"And again we talked about that where you are and that maturity kind of model for t a like those people are clearly wage. The Cutting Edge, yeah. Yeah, it's interesting. Yeah, then the other one we're seeing is is more on internal Mobility is that it's always been such a a bit of an afterthought or a bit of a you know, the people who really advocate for themselves go get a get another job in the company move around and the people who don't don't and so you could also trition because they said I didn't have an opportunity that the company interesting more and more companies get really proactive about internal ability and saying no we got to be really thoughtful about treating our own employees as a candidate pool. Yeah, we see so many like especially real large Enterprise, you know organizations, you know, that that's that, you know, they lose great talent because the person goes and gets hired for a position at a competitor wears that company actually had the same exact opening it but it was just in another determine another location, you know, another segment of the business and they were just unwilling to say. Oh, let's let that person move wage. And you know you enable talk to a lot of T A leaders and I think it's so far. I think even on the on the internal Mobility side, no one's figured out what to do. Best case scenario if you're an employee and there's a there's a couple of organizations out there that we know that do this which is hey if we hire you day one when you start if there's a better position that you like you you go for it. No one's going to stop you because we've already made the decision and that you are noticeably better talent and that's why we made you the offer to come work here right instead of there's a lot of organizations that go. Well you need to come in and prove it first, but what you're saying is we don't have any faith selection process that you're actually good talent right first you show if you can actually, you know.

A. class dot com that's free TA class dot com now you mentioned something that a lot of people may have heard of but don't really know what they are you meant to mention these leveraged asset classes the futures market the forex market and the options market now explain what those markets are because we know that they have leverage we also know that they're on twenty four hours a day so you can trade invest any time of day what are they and why would people want to utilize those uses something important there too finally something about right it is a good day good for you but what you said is that the these are things a lot of people don't know about that's one of the key things that we teach you how to identify the maximum around amount of risk that that you're willing to take the in you control it there's look there's two sides to to a trade that needs some is going to win someone's gonna lose that's typically what happens in when you do a trade you either win or you lose and and that means that you want to manage both sides of it manage the wind so you get the maximum amount of profit but also manage the loss of the loss if you have any is very small and you can do that our students all have access to a proprietary trading platform we call click the first thing that you enter in that click platform because you specialize it to yourself he is in the amount of the maximum amount of risk that you're taking so maybe you only risk fifty dollars a hundred dollars and a trade in and then that becomes part of your your trade with the with the click platform so it didn't here's a king here's the thing too that the market is up little more than fifty percent of the time but is also down inside ways you say forty percent less CO sixty forty well that means if you're not in the market making money when it's going down you've got almost half of your lifetime worth of investment years that you're losing money and then you just spend half your time playing catch up and that's why it's so important to have a strategy for every market condition whether goes up weather goes down and go sizes but the key thing you you mentioned there is actually protecting your trades in investments protect them from us from us it's always small risk high reward high probability entry points in the mark and that's where you become consistent that's three come confident utilizing those other asset classes that are also really any asset class in on my training academy has classes specifically on the futures market the forex market in the options market how you can utilize all to create multiple sources of income and I wanna give away some tickets to an investing class coming up and in San Jose at home location we have classes also in Oakland redwood city and Pleasanton and this is a class.

"T. A. are working eleven eighteen a breaking story we're following for you right now health officials say there is a new confirmed case of the corona virus this case was spread person to person the individual is married to the Chicago woman who got sick from the virus after she returned from a trip to Wuhan China this is the sixth reported case in the United States one person from the eighty S. U. community in Tempe is one of those confirmed cases once again officials say the first person to person case of our corona virus has been confirmed in the United States this makes a total of six cases five of those are from people who travel to and from Wuhan China we'll have more on this coming up at eleven thirty AM for breaking news sent to your phone text the word news to four one one ninety two three Bruce Saint James and Pamela Hughes so this is something that we had heard about in other countries I want to say it was Germany and Japan were the only other instances of someone who had not been to China contracting the corona virus we now have that an example of that here in the United States specifically in Illinois it was a a spouse of someone who had gone to China but that's really one of the concerns is in I mean that's basically gets down to the worry that you use get a sense around AS you in the end the Tempe campus that somebody they can contract the virus from someone who's been a try yeah and I think they eat a issues in a very difficult spot right now I I can recognize that they they have this case and they just told us that it's a member of the issue community what the heck does that mean and I think that scares people because like is a student as a faculty member is is a professor all I get is a staff member who it like you is it but I guess you can't point say that guy right there and here's where he lives he's got a point yeah I don't it up posters all around kids if you see this man go get tested like