A Nation in Crisis Is Not a Nation Prepared for War

"Start with cut 67 Biden on Russia invading Ukraine saying it depends on what it does. It's one thing if it's a minor incursion cut 67. So I think what you're going to see is that Russia will be held accountable. If it invades and it depends on what it does, it's one thing if it's a minor incursion, and then we end up having to fight about what to do and not do, et cetera. So that's all of a sudden where the neoconservatives and the media began to lose their mind. Now, Biden plays the role of a neocon. He doesn't even do that well. He doesn't even do the war mongering thing well. He contradicts the own regime's narrative that they want to go to war with Russia. Now, I have my own personal opinion of kind of Joe Biden's. Let's say 45 years in D.C. that I think he deep down knows that a ground war with Russia is actually really bad for his presidency right now, and I think deep down he's wrestling with that. I think deep down Joe Biden and Jill Biden are trying to push back against the Jake Sullivan Jen Psaki, the Tony blinken and the Lloyd Austin kind of beat the drums of war that we need to kind of posture and send tomahawk missiles to some meadow in western Russia to prove how strong we are or whatever it is the national security establishment does. Now, I'm no fan of Russia. And we've gone through this in great detail. But a nation in crisis is not a nation prepared for war. I want to say that again, a nation in crisis that we are, we are not prepared nor should we be prepared. To try and deter, which comes from a Latin word push back or to reject Vladimir Putin's incursions on Ukraine.

"Joe Biden came in and immediately killed the Keystone XL pipeline killing thousands of high paying union jobs It's about energy and dependence And then he okayed the Russian oil and gas pipeline going to Germany because that helps out Russia and Putin Remember Hunter Biden got three and a half $1 million from the wife of the mayor of Moscow but pay no attention to that That's not a news story No controversy there He okayed the pipeline had undermines NATO because NATO was stood up was created the North Atlantic Treaty Organization to stare down and oppose Russia and the Soviet Union And that's Vladimir Putin is doing what he can to reconstitute the Soviet Union which he called the collapse of the Soviet Union The greatest or one of the greatest tragedies of the 20th century All that good stuff So he's helping out Russia and Putin and undermining NATO by okaying the gulf what Nordstrom two pipeline And undermining the United States and energy independence by doing away with the Keystone XL pipeline and all those thousands of union jobs They lie to you about how many jobs were involved And no there were only 7 jobs They literally came up with ridiculous numbers like that Well now a new story popped yesterday not because of the funnies at The Washington Post or anything But a memo was uncovered And the Jake Sullivan the national security adviser to the current president of the United States On the need for reliable and stable global energy markets And now you see the Biden White House is going to OPEC The organization of petroleum exporting countries And that would be Saudi Arabia to Venezuela and a number of countries in between And they're asking OPEC to increase

But talk to Joe, who's a former special counsel himself, former U.S. Washington attorney, U.S. attorney for D.C.. He said these indictments, the level of detail in these indictments, especially the most recent one of danchenko, speak to a very serious individual who's going to get to the bottom of it. You've been there. You uncovered the Russia hoax for the house. What's your reaction to the recent developments on Capitol Hill? Yeah, look I think that John Durham is spot on track. As a former federal prosecutor, too, who brought these types of large scale fraud conspiracy cases, I spent three four 5 years sometimes working up a case in John Durham is working on the biggest scandal in the United States presidential history. And in two years, he's got three indictments. And the other thing about these indictments, he's connected the DNC to the corruption at the FBI to the corruption of their lawyers to now directly corrupting or expose enough nature of Christopher steel in the source. And normally these indictments are about two, three, four, 5 pages long. 40 page indictment. Yeah. Issues on the latest go round because John Durham is speaking to the public. Biden slips into political quicksand amid Haitian migrant buildup

"Starting off the show. Tonight we have a discussion about joe biden. Apparently he's doing more deportations than trump specifically deporting more asylum seekers than trump did well. Yeah we don't have the other categories of deportations as the numbers that That we came across. And it's a shocking number. I don't know the entire number. But i have here the us Moved over six thousand. Haitian asylum-seekers from the border at del rio so that's just haitian asylum-seekers just recently with you know the whip's did see that. Oh i saw that very scary stuff. There was ice agents. I guess they're ice. Sported patrol agents. Scroll on horseback whipping people catalyst. Yeah like cadillac. Wrangling them with whips and hitting them with the long whip. It looked incredibly frightening and in and scary to be in that situation with a bunch of armed men on horses attacking people who are just trying to escape the hellish life of living in haiti. And do you think the biden voters expected this to happen because the people on the left like biden love to position themselves as the friend of the immigrants they acted like trump was the worst for immigration and right immigration. I mean right. When