"NFL live is presented by FanDuel sportsbook, make every moment more. We'll get back to so fine just a bit, getting ready for tonight, but let's get to this game. The last time the jets and the bills met in week 9, the jets defense stifled Josh Allen with their use of zone coverage. Allen went 11 for 23 on those plays, throwing two interceptions and no touchdowns. He posted just a 2.8

"And we continue on with the game tonight. Let's get a FanDuel same game parlay from Mina. Come on. Okay. Nina, let's go through it. Get some people some money. Okay, Derek Carr. Over under 225 passing yards tonight. This is over for me. Not just because Derek's averaging 248 yards per game this season, but because where these have been trending with him, Laura, he's been playing much better over the last few games. I think some of that has to do with these getting better protection. It's also because he's been airing it out more in recent weeks and I expect that can continue against this ram's defense. All right, Adam just told us Josh Jacobs is playing despite the cap over under 80 rushing yards for Jacobs. I'm gonna go under. I don't feel great about it because Josh Jacobs has been amazing. He's got three straight games of a hundred plus yards, but those came against two of the worst run defenses in the league. The NFL probably the rams actually have the 5th best run defense in the NFL. There's also that injury. So I'll take under a little bit reluctantly. Man, Mina's making dad really upset. Dan was over here. I would have thought that. He was like, oh, nope, never mind. I think this is over all the time. He wants to say over it, and then he's wrong. You've been more right on this. Okay, does Devante Adams score a touchdown in this one? Yeah, I'm gonna say yes. Devonte Adams versus Jalen Ramsey is an incredible marquee matchup. I kind of think devonte Adams is gonna get the better room the way things have been going with these two players. He's also been averaging about a touchdown of games, so I expect him to score. All right, there you go. Thanks to Mina for all the latest there. And you've heard our picks. I'm betting it. Now you can use those or make your own to build a same game parlay with FanDuel sportsbook. America's number one sports book. Get rich. We got more coming your way on NFL live, including Dan's favorite part of the week.

"I'm gonna present a current trend in the NFL. One of our analysts will tell us if it continues this week. So we start in Seattle where the Seahawks run defense, have been struggling. Pete Carroll's like, come on. Anyway, since week ten, their defense is allowing the third most yards per rush and second most yards after contact for rush. So Mina, do you see this trend with Seattle's defense continuing against the Panthers on Sunday? You know, I think it could Laura, because here's the thing about that rap bad run defense. It came against some of the worst rushing attacks in the NFL. The ramps, the bucks, both of those things are struggling to run the football until they came out ran into Seattle. Now here comes the Carolina offense that's been really successful on the ground lately with Dion to forman, so unless Seattle can get something tightened up in their front 7. I think Carolina will have success on the ground. Onto the eagles and Jalen hurts, who's been excellent with the deep ball, this season. On passes 20 plus yards downfield, hertz leads the league in both QBR and touchdowns on Sunday. He'll face a giants defense, it's been great at taking away the default, allowing the third lowest QBR on such passes this season.

"You can execute on it. We've seen you do it all year. Yeah, y'all in as much as we talk about him having an off day. We know that the rush impacted that. And that's what you're playing is as a defense, but dealing with what he was dealing with at the tackle positions. Like I was critical at two, I said that moment felt a little bit too big for him, but I also acknowledge that, look, this was the first situation this dude has been in with playoff atmosphere. Where it's like, they are number one, we're number one, let's tee it up. So I thought he was pressing a little bit. I'm in the same vein with you and Dan. I agree double down. Continue to play the way you've played all season long because that is where your success rate lies, but also like I don't expect to it to be off and miss some of those throws. Ultimately, that we've seen and make all season long. So that's the most important thing what you say a deal is the fact that he needs to come out with the same level of confidence. He's going to see different defense. Now, let me say this y'all. I know devonta Adams is playing last week and dear God, they throw him up and man to man. So I expect the charges to at least throw a little bit of zone in there against tyreek hill and jaylen water potentially. But ultimately, tour will have those opportunities again, and I think he'll play freely and hit those shots that we have grown accustomed to seeing him hit. Yeah, I mean, the Chargers should throw some zone in there, especially with tyreek hill. He could be a problem.

"Welcome to NFL live, presented by FanDuel sportsbook. You're looking at SoFi Stadium as week 14 begins tonight. This is the site of the rams and raiders and we'll start getting you ready for a great weekend of football today as we welcome you into the show Dan Orlovsky is here you see me in a kind and Mark his fears. No one waves better than swig. Like I don't even know exactly what that is, but it's so good. This is hand covers the whole screen. Nina's doing it too. All right. Adam Schefter is joining us as well, and that's where we begin. Let's check in at the Domino's pre game headquarters where Adam is standing by. The rams claimed Baker Mayfield off waivers two days ago, and now just hours before their game versus the Raiders Adam, what is the plan at quarterback? Laura, they're going to walk out and pregame warmups and they want to see how John wolford was listed as questionable due to a neck injury, fares during pregame warmups. Once they get a chance to see how wolfer looks, how he feels, they can make a decision about who will start tonight. If Wilford is unable to go or not feeling right, then Baker Mayfield, who was claimed on waivers 48 hours ago, would be in line to start for the Los Angeles trans, but make no mistake about this. He's picked up the playbook, whatever he can have a playbook faster than they thought. They've been more impressed than they thought over the last two days. He's certainly put his best foot forward. And I think no matter what happens, whether he starts tonight or doesn't, I think we're going to see some Baker Mayfield on the football field at some point tonight. Just two days after he was claimed. Yeah, you just should have seen Dan's face right then. It's kind of amazing. I mean, all the storylines throughout this season. I do think this is one of the more interesting ones.

