"He's happy with where he's out here, and he's in a good place, and, um, that's not, you know, for us. We feel like with Andy, Justin and Nick are quarterback room right now. It's pretty good. And you need to have a quarterback in this league doing games talking about a Super Bowl MVP and a guy that started a lot of games and he's had a really, um interesting career in so many ways that I just think that he deserves that. I mean, anybody that's had to occur, he has is somebody that's always going to be For for all teams, you know as a third string guy. Teams are going to look at guys like him. Man you're talking about Nick Foles. The early nineties comedy My Blue Heaven is a favorite around these parts. And if you're unfamiliar with the movie, I'll tell you that there's a scene early on. Tips for Developing and Keeping Healthy Habits
"I have all of these habits. That i want to make sure i do but sometimes like you said i struggle with consistency. And you said you know that a lot of times people will try to depend on willpower or determination alone to make these healthy habits. What do you recommend instead of this. You know determination because a lot of people think. Oh i just you know if i just really have strong willpower. But that's not the case so tell us what you've found to be. The case for forming help healthier habits. Well a big one is to not rely on motivation. So you know. Everyone has start monday. But really what's going to change like if you've had thousands of monday's in your life and nothing has changed so we tend not to rely on motivation. And that's when we talk about a lot so my biggest piece of advice would be to use something called implementation intention so it's basically a way to help you plan which has been scientifically proven to work So goes like this. I will behavior at time in location. So an example would be. I do yoga six. Pm in my living rooms or i will meditate for ten minutes on my couch at seven. Am so you really need a plan. That's that's a big thing and this implementation intention also makes it can concrete and it's also kind of embarrassing yourself if you don't do it because you know you taking the time to write it down so you know it's kind of embarrassing yourself in a way and it writing it down is super important An accountability partners. Of course if somebody's looking for to start from habits were obviously big accountability partners. So find someone who you can text every day and so that you know like when i don't work out in the morning i know that if i don't do it i have to tech sneaky that i didn't do it yourself but even better seven outside or don't want wanna disappoint me account with count ability partner commu ability group. So that's obviously what we're trying to create and we started a slack group for this reason so we say our habits every day. We hold each other accountable. We kind of put ourselves on the podium. We tell everybody what we wanna do them. You know we all eleven. Make sure jerry each other on meccan
The Three E's of Podcast Production with Matty Staudt of Amaze Media Labs
"Just a little bit on. Why podcasts work. And this is something i call my three isa podcast production. The first one is empathy. You know we do these. Even when their thought leadership podcast a one on one interviews empathy is super important. We want to create an intimate experience with storytelling. So that's that's something that all great podcast do. The second one is teaching something. I'd like to say even if you're listening to two guys telling jokes in their garage for an hour and a podcast. You're learning something so Especially with brands. A lot of what they want to do is to educate people on the brand values on on getting maybe their thought leaders out and showing some of the things that they do so education is really important part of all of these things that we make and finally entertainment if a podcast isn't entertaining. Nobody's going to listen to it and that starts with the sound so creating great sounding podcasts. That are easy to listen to headphones. That are inviting and to make you wanna come back sourcing. Great hosts making sure. The guests are great. Everybody's prepped on these are all really important parts of making a wonderful podcast for a brand and especially when you're trying to make podcast for for some of these bigger brands. You know you want this to sound as high quality as possible.

The move open to the door for Sunis Elita Shine, and that she did during a solid floor routine performance narrowly beat Rebecca Andrade of Brazil, who stepped out of bounds twice. There are definitely a lot of emotions, but I'm super proud of myself for sticking with it and believing in myself because This medal will not be possible without my coaches, the medical team, my parents, and it's this is so surreal and I haven't even let it thinking yet soon easily has suffered a number of setbacks over the past two years. Are Covid-19 Vaccines Affecting Periods and Menstrual Cycles?
"One thing that's not okay. Is i'm gonna say this again and again even though twitter d platforming youtube is going to be for me. I will go to my grave saying this as a woman and the mother daughter a daughter and step mother of another daughter. It has no category for women's health issues and hundreds of women are reporting Menstrual dysregulation of a severe kind. And i don't mean to like you talk about anything. That shouldn't be talked about over over a breakfast table. But when you've got just as adults when you've got women saying i'm having to periods in a twenty eight day cycle or my cycle lasted a month or many mini super weird accounts of women long post menopause resuming bleeding after being vaccinated. I have not heard that. Are you kidding. oh. I wish. I was kidding. Overdose menopausal women menstruating. But isn't this the point. Ao me the fact that we're not hearing about this or not supposed to talk about this. I thought honestly people have to get angry. It's offensive in the united states of america. When people tell you what you can and cannot talk about. It is deeply offensive and epa. Push back. they deserve to be pushed around. Folks you've got to behave like your free because you actually are frequently. So you're telling me something. I'd not heard before well i wanted to reinforce that. Even more the importance of women speaking out about these things when i started reporting on the hundreds of accounts of severe menstrual dysregulation in super weird bleeding Matt gaetz got tasked with going onto twitter. Cnn media matters to say naomi wolf is bonkers raising
Chad Holloway Wins a Poker Tournament