joe biden got elected like somebody. I know got a deportation letter. Just and they're telling him oh. It's been a lot worse recently under biden. They told him that his friends sorry like his friends. That like is also a legal immigrant. Types may know some other people like that well according to the same place that you're looking here. It's says twitter account. Aj plus they're citing cnbc saying that biden is using what's called title forty two to expel asylum-seekers without a right to a hearing so you know what asylum is right. Yeah when you leave somewhere that is you're gonna die there or they're gonna put you in prison for the rest of your life or thereafter you for for whatever reason and the numbers here are just shocking. According to cnbc under trump and remember trump had four full years. And we're not even through year number one biden four hundred and forty th over four hundred. Forty thousand people were Were expelled under this title. Forty two during the trump administration and six hundred ninety thousand have been expelled under the biden administration under title forty two so that's a tremendous level of increase because if if biden is able to keep up the same amount over the next three years. Yeah he'd be like twenty four hundred weight. It was six hundred ninety thousand right now so yeah that'd be well over two million people well so you know that is just absolutely horrifying because these people if they are indeed being prosecuted or persecuted. They're going to be sent back to likely their deaths or likely to a prison cell. Yeah it's probably worse for you if you try to leave and then they find out about that absolutely it is. Let's see there's other story here from cnbc biden. Administration appeals judges order. This is from less than a week ago to stop. Expelling migrants under trump era pandemic policies. So there was a judge who said they need to stop using title forty. Two and biden is appealing so this is yet another example of how joe biden is more like trumpy than the trump haters thought. That trump was like people hated trump for all these different reasons and biden has continued trump's policies and crank them up. Yeah my friend. Sent me this weird video of biden today. It was him when he was younger. You know he. He's always been in government office. So i don't know what his title was at the time but he was being interviewed. Probably a senator or something. Yeah and he was saying he was saying. What do people think. I care more about bosnia than haiti because it's white people in bosnia and it's you know black people in haiti and then he just went on and said well if haiti sank into the ocean. I wouldn't care just like that was his answer to that was like what is that supposed to mean. Well i'll tell you clear what it means. It means he has no empathy right to say that about another an entire group of people living somewhere on the planet to say they just if they just all died one day he would have no concern whatsoever for that and you juxtapose that against what he says while he's running for office which is to make himself seem like this all caring. Oh the democrats we care about people that's clearly. Bs tel aviv From penn and teller thought he was going to heal us all with his love. Is that what taylor said. Y- you read that on the show. And through the prism of what the twenty twenty four america look like and so to the extent that there is reporting in the book. And there's there's a decent amount of it that comes from the time of trump's presidency but even before that it's really about how a lot of the republicans that want to run for president twenty twenty four. "Folks the big deal about this indictment yesterday of this Clinton associated lawyer in the collusion, hoax case, the big deal about it. It's not that they lied. All right, Hillary Clinton lies like you know. How do you know Hillary Clinton lying? Right? You know, the Joker mouth is moving. Hillary Clinton lies about everything. Ellery Clinton would lie about her first and last name if she had. I mean, Hillary Clinton hasn't told the truth about anything of significance. At any point in life. That's not the shocker. Oh, they lied and made up the collusion hoax that Trump was communicating with the Russian bank and a secret server that was all made up that that's not shocking, like I'm sorry. It's not. That's not the surprising part. Hillary lies about everything that's just who Hillary is. She's a loser like she lies about everything. The reason they're in trouble is didn't only lie about it making up Trump's quoting with the Russians on the server, they had a lawyer. A bunch of lawyers passed this information. It appears from his allegations in the indictment had that the person the FBI That that opened up this international investigation about collusion hoax that never had a shred of evidence to it ever now. I've been. I've been reading to you Some of the highlights from the indictment and they are stunning, including that there was a tech executive involved in this scheme to frame Donald Trump. We have a good idea who he is. I mean, really, how big was this conspiracy? The media was involved. I've got highlights of that coming up soon. Do you want to see all the media idiots that got caught propagating this obvious hoax and they got caught willingly, folks. They knew they were lying and making it up the meteor liars. They knew it. Let's not pretend like Oh golly, they just happened to get caught by mistake. Natasha Bertrand Moscow, Rachel Maddow. Wolf Blitzer, Um Jake Sullivan, the current national security advisor. They all got their all recorded digitally recorded forever propagating the Alfa Bank Cox that this Russian bank was the secret back channel for Trump and Putin.

