you look at the number of smiling faces that have passed through navy pier. How do you gauge success for the pier? Like, you said, it's it's difficult, but there are several factors obviously, the attendance numbers as well as the revenues the profit margins in particular, but it is though smiling faces it's the shift in perception that we've been driving in recent years that you know, is really the most rewarding of everything and the Chicago in are rediscovering navy. Pier. Learning and figuring out that there's a new navy pier. This wasn't this isn't the navy. Pier. We grow up with this is appear. It's much more. With of of our great city, and you know, is truly the papers peer it's a resource for our community and people are discovering that. And embracing the peers their own that's where we gauge our success. It's the system perception the excitement and them not only for the beautiful more open bolder more contemporary spaces along the pier. But the dynamic programming that's reflected. Also, the city that people are embracing and coming back to enjoy again. And again, that's success. There are couple of reports out that have been circulating. The public has a chance to see now is an economic impact study by the university of Illinois regional economic applications laboratory. And there's also a navy pier. Impact reporter any surprises from either of those reports. I think would be public would be both surprised about is the number of partners that had joined us in making this transition possible. As a mission driven nonprofit, we have engaged hundreds of philanthropic and corporate partners who had taken ownership and helping advance vision and mission of the pier. And when I said earlier that it's really just begun. That's one of the things I was talking about we have more work to do. We have grand plans for continuing to transform because garden pier park and far east employs of the peer again to ensure that the peer continues to be the people. Pierre. And it's been exciting and truly rewarding to see so many coming on board to help support the mission and vision moving forward, and again, lots of work to come lots of exciting things on the horizon, and we're thrilled with the response and the enthusiasm and support that we've received today, and we know we'll continue to thrive in that area. Maryland, all the best to you. And everyone at navy pier. And we'll be watching with excitement to see navy pier. Move forward. Well, thank you. Steve. We look forward to welcoming all in the coming months, Maryland gardener, president and CEO of navy pier. I just got done going to my sixty eighth consecutive triggers that you really they were breaking my her when she was. Can't go the Packers way defeats the bears. I remember..

I can tell allegedly because they are saying that there's a direct relationship between the comments of Mark goes into the socio. That's and these young man's ability to get work is that correct? Yeah. That's what they're alleging. I don't even try to pronounce the names. I just said letters. It's really easy to to convey. I mean, it's so weird. And leeann I know you've been covering this heavily to the whole world knew that this thing was staged just the Mola small at the he is the prosecutors admitted even though they decided to drop the case they made it clear not dropping it because he didn't do it. He just didn't have priors, and, you know, talk about overcharging sixteen major felonies for this. Yeah. The cops. No, he did it at the facts. Relenting who? Yeah. For a subway sandwich at forty two degrees below zero in the polar vortex. So so that's a stabbed. A he Jesse doesn't actually come out and say, yeah, I did it. But everybody knows it and the cops actually it was like we're in bizarro world the cops your member, they said all these brothers their victims too. And I'm thinking, but they in on it. Thirty five bucks charging them. But okay, fine. So you're not going to charge them. So now, what is it? That's happening. Jesse's lawyers luck goes and another attorney go on TV, and basically they trash the brothers after the charges are dropped their suggesting that there really wasn't attack. The brothers wore white face. They're talking about the brothers being involved in some sort of Nigeria illegal steroid thing. So the brothers aren't taking it lying down there saying you are trashing our reputation and so their suit against Dera goes and the other is payback for being trashed on good Morning, America and other show. Tina, Glenn writes, I saw that interview with her, and it will I I couldn't believe what she was saying. And you know, it was like the it was the aftermath of like, okay? Your client got off. I would just start up. I mean, you got the charges dropped amp. But you're still out there in front of the public like forcing down our throats that like, well, he didn't do it in these two brothers. I mean, we've seen him where Whiteface I know Jesse said that they thought they were white while they have been seen with white face, and they're probably steroids dealers and bubble blind. I'm thinking what I didn't understand what the point of her going out and still saying this about the like what was the point of doing that strategy. I think the strategy was to somehow support the jussie smollet notion that maybe he wasn't real guilty of totally staging it and setting it up because again, that's his position he saying I have told the truth here. I didn't lie. Well, the cops are saying well. Yeah. You did lights. Just you know. Deal. Basically, it's damage control by his jesse's, lawyers that had an unintended consequence. I mean there are motives for the brothers to sue. In addition to payback for being