"I'd love to hear from you on the topics we're discussing. And quick update on this balenciaga TMZ, the reputable TMZ is reporting that Kim Kardashian actually declined a new campaign offer from balenciaga even before tweeting about her reevaluation on Sunday Night as somebody from her inner circle. Leaked to TMZ that she had already ditched the brand before even tweeting this information. Letting TMZ know that she had been scheduled to wear some balenciaga outfits at certain appearances that were scheduled on her calendar and she got rid of those outfits and is already looking at new designers for different outfits. And this was already decided before she tweeted on Sunday Night. So that's interesting to note. And while she didn't make it publicly and she, you know, got beat up a little bit for taking that very political approach. It seems that this is either damage control or she was just being cautious and not saying, hey, FU balenciaga, I'm going in a different direction. But it's always interesting to see how women come to the defense of children and in situations like this where children are kind of really being put out there in a bad way. Now, our guest is Hannah Ellis. Hannah, Olivia is the CEO of a small business called she rises studios, and she's got a new book out as well. Hannah Oliver, welcome to the program. Hi, thank you for having me. You're welcome. So tell us a little bit about your business. She rises studios. So we are a publishing public relations multi digital digital media company for women entrepreneurs. We're two years old. We're in 13 countries. And we've grown exponentially over the last two years. Okay. So what's your initial reaction to this controversy with balenciaga? Being that you're in the PR space. You know, I feel like it was definitely not a good thing once transpired. It's really hard to know everything we don't know all the facts. I would just say that the facts we know these 5 year old girls are taking photos with leather handcuff type of things and child porn papers in the photo shoot. Yeah, and so when I was going to say was, I definitely do not like the context. I don't think children should be exploited in any way, shape or form. In that way. And them as the large companies should never have even made it an issue or even done it in the first place. And for anyone who knew exactly what was going on in the initial beginning should have said something right away. No child should be exposed that way. Yeah, I agree with that. Now, you have a new book. Tell us about the book. Yeah, so the book is called me too, but never again. It's a book composed with ten different authors. It's causing it, it's an anthology. These women have shared some very deep intimate issues regarding their journey and being a victim of rape, molestation, sexual harassment in the workplace, human trafficking, you know, it's really sad that this is even a topic, but the topic has to be heard. We wrote the book with the intention of bringing more awareness more advocacy and really looking for stricter laws to be put in place. For issues like with Kim Kardashian and this company, people speaking out more and more and not allowing these types of behaviors to continue. So it is, it is a very diverse book. It's from women all over the world. And we all came together, and we each wrote a different part of the book and shared what happened. And what we can do to change it, and we talk a lot about life after the pain. It's tragic when anyone is exposed to that type of behavior. And so the book is being created to show that we were once victims, but we aren't anymore. We're warriors. And we're walking around and we're going to help and guide others. We're going to teach people what to look for. And to not accept this type of behavior from anyone, whether it's a large company of celebrity or someone's grandmother or grandfather. It's unacceptable. And that's what the book is about. Tell us a little bit about one of the stories, maybe the story that you wrote or one of the stories that really stood out most for you in the book. You know, that's really, it's such a loaded question because they're also different. There's ten different stories. There's a story in there of a woman who traditionally was stocked. In her country, she goes through this incredible way of trying to prove what's happening to her in this man just keeps going after her. And because of her culture, her country, she's separated. She's she's the blame, not the perpetrator. There is a story of a woman in there who was sexually molested by her grandfather for years, told her family the family said don't tell anybody, we'll deal with it in the household. You know, my story, I was the victim, unfortunately, three different occasions. From the age of three to the age of 21. Two of my oldest children are products of forcefully being raped. For every day, for years, being held against my will, doing things that I didn't want to do, you know, there's so many different parts to this. There's the woman who shares her story of being in the service. And it happening to her there. You know, serve and protect what about serving and protecting the women who are in armed forces army, all of that. What happens there? And the list goes on and on. It's just women and young children are told to hush. Don't say anything. You know, we're led to carry the shame and the guilt. And we're just saying no more. You know? It's not acceptable. Yeah, agreed. Folks wrong with Hannah olivas. She's the author of a brand new book and the CEO of she rises studios. And we're about to take a quick pause, but when we come back, I'd like her to share a little bit more of her story in the book so that we can have a better understanding of it and what you guys in the audience can expect if you buy the book. Again, we're on with Hannah olivas. I am rich Valdez, if you want to join or have a question for Hannah, it's 8 6 6 5 O 5 46 26. Don't go anywhere because there is more to come straight