"Welcome back in play Travis buck Sexton show gonna be joined by Alex Barrett sent at the bottom of the hour in a few minutes. Buck, this year gonna appreciate. MSNBC is bad when they thought followed it. They get a lot of things wrong. They have, frankly, a lot of people who aren't very smart that work there But they have someone named Tiffany cross who evidently tried to make this story. You may have heard about it, like two were talking about loa, is the quarterback from Miami Dolphins, had a health related concussion issue, and it's turned into a big discussion point about when quarterbacks should be allowed to play with health potential issues in the NFL and not. Okay, so tua, so the background here is Samoan. Samoan, the faith, Samoan ethnicity, overwhelmingly, is the biggest percentage of NFL players, right? So American Samoa they turn out the samoans in general massive amounts of NFL players. Tua is Samoan. His coach is of mixed race, but is counted as a blackhead coach for purposes of the NFL's ridiculous identity politics. So this MSNBC analyst goes on and says, the reason tua is being treated the way he is is because he's a black quarterback with a white head coach. She got both things wrong, listen. Just for the folks outside of us who don't follow the sport as closely as you and I do, of course. I gotta say the optics just look bad. Does he all these black men crashing into each other with a bunch of white owners, white coaches and the complete disregard of black bodies and black life? I mean, it just represents a larger issue. And I think that's the problem. And with the NFL ratings through the roof, I just wonder what incentive do they have to just be better? Okay, so I love that she said a lot of people don't know this sport as well as you and I do. But again, tua is Samoan and his coach is black. And so the race of the players doesn't have a lot to do with the owners wanting their players to get back on the field. And now we're supposed to believe and we've heard versions of this before that adults who are paid millions of dollars creating multi generational wealth to play a kids game that people play for fun that people play to get out there and enjoy themselves and to play a game that many of our listeners in high school had the most fun in their lives was playing high school football from an athletics perspective. That is common. I mean, it's like, it's like being a kid getting paid to eat ice cream sundaes or something. It's like a thing that people love. I mean, I know, yes, you gotta work hard and all this stuff, but everybody, everybody works hard. The guy's showing up every day at the post office works hard. He doesn't make $8 million a year. So we're supposed to believe this is, this is racism now? I mean, at some point, it's so stupid. You just kind of wonder like, what do they think people are going to think? Well, this is the Tulsi Gabbard thing. I think it ties in. This is the talking points now of the Democrat party. Everything is a racist. Everybody is racist, even if you are making millions of dollars, remember Colin Kaepernick tried to say this was the equivalent of the modern day slave trade. I mean, he actually said that in Netflix documentary

"Yeah, I was wondering how you get cleared with something like that. Is there A-fib, protocol that you go through? I mean, after what happened to tua, I'm just wondering, what they look at and go, yeah, you're good. You're good. Nope, you gotta stay. Nope, you're good. Wait, your socks aren't pulled up high enough. You're gonna be used to over here. You know, the whole thing with tua, and I said this on Friday, that we would get into the weekend. We'd have college football pro football. We'd have the Monday night game, and we'd move on from two a ton of eye low. But there's more developments here. The independent neurologist who's on the sidelines who is agreed upon by the NFL and the NFL Players Association, he got fired. I don't even know his name. Nobody's released his name. But why did he get fired if he did what he was supposed to do? If the team doctor has the final say on two are going back into the game, that's the guy who needs to be fired. Or we at least have to have a discussion about this. The independent neuro neurologist will give his opinion. Or her opinion, and then it's up to that the team doctor to go, all right, I got all my information. I'm going to allow him to go back in. According to the protocol that's written. This is what I was told by a former quarterback. And we were discussing this. He knows that I was definitely fired up about this with tua. And he said, if I was at your house, and I got up to go home, and I stumbled once, and then I stumbled again. Would you let me drive? I said no. If I was a boxer, and I got up, off the canvas, and I shook my head and I stumbled once, and then I had to be held up again. Would you let me continue to fight? And I said no. He said, then why in the hell would they allow tua to go back into the game? I don't care what test, protocol and whatever he passed, I have to look at this and go, there's something

Miami Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa Suffers Head and Neck Injury
"Want y'all to see this injury from I don't know too how you say his name to it. Tonga for lower target below, I gotta look at it to read it but two E they call them two he's the quarterback for the dolphins he played for the university of Alabama was a very, very talented kid. I mean, he was one of the most outstanding players at the university of Alabama. He went on to the NFL and he has had back to back just sick, scary head injuries. And the one that he's at this week literally. Once his head hit the ground, his fingers, you gotta look at it, his fingers begin to curl up and crunch up uncontrollably. Because of the severity of that head injury, so I want to show the people who are watching and if you're listening, just imagine what I'm saying here, let's roll the clip of tui in his head injury. His ability to make adjustments at halftime. To a rolling left. With the grain and down he goes slung down. 48 yard line. Josh tupu. Slams him to the ground. I mean, you think about the back, the ankle, but he gets thrown to the ground. Again, wrenching that back, which is the issue last week. So they work on him with step away for a moment. And Mike Ryan tells us when he sees that. Look at his fingers, man. You are as well. Look at his fingers. Spons. To head trauma. So the stabilizing him right now. Listen, let me tell you, let me tell you, ladies and gentlemen, there is no way that I think he should play football ever again. It's unfortunate, but there's no way you should play football ever again. For the people who are listening, his fingers are literally crunched up. Like he has a serious injury to his hands or he's like throwing up gang signs. I'm not trying to be funny. It looked like he threw up gang signs.