"Sullivan. Prime time it is So Hey, Laura, you're still listening. I, um we're already in that economy where a lot of people are not listen to this Rutgers University. Now, Most of the universities out there have said you're not coming to class. If you are not vaccinated. Yeah. I mean, that's what there are. They're already saying that So Rutgers University. Where's my Rutgers? They are barring Unvaccinated students get this. That's one part There's a lot of universities are doing that. They're they're barring unvaccinated students from attending virtual classes. Uh huh. I can't. I try not to laugh. They are banning students at Rutgers. If from virtual classes like this one guy Logan hauler is 22. He says. All my classes were remote. He lives 70 miles from the Rutgers campus, so he takes classes online. Studies not been vaccinated. He's only studying virtually from home. And Rutgers told him I'm sorry. You're not allowed to take the virtual class. You are not vaccinated. So they locked him out of his email and his related accounts when he went to go pay his tuition. He was told he needed to be vaccinated, even though he has no plans to attend in person. I don't know how so I don't know what we're gonna do. We're going to be I thought I thought the stadiums for the college football games were were terrific. There may be so happy to see because it looked like it used to look It was life before the pandemic. It looked normal and people were out there having a good time. And were they worry mess? No. No mass. Hacked into a stadium. So the guy's father Who the father has been vaccinated Studies dumbfounded, he says. I believe in science. I believe in vaccines. But I am highly confident that Covid 19 and variants do not travel through computer monitors by taking online classes. He chose to remove himself from an online camp on from on campus experience so he would not need to be vaccinated. So this is how crazy people are doing making decisions. So somebody at Rutgers made this decision. Rutgers spokeswoman Dori Devlin. Insists that the university has provided comprehensive information direction of students to meet the vaccine requirements. She says, Uh, the policy differentiates between the Foley online degree granting program and classes that are fully remote but part of the course where other students are on campus. So are these these things He's like Auditing? Is that what he's doing? I know that I know what they're doing. You can, you know, you know exactly what they're doing. They're making it so difficult for people that are not vaccinated. I think they're making them dig in their heels. I think there's a lot of you that are not vaccinated that really this isn't the end of the world for you. This is it. Whatever. But since they're telling you, you have to You have a rebellious streak and you're saying I'm not going to Well, I think there's a lot of people that are not getting vaccines because they just rebelling. Don't think they're anti-vaxxers. I don't think they're I think they're anti Telling me what to do. So how long is this going to last? Laura? I don't know how long will we adapt, she says. I think we already are. I look at this is still this is all being written as we go there, making this policy stuff up as they go. If you're a business And you have a requirement that everybody be vaccinated or they are no longer employed. Well, the marketplace will take care of that if you get a bunch of people that leave You may go. Oh, Yikes. Now we got to go out and hire people. That's uh That's expensive, takes time. It's going to hurt our productivity. Maybe I'll change the rules. If you have some really top people that work for you, just one or two or three top people that don't get vaccinated. What are you going to do? You're going to change the rules, Probably And I think we're learning to live with each other. We went around all last week had a great time. I'm sure we were around people that were not vaccinated. My wife's vaccinated. I'm back my daughter's vaccinated, so we We weren't freaking out. I don't know how long this goes. But this is absolutely crazy for Rutgers to say you can't have an online course. Idaho hospitals. Idaho What's going on in Idaho? Hospitals are beginning to ration health care. It is weird how There's places that are. I'm shocked. There are the numbers are huge back when huge days when everybody was freaking out. But nobody's freaking out anymore. Anyway, the president on Thursday night is third. I shouldn't say night. He made deliver this in the afternoon. So that he doesn't interfere with NFL kickoff. And I don't know how late Joe stays up. I was surprised to see he was at the White House this morning. I saw the Temporary flight restrictions overwhelming tonight and they were supposed to go until noon today, so obviously he went back to the White House. Last night, maybe I'm not sure I don't follow him that closely. We've got 9 11 coming up on Saturday. Um Locally. Uh, they're all the local stations are doing. Specials. Every day every night. "There's put enormous pressure even on the most conscientious of media outlets to get it. I without necessarily getting right. And this is a phenomenon that has accelerated over the last twenty years and it's true some newsrooms care more about that than others and certainly online publishers. Some care little and maybe some care non about that but it does now a fact of our world that the newtown square is the internet and the internet is driving getting information out the door without fact check even putting pressure on the most reputable of of institutions. The second point against responding to anelle is. I don't think that We are in a situation. Where a four members of the court would have the stomach to take on this iconic times at least the extended it covers Public officials high public officials But i do think that. I have no crystal ball. But we have elena kagan's article she wrote when she was a law professor Twenty five years ago and and we have justice. Thomas who's been a warrior pushing in this direction For several years now now just a score situ has turned out to be a relatively on a classic Justice on the court not entirely predictable given and despite his so conservative leanings. He he's a really bright guy and he's just saying let's have this conversation. Let's take a case the shows maybe the times these oliver has Extended too far and in that case we can nail down and show our present fealty to the core concepts of new york kind of solve in the says that libel actions against high public officials should be almost impossible to recover. And i don't think that that would be An invitation to go and dismantle. Your time's out piece by piece. One thing though jeff. I think that's important again. It's a to by ronel and that is a. There's no doubt about it that even if live along