out enough to do but you get my point right I they're they're in a tough position because by not giving people more information like I say they fill in the blanks themselves and so now I have not been to Wuhan China now that I'm aware of I can't find it what have I been in contact with anybody who has been I don't know I don't know and and I think that's what the fear comes from in here is one of the disconnects that we hear about quarantines we hear about the Americans who came home yesterday from on a chartered flight and here's what I don't get if it is a what's called a two week incubation her fourteen days right before you could be symptomatic but that you might still be able to transmit it why are these people still moving around amongst us because not yet those that have come back for on the charter flights I think they're courting for three days but at the point that you're making fourteen days I don't know another because you made a good point yeah that here in the state of Arizona we treat hello regular flu a lot more seriously in school specifically well not not necessarily this even though yeah but I mean like let's say you like the measles thank you you don't have to get your kids vaccinated in Arizona you get that personal exemption but if there's a measles case that your kids school in your kids not vaccinated you got to keep your kids out of school for I believe it's three weeks because that's the incubation period for measles so it's three weeks from the last case to make sure that your not susceptible so why wouldn't we have kind of like that same benchmark right for those that are coming from China if you're concerned about it spread if you're concerned about it spreading at this thing is going to spread that I mean we do understand it is yeah it is most definitely going to spread but I think it's keeping it into perspective again in the numbers are going to go up we've got about a hundred and thirty or so deaths at this point but every year that's globally every year there are over a half a million deaths from the flu it's perspective now we don't know a lot about this that scares people and the headlines are scary as well as those were just trying to give you a different perspective Hey a cirque de soleil although arrives in Phoenix for the.

P. A.'s old completely partisans five five hundred and thirty four Democrats voted to send this thing to the Senate a hundred and thirty nine Republicans say not we are now in the final ten seconds the gap is closing a hundred and thirty nine hundred and forty ETS the Democrats have just stronger though that's amazing isn't it so by a hundred and forty two hundred and thirty nine votes this thing is going to the Senate they have named inside show no wait a minute a hundred and forty three how can that be is that true no a hundred and four I would still going on the counting is still going on and lay that tech clock meant nothing how does that work why do they put a they put a clock on it just so you think it's like a family feud in the end the call turns out to me nothing anyway it's now a hundred forty nine I Kay said there you go the clock I'm not interested I'll bring it to you it's not good it's not good back as they crossed the finish line and then they moved the finish line but apparently there's a hundred fifty votes to send this thing to the Senate a hundred forty eight nice let's forget that rubbish let's go to market and Lois Missouri I'm never following a house vote again after that I want total calls what that is Buck kids said Louis Missouri you well live on America's number one radio show great to have you with us Hey mark good good to talk to you you are my favorite substitute host when Russian that year and I just wanted to your call screener was great get right to the point and I just had two points the first one I the reason I was prompted to call in which I felt the same way last night I finally decided I was going to waste some time and watch these debates and in fact the very first question I turned it off because I thought oh this is a time waster its designers repeat stump speeches I wanted him to ask what what is the first thing you would do one elected because I heard the ridiculousness cells of Warren saying you know she had about a thing in the rose garden for not not all murder victims but you know a lesbian murder victims no disrespect and then the first thing that somebody else with you didn't apply to all the other guy who was a climate change the first thing I yeah with each project so they know the polling they know that if these are low priority I think one of them has a better shot at they say the first thing I'm gonna do is continue to trump economy but they wouldn't do that but my second point well as long you know I being from Saint Louis for my whole life I downtown here on Market Street when trump had that twenty sixteen rally I was working next door as I did for many years I'm retired now but the line stretched out in all directions Malrite blocks not I knew right then I that yes I believe me for years here in St Louis downtown one candidate in the campaign I never saw anything like that no locks in every direction so that those are my points or not well well thanks no thank you thank you for that that's a actually well you remind me that and your earlier point remind me that when I saw that debate mock it reminded me of how boring politics walls until trump came along you're getting these insipid prophetic moderators and really they just say it's a disgrace is no point to debates the do not test one candidate's views against the other and do not point put points of controversy between them I mean it's pathetic wolf Blitzer was prophetic with that fast question I'm glad you agree with with may mock on that because it was a joke it's just an invitation to give you ten some speech Johnson wolf has been on television for I don't know what it is forty years he knows that such income of a fast question and the whole thing about it was to make these people say you have the craziest craziness of the problem is now it had a guy tweeting doing all this stuff giving wacky announces a debates like no only Rosie o'donnell and now we're going to show you what normal politics is like it's boring and respectable and the questions are not designed to elicit interesting on says or to examine points of difference between the candidates but just stood and low you into a stupor so you are so heavily sedated you vote for boring politics as usual you should be ashamed of yourself for what wolf Blitzer of fat fat for operating a debate and that was as big a your honor rue as that that's exactly the reason why politics seemed utterly.