"Mean, that's a fair point, and I absolutely agree with you on that. And two, let me, as far as going forward, whether it's an investigation or pushing this process for it. Here's what I do know. And it may get a visceral reaction from people, but people that I know within the NFL, a lot of former players, they actually care about this. So it's not like everybody walking around the building saying, oh, this was a concussion. It wasn't a concussion. Err on the side of caution. This is a lot of people within that building in New York that absolutely cares about this because they're watching former players deal with what we're trying to prevent the current players from dealing with. When it comes to CTE and brain injuries and the information that has been dispersed. But meaning your point is so fair because we do have to stay intentional about it. And that's why I think the desensitization of it is why I pointed that out. We just can't get used to it. We can't let it be something that we think, oh, this is just one of those things that happened in football. Let's move on when they say your guys okay. Well, the biggest thing about that, we actually have to relearn everything we know. And I'm speaking of me first. This is how it was raised. This is what I was brought up on. I was brought up on that. If you are hurt and you recover and you can get back out on the field, then you do. That was the reason the independent doctor was brought in. That was the reason the NFL and the NFL PA have now taken control of this situation of these protocols is because they know someone outside of having a vested interest in wins and losses needs to make this decision. Whenever you let me make the decision, if I can walk out there, I'm going to try to play. Most coaches, if they feel you can walk out there and you're going to help them win, they are going to let you play. That's the job of the protocols. And in this case, maybe they were all followed. And even if they were, that will never get the last two depictions of the last two pictures of injuries I have of to a tongue about law. Jogging back to the line of scrimmage and almost falling. Laying on the ground, not being able to control his arms or his fingers. That's what I know. The common sense in me says that that's not right. Yeah, when you see those visuals, it's hard to ignore, even going back to to your point last week, and then of course the lead up into this game on short rest. Either way, I think what continues to come out here, and Stefani has said this off the top is that concussions in medicine in general are still so murky. There's still not a ton of answers, but as you guys keep saying, common sense, let it prevail, let it protect these players, and let's try to do everything we can to make sure that this doesn't happen again. We'll continue to keep tua in our thoughts as we gather more information. And we carry on here on NFL lives, we turn our attention to the bills and the ravens so much around us has to do with the quarterbacks, but you see it there on the screen, defense we're diving into that next with both of these sides and we'll tell you exactly how you should look at that side of the ball when we return. Giraffe king sports book is an official sports betting partner of the NFL, and this week new customers can vent $5 and win $200 in free bets if your team download the app and use code NFL live. When you sign up. Time for smart lineup decisions provided by IBM Watson. The bills and Josh Allen looks like a great play for your fantasy team this week is he faces the ravens even as low as projected score leads all quarterbacks this week and of course he's gonna have to go up against a ravens defense, but either way, these two quarterbacks in this game, my goodness, they're setting records with the way that they're throwing and running. So Marcus, when you think about this one, our CEO okay down there. When you think about this one, what's the key to the game? We lost him. We'll get him back. Don't do anything crazy, RC. I know you can't hear me. I think he's asleep. And Marcus, what is the key in this bills ravens game for you? Text him. This the fuck, this is the funniest show on TV, by the way. I'm gonna text him. Let's text him right now. Here's the deal. This is what the ravens need to do. The ravens got to stop explosive plays. And I know everybody was excited about what they did against the New England Patriots late in that game with the turnovers, but the Patriots was having success offensively, and we don't think the Patriots offense is good, okay? Now you got Josh Allen and company coming in. I'm sure Stefan is very hungry after his performance against Miami of not having the impact that he usually has on their game. This to me is about giving up explosive plays for the Baltimore Ravens. We saw him struggle last year against an attack with the Cincinnati Bengals, and we know what the injury situation was, and they a little bit banged up back there. This game. You got to make the Buffalo Bills go to long, hard way. And if you don't, and you let Josh Allen start seeing those throws after throws after throws for 20 and 30 yards at a pop. You are going to be in trouble in the game will be over before it gets started. So they got to eliminate those plays. RC are you back? I couldn't hear anything. Somebody was dialing numbers in my ear. And the phone was ringing. I thought I was calling. My RC, you're on. What do you think about the game? I mean, it's gonna be great. He's great players, playing. All kinds of stuff is gonna happen. That's awesome. Hey, listen, I'm excited to see what this Raven defense does to stop the bills. When you look at what they've done in the secondary, this is the most un Raven secondary we've seen that actually had its star players. It looks much like last year's team. And so for me, I wish I could have been here more for the segment. I can't wait to see the game. Yeah, I mean, that secondary can't get caught sleeping like our guy RC here. I would say this, they need to generate a more of a pass rush that we've seen in the last few weeks. If that takes blitzing, whatever it takes. Hey, we're all on the bills, by the way. We'll see you next week, going NFL live.

"Welcome to NFL live. We will get you ready for the week for slate of games. The remainder of those throughout this show today, but we begin with a scary moment from the beginning of week four from last night with two a ton of eye lowest injury where officially now ruled as head and neck injuries. He was released from the hospital after visiting the local hospital there then flew back home with the team last night and the dolphin said shortly after halftime that he was conscious, also had movement in all of his extremities. Initial tests showed no structural damage and another source confirmed ESPN that tool will have an MRI continue to wear a neck brace as a precaution. Here's more from Mike mcdaniel today. I think that his teammates or me, I'm not sure who is the most excited to see him on the plane. And he was at his, he was honest about the fact that he had a headache. But he was his personality was definitely normal to get the optics. I get exactly what it looks like. I understand all of this. I understand people's concern. But the one thing that I'm that I can exude with a 100% conviction is that every person in this building had a 100% the correct process, diligence. I don't think I'll ever be comfortable, I'll ever get used to it will never feel normal for me personally and the type of person I am that I know you guys are just starting to learn is I'll never be comfortable with the player getting carted off the field. Ever. It's. Something you never want to be a part of. And what I put myself there, this is what happens. It's not fun. I'm just really, really, really glad that he's that I can hear normal tua and his voice. Talk to them today and reenter reiterated the same thing. Because he was bringing up to me, man, I just hope I don't miss X, Y, or Z game. And I was like, two of let's stop this right now. Don't even think about a game. Let's just think about doing everything. The right way to listen to opinions that you need and let's worry about you and your head and being a healthy human being through it. And then we'll worry about playing football later, but I don't want to have that conversation right now. I didn't really give him that option. You can't deny the care in Mike mcdaniel's voice as we bring in filled Yates and our injury analyst Stefani bell to let you two take it away to give some more clarity on this story. Yeah, Laura, thank you, certainly great to have Stephanie's perspective here to find. Let's begin with what you saw last night. What did you see on that field? They situation in a scene that looked so scary to people like myself. Oh, it's scary to everyone, including medical personnel. You never get used to it. Look, we saw to a head hit the ground and that involuntary response of the arms going towards the face that rigid posturing, which is indicative of a significant concussive event. Medical personnel brings out the spine board, the stretcher, there are evaluating him, transporting him carefully to protect the spine, goes to the hospital to undergo further testing. They can do imaging their x-ray cat scan to determine whether he needs an extended stay or can travel home. Clearly, they made the determination he could travel home, and he goes back to Miami with his teammates to follow up. That incident was scary when isolated. It's even scarier when it comes just four days after a play against the bills this past Sunday where it again looked like to a hit his head hard against the ground. After a hit from bill's linebacker Matt Milano in the NFL and the NFL PA has launched an investigation into that situation, he returned to the game again. Those of us who are non medical professionals were surprised to see him back on the field so quickly on Sunday. What more can you add in terms of the investigation? And the why behind two of being back on the field on Sunday and it seemingly being no issue going into last night. So the review process will begin this afternoon initiated by the NFL PA conducted by the NFL and NFLPA jointly. And they'll talk to all the personnel involved whether that's the medical personnel who tended to to a the player himself, the unaffiliated or trauma consultants who are present, one in the booth, one on the sideline, the athletic training spotters in the booth, the referee. I mean, the entire gamut of folks who participated in this and also everything's documented from the evaluation. Now, what I can tell you is when a player goes down like two it did last Sunday and he exhibits signs that are suggestive of a head injury as we saw with the stumbling. That immediately triggers that concussion protocol. They need to go through the evaluation. Medical personnel takes him off the field, normally the first step is a move to the sideline, the medical blue tent for an initial screen. But if they suspect that it could be more serious, you see in this graphic, they go to the locker room and do the complete neurological exam. So it's a whole range of balance testing, motor evaluations, and also subjective evaluation of the player talking to him, trying to orient him to time and space, seeing if he remembers the last place, things like that. The NFL scat you saw in that graphic is a standardized concussion assessment test kind of skewed towards the NFL players. If you go through all of those steps, they put it together with the player that they know, how he's reacting, the video that they saw, and then they make a determination about whether they believe it's safe for him to return to play. It's very dangerous for those on the outside to speculate on matter, especially such serious health matters as a potential concussion, but as a fan watching the game last night, there has been a perpetual theme it feels like of some gray area as it pertains to both concussion reporting and also how the NFL and players deal with concussions once they are suffered or not suffered during the game. Why is there seem to be so much grayer in this matter? Because that is the nature of concussion. I had someone say to me, concussions are like the black hole in medicine. And it's not just NFL science. It's medicine in general. It is the one injury where we don't have a definitive diagnostic tool. You turn ACL, you can see that on an MRI. You break a bone, you can see that on an x-ray, imaging does not show a concussion. It's a neurophysiologic electrical event. So you are using signs and symptoms, signs are things that you see, symptoms are reports from the player, and you're trying to put it together and ultimately comes down to a judgment of the personnel who are