"About it from a community community perspective. You think about all the lives that are affected during this energy drink and is getting to me. You think about all the lives that are affected from one person dying, even if it's not a violent crime, right? Think about a matriarch who might die who was keeping the family together. And that impacts so many people. My brother died when I was 17 and he was 24. That impacted so many people, right? That impact, and not only myself, my mother, that impact is that impacts my daughter who never met him, that impacts my son, who never met him. That's impact the relationships that I've had, that impacts relationships that I've had just encounters with people that I've had in life that all shows up in those type of situations. And so the complexities of a year, it was definitely, you know, especially with something of this magnitude and you got nasty places like TMZ who get the video who people taking pictures, which again, I understand why people take pictures because if something happens, why wouldn't you? But again, this goes to the psychology of where we are with social media in general and the impact that it has on us and our daily lives, even in moments of trauma. But yeah, so we take off. It's not only takeoff and everybody that was around when that took place seeing him die. Then you look at quavo. You think about it was his argument, right? I was sitting there watching and I don't watch the ball at all because somehow DJ academics came up in my YouTube fee. And he was like, he points out the killer. And dag sure, I'm like, yo, I think the bull might have did it, right? And so, you know, sitting there playing Colombo.

Is Madonna Gay Again?
"Madonna appears to have declared herself gay. We think. TMZ's got this story that Madonna put up a TikTok video. Yesterday, that's got a lot of people wondering, it's a video that shows her throwing some panties at a trash can with the captain captioned if I miss, I'm gay. If I wrote that, they would just annihilate me. If I miss them get so she throws the pennies and the pennies fall very short of the bin and the camera cuts back to Madonna and she shrugs and walks away. They think this is pretty big news. TMZ thinks this is big news, assuming she's actually making some here. On the face of it, it looks like she might be coming out as a lesbian. That's what TMZ staff says or at the very least bisexual, but it's hard to say for sure. She's been into women, she's made public comments about that. She's even done things physically to show us she's like that. She's locked lips with Nicki Minaj, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera. But TMZ wrote this up and I want to ask Harvey Levin. Will you not around in the 90s? Have you forgotten a fling with the Miami nightclub owner Ingrid casares, the little hot Cuban girl? That was news everywhere. She wasn't hiding it. Or the fact that she had an affair with Sandra bernhardt? Of course, McDonald likes girls. Of course she's seen the world from both sides. What's happening with TMZ? What a slow news day. You think Madonna is gay? Yes, of course she is. I mean, that totally,
Everyone on Crypto Twitter Is Talking About Kim Kardashian
"Everyone on crypto Twitter is talking about Kim Kardashian and Jen. Why is that? All right, well everyone from TMZ to The Wall Street Journal is talking about Kim Kardashian this morning and it's because she settled with the SEC for promoting Ethereum max to the tune of 1.26 $1 million. As part of the settlement, she has agreed not to promote any cryptocurrency for three years. And I think it's important to note that she did not admit or deny the allegations she has simply settled with the SEC for touting the theorem max. Will, the pass it down to you, I was going to do it anyways, but you put your hand up. So what do you got? Yeah, I got those hot Kardashian takes, don't you worry. I got you this morning. Ethereum max, you guys remember, this one popping around when it did pop up. There was not only Kim Kardashian, but Floyd Mayweather, I think, was in on this a few other celebrities, pretty hilarious to see a comeback by Jim ass no pun intended there. They only made $250,000 off of this, right? And yet they're fine for like $1.3 million. So a very good return there. I also like to note that three years, right? Three years, they can't promote anything. Well, guess what happens every three years in nice Bitcoin pump and bull market. So she'll be back, we're all going to wait for the next pump and dump scheme from Kim K, I'm excited for

