What's next for Kim & Kanye
"Hit us all towards the end of tuesday. Evening that kim and conway are getting divorced. Now in the news i hit. It came from page six. Who basically said they've heard from multiple sources that she has met with laura wasser. Who's like the biggest attorney for celebrities. And i think she may have done kim's Other divorce from kris humphries. But i'm not one hundred percent sure but And it was like wealthy not for sure but then everybody else started to pick it up including e. news and meanwhile kim or chris or none of them made a statement like on their social media and he thinks this is absolutely not true. Please just working on ourselves. I don't know how the story got out and if it's someone you know if there's someone who knows how to work the media and to release stories one they want it released and have a hot. You know person to call right away. It's kris jenner. I believe this is happening. I'd be really shocked if it wasn't than the today. Show put out a tweet saying their sources are saying that they have not that she has not in fact filed which we know she hasn't because otherwise we would have the court document that she filed. That's normally how things are reported. Tmz has someone at the courthouse. Or they're living down there whatever they and they immediately know that. This person has filed for divorce That's kind of like what happened with erica. Jane put out. I think she filed or put out the statement the day of the election so this she has not filed yet and that supposedly they're she. They're meeting with attorneys to work out the mediation now. Of course i'm sure. They had very detailed prenuptial agreement. Which will help louis. Hopefully make this divorce easy as far as splitting up assets. I believe they're probably really smart about their purchases of big properties and whatnot so that it wouldn't be as messy if they were to break up. And how do i feel about it. Well there's been lots of hints Obviously in the last couple of years with his. And i'm gonna say psychotic grants to saying that slavery was a choice to showing up at. Tmz to the latest one. Where he said he was. He wanted to kill that he had his initial thought was to kill his daughter. Meaning get an abortion for north. And it was kim who Said no and that. He has terrible guilt about that. There's been really strange moments. Obviously but they have four kids and two of which she gave birth to all of their kids all of them Are there embryos. But after saint she had such terrible pregnancy that the two younger kids chicago and psalm. They were carried by surrogates. So my other question is are there any more frozen embryos of kim and kenya's and did she and i'm sure she did have some legal writings about who has the rights over those or did they destroy whatever embryos were left or does she have a bunch of eggs that she saved that have not been made into 'em meaning sperm has not greeted it so those eggs. She could eventually have kids with someone else. I bet she does just to be just for insurance. But i do think she's done having kids. She turned forty this year. She's got four kids. They're all full siblings. You know they're all healthy you know. She's just kind of getting out of that baby phase now. She's going to be single even if she fell in love with someone else. I kind of doubt that she'd want to have more but she might. You know Her mom kris had to kendall and kylie when she was like thirty nine. I think forty one. You know which was kind of older at that time now. You wouldn't blink an eye on it. So here's some strange things that has happened in the news. This is what people are saying. What would be at stake. If kanye west and kim crashing divorce so this expert wait in well kim conjugate to go up there to wyoming so they could live separate lives and quietly get things sorted out to separate and divorce and another new source claims that kim knows the marriage is over and she's known for a while. Now this whole thing with wyoming a lot of california people are buying property in wyoming. Connie did it. It's because there's a. There's no i believe and i might be wrong. There's no income tax. And i don't know what the property tax but there's no income tax so our income tax california's very high. So if you can establish residency in another state like wyoming. You can really save a lot of money but in order to do that you have to show that you truly live there money out of the year. You can't just buy a house. There and go spend one week at christmas and have account so he has been spending so much time there he does. You do go up there and they do enjoy it But obviously we knew she wasn't loving it that much just like she wasn't loving. You know having a house with not one speck of color. I don't know if you guys saw those christmas stockings. But they looked like Leg casts they were just white fluffy with no white stockings and that is just so different than the kind of style that kim grew up with in the kind of style we saw from her as a young adult. I mean to just act like you. Just suddenly don't like any color and your favorite color is multiple shades of nude. I just don't believe it. But she was so into giving konya this power of being like he knows fashion. He's making cool. What does konya thing. And then her team her makeup artist and glam squads were smart enough to know to ingratiate themselves to konya including her family order to be like. Oh what is konya. Okonya has a fashion show. Oh we're all going to wear these ripped clothes or we're all going to wear these prison outfits and these orthopedic nurse shoes and and and just walk down and do the fashion show and we have this fashion genius in our family. I mean think how happy they are to be done with this. Okay

Katherine Power, Founder of Versed Skincare & (new!) Merit Beauty
