"And apparently once he was doing something with Suzanne Somers, where she wanted him to go off of his usual regimen for a while, and he said, oh, just deteriorated immediately. You know, I had bad cholesterol, blood pressure went up. Yeah. What was she doing to his body? Oh, goodness. So here he gets into like this really like just macho talk, like just going really fast, talking about like, yeah, I hang out with all these young guys, like TJ slaughter from the NFL. He's like a beast. You know, he's huge and he comes to me and, you know, I say I'm gonna put you through my full failure every body part workout for 12 minutes. He's like, I can do that. No problem. And I put all the failure. Yeah, he's like, every part of the body full failure. Like, you know, you bring the muscles to the point of failure. Like, you just can't do any more. You can't do one more thing. So he's telling us story about this big football player who comes in. He gets halfway through it and he's sweating and breathing harder than he ever has in his life and he's just fighting to live and his art is racing. And if you try this, you won't be able to recover for 9 days and there was this lady who said, look, it wasn't a big deal. I was able to do it, but she called me later and she said, oh, I can't even move. Okay. Yes. What a thing to brag about. This real much is about thing about, yeah, how he can break you down. I'll make your life really difficult. Said from the very first rep, I'm gonna take you to complete muscular failure. Yeah, this sounds good. From the first rep, well, then how am I gonna do a second one? If it's complete failure. 'cause I guess there's just 1% more for you to fail again. Yeah, so apparently that's his whole approach is to really put you through the ringer. 12 minutes. But he said, but within those 12 minutes, you're gonna be the most euphoric you've ever been in your life. Oh my God. Okay. And he said, have you ever experienced a runner's high? And I don't think anyone in the audience like responded to this, but I've never experienced runners high. I've been running for 20 years. And he said, you know, and I'm not even a runner, but like I'll go out with these guys and they're running and you know, I'm 67, and they're in their 20s and 30s, and I'll be like, wait, what's the big deal, guys? And it'll be running past them and they'll be all winded. Look, how do you do that? You're so wonderful. I wonder how much of this is actually happening. Over the top. I know, yeah, I really want to see. Is that so? But he says, you know, you just feel like you're floating your effortless because you've got epinephrine. You've got oxytocin, you've got dopamine coursing through your body. And I swear, in this workout, every single time is a runner's high. Okay. I gotta say. I want to try 12 minutes I can give him, you know? Him saying that made me think, well, maybe I can experience this for the first time, or you're wrong. Yeah, 12 minutes. Now is that online? Have you looked? His 12 minute instructions? No, I think he wants you to do this with him, but at least I haven't encountered it, but we'll talk. He's got a lot of stuff out online. He names more specific athletes that he's worked with, you know, that we should be impressed by. He says that these workouts can even reverse sarcopenia, the loss of muscle mass and function in people 60, 70, and above. Oh, okay. That would be a big deal. If true. That's not a term I had heard before. Me neither. Yeah, I had to look that up. So apparently he started with just elite athletes, but then he realized everybody needs this. Everybody's elite. And he's just such a caring person, you know? He wants to show this with everybody. I've always said about him. And he said, you know, if you sit down and you have a hard time getting up, you don't have long left to live. Wow, okay. That was his kind of metric. And so. I think it really depends on what's keeping you from standing there. Right. But you know, I guess he's trying to scare people like, oh, my body. You know, if that's happening to you, you need to come to him and pay $99 a month. He tells the story about how he learned a lot about hormones starting when this is sad. The mother of his now 29 year old, whose name was Shelley, she died, it had something to do with hyperthyroidism. Oh, okay. Yeah, really sad. So apparently at the time he was on the radio, he mentioned Christian radio, so he must have had some kind of show then, but he was just unable to function and this terrible moment in his life. Oh, sorry to be side tracked by this. Is he a Christian then? Is that part of his deal? Not that I got any other indication of. Interesting, okay. Maybe he was just like, the guy on the Christian radio who talks about fitness or something like that. Yeah, okay. I mean, I could imagine him turning around saying he's a Christian, but yeah, he didn't say anything else that gave me that impression. So for whatever reason, after he started to learn about hormones then he wrote the book on acne and he discovered a natural herbal solution that no one had ever discovered before. Wow. He's cleared thousands of people of their acne. Boy, I really could have tried that when I was in high school. I was a bad acne. I had really bad acne too. Yeah. And to take accutane. To get it to go away. It's everywhere. Yeah, I tried a lot of different things. And I still get acne, I've never been fully clear of acne. So very interested. In this sacred as well, but I haven't bought that book. Oh, it looks like he sells estro block. That's his hormonal acne supplements. Okay. Trying to see what's in it. ASTRO block interesting, okay? It looks like it has. Methane. DIM. Good old DIM. The correct balance of indole three carbonyl. Sunflower.

