"Oh, I have a question about Custody of a child can hear me. Yes, I can't go ahead. It seems to be working now. So that's fine. Thank you. Okay way were issued custody of my grandson. It's my Husband has no You know, it was my heart We got I got married to him. It's my grandson. But We got custody of him when he was eight years old. Is now 18. Mm hmm. To control And he really Has no place to go right now his father, who never paid any child support to us. As is paying for him to go to college somewhere in Iowa. Which is Great we but he came back for a visit, and he was totally out of control. And we really don't want him in our house anymore. And we were one because he's 18. And with this covert and all this nonsense there is saying that you can't just kick somebody out. But they have nowhere to go. But he's in Iowa. Now. How do we have to go to the courts to Takes to make sure he doesn't have any rights to any squatting rights in our house. Well, he doesn't Yeah, you probably would have to get either an injunction. Or if he tries to come back, you know, just don't change the locks on the just leave the key to your house. Absolutely not. Just send him a certified letter to make sure you get it so that he's no longer No eg no longer consider him a resident of the house in That you and, uh, you know, cinema ups sent him a letter of notification that he's no longer a resident of your house. And that you know if it's if you have to get an injunction or victim is some now he gets back in there. He doesn't have a key to the house, so just don't let him in the House and Senate. We could, you know. That should just change that. And don't let him and he doesn't have any automatic writings. 18. He's an adult. You had custody. That custody was over when your when he was 18. So just put him on notice. Yeah, just put him on notice that he's no longer Okay. And if I do get an injunction would that help him from him or any of his cronies from Doing property damage. Yeah, I guess you fear him. He's threatened you to do certain things and you have a fear factor of whatever his actions have been or in the past. If you can prove to a judge that you have a fear factor, and he's threatened you in some way. Physically, uh, harmed you in some way or there's a physical possible threat to you could probably get an injunction to keep him off the property. Okay, do I? You did our trust. Do I? Can I come to you and do that? Or is that only through like a different attorney type? Well, I might. I might have an attorney that can help you with that. So just give me a call if things come up, and we'll try to get you some help for that. I'll call you at your office. Yes, ma'am. Okay. Thank you so much. That's a relief because I didn't think he had rights. But my husband was like, you can't just kick him out because the cold it in the lab a ball, Mike. Yeah, well, he's not. He's not a tenant per se, and he's not a family member of per se. Okay? No, hey, would probably fall into the category of where and if he sees threatened you in any way you could probably get an injunction. In your custody should have been over. It ate at my 18. Yeah, that's scary. Okay. Thanks, Barbara. Thanks, Molly. My husband. All right, Thanks it listen. Asking attorney all about Florida Long Attorney Jo Pippen practicing attorney. The law offices open. Does anyone have any rights to your state? Are there any automatic rights to Children have rights? So the question kind of Prompted me to think about talking about that a little bit. If you have Ah, adult Children or even minor Children. Are you obligated to leave them anything? Well, you might be obligated to some kind of court supports. For minor child during during the divorce, you might be obligated, Tonto, but you're not obligated to leave a child any money in your state. Even if they're minor, Unless you have a court order directing that you're not really obligated the only one that really has an automatic right to your status, a spouse. "We all get like. Oh i just got to do this. Twist a little bit more right. Which seems so terrible self destructive but also that inner drive. I just want to be a good person. And i wanted to do this correctly because i want. I want it to work. And so it just seems so charged convoluted and the more i would learn about taichi through him and the more i would learn about a friend of ours now a friend of ours back then you know. Somebody came for class tamblyn than we have all these crossovers with by dance background. He led us through school in new york for a long time and his views of shiatsu were the same as how i would like to talk about yoga and said well when she got so you have a lot of dogmatic people that say. I'm going to heal you. He said but that doesn't work. It just tries to control people and it doesn't actually help them be healed so i was like well. That's really interesting. Because that's how. I like to think about touching people like to contact people physically with touched. But it's more that energy is still happening when you're walking across the room to them if i if i choose to not show up until the class starts and act like i'm really important than that sets different energetic tone and it helps the person feel a certain way. But if i'm a little bit disarmed and friendly and open at conscious with how i've seeking and how at moving than that may help the healing process of not just them but we in the whole kind of super vet right. Is that the influence of tai chi or shiatsu. Yeah all all of it really. I mean shiatsu specifically with like a touch and the contact kind of creating environments. So i had so many conversations with sam about how contact is so much more than the physical touch and yeah you can do things meridian's but you're not manipulating. The person energy goes where it wants to go. And i'm like yes. That's what i thought all along with life in that makes so much sense but you can learn any of these things in a rigid way. And they don't really work and you feel like they should work you stress out for however long you stand that system or you can learn them in a way where you're led by a wonderful teacher who's guiding you but you also feel of howard yourself and to me i i felt like this is so unique but also felt like this is how i feel like