Fox now faces a new $2.7 billion defamation suit by the voting technology firm, smartmatic. So what to smartmatic claiming in its lawsuit. And that case against Fox was filed in New York and in February a judge allowed that case to proceed. 2.7 billion is much higher than what dominion saw, which is 1.6 billion. The difference here also is that we have not gone through the process of discovery with the smartmatic case. So we don't know if there are additional communications and text messages and other internal company documents that would be revealed if the case proceeds further along.