"So when driving through Colorado and the cocaine, we had a little bit less at that point as you can imagine. And it was in a baggie. And there we are on route 80. And a state trooper pulls behind us, and he's following us now. Now, like I said, we had God bless America taped to the back of the windshield. But still, a couple of dark skinned guys with Baldi's and a yorkie, driving through Colorado, that would be enough for a cop to at least follow us for a while. And he's been behind us for a good several miles now. He's not moving off our ants. That'll make you shit a brick when you're carrying a lot of dirty stuff. So suddenly Neil says to me, you know what, I think that I know there's a gas station and a car wash up here very soon. I've passed it and I've stopped here a number of times because gumballs made that drive before. That was my first trip. I said, wherever it is, bro, find it and let's go there. So he says, you know what? I'm going to point to the car wash. Hand me the code. I said, no, no, no, I got it. Just do what you got. He was hand me the Coke asshole. You're famous. You have a TV show. You can't hold this or you'll lose everything. You know what? He had a point. So I handed it to him. And he drives into the car wash, but before he stops the car, he says, go into the store and get us some sodas and get us some shit to eat some candy and meet me when I'm done with the car wash. This is sure. And wouldn't you know the cop pulls into the fucking car wash as well? And he stops right behind gumbo. But he isn't going to car wash. He stops and goes in the store. Now he's looking at me up and down and I got the dog in my hand. So after the wash, I hop back in the car and the cop is following us again. And I say, Jesus Christ deal it's curtains. I said, where is it? He says, don't worry. Just look straight ahead. I see where's the bad rose? Just don't fucking move. Just look straight ahead. Stay calm. A few minutes later, the cop puts his siren on. I'm thinking, we're fucking dead. We're going to jail in 9 11. And he speeds past us. Even gave us a little nod. Like, got to go, boys. I mean, I breathed a sigh of relief like you can't imagine. I go holy shit. All right, where's this stuff? Give it to me. He says, hold the wheel. And when I do, Neil leads to his left and fish is in the back of his pants and pulls the bag of Coke out of his crack. Now that's what Friends and family do for famous people. Okay? Sometimes fame isn't a bitch.
Chris Rock Is in Hot Water for His Nicole Brown Simpson Joke
"The other day changing subjects, Chris Rock. We haven't heard much from for a while since the whole smack with Will Smith Chris Rock made a crack about the 1994 murder of Nicole Brown Simpson during some comedy set and Phoenix last weekend. And he said something like, you know, the academy asked him to come back and host the Oscars and he was like, no, I wouldn't do that because it would be like asking the call to go back to the restaurant where she left her sunglasses before she and Ron Goldman were murdered by a mystery man with teeny tiny hands. They didn't find it funny. I think it's great Nicole brown's just a Tonya really got mad. You know, and that was a chance to really light into Chris and tell him how bad and how distasteful it was and she got a hold of TMZ and, you know, and she said, you know, this is his crack wasn't just on funny. It literally doesn't make sense. It kind of does. She said he claiming getting slapped at the Oscars to a gruesome double homicide is apples to oranges and she thinks it's lacking in logic and a bad connection.
Charlie Chats With Anonymous Genius “Kane” of Citizen Free Press
"I'm sure many of you have noticed in the last couple years how drudge report has just become a left wing rag. It's unreadable. I used to go to drudge all the time. I don't go anymore. There's a new website, though, that is surging in traffic. They do a wonderful job of aggregation and staying on top of the news. It is citizen free press dot com. They're I have to tell you traffic is unbelievable lately. And the man behind citizen free press is someone just called Kane. You could call him Citizen Kane. He stays anonymous so that the left doesn't screw with him and that he's able to continue to operate the website freely to give an idea. Susan free press had a 169 million page views in the month of July. That is more than Politico, The Wall Street Journal Huffington Post, NBC News, TMZ, CBS News Daily Beast, ABC News, and more. And the man behind citizen free press, who is just called Kane. He lives in Bloomington, Indiana, and moraine anonymous for many reasons, of which I fully support, joins us right now. Citizen Kane, who runs citizen free press, how are you? Welcome to the Charlie Kirk show. Thanks, Charlie. Glad to be here. And yeah, I'll touch on that a little bit. Look, from day one, I wanted to avoid any interaction with David Brock and media manner. And it's only grown in the last 5 years since I've been running the site, so it helps to stay anonymous. And somehow I've been able to do it for 5 and a half years. No one has no one listening has ever recognized that photo. Those are the colonnade of Thomas Jefferson's lawn in Charlottesville at the University of Virginia. So that's actually a reunion photo. So I'm a graduate of the University of Virginia. And used to be a progress grad, but in the new woke UVA, not so proud.