"This. I see i remember the royal one. It wasn't that wasn't great either. I loved that one really. I loved it. I don't. I don't know if it's just because i love ryan reynolds so much. That might be it but only saw the one time i guess. Maybe i'm rest in that. I was the Margot kidder she wears pigtails a lot. Make you look stupid. I do remember that. I do remember that. I have a confession. I would like to still be able to wear pigtails. But i'm two and i know i can't. She just look like a side. Pony thing going on any kind of like what's your name. Suzanne somers and they call them the christie's where they would have just the tells here and then she wore loved wearing chrissy. I'm like i'm doing that today. I'm doing it. I'm going to bring it back. There's only one place in that one scene in that movie. That i remember terrified me when i was a kid because it would come on. Tv before vcr's were out so but there's the the scene where marketer is talking to her little parole who has imaginary friend of course there's always House and she said whereas jody and she said oh she left when he walked in and she said oh she must have gone out the window because the windows open. Let's go see if she's okay. She walks over to the window on these red eyes pop up in the window and it scared the fuck outta me. When i was a kid holiday released gary anyway chummy the real story. Okay so obviously we've all heard about amityville horror like even if you haven't seen it you have heard about amityville horror and you probably know what the front of the house looks like or this side that it's taken from like with the is and so we've seen the movies. Some of us have seen all sixteen of them. Six there are six thirteen. Arkansas harmonies. Now there's only there's only the two that are like the original story and then there's all the sequels room there are tons though or there's also some where it's actually a lot more than sixteen as far as how much amityville horror is mentioned in other horror movies. It's crazy so i personally have only seen the original in nineteen seventy nine. And then the remake in two thousand five starring very hot ryan reynolds and his abs emmy her was originally a book in nineteen seventy seven about an incident and it was followed by the film and then many sequels reboots knockoffs olive. That no matter what you believe from the movies or the media. There's no doubt that the story begins with a true horror without a doubt so amityville is a long island town in new york. It's about thirty miles. Outside of new york city. An amityville was. I visited in sixteen fifty. Three here's our our history lesson for today it was. I visited in sixteen fifty three due to its location to a source of salt. Hey used in animal food. Salt that level martin thing. I know chief wyan dance. No why why. In don the first deed toland in amityville in sixteen fifty eight. The area was originally called huntington west neck south west next south west next south but now russians in the name. Now the town of babylon all right. Okay according to village lore the name was changed in eighteen forty six when residents were working to establish a new post office and the meeting turned into chaos and one of the villagers exclaimed. what this meeting needs is some amity.

"After matthew. I'm excited to have you on this day. In if you put it was a little bit of background about you are and what got you doing the work. You're doing sure thanks for having me. It's great to be here when i first graduated from medical school. I actually trained as a pediatrician. And i was perfectly happy thinking that i knew everything you know. They taught me everything. I needed a medical school in my own personal life. I didn't feel good. I was exhausted like the most important task of my day was to find a way to have a nap nan. I was irritable. I was flying off the handle at my kids. My poor is the one that bore the brunt of my wicked witch of the west impersonation. He just really honestly didn't know what to do with me. Half the time. And i knew that something was wrong like i knew that how i felt wasn't normal but nothing in my medical training helped me to really understand what was wrong with me. I wasn't depressed but yet something was wrong. And as my husband came across a book that was written by suzanne somers and it was called the sexy years and when he kind of flipped through that book he saw all kinds of things that reminded him of me and he brought the book home and my first reaction was like. You've got to be kidding me. Suzanne somers like christy snow thigh master. But i knew that we had a problem. It was affecting our marriage. It was affecting my kids. It was affecting my job at work and so i read the book and i gotta tell you that book has completely changed my entire life because when i read the stories of the women in the book who were just like me and how much better. They felt when they got their hormones back in balanced. It really allowed me to open my mind and allowed me to find that there were places that i could go to learn this whole new approach to health and wellness that i didn't even know existed and so as a result i was able to get my energy back. Mccain's got their mom back. My husband got his wife back. I got my life back. But i could not go back to what i was doing before just spending my whole day. They're not really getting to the root cause of the problem and making people well.