"Though Rolling back to long before. You were a serial entrepreneur tells about where you grew up and a little bit about your parents and how they influenced you you know. I'm from southern california my whole life. I was a very serious dancer from a young age and that that really helped to shape me. I think quite a bit just as a person and as an entrepreneur and from a young age was you know in a performing company auditioning and doing television and film and sort of learned about resilience and and dedication and hard work and how that could pay off. And i didn't go to a traditional sort of school dipped in and out of regular school and did a lot of home study and ultimately graduated really early from highschool to start working. But i always say dance was my my school experience. My high school all of my relationships came from from that. Now i look at things and decisions. I make and i think you know. I don't really hear the word. No that's sort of like you know something that that came to me very early because as a a dancer you know you are told no for various reasons. You know you're too tall you're too old. You're too young. Your hair's not read enough like all of these different things how hard you worked and you have to kind of learn that no is not a dead end. It's just a change. Of course. So i think that's you know something that that i've definitely applied subconsciously. Consciously to everything. I do as an entrepreneur because i was a emancipated At the age of about sixteen. I was emancipated in order to work on a movie set. i did the film austin powers when i was a teenager. And you know your baby. Yeah examined breakout one. Most kids get emancipated. If you know you hear these horror stories. Their parents are taking their money. They you know the parents vanden them. The i did it truthfully. When mom drove me the courthouse we did too so that i could work adult hours and basically take this job because they said you know if if you wanna do it you you have to be emancipated so that allowed me to become an adults and so therefore i started my work career a lot earlier even as far as being in an office. ended up working for producer. And that sort of just lead to the next step in the next up in the next step and i'm glad this entrepreneurial spirit so so we were reading that You know after you left your career and dancing. And you'd moved on from austin powers and you were really kind of you know. Had you had a lot of connections within the hollywood nightlife. This was sort of around the time. As i understand that we're like four iphones before. Tmz so can you tell us about a celebrity moment. that was just so l. a. After dark that like is you know that you're gonna remember forever. Oh there was so many great memories. Yeah i grew up in and was in nightlife. When i think it was just the best time to be there. You know it was you know before you could take a camera to to a club and tablets. Were just kind of starting the paparazzi. Were just kinda starting so you know people really came out to dance and the music of the time really embraced that so we you know it was like the brittany justin dance off that allegedly happened and you know being there that night or you know so many memories of you know jay z your other musicians coming into the club and now just like so for full circle as one of my investors in one of my brands. Yeah it was a great time to be in in hollywood and you know made a lot of great friendships and a lot of great relationships that i still have and you know people who have worked with you know and people that are just really great friends. I know i was just like come on. Calvin give us some tea. Like i want to know. Their crashing rejected at the door. Or i feel like lindsey era. This was really the you know the it was the big. It was like rachel's oh and she was dressing. All the young you know up and coming celebrities at the time and so it was just so fun the fashion of it all and in a roundabout way that led you to working an editorial which i feel like is is kind of tough leap to make right. So how did that happen for you. So i worked for bolt house which you may remember from hills so it was. It was part of the story line on the hills. I worked for many years before the characters from the hills dead but basically you know i started to see. We have these normal nights at went. Monday's was this club. Wednesdays was this club thursday. You were here in every week you know. We had you know the. The hottest celebrity stylist tastes makers of every sort coming under our roof. And i started to get calls from brands. That would say you know. Would it be okay. If i set up a booth inside your nightclub to hand out. You know my products. Or can i give you guys this soda. That just came out with to put on your tables for bottle service or can i stand outside your club give out clothing and i thought well like this is. This is access that no one else has. There's gotta be a way to to leverage that and monetize it beyond just alcohol sales.

"Let's move into tna questions that need address addressing question first question about rumors And the quote rumors carry by haters spread by fools in accepted idiots The the you know. The quotes is locally Cheesy but i get it you know. And to an extent it is kinda true Let's keep it hundred. You know. I feel like in reality. You know some people are definitely maybe more messy than others. Some people spread more rumors and things like that. Another some people. We oughta got caught a semester before. But here's the thing again. Last last week. I'm called hours commerce if i but the thing we're rumors as we all have repeated something. We didn't hurt. The issue is with some of us like me in past is that you know how somebody said. There's a long time ago and it was like everybody repeat what they heard today. Friend especially them couple. Some couples always repeat stuff but to each other. But so to me. If that's the case though is alive will we can call. You messed up because we didn't know you toll songs but you get comments if you repeat it to too many people even if he wasn't trying to be misunderstood still hot comes off and sometimes we can get those bad raps because it's like we was repeating something we maybe it was funny. You know maybe we did hear that but it wasn't our place repeatedly diarrhea of the mouth. So i guess that wise it called. Tmz well so that's the second question Our caller tmz. Because you know tmz is always the one top. They liked the paparazzi. They meet up on this. They got the show on fox than they meet up a talk about what's going on. Who's doing this and then a follow on people..