was fixed perfectly in some way if i were the nine just the i could find just the right balance of interest here. This information on the internet go away. She's absolutely right that the problem is much bigger than what goes is printed on the web pages of newspapers and magazines on the evening news. That said the problem. Most everybody agrees is with section two thirty of the federal communications decency act which says the facebook and other platforms. You have no responsibility for what gets posted on your platforms and that has has been basically throwing gasoline on this fire and i would love congress to come back and modify sexual thirty but congress can't even agree to fix potholes so i'm not going to hold my breath. That remedy is coming soon. But i would love to see that. And if i had to rank which ones were more important than short-term i say second to third renou raises a series of other questions that might be relevant to stopping online disinformation including reexamining section. To thirty as you think about the effect of changing new york times v sullivan. What does the international experience. Tell us In britain. Prince harry famously called the first amendment bonkers recently for allowing criticism of public visuals like himself in britain. He threatened to sue papers for similar criticism. Speech less free and disinformation less rampant in britain and europe. Where it's easier to bring these suits and and what can the international experience. Tell us about reexamining times. Because i think it's a really good question. And it's a point that a lot of folks have made in suggesting that there would be no great harm to american democracy in scaling back the sullivan protections or eliminating sullivan in its entirety because our our fellow democracies in the world the candidate is and uk's of the world are thought of as a democracy enhancing and speech protective without the standard. I mean the the the short answer is that those countries do not have a constitutional first amendment. We we we have long. Since determined that american free speech and fresh values will be elevated that they will trump other competing values in a wide variety of ways. And we've decided this not just as a constitutional matter but as a political matter congress in twenty ten in an act called the speech act. Bipartisan congress unanimously concluded passed a statutory provision that indicates that we will not enforce the libel judgments of those countries that. Do not recognize this sullivan standard. That is that our our free speech norms here our constitutional norms and the value. That we place on that protection from those who Continue to perform that press. Function is important enough to us in our american style. Free speech framework that that we will insist upon it. And it's a way that we've distinguished ourselves from the rest of the world and it would work a fairly radical change to the american first amendment scaffolding for sullivan to be reconsidered. Thanks so much for that. Well it is time for closing arguments in this really provocative and limiting discussion. David the first one is to you. Tell we the people listeners. Why you agree with justice gorsuch. That new york times should be reconsidered. In light of new technologies a functioning democracy must have a basic consensus on. What is real. What is fake. And the way to make such terminations This was recognized decades ago by philosophers people. Really think hard about how democracy works and new york times sullivan. In its old reimagining of the first amendment protections has played a really fundamental a positive role in encouraging robust debate on our country over the last fifty five years that said the extensions beyond your times are far less convincing to me and justice gorsuch sediment opinion. Should we have a conversation about this new york times wine cases. is not written in stone. The constitution this is a dissonant isn't evolving document. Contrary to what a thomas says and should in the first amendment be at least cognizant of a change democracy and change media environment As we go forward. And i don't think he's saying or am i saying there's any specific silver bullet here in libel law but just saying don't touch the new york times line of cases because their sancrosanct is not in my judgment in his judgment The right way to go to try and find the right balance between robust press Personal rotation and our democracy. All the last word is to you. Please tell we the people listeners. Why you think on balance that reexamining newer times is not the best way to deal with disinformation in an age of new technologies. I think it will always be true that we have to map old legal doctrine onto new factual terrain. And this might be particularly true in this area of media law and first amendment analysis where the ways that we communicate about each other and with each other shift significantly from generation to generation scholars and commentators in this space have been saying for well. Now that it's really important to think carefully about how principles announced in the old media era should apply to the new media age. But there's a difference between on the one hand Sort of assessing. How long standing doctrinal principles play out in the latest factual scenario and on the other deciding to adjust or throw out those principles on the basis of these new dynamics and i think one thing the court is really going to have to deal with in this space is how to walk that line preserving the core first amendment precedent and the values that undergird it while ideally offering principles that have staying power even when the the tools and the means of communication continued to change and not feeling that the threat of a particular concern that we have on deck for example most notably massive online. Disinformation upset the apple cart. So significantly that we rethink doctrine that has been designed to be protective of the democracy. Among the things that have functioning democracy has is a that makes sure that there cannot be successful efforts by public officials and other powerful people to use defamation lawsuits and really the bear threat of defamation lawsuits to try to punish and deter truthful news reporting and that has increased in modern times. If anything we need to be thinking more critically about how to make sure that we protect that flow and that press function in our changing times in order to preserve democracy as we as we appreciate it. Thank you so much. David logan and renault anderson jones for a robust uninhibited and wide ranging discussion of new york times and for illuminating we the people listeners about the fascinating technological legal and social changes that the court won't grapple with decide whether or not Reexamine this landmark constitutional decision..