M. seven ninety two sons most stimulating talk so I was in a in in thinking about things sometimes I can get away and and think about things that are right not right at the front of my face but little far off in the distance and I was talking to us to today about how I think you have to start being really careful about buying cars now because I don't think you're vice right after I got a new one so I appreciate that thank you you're always timely with the stuff thank you thank you thank you I think I said not to buy a house right after you bought the house yeah right after that yeah you said definitely don't whatever you do don't add that and then okay so here's here's here's a thought we were talking about cars earlier cars are going to get harder for resale because if you look at the nineteen this compared to the twenties a lot of these cars but you you used to buy least I used to it by the nineteen and twenty because it was new or they were motivated to sell at blah blah blah and the body style really didn't change that much well it's not the body styles that are changing it's the electronics that are changing it's the software that's changing and really only Tesla is UPS is upgrading you know every time there's new software they just send it to the car and so technology is going to it is tracking out I think we're also in a period of time with houses that housing has changed if you go to California and you look at houses houses out west especially they no longer have the formal dining room in the formal living room which none of us have used in for how many years I mean thanksgiving is a time you all that sent that's it the rest of it is just wasted space houses are changing and I think they're changing in the same way that Victorian homes changed you know is there was an era when everybody wanted that Victorian home and then that era was over and like nobody for a long time wanted a Victorian home and I think that's where our homes are because technology is changing and the use of space is changing and I have to tell you still I think I'm at the beginning of the road coming to where you have always span and that is lease lease your car lease your yes your house I'm a big renting fan yeah and I'm not yeah I love it but of course now I'm not renting so now you're telling me it's a good time to rent no I'm not saying I'm getting right now no I see we're at the beginning of this I think in ten years time that's going to be the wave of the future because.

"Of line to quarterback and a coach so that relationship how long does it take to actually build a body of work in that trusting relationship before you can look around and see yep that franchise is set at the quarterback position they are good to go yeah it you know for me it's it's two to three years in two three years of playing experience you can't get any of that stuff done in O. T. A.'s our training camp for preseason game it has to be real game experience in you have to fail you really have to fail to to know like Hey listen this is how we're going to fix it if this stuff comes up again this is what we're going to do to fix it all right and and I think it's hard I think I think when you have success early in this game and a young quarterback a young offense of line it just you gain confidence in it for me in the NFL playing quarterback is all about confidence do I trust my opens why do I trust my receivers my running backs my office of quarter my quarterbacks coach my head there's so much that goes into it but at the end of the day it comes out of these quarterbacks trusting them guys that that may be the GM put around all right so that's really interesting because in basically the head coaching availability there what we have now we know the giants believe they have their guy Daniel Jones we know that the cowboys even though we haven't signed up yet but they will have their guy de Prescott and Baker Mayfield obviously someone the Cleveland is going to be building around so let's start with the news that we there's been leaving the show today that there's going to be a new head coach in Dallas what do you think is the best kind of coach for dak Prescott because he's coming off arguably his best year in terms of statistics not in terms of wins obviously but only James once in what the greatest bad you're in the history of the worst best year to fight terror bill thirty thirty club led the league in in passing yards with five thousand Jack threw for forty nine hundred yards completed sixty five percent of his throws thirty touchdowns eleven interceptions clearly very faint back is going to be the guy what do you think of Jack as a quarterback and what's the best coach kind of coach for him yeah I mean I don't think anyone doubts that back as the guy especially what he's done in his his his body of work especially this year I mean it was it was fun I was a fan it was fun watching deck you know after games on Sundays when we come in on Monday or Tuesday I would I would you know sometimes pop it in the Dallas offense of tape because I wanted to see what they were doing now yeah in in you know what Jack trust callin callin dak we played together first of all right there in the same room started because Callan broke his leg I mean Tony role than callin went down and that's how Jack came in the light of a twenty sixteen exactly in and I think the best type of coach for dak I I think I think that team is an offense of football team I think you need an offense of minded coach however somebody that can handle the Joneses and can handle that market it's a tough job but in my opinion it's one of the best jobs better that's going to be open yeah I I I would agree with that it's just can you handle the Jones is especially Jerry Jones that that's the tough part that there's no question and you know it it's it's a tough it's a tough environment down there in Dallas it's a tough job dealing with the Jones is when things are great he's great when things are bad I don't know you know it it's it's it's it's a tough it's a tough situation but you look at the wealth of talent on that roster man it is it if I was a head coach I I would I would probably want to be the head coach of the art was so do this because I I I I think people just take it for granted what a quarter and it's begrudgingly that I say it's about quarterbacks who is a former deal I'm an I hate you guys but what you have to know what the best