"And you know those things getting sold or falling into the wrong hands are the greatest threats maybe to our national security period. We'll secondary pandemic actually but one you that nuclear piece for a second like. What kind of contingency planning do you think is happening at the Pentagon right now or in Beijing for what to do if this government falls if those nukes go into the wrong hands like if things break that? It's a good question because I think there's different scenarios right there's a scenario where the sister emerges as a scenario where we said last week. It's kind of a misogynist patriarchal society so maybe a general merges instead of the sister. Maybe somebody puts himself forward is kind of a regent for this ten year. Old Kid I mean but there is a scenario where kind of collapses like a house of cards. I don't think that's the most likely scenario because the elite in that country are pretty invested in the current power structure. But I think the nightmare scenario as horrible as dictatorship obviously isn't as much as you'd like to see that change if the places collapses and you have all these nuclear weapons that is the type of scenario that was sometimes discussed in the situation room as a contingency that we had to be worried about and frankly a contingency that we should probably talk to China about and when it comes to the nuclear weapons I I. Frankly don't think the United States even knows where all those nuclear weapons are you know. I don't think we have a clear sense of the entirety this nuclear program. That's part of the reason why it was so strange. To trump. Didn't press more for inspections or an access to these sites or even just the understanding of of what the breadth of the North Korean. Nuclear Program is a member. He had nothing from these negotiations other than this person relationship with community and I think that the Chinese probably have more specific contingency plans perhaps than even we do given that this is right on their border. There could be massive flows of refugees into China from North Korea and they probably have better context obviously in the North Korean military. So I do think there probably plans on the shelf in both Washington and Beijing. I think the Chinese frankly. If there's a complete state collapse would be more positioned to do something given their kind of military lines with North Korea their history and proximity man. That inventory point is a really good one because an inventory of their nuclear arsenal was supposed to be like the first thing you got in a negotiation and trump didn't Janaci that so I was thinking to myself. I wonder if they're sitting in the Pentagon with like forty contingency plans for navy seals to go to different parts of the country to like take those things by force in pray to God that they don't run into Beijing's version of the navy seal but maybe that's not even possible it. Yeah I mean I'm sure look. This is not getting anything sensitive. I'm sure that the US Forces Korea our military command in South Korea with the South. Koreans has versions of contingency plans. I do think it's not like Iran. Right where we really know okay. They've got this one nuclear facility called Natanz got this other nuclear facility called Gome if hypothetically those were more advanced in the are not because the Iran nuclear deal set them back but if they were and the regime. Collapses you'd be watching those two sites very carefully in North Korea I think it may be the infrastructure of their missile and nuclear program is likely more spread out and we don't know all of it and that's what you'd look for in some collapse and frankly if there's a a real kind of civil war or least elite kind of competition are people trying to take control of nuclear weapons as a part of that competition so there. There are a lot of scenarios in the worst ones for the short term. At least are ones where these weapons are falling out of any kind of command and control. Yeah that is the the Hor- Stereo? It is notable though that you know they have dozens of nukes and North Korea and trump is just wishing them well and hoping for the best and they continue to hammer away on Iran. Who doesn't it nuclear weapons so talk about Iran for a bet? There's a couple of stories in the news worth getting into so Iran last week. Put into orbit what it calls a military satellite arms control experts. You Know Watch these quote unquote. Satellite launches carefully be as many believed that they're just ways of testing intercontinental. Ballistic Missile Technology. And if you think about it write the goal. In both cases you shoot a payload of some sort into orbit whether it's a satellite that then orbits the earth or a warhead that comes back down target. It's very similar technology. Iran used a mobile missile launcher. In this case which is a significant technological advancement. That caught people. By surprise this is by no means. Iran's first attempt at a launch longtime pods as world listeners. Probably remember the time last summer. With trump tweeted out a classified image of a of a photo of failed space launch like from his seemingly in an effort to brag about or take credit for its failure. So that was cool. Iran's missile program is concerned that the US for a very long time and there have been many news reports over the years about ways you know the US or the Israelis or some international effort has tried to sabotage them with faulty parts and all these sorts of things. Mike pompeo called the launch deeply troubling. He said that technology could be used in nuclear weapons delivery systems the US Face Space Force Commander General. Raymond called the satellite quote tumbling Webcam in space unlikely providing Intel which I thought was pretty funny two hours after the launch trump. Ben tweeted that he instructed the US Navy to shoot down that's in quotes and destroy any an all Iranian gunboats if they harass our ships at sea so this is a response to another years problem of these little Iranian ships harassing US naval vessels in the Persian Gulf. So I've taken literally as an order. That tweet would significantly loosen the rules of engagement That normally determine how a navy ship can take legal action. He also seems to think that boats can fly which is a bigger problem. But you know Ben. Just like stepping back about these. Like how significant do you think this military satellite launch is and if these are are not new rules of engagement for navy ships like can you describe to folks why the harassment from these ships or the flashpoint in these areas? Seen as such a area of tension. Well the good news is there might not be a war because Iran to my knowledge is not developed a flying ship. So there's nothing Tanner Guy who look like. They have a ballistic missile program. I mean part of what this demonstrates is that sanctions are not stopping their ballistic missile program. I mean there. There's this kind of wishful thinking that informs the entire trump strategy of sanctions upon sanctions. The sanctions will somehow bring them to their knees and the reality is the reigning government has always found money no matter how many sanctions are under to make sure that they're still investing in their missile program and their nuclear program. And that's why you want a nuclear deal in place to roll back the nuclear program so that there's not a word that they can put on that missile and you also frankly would have wanted to follow on the Iran nuclear deal with further negotiations about the missile