"And that doesn't mention the difference between facts and opinions and fourth and this is important and it goes back to the unique circumstance of that trial. The coordinator time basically said we're getting rid of the most fundamental rules of the judicial system. Which has juries decide. Facts and judges decide. Law and fact is classically. The state of mind of the actor so for example myrtle prosecution. The judge doesn't aside whether or not there was a a cold hard intent. That's for the jury. The same thing is true in civil actions in almost all cases certainly court cases. It's for the jury to decide state of mind while the times decision said you know. We can't trust juries to make these decisions without bias and so going forward all the decisions that flow from new york times now invites a reviewing court to overturn the decision of the jury because the reviewing courts are given the final say in fact is fact is so that was another important. change from. The arcand was jeffrey. Frankly a remarkable decision in not only. It's important but also the breadth and the number of changes at made the way the law had been run for one hundred seventy years in this country and really for hundreds of years beforehand in england. Thanks so much for that rennell. New york times after it came down was often celebrated as of the high points of free speech jurisprudence in the twentieth century. Tell us why. Supporters from anthony lewis a great new york times journalist two justices of many perspectives have said that new york times was crucial for allowing vigorous criticism of public officials in the twentieth and twenty first century. Yeah that's right Sullivan was unanimously decided. And in fact there were three justices in a group that thought that the actual malice standard didn't go far enough that the first amendment demanded even stronger protections in this space and participation sullivan isn't just about a protecting a free press although it certainly is. It's also central to the operation of american discourse more broadly protecting the citizens right to have robust conversations to have robust conversations about matters of public concern certainly about elected officials but also about other powerful people without fear of crushing damages. There's there's a reason that donald trump and other politicians hate this sullivan standard right in have pushed publicly for what trump called opening up libel law. It's a key way that we make sure that officials and other people in power can't silence their critics and we are in some respects alone in the world on this it is. It's a high water. Mark of america first amendment jurisprudence and really stands for this broader proposition that some falsity is inevitable in free debate. You can you have to protect them. Falsity in order to give breathing space for ongoing dialogue rather than creating a situation in which people feel a chilling effect and won't come forward with the kinds of conversations that we need to have and provable. Truth is just too great. And onus to put on people who might well self-censor rather than get at an important just is crucial to a conversation a matter republicans and david's right. I disagree with him. About where thomas's position is on this. My read the best read of both of the statements that justice thomas has now made in his dissent from denial of social rory. In these two cases the twenty thousand nine mckee case and this most recent berea one he he would like to unwind the 'constitutionalisation of libel law writ large. He can be read as calling for his vote. Would be to overturn sullivan in its entirety and leave the states free to craft libel law as they wish without any first amendment free speech or free press constraints on that and in fact has suggested in both writings that he thinks that public officials those folks that were sort of at the core of sullivan. The people that we elect want to have conversations about and check the ballot box are people whose reputations ought to be protected more rather than less they ought to have more remedies for damages to their reputations under his originalist view of this and that that is i think that would that would work a massive shift that would be a massive alteration to american style. Free speech to lose that david respond..

