I'll get to go see it out there that we need to see We saw we all so once. You have not seen judge wraps story. Yeah that's good. I mean it's if you're going to be in the mood. Yeah exactly very like emotional drama. Cry like this. I don't know if I'd say that Yeah it's going through some exactly you gotta be. I mean it's gotta be the right mood for it. I think it's never that mood but pretty good Manchester by the sea. That was incredible. But it's like you're you have to strap in because I was not in the mood for that ever saying that's one of the trailer for four times and I could tell it's phenomenal acting trade. It like Beckham in the new show on Sunday is the outsider. Even show the murderer but he's not a murderer. That post spots at the same. Stephen King Film is it Steven Austin. Yeah I'm hooked on that anything with Bateman anyway but the trailer looked really. Yeah real good. Ben Mendelsohn the Australian guy. WHO's in he's been in every every movie and TV show in the last eight years? I just finished watchmen don't know if I like it. Oh Na Downey it's great. What's your onto totally fucking flashbacks? Weird isn't went on. I have you seen the movie. Nah that helps attacks before the house so it started. It didn't say watch the fuck and move on. I'm just telling you now. I never thought about it but I did enjoy it more because it answered a lot of questions that had skipped past. The movie watchmen. But you you have a frame of reference that if you've seen the movie yeah you know certain things that help. There was a secret society of car. "I guess that's a I I drop you know so Yo- you really have to pick country house in in one. That last year in voided desmond. David forget like yeah. I claim country house but desperate was my one already in the White House which one that shake but still. The point is is a lot of things that happen by luck. The happens into these next couple of months the draft. I mean got it was the only horse I had last year. That made it from draft day to June and in the shot to win it. You know so. It's like nets this ouled draft is important but it definitely does not make a break it to horses for me that. I really wanted that. Were drafted right before. I was getting ready to draft an answer in. I thought that was the worst to take the springboard. I think we know what shop flipped. It is answering him really. I mean you can call it bad ride. You can call a bad luck. It was probably a little bit of both. Yeah May in in depending on if you had it bet it was more of one than the other people that are screaming bad ride. Crema bad luck but answering I really liked out of the springboard And then Necker island I really wanted. That horse was well in Paul. Got It some job I listen. I can't complain. I really can't like little miss like Alex June I got to backwards with a you know as Zule coast and authentic. So we'll have a bath to inning. Was the damn mostly young Indians Props to everyone because like you say you know what Johnson everyone has a set at some point like how everyone's running on horses because everyone's list real in for John Wide to be like listen we're gonNA tell towards the at the end struggling because yeah trying to find a horse. Yeah when he picked That Seoul Bell who I've never heard of He took him a minute. And you don't see that from him. Hardly he's usually got have been lined up for the next big bell. So that just tells you how I think everyone in this league. You know. We've got to a point where we have a nice league that everyone does their homework and even not not no disrespect but even the fan team. You know we call it. The team with Evil Steven Austin guys have started the shit out of this. I thought they did a tremendous job. You Got Ancient Warrior whose horse I was really high. Everyone grown when they picked because the going to be like. Oh that's a reach the same time you're like no learning about five or six people would not have gotten it and then they get. Ancient Warrior was great and and then they get Audra. We'd is another guy I mean he. He's accountable wiseguy type. Worse like second third round. That's were that's when people were really wanting them they got they got him. I thought that was really impressive. I mean they'd be good. I think it's going to be a team is stronger than it ever has been. They got answer in which is the worst. I just talked about in the springboard American theorem. I don't really know what's going to happen