program and so what what Emmanuel Macron the French president for instance had been proposing around the time that trump pulled out of the Iran deal. Is You take the Iran deal as a foundation and then you negotiate another deal. That addresses the book. Missile Program and ultimately that form of negotiation is the only way you're going to deal with this and instead we're in this endless cycle of provocation where everything trump does invites in Iranian response. And so you get missile launches like this you get resumption of nuclear activity and all the rest of it. What was also evident in that tweet? That came after a Fox and friends segment. Come on really. Yeah about this launch. And so the Internet's lose. Did a pretty good job of reconstructing the timeline of trump kind of acting on a recommendation from Fox that you attack the Iranian navy. The John Bolton by the way has also been putting forward I mean look. The reality. Is that the Iranians. Have these kind of small ships. It kind of harass. We've seen them harass tankers. We've seen them come too close to US naval vessels at times. And there's this kind of fantasy on the far right in this country. You know that basically we can just sync all the ships and sends a message to Iran. Again I I think that like everything else that's happened between the United States and Iran loss. Two years like where we take that action sinking running ships. You know you'd inevitably see Ronnie Esscalation and then we'd be right back where we were in January on the brink of real war here and so put it. This way makes no sense to respond to an Iranian ballistic missile test potentially by just singing some ships by killing the Iranians presumably who were on those ships. It's just another sign that this is not a strategy of trump's this is just like a series of actions at the make him some feel good and and meet his political tests of showing. How when a tough guy is but all the Iranian behavior is getting worse across the board measured against what the objectives are. Yeah so another. Like pretty interesting Iran story I saw was according to the New York Times. Mike pompeo is preparing a legal argument. That says the US is still part of the JCP away the Iran nuclear deal and that might make you think Oh Great. They saw the error of their ways. They're going to return to sensible constructive diplomacy instead of assassinating Qassams lamantia. Whatever sadly no here apparently is the play. Pompeo's trying to run so there's an embargo on selling conventional arms to Iran. That was part of the Iran. Deal this ban on. Small arms is set to expire in October so pompeo apparently wants to put forward a UN Security Council resolution that would extend that conventional weapons ban indefinitely. So friend of the POD. Wendy Sherman is in your time spy's quoted explaining why she doesn't think this will fly. She said at the time when they passed this provisioned. The Russians didn't WANNA conventional arms embargo to begin with and they only greet one with sunset provision. So here's where this reentering. The Iran deal piece comes back in so the strategy I guess is for the US to put forward this resolution. You extend the arms embargo and when the Russians veto at the US will say well. We're still a party to the JCP away. And we're going to invoke the so called snapback provisions and put in place these broad-based UN sanctions on Iran. That were there in place. Thanks to Obama before the Iran deal was passed and went into effect and this is understandably. I think confusing to the Iranians because they point out how vocal trump and pump. Aol been that. They have pulled out of the Iran deal But Ben I mean you know this deal inside and out. How important is this arms embargo that they're fighting over? And like how do you think? Allies in Europe or the Russians or the Chinese will respond to an effort to put in place these broad based sanctions from pre 2015. Unfortunate LISTENERS. At home can't see me violating the face touching rules to disrupt my temples in complete exasperation where to start so first of all we did insert and frankly it was kind of a coup of the negotiating team this provision that if there was one of the members of the P five plus one the permanent members of the UN Security Council who negotiated the deal kind of determine that Iran was in violation. That there could be a snack back. Snapback reimposition of the UN sanctions on Iran however the United States formerly withdrew from the JCP way gave formal notification to the party's Iran that they were leaving the JCP and so the idea that we have any kind of credible leg to stand on to utilize the provision of JCP way to make other countries reimpose multilateral sanctions is completely laughable. It's complete and utter bullshit and nobody is going to go along with it. You know nobody's GonNa join us in suggesting that the US can reimpose multilateral sanctions on its own when it's not even a party to the JC. I think another point here. Is that the arms embargo. Leaky does not begin to describe it. Russia doesn't even acknowledge that it exists. It's not it's not like Iran hasn't been able to purchase convention any conventional weapons because of this arms embargo China's and Russia's of the world find ways to have their relationships with the Iranian military. Never mind near the North Korea's of the world here so yeah it's been a useful tool I guess in constraining. The number of places that Iran could can purchaser things. You know but but I woke once again. This is like the theology of the Iran opponents in the US who are constantly just looking for some other sanctioned to throw it the Iranians as if that's going to make any difference you know. I mean thing of contradiction implicit in Pompeii doing not just wanting to use. Jcp Way when you've been out of it. What about the contradiction that we're constantly being told how scary Ron is? How powerful Iran is how they're on the brink of taking over the whole Middle East and not all world but this arms embargoes really working. You know it's really squeezing them. I mean this is not point here guys and the things that Iran does are troubling. Its Nuclear Program. Missile Program is done around any arms embargo anyway and so even if they were successful at snapping back these sanctions then we'd have to enforce them. Are we going to enforce sanctions on like a French bank that does business with Iran or like a German company that buys oil because that's the extent of the sanctions right? It would be like broad-based energy sector stuff. Yeah some of. That's already kind of frozen. You know it's a lot of the activity from the West right is already been frozen just because the US is imposing sanctions. But if you were going to go around the world and start enforcing this in you would also be. How are you going to stop like a potential Russian shipment of arms? Like how far are we willing to go to physically enforce this and again I think this is just pompeo picking yet another fight about yet another aspect of Iran policy that the the you know hypothetically if they extended the arms embargo what would be materially different anyway from how things are now. You know not lunch other than the US you know going around the world and having yet another thing that can bother other countries. Do it weird okay. Well we'll keep watching that one. Yeah let's talk about Brazil Because there's some bad news air for trump's you know one of his favorite authoritarian leaders your Boston Brazil. So the Brazilian Supreme.