yoga can be all along so maybe i'm kind of putting it together in a way but i would also find teachers when i was growing up at. We're already doing this thing but not making a big deal out of it in a way but so i felt kind of excited to share it and the more it started to work more opportunities just came our way to continue to share it. So that's really how more partnerships in studios in all of those things happen. Not by a plan of five years is going to happen. Well it's working. Keep going with kanak yet. I guess yeah yeah you can you can say that for sure your business has also grown through partnerships over the years. You've partnered with so many great brands who are some of the companies you've worked with. Three bach was that was a big deal and so they came to me and there was no yoga close at this time. This was i think two thousand and ten there was lululemon and that was kind of everywhere. But i also felt like lululemon was that the rigid yoga of the commercial land. Because it's like. Oh now you have to suck in your but and second year waist and it just felt like an. It's expensive and why you get if it's expensive. If you know you're taking a n cow count you know better. Trade practices all the things that we're all learning about but when robot came i said alright. This'll be cool for me. And yeah a lot of exposure and all of that kind of stuff. But i thought you know if we can do one thing you know. I was starting to learn about sustainability. I said i want to educate myself. If you guys wanted you got together that would be cool. And i also think just as somebody who thinks a good story for their brand you know having a big brand. That doesn't do a lot of sustainability practices. That would be a good idea so he started to do like dry and things like that. And i were just the more i would read. I would just said articles. I thought most importantly i like to create pick. Any person can wants to know what they want to wear. You know so easy. But you know i wanted to wear clothes. That looked good but also belka comfortable fabrics soft cozy sweat pants and t shirts and the for shirt that we made. Was this tank top. It said who made the rules and it was not anything. That would make a splash. Now but i think for back then. People were like whoa. That's so controversial. I'm just like sort of mentally taking myself. Back to two thousand ten is doing yeah. I was practicing yoga. Yeah exactly and you know so. We made like super. There's this cool brand. Triple five soul that. I love and i just brought them. They're cool like sweatpants. And i said can we make these but more breathable for yoga. So women don't feel like you have to show your whole but when you walk down the street unless you want to and then hey more power to yet. But i've definitely just wanted to kind of shuffle along with my apartment to the studio without feeling like i didn't have any clothes on. I mean also before you launch trolley and started this business you were a model. You were practising. you're studying dance and you're dancer so like your whole existence was like you probably were always traveling and on the move and needed comfortable clothes and things to wear. Yeah yeah. I think it's pretty familiar for most people. Yeah i mean i never. I haven't had a corporate job ever. So i'd never had to wear a whole slacks and things like that too much unless i was playing in office person in some sort of music video. Ads is pretty out in that regard but the is always going to the salvation army and and buying clothes and little boys section and wearing my brothers t shirts and sweat pants and hostile pants and stuff like that. I mean even remember some of the studios. That was going to my yoga teacher. Friends like you know it's kind of stranger wearing that old. Cut up t shirt and it was almost part of that you should be wearing. Yeah something more form fitting. And i'm like i don't know if that's true but i don't want to disrespect the space but i just you know i was always just thinking about these things. I didn't mean to be rude. But i also just didn't understand why when you started your business so it was you and mike right so if you came together. Launched in new york city was he more of the on the business side. Or did you guys do together or no. He you know he grew up during all of this amazing movement and taichi stuff that he kind of put in a drawer and really never talked about. But when i when i met him now how he moved his body and he was kinda like a lot of our friends from kind of when we were talking earlier. Back in the early are early. Yoga's yard would just know. Ms like the guy who goes to your class we can do all the poses on like he's like that one guy so he had startups and things like this that he was doing but he never really liked them and he'd never kind of put any energy or effort into them but they always kind of squeaked by and he was more of a lifestyle guy like he'd like to make enough money to pay his rent for the year and then take off and go climb the mountain and.

John 38 yards to the pin of our Johnson, right ship now and something for Jake Map tried to get that J. B. Allen's patent draw did not draw You know, he played fair. Wait 10 on whole nine. Well, now he's now playing. He's in the bill of Fare Way has about 101 yards to the whole jail map. Still scrambling up tee box. Interesting side note. Nick Hardy after he hit Smile because he loved his drive. His daddy told him Hey, because let's just play this course out, not do not fight to win smooth swings. Don't try to overpower the ball. I thought that was a very interesting information, knowing that there's still tomorrow to play back to you guys. In that Scott Stiles golf, You know, you kind of social golf the fairway you're on. You want to. You want to meet a guy over on the Tim fairway? So you hid it over there. He might have a cold beer for you. Maybe that's what you're supposed to There's no problem getting the lay of the land for tomorrow, you know, And we all know I've done playing that great camaraderie amongst very friendly sharing information special between Hardy and Bar John. They really a lot of conversations walking down to the other man has not been in the fairway to join the conversation. All right. Thank you, Scott.