"Top story in poker over the last week is most definitely chad. Holloway winning a poker tournament. How in the world. Chad did this happen. Break down for us. We'll tell you what it started. When i learned that you might be overtaken atop the media polka rankings. That our good friend. Tim duckworth puts together. It's just a fun little website where we keep track of poker media members who play poker. I've been on top for a while but you've been playing a bit some get out there. I better put some effort in went down to the venetian actually may day. Two of the ultimate stack. It was a six hundred dollar buying it. Had i think over six hundred runners something at ground ground my way to a thirty second place. Finish nothing too special I was happy to get that far. Honestly because one of those tournaments where i was i think it was below average literally the whole tournament i didn't late registered in just ground from there but they had a three hundred dollar monster stack. That was like four levels in and so i said let me lay reg. This thing had one hundred ninety four runners and may have been a few cocktails may have went in there with the idea of playing super aggressive and just building stack and it worked to perfection in like twelve hours later at four. In the morning we ended up working a five-way deal and i was very happy to do that. Because at the final table. I was sitting okay and chips but then lost a huge one and i looked like i was going to go out in seventh place for like fifteen hundred bucks and i was down to eighty. They're not even kidding. Eighty-five thousand after this hand and the blinds rat twenty thousand forty thousand of the forty thousand anti and it was. I think i had two hands before the blind set me. Firsthand folded secondhand. I told the guy. Look i gotta go all in no matter what like. I can't wait for the big blind. Half my chips in the big blind anne so when in guy woke up with queens i had four three and ended up. Moving riverina straight up in the very next hand wasn't the big blind but they they gave me a walk a walk to take my chips back and then from there within twenty minutes i went from eighty five thousand two over two million in lead the jury And i bust the two people in between down to five and it was at that point. It's like all right. Let's let's work a delay. 'cause it's kinda flippy i know easily it can come and go and so is able to to lock up sixty six hundred bucks or something like that so and i got the coin. The venetia coin in tournament pluto quote unquote. Victory for for the job
Why Black Media Avoids Larry Elder
"I am wondering. In regard. To regard to larry elder the la sentinel. Is the local black paper in southern california and to the best of my knowledge. They haven't written one article about his running little interviewed him black. The black left cares as much about blacks as the white left. Does which is to say not at all when when you come to realize these things your life changes any one of these is in piff. Unie life-changing epiphany the left is the only place of systemic racism in the united states. The black left and the white left both have contempt for blacks and use them. Larry elder actually wants help blacks and so he shut out of the mainstream. I e left wing plaque media. That's it his magic wand. Question is the question in the united states at this time. I'm paraphrasing. I believe i. I'll get right because the gist is easy to remember. A magic wand is waved over the united states and every vestige of racism in white people is super naturally removed. What problem that blacks face will therefore be removed. Will the seventy percent of black kids born to an unwed. Mother change if if god himself extirpated. Every vestige of racism from every white in america would change anything with regard to being born into a home without a father the single biggest crisis in black life. That's why they they shut him out.
Why Are HUD Stats Important?
"Alrighty so why are hud stats important. I'll keep the answer to the super simple. It's basically statistics. Tell us how often are opponents. Make an action if we know how often they do something. We can find ways to exploit that frequency for example if somebody three bets from the small blind at twelve percent. We know they're bluffing. More than sixty percent of the time but how do we know this while it is math. That gives us the answer at twelve percent there. Three bedding one hundred and fifty eight combos and that stuff like pockets. Better ten nine suited. Ace nine suited her better as ten off suit king. Ten suited are better and king. Jack off suits or better you can see. There's tons of junk here. This twelve percent range of one hundred and fifty-eight combos. It really only contains sixty two combos of value hands which are like pocket. Tens or better and ace queen or better and some of those are even a little questionable. Ace queen as queen suited could be value might not be a so a twelve percent three betters. One hundred fifty eight combos if it only contains sixty two kambas of value that means that ninety six combos are likely folding to a four bit and ninety six out of one hundred fifty eight means. They're folding or bluffing. Really a sixty one percent of the time and if they're folding all of these bluffs than our four bet to twenty five big blinds is about break even versus a ten big line three bet and we're printing money if they three bet to eleven or twelve big blinds Because their folding just way too often verses are twenty five big blind four bet and all of that is great to know and it really just comes from the simple math. Every time they three bed us we should be considering a four bit as a

I was super excited about working with people who actually did machine learning in. And that's one of the things that i actually employed syllogisms now. And then that's how. I begun white majority into the field.

Larry that's correct even the outgoing governor. Jerry brown criticised spending with this governor has just done. Is he giving people a whole year. Risk-free free on top of the three hundred dollars that you get up until at least september and this is why california jobs are recovered only to the extent of fifty percent as opposed to two-thirds and the rest of the country. I have a lot of friends who operate small businesses while great restaurants. They cannot find people to work a group of economists from bank of america. they weren't trumpers all said anybody making about thirty two thousand dollars a year or less is better off. Not were working and this is what they've done and again. What gavin do some has done is that he is forced all these businesses to shut up. You may not know. This ran a small business. I practiced law for a while. But i ran a small business. Fourteen years. it was successful. I sold it relocated to california. The business kept want most businesses that are small ceo. Those that succeed are often just despair payroll the payroll. How many dreams that each. How many how many lives he dash you put your hopes and dreams in the business and they were all gone because at this guy and people are furious. And i want to remind people. There's a direct connection between the crime and the homelessness and the cost of living and this man and the policy that have been pushed by the super majorities of democrats in the lower and upper chambers of the legislature. Here in california.