there. But it's a worse as shown talent. We'll see if the horse can come back and do something so they they did well. They did really really well and then finished the fierce with emmy or for fifth round. Yeah they did really well defending champion. John Ryan I thought they had a pretty good draft especially artery. P comes back because you get honorary pe- if he comes back and reproduces that made he's going to win the sham. Yeah so right off the bat. There's there is a nice horse Storm the court is is the British communal a winner Whether you like him or not. He's still the Bruce Commute on winter. Basin is probably Ask You since most talented horse won the hopeful. We'll see if he comes back. I think when you had those two horses right there you could take that shot in that third round with a horse. It's like I don't know if he's coming back or not so he is. You're getting twenty points off the top basically and now you can use that to claim maximum-security your whoever else. Here's massive security. They've got they've got some AMMO. They definitely do a chance. It is a horse that probably GONNA run those Gulfstream races. We'll see that's one. I'm not extremely high on. But he's pregnant. Run A lot. He's well rested because he skipped like seventeen races in a row. So say the worship was but I think they're gonNA be strong again but listen you look at this I. You really can't say here's a team. That's not very good. Well listen I mean bottom line. I think everyone can say they are rooting for the name. Doors like I think everyone would be. Okay Yeah I like Jon said we're winning in the Kentucky Derby because we talk about. I'm talking about a bold move. I think real dynasty is going to be a boom and bust team. I we have already mentioned green light going Mr Monoploy. Those could be super serious horses or those could be if Mr Monti loses on Saturday. Bullets trouble really likes green. Light go I did you pick but by me. I like them. I was definitely pull back on that horse after the last so I was kind of like well. Then they get recent Gulfstream Winter Soros. Who's you know decent prospecting silver stain? Which is of course it. Everybody wanted in the third fourth fifth or a grown as a collective groan six or seven guys very but again. That's another Moore's law the high but federal case a lot of high in this could be good could be bad in the unnamed or so. They're definitely boomer bus type. But I read those five eighths and think they're in trouble at all so I think it's going to be interesting. We got a lot of year ahead of us here on this literally. Six months of two thousand twenty to talk about this and the teams will change in developing is going to be fun years. Make sure you follow along on race dot com with constant updates obviously on this show but also articles over on the website. So she got slim's limbs Roco. Yeah you still. You're still in it right. It's one more thing. What do you think is slim so slim has structure who could be attor? Force could be eating. He has three technique who could be sprinter with by the way three technique is one that I my list. I had like major like this horse. Might be like hurt or something like something seems off with really. I don't know I think he's got things pretty good but maybe he is. I mean hey listen you know what's funny about that Prince Lucky. What did we say last week? Really I don't know I think he's got a red wine. He tastes not good. He's doing well. I think if the surgery those that's good that's good okay. So Sunday at those two. He's got scabbard. Who He's he said on the show caverns not GonNa win a race. What's what's he doing now. He's got the country grammar. Who is definitely the coolest name of the stranded I mean? Are you confident? No of course. Not but I I like that I like and then moved over Miami who you know Pretty Nice looking winner on rims and day so that I have four. Sat teams can boomer bustle leases. Have Instagram this year? You know yeah I will listen. I think he listened. He might he might because he might have a horse like you say that does it like dirt. He might he might. Yeah I mean. He's got his brown horses that his mom horses. Something's happy he's gotta you gotta you just Texas actually instead. I love my team. He's feeling good about. We'll see how he feels about a warning. He's GonNa think he drafted. I'd have to raise dot com for free in our premium products page. Click the link in the racing dot Com to learn.