"Of you TMZ eleven forty four on this Tuesday winding down my show before we headed back to Jeff why that was been off for a few days show hotels about his travels Martin more joining me in studio we're talking about the sports versus traditional sports in any sometimes the the brake conversations are what we really get into it man I forget what we said so one of the things I mention is the conventional sports I mean I love going to the venues right yeah Fizer forum Miller park Lambeau field that's part of that experience is hard to to lose that well exactly the there's a there's a big difference between going to Lambeau field in going to Miller park versus going to you know some or were you know where you know you're gonna watch people on the tiny yes right now you know this is a vastly different experience in so I don't know that you really can't compare them and I you know I I think these both can co exist but it's gonna be interesting to see especially with the NBA's announcement of there was a two thousand seventeen their NBA two K. yeah where they have like seventeen teams box being one of the two E. sports what's the big deal what happens if that makes more money than the actual phone no regular physical box plus the taxes weighing in I feel like society will get to a point where they have been enough with over privileged athletes getting paid tens of millions of dollars to play games and conventional sports well and I I don't know if that's the reality yeah I think we're a long ways from that because they are part of his just tradition like I mentioned it's a it's just the you know he took a little kid to a baseball game or dad took a son or daughter to a baseball game that's not gonna go away but you can't ignore money now when the money goes to the money talks Moneyball another another one here's the opposite side of this and I actually agree with this no watching sports watching caps kids are fat enough get out and play I'm a big fan does it contribute to laziness or in some cases health issues with his organs outside well yeah you're I mean you're gonna be drinking Red Bull and pizza and she does and that is not an exaggeration because that's exactly what I did this past week that was your your your gaming diet what I did not eat healthy this weekend I'll it wasn't a salad I'll tell you that wasn't when your wife comes back she can arrange you back yeah yeah well I do all the cooking and house of all do you yeah I just it just I'm a fantastic cook in another life I would be yeah and your karma can I see you kind of know will know how to do things now all right so one more from Justin to six to a letter I think like many other events and forms of entertainment these sports represents the ever diverse interests and personal choices of people and the splintering of mass view attendance numbers lots of common experiences like the water cooler conversations of all of these Addison now we're looking for unique experience different things that's why people are attracted to order some of these crazy shows of my when I was in my wife of people watch yeah you know the the bachelor bachelorette all yeah say yes to the dress you know my cousin something inside right is a million shells it's it's really interesting to in the just in the last like ten years and the industries that have been fabricated out of completely thin air billion dollar industries like the sports and YouTube vloggers like me or you can make a living off of doing something that you never went to college for it's not any kind of real skill other than you know it you're playing video games or making videos and it's astonishing and it's kind of it's neat that people can create something for themselves and make a living doing this kind of thing make millions of dollars when this was something that was not possible and working twenty years ago yeah we do have stock in tradition right why would we assume that the next hundred years look anything like the current hundred dollar loan so go back a hundred two hundred years there weren't sports French's like franchise like we have now now things change and they may be much much make a different world maybe it is literally an electronic digital world I'm I'm sure you don't have to physically interact and you made a great point again bring about the I'm gonna remember for you the dangers nous of sports the physical follow yeah sports as they dumb down some of these things like smoking yeah two key players safe have you lost some of the energy and excitement of the sport and is that the press the number that Negley negatively affect the numbers and do you does it not become more appealing to younger people and they're like well this is boring because I'm watching this football game but they reviewing you know plays the reviewing pass interference and then all these tackle stuff every two minutes this is boring want to watch this fortnight streamer only has the violence fees because that's that's something that a lot of people yeah but you like me that I don't games so I know that that's a part of this yeah it's it's an interesting topic so how do we if those of us who are concerned about some of the stuff with you the saturation level of of the of kids exposure to stop I mean that's something to worry about right yeah but you know and here's the thing you know we've had the all this unfortunate on gun violence in these mass shootings and stuff like that and one of the first things people always like to jump on is you know video games are this is this is one of the reasons and although there's a merry out of evidence that kind of proves against that is a video gamer I still find it hard to believe that maybe a client and so I don't really know where I stand on that as far as video game violence because all the games I player first person shooters and I mean this graphic stuff yeah so I don't know how that the fax I think it normal people it's probably fine but I think people that make the mentally unstable I feel like it could have an effect on I know the evidence is right now says no but it is a gamer I don't see how it went I think if you are someone is consumed by video gaming and to the point where you're you're on it eight or more hours a day there is a there there's an issue there I I think now let's you're paid to do it right now to that point about the public venues the texture makes a great point people are afraid of public venues maybe that's part of the appeal so they don't like to go out to these public maybe they're doing it at home because if they feel safer same thing with yeah I had somebody said the other day they don't like movie theaters because