Basically they were assigned to force. Donald trump turn over his taxes in order for him to qualify for the twenty twenty ballot. Here in california jerry brown. The outgoing democratic governor vetoed it. Because he said it was constitutional and in california. No bill ever dies. What they do is just lay low and then reintroduced it so incomes. The current governor gavin. Newsom that you're reintroduced the bill. He signs it is litigated. All the way up to the california supreme court left wing. Now when it does require turnover five years of your tax returns which i did on time they required to turn into sets so hundred and fifty pages another copy of one hundred and sixty pages for whatever reason and i acknowledge it was an error on our part. There were seven pages missing in the second set now the head to seven pages in the first set so the secretary of state could easily have corrected. This under statutory power. She has the power to do so rather than do that. She kept me off the ballot so we sued and we may to arguments a that. The law didn't apply to elections. And if the did i. Substantially complied left wing. Judge in registered democrat. Went to berkeley for crying. Out loud. ruled aimed at the law. Jim Cramer & Rob Maurer Discuss Tesla's Q2 Earnings Results
"Famer here for special issue. The street live and talking all things. Tesla we've got tested daily host and tesla investor. Rodney our rob butcher skit. Right to it The earnings completely. Well it just say they obliterated yes the but the same time i have to ask you elect guy. Did on squawk on the street is somehow the magic lost. Because this wasn't good quarter. I mean i've got the same question for you jim. I'm sitting here. And i'm seeing the stock down to three tenths of a percents and i'm wondering the same thing. Tesla beat revenue by four percent. They beat earnings by more than fifty percents and the stock is down. So you know. I'm a little bit surprised honestly. Because i think tesla did crush it. Maybe some of the comments on the earnings call weren't what investors were looking for but Yeah i'm definitely super happy with the results personally. I think that when i saw the numbers they were terrific on the call I described the the com school as pedestrian knitting described manufacturing processes and he described guide the same thing that ford gm say which is supply chain issues semiconductor problems. Is it possible when he says that synagogue shortages this quite serious that it's actually maybe for the first time i'm hearing under promise. So maybe overdeliver if he gets those semiconductors i definitely think that's part of it. I also think you just want people to appreciate the challenges that the industry and tesla's dealing with right now And in light of those challenges just setting the results against those they're even more impressive I think probably to some extent. That's what he wants trying to get across. Obviously he you know doesn't necessarily word it in those terms He's not really about the short-term stock price but I think that's what he's getting at is just how difficult things have been and yet. How successful tesla's ben In that sort of backdrop

I actually in on my way to new york here for the draft so We're we're getting closer all right. Yeah no kidding. Perfect timing so we got you in route just in the next couple of days. I mean obviously every year is different. But how how much you think things will change in the first round between now and the actual draft. Yeah i think that teams for the most part you know. I've kind of their big boards set to some degree. But you know the biggest thing. I think that can change things as traits honestly And you know that's where from a betting perspective you know you're you're locked in on you know your your lock the draft or whatever it is your can't miss batman some team moves into the top ten and you know That kind of throws everything a for loop. So that's that's the only thing. I think That can really change things but you know other than that. I have a pretty good sense that you know the way we see things in the top ten or so Feels solid but again. It's it's always fluid. We've got more than forty eight hours to go here. Great so let's talk about just the first pick because you know the the betting odds are we saw a trevor lawrence at the jets. Pretty pretty extreme. But you know the pistons is whether it be doing their due diligence or whatnot. They've tried out a bunch of guys. How solid we with cunningham because there are reports of trade at least interest from other teams now not necessarily detroit but teams wanting to go up. Yeah i think pretty solid you know. I i think vegas has this one right You know i think cunningham will ultimately be the guy and you know even if it is like you know. Say detroit in this. I better say detroit. Is you know more interested in having moberly or jalen green and they wanna swap with houston houston to cunningham at number one i think ultimately cunningham is gonna go number one regardless. I feel like ninety nine percent. Pretty confident about that I think the league feels the same way but you know detroit doing their due diligence. I don't think it's more than that. We saw that basically a few

All of us don't know how do you feel that the percent chance you gave the super lead to get off the ground is gonna be true with the neither first percentage prediction. You've ever made that's correct made. I was absolutely buying on. Yeah never gonna happen and it was never going to happen. The confidence that would not been by the way you cannot just say about the shefrin. "The end of the super league as we go to air all the english teams have now pulled out dominating the headlines of course when you take a look at the uk media craig's the first time we've got you ought to come up is the prep marina socking fake news. This is i. I mean does the does the same that we used to have. Viscose folded blake cheap. Yeah visit quite incredible. And i think it's been amateur ish on the face of a and there's no point i green stop gone to nebraska and all that this is not. This hasn't imploded because of Putting boots hollering and yelling and running generally been you talked about this mugabe's to the haas big. It's not the only part but the people the supporters the public. The people are fed up getting fleeced here. Crocodile tears about the finances and the pandemic is f. None of them and businesses have not suffered in a pandemic restaurants bars lanes. These things of suffered greatly into here at that clone in madrid last night. Come and talk about saving football and all that sort of nonsense and it's all going to work and everybody's on board and the pandemic invest and not still shell crazy of money for agents fees and solid as and you know transfer fees and all that it just doesn't wash with people nothing the supporter street. This support of clubs particularly in england in and around. Europe seems of sean. The asked to have a voice. I think that is important. But would you know what made me laugh. But this whole thing to start with is when it started to leak out about the super league on sunday just about that time One of the worst teams are the twelve arsenal. What clawing back in ninety four equalizer at home a loaf i'll they she ida for look at the teams in this. No thank you know. Thanks and in the end yan. You've been extraordinarily vocal on social. Media is the first time you've been on this show since it was announced now since that it's died. Well it's official. Now go going through the whole police through. This is the worst own-goal in history of football. This is this is just terrible. You just think that these people they are in some areas doing well they owning a lot of money. They have all the franchises. They can do well and you think well they will have a great plan. They will have finances they would have some backing. They'll high some great lawyers will tell them. We can go all the way but then they just end up. Like travel is just like unbelievable. I will have a special mentioned today for the owners of the english club because we are the spanish club they have no money left sped that building a new stadium spending too much money unbelievable so the only thing that can save him to save them and him. This little man in madrid is the only thing that can save him is to make a super league english upset. Yeah that's a great idea. Let let the real madrid and barcelona have a chance to game to compete against us. It's just like unbelievable and agree with craig this power to the people. Hopefully they can use it. Because we've seen in germany. This fifty one rule maybe the primarily can say from will happen though. But i'm just saying would it be great to make a new system of that ownership thing and there are a lot of people now who is very wise professors going around now but we have to start with the ownership but this sit to purpose or whatever the primarily have owners anyone can own a primarily anyone can own a primarily club and we seem now anyone can now jay just briefly before we go with the boys just not the plunge him to be a super rich we're going to send florentino perez on some spanish television show where they had behind this off on the end of the pop go.