If that isn't talk properly, we also have bugs stink bugs get through those crevices. And then the worst enemy is water. So Help me take care of that project, and I think the first part is the hardest part. That's how do we get rid of the caulking? That's already there. Yeah, Those are great points that you made Gary and certainly one of the things that we emphasize when doing a project with cock and feeling is the prep work. And as you mentioned, it's very important to remove that existing cock. That you have. It could be in the kitchen and bath around the windows around the doors doesn't matter what it is, but certainly there are various tools out there. The chicken used to remove cock most time. The existing cock has been worn and it's easy to remove. You can use various scraping tools. You can use utility nine. Certainly, any time you're doing any project, you want to have safety glasses on to protect yourself. Make sure any debris that going airborne doesn't get into your eyes. Um, but absolutely trap is very important and we've got some great products for this time of the year. To take care of some stuff around the house. So you're ready for the fall in the winner is we go into those colder weeks and months? Sure, just kind of following up on that removal, and then no. I want to get into some of the white lightning products that are best to use in the areas that were Speaking of, I know there's a lot of products that they're called Cock removers. They're liquids, and I just want to tell people that doesn't always during lose the quad caulk, but it can soften and make your project a little bit easier. If you use that, and then one of those hook knives, you can kind of create the crevice that Craig needs to apply the white Lightning. But once you get it all cleaned out. On. Do you have maybe on the outside, Craig mixed Uh, substrates. Is there specific talk we want to use for that. Well, if we're talking around windows and doors I'd.

You know there was never any clean finishes back then not that I cared but Abdulah definitely for like all the bloodshed that in. His fear factor. Yes, but for me. He wasn't a I. Don't know it just didn't resonate that way. and. Number one I'm shocked at this. Wasn't your number one? But the man. We just spoke to a few minutes ago. The Prince of darkness himself Kevin Sullivan. Yeah, I'm the only reason why he wasn't is because of the numbers that Vince did that was my discerning factor was, but yeah. Kevin was Kevin's. A great he'll always always was always will be. And you know his his psychology, especially that one thing that he said what he couldn't lap makeup for in height, he made up for it in his work and his. Aggressiveness of being atop guy and I remember him specifically. When he told Andrei Story I remembered him jumping off. The second roper, doing stuff off the second rope like his chops to wear down Andrei, but to me he was doing that as leverage, but then there's also the visuals of him choking Andre and when you're. Looking at that photo because that's how a lot of us got it or even those stills. He's the same high then as Andre the giant and psychological thing. At times are missing. It really really are because. I. Don't Envision Kevin. Sullivan is five foot eight. No No, not at all not off. This man as a monster and a lot of these lists are like you said earlier. It's what you envision why this an list that we can argue. About is just what drew fear or drew like hatred for you that emotion. We got from DAX from the revival or the F- The revival he said. Named Tara Pride and he's the Haitian sensation, and he's GonNa tag with Joseph Oldie, against Kevin, Sullivan and Tasr now when you talk about no boundaries in. The Bahamas the president was overtaken and be headed for real by this other militia, and the government has been overthrown, and they have a guy who's identical to the person who legit murdered and chopped off the head of this leader, and they have this guy at Kevin Sullivan says he's bringing him, and they're shooting promos without guy who looks like him and he's bringing him to the to the venue. And, they're having the batch. I wrestled three times already that night now. The guy gets cold feet, 'cause he's GonNa get death, threats or murdered because he overthrew the government. Everyone's taking. This is real, so they're like well. We can't not listen to this promise and do right. Tell you twenty years old, and Kevin cubs up to he goes. You have to put this Basque and act like you're this guy and I'm like one. and. He's just like you have to do it and I'm like okay. When you go to the ring there, they had chicken wire surrounded. To get to the ring. And then it just opened up like old school nwea where you had this one barrier, so they're getting ready for the end of the match and I'm waiting for my cue. I to run down in a mask and fatigues. And, Evans like take the inside out bump. I'm like I don't know what that is, and he just like. He's just GonNa Ram Tasr it to you. Flip into the ring and the guy's GonNa pin you and I was like okay. They do that. I get pinned, and they realize like here I come running and I think I had like a fake machete. I I get pinned one one-two-three three, and all the sudden I look Tasr and Kevin are gone, and they're running to the back, and I'm now left there a load with all these people are coming to murder the person who murdered their leader. And I'm like Oh my God and I fought for my life to get through the big, and they had this door of the locker room, like was an old school castle door that they would slam. The would shut, so they couldn't get there and as I run to the back I see Sullivan by the door and Dude I'm fighting my way through chickenwire as they're throwing urine, punching me and heavens slowly starts closing the door at least. Diet. He's laughing I run back and he said that's what it's like to be a hail. To. Door show and like they will leave, and then he's like. Take