possible I mean the the length of a play that you have to understand as opposed to each position just needs to pick out one part of that to know what their job is so it really is amazing what you guys do sell when everybody's watch it on TV and they here you go to the line you say might fifty four and all that kind of stuff take us to that because we have Buck Showalter on years ago and he talked about a pitch and about ten or twelve permutations of what can happen during that it should be said and then the next pitch console there's so much in that instant so take us to walking to the line identifying what that means to everybody and then how quickly after the snap you have to know exactly what the phone service yeah well I mean you you start with the forty second clock right man that's really when the when the play ends as the forty second play clock starts up and from that second on you have forty seconds to get the play call from the coach to get into the huddle to call it to make adjustments to get up the line to see what's happening for him post nap and it it can be it can be tough at times so it it all starts with the communication from the play caller to the quarterback in the helmet right so hopefully that is very smooth that there's no hick ups on it it's a whole nother story when maybe that goes out or something happens where you get below fifteen seconds when they shut off the communication between the quarterback of the play caller but yeah I mean the the biggest thing is getting getting the play color to get the play into you as fast as humanly possible so when I'm walking from you know ten feet away into the huddle right to call the place for me those those maybe ten seconds of the walk I'm thinking about the play in my head and think about all the things I need to know now when I get into the huddle I'm not just looking down calling the play I'm looking at every single person involved if I'm collier protection I'm looking at all five offense of line and make sure they're looking me in the eyes if I'm if I'm tagging a route for tight and I'm making sure that tidings look me eyes running back run play Hey you have this or if there's a special tag receiver so for thought then you break the huddle well the play clock probably is around twenty seconds you're running to line you hope there's no shifts are motions involved because if you have a shift in a motion you have to break the break the huddle a lot faster so once I have that set my may have between five to ten seconds to check out what they're doing priest out do I have a man's own tell can I try to understand what the defense is doing before the snap in these man's own tells these these these running backs that start way out wide if a linebacker goes out there there's a good chance is man coverage you gonna we call it shock we're gonna bring him back into the backfield do you have a tight into one by three formation to give a tight in split wide is there a safety walked over the tight end well it's probably good chances man so all those stuff plays into it and then and then you snap the ball and then they do something completely different and you just have to react in so all that stuff goes into a quarterback's mind before the before the snow forty seconds you're like everyone to Sean Watson did that break down yeah yeah we're doing all this kind of stuff it's so great to go behind the scenes some people are I was just how quickly post snap you have to recognize what what our coverage area well you know you could honestly spend an hour breaking down the forty seconds in and I think the quarterbacks that are best at getting the plays out the tempo the huddle are or or the quarterbacks to have really good tempo they're in and out of the huddle they see stuff they they understand coverages based on film study throughout the week they know what a defense is going to do or at least think what they're going to do and have a plan in mind before the snap that could all go away post out now they're pressuring their their blitzing a line there got the edge is my protection step in the right way if not do I'm running back in the backfield is it CCAP protection other five guys blocking other six of their seven all that goes into it in in it can be daunting for a quarterback to come in and have to handle that especially nowadays in the spread offense in the college ranks well and you're talking about how daunting it is in in how reps help one example of a team that things have the correct and futures Baker Mayfield right and but obviously he got more reps into the second season yet his production did so when you look at it somebody like Baker where was the issue in year two for him you know I've watched a lot of films so I can't speak on that debate on directly but it seems to me that they had so many play makers on offense that he could not feed the ball enough to Jarvis order Odell order client all these got it just seems like there was a lot to go around and there's only one football to me that's maybe where it started and and another thing is it's it was a second year really in the scheme of Freddie calm plays a defense is figure that out you the best offenses you have to closely changes it you know this this was out on the coach of the quarterback to to continue to evolve as defenses figure it out I think it's a little bit of both I think the quarterback has to understand that it has to want to change now the coach maybe thinks that I'm not saying this about Baker at all but it notes might think Hey we can't do that because our quarterback can't handle it that's not what we're good at we're going to do what we do no matter what it hopefully these players make the plays needed to do all right so what's changed Daniel bears quarterback is with us in studio you said you thought it should be an offense of mine that takes care of the Dallas Cowboys going forward is that coach with the message just a mess that that that the Browns have been what kind of coach do you need there well first of all I mean the but we only have an hour to have what is your the Browns to me and and and I was with I was with John Dorsey for for three years the former GM of John brown's reformers in the city first of all I I think firing him was it was a big mistake it just in so many ways he is such a grounded guy that has you you see these moves to position this franchise to become successful in the office of side the.