"Is all there is all these. Things are so important to who we are as humans. I always call us. Humans being we are humans. Who are being. And i'm looking forward to the next twenty years and so what i'm saying is i see myself around for at least another couple of decades and then i'll renegotiate. I love that. I know people listening who especially if bio identical hormones are new topic. There's gonna be a lot of questions related to. How do we learn about them more. How can we find them. How do we find a good doctor who knows about them. And it don't have to go through the kind of cascade of doctors it sounds like you went through to finally find the answers and i know you address a lot of this in the books you guys make sure you grab the book but can you talk a little bit about that. Of how do we learn more and find out what those optimal ranges are and how to work with a practitioner to get there so a couple of decades ago. When i wrote my first book on hormones of the sexy years i could only find thirty doctors. In the entire united states there were even somewhat versed in natural hormone replacement because they learn in school when they went to schools. The universities sixty six percent of all university chairs are funded by pharmaceutical companies. And i asked one doctor. How did it get this way that were that we live in this allopathic world. Only and he said. I'll tell you exactly. There was a guy by the name of abraham flexner around the turn of the century and he was hired by the two richest families in america. The carnegie's and the rockefellers who owned pharmaceutical companies and very incredible business people they sent abraham flexner around to the institutes of higher learning all the our esteemed university medical schools and offered them funding in perpetuity if they would only teach allopathic medicine That means here's the problem. And here's the drug for that problem. And that is why all the path ix the homeopathic then chiropractic practice all the catholics were pushed it aside as quackery and that's why it's been so hard for alternative doctors to kind of get their heads up and above and say i'm over here and i'm doing different. That's where i i have a louder voice than any of those doctors who spent all that time studying. I'm not a doctor. You do learn a lot after writing twenty seven books about four more in my head. I just don't know which one to do next. And i provide a great service. Not only for these doctors but for The women and men who are looking for something different. I think the best is integrated. The best of both you know that you go natural i but that's not working. That's when you resort. To like. I had to wait for pain from a broken eh conspiring this year Thank god that that existed and you never know in life. What your purposes I feel like i have purpose. And that's very satisfying. And one factor of that is that i've been able to push these doctors. Scientists and professionals to the forefront. And i don't do that lightly i turned i've i i've done interviews with doctors where after i get it all done i think that this Something doesn't smell right here. And man when i don't put them in a book they're mad at me forever but i only put people in my books that i have vetted and vetted and vetted and then i talked to their patients and i met them through their patients so by the time they get in my book. The information is great so a new way to age is great for how to to approach aging in this era and have the best quality of life but for those who are listening who don't know anything about bio identical months. The most recent book. I've written on hormones is called. I'm too young for this because most women who are you know got itchy bitchy. Sleepy sweaty loaded forgetful all dried up. They think they're way too young to even consider hormone replacement and this book explains to them with the most cutting edge up to date information on natural hormone replacement. Why even if you're not declining and hormones why you want to start having hormone panels done at your regular visit to your gynecologist I would look in the back of my books to find a qualified doctor. Nearest you Because going to a doctor who doesn't know anything about hormones is like going to a plumber for a heart bypass and that book will really really teach you what you need to do to get yourself in perfect balance and when you do you'll never look back and it. I believe there's never been one reported case of cancer on bio identical hormones. A women who have been on bio identical hormones have gotten cancer. But in all the cases i've ever heard of its estrogen receptor negative and progesterone receptor negative meaning. It wasn't a hormonal cancer. It was an environmental cancer that may have settled in abreast or settled in the uterus. But there's never