Lindsey Lohan Quietly Gets Hitched
"Lindsay Lohan, got married. Lindsay Lohan got married. A man's name is Bader shamas or Seamus. It's a Jewish name. SHA MMA S, shamus. He's a kuwaiti born financier. Whose net worth is about $4 million, and every single star from that legendary, well, remember that legendary car picture was a Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan in that car in the early aughts. They were all looking crazy and effed up. They've all gotten married unless year. That picture is amazing. Because all of them got married this year. Isn't that something? But lelo and our man, they met in Dubai, this is where she lives now. They've been together for over two years. And the Lindsay Lohan of today is a little more low key because while Bader regularly shows up on her Instagram and she's like posts that claim she's pregnant, she really has been floating in our love, I mean, lilo got married in her wedding was an Instagram Live stream from the middle of a planet fitness, which is what she's working on a commercials lately. She didn't immediately sell the exclusive pictures to in touch and TMZ didn't post anything about how white Oprah was arrested after a wedding guest spotted white Oprah stealing the gifts and loading them into the trunk of an Uber now it's very low key. Nobody knew how it happened. The other day was lilo's 36th birthday and yesterday she paid tribute to her 35 year old man and called him her
Wendy Williams No Longer Knows What She's Doing
"Did you all see the TMZ live segment with Wendy Williams? Did you see it? Oh my God. It really is so sad and so indicative that Wendy Williams clearly no longer has any idea what she's doing or how she'll face her future. It was really very sad. It was a sad piece and I could tell from looking at Harvey Levin and his sidekick Charles that this segment went into crazy land right from the beginning. And if you look at their faces, they know. It's just awful. So during this segment, Wendy gave an update on plans for her new podcast. I told you that a couple of days ago. But not before she reached down under her chair. And by the way, she's sitting in her purple chair that she used to do her showing a show on. And people said that purple channel was thrown in the street, apparently not because she's sitting in it unless she got a second one. So she's in the chair. Talking to Harvey and Charles, and she picks up her severely swollen left foot and chose it to the camera. And then she went on to say that she is suffering from lymphedema, which is caused by a blockage in the lymphatic system, but Wendy said, you know, that's not going to stop her from getting back out there and making a splashy comeback. But this interview was so bad and so cringey that guys, it's the final nail in her coffin. And it puts an exclamation point on the end of the sentence. What I predicted just how sick she was and how she's never going to be on TV again. If this wasn't a video of a woman on drugs, I don't know what else to tell you. It was that

When Will Hayden Panettiere Learn?
"When is Hayden Panettiere going to learn? This girl is going to kill herself, she's a mess in more ways than one. The other night, coroner boyfriend were involved in this big, big old fight at a sunset Marquis in West Hollywood, a very popular spot where a lot of movie stars and the cool crowd goes. And there was a big fist fight inside the club and outside the club when they were getting drinks, things began to get ugly. She would miss this boyfriend Brian hickerson, which is another story in itself. These two were together, then he was very violent, violent toward her. Abusive, physically abusive. They separated. They got a restraining order. They weren't supposed to be near each other, and now they're not only near each other, they're in fist fights together. So people who were there are saying that the whole fight began at the bar because apparently somebody said Hitler spin on them. And the manager got word of it and he told Henderson and panettiere, they've got to leave. She was apologizing and profusely and apparently she kept warning Brian. She kept saying jail Brian jail, knowing that he's on probation and this will obviously put him away. This video's over 5 TMZ's got videos. There's photos of it. But it got worse as it went outside. Now she's 33 years old with a 7 year old daughter with Vladimir Klitschko. Doesn't have custody of this kid. And now she's seeing the guy she had a restraining order against. It doesn't make any sense.

The White Trash Fight for Britney's Money Continues
"A lot. It's the white trash courtroom drama between Britney Spears and Jamie Lynn Spears. Bad day in court yesterday. My source tells me they never got to the TriStar discovery and deposition issues that have been postponed, but most of the day in court was taken up by lawyers demanding their fees be paid by Britney's estate, sanding Vivian thorin were there, demanding payment. Jodie Montgomery got a request for fees approved. Lin spears attorney was there. He won $700,000 in fees. Why she has a right to claim fees, I have no idea. Daddy's spears has a new attorney by the name wine garden. He was fighting with Britney's lawyer rosengaard over having reserve funds for his fees, judge penny rejected that the reserve will go back to Brittany, Rosen garb said daddy spears is frivolous and has spent to date are you ready to hear this? $30 million of Britney's money on attorney fees alone. He also spent an additional 6.4 million on media manners and black box security, media manners I have you know in case you forgot is how Jamie spears would play stories with TMZ. He would spend money, pay them money for them to have stories on their shell and on their websites that were anti Brittany. That's where a lot of that money went as well.