Tickets are on sale December thirteenth. Julia's movie hustlers is on DVD. Right now breath. Tom and Arianna book fancy. A of cocktails is out now and vendor Interpol's of course is back when James Seven. Landis you've been working on the musical for eight years you said but actually actually in theory. You've kind of away lying on no but I mean since the album came out in a weird way and when the producer and Tom Kid who did the music Zik with me When he came they both came and sat across from eight years ago and ran? This idea. Pass me and I just thought wow okay. I was a little apprehensive. I didn't want to do a jukebox walks musical but then Diablo cody came in and she took all the carrot created the characters as she's told me by pulling all the characters out of my songs and then creating it's really cohesive story and then Diane pollock directing Larbi choreographing. It's the Dream Team that's amazing. That's very cool. It's my dream how. How exciting to just be able to see that? Come to life every night on Broadway I mean what am I mean of everything. You've done that to be very surreal. It's the mind blown Emoji for sure when I'm sitting in the audience listening to these scientists the first time I've had objectivity on them because I've been singing sending them out so then receiving I'm I'm a mess. People had to push my shoulders down during rehearsals house like shaking and heaving. Wow Okay let's go to Lisa from California on your four Julia stiles. Hey Lisa what your question. No actually can't believe this is happening. Any many maybe thirty. That'd be cool. I'm going to be uh-huh My question is for Julia Hi Julia highly honest What was the most surprising thing you learned from the journalist you played in Hustlers hustlers about the women from scores? Wow that's a really good question While I try to think of an answer I Eh been a fan of Jessica Pressler's work For a while rights for WHO. She writes for New York magazine and she had written. I remembered the article hustlers at scores that the movies based on and there was another article that she wrote about this woman. Anna Delhvi who's in rikers island. Prison right now but as Shonda rhimes making a TV show about her to and I been following Jessica's work for long time so when I was cast in the movie I was really excited and I kind of Fan Girl and and contacted Jessica and said I'm playing playing in this movie so we should probably meet and my we both were working at the time and couldn't find childcare so I it was like a plate brought over to her house and Queens and he liked destroyed living room while her daughter was napping And I just picked her brain about out about everything having to do with this movie and so your question was the most surprising thing that I learned from her. I guess Maybe it's that. Didn't maybe you weren't surprised by anything. Yeah Well I think you see the clip that you showed like the character that constance Wu plays Roselyn Keo who has a book coming out now ended up saving all of her money. She made in this scheme and then when she was out of jail she went and like bought a house in the suburbs and just got like a straight and narrow life and that was kind of not surprising. I Guess Susan from St Louis has a question for Julia. stiles which questions is in any highland. Hi Hey hey hey Julia. Is it true that you were the one who suggested that heath ledger seeing can't take my eyes off of you and the football scene and ten things I hate about you. And what is your favorite memory of that day. Yes and my favorite memory of that day. I mean that was your idea. No it was definitely not ooh okay. Okay that's cool. I'll take credit for it Oh my favorite memory of that day the whole day he was just phenomenal. I mean like running up and down those stadium steps and nobody knew that he had this amazing voice and he just went went four out and I got to watch it. It's such a great moment. Lantis Kelly L. wants to know if you liked sesame strong's impression of you on SNL. I haven't seen it right and on that note Julia Kayla. Hey Johnny what's your question. I N D your babies adorable. Dorbyl thank you my questions for Julia Julia. What was the first impression of Kerry Washington when you worked with her on? Save the the last dance. And did you ever think she would become addicts star. Yes She she was formidable. I mean she was so impressive centered everything that you see on screen like just such centered graceful great woman and I kind of look to her for guidance during that movie too she wasn't a star at that point. But you could feel that she she was like on on the roller coaster going up. You know that she. She was just so like strong and Yeah everything that you see on screen disgraceful slamming. You know the writers but she said in the movie and yeah all right. We Got Kelly from Maryland for Elena's Wars that Kelly. What your question hi Andy Hi My question is for one. Hi Lana Nice. Eliya Yeah My question is For laddis is are the rumors. True that you almost became an American idol duds during AH Mariah Carey season. And what do you think about seeing competition shows in general. Were you going to be on the Mariah season of idol. I was having conversations for stations for people at that time and it didn't happen Baby brain what was the second question. What do you think of singing shows shows? And I think I'm very categorizing brain so I think people are performers and then they're artists and sometimes they're both so when I hear people saying the way that I even knew I could sink because both my brothers said I couldn't sing at all was that I was singing along with with the Houston right Kerry and Etta James and I felt as though if I could hit their notes that I was a legit singer. So that's how did your. How did your songs get got to Madonna and Maverick? I was writing the whole record and getting copious amounts of projection for it. So I asked my team I was working with at the time to stop. Stop shopping the record and just went back under the rock. which is my favorite place to be to be honest and then I was