been one that's pinpointed. Bright jay she took those bio identical hormones. So it's a lucky time for women your age you women your age right now if you go to. The doctor wants year. And say i would like the lab worked on to see where my hormones are and if your doctor goes you're too young i wanted anyway and the what's that gives you as your baseline for when you're perfect so the next year when you go again so wanted to do it again. Why did it last you. I know i wanna compare. Just keep doing it and one of those years. You both are going to go. We're starting to decline and writes then at that moment. If you've got the right kind of doctor that doctrines aveeno. We're gonna do your decline in progesterone here. So let's if you a little bit of this and you're declining a little bit in Estrogens give you a little bit of this and it will allow you to never ever ever experienced the suffering of menopause and when you're not hormonally balanced it. It is suffering. So that's all. I have to say today i Have to do another show. But i i hope i was able to shed some light on what i know and and what will happen to your audience through you. Is your all your already informed and your audience is going to be so beautifully. Informed that you're going to be able to pass this. Dont down to the jarash coming up from a from you and so on and so on and You know hormonally balanced planet is not a bad place to be. I agree completely at all. Respect your time last. Quick question is if other than your own which. I will lincoln the show notes. If there's a or a number of books that have had a profound impact on your life. And if so what they are and why well you know. I read mainly health books. And i can't tell you how many books i've read on the firearms and how many books i've read on hormone replacement one outside of this arena at all is because i'm so disturbed by watching with anti-semitism right now. I read a book. A number of years ago called the chosen by heim potok and it was really enlightening. Why why anti-semitism came on the rise and so that was interesting to me and if anybody is also interested in that subject i'm not jewish. I just irish. It just never understood it. It's such an incredible culture so that.

"Feel great all the time. Who i love so much that you have used your platform to kind of pull all these great minds together and to really delve into their information and then can pilot and make it accessible to all of your readers and he. That's so important. And i definitely agree with you on the hormone side. I've only experienced that myself through the ups and downs of pregnancy. But also through. Having i used to have hashimoto's and i learned very much firsthand that if your hormones are out of balance you will not win a battle against hormones. You have to address the hormones. You're not gonna win that willpower or with supplements or you got to go in and actually address. What's going on. What your hormones. And i think that can be a very multifaceted approach and it can seem a little bit overwhelming. I think to a lot of people. And i haven't yet had to do this. In through anything like menopause or some of those phases. So i really would love to hear more about your approach to this. I know you've done for my research. Some bio identical hormones and it does seem to have been really profoundly impactful for you profound and also in in reference to your hashimoto's you know. I've heard so often doctors telling patients oh your thigh words a little low or your thyroid's little high almost like it's no big deal. It's a big deal. The cy royd for lack of a better description is the orchestra leader of the body. The thyroid gets the signals directly from the brain. The hypothalamus pie. Neil and the pituitary and then the miss gets the the instructions and then it is the gland that tells all the other glands all the other hormones and all the cells what to do. So it'd be like you go to the symphony and all players are professional players. They all know how to play. But if the conductor or the musical director or the orchestra leader doesn't show up. None of these players know what to play so they try to play but because there's no one guiding them and making the the harmony it's all sounds discordant and that's what happens in the human body without the thyroid being imperfect ballots. You will not have harmony your body wants. The thyroid is out of whack. Then all the other hormones are out of whack for someone like us had six children. That is an incredible thing to do for your body and it's also very taxing for your body because when you're pregnant you make hormones in a different way than you make. Sure you're not pregnant and that is when you're you make estrogen every day of the month and you make progesterone every day for months and that's what's supposed