It looked looked like he was having a seizure with his fingers, and that they were really, really, really stiff. Now, it wasn't a seizure, but it certainly gave that indication. And I thought about Tom savage, the backup quarterback for the Texans. And I'm watching that and I'm going that guy who's in that guy's in trouble. Truly in trouble. "Lots to talk about after a thirty seven. Seventeen complete win over. The atlanta falcons at home. But before we're getting all of that the world wants to know. How are you doing today. Jake josh said it. Best victory monday. It has to be what six seven months since. We've had a feeling like this. Which i don't necessarily mean the wind because of course that doesn't mean too much as i was saying before the show. The patriots pay a few days before the dolphins i believe was against the eagles as watching them. Do not wrong. I mean he had third and fourth string players running back specifically just kind of taking whatever they wanted to absolutely running eagles. I thought man you know. Could you imagine having your feet up watching a complete game just team absolutely just kind of pack up the opponent. worthy better team on any day. And that's josh kind of with. The dolphins did on sunday started with that on saturday already to warmed up for the regular season but it started with Your boy there to lead that offense made it was incredible to watch. I actually had a big smile. Basting how it seemed like bank group that first team offense just could not do anything wrong

"I'm getting paid for this right as always five questions for our guests question number one aside from kansas city who do you think is buffalo's biggest competition in the afc. I think it's the cleveland browns. They just continued to stockpile talent on both sides of the ball baker. I feel like has hit a ceiling. But he still a good nfl starter. I think the world is somehow undervaluing. Odell beckham junior once. He gets a full. If he's fully healthy this is one of the best set of pass catchers in in the nfl including the receivers and tight ends. Good defense myles. Garrett is a one man wrecking crew can ruin your day by itself love award there in the secondary so i i would have to say it's the browns in the afc. Yeah if you happened to catch my ipod last week. I was really oscillating between the browns ravens. Browns brown's it's browns ravens but my belief. Is that the bills browns and ravens are in that tier right below. The bills are above the. But i agree so question number two. Let's stay with the bills for a second. There's been some hubbub every now and then you'll see nfl player trading on twitter. And you don't know why realize it's just because pf dropped some ranking and people are mad because he's not on there. where do you think stefan digs. it was reagan one day ranks amongst nfl wide receiver. You can just do like top five top town. You have to like. Give me a specific number top four top four or five when we did this. We did the puck out last year. I called him a top eight. And i remember. You had a similar similar reaction. And i don't think it's so crazy to say anymore like but to put them out. I think it was nine nine or ten like pf did forty five or forty fifth best player in the league overall. I think you know bills fans are most defensive people in in the nfl guys but it's true. They are on to something when they say had picked up might do things just to get a rise out of bills fans because they know they're gonna blow it up on those rankings. Were also like everybody looked kept looking at them and thinking they're saying like this is the forty fifth receiver and it's like no no no. They're ranking quota players in a lot of players and a lot of physicians but yeah top four. I got to think about it. I definitely think he is top six. That's such a cop out. I'm like no. I think i'd take these bigger take. Yeah one that there's one more name. Then i'm absolutely and i just. I was just talking about this on twitter to. There's one more name that i'd probably take over. But then beyond that i'm not really not racer i take them. Healthy tossup tossup i. We're gonna move on question three. I think you're watching as much. Nba as i am which is to say my but is permanently glued to my couch at this point because i am addicted to the nba playoffs. And so you saw chris paul but his masterpiece. Who would you say is the chris paul of the nfl so like guy he's been around forever hasn't won the chip. Maybe like is has that kind of game. Would you compare him to. Maybe matt ryan guys just been around for a long time has all the has all the stats except for the fact. That matt ryan's actually reached the that final stage in just didn't finish. But i maybe ryan maybe matt stafford as well would be yes. Well they messed efforts. Very like pleasant. You know along those lines. How about philip rivers. I'm obviously not in the league anymore. But like widely seen as really good people are people are burning. Betas chris paul disrespect. It's not why. I think he is awesome. But also like very like an irritant on the kind of ornery like arnold. Yeah i like plus you get the actual you know. He's had some playoff success but not not all the way. Yes love that. He's once we get it but yeah all right. So let's scrap. Everything i said. And let me co-signed philip rivers with you as you. The question i was like oh my answer okay. So you've been in buffalo now for three years until you say it's been two years as of today actually. My question is not about the bills. That about the city of buffalo. What is the number one thing you would recommend to anyone. Visiting buffalo to do to anyone. Visiting buffalo to do could be restaurant. We'll see if this counts. And i might catch a little bit of hell for picking such a tourist trap but like you'd have to go see niagara falls. It's about twenty minutes out of town but it's close enough. You have to go see it. It's like truly the most incredible thing i've ever put my eyes on is actually if you want scary to me. It is horrifying like when you watch niagara the niagara river. You kind of say okay. This things moving not slow. So i can see why niagara falls is what it is but then you go see it or you go take the boat ride and it's just like i. My first thought was how does anyone. How did anyone get in a barrel and say survivor's like the pure cockiness early twenties america. I went to as a kid. So i haven't been back since then and they used to do things. You could take your photo where it looks like. You're in a barrel going down. I wonder if they must still have that. You know when you put your head. Those like cut out things so what i have. We childhood picture of me and my brother in these like pretend like we're in a barrel that's all i also. I was a kid. So i wasn't that scared because i was too dumb to be afraid. Now i would go there and be like. Oh my god. This is scary. I hate it. it's it really is just a a marble. And so like. I know it's like someone going arizona and tell them and go see the grand canyon but like you should probably go see the grand canyon if you're in arizona or if your intent on staying in buffalo city limits in the city then you have to go get the occasion honey butter occasion honey butter barbecue wings from bar. Bill they are they are. I mean i've never even heard of that flavor before my first time going. It's such a unique combination of flavors. Like i can't really describe it to you but you're just gonna want you're gonna want more but bring cash it's casualty that's again recommendation. All right last question and as always comes from lenny who heard you disrespecting earlier with the seahawks disrespect so he. He asked for a little bit of help from me. And i told him you're a sacramento kings fan. Speaking of the nba and lenny wants to know how you've enjoyed watching the in luca danni and trae young. The stars of the two thousand eighteen draft thrive in the postseason. He cut me deep. They're really did. It has been so bitter sweet. Like i've been quietly rooting for everybody to lose but like the there's just no way. The sons are losing out of the top five. Like how did they kings pick the.