"How ever there. There are times where it just happens. It just happens because there's something's con vari- is just look. If you believe in luck. If you believe in luck song people so people will leave you. Create your own luck if that's the case. Hey salute you. I'm saluted you even though my hand is not up in the air and actually doing it. No i salute you. Because everybody can't think the same way you wish to go right ahead. i'm not going to judge you. I'm going to say a word to you about that. I'm just gonna say my agenda on super teams. Is this line talk if you don't like us and if you don't want a super take as probably because you're a team never became a super team. Your team hasn't come close to being a super team. Going to happen is just not going to happen. Basketball baseball football football soccer in usa. Football twice because i had to differentiate the two kinds of football forming a super team in football can happen. You're hasn't happened. Sorta can you win or are you more likely to win the super team in football. Not really do. I have numbers receipts to back all of this up. No am i just saying something to say somethin'. No this is my agenda on super teams. My agenda on super teamed. It is what it is. Now let's get down to a little bit more nuts and bolts of this whole super team argue met. I would if. I could go sport by sport team by team moment by moment instant by instant. But if i did that that'll be something else that keep me up in in right now. The only thing that keeps me up at night concerning the super teams as concerning the soup routine daddy's if we never have a super team mckeon if there's never ever ever ah super team again the problem for me. That is a huge problem for me. Because that means that they want the haters. The people day.

"Tension analogy once. Once again yeah In a hack mean it's obviously not not the same but but it probably six seven months. Now i've done a cold shower every day like i don't have. I don't have a deep freeze. But i've asana here so serving morning part of my routine. It's starting minutes in the sonnet. While i'm listening to an audio or doing something self-development immediately into cold cold for ninety seconds. Warm shower clean and then finish it off with another six hundred. I can have a cold. It's a game changer. I mean just for me just from a mental standpoint outside of the physiological benefits that you get from the mental side of just yet you want something hard every morning like you. Just carry that with you for the remainder of the day i mean. That's that's that's an added benefit for me but yeah all the other recovery geological stuff is amazing as well reading these days under. You're not a big time reader. I i listen to books One book i would recommend To everybody would be the divine fingerprint. Right now It's by keith craft. And it's really really cool. Book man at talks about How everybody were all ninety nine percent related and this is based upon like a study in switzerland that proved that were. There's only a one percent difference between me people from africa or you and people from mexico. And i believe that's the one percent and it talks about in this book. That's the one percent that you and i always always tried to hide. And now that you've really stepped into your real identity in you've activated that that uniqueness about yourself like your life is exploding right. But it wasn't until you like the weirdness about your stuff yourself you're like oh i don't want people know but now you're like that wariness about me. I'm going to celebrate it. And i'm going to share your life has never been the same right That's what this book is about. It's really really cool. So it's divine fingerprint by keith craft. An incredible and it's so true such. There's a reason why it's called the super human life We'll we'll get to that in a minute. Stephen his anton. I so appreciate you for for for what you're doing for which a put onto the world for forgiving us all your your time today. I mean this. This was jam packed from the minute. We hit record when we were just talking off line. All the way through the sewers just tremendous value. So i wanna acknowledge you man for for your openness invulnerability any we need. We need more men in like with with the reach ed in in in influence you have in the world to to have the conversation that we had today into to talk about some struggles in the places that we did. This is what what this is about. So this conversation changed my life. And i know it's going to change change. Many are so i presume you better for for that so we always bring it home with odin. I received that was bringing home here with with one final question that we like to ask everybody. Obviously we know the title of this show is the super human life in. It's it's it's really a you know. It's it's a cultivation of of my journey in in in my life living thirty five years trying to do issing all on my own struggled with addiction. Fear anxiety and all these other things and it wasn't until i stepped into who i was. It wasn't until. I stepped into who i was that i was able to break free of all of that. But it step into the light. That i knew i was created lynch. So when i talk about human life. I talk about it. More from a higher level Belief than an actual like the thing that you could walk away. But i always wanna get a our guest take on on living a super life so knowing how i view it knowing what the mission of the show is. How would steve weatherford define living superhuman rice. "Christian artist Like painting artists. His name is noah. Elias He writes books. He's just really really incredible guy. I had a conversation with them Because he knew he knew. I was a christian Any new i wanted more out of life. And i think holy spirit was was speaking to him and he explained to me the difference between when jesus is your savior and jesus is your lord. Jesus becomes our savior frank. That's when he comes in an inside of us in releases the shame and all of the guilt and the things that we've done and and he makes us a new thing like jesus does a new thing enough and that's when he becomes savior. That happened for me. When i was eleven and it felt amazing but then i went back to my old life and my old friends and i got conform to the patterns of this world right and then i had a renewal of my mind during this conversation with noah any said when jesus becomes your lord that's when he reigns supreme in every area of your life and and when i was eleven i didn't understand the relationship with jesus i only understood religion. I understood tin commandments and understood guilt and shame. Because i was breaking. Almost all of you know. I didn't kill people but all the other ones all the fun stuff. I was so good at it. So i had. I'd like to me going to church. I felt bad. And then you know you repent and then you'd