of the Aurora shooting therefore they love watching movies at home in their home theater and that's the I can totally sympathize with them that makes sense I mean I hate going to public events like I don't like I don't like going to stadiums and being being around a lot of people so the reality of the real world has changed people's I think interest in doing certain things I have this is a topic yesterday then my question was simply have have mass shootings change your behavior and it comes to public events and I think that and I I sort of I think is a Harris poll I think it was thirty three percent of the population nationally said it does it make us rethink I'm looking around when I go to a your your hypersensitive to I mean you want you know you walk into the gates at some point how to get on this topic well this is a lot to the right to make a prediction before going to break down you think he sports a list of of for the money side will be bigger than conventional sports and tenure yes is already getting yeah I do it next year to be a billing billion dollar industry and they say by twenty twenty one is going to be like a three or four billion dollar industry I did it well here's the the net naysayer negative of that traditional sports have mega contracts with the big network right he's forced don't have that exactly yeah we're talking billions of dollars for NFL football and MLB and all the other sports eastwards haven't made that switch because frankly again this is to our friend Caitlyn if you're paying to watch someone play a game yeah is that ever gonna be that popular not to me but I'm usually obviously there is and this is where we got to take off the U. S. blinders internationally that's where the audience all for sure a small country compared that we live in Indiana we like to think the United States of America represents ninety nine point nine percent of planet earth but in fact it's just a small little slice of the pie in so there's obviously something going on that we don't get I'll give you a little little love before going to break one of Texas is really enjoy Martin more young guy who who does young guys stuff yet is really interesting way appreciate all the young comics izombie forty next year yeah well she does come in here young forty if like I'm a young six you are yeah and I thought you were fifty well sixty surprising is all right these video Ravel Marshall had enough to Jeff what you're after the break right here and on the TMZ it must be a winding down my show eleven fifty five PM Martin more Springsteen fan right now lovers versus you know a bunch of.

"The the thing that always drives because he is the the idea of not even trying to talk to the. The victim or trying not they you know, what is all expression. No medals for trying. Okay. The to have an informed opinion about this. They have to talk to the young woman. They just have to and they have to do everything in their power. I mean, seriously Mitch Bob we are living in a world where the investigative arm of the National Football League turns out to be TMZ Z TMZ where they I mean, there's there's footage that when you said Mike slow thinking, you're absolutely right now granted when I was twenty three I wasn't. I was the fastest thinker either. And guys who are football players are have a sense of entitlement particularly parties and off season and all the rest of this wasn't throwing this season. It was February. And we all witnessed this before dumb behavior by guys at late night parties hotels clubs coming out of a club. How many times have we heard sentences about bad behavior with athletes that begin? Coming out of a nightclub entering a nightclub leaving a nightclub two AM in the morning four AM in the morning. Having said all that you have to be particularly thick in today's day and age to think that if you're in a hotel hallway, you're not being recorded. I mean, this is the way the world works now and in. So there are these recordings everywhere, and the NFL doesn't shouldn't need TMZ the minute they hear that this took place in a hotel in a hallway, they it's standard practice. Just go go to telling get the footage. There is. Did you see I happen to see the interview? I was watching with Kareem hunt. No yesterday, the one with Lisa Saulters. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Here's what jumped out at me about it. Now, he seemed very nice and docile and contrite a to a degree, you know, contrite, but docile and calm and rational. And and and the thing that here's one the word decision gets tone. I hate the idea that this is called a bad decision. And that's a it's not a decision. You know, be reaction and be that's not who I am. He said, no frayed that is who you are you have to deal with it that okay? And I'm speaking I wanna speak from personal experience. Is you guys? Both know I was suspended for stupid action. A stupid thing said on on television fifteen years ago, and that is who I am I paid the price for being who I was for being stupid and impetuous and not recognizing the dangerous I hit entered myself into but you did. Learn from that's my central nature. Oh, yeah. But a point is exactly is I couldn't. So that is who I was another. That's not the way William know that Bob. That's you. That's the worst part of you coming out at the wrong moment. That's what that was and paid a price for it. It will he'll now have the opportunity to decide if that's who he is. Or that's what he's going to be because he's now going to pay a price. It's very easy when you haven't had to pay any price you go right back on with your with your right wall. Or you're you're blessed life, Bob, you had to pay a price. And and you'll never do that again. And I do think it's important, especially when when people are twenty three to have some kind of upside of forgiveness in the world. Now, this is not making any excuse. Good play. Again, Mitch don't you think he's going to play again without too, but he's going to have to go through some some significant visible acts of contrition including getting some help, and and and rehab and maybe doing community service and. Going out and speaking, I mean, look, you know, Ray rice actually became a really good spokesperson for this. And in fact, it was interesting to watch that they went to him over the weekend to ask for a reaction to the hunt situation. He had a very tempered intelligent response to him. And so okay. So some good came out of that for for Ray rice, at least in terms of how he can help other people whether he should have been able to play again or not is a different question when a guy's Twenty-three rice was in his thirties..