"Nfl in the nfl. It is a weird thing or to to brag about but yeah they are very firmly believe they have the deepest wide receiver records in the nfl and true good. No i like that okay. I also like the running back. I skipped over them. Like ten coleman obviously from san francisco. They drafted my carter. One whom i whom. I really liked a lot watching. Unc tape so i. I love the fit of those guys again. In the zone rushing attack makes tons of sense. They're still hoping for that like chris. Herndon breakout because he's about like after that rookie areas really good and whatever. But was that wilson. I wanna see two things russell. I wanna see how he responds to pressure. Which is not something to do very often in college and you know the judge did make some changes the offensive line which we can also talk about so i want to see that and then i wanna see how he does throwing the ball over the middle of the field which is a signature that offense when we think about it. We think about you know crossers and we think about these sort of in breaking routes. But zac didn't like he did some of that in college but i wouldn't call it his strength so i think those are the two things i want to see out of him early on like how does he look in. Nfl game situation because again like it was really hard to tell based on his college state and with guys like mike crowder and elisa more. I don't know if they how often they plan on putting them both on the field at the same time but you do have guys who separate pretty quickly. And that's that is the earlier that height is super overrated when it comes to receivers separation. Is the number one trait at a receiver can have besides catching catching the ball but is luckily he does have two guys that i think will be able to separate pretty well in the nfl. Obviously crowder shown that more will see. And i think corey davis I i wanna say you know i. I've seen a few from the tennessee tape that i've seen are watch last year You know he's good over the middle and he does have that big body where you know. He's not afraid of taking a hit where you know. He's quick and agile enough that he can you know he can make something happen after the catch across they do have they do have the the the weapons and we'll see if chris her than can finally be the the tight end that he he's been hyped up as i think he's kind of been a little roller coaster. Low low underwhelming Over the past few years they do have tyler kroft here. Another former bill who You know didn't really didn't really get a chance to didn't really get a chance to settle in. I think he battled injuries throughout most of his two years. Here but It's still a a reliable pass catcher But he's got the weapons in. He's got the coaching staff. I think to to build success here in new york I just you know. I think it's more what goes on between the ears forum if he can if he can make quickly if he can get used to speed a competition mean you talk about You know macintosh getting used. The guys not being bama open Let's what's zach going to do. When guys aren't mountain west open. Well the the biggest thing too is just what's he gonna do win without that. Byu pocket. i do think however that the jets have made some really good upgrades to their offensive line. Obviously trading up for lavar tucker however you feel about the value. They clearly wanted to get him to play. Start at left guard. And then they went out and signed morgan moses to a one year deal which is something. I hope that they would do just solid. Nfl player with all due respect to trance. So now they have some death there as well. So it's those question marks on the inside right guard but this is much better line than this is. Probably i think better than any lines sam darnold played with. I mean this whole group. Is everything about the jets offense from the coaches to the skill players to the line. Better than everything. Sam darnold worked with so zack is already being set up for improvement. If not. I don't think this is a playoff team. Because the aforementioned inability to name the second cornerback amongst other things but i do think he can have like the pieces are in place for him to have a nice debut. This season absolutely their credit. Joe douglas for doing for zach wilson. What nobody really ever did for for sam darnold in yet putting an actual team around him protecting him giving him people to throw to. I mean it was at one point when reshad perriman and the gang are your top receivers like you're you're that's not conducive for success I'm happy for sam darnold to found a situation in carolina where he's got plenty of weapons and you know i'm excited to see what he does with the fresh start. But things like wilson is. He is in position to succeed. Just we got to see it from him. I write final prediction. As we wrap in order. How would you rank these teams bills. Obvious number one best roster top to bottom. I think best coaching staff. Although like it's it is kind of a tire or a toss up between them in new england and best quarterback most importantly in that one's not even particularly close second got new england. I think belch it comes back with a vengeance. I trust that veteran.

"In the same way that i said jalen phillips might have to step up contribute immediately. I actually think john holland. The safety drafted out of oregon. He might actually have to step up pretty quickly with bobby mccain guns so this corners assuming saving howard stays or doesn't hold out that's a weird one because why talked about it with greg is like he's got so many years left you know it's complicated. And but yeah. There's eric rowe who converted safety and in his played well but like in the they brought in jason mccourty but i think i really liked holland before he opted out in two thousand nineteen when he played. I don't know if he's ready to step into this defense immediately but he might have to. He very well might have to. Because who else is going to you. i don't know if you're throwing. I don't know if you're ready to start mccourty up out there. I don't know if you know. Nee highly or tre williams if we're going to be naming we're speaking of great names in this past draft like there's there aren't a lot of their on a lot of other guys who are built for that that starting role right away but that's the that's kind of the the burden you carry when you go early in the draft when you go in the second round you very well might have to fill a an immediate role but it makes sense for them to run so much covers zero. That's why you put so much money into your defensive. Backfield specifically corner obviously with howard. I'm byron jones. And and noah i am not going to disrespect the man by mispronouncing his last name. Egg benign a believes ig monogamy. I mean so mad. If i'm messing up because i have actually. I have practiced this. I wished i he great name not great play last year by the way big manado and i know he ig monogamy sounds about right but i do know he got his welcome to the. Nfl moment against the bills and week to byron joan leaves with a hamstring injury. And he said okay. Go covers the on again. Yes that is tough to bounce back from and but it's a it's a valuable lesson that you know. This is not the sec anymore. Like you you're going to have to come bring it. But so i think the secondary is again turnover forcing i want to say that they led the league and turnovers last year. But i could be wrong. Which by the way. Because did the dolphins have a lot of things where you're like. Oh that really broke like they had a lot of weird special teams stuff turnovers and those are things. When you're looking to next year over. Your lincoln might not happen again. I mean i think their corners are really really good so and we'd discuss their aggressive. So they're they're probably going to get a fair amount of turnovers but a little bit concerned about some regression they're exactly like unsustainable figures just like you. We thought in a couple years ago with the with the patriots defense leading the league in intercepts and he figured they're not gonna get forty interceptions again. I know it's not forty. But you know i'm trying to say here. You figure they're not going to do that. So there's gotta be some room for regression but You know when you are a fringe. Playoff team last year in That's not really what you want to hear that you don't wanna hear about you know possible. Regressions are not being able to not being able to displace. What you're what you're getting from that from that russian I just can't i wanna do. I do want to take this opportunity to bring that little tidbit of history. Backup that this team needed to win one game against the bills. Who sat several starters. Not all of them. But several starters and lost by thirty. And i i'm curious. How much that motivates you going forward. Especially if you're too who played a horrendous game without ryan fitzpatrick available. I'm curious how much how much do you replay that. How much does that kind of. Burn into you as you prepare for the coming season man. That was i think that the optimists case for miami is that even if the dolphins defense regresses a little bit or many things don't go their way to a with a full off season in an offense a new offense in this great compliment skill players that he takes enough of a leap forward to where they go from being a fringe playoff team to an actual wildcard team. And it's totally possible. I'm the so wait and see on this team. I just got to see. Do you know what i mean like. I feel like i got a pretty good handle on like the bills. And you know the pats to some degree the defense but but the miami's a real wild card for me the final team. I actually on the jets. I i feel like the jets last. I have been asking people. I'm not gonna ask. You just probably looked at the depth chart so this isn't that fun. But i have been asking people who cover football for a living all morning. Can you name to jets cornerbacks and none of them could wow is. It is a problem for this team. I could name one before. I went and looked at the depth chart and then i looked at the other names. I was like damn i did not know this man the kiki palmer meam. I not know this. That is how i like the i feel. They drafted somebody. I really liked a couple years ago. I is the name i guess. That's the one i knew. Marcel.

