"Why. I picked this katie. Hi susie my name is janette and i go by j. T. see somebody who's like you kate. T. j. t. That's why i did it. all right. And she is thirty seven years of age and she met her wife in two thousand and eleven. And that's when she was introduced to me but that's not part of the quincy she says. Currently i have a four zero one b i. It's usually a four zero three b. But we'll just leave it at that after serving eight years in my role my employer now contributes to my retirement and my contribution is optional. I stopped contributing two years ago to save for the home. We recently bought now. I'm ready to start contributing again. But i don't want to contribute to my four zero one be. My employer is still contributing to my four. Are one b but i want to also contribute to a roth account. The problem is i have no idea where to start. Or whether i should go for a roth. Ira or a roth four. Oh one k. So what does j. t. do does she contribute back to her four. Oh three does she opened up a roth. Ira or does she contribute to a roth 401k. That possibly her employer is also offering. I think she should put money back into four. Oh be that. Her employer has already been contributing to so. Hopefully it's really a four zero three b k. Just so you know. But that's all right but she does. Call it a 401 be so you think that rather than doing a roth. Ira and a roth 401k. That she should put money back into her for three be even though her employer contributes to the four three b. Even if she does not yeah. 'cause there's already i mean it's already started. Why not kind of max it out. I wish you could see the look on my face and so.

"Apparently got himself into a situation that was totally legitimate. But it may have looked really really bad. Oh, no. His name is T. J T. J will get to your embarrassing moment in just a second. But first tell us about the girl You want to call today? What's her name? Hey, guys, So her name is Alicia. Okay, jolly TJ. Where'd you meet to Alicia? I met her on that app. Plenty of fish. All right? Oh, did we say it like that? Why did you choose plenty of fish? T. J Can you tell us is a good question? Yeah, I feel like tinder and some of those other app storm or, like, hook up app. So I'm in a place where I'm looking to meet somebody toe have a relationship with think of plenty of fish fish had enough money to make an app. Amazing. Well, there's plenty of them in all their little boys together. Just Yeah, pull. They were just saying that because plenty of visions kind of known in the dating world is like the very bottom and of the app. If that makes sense, That's actually not what I've heard. And I kind of feel that tinder is kind of the bottom of the barrel. So that's all you got. You got a hot day. It sounds like out of it, right, TJ. Yeah, it was actually very interesting. She had a link and her bio to this YouTube video. And it was like her dancing at a wedding and she had so much energy and it was horrible. It was horrible dancing. Oh, my God. I love you for that. Yeah, we all know somebody. That's just a terrible dancer. But you know what? It's cool that they just own it. Yeah. I mean, people who like really go all out of the ones that you love the most. That's really endearing. I mean, Alexis is in the room, she knows understands that Terry Will dancer Alexis. And if I'm being honest, I'm also a horrible dancer, but I do with enthusiasm. So there you go. That's cute. Having fun. So did you use that as an opening line with her something? Actually did And it was great because it wasn't that typical like hey, what's going on? It was like I'm also a bad dancer. That's what I said. All right. Okay. Obviously that worked out for you. So what'd you guys do for your date, So I took her out to this nice restaurant and dressed up was really excited getting a good deal, and it was a great time, but I'll be honest, I don't Don't go to a lot of nice restaurants. "Out plastic is not as bad as first thought. But don't worry, the environmentalist Wackos will find some reason to keep hating it. Here's rush Brought to you by mortgage right? Powered by T. J C. Mortgage, my friends, scientists are beside themselves with joy. They have accidentally created a mutant enzyme that eats plastic models. A couple years ago, scientists discovered the enzyme at a Japanese waste dump. They brought in an international team to tweak it and voila, the enzyme mutated. The new enzyme takes just a few days to break down plastic. Not. The lead researcher says that thanks to the mutant enzyme, there will not be a need to drill oil to make more plastic because the plastic we already have can be recycled back into its original components. If that happens. And you imagine the result, Liberals can stop making laws to ban plastic straws and restaurants. Stores can give customers plastic bags again. You can buy bottled water without the environmentalist wackos complaining about what's in landfills, Plastic will be in again. Which is why I have a prediction of my own. It'll never happen. Because liberals don't really want to solve problems. They just want to complain about problems and blame America for problems with last thing they want to do is solve anything because America can't improve. So just watch. Environmentalists will accuse the new mutant enzyme of causing global warming or wiping out endangered species or hurting polar bears. Mark my words, it will not Marketed as a solution ultimately. Working from home is fast transforming the job market. It's creating unlimited competition for nearly every role every.