to happen so that you your body your baby everybody gets you know a full blast all time but what has happened before i started writing about bio identical hormones. Women would feel all these symptoms. They go to their gynecologist and the gynecologist would put them on synthetic hormones the main one being premarin it stands for pregnant urine from marin now a horse has thirty four different estrogens not one of which is compatible to the human female. So now you're putting in hormones that the body's going And you're confusing the body. The one thing you don't want to do is confuse the body and then Because women want at this point to not have a period anymore. Doctors put them on these Synthetic hormones that tricks of the body into thinking. It's pregnant all the time and so they were finding that women on synthetic hormones. Were getting fat. The symptoms were gone. They were sleeping a little better They weren't quite as moody. They didn't have fight. The body itches in rashes and things. But but they're deigning weight and gain weight. I can walk into any restaurant. I'll tell you what women in that restaurant are on synthetic hormones. It has to do with the aids looking at these signs on the face that indicate lower hypothyroid and then if there are on continuous combined. And what a terrible thing. That's why i think there was such a prevalence of cancer a particularly breast cancer in women my age who are going to the ecologist and getting these fake hormones so when i went into menopause. Nobody knew anything about it. Nobody talked about it. In fact when i was a kid it was this shameful thing we would hear my mother and my aunts talk about so and so who is going through. And then they'd whisper that change and as a kid. I'm thinking what is this change thing. They're all talking about sure. sounds scary. sounds awful and it was Some something about it became very shameful. And so you never mentioned the word menopause. I think i'm the first person who started openly using the word. Menopause talking about menopause and writing about menopause and Making it okay. It's just another passage of life. But if you do it right and put through lab work like you were just talking about the exact individualize amounts that you need. As opposed to what i need which is always going to be different. No woman is exactly the same. There's no one till fits-all it's gotta be done. And when i first started a bio identical hormones because i had gone to doctor after doctor after doctor and i was offered sleeping pills valium for for anxiety plus all lowering pills as in staten diuretic. Sleeping pills cetera. I looked at this one doctor who was the last one of my listeners. Really you choking. Is this the best you have to offer women. And he patted me on the back and he said the drug companies know best ear. And i thought well you old fool now. I am not anti pharmaceutical. When you need them you need them. They're a godsend. I needed him this year. I had a terrible accident where i broke my neck n my upper spine you. I could not have got through this without the pain drugs that they gave because it was so excruciating so they have their place and i'm not arrogant enough to say They do not but if you can do it naturally. I that's where i wanna go so i finally found a doctor who specialized in at this time. This was twenty five. Probably twenty seven years ago specialized in bio identical hormones for the sake of your listening audience bio dental means biologically identical to the human body. An exact replica of what your body wants made or maybe still makes a little of a little love is not good. You want just right. It's like goldilocks. You know you want exactly the right size chair. And she said when she looked at my lab work she said you poor thing and i said wait a minute she so we have virtually no progesterone that she said that's your feel-good hormone in your estrogen is so low. I don't know how you get through the day. You must feel terrible. I said i do. I am happy person happily happily married. I love my career. I love my kids. I love what love everything and depressed. All the time and thinking the world would be better off without me. She said it's all hormonal. She said what we're gonna do is we're going to start you on low dose. I can't give you everything you need. I said why not. She's took a long time to lose these hormones to drain out. You got to build them back up slowly. I said orioles what she said. Will you literally could go crazy if i gave you everything you need right now. So i'm gonna give you the first doses of estrogen and progesterone. And then you'll call me with your symptoms. And i said what am i simpson. She said you'll know so. I found myself two weeks that are going to feel a little better. But i'm really itchy. Okay what were you stresses this.