"Also bill is trying to win now man like he ain't building for the future if they're saying i got from this offseason. It said he was a disgusted by last year. And be like he wants to. He wants his defense to be very what he wants to compete. So i don't it doesn't make sense to me for him to trade gilmore and like you know try to be fiscally responsible or whatever like they got. He wants to win and it is his organization. So yeah i. I don't know i think again. I had the bills winning the division. But i i the patriots. Because i'm so optimistic by the defense. And i think the offense is going to be better because it has to be wildcard. Watch their allow car watch. I'll say it. I don't think that's yeah. I don't think that's outlandish. I forgot about colin duggar. That just goes to show how deep this defense goes. But yeah i mean we're all i say we. I think the nfl is fully goes. I don't think the nfl is and regardless of what you think of. The person like bilbao check. There is no way that he watches his team in his thirty second against the run blue. Pass offense miss the playoffs losing record and then he goes and watches. Tom brady win in his first year in tampa bay. There's no way on god's green earth that he witnesses that and then just like okay. Well we'll build for the future. We'll be back in a few years. He's seventy something years old now right or he just turned seventy or forget his actual age. He's not getting any upper. He's trying to win now. I don't think doesn't strike me as a rebuilding type of coach. She's more of a. Let's spend half a billion dollars to make sure. I don't have to rebuild before scalp kicking back in chemical can act. Seemed doing that. Martha's vineyard maybe well anyways week. One new england is playing miami which is great so we will talk about the dolphins after the break.

"What that looks like as you said like are they. Is it going to be really focusing. like targeting. the intermediary of the field cam doesn't like boot out. It's a lot of drawbacks off of play action distracts drawbacks. I think the tight ends will be really useful in that regard. I'm just. I don't know i just when i at the offensive line. Because they're good. I don't really like this offensive line is one of the best in the nfl. And it's really deep. I don't really have much to add beyond that. Which is obviously conducive to everything. We're talking about but i feel like this offense. Marcel like it could be what we saw last year but more likely which was twenty seven hundred in passing running more likely. I think it's probably end up going to end up. Being about average that makes a lot of sense. I think that's reasonable to expect a and given the names that they added. I like hunter henry lot. If he can stay healthy. I think he's you know one of the better tight ends in the game. I don't know if he's top tier but he's a reliable option when he's healthy. Love john who smith maybe the king of yak as far as tight ends go truly and or had a good year. Resurgent ear with the raiders. But i don't know if any of those guys or even the combination of those guys is bolting you into an upper echelon passing offense. It's vaulting you from a putrid passing offense to a passable passing offense. You know no pun intended there. But like when you're you're going from awful two league average. I think here so i. It's i think important probably temper expectations from what we see from from the patriots air attack but on the ground like damon harris. A lot liked him a lot. Out of college Schone michaud unclear. What what exactly he he can do. I think he spent a lot of last year last year. Hurt but you know in james white is back in. I know as a fantasy perspective. I've always loved james white. He's been a yearly late round addition on point in a pr pr guy but again. I think it's i think average is the best way to put. This pats offense. I think their defense is probably going to be the strength of the team. So let's talk about it. Because i rank them ninth overall in the nfl. I did a defense ranking. Who's foxworth but the more i think about it the more i'm like tempted to keep pushing them up. Because i just look at this group of players in. I am really excited so last year. The defense was wracked by injuries. Creation departures cogut opt-outs notably. I mean most importantly dont'a hightower. I think it finish eighteenth versus the pass in thirty seconds versus the run. Which again is why. The bills ran the ball over them. So check said this disgusted ninety and actually say that but he acted like it so they went out on the added a bunch of players so upfront. They added henry at anderson. I think sneaky. Good signing for them. Who can play opposite. Laurence sky guy with i guess God show will probably man the middle but they also christian bar more whom they drafted in i think could be sort of rise up the ranks of giving them like an interior pass rush then behind them hightower's back and van noise back but matt jude on and then joshu chairs rising. I've been watching a lot of joshu randomly over last few days. I'm really excited about him. And then chase winna. Vich was decent like this is a front seven that is so patriots. See at these players the versatility that they bring it. This is like to me like a classic bill. Belichick defense the front seven not to mention. Of course bill check that. The greatest defensive mind probably. Nfl history pulling the strings. No i think it's like i really meant it when i said i think this defense is going to be the strength of the team. Is what that you name. All of these guys before. Even getting to the secondary which i believe we reported. Espn reported that. Stefan gilmore is not expecting to be and if new england is is smart which they tend to be. They pay him whatever he needs to be. Paid and enjoy having a lockdown. Cornerback on you know taking over half their field. The jesse jackson jonathan jones these this defense breeds turnovers whether it's repression quarterback into a foul throw or just having hyper aggressive in intelligent defensive backs i mean you kind of pick your poison here. It's not it is not normal to be able to do what the bills did last year. And say okay. You have a glaring weakness. So we're just gonna attack it even though it's literally our weakness as well and we're going to come out on top. That's not. that's not something you saw in. I think it was week. Sixteen bella ticks. Anger finally start to spill over the phone slam. That's like immortalize them on twitter now. But i think that's when you say bell was disgusted. Yeah i think he was. And i think he honored acura blood into one. I wish. Valentine said more that he didn't have to wear masks. Glad you weren't mas- burt his l. But i also wanted to see how angry you was all season yes. Thirty seconds versus the ron is not going to happen again with the personnel that they added in that front seven and of course as you said the secondary continues to be sacked. I think part of the reason. I just thought they'll make it work with. Gilmore is one. They don't have a lot of death at outside corner right absent. Jc jackson it would be like jalen mills stepping up potentially which. I don't think they like they'd rather have him. As a movable piece which is very characteristic of pat stevens. they've all these guys who can be deployed a bunch of different ways. Kyle doger's new. Patrick chung still have adrian phillips but.