Harvey Levin Seems to Be in Bed With Jussie Smollett
"I've been keeping my eye on the juicy spoiler. The Jussie Smollett trial and it's sad to say that Harvey Levin and TMZ may be partial to seeing the empire after get away with this bullshit. I'm telling you, I gotta say, what is wrong with Harvey? I've been saying it for a while. We saw how in the bag he was against Britney Spears. Then he rallys at like he was behind her. He wasn't after he was allegedly accepting money from Britney's dad to put disparaging content about Britney on the TMZ website and show. I've got three seats. But he's going too far here with the Smollett trial. He really is. The situation is yes. Harvey Levin is trying to paint a picture that the jury in this trial may not be buying the testimony from one of the Nigerian brothers don't ask me his goddamn names all Ebola, whatever the fuck. May not be buying the testimony from one of the Nigerian brothers against Jesse because he dealt drugs to Jesse. What's worse, Harvey, dealing the drugs or being the person who takes the drugs. Come on, why would people on a jury have an issue with the person who procures the drugs and not what the celebrity who asked the person to get them? I don't think the jury thinks that much worse of a guy who's not selling drugs per se, but getting them for Jesse. It makes no sense to me. I think he's reaching into bad reach.

Mike Reflects on His Past Comments About Kelly Clarkson's Appearance
"A number of years ago, I got embroiled in a big thing where I made a flippant remark about a woman's weight. And that went viral and it was horrifying. And the reason I was horrified by it was only because my stupid comment and listen, I'm the last person in the universe to make any remark about anybody's weight, much less a beautiful young woman like Kelly Clarkson. And knowing that there was such media coverage over a conversation that I had with Chris Wallace about that. And it was a real one of those stupid two middle aged white guys making a stupid remark about somebody who put on weight. And this guy wrote about it, and it went viral. It was all over the place. People magazine TMZ everywhere, and I was horrified because I knew that that got back to her. Because of all the publicity, I just it killed me to think that my words would hurt a magnificently talented and successful and beautiful woman like her. And it really did impact me enormously. I mean, it was awful. I went into a box there for weeks and weeks. It was and of course I apologize profusely and I hope that my apology reached her. I have no idea how I would reach her if I ever, but I just it was one of the worst chapters of my career. Only because I knew that my words were heard by her and I wasn't going to get into, yeah, but it was only a quick aside and it was this stupid writer who's an attention seeker and I don't care about any of that. My words hurt somebody.

take that into account and try to win job seekers over Yeah that's exactly what's happening in know that it is a candidate's job market right now especially if you work in areas like investment banking or FinTech or alternatives like private equity or hedge funds employers are desperately competing for top talent And because of that they're willing even more so than usual to make candidates whole and to basically give them any awards They may be forfeiting by leaving a previous employer So it can be complicated How do you figure out what you're giving up before you decide to take another job Right That's why I did the cone because I wanted people to know that of course you can hire the attorney to help walk you through that But I thought it was helpful for people to know firsthand kind of what they should be looking at and what they should know because there's so many moving parts in different components of compensation and various terms governing if and when it's going to be paid out that I thought was helpful to give people some tips to know So the first thing is the most relevant document First start with your employment contract There could be terms in there that you want to know Determination mean just retiring changing a job death you know there are so many different terms that could be included under the definition of termination And then you want to look at stock option plan and that's going to give you obviously the nitty Gritty details on the number of shares included the awards the vesting schedule You know when you're getting them what you have to do to actually receive them but they'll also have as I said those definitions for things like termination and they'll also let you know what happens if you go to a competitor like what then happens to those awards and a lot of times obviously the terms are more onerous if you are in fact going to work for a competitor Now do you have to consult an account basically in order to figure out the tax consequences Definitely It's always helpful I think to talk to an accountant to make sure you understand what the tax implications are because sometimes maybe you have stock options that have vested That means that you're eligible to test them but maybe you have an exercise them yet So you haven't actually purchased them at the set price that the company has awarded you Obviously you generally buy when it's out of discount when the price that you've been given is lower than where the stock is trading So you want to take all that into consideration if you are in fact going to exercise you want to make sure you understand what those impacts implications are doing so And here was a shocker in your column sometimes private companies can claw back stock options even after they've been exercised Yep that can be a rude awakening for people who work through the private company you know they receive the stock options they vested they exercise them and they think even if they've gone to work for another employer that they still have those options but that's not the case A lot of times not always but often private companies because they want to keep those options and that stock basically for the people who are still working there who can then be eligible for the biggest payday they often write into contracts that they have the potential or the option to claw back those stock options to take back that stock back and reserve it only for people who are continuing to work there What are some of the other loopholes or things that people should watch out for Sure This is also with private companies but another thing to keep in mind is that with private companies stock options that you often have to come up with outside cash to exercise them with a public company you can use.