leave leave you feel good if it was like the rotation week over week Which is different for you. Because you didn't grow up in church like me but this is this is what it became real to me when i got away from religion in having conversations with men like noah elias or other mighty men that are in my church or my mid working craft. You know for you. It's vince for me. It's keith craft and having conversations with those men just like you when you got with vince. You got around vince. Because you admired you know the success but you also said. There's something different about vince. Let me get around him. And then you saw the men that he had around him and it was probably the men he had around him. That really shifted things. You not just bits and that's how it happens. And that's how god moves mountains because men are willing to just get up and be used just like you. You're you're stepping out in bold faith to create a podcast senator around something that would scare you to death to talk about three years ago. But you know that. That's that's the number one thing. Ninety eight percent of men struggle with born. And you're you've got big enough stones frank that you're planting your flag and this is my mission to help men get set free from this and i know there's only one way they can do it. I don't know your curriculum. But jesus isn't in it. Put jesus senate frank. Let's go but he's he's one hundred percent at the top middle bottom of it in that the reason why we are here to help men break free from the shackles porn addiction through the power of faith in fitness. It's not finished in face. The fate comes first. Everything else is layered later underneath dead yet man for me. It definitely was was men men like this. But then vince plug me and and and introduced me to dan law gaining somebody. You're extremely close with. And i'm so i get. I get to speak to dan almost daily. It's like you probably live pretty close right. Wiki la's minutes from my house. I mean i spent easter with family. I watched the super bowl last year. This house we train at the gym. Same time but i refer to him as my water cooler talk. Sometimes i catch myself. You know where our deep in the conversation the gym beat myself up like oh you should be homework or doing something but realizing no when you got somebody like dan you got somebody building multiple businesses in somebody. That's you know sticking in connected with guys like joel wade in dance iceman and just what. They're doing with their podcast. No that's that is actually working because those little conversations little tweaks data's give me has has catapulted some excessive parents year so yet but it was. It was it was. It was in those relationships with guys. Like dan enjoyed in some of the other guys over at critical bench but it was in their acceptance of me. It's like it. I started like oh get. Frank come workout with us. Because you're big. Jackie seem like a guy to work out with. And then as i got through that later. Okay now come have lunch with us. Cable now come meet our families. Okay now come hang out at our house like as as i got closer closer. Elle's beginning to see the common theme. Which we you know. We talked about at the beginning. All these men living their life center for christ's i like then accepted into that was really began. E- eat away. It's like you gotta you gotta come clean about this. And then yet we talked about the whole moment with zack in a car and everything like that on on valentine's day but so important so important to be around the right type of man in inhabitant matter that are leading you so so you mentioned noah you mentioned you mentioned keyed are are there other guys that are you know editor your mentors. That are that are speaking to you whether you know. They're they're well known owner or guys kind of kind of behind the scenes. Everybody's a teacher for many bro. I mean that for real. Oh absolutely intentional. And strategic i mean i pay me and the man the by my mentor. The coaches me. Now pay fifteen hundred bucks an hour Deal i i wanna i wanna so where i wanna go. You know what i mean like want to have a marriage. I wanna have businesses. I wanna have real estate dealings. Wanna have relationships like keith craft so it costs if it costs me fifteen hundred bucks to get an hour of his time to get that playbook for him to tweet me and adjust me the same way when i was in the. Nfl has like seven coaches at any one. Time to perfect me. So i could put my best product out there. Does it not make sense for me to make money sell supplements take that money. Give it to keith. So he can coach me. So i can be the best me so everywhere that i go gets the benefit from that fifteen hundred bucks so to me like i know. That dynamic sounds totally weird. I'm like wait a minute. Three years four or five years ago if you said fifteen hundred dollars for an hour of somebody's time just to talk to you. What but it's because i wasn't a great listener. Then now you're interviewing me. And i think in like three notes from what you've said. I'm a learner man and so when you asked me like well who are the other guys. I truly really mean that. When i say everybody is a teacher for me but i also am intentional on strategic every tuesday morning at five thirty. Am i go to men's prayer. And i pray with a you know. Probably seventy five percent of those guys. I don't know their names. You know and so. I'm there to pray for them but i'm also there to get prayed for like you have no idea frank because you're so fresh in your faith Maybe you do. I'm not saying. I know you're you're walk but man i can't wait to to see god. Reveal himself to you the more you continue to chase. People like jal dan and myself and vince not were perfect. But dude our heart is after. Jesus christ and you know that and the more that you you got promote you into the rooms and into these these more rooms you're going to realize it's not about you getting into the room to learn from those people you're gonna realize some of those rooms that god's gonna promote you two are going to be rooms that you are the light that those people are supposed to see you know what i mean like the transformational story that you have is so much more valuable than those than those businesses of those people have built in the wisdom that you'll learn from the bible and the men that that like joel and these other guys that are in the bible in hard after christ in have great mentors. Also you're gonna learn so much wisdom that you're going to be able to share with those different entrepreneurs that is going to blow their mind. They're going to say things like. Hey how did you know that oh well. It's only the oldest frequent bestselling book. There is breath. I'll send you a copy. Love love love. Love it so fallen out with when everybody. Everybody being being a teacher to you. I know one thing that.