"And, you know, maybe there's something to that. I'm sure their churches out there who are espousing that very same thing. Well, if anything, it's just when and I think that's been something. That's kind of been perpetuated over the past 10 to 15 years whether it's from Alex Jones, whether it's from other places, there are people who have said just look for it. There will be something that the government or or how high your power wants to put onto your body. So the fact that that's kind of been being said by people and then all of a sudden here we are living. It could be just a terrible coincidence. But at the same time you now have given credence to those people who thought those things for for a long time. Exactly. And to be honest, I haven't gone to my own church. In like 20 years, so just sort of in. I don't know what's being said in the different churches. That sort of this is how I was raised and in everyone will would say, Well, he's a hawk in this ever because I'm 51. This is crazy. And then when we started getting the smartwatch is that you can pay with and and all that I've started going. Who would want something like that? Could be safe. Thank you. Remember that church lady on Saturday Live? I thought yes. I do remember that. But I also remember the remember that viral video of the What woman breaking down the monster can. And how did you ever see that? We're all the monster can has the mark of the beast and Oh, yeah, it's a message from Satan. I'm Satan. Love Church, Lady 7275791 or 25 and 807 71 wants to have what's up, Spence? So am I going to hill because I got a vaccine? No, you're going to hell because, yeah, you've got another, You know, laundry list of other reasons why you're going to help, but yeah, that actually Maybe getting you in somewhere like the vaccine will get you in now. It'll get you in a restaurant, but he's not in heaven. What's up, Laura? Hey, Okay, so I I agree with the majority of what you guys were saying, But let's remember this fact, Bean is not technically a vaccine by definition in it the technology and secondly, this is not FDA approved. We're talking about an emergency use authorization. So if the government were to say, Hey, we're gonna call off this state of emergency with covert, which we all know that's not happening any time soon. But if it were to happen, these vaccine companies could not legally administer. Of this this Medicaid or I won't call medication. This technical vaccine legally. It's illegal at that point after sounds Okay, I get it. I'm a nurse by trade, and I get it. Like, you know, we have the rush These I personally didn't get vaccinated, You know, But, you know, we rushed this way rush this through right? Because we have this pandemic and you're right. These are unprecedented times. We've never seen anything like this. You know, we thought In eight years ago are more. We thought this was gonna you know, we see something like this when Ebola came. You know, we're all preparing for that. Thankfully, it wasn't a member. Remember that outbreak, But But here's the thing. This is emergency use on Lee and I have to stay. Um, without giving too much information. I went to a conference in 2019. It was mostly geared toward cardiologists and neurologists, but it was hosted by a very large company that makes various implantable devices and such. But interestingly it was. It was held in Buffalo at the Jacobs Institute. I could tell you guys that which is a research institute in this guy got up there and talked about something called Man. Oh, Tronics, right, And it's it's vaccine technology that they're working on. That is literal bio tronic so they can more or less do software upgrades on these nano tronics particles, which sounds like something out of a freak inspired by movie right, But it is something they were actually working on it. And when they presented it, they really talked about it being for the flu vaccine so fast forward a year and a half later and now we're seeing Moderna. Name vaccines, and it just triggered me to think. Oh, my gosh. You know, a roomful of physicians and they're dead. Quiet. You can hear a pin drop because they're looking at this guy like he's nuts. But this is I mean, it sounds like a conspiracy theories. That really is something they're working on. So I gotta go. Sorry We were up against it. Thank you very much. "Suzanne somers once said forgiveness his gift you give yourself. Does it come with a gift receipt. Susie oh pro winfrey once said true forgiveness. His win you can say. Thank you for that experience oprah. I love you but if someone murdered my family at least the ones i enjoy i would. Under no circumstances ever in a million years forgive them and if forced to do so to adhere to fundamentalist ideals. I would. Intern hate myself for being a fraud. And betraying my truth here at mind body. No saw we never forgive and we never forget we also so don't dwell but we don't wish them well. There is a myriad of intrinsic quandries attached to the notion of forgiveness to start both the definition and connotation of forgiveness is all about other person the motherfucker that did you dirty and setting them free. Absolving them letting them off the hook ceasing to feel anger or whatever. The new demonized emotion is towards that person. Place or thing.