your outfit off. "Without. Vince McMahon, character I don't think we have had the stone cold Steve Austin. Take off the way he did. and Vince McMahon the character whenever he came out, he would just resignation pure hatred. To the wrestling pets, no I, I can't stand with you for those wrestling fans and you gotta give I always give him credit because he wasn't trained to be a professional wrestler and he had some really really good wrestling matches he also you know. He got hurt in wrestling and he also did a lot of things. That someone you know taking those bumps I remember when he took the bump off the cage is not you know he wasn't a train wrestler? Take bumps, but he went out there, and did things and I have respect for him, too, because you know as we all, say he. Didn't do anything that he would make his wrestler do something that he wouldn't do himself and many went out there and in his. Late fifties early sixties took amazing s bumps and blend, and got his bell wrong and did everything the boys did. Yeah I mean think about that match at Wrestlemania Twenty Six with Bret Hart was a much of a match. Put the beating he took from the entire heart family in Arizona at Wrestlemania Twenty six, and I can't fault you I. I don't hate. Hate the list at all amazingly enough time. Usually when we do this list are list are. Are Very Very. Sim- workers in a lot of ways. We share the same brain. Only two of your top five heels are on my list Tommy so after we have Kevin Sullivan. WHO's going to be joining us in just about five minutes? I'll unveil my top five and a great a great list from Tommy Dreamer. Let's continue to get list from the busted open nation. Let's go to Walter in water. What do you got for greatest heels, my friend? Tom Com. Greg Valentine because. It was. Assumed got pinned. So Greg Valentine. That's a good one walter. Cowboy dot, learning. And Dulcie Awry Walter, that's A. that's a good list. Doff, Siegler, interesting. One I didn't expect to hear Ziegler's name Brock Leser as we know now. Tommy is one of the most hated wrestlers for sure. Greg Valentine honest. Let's can Petero. That's an interesting choice to pretty good list. Tom Like the list because you can tell he's. An old school fan, but he also recognizes new school talent because you know his first going Greg Valentine. This is a guy who's watching from the seventies. into the eighties, but man he was all over there and and dot listen dolls ziglar. Has Been a guy you know to me. He's one of those guys that is been unappreciated. He'll, but if you think about whenever they need somebody to go to. They always go to Dolph sigler and when he was getting the push that. You know he had gotten hurt when he was. The champion evolves a great person who you want to take the handcuffs off of him to let him be A. he'll I mean even his social media. He's he'll Ziegler. He loves being the bad guy. Yeah, I mean he? He really does. He embraces it. There's no doubt about Itami. Yup You know, and also we'll go back to that royal rumble you watch the first part of it that the first two entrance the undertaker and Shawn Michaels. Were there any to better heels when they first started, but because they were such good workers and such strong in ring, performers and talents. and Go from ill the baby face him, and you look at the rockers. They were beloved, and then when Sean turned heel, it was like we hated your guts, and then we turned baby face. It was like Oh, my God. You're the best and That's that's the beauty of this because of the emotions that. We can control or they control, and the undertaker to. He's the undertake of, and he goes to the bad S, and he comes back as undertaker. I mean there's a reason these guys are are legends in professional wrestling. This week I'll world basketball Chelia, winning and Kevin tangos to former Gonzaga stars join show, and Kevin spoke about the time he up forty eight points on the Golden State Warriors, Andrew Wiggins. He gets mad when when it. Because he he said he was only guarded me for half the game. Blood but yeah high school one game he played in. The Tournament and one of those games that everything was falling. I think a lot of shots. Highlights does that but yeah. Those things are falling had forty eight episodes of world of basketball are available every Thursday on the Sirius Xm, APP Pandora and Apple podcasts. And we have had an amazing in reaction from the busted open nation, giving us their list of their top five heels of all time and somebody who was on your list, Tommy and somebody that is going to be on my list when I unveil it after our next guest, the is the prince of darkness himself, the One and only Kevin. Listen to their advice and. So. I didn't even know I was little until I went to kindergarten. My parents just treating me like everybody else in the first day of kindergarten. When the kids strongly pointed out how different I was with Mike Size, etc.. I was blown away I went and so confident. You know going to school. And when I left, I was outside the circle, and we've all head moments, Michael where? You've felt outside the circle for one reason or another and. I went to the tar and I asked my mom if there was something wrong with me and she hesitated in. I've never seen my mom hesitate before. The looking back I'm sure she had waited five years for that question. And she said you know. Michelle Guide makes everybody different in you are going to be smaller than just about everybody, but you can still do anything you want, and you can see one of your differences, but we're all different in a lot of ways than. I really didn't understand it as a five year old, but as I started in school and learn that I became really smart in math. I, became known as the girl that was smart. Not the girl that's little and I really started to understand what she was speaking about and. Went on to get a great education, I've had many orthopedic surgeries in my life. But I also had all the