"Payton award recipient in the list goes on and on and on and on. But i'm curious though and i wanna take this back to little st because growing up by no little. Steve had a dream to be a professional athletes. Just like myself just like millions of other boys growing up in this world both from from the time that we grew up. I'm sure still still today. Maybe not so much. I don't know how that is. But you know. When steve was back there he was one hundred thousand. He had a dream of playing in in professional sports. What was it about little steve. In what was it about. Steve through his growth that separated him. We're talking millions of kids. Have this dream. A plane of professional sport veered few actually get to to fulfil wanna get. I wanna start here if kanye. What was that separated for perceive growing up in house. That really helped you in everything that you're doing through your career in today's a world as well when you were a typically. I do podcasts. Frank i i have a in and paper because i have. Adhd i wanna be a really present. Lister you giggle about it. But it's real talk. Like i have a wife and children gonna have a six and i. I haven't actually announced that on social media yet. So i don't know in this. Podcasts comes out. But i'm having another son. Wow what can either like yes. Oh my pointed mentioning that is is i. Keep a pen and paper Very handy with me. Because i know have. Adhd when people are talking. I want to make sure. I don't forget what i'm going to say. And that negatively affects my ability to listen. I say that to say this as you were saying that i wrote down the word perseverance Because that that was the word that initially popped into my mind. When i was asking myself the question i thought that you were gonna ask me and and right before you finish. Ask of asking the question. I wrote down obsession. Because i think it so much deeper than perseverance for To go from one hundred eight pounds thirteen years later being the fittest man in the nfl. And that wasn't even a an award that that they had. Before i got it like they created it for me because i was such a. You know a fitness freak in in the nfl. Not that weren't other freaks. But i was like on magazine covers and stuff so my my point to that is like how does something like that happen. How does somebody go from being. You know maybe deficient in an area to extraordinary excellent in an area. And i wish i could give you like a a three step process to. But i'm i'm here to speak my truth rank in this because i just got obsessed In i believe for us. We're all obsessed like we all had the ability to obsess and if we think about a lot of the times our obsession shows up in different ways and a lot of us. Don't realize it but right now we are so obsessed with what people think about us like so obsessed were way more obsessed with that than what we are fulfilling our destiny or a truly reaching our goals in living our best life like think about it when we wake up in the morning and and. I'm sure that you've you've had people that have been in your life. Take freaking hour to get ready right. We're missed to me. I'm thinking might not that. I don't struggle with judgments of other people but maybe not. I don't take an hour to leave the house. Think about how much light you're missing out on because you are so worried about your airbnb. Perfect in your makeup being perfect. And what shoes should i wear. But i've been in that place to like. Why do you think. I got to the point where i was two hundred forty one pounds like five point seven percent body fat and not taking steroids that is complete and utter obsession. Like i don't. I don't know if my genetics would have let me get any bigger. I had pretty much maxed out. Because i was so obsessed with it. And then you get to that point frank and you're like i don't feel any different about me. I don't think my body can actually get that much bigger bigger or leaner and then if you get into drugs then there's that whole slippery slope wasn't really getting into bodybuilding. But i didn't feel any better about me. It was the same thing for winning super bowl. I always thought if i got to the nfl. I feel better about myself and infill worthy and feel valuable. But that didn't happen. Well maybe if i get to the four four years in the nfl Because the league averages three point one and then you get there and you know it still didn't click whatever the quickest supposed to happen that maybe we're hoping and dreaming for and then i went super bowl. Then you get there and then you realize i don't have it now man. There's only a couple more goals left in the nfl. Let me play for ten years now because that's double digits in and hardly nobody place for a decade in the nfl. Then you do that and then you realize this ain't gonna get it done either. I'm not gonna go another five or ten years. So i retired at that point and if i just look back on my life i just been constantly seeking right and i believe frank. That's how you are as well is. Is you find something that you think is the thing and then you obsess on it and for you and i was like women and we're like hall man. Do this feel so good. When i'm with women. It feels so good to be desired. Feel so good to physically be with them and then you get into the routine and then there's this this This hunter then you go out to the bar and you're not going to the bar to have a good time anymore. You're hunting you've become like this. This is what makes you feel good about you is your conquering being with another woman. And then there's drugs then you obsess about drugs because they make dopamine. Go off in your brandon if feel so good and it makes some of the other things that that you feel. Shame and guilt about it makes them go away for awhile and then you get obsessed on that but every time you do a drug frank. It doesn't feel as good as the first time you did it. And now for the first time in your life. Frank you have found something that you can get up szeswith in every time you go back to it. It gets better. It is not a depreciating asset. And you're no longer a depreciating asset. 'cause every year that you and i get older our body ages and we are becoming less effective to do what we wanna do but when we are rooted in something that's everlasting we are actually gaining wisdom gaining in influence it en- gaining in power as we age. That's something i want to get up szeswith. And so that's why. I have decided that my life mission is no longer sullen supplements and helping men in fitness programs and open men and women get better apps and bigger arms. Because that's like putting a bandaid on a gunshot wound. Now i know grow. I'm like i'm out of the matrix. I want other people to know what i know in feel how i feel and not be able to have to carry around the shame and the guilt of all of the heinous things that we've done all of the women that i've been with all of the drugs that i've done the way that treated my girlfriend who became my fiance. Who is now my wife like. There's so much shame and guilt and like undeserving feeling that. I just carried with me for so long and i couldn't earn my way out of it. There was only one solution because the drugs would wear off. And so the the solution that i'm talking about. Thank you guys. Know where i'm going man. It wasn't religion. It was when i stepped into relationship.