"Rush win rates in the nfl. Jerry hughes actually led all ed's rut in pass rush win rate are just had trouble actually bringing down the quarterback and it was. It was more of a coverage issue than it was a pass rush issue because josh norman is still being integrated into the into the lineup Travis white was battling injuries. You know mica hide enjoying can't be everywhere at once so you know there was an i think. Aj klein also was struggling to cover in the middle of the field with matt. Milano injured tremain edmond started. Slow battled injury all season. It was more of a coverage issue than it was. Pass rushes you quarterbacks for getting the ball off quicker than the average rate in the nfl so but obviously you know they're not getting any younger They made it a point. The brandon being in the front office to to add to the out of the pass. Rush greg russo. He's got all the the lengthy tools that they're looking for. In an edge rusher boogie got the versatility to slide inside and play a little technique if he needs to. I think they love that as far as a strength goes. I don't know if it's going to be these strength. I still think that lies in the secondary with white player in hyde. But i think it will be. I think they've got the the players. They've got the athletes to finish the job. When it comes to rushing the passer. I think that I think it'll be much improved from a stack total standpoint. But it's not like it was such a glaring weakness. It just looked like a weakness against patrick mahomes but a lot of things do against that. I love i love that. They distracted for deaths like boogie. Basham and gregory so don't have to be dominant from day one right but i think the bills had very much like them to then become to replace addison at you know what i mean like as the season goes on in the next year obviously and what teams do they have protests. And we've seen the nfl if you have waves of pass rushers. That is incredibly useful in the playoffs. I've and you hit on something with the bills defense. That i think is sort of explain. Some of the frustrations which is a defense really struggled early on and then got better as the season went on some of the competition. But we've gone through eight. Twenty i in epa expected points added replay weeks nine hundred seventeen fifth. There were injuries. I think you mentioned that. Edmunds played a lot better. As the year went on. So like i still think the strength of this team is the offense which will talk about next. But the the way the defense was trending and some of the additions. Make me think they're gonna look more balanced at the beginning of next season than they did last year. And that's like the. That's the dream for people out here. Is that if you could take the twenty twenty offense with like the twenty nineteen defense. Yeah as i seem that looks possible to be on paper. So let's talk about that. Twenty twenty offense because marcel basically brought everyone back. Some of the lineman were hurt last year. Who were like dubious are this year. That was kind of a question. Mark and then. They replace john brown with emmanuel sanders. But call beazley's vaccination protests notwithstanding everyone's back. do you have any concerns about regression. Given the fact. That josh allen made an unprecedented historic leap. And you know. I'm going to ignore the elephant in the room for a second here but i don't think sorry no shots today but i think it's it's definitely possible. It's more than possible i. It's it's reasonable to believe that josh allen in this offense can replicate what they did in two thousand twenty. Because he's doing all of that what he did last year with a patchwork offensive line. He still more or less running for his life on any given play. When you look at this offense allow right now dion. Dawkins ford Mitch moore's feliciano williams. They played zero snaps together as a unit last year. Because john feliciana was hurt. All through the off season. Didn't start until. I think it was week six or seven but you know they're hoping to return at full strength they've got more debt and offensive line. They've got a ton of debt at receiver to the point. Where you can't just focus in on stefan dick's because if you do kobe's lee is always open. As members of bills defense will tell you during after practice emmanuel sanders is an excellent route. Runner seems to be aging really well. isaiah hodgson's is a name that i think people are going to get to know this season. He was a out of a star. An early star of training camp last year right alongside. Gabriel davis both of them there. The drafted rookies in the twenty twenty draft but isaiah haden's went down with the soldier injury never quite recovered. Needed surgery ended his season completely. But he's clean bill of health this off season. He's making plays all spring six three six four two hundred and ten pounds that is unmatched size. As far as the bills wide receivers go. And i think that alone in height is kind of an overrated factor thanking for wide receiver. But that factor alone you know could give him an edge over a guy mike. We'll say brandon power. Maybe even isiah mckenzie or duke williams. So i think he's worth keeping an eye on. Gabriel davis obviously back. They they trusted. They put the world on him rookie. They said you're gonna play gonna play the slight. You're gonna play zt. You're gonna play everything. And he did it with a plummy. Finished with seven touchdowns honestly could have been like eleven. Because i swear. Every other touchdown he scored. It was called back for some Holding or illegal man downfield or so on and so forth. He allowed to touchdowns called back. So there's weapons at his disposal. If the tight end group can elevate from what they showed last year looking squarely at dawson knocks there. If he turned into the type of player that he showed flashes of as a rookie than i think. They've got a lot of you. Know they've got a great chance at replicating what they did in two thousand twenty or even surpassing it there. I say so. I think this is the point where we nitpick as you said because this is very very well rounded team it brings not only all the players but brian table which i thought was the biggest coup for them the off season because everyone thought he was going to be a head coach and to me a lot of my concerns about josh allen regressing stemmed from bringing in a different offense coordinator right because i think dave was really really good and obviously he's developed under him but not a problem he he's coming back and then as you mentioned the offensive line will be healthier. Not sure cody ford is good though but they they will be. I the nitpicking though. So this is an offense. That look josh allen just was dominant. I don't you can slice it. Anyway i mean he absolutely murdered the blitz and by the way teams kind of realize that and stop letting them as a win on. 'cause it was stupid but under pressure don under pressure clean pocket on the move. He crushed it. you know. This is the bills offense at threw. The ball a lot us a lot of play action there exhibited for play action as successful without an efficient run game. I think however you get to the sec championship. And i don't think it would be fair to say. It was old josh allen. Because that's not at all what happened but he did two things strike out in my mind one. I think the absence of an effective run game. You really saw where that hurt them. Not having that as a change. I'm not saying. I don't believe that brand able needs to run the ball more but i think the lack of efficiency on that front was pretty significant and glaring. And you did see josh allen. I wouldn't say panicking but you know. He was confused by a lot of what ceasefire knowle's defense was doing post now. Which is the thing that he had really progressed. At during the year by the way is pre and post reads so again nitpicking. Feel like i need to say that caveat one hundred times do you think either of those things could be. What again stops the bills from getting past the chiefs. because that's where we're at with the bills. We're not talking about winning the division. We're talking about.