opportunities that I could ever want I was born into a wonderful country that gave me those opportunities and the family that. Gave me, everything I needed to You know to really thrive. And then I got on after I completed my masters I got on a caterpillar. My Dad worked at Caterpillar and retired. "Prime time all the time with Tom Sullivan. Federal judge ruled this morning that no, no, no, no, no. You cannot ask that question on the census about are you where are you a citizen? It's used to re to redraw house district determined number of house seats, each state has also used to divvy up federal funding, which is big Jacobson's me a tweet. At Sullivan radio says, I think the citizens questioned by have to do with the housing electoral college. You're right if they can work out some way to not only to only count citizens. They would be able to move seats to more red states. Maybe so see Molson says the last time I got a census form that were several pages. I only answered one question how many people live at this residence, I refuse to answer everything else. Yeah. Was that the last one I think it or the one before either the? Two thousand ten or the two thousand census they started going. What time do you leave for work? How long do you work? How many hours? Got really in the nosy stuff. And I said forget it. I'm not answering that. Eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred Bob in towel spell, Montana. Hello, bob. Hey, how you doing? I'm doing great. What are you thinking? Well, I'm thinking that's the question questions. Fine. L? Let's just ask if they're here legally, you know. Something like that. It'd be more to the point. I think you know, if you wanna know if someone's a US citizen, then you're asking the question, you get boring in the chancellor miles or do you live in the where milestone? Or possession possession serve you live on face. It doesn't ask you. If you live in many of the several states. Well, they've got your address they know where you live. They wanna know. Why don't they address your name? Then. I think they do. No. One. I can't remember I can't remember. But I mean, it used to be and I think the whole idea was when data wasn't so critical was they said how many people live in your house? We question the rest, not right, right? So they're they're basically county noses, and they say, okay. View and four other people are you United States citizen. If you're asking the question, are you in the United States you live in one of the fifty several states, you're not? United States is the corporation. It is. Yes. It is. Thought it was a government. Yes, sir. Okay. I did not know. And I still don't know that the United States government is a corporation. It's a federal corporation on.

"We had Suzanne welcome. Thank you. Mr sullivan. My call. You bet I need to know what procedures and for to clean, the vents in my home. So you went to hire someone to do that. Okay. Myself not really. Kind of way you said it I thought maybe you're going to try. I don't know. Can I do though because you got to get all the way down there. There's a lot to it. Have you had the duck works clean before? No. All right. First of all my recommend a company for you. Because you do the same thing. I do you read a lot about scams that go on in different companies duct cleaning carpet cleaning, those are two big ones where they of get in your house, and all sudden, there's extra this an extra that high tech duct cleaning gig can give you a price over the phone and what they do. And then first of all, they do it the right way. They probably do the duct cleaning for probably a hundred different. Heating and cooling companies in your area. Right. So th they're the experts and. When you clean a duck. You gotta get if it's been a while that stuff gets crusty gets on the sides of the duck work a lot of people say, well, we put a brush down through it. Well, guess what? The brush doesn't really do a great job of its around brushing where ductwork would they do? They've got something. That's almost like a weed eater goes around and spins inox, all the debris down. Okay. If it's been there for a while, you'll need that. They also have a tremendously strong vacuuming system. And I forget what all the, you know, strength of it is and everything, but it'll get all the residuals. They sanitized a run a camera back down through when they're finished. So that you can see it's clean. They can also do and should do the cold air returns. Which a lot of people. What I needed to know about the cold air return? I would definitely do the cold air return. Do they have to take this screen off? Registered off shirt. Right. They take that off. Well, they repainted note. Well, no, no, they can do a couple of things there, it it really depends on the configuration of the duck workouts and everything else. But a lot of times what they'll do is. They'll just put a a plate or cover the top of the register. So that it doesn't lose any the vacuuming power. That they won't really take it off in plug it or anything along those lines. I guess I understand what you just said. Okay. So they will seal it closed rather than taking it off. How do they feel oppose? So let's go back on a regular the registers themselves. Are they on the floor of the ceiling or the wall all hair them on the floor in some on the ceiling? So there's I don't know exactly how this particular company. Does it? So I'll answer generically. They have these heavy plastic magnetic covers that can sit on top of the register through the magnets and seal that duck. So that when they're running that weed eater type product through there and the vacuuming through there that you won't lose any of the suction that's going through the ductwork is all done internally. Nothing is done. In other words, if I have which I do a floor registers. Yes. Don't they live that cover up and playing from there? They take the registered up. And then they back you from there.