trashed on GM there there's publicity. I mean, at least one is an actor. I think they want to be in the public eye their settlement money to be had because presumably these lawyers are going to end up writing a check who knows how many zeros you'll be on it, but they'll probably be settlement money. And also apparently there were rumors that one of the brothers had a sexual relationship with Jesse. And they want to refute that they wanna knock that down somehow. But you know, it's a nightmare for Jesse because it not only keeps the story alive in a very positive way. It creates the possibility of discovery depositions subpoenas. Maybe even a trial going to bet on a trial hair. Probably will be a settlement at some point. The discovery of information that has been blocked from us that the court that the judge zoo that we couldn't see exactly when you finally civil lawsuit for defamation or anything else that triggers the right of all the parties the plate of doing the suing the defendants who get sued to send deposition notices. Hey, Jesse and everybody else I want you to come to the lawyer's office under oath, you're gonna give testimony Jesse doesn't want that. And so his lawyers certainly don't want that. And so there's gonna be a big incentive to to shut down these engines. But for now, you know, they're they're going on the offense and they're filing their federal court suit. And an addition, of course, they're still a state court suit there in Chicago where the cops are saying, hey, you know, cost us a few hundred thousand bucks Jesse. We'd like the money of that you cost us all the investigation and trudging around chasing after this hate crime. So he got a double barrelled problem in the state and the federal court from jussie smollet standpoint, it's still in the. Public. I he'd probably rather just sort of turn back the hands of time to share, and you know, just get back into his acting career. And have this behind him doesn't pay the Takagi police department and the put that one away maybe doesn't have the money. Maybe take Mark to do that. Right. What do you think about garra goes? He said I thought it was comical legal document, and that it was a parody. And he just thought it was just nonsense. This you know, like out in public. He saying this like basically, this is a joke. That's just the standard approach. You wanna come across in a very powerful confident way. And maybe maybe their their position isn't very strong in terms of a legal matter for defamation. But really it's all about perception and publicist and and making problems go away. And of course, if you believe all the reporting about ever Nadi, then gogo says other issues on his plate besides this. But yeah, I'm not surprised the comes across. Yeah. You these kinds of things I mean, the vast majority of ninety percent of cases get settled one way or the other. And that's just the typical average for everything when you have a case where they're strong and said to put this behind you because small Latin his lawyers really don't want this as a continuing bothering problem in terms of ongoing, litigation discovery and trial. So yeah, there's going to be a strong incentive to somehow make this thing. Go away. This of course, Royal Oakes. Joining us relics dot com. "Stunt was orchestrated by smollet because he was dissatisfied with his salary Chicago police superintendent Eddie Johnson laying out the motive behind an alleged hoax by actor jussie smollet. It was like a plot twist in the actors FOX show empire after a weeks long investigation into an alleged hate crime attack smell was charged this week with felony disorderly conduct ABC's, Eva pilgrim in Chicago was inside that courtroom. Jesse smollet faced a judge for the first time accused of filing a false police report Chicago's police superintendent with blistering words for the actor Jesse smollet took advantage of the pain and anger of racism to promote his career. I'm left hanging. My head and asking why why would anyone especially an African American man. Use the symbolism of a noose to make false accusations dime offended by what's happened. And I'm also angry for weeks smollet insisted he was the victim who make something like this up or add something to it or or whatever it may be too such a disservice. When you lie about things like this. But police say that's exactly what he did molest attempted to gain attention by sending a false letter that relied on racial, homophobic, and political language. When that didn't work. Millette pay thirty five hundred dollars to stage this attack and draft Chicago's reputation through the mud and the process, and why this stunt was orchestrated by s- Millette because he was dissatisfied with his salary at the center of the case two brothers. I seen grainy surveillance video prosecutors laying out in excruciating detail, how smollet I enlisted one brother he knew from inspire able had been the actress personal trainer and police say he supplied smollet with the designer drug ecstasy. Prosecutors say smollet suggested the older brother help the brothers now cooperating with police the brothers had on gloves during the stays attack where they punched him a little bit. But as far as we can tell the scratches and bruising at you saw his face was most likely self inflicted smell. Let's turn he says he enjoys the presumption of innocence. Given these circumstances we in. Intend to conduct a thorough investigation. And to mount an aggressive defense Takagi top cop worries about what this means for real victims. And even still he had concerned for small lead. I'll continue to pray but his troubled young man who resorted to both drastic in a legal tactics to gain attention. My concern.