After this intruder walks into a Palm Springs, California home this past weekend, Obviously California it was broadcast live. She was streaming a makeup tutorial on Facebook, which are your favorite things to watch. I love make me go SOS and itself. Because I don't wear are looking makeup ever. The man walks into the house. He was calmly confronted by her, her husband, obviously at home at the time as well. He apologized that he was came from a hiking trail and he was terrified because ghosts were following him. Yeah, I know I'm up because it's you know, it's 8 15 right now in Washington, D C And the one thing that's on everyone's mind in Washington and across this country is what exactly is going to take place today? You know when he was campaigning, then Donald Trump said, We are going to be tired of the word winning, right. We're gonna do so much winning now. I'm tired of the word unprecedented. Everything is unprecedented about today. First president ever to be impeached twice first president to ever be impeached while not in office. Will he be the first president to be convicted? We're told likely, no, but there's lots of unknowns. They've set some of the parameters. They're only gonna be 16 hours of each side for debate, which means eight hours a day. So this is gonna be wrapped up by mid Wednesday. There's not going to be a chief justice is that even legal on duh, who is going to stand witness? They have not yet determined who is going to be the witnesses? The senators won't be on the Senate floor because of the pandemic. Senators normally under the Constitution are required to remain at their desks and be silent. How can they not have a Supreme Court justice John Roberts should be there presiding. And he said that he would not preside that he would choose not to resign. So okay. If you read that section of the Constitution is not Very long, it says. The senators have to sort of the deaths and the chief justice will be the presiding officer, Senator Patrick Leahy, who's the Senate Pro TEM will will sit in? I guess you're standing, so there's lots of lots of unknowns. And this question of witnesses is my favorite because It's not like there was. It's not a game of clue, right? I mean, we all watch this on TV, so I don't know what the witnesses would testify to. And, of course why Joe Biden President Joe Biden is staying far, far away from all this Well. Find out. I didn't see anybody, Neil, So I'm going to assume that no one did. And that you then watched at least some of the game. Yes, You are correct, sir. I did. And I will tell you. I was pleasantly surprised by both America the beautiful and the national anthem and I didn't know the artist her But I wanted to write on my social media. Her crushed it. My gram per police wouldn't let me do it. I thought she was fantastic. I watched the first half hour and then dipped in and out between Tennis matches because one Riley Ope Elka was playing down under last night and yes, he won. All right. Good for him. We'll keep her eye on that as we move forward now. Well, then you were probably not there during the latter part of the game when Ah fan came out of the stands, and he didn't street but ran across the field. I'm just wondering if that is the nearly naked intruder that Hijack Suzanne Somers Livestream. No, no, I don't think that guy got bailed out in time to get to the Super Bowl that this Suzanne Somers was doing Ah sales thing online couple 100,000 people watching her selling her makeup products. In her home or from her home studio, and a guy who was pretty much naked, walked into the house grounds and she was very calm. It's very impressive to watch the video. How come she was and they? She said, Well, we could see he didn't have a weapon, so he's very clever. It zah pretty cool moment and glad nobody got hurt. But it also brought a ton of attention to Suzanne Somers Makeup line now will give you that couple Cove in stories of the pure Hope Elka podcast today that U. K Cove in 19 variant. Is doubling every 10 days here in the United States, and we're finding out also that AstraZeneca's vaccine reportedly not effective against the new variants. Yeah, that's that's an interesting thing. They're finding that the vaccine this AstraZeneca vaccine is not as effective against mild cases and kind of intermediate cases it protects. It seems against the real serious ones. Of this South African variants of South Africa, saying we're gonna hold on. We're not going toe be giving people the AstraZeneca vaccine right away of which, I guess is good news for Fizer. But now they're going to examine the data on that, too. The good news here Charlie is these variants while being a lot more contagious, don't seem to be any more deadly and effect, in some cases, slightly less. So that's the silver lining. All right, not a serious news. But my favorite story of the pure Hope. Elka podcast today. I'm gonna give you a quote is from Kristen Thompson in Jamaica. He's an executive associate ID. Would you make us legal cannabis industry and says it's a cultural embarrassment Last year was the worst. In terms of marijuana loss and called it laughable that Jamaica could be short on weed. Now, whether it's Jamaica, the United States or any part in the world if you got a statement like that 10 years ago, You would. You would have thought them or 10 years ago. You never thought you would hear a statement like that. No no but the legalization of marijuana in many states in this country in many countries around the world, decriminalizing it has driven up the demand. And I guess Jamaica just hasn't kept up with the farming. But it's what I would have first read the headline. I thought Come on now. So much jerking our chain here. Jamaica running out of pot is like Not that that running out of something, you know we'll be making jokes all day on this one. I just think Bob Marley is rolling in his grave and it's not rolling doing by the weed. I could. Ted Jamaican Weed's not That good. Everybody thinks people go to Jamaica for the weed. And he said to me today we were kind