I know oh not everybody is going to want to work with a coach not GonNa want to admit that they had this issue. So that's you and you're not ready to hire somebody eighty or work with somebody or joining Accountability Group. You still can't rely one hundred percent on just your own quote unquote willpower. Because I don't even know what that means you've been participating in this activity this habit for months weeks years a lifetime so you just all of a sudden make a decision to stop and that's GonNa be the ET. Try asking an alcoholic how that worked for them. One day. I just decided I was GONNA stop drinking a quart of whiskey every day. Try asking an and added a heroin addict to Coke Attic. I'm not telling you exactly where you need to go but being real with you if you're trying to make a change in your life if you're trying to restructure who you are. I don't believe that there's any better or smarter way to go about doing this. In finding the person that has gone through the journey themselves and can show you the steps. I'm sure you all know who Tony Tony Robbins is. If you don't look Anthony Robbins. Tony Robbins one of the world's leading motivational speakers. Best Time Selling author sells out stadiums. Thirty thousand plus plus travels the world. Speaking billionaire he says you want to be successful. Find somebody that has already achieved what you want to achieve in model. What what they did? He doesn't say you want to be successful. Put your head down in rely on your willpower to do the work because what what does the work you need to do. You need to have a plan need to have a process in place so if you've acknowledged in your life that there's something that's holding you back from becoming who. Oh you were created the be the man that you WanNa be the man that you were designed to be the man that is here to lead his life to lead his family to lead himself off into creating his own superhuman. If you've acknowledged that there's something that you're doing meth preventing you from becoming that. Congratulations because that's step number. One the acknowledgement. But but now you need to go find a coach mentor. Friend partner therapist professional like like I don't care who it is But put your trust and confidence in somebody else to guide you through the way. Is this making sense guys. I know what it's like. I know when you look in the mirror and you see a lesser version of yourself. Then who you know you're supposed to be I also know what it's like to be scared to feel guilt to be ashamed to not want to reach out to raise your hand and say I don't have the answers. I know what that feels feels like and lifted for close to two decades and you know when my life changed when I put my hand up and said I don't have all the answers. I don't know what I'm supposed post to do. This was me broken rock bottom literally on the floor so my hope is the navy something in this episode resonated with you. Here's the thing is if if if that is you if that is where you're at if that is the thoughts that are going through your mind on a daily basis. I want you to know that it's okay. We don't have all the answers nor should we. And if the person that you open up and share with is going to judge judge you then. That person doesn't belong in your life. You have to surround yourself with the right people the right people that are gonNA lift you up that are going to feed into you can support Tortue. They're going to put their arm around you. Just like Zach. Zinnias did to me and they're going to say it's okay brother not feels like to but together we're going it gets you through this and it's probably going to be uncomfortable. Probably going to be difficult. If quitting porn was easy there wouldn't be an epidemic in the world comedienne that are ruining their lives that are ruining their marriages that are losing their careers that are losing their businesses. If it wasn't a challenge the problem wouldn't exist. The question is are you ready to step up and face the challenge overcome. It's become a better version of who you are and become the niche. You are supposed to be. Are you ready for that because if you are then the tools are ready you in available to you. But you're not gonNA be able to do it based purely on willpower mean so many statements out there not having a plan is planning to fail or failure to plan is planning to fail whatever whatever whatever. I'm not going to sit here in out all of these motivational quotes. You can go on Google and find them for you but study the any person that's been successful in anything that they've done in their life. It doesn't matter what it is physical. Transformation cheating degree graduate. Wait starting a business progressing and advancing through your company. We just had the super bowl here last weekend you know. Do you think the Kansas City chiefs went into that game hoping that they were GonNa win days purely on their willpower to make the right decisions and the game. No they worked for two weeks will they worked for years to get to the point where they could even be in the NFL but then collectively as a team. Once they got into the Super Bowl they spent twelve fourteen six eighteen hours every single day preparing breaking down film putting strategy in place relying on their coach's relying on their superiors to show them the path and then once it was game time all they had to go out and do was execute on it. Rely rely on their discipline. Rely on their abilities discipline and willpower. I think are are are two different things. Discipline is the ability to follow through an execute upon the plan. That's been given to you. Willpower is the hope that you're GonNa have the strength to not do something and guys in my opinion. I mean that's just not a good plan to have so probably somewhat of a rant in ramble and I hope it all came together and somewhat made sense crawler view. But but if you're in the place right now in your life where you know there's something going on that is preventing you from being who you were meant to be and you're ready to make the change reach out to me finding on Instagram at the freemen frank in send me a DM with the word rebuild. I don't think that if there's something larger than you that is in control of your life. I just don't believe that relying sheerly on your willpower. One hundred percent is going to be enough. "Yeah the The a detail at which you are able to articulate some of these experiences is incredible and Guys if you want to read just a an eye opening book Just just just an incredible story a making my way through it. I you know I've I've scanned through it quite a bit and I'm definitely going to sit down and read it from front to back. Because it's it's ripping and just some of some of your storytelling here There's a there's a point in the book where you You talk about how you are at In events and it was a I believe it wasn't events Montana rescue mission in there was a the doctor that was giving a speech in talks about spirits. It take us. Take us through that a little bit if you can You know setting the background background and then You know take us through that story and and and how that has been transformational for you because that was one of the stories that I read that I was like as has. I'm as I'm reading it. It's like it's all resonating and it's like it's just to me it's just resonating so deeply. C Walk US through the story with the doctor and in spirits. Yeah so he He was a guest speaker. Wasn't necessarily put on by the rescue mission. I actually just lived at the rescue mission. Goes down down the street at this park work on but it was put on by multiple different nonprofits that were in that area that we're helping addicts and he was the guest speaker in what he taught in front of these. Two or three hundred people was basically that everything on the planet has a spirit attached to it whether it's whether it's the grass in the appealed or the tree or the dark one's like cocaine and he actually went through the process of the spirit of cocaine and how much how much darkness is attached to it and to each kilo of cocaine that makes it into the user's hands has gone through. Murder Order has gone through. Greed has gone through. Lies has gone through all of these different things so this spirit that's attached to cocaine is very very heavy and dark But he was he was teaching was that you have to like. If you're addicted to cocaine you have to break agreement that you have with it. Where where you're using using it to to get high you have to make a new agreement with this spirit of cocaine so that it stops haunting you in a way where you have is to use it? So basically. He was teaching how to be friend. These spirits in a different way. He was teaching how to use them for to get. Get yourself clean and sober so I remember I was sitting here. I was like holy cow. That's because I'm I'm a crackhead a tweeter a junkie. You know all these different things are addicted to and he's talking about there being spirits attached to all different kinds of like greed and lust. And all this stuff