"Gray unleashed. The. So. Yeah. Through all of this jussie smollet still claims he's innocent and again showed up on the set yesterday of empire. And they're claiming that they're supporting and they're still right there with them. There have been reports that he was edited out some of the scenes were edited. I'm not even sure that's true. Don't they deny that? I don't know. I don't know about the denying that he was at at at out. I saw the original story that said he was edited out of some scenes, but you know, look, they can back them up all they want Chicago police department of a pretty good case. Pretty good pretty strong. And the, you know, the superintendent yesterday was really strong, really good. When was when he spoke to the to the crowd about the about this case. And I know that's what they're his attorneys are saying that, you know, the they are against him and they've embellished some stuff. Well, that's what you're supposed to do. But they pretty strong case. When you listen to superintendent Johnson, I think his name was he makes you walk away with that saying Jesse time for you to go to jail here is talking about this situation. This announcement today recognizes that empire active jussie smollet took advantage of the pain and anger of racism to promote his career mazing. I'm left hanging. My head and asking why? Why would anyone especially an African American man? Use the symbolism of a noose to make false accusations. Could someone look at the hatred and suffering associated with that symbol and see an opportunity to manipulate this symbol to further his own public profile. How can an individual who's been embraced by the city of Chicago? Turnaround slap everyone in this city in the face by making these false claims. Bogus. Police reports. Calls real harm. They do harm to every legitimate victim. Who's in need of support by police and investigators as well as the citizens of the city Takagi host one of the largest pry parades in the world. And we're proud of that we're proud of as police department and also has a city proudly. We do not the pride Noah we ever Todd eight and our city. Okay. Whether that hate is based on an individual's sexual orientation race or anything else. I'm offended by what's happened. And I'm also angry. I love the city of Chicago and the Chicago police define awards and all. But this publicity stunt was a Scottish, Chicago didn't earn and certainly didn't deserve. Nice to great statement. It's sure of I guess, he's he's he's become the latest law enforcement starred L. Oh, yeah. Most definitely. Yeah. Most definitely people like that a lot..

"And this is Jamie and mount prospect, Jamie, your WGN good morning. I I have a question about tankless water heaters. I moved into a house better year and a half ago. And we have a ten year old tankless smile that has to have service about three or four times already. And so we're looking at replacing it, and if you had any models that you recommend whose brand is it. The one we have is the rim. Okay. And how old is it? Years old. I mean, the life expectancies twenty, but I know that's what we've been told. But we have had several people out and we just keep having pounded at currently. We get about three minutes of hot water. And then it shoots an error code at us and stops kipness hot water until you reset thinks. Yeah. You know, the technology has improved drastically in ten years. We've had an on-demand water heater at our house now for eight years. The company that we have which I really liked this company is out of business. And you can only buy him in Canada now, and they had a bunch of recalls. And there was a problem with the unit, and it got replaced on the one that we have, but I've had zero problems with it. But some of the brands that to look at our. First of all, it's all everything's made in Asia. And so everybody else that has one even like ream Reema don't believe makes their own. It's made by somebody else. Takagi which is a long time Japanese brand they make it there make their brand onto Takagi, and they're also under the state brand as well. Actually, the folks at Dykstra home services, install those state brand water heaters, another one that I really like is called Nabataean. I believe that South Korean based. And they're very good that the the the issue with them. Now is that the gas piping can be the same size as a regular heater. It used to be that you had to up size all that. And now, the technology has gotten so much better that the one thing that I will tell you Jamie is when you have this put in whomever, you have doing doing it. I need the system to be able to have valves in. It's so that you can rinse the heat exchanger. Okay. So this is critical because they all talk about in the manufacturing process that you need to be able to treat and clean the heat exchanger because the scale buildup, and essentially I need to separate valves put in where you can shut off the system, but then you have the ability to pour a cleaner into one side and evacuated out on the other. Okay. That makes sense. Yeah. So give that a shot. Thank you so much. Yeah. I'm still a fan of it. It's a lot of times when we have these issues with them not holding up like they should it's because of a lack of proper maintenance, most of them are still using commercial grade. Copper heat exchangers because it generates the heat better. But if you can find units that have stainless steel heat exchangers, they're not quite as efficient. But I think they're more durable. Long-term for your for your system to be able to use it pre one thousand nine hundred seventy two hundred number. We'll take a quick break and be back right after this..