of like dancing around not really dancing. Not like Suzanne Somers. But like doing our regular morning dance in the kitchen of like I'm doing this and he's doing this and where he said. I really like just having your presence here. And I said, Thank you. That's lovely. I like to leave and come back to you because there there is something to that being apart is a good thing in any relationship, or if you're mean I will say like my Mother and her husband. They are together constantly 24 7, and they seem to thrive in that environment. It's not to say I don't appreciate the people get along in different ways, but the way Suzanne Somers as a celebrity, every five minutes is telling you how Horny. Yeah, and how successful and how full of love her relationship is. I don't buy it anymore. Like you are either lying to us like you did with the butt thighs or what was it called Finance my master. And then there was the butt master. But master never forgets. Squeeze your way to shapely hips and lies. Oh, there you go. Um, it's just like, like much like your you know, it's just not. It's not believable, and I don't believe my mind. Nobody holds hands all day long, because guess what your hands get sweaty. She's like no holding hand for 10 minutes. Maybe that's okay. But that's even asking. Doesn't your hand start to kind of go dead after a little while, like When you're holding hands with some of your life, but that's like suddenly you just heard like it's like you, you feel detached from your hand. You're just like, Oh, it's ceases to be funny or sexy. Yeah. You're right, Holly 10 minutes, tops. Nope. We still laugh about it because it was like The first like 20 seconds of a hug. Feels fun. And then you're in a roomful of people who are all hugging for five minutes, and it just gets to be just thinking about it. It was super articles like when they say like, like, Let's do Team building. No, no. Then we run. No, that's when we run like team building or, like other buzzwords like Let's get to know each other. Go around the take note. No, let's break into small groups and share. No. Nope. Not doing it on the share. So what I'm hearing is the five minute hug does not sound like fun. You know, I'd be like I don't need a marriage that bad. Yeah. Oh, no. I will say we we were laughing like I don't know what the other couples I mean, That was one of those moments. And has been doing the same thing to them. So she's like raking in the dough. Yeah, she's on this grift, apparently. And she's a one hit wonder a list mostly movie actress. I wouldn't give I would be more generous in that classifications. She's a well known actor, but she hasn't really been doing a ton of Foster. Mm hmm. Lately. Simple Shepherd. No, Kathleen Turner. "Dalton and arianna are engaged. I honestly don't remember what we said. What we cut what we if we lingered on this guy there gomez because there isn't much about him not on interesting but like the internet reveals not much which is judged. Oh he's a real estate agent but member. They met because he sold the house of like one of her business associates and then they met at a party. That was like a jason to like the selling of that house. I'm not going to remember the full story. But that's it and now they're engaged and the story is all about her in the ring. I think that the funny the funniest thing about this on i guess suits our purposes because this guy could not be less relevant last engagement came with so much baggage and so much detail about the other person because he was also a public figure dalton even to like the dolphins stands is like a mystery. We don't need like even they. Those accounts do not know. I don't think a lot about him. And i think that's part of the appeal. It's like oh. She's dating someone who doesn't matter gray. Don't have to pretend to care about this person. Her could just right. We could just focus on her happiness. We want her to be happy. She seems happy great. I don't need to know about the sky as somebody who was like polar opposite of her last catastrophe. Because if like i mean. I don't know if they're opposites like you know in terms of personality they are certainly at. This guy is a true mystery. And he's like industry but he's really not to industry and i think that is she found like a normal kind of i mean he's no like milkman but he's an army compared to her

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos reveal the secret to their healthy sex life

"So first I'm gonna start with the headline that Kelly ripa and mark Consuelo as have revealed the secret to their healthy sex life great nice great I love this what is that they did radio shack I think that's probably it I think that's usually just it really yeah baby she says the longest that they went without sex was when Marcus Willis was in Australia for seven months but Kelly rip it did come to visit him in the middle of his trap and that that has been a big part of their relationship good question what if you ask yeah I think he just I mean I don't know what the question was because I didn't listen to the whole radio show I'm just reading it they were he was asking about their relationship and how their relationship has survived you know it's a long entertainment marriage right yeah I think I have a hard time with them I'm not saying I'm not approved by any stretch and I don't think you know I think that there are benefits to talking frankly about sex but often in this case and also the case of like Suzanne Somers at cetera sex life is a sex life for a couple is whatever works for the couple true and so when you buy a share those details of your sex life it's not it seems always to me that it's more about what other people will perceive about your relationship than it is about giving information that's useful and helpful for other people that makes sense yeah that might be fair I mean I think Suzanne Somers is always trying to you know take the taboo out of it especially as women age and helping women who are in their sixties and seventies still feel like they can be their best