"Neil is in the hospital TMZ reporting Neil broke some ribs when he fell off stage just a few songs into his set at a show in Tennessee Friday The reports say step too close to the edge of the stage and fell four feet to the cement floor below I'm Scott Carr You're listening to Bloomberg businessweek with Carol masser and Bloomberg quick takes Tim steno V from Bloomberg radio It's that time timber approaching the holiday season many of us starting to actually think about taking the next big trick I'm certainly always thinking about it And you know Carol we often dispatch our Bloomberg team to seek out the most beautiful beaches and remote island paradises for some reason though we're not part of this Yeah they get all the good gigs This week they're hitting the slopes everywhere from Aspen to the Alps They do indeed Our Bloomberg proceeds editor Chris rows are joining us now with a look at our annual ski issue And Chris let's start with the cover of pursuits this week It's in big sky Montana Sounds like some big change is happening there First of all you guys two things One you can join You can join our team anytime I will make my life done We're in And two if you guys are just planning your holiday travel now it's probably too late Say it ain't so We're done with Chris If you want to go seeing sometime in January February or March we have everything that you need to know about for the section in our section this week And yeah our opening package is about big big sky in Montana which is not a place I've ever gone skiing because it has always been sort of seen so like rugged and off piece and I like a little bit of fanciness when I ski But now they've added a bunch of new lifts like really modern lists like the fastest 6 person chair in North America and they're adding two big new fancy harsh very comfortable hotels So it's part of a whole $150 million ten year renovation project and now we're beginning to really see the fruits of that transition in big sky It's amazing I mean big sky is a special place in my heart It's probably where I took the best ski trip of my life And it was some time in the last 15 years And you're right it is rugged You know we did some off peak skiing that required avalanche beacons at probes and signing in with ski patrol at the top of the big cool art It really felt rugged I mean it really felt like you were in the American West Does it lose any of that If it becomes more like Vail if it becomes more like Aspen So that's the big challenge for boy and resorts who are the people that own big guy And their effort is to try to make it like an American version of the L So if you go skiing in the Alps in France and Italy and Switzerland do you have no lack of difficult terrain off piece stuff that's going to be the best day of your life but also make you hate your life But also you know there's wonderful on slope experiences where you can stop in and get a glass of wine and some beef burger you on and go to a great operate key place with a beautiful view And so that's what they're trying to get at They're trying to get at okay you can still do the really crazy terrain You can still take the tram up to loan peak Or go off piece but at the end of the day you can have a little bit more comfort Because 20 years ago big sky didn't even have a grocery store to stock up your condo It really has come a long way Yeah it sounds like Chris I mean based on the story it's not about only improving the ski accommodations and everything that's there But it's like building really a community around it right Yeah so in 1990 only 500 people lived in the unincorporated region of big sky now is more than 3000 skier growth has grown 46% in skier visits in the past 5 years So just a lot more people are going and not only the hotels that a lot more residential is being built so condos and that could be everything from a big fancy condo to something more normal multiple families in a building so they're trying to get just kind of all different kinds of people to come All right Let's talk a little bit about hotels and lodging outside of big sky because part of the pursuit section this week It includes an update to hotels and ski areas around the world including Switzerland Japan Canada France and in the U.S. including Aspen and veil Pick out a couple of your favorites from this Chris Yeah so you know the big dream ski plays for me and for a lot of people is in a secco in Japan And because the powder is supposed to be more magical there than anywhere else They call it Japan It's a power Yeah You know they just in the past few years have started getting really luxurious hotels which of course had pursued as you know where we love And there is a new Ritz Carlton reserve there which is I think a really exciting for a lot of our a lot of our readers Also there's a new club med in Quebec And we have lately in pursuits and very pro club med because a lot of us have had children recently See how your perspective changes We've gone from being like oh that's all inclusive resort That's kind of tacky to like oh my God it'll take your child per day Okay So we're excited about that one in Quebec And then in Aspen there's not really a lot of turnover really in asset usually with the hotels that over the past few years there have been with a new W there's a view line resort and snow mask which is a Marriott autograph collection And then there's a hotel in veil called the heist which is right by the eagle Bond gondola So there's a lot of fun new things to try in the U.S. too Well you mentioned Vail and I feel like when it comes to ski resorts we can't We've got to talk about what's going there They're one of the publicly held ski resorts So let's talk about Val because they've got a new operator taking over and I love this story It's entitled the city kid takes over at veil So tell us about Kirsten lynch Yes So Kirsten lynch on November 1st is going to become the CEO of zail which really for the past few years has been steering the conversation in.