in my sweatpants? We were writing all I really really want. We were done. The record and GEICO Syria Maverick. invited US over and and they called me and said go see guy and I said I'm wearing sweat pants like I have sleep in my eyes and and they said just go meet him. So I went over my sweatpants and I played perfect. And you want to know and hand my pocket and he and he just for Guy Yeah and he just went. Okay we have to talk. And that was it. Dorsey the musical everybody get how slurs on. DVD got the book for more take everybody. Thanks for listening to the PODCAST. Everybody hope you enjoyed joined. The show remember. He was on this show and I feel like he kind of took credit for it on this shut like I feel about six people that have taken credit and I just think you know if you're going to take credit for a song room seeing about someone being a Douche or an asshole. Yeah you might you might not want to say yeah I did. It was too late and wasn't one of his songs. It turned out it was Play that funky music white boy. Ah but you see you kind of get the baseline so I was like okay. Okay this is my like fantasy rockstar karaoke moment. So I'm GonNa do this. I'm going to do this and I went for IT I. "I was like I feel like this. I know it's it's you know, it's like a team romance kind of drama. There are some moments that are melodramatic. And and the one thing I'll say is that I think Julia stiles really nailed. Like hurts the seventeen year old character. Like, I believe her as a person like so much like I was like, oh, this is a real person. Like one hundred percent. You know, there were like, I guess like certain moments that were like like the really hard moments. She'd like cry about her mom when he's like when she's talking which on Patrick hair Thomas about like just like, you don't know like my mom like it's been hard. Like why why she quit and stuff like certain moments like there? I was like, ooh. Like, I don't know if she had I feel that that was a hard thing for her to to do perform. But I, but in general really really loved her. And then I did like Sean Patrick Thomas. But my only thing was like he felt so much older than a teenager. And I think partly that was because Julia was like really mailing like seventeen like I dunno stand like shoot just do things sometimes own. Oh, my cod is like a little totally like such a. And he was so. He's very maybe. That's the point where he grew up the difference in the two, and I think that is kind of somewhat of the point. But like even Carrie Washington and the food who played Melon Melanie. Malachi like both of them. Did they still had a little bit more? Like youthfulness in them. And I don't know again. Maybe that's just the point because he's supposed to. Everyone's I was a little it threw me off every every now. And then I was like all right Dr. Yeah. Twenty six year old do he's ten years older than she is. Yeah. Yeah. That does make sense. And and it came and it came across and it's not his fault. Like, I think is acting was really good. But it was just like I could just tell that like this high school like high school, you know. Yeah. And and. And it's film had some tough conversations. I don't know. You know, it didn't. I don't think it was trying to give an answer either way. Really? It was just like presenting them. And that was it's I mean, we're gonna have some great talks. But yeah, I liked it James after you, sir. I think I hate it. Wow. I hate this movie. The thing is I remember seeing it when I was younger in theaters thought, I liked it. But this morning this put me in a bad mood and thing is. I don't think it did anything wrong. I just think watching it now as a black man and like just the state of the world. It was something about this movie that just. I don't stay in the world. Now this movie fill in something. Hope you're like I figured out as we talk about this episode, but like something very appropriate of head. It was it was something about it. And just some like is a thing where again is not necessarily this movie. But I think watching it it just made me think about so many other maybe think about the car dash, and it's made me think about like how. There was a time when you know, black people would do the dab dad's just a dance and people thought it was gangs, and they were just like earn people were just going on news. Like, oh, man. I think it's a gang thing you can't do for. But in now like politicians do it like UC the spelling bee a little white doing it non stop in his cool. Now, you know what I mean like watching this movie? I just kept thinking. I just kept thinking the phrase. Oh, that's right, people love black culture. But don't like black people. That's all I kept thinking about. And it's not even like, I think they were very respectful of his movies a hundred percent..

So after a helicopter crash at a match England's love of football became even clearer cement, the holy fouled is. Six degrees at Claven cottage little football stadium with a history. The passion is very real and the crowd enthusiastic. In the end it was an enjoyable after noon out, but at fifty pounds or around ninety dollars a ticket. I doubt I'll be back. But my deduction to England's love of football returns in the evening when I'm at home a helicopter owned by the head of list of city football club has crashed after a match in the city. So it's really sad is just as amazing for someone personally know yet the such a connection there. And how is because you part of the communities will do which hospitals around here, which is so sad because of the people involved to just pay respects for visits to the owner and the rest of people on board. How community everybody's feeling that so many people don't ever suppose, so many flowers, we've just put some flowers down in the shirt of it will shirt, you know, so basically the communities devastate further, and so I'm not a football lover. But I know is a journalist. It's important for me to understand why British people love football. And why it means so much to them? And I think I have a better understanding of that.