"Vegas. Take sharp end Shapiro. Glad you could join us. Check us out on Twitter at the Vegas. Take. Appreciate all the phone calls as usual. Sometimes I feel like we're a little bit crammed in and I have to get to call the call. You know, when I opened the phone lines. We literally, you know, do phones throughout I I feel like we can do it throughout the entire show. If that's something we wanted to do. And you know, there might be some shows where we we will do that. But we have a big announcement to make next week. I can't really go into detail right now. But let's just say that we are going to be doing our best to expand the shell. We're gonna have a big announcement next week. So hopefully, that'll give us a little bit more time to get two more calls and to keep people on the line. The problem is I can't keep callers on the line for more than a couple of minutes. Because I I have to get to every call, and I do my best to do that. So my apologies. If if you weren't on as long as you would have liked to be, but man, there's so much going on in the world, not just politics. But sports, this is breaking news. This just happened in the last thirty minutes apparently Kareem hunt who is. Of course, the star for the Kansas City Chiefs chiefs have released him because of this video that came out showing hunt attack, a nineteen year old girl push her to the floor and kick her when she was on the ground TMZ, our guys from TMZ have released this video, and it is brutal. I will also say that the woman in this video is a moron as well. Because if someone is three or four times your size, and you're on the ground if you do get back up, she probably run she actually went right back at Kareem hunt. So she's a little bit at fault in this one to joining us right in on the line to talk a little bit about this and much much more friend of the show. Jamison Walsh from drive time. Sports. Jamison thanks for coming on. How are you? I'm Brian base is always definitely appreciate it. Yeah. You bet always love it when you come on. And this is breaking news. So we gotta talk about James, a it's a brutal video and Kareem hunt. Actually, I I actually thought he would be suspended, but they actually released him. And then when I saw the video I kind of understand why I'm assuming you saw the video as well. What do you make of this whole situation? Did we lose? You lose your James. And I think we lost there for a second. Okay. Go ahead. All right. So whenever adults cannot keep their hands to themselves. It's never a good situation whether play buying or real fighting. This was the best way for everyone involved. I mean, the NFL are they really don't need anymore. Type of situations. They've had a couple recently. And this is a a batch. That's caught on tape. Guys. One of the best running back to the lead. I hate to. Yeah. Go ahead. Just a guy that is on at one of the best teams in the league as well. So it's one of those situations where it's bad verbal involved for these guys have to walk away. There are so many of their camp has to get them away. Well, that's here's the thing in the video. And the hunt is a huge, dude. Okay. He's a big guy. There were several people trying to hold him back. It didn't work in fact, one of his friends got her trying to hold him back. It's absolutely insane. It's crazy and hunt has just made a statement, literally two minutes ago. His statement says I want to apologize for my actions. I deeply regret. What I did. I hope to move on from this. I'm sorry Jamieson. But that is not enough. Well, I mean, it's definitely not enough. However. I'd rather. I'd rather say that they don't say anything at all. There's something that you feel when he started. But you know, what I hate to tie this into the Donald Trump because we're talking I was at least I was talking about how much Trump lies on a daily basis. Well, here's the problem. Kareem hunt lied. He lied to the chiefs organization, according to the chiefs, they say that he lied to the team when they spoke directly to him about this incident. So you asked me in my estimation. He's a complete coward. If he owned up to it from the beginning fine. I would agree with what you're saying. But he only owned up to it. When the tape was released. Well, there's been he'd never relief. That's the thing. No one. It's amazing how they operate. However, I will say this. I will say there's a lot of things that happen videotapes Martha very unfortunate where he's not the only one doing stuff he should be doing. That's true. Situation. But these things happen more often Ryan that if unfortunate people got to keep at their hands themselves also respectful towards others as well. I this is what's amazing about this story too, though Jameson is that the NFL is claiming that they they tried multiple attempts to obtain this video, and they were turned away. But somehow TMZ gets their hands on it. And I'm gonna suspect and we're going to have Mike Babcock from TMZ sports on next week. We're going to talk to you about this. I want to know how they got this tape. And I believe that there was money involved that it got in the hands of somebody that was offered money either at the hotel or into the police department, somebody paid TMZ paid a lot of money to get this video. And in the end, I'm not sure I don't think it's the end of cream haunts career, but it could be. Well, I'll put it this way Ruben foster play on the San Francisco forty Niners domestic situation last week. And he got signed by the Redskins two days later. So nothing would surprise me NFL member of the NFL. They really don't care about the guy's behavior. They don't really care about the off the field stuff. They really don't enter Reuben foster literally. Right before a game and Monday, you get signed by the rescue. Yeah. That's a good point. You know? There's so many details coming in. It seems like by the minute Jamieson as you're on the phone with this cream hunting. Apparently, his friends told cops that this woman that he attacked had gone crazy when asked to leave the room and called Korean the N word, which obviously no sane individual would condone. But even if even if that is true, let's just say worst case scenario, she called the which is deplorable any normal human being would would say that the horrible word shouldn't be used in any context ever that still doesn't give a person or persons the right to put their hands on somebody. You're correct. You