"Number forty five T. J. to rail cornerback WebSphere yes they just get here as they've called in the first two rounds you would imagine coming out of that Clemson program which is just a factory for producing NFL players these days with what dabble sweetie has done there with clients and give me a little bit on AJ what do you like and what are some things that maybe have you with some concerns so it fits into my favorite quarterback prospect category which is strong and long I like guys who are a little bit bigger position and have a good length obviously either kind of common sense how that plays into breaking up passes but I also want to guide me at cornerback and this is something that aged girl is competitive and means meaning coverage and he's a great actor so he's a big strong athletic experiences well rounded corner back which is a lot of places in a row I think the negative he doesn't have an incredible burst or you know rebound quickness to get off the line of scrimmage you can get beat pretty badly in the finance and extremely high profile clients including the national champion game this past year I honestly think the performance against a March eighth one on one in L. as huge Marquita for three touchdowns the national champion game is kind of the thing that it kept him from being in the first round conversation through that you know the last couple months and I don't know that it's totally fair because that he had some really impressive plays and your plane just out third passing offense in that game or complement completely over run I would like to point to one other piece of big game tape from him from the national champion the year before if you remember in the twenty nineteen ninety he that's the tone for Clinton with a pick six I'm not those right up to it hello and it was a beautiful anticipation he jumped that route he was looking to make a play yes the current section and that's the kind of player he is that sometimes you can get the because of this he want to make a play and he's capable against high competition in big game of making high high impact plays and I think you got a look at it I had a comp not the question your follow up here but I think we got a look at a confidence of his teammates came out last year Trayvon Mullen who is regarded in a similar range here in the in the mid forties and I think was a big question mark for me because the same thing I didn't seem overwhelming quickness as a quarterback but you couldn't sell very well in year one with the Oakland Raiders and and working for a starting spot and I think that means very promising things rated curled while you like him clearly his number forty five on your big board you talked about what's holding him back from being a first round pick we know mock drafts are all over the place is there any way that you could see AJ falling to the third round you know what that's a great question probably just because this quarterback class is a little bit tricky it's pretty deep there's some really good players here and a little bit hard to tell their little bit bunched around the second or third round region so I'm gonna say that there is a chance I don't think it's a very good chance because I think two thirds of the league well I've been in the top fifty on their board and if I'm right about that then you definitely will not make it next up.