The Truth About Britney Spears' Missing Dog Situation
"Let's get back to Britney Spears who I think has a pair of big balls because she's going through hell and she's winning. She also has some lawyers with big bulls. She also has people around who were sources of mine who give me the best information that no one else has. So look, my analysis of this whole thing is simple. Britney has no control over the conduct of the staff in her home. Her dogs were taken out of the home, taken to the vet without her knowledge or even her approval. Why is that? Well, because Britney is still under conservatorship and her father is still the conservator. That asshole, Jamie spears is still the guy. And all the people employed by Britney's estate were hired by her dad and are paid by him. He cuts the checks, not Brittany. My question is, somebody must have given the housekeeper or the dogs that are permission to remove the dogs from Britney's home and take them to the vet. The only people who have this authority are Jodie Montgomery, who's the conservator and Jamie spears, who's the conservator of the estate. Jody is the conservative of Brittany and Jamie is the conservator of the estate. And just so you understand. I've seen the house. Britney's mansion is like Fort Knox. Nothing comes in or out of that house without Jamie's knowledge. So when TMZ says, Jamie's in the dark, they're full of shit. In fact, I've given my patrons solid proof of how much money Jamie spears has paid TMZ to run stories that are negative about his daughter. I'm talking money to the tune of $325,000. Under his media matters banner and Brittany's lack of authority over her staff is seen again when Brittany returns from her vacation in Maui. When she gets home, she sees that her dogs are missing. When she questions the staff about the dogs, they couldn't really sufficiently explain to her what happened. And as a result, Brittany called the police and reported a

"So these tips can be applied in variety of different ways. But it's all around. Yes being at home and being yes productive and this is whether we're talking about you're working on keeping your telecommuting job or you're dealing with a sideline job you're working you know you. Maybe you already have a fulltime home office job or maybe your job is getting a job. Yes that does occur to now some of these tech things. Some of these are really computer things but some of these are also just plain basic common sense so we we forget these easily sell. I wanted to refresh your memory the memory on these so the first one. You've got gotta stretch day right. You really gotta get up. You gotta take a shower. You got address shave. You're going to end to like you're actually going to work. Why because you are. I want you to get up at a normal hour. I want you to get up just as if you had to drive into the office. You're going to get a little bit of extra time year. what am i saying. Don't sleep in if you used to get up year ago if you used to get up at seven. Am and you had a ten minute commute to sell you. That was the that was the all of the time you needed for getting ready for the office in going on in and arriving at eight. Am i want you to continue getting up at seven. Am no not at seven thirty. Seven forty five because your commute is now upstairs like mine is i. Mine is upstairs. Maybe yours is across the hall. Whatever it is. I want you to get up at the normal hour. You're going to eat breakfast. You're going to set the specific time that you're going to be at work and if you've got the other things personal things you do in the morning i want you to go ahead and continue doing them. But you set a time limit like you're doing this just like you're in the office you're going to set this all up just the same way you get to chill a little bit more Instead of your ten minute commute or thirty minute commute or whatever it is but i still want you up at that same time in the reason for this is if you have to go into the office you're already said you're already following those same guidelines versus. Oh i've got to be in the office tomorrow. So i'm going to have to get up half an hour earlier than i used to For the last year now you want to set this all up just as normal. Now you're also going to make sure that you are taking breaks to take to break is an important thing evidence not a long one but you need a refresher outside away from the work in the mid morning at lunch and the mid afternoon when my talking about two stretching your legs get outside move around. The blood circulation is good for you now. This is something you should be doing at the office anyway. This is an ergonomics issue and it really does me well so so yes i do wonder round outside not as much as i probably should. I do. Try to take my breaks outside email. There were the people who are taking their smoking breaks and you know they. They would take their smoke breaks. They dash outside and then they'd dashed back inside. You can