cannot under any circumstances. Put your hands on version on there's a certain rules. You cannot violate. However, there's. Uh-huh. Camp that has to be the person that control thing. There's no way if I haven't if my one of my friends what's up? A million a million escalated? There's no way there's too many people hanging around these camps that don't control the situation, and what are they of airport? It's very unfortunate this happened or no way we're gonna get a big contract anymore. It is. Back in the league. He can we get paid. And you can't get paid. And this makes the team CEO Clark hunt. Looks look really bad because he publicly stated back in August. He doubted hunt would even be suspended. And now he's off the team. I mean, this is this is unbelievable. And you know, it just goes to show, you know, good things usually happen after three AM and this happened or close to three thirty AM on February tenth the video is on TMZ. If you want to check it out, he he's obviously shoving and pushing this woman to the to the ground this woman. I don't know if she was intoxicated. But I get it. She's only nineteen but still if somebody's three or four times your size, and he put his hands on her. I what I can see. But if somebody's three or four times your side your size, and you hit the ground, you probably should get the hell out of there. She obviously is not very intelligent because she gets back up, and then she goes to attack him. So of course, he's going to attack back. That's another part of the story that needs to be spoken up. If you are a victim of domestic violence, do everything you can to get the hell out of there looking. At this video she had an opportunity to leave and she stuck around and actually through some punches. Yeah. It's again, it's a bad situation. You know, I don't understand why people go inviting trouble a lot of people go out there seeking trouble. But there's no excuse for Kareem hunt but himself with the life changing situation. Grandma jail time profession again, the running back position as the most disposable position in the league. Pay the elite dies. A third round pick second second year. Yup. I don't know if that happens anymore. I doubt. Yeah. I I agree with you on that one. I doubt it happens to you. If joining us Jameson walls from drive time sports, we're following the breaking news that Kansas City. Chiefs star Kareem hunt has not only been suspended not even not playing this week. And he's gone. He's out of there. He is no longer a member of the Kansas City Chiefs. And I hate to bring up the sports aspect of this. But we gotta do it. Because let's be honest. This is going to affect the Kansas City Chiefs. Is it not big time? Will it will affect them? However, they they're still have other weapons you'll probably have the league's MVP. Mazing receiver making us ways. Travis county is probably the best idea of the game. That's only healthy. They have they have other weapons they're not gonna it's not gonna be easier placing up, but at the same time, they'll be okay. Offense at the end of their season with that. I I gotta say props to TMZ because I'm glad this video came out. And maybe it'll it'll have others maybe think twice, although this has happened before we know the other cases in the past. This has happened before. Yeah. It's unfortunate. And it doesn't matter. What situation you are in? You should never put your hands on anyone especially a woman a nineteen year old girl. I it just it's a horrible situation you, especially if you are a professional athlete a prominent individual with a lot of money, you're a celebrity you need to be careful with who you're hanging out with as well. And this just can't happen. And again Kareem hunt has been released by the Kansas City Chiefs. Who knows if another team will pick them up or not what the what's the circumstances? What does the NFL gonna do? Well, we'll find out probably in the days to come. But it's not looking good for Kareem hunt. Moving on now to some hoops and Jameson my go-to guy when it comes to college basketball, NBA, let's start with college will start with locally what's going on here at UNLV a horrible loss. The other day to valpo, and we talked about that at the beginning of the show yesterday. Do they have any chance at all beating Cincinnati tomorrow afternoon? No chance at all. No chance at all the better team. I. Foremost. Thirteen on. Also, here's the element. You love looking back on it. Wasn't that bad? It's based off the way they played the rest of their schedule valpo. I don't know about that was gonna sing a little bit. That was the one game they're up, and they just could not stop. However, I will say. Arose applications of I hear a lot of mixed was Oakland question. We've talked about that time. Yeah. Tournament that aren't really important. Well, you're asking me what my experts are you asking me Jameson on my expectations are. I don't.

"Yeah or he was like inspired by westworld do cash in the nature of urea xactly and it pretty quickly turned political and by political we mean that he started endorsing candice owens who is a far right thank goodness and then showed up wearing maga hat and is endorsing donald trump and then on tmz yesterday the hour by that a minute i love donald trump yeah he said it regularly and you know as as people react to him which is always looking for reaction that has been his art form while before this and we'll talk a little bit more about that but as people responded negatively to that he typically dug his heels in and his started doing you know we should talk about what it is is it a performance art project is it commun just being comu is it stupidity is it i think he is provocateur like i think yeah says thanks to get a reaction however i also think supporting donald trump finding humor in trump and sort of like rejecting other people's logic is completely in line and complementary to wanted to be in the kardashian family what she wanted and got like he is fascinated by like these perverted myths of the self made celebrity the icicle and it's important to note that his as as so far as he's explained his interest in trump which like the it's not the strongest explanation that i've ever read but it is not anything to do with policies now he's endorsed it as that's self made guy in a celebrity and if he can be president i can be president to it revolves entirely around narcissism and attention.