"Everybody closing moments here with T. J. Lang lines that's a place still out in the field patriots still out in the field so went when practice ended were you a get off the field guy were you a let me figure out a couple extra things I can do guy in the last couple years those kind of get off the field if you you know and obviously there's a lot of things that you can work and after practice I was always more of a guy that you know I I had to see the film when I go in and I watch the film and write this in you watch you know you I was like Herman talked about earlier when you know when your your biggest critic and you know you know what what what you did wrong before coach even as to tell you I was always that kind of guy too but when I saw it on film as a visual learner so I've seen on film let's go to the you know the the the post meeting walkthrough usually at night try to work on some things there and then but you have to practice and you're out here for three hours and minutes it's nice to go maybe talk to a few guys or maybe if your family's out to go say hi sure there's there's always gonna be time to go back to work I think I was that type of guy early on in my career later I got though was still water gets much for people that haven't lived this life practice now ends these guys got out here about eight forty five nine o'clock in the morning practice sense what's the rest of your day look like you know I'd say from here they probably go straight to lunch I think if you've got some you know some sort of issue going on maybe your your re happened something you'd be probably go right and take a shower get the training room do a little too little work with the trainers get some lunch I know a lot of got you know they'll probably start meetings up here again it probably close to two o'clock so you get a little bit of a decent break and then from there it's pretty much meetings meetings meetings meetings meetings the rest of the night until probably eight or nine o'clock that's really where that's a majority the learning and you you go in there you watch the film is an offense you break into a group with us so you go watch with the offense of line so you can get more coaching from your position coach then usually probably end the night with a walk through and install whatever place you're gonna run tomorrow now that it's game week you probably starts its install more of a of a game plan of the place they're they're they're they're gonna be running on a on Thursday coaches talk about part of their success stemming from how we meet yeah and what we do in meetings and and I think sometimes people here that they don't necessarily understand what it means or just flies under the radar what does that mean well I think what it means is you have very limited time where you're able to make the corrections and also make sure you get the get the group ready to go tomorrow I think that's the biggest thing especially as a young guy I think the quickest way out of the out of the building is if you're making repeated mistakes and if you just don't know the playbook you know in in and it's not like it was ten years ago where you could meet until eleven twelve o'clock at night and write got an hour here an hour there and you only have so much time to make sure you hammer point home to the team or maybe to individual about something that needs to be corrected for tomorrow's practice so as a player you get you you got to make sure you're you're dialed into that you got to make sure okay I made maybe I made a mistake today I got a study so I don't make that same mistake tomorrow because that's that's one of the quickest ways out of the door did you know that value coming into the league could you kind of learn the value I mean it would seem maybe coming in I know you and you do a lot of it in college with maybe coming in you think man this is so much about what I do on the field and then you learn that the again we'll go back to that the cerebral part of the game in the things that you do off the field are equally as important yeah I think it as a young guy you definitely have to re learn how to me because all of the listen everybody on this field right now is was it was a star you know their fourth year in college they were probably guys who knew the playbook they knew what they were doing maybe kind of zone out a little bit you get back to the NFL you have to kind of re teach yourself how to you know be be a just educate yourself on how to do it again and it's something that I think is a major key it's it's obviously something as a young guy I think it really depends you kind of depends on what kind of group you go into that a veteran group can you watch those guys can you learn from those guys I was lucky enough to have a very veteran group when I was a rookie in this league that you learn how to take notes you learn how to ask questions that goes a long way take a break come right back we do get an old friend Mike this is going to join us on the the tall ship celebration is dropping anchor insomnia at the waterfront this weekend the tall ships challenge Great Lakes series August ninth to the eleventh don't miss these majestic ships.

"He was trying to fill the exact same punch. So we kind of steps into them, and then has these super wide hooks which is just not as mechanically efficient as what T J dillashaw does. I think also anytime Cody Garbrandt was having these extended stays in the pocket. He was having trouble. If he could push through in the pocket, you can have multiple strikes if he wants to launch a one two in the pocket, or you know, whatever three two or any of those like a to punch combination. He didn't have much of a problem. But it when he went anytime, you get past that in your kind of static and space, his his hand speed and his officiant mechanics just gave him the advantage to get to that spot quicker. It's not I mean, there might be a more complication factors in that. Someone is a striking Gojko probably point out some things I'm missing. But that seems to be the. Gist of it is not a whole lot to it. But there are some lessons to infer from this one notice that dillashaw when he came in the first time he sets the angle, and then blocks up stops upside here, and then doesn't come with the jab. He comes with the power shot over here. And look how far away he is. When the punch I would argue that this punch TJ's is closer to cody's than cody's as TJ's, which is sort of the lesson here. He gets jammed and space there with a nice shot. But it doesn't matter because as they pop up look look happens as they pop up. They're going to go down. And then as they pop up, boom, it's just it's just a mechanically efficient shot, and he puts them down here. So this time lessons to infer from this one again, these extended stays in the pocket, not leading.