do the same thing. Just don't smoke. I i do want you to divide up the space at your home between work and pleasure between your office area. And whatever else you've got going on so your office needs to be honest distinct area and you only spend time there when you are working. This requires discipline. It is a must. My office area at home is a joint office area. If i if i looked well right now looking straight ahead. I've got my personal computer. Which i do the radio show on off to my right. I've got I've got a mac desktop over there and off to my left. I've got my work system all set up with the multiple monitors now. I am disciplined enough. So that i i i do set music on my on my personal computer and i said the music going but i don't get distracted by the games the internet the email. The all of the rest of that. That's over on my computer. And that's just a matter of a discipline but many people aren't able to do that separation. They aren't able to do that discipline. So be careful with this. Networking it altogether. That's fine but you want to make sure that you leave all of the gaming stuff all of the different personal stuff you leave that aside and you also need to make sure that you leave the games on the personal computer in the work stuff on the computer. If you have to remove distractions whatever it is even if it's just solitaire. I want you to remove it anything that is within reach of where you're at if it can be a distraction. You're going to get rid of it. Seared you're gonna conduct the computer version of focusing. You are preventing any of the outside influences from encroaching in upon your work. Whatever areas they are now many companies have set up a vpn virtual private networks. And you know that they're already monitoring you and that's fine. If you are not being monitored i want you to consider installing whatever software i'd installing whatever software that you need to if you've got to if you've got to remove the games great you remove them if you have to install a software package to keep you on the straight and narrow the you install it Cyber patrol is just one example. There's many different programs that will say oh yet you can take a five minute break and you can go serve. Tmz and find out the latest greatest on the celebrities or whatever it is that you doin tmz. But when you're done we're gonna shut you down now just as you've created a firewall of your different computers and possibly different rooms do not handle non-business stuff when you should be working. What do i mean by this. Get off the home phone that. Turn it off if you have kids. Teach them to be self sufficient. Teach them as if you were at work and they were at you know off They were sick at home and not so sick that you had to tend to them if you have to get a babysitter. Close your office door to signal that. You're not approachable. Now you need to set up a time when you will be available you might set up something where you have. I know somebody who set up colored delight and if the light was red that meant that dad was in a meeting if it was green you could interrupt him if.

That was a day when that show was required viewing. It was great. They broke so many big stories. And it's easy the way Harvey threw money around. Harvey Levin had money to burn. He had cops paid off. Precincts paid off hospital workers had money. He had every paparazzi coming to an exclusively. He had it all wired. And I'm not knocking him. But it's easy to get stories fast and furiously when you have the ability to throw around a network's money for people to talk. Try doing all that work just solely on know how and gut and intuition. Let me ask you a question. You guys read, hold on. You guys read these sites. I'm reading this site today, and they write about how Tiger Woods was happy and in a good mood the day before he had his big car crash. They said he was paying playing golf with Jada Pinkett Smith and then he was seemingly having a good time. Tiger even joked about his body breaking down and ten operations on his bath ha ha ha and Jada made a birdie and they did a high 5, clearly jaded pink and Smith gave this story to TMZ. I don't know. I mean, do people. People go support him? I mean, you're going to have all these people probably protesting If he starts doing this, he's also planning for speaking engagements. I don't know how that if you're a school Maybe a prison and they're even citing neighborhoods and he's supposedly going to be discussing how to curb violence. How to be a better better citizen, But he is planning on speaking engagements at this point. If you are a school superintendent in his school system in this school how how do you? How do you book him? And how do you make that happen? I'll be interested to see if that really That really takes place. Um, Bill Cosby speaking at your school, I just I'm not seeing it as far as touring prisons. I don't know. I mean, why not? But I I really think I would entertain.