so I shoot my hand up and everybody looks over at me and so it causes him to look over and he's like a question was like yeah well. Isn't there one like all powerful good force that you can talk to that that trump's all these evil forces because let's say you deal with crack cocaine meth and heroin heroin lying and lust and all these things. Couldn't you just talk to the one good one and the whole crowd was like Whoa Catholic. That's a good question. And then He. He was like he was like well. The only one that's ever been able to do that. It's Jesus right and I was like. Yeah so he finishes his speech and then I'm over there. Talking Talking Doctors Booth is non profit was not this time. I'm like twenty six or twenty seven days clean and sober. Like I'm I'm getting really close to that thirty day. Mark Super Stoked about it and and his assistant comes over and testing on the shoulder and says that he's granted me a mini session with him and remember looking over and across the field at this Gazebo with with these concrete. Like you know what apartments like concrete pillars heading up a blue metal roof right and the sun was coming down down in. The shadow was over casting in a underneath in the in the Gazebo. And it was just him sitting in there with his back base to meet and share like this in a chair sitting sitting right in front of him and I started walking cool and I go over and I sit down and dude I remember shaking his hand and I- consciously. We knew that his hand was cold. I don't use this dudes name in the book because I don't want I don't know what kind of backlash can happen from using a dude named talking about this like I shook his head and for the next big teen minutes he starts teaching me how to summon Demons Dude. How talk to them how to how to offer things to them he he starts? He starts teaching me that They love they love food. So like whenever you eat and you know you know how Christians are supposed to give thanks to God when you eat and in praise him and thank you for the Futon. Eat He teaches to take a little sprinkle of food and set next to your plate and thanked the spirits for for being in your life and offer them that food and then he says what they love. The most is water. They love water because they're constantly walking around and and they're thirsty and then this is all this biblical Bro. It's biblical that they. When they cast out they go through water? This land surging water at the time. I wasn't discerning to that. But then as he starts teaching me this I he started like leaning in. I was leaning into listening because I was like this is is cool. And there was a shadow underneath his eye and it came out of his face and the demon was right behind came. An inch to the two inches out of his face was in front of his face. There were dark black eyes a mouth that had like like this a white teeth but black like shadow just came out of him and then came back in and he was like what they really love is water just offer them. Water opened the water. Take a SIP. Set it next to you. Say That's them. Don't touch it again and they'll do anything you want and because at this time dude I'm not I I know God I know. Oh Jesus but I don't realize the reality of the spiritual realm broken and I didn't have that discernment at the time of what what I was seeing. I didn't I didn't know what was actually witnessing it was just you know another thing but I went strengthen there and I went to the Crystal Lounge Casino. I had twenty dollars to my name. I put it down down on the poker table and I had ten three off suit. I offered my watered it to the spirit of gambling Senate next to me and I went all in with ten ten three off suit and the flop came out ten ten three and I was sold cured amazing and the species but yes so you see something there that that this was now you're in in Daytona five twenty six I know for you that that that that journey that road to thirty was kind of a reoccurring thing within within linnea. There are multiple times where you were in and out of recovery going through different stages of recovery two years ago. You know. We're we're we're just upon your your two year mark here which which we touched on at the beginning of the show us through some some of those some of those recovery points. Where you you'd gotten to this point but you felt that still still holding on onto you in two years ago did did it all change for you and what was? What was the big kind of change in your life that has now led you to the point where you're at today? Yes so this this time right now is the first time I've ever actually gotten thirty days. Clean its own There was one time where I got fifty nine days but I didn't realize that you can't get you couldn't smoke weed and drink a little bit in those fifty nine days. I didn't actually get on but what changed in. I don't know how to explain it to somebody that hasn't been through it but an addict gets how hard it is to stop an addict. Someone that is addicted addicted or has been addicted knows what it's like to want to stop so bad worse than anything else in your life and being unable to to not shoot up or not smaller snort. Whatever you're doing like it's it's just so difficult in that moment? What what changed for me? I was I got to a point where I no longer wanted to live. But I couldn't kill myself I tried and I just wasn't able to and I didn't WanNa keep using so I got to this point where I no longer wanted to live but I couldn't stop living so I literally I earnestly called out to God. I told him my like. Just let me die. Because I can't do this anymore. I can't live. I can't I can't keep using. I can't stop using can't die. Just just let me please on. And then he had that experience I talk about it in. The book was gone at that moment. Let's haven't drank or used since then and then you hear a few days later is when I actually like physically met Jesus like met him in the flesh rush while I was awake and everything on in just a moment in the bathroom with the the syringes in two arms is that that is that that story or is there a different different different one. Okay yeah so I actually am. I hop I'm five days clean and sober and I am talking to my best friend. Brendan he's sitting across from me. This is after I had the dramatic experience with God when I asked him to kill me. and Brendan is leader. My Bible study and he's sitting across from he's telling me You know talk in Lebanon each other whatever and then I get a text message on my at home and I just haven't on. I opened it up for my dote dealer. He's like hey man I just got some new stuff. It's really good. I'll give you a free twenty to try out. Indeed Spirit comes on me enters into my body from my head all the way down into my toes into my fingertips I feel it and then I lose my peripheral vision isn and all I can see as my phone and then my thumb start texting back in. It's not metex to you. It's in King. James Rhodes like you shall not checks to me again again Dow and it's just like crazy wording and then at the end of the text message it says in fear the pain..

"Like a plumber so the first dedicated mario game mario brothers not super just mario brothers they decided well if he's a plumber will put them underground to do something with pipes and so we played this you hadn't played it before now the original non super mario brothers which i concur it's very non super when you play the original game with luigi and mario running around pipes try not to get crabs literally trying to the station that all makes sense with my recollection of a too because i wasn't aware that that was was with the same dude in donkey kong as in super nintendos super mario brothers by time you're played super mario brothers it's like hey wait mario that will take the same guy from donkey kong and it turns out sure that can be what they rode into the history i'm not sure that they knew that mario was going to become this generation spanning lovable character that still has just as much clout today's he did in 1993 he i would put my money on the eighth day eight was the one that i have stuffed animal for the eight was the one who i bought the cereal four if they were going to launch the any acid 1985 i would think they'd make super donkey kong keep in mind when i bought my nintendo though i didn't get super mario brothers i got giro might and duck hunt twofer yeah that that was because you bought the super said that had all the extra joys eventually i finally got super mario brothers and i think that is the game that made him the household name that game is fun as hell i played that so much as a kid and i still i'm playing it now and i remember going home from school every night and finding warped zones are trying to get lives in the going to school the next day and talk with my friends and like do you know if you jump on this turtle shelled right here just the right way you can get a hundred free lives in the going home getting those 100 free lives and beating the game i mean it was addictive and fun and that's what made the fact that he came from donkey kong is coincidence iras.
