One or more lanes are blocked and some slowing over by the Tidal Basin. The outbound side or inbound of 395 coming out of Virginia into the district is doing okay and then both directions of DC between 395 Main Avenue and 3rd Street tunnel and on to DC 695. Looking okay there's also the works on northbound DC 295. This is between Eastern Avenue and City U .S. over by the City County line. Only the left lane getting by that work zone. This is causing a brief delay. I've Traffic got the beltway doing okay not seeing any active work zones and there are no accidents to report. There is one accident working in the general Washington area. This is out in Loudoun County where U .S. 15 northbound closed because of the crash between Stumpton Road and Cherry Spring Lane. On the southbound side of 15 the closure is between Lovinsville Road and Cherry Spring Lane. In Virginia also on southbound 95 near Dale Boulevard left lane getting by that zone. work Northbound 95 near the Dale City Truck Scales it's the right lane getting by in the work zone. Westbound 66 in the express lanes right at the beltway you're going to find the left lane right lane alternating alternating mobile closures and then the 66 westbound main lanes on the approach to Nutley Street to left lanes are getting by that work zone. Southbound delays begin at the Third Street Tunnel down to the Case Bridge. Very slow both directions on DC 295 Southbound, plenty of brake lights beginning at the 50 split through Benning all the way up through Pennsylvania Avenue. The camera was turned away from it. It is back in place on frying pan Road leaving and 28 headed towards Centerville Road. There is a crash so just after Route 28 all lanes are blocked. You cannot go east on frying pan Road. Westbound frying pan Road is open getting to Route 866 is doing alright and traffic on 95 southbound is in pretty good shape for the most part briefly slow getting over the Occoquan Wanda to Prince William Parkway. In the district southbound 395 that is heavy and slow getting to a point before the 14th Street Bridge. There is some sort of incident in the roadway there hanging up traffic just before the bridge coming out of the 3rd Street Tunnel all the way to that incident. Northbound on DC 295 briefly slow getting past Avenue. Pennsylvania Beltway all but cleared out now both in Maryland and in Virginia and traffic on 80 is still blocked in both directions because of the investigation still going on there just east of Green Valley Road that's been going on for several hours now from an earlier crash. I'll tell you John, let's update the situation in the district, the good news on at the third street tunnel at New York avenue, the demonstration activity has been cleared off to the sidewalk, all the travel lanes have been reopened northbound third street tunnel at New York avenue. So traffic is once again moving, but the delays are practically back to the freeway trying to head into the northbound third street tunnel because of how long it was closed. Again, traffic is moving. If you're back toward the beginning of the entrance to the freeway, that's where you're going to feel like you're not really moving. But again, I can promise you, traffic lanes are open, and you're getting on to New York avenue. Now, outbound New York avenue after the third street tunnel, keep an eye out on the right side for the police activity involved with this demonstration in case they are still taking a right lane. You're also going to find the delays on southbound D.C. two 95 coming from 50 in the BW Parkway headed past east capitol street, northbound eye two 95 delays before the suitland Parkway headed on to the inbound 11th street bridge. Now keep an eye out on the beltway in Maryland inner loop is starting to slow from old Georgetown road, headed after three 55, but before Connecticut avenue keep an eye out for any crash activity or possibly just a delay to get on to southbound Connecticut avenue, outer loop, topside slows before New Hampshire, headed toward Georgia avenue, southbound 29 delays out of white oak trying to make your way toward university boulevard and the beltway with nothing reported. On the Baltimore Washington Parkway, southbound before one 97, stay left to get by the wreck, then inside the beltway near two O one kettle worth avenue, the right lane had been blocked with the crash on the George Washington Parkway, it is the first weekday rush hour for the new traffic pattern and the work zone. So between the beltway and one 23, it's reportedly two lane southbound one lane northbound seeing a delay mostly in the southbound direction trying to get past also delays in both directions in the area of one 23 once in about another hour, so it'll be just a single lane getting by along network's own stretch in either direction. Through the district, westbound 395 695 delays from the third street tunnel lead past the remains of a crash. It's after Main Avenue and ought to be clear sooner rather than later but we said that last hour. Southbound on 395 through Northern Virginia volume delays anywhere between the Pentagon and Linconia. Northbound north of Edsel Road police is clear. On the beltway, interloop slowing down from route seven across the legion bridge, outer loop, heavy near and 66 slow from Telegraph Road to the Wilson Bridge but beyond the Wilson Bridge into Prince Georges County slow again. Oxton Hill near 414 St. Barnabas Road response to a crash had the left lane blocked on the outer loop. Farther north on the outer slowing down near 202 and on the north side of the beltway heavy some traffic moving around through Silver Spring on the inner loop. 270 northbound volume delays so far a brief through Gaithersburg, Columbia route 29 southbound. Soon after the case bridge as we get way over towards the third street tunnel, that's where that accident scene is blocking two lanes on the right hand side of the roadway. Thankfully, you are still able to access the exit for the third street tunnel if you are trying to take that exit, move over to the foremost right hand side of the roadway. I know that was your plan initially, but if you're in one of those center lanes, well, things are going to get very crowded as everyone's trying to move over to the left. If you are not trying to take that ramp, move over to the left, stay in that left lane. That is all that's getting by right now. This is two center or rather the center lane and the far right lane are currently blocked with the response and the accident scene. Again, single file to the left. If you're going to get past the third street tunnel, move over to the right if you're trying to take the third street tunnel. Dz two 95 looks great headed towards the 11th street bridge northbound I two 95 on your approach towards Malcolm X avenue dealing with an accident scene to left lanes are blocked, single right lane is what's getting by right now, watch out for the slowdowns. Between the beltways in Maryland, I 95 and the VW Parkway looking pretty good, no delays right now. The work zone is there northbound. On your approach towards one 95, they're blocking that far left lane. George avenue's got to work zone, southbound between Prince Philip drive and Aspen Hill road for right lane is what's blocked. If you're headed on one O 8, watch after this, they got to work through out there. Also, between only mill road and brook road, left lane is what's blocked there. So far, beltway traffic looks great in Maryland. Looks great in Virginia too, no delays, no work zones. I'm not seeing any reason. To not take the beltway. 66 westbound has a mobile work crew after the fairfax county Parkway. They should be over on the right hand side of the roadway, watch out for them. On the rest of the rest of the district ride, no reported delays on the southeast Southwest freeway, D.C. two 95, I two 95 complaint free for now. Everything else on the freeway itself is in good shape. However, in the tunnel, you will find issues once you get to the northern end of it near New York avenue, your northbound, you're going to be getting out of the tunnel over to the right lane is blocked, northbound of the tunnel, southbound coming off of New York avenue, left lane block as you access the third street tunnel on New York avenue itself, outbound at the third street tunnel, the left lane, getting by the work. On the capitol beltway, Maryland is fine, Virginia, not so much. The outer loop work taking away the ramp to westbound 66, eastbound ramp to 66 from the inner loop is also blocked by work, so you're going to have to reroute a little bit if you need to get on to 66 from the capitol beltway, depending on which way you're going.