Tua Tagovailoa vs. Belichick's Defense: A Challenge
"Get into the Dolphins. Now we have to start with to Greg. I watched him last week and I see a number of very good things from him, you know, the answer the anticipatory throws is great anticipation is accurate and he's really smart and you know football IQ is through the roof when you see him, he's diagnosing what the defense is doing and the first time around you might surprise him. It's very difficult to surprise in the second or third time around very smart guy doesn't have the strongest arm in the world, but he can move around in the pocket a little bit and he's got enough Armstrong. Had a downfield but I mostly pay attention to his accuracy his anticipation in his intelligence. I think that's what would separate too from some of the other younger quarterbacks that we've seen come into the league and so it's fascinating Greg this matchup. I remember we talked about the Justin Herbert matchup Belichick's record his resume against rookie quarterbacks or even just your quarterbacks first time in so we're going to have to who was very football Savvy and has a high football iQ going against Bill Belichick who of course has the Mind against rookie quarterbacks wage. What do you make of to his game in? What do you think the Patriots will try to do on Sunday to Rattle him. I'm looking at I thought you did a great job with your Scouting Report. I thought you know what I agreed on all those points, especially, you know, I think where he shows off to me is the football like you he he sometimes he will hang on to a play a little bit too long. I think that's probably a place. Where they've been working with him, he did that a couple of times against Kansas City, you know, but largely had a feel for what's going on. He knows how to get rid of the ball. I think Chan gailey's done a real nice job with him sort of slowly bringing him along and you know, yes, everybody's going to talk about Bill Belichick and his record against rookie quarterbacks, you know, but one thing you have to keep in my practice, you know, this is this is a rookie quarterback with Brian Flores, you know next to him who's so I assume Brian all week is showing him all Patriots film and say look, this is what they're going to do to you. This is this is what we would do to everybody. These are going to be the calls whatever you see don't trust your eyes before the snap. There's always going to be somebody dropping there's going to be they're going to be doing this song. I think that's going to be a huge asset for them. I think that Ted Karras at Center is going to be a huge asset for them cuz he knows how the Patriots, you know like to pressure cuz he's been here for so long. The Patriots know his weaknesses. Teddy's a pretty good pass protector. He struggles more in the Run game. But I do think you'll see the Patriots try to try to get him to move his feet side-to-side off a little bit slow. So I think you know targeting him with some t e stunts inside and things like that might generate some pressure. But yeah, I think I think that too is pretty good job to see if guys like DeVante Parker and get sick e who who, you know, we're beat up in the last game, you know, whether they'll be able to play because your talent talking about some really talented guys there. I mean God, I can't believe how far gesicki the tight end has come and I know Belichick basically called him a big wide receiver this week, which I think is accurate but he's damn good at what he does in a mash-up. Yeah and the one question and you know, we'll get into our picks and a little bit before we get this n'keal Harry thing you want to talk about and of course we still have the member question of the day on this pod. But you know the weapons right for Miami, we we talked about the weapons about the Patriots all the time. But when you look at the weapons of Miami, I think last week I saw something that too was down at one point in that game. He was down his top six receivers. So including Titan including tight end. So if you know if Grant is out if Parker is out if they're just you know off 60% if you know kasicki is out Myles Gaskin was on the covid-19 this last weekend, that's their guy who they've been running the football with what is it Ahmed salvano salvano, may I forget which way it goes his name, but he's the other running back on the roster. He's been dinged up. So this is a team if they're banged up. I don't know what they can do offensively. I mean, I like to a long shot, but the one thing that jumped out at me watching that Kansas City game and maybe it's just because Kansas City is so full of explosiveness and speed but the one thing that jumped out at me watching the Dolphins offense It's Not Dead. Dynamic like say they don't have explosion and DeVante Parker could be that guy at times but he's been banged up. He's got a hammy so I don't know if he's going to play but they lack if there's one thing they need to add immediately to that Miami offense to help to a is somebody who can be

Eagles drop struggling Carson Wentz for Hurts in middle of $128m contract
"The jalen hurts thing. Yeah we let's just every sports shows gonna do it so we should probably do it. The the wentz conversation. Everybody's everybody's saying. What do they do should they. It seems like they literally can't do anything i don't think they can. Everyone's like turn them to the colts. It's frank rights problem. He'll do good with. I'm like i don't i don't know one's eaten his contract right. I know there's some creative ways to get around it. But that's just too much damn. It's easier for the team to take him. So i did some research on this. Basically if he gets traded by a certain day you he's only owed is twenty twenty one and twenty twenty two salaries and it's basically a two year forty seven million dollar deal secure the colts and franks. I love this guy. Go look at his stats last couple of years like i. I can fix this guy whenever quarterback anyway. Maybe do it. The problem is no matter when they do it. The eagles just get crushed. You know they they could save right. Twenty five point. Four million in salaries in twenty twenty one and then fifty million in twenty twenty two for guaranteed. But they're just in the whole for thirty million minimum if they trade them no matter how they've besides it with the weirdest thing is. They gave him that extension before his rookie. Dale even played out which. I never understand when teams do that. Football right yeah again. He's i mean he hasn't survived last three three out of four december. Yeah he had major need knee injury. You also have the franchise tag which you can always use. If you don't agree to affirm. I the whole concept of locking him down way before you need to when you're not even positive what he is. It is weird so anyway. I don't see how they trade them if anything you would you try to build. Jalen hurts his value up to try to trade him right. Yes exactly. I think that's the way to do it but So then how long does he have to play to build his value though like through the rest of the year. At least right well there. Somehow they're not at of the an ac-. I know they're screwed. I they might be screwed worse than the cowboys which is exciting.

"Twenty twenty NFL draft the Miami Dolphins black tourist talk about quarterback Alabama it did not nothing is for certain people soft that work out they said to themselves he looks really good he looks explosive I really believe the medically redshirt what that body the owner Stephen Ross had to sign off on this developing himself for one season let him fully heal and then no doubt about it plenty of fins fans like are too you know but I've stopped that too is headed to the sunshine state for the fins to a jungle by lower nose will play next year just doesn't know when the dolphin selecting the fifth overall in Thursday's draft might he wait until twenty twenty one to play again coming back not major hip injury that doctors have indicated he's on schedule to return this year the interest Chris Greer said the dolphins comfortable with his health despite the long injury history about NFL live Tim Hasselbeck rex Ryan on Miami landing too if you're assuming that tool was healthy I don't think it was all that close you know part of what happens when guys get drafted it's it's based on what they've done but also what they project to be and so you know for too well when you watch him play at Alabama there's so much you know conceptually you know what they were doing it I let them know that you can see translates the National Football League you can see him doing those things well obviously he did it under strain my high level the concern is the injury but when you look at Herbert I think the concern ends up being that you're facing a lot of them on potential a lot of it on what can be not necessarily what he has you know what he accomplished as a player in fact I thought he was held back a little bit as a player and not a word in offense so yeah I am when you look at it that way if you're making the assumption that the Miami Dolphins doctors were fine with his health but I think it was an easy decision