"Rating and review. The Steven Austin show wouldn't go Japan or to England and places but in past like what kind of time are you are mostly looking for you to do it. Depends I mean. I've had a lot of eight minute matches. What's the lowest you've ever worked in front of a crowd probably around like forty three or four five year? I've never been our. Yeah I've done it at at at my wrestling school and stuff I've taken some of the younger kids roll around and I'll make them do the hour on camouflage just to show them that. It's not as it's not what you think it is. You know it's not what do you think it is. I think it's you have to tell different stories with different. The body parts and that helps kind of break up the time and it keeps the internal clock. Okay got ten minutes on the arm. Ten minutes on the leg ten minutes on the back every comeback black would be three of the things that I did to my baby face and then the last ten minutes trade back and forth with some false finishes and get to either a draw or whatever you want to get out of your sweet spot on time because as I look back anytime I was on and I guess if you want to go back on network or whatever and I in spite watch it seemed to me. My sweet spot was anywhere you know and take out the entrances and the the aftermath but just as far as working working sixteen to twenty twenty. Two minutes was probably a real good sweet spot for me the ball editor with goatee and no black trunks and the black boots and a need braces and by three moves. And that's that's about all I needed. Yeah where are you at I don't get a lot of opportunities to go twenty just end with some of these shows. Either it's too many matches on the card so everybody needs to go sex ratings ago hate or just is a situation where I'm not giving me I'm usually I'm usually eight to twelve But I enjoy fifteen twenty because I feel like that old school you know like I warm up in the first couple of minutes and wanted us to start flowing like it starts escalating and dawn but around like fifteen to twenty. I feel is a strong point for me which I get to do in Japan a lot. Just not so much in America and I don't know if it's people's attention spans promoters wanting shorter matches or whatever the case is are you one of the guys that always gotta get trademark. SHUT IN I. I don't have any so if if I did but I don't have any so when you when you finish man. How many times once? Okay so going back. Do you anticipate that you guys can be called and everything in the back and then just going out and doing it are bullet. Points are filling the gaps. What's what's what's the story over there now? I think it just depends on how much we can communicate myself and whoever I'm wrestling if they speak better English than some of the other guys feel like then we can work got some stuff maybe towards the back end and see what there is and if they don't speak any English in I don't speak Japanese for them than maybe we'll have to pre plan a little bit more just to have some bullet points go by so that nobody gets lost to this note. Miscommunication you brought my old buddy stab- Regal Wayne Wriggle. Whatever GONNA call him and minimize travel together we was again when Femininos? WCW tapings done in Orlando and we got to Qasimi and to this rover's return bub English bar and we'd throw darts all night long and drink Guinness but regal was one of those guys where he didn't have to say anything to anybody. He could walk in there with anybody that there was a hand kind of wherewithal. Even if didn't regal could work with someone and not say a word and you can go five. Ten fifteen twenty twenty-five yeah just by manipulation putting a guy put himself in old you know the guy on top. It was amazing. Yeah it can be done zoo. And all those men all those guys from mainland just so well versed in that chain type wrestling and course regal fennelly those guys cut a specialist but is amazing which you can do with no communication. Yeah that was. That was something I really learned a lot from. All those guys was just controlling. Somebody not manhandling on the where you're going to hurt them but just controlling them enough have to put them in a position that I'm moving them around but they're gonNA wind up on top of the end of it and to me. That's like some of my favorite stuff because they don't even know that they're getting pulled over at the end end of it. They're looking around like what just happened that I have a pretty good. How are you conducting your school? If you're traveling as much as you're traveling well when I'm back in the states I'm there.

I love this unpacked. Marble bathtubs were installed in the capital for congress people to us because back in the day they would live like they would all live like congress housing where there wasn't running water bathtubs so they've stalled bathtubs at the capital so people would smell better. I appreciate that yeah. There are still one remaining. They're they're really cool. I'm like this is super high tech. You should just be like a car that drove around you know last and final fun fact and this is. I love because we're going to wrap it up with george. Yes full circle. The capital has has a crypt that was built because they being like the people of america the congress people wanted to put george washington there when he died but george was like i want to be buried at my home in mount vernon sure so they they ended up honoring his wishes and not putting him in the crypt gripped snow. The crypt is empty and it's just like because georgetown wannabe very there but i love it. They're like we're gonna. We're gonna just bill. They didn't even run it by george yeah doug. We're going to build l. Decrypt in georgia's getting this is it's like no morbid was the buckingham palace. It's what's the place in london where it's like. It's just dead bodies..

"But she's not here. When are you getting married? We married and divorced within three months. Oh, yeah. Ouch. Brought it up. Yeah. Yeah. Well, you said engagement ring you open the door. Oh, gosh. Yeah. Oh, wow. Okay. So what kind of so say motorcycle engagement ring? What else student loans student loans? Okay. What oral surgery oral surgery? Okay. Wow. Yeah. A little bit of everything here. Okay. Cool and four years from twenty thousand one hundred thousand so tell me your story told me what happened. Four years ago summer of two thousand fourteen hours staying with my buddy sledge, who's my small group leader in a big chillier during the process, he showed me a YouTube video of you live in Dallas many years ago doing the whole baby steps outline and. On never forget when you were talking about how bubbles to deliver yourself from the hand of the hunter and the the imagery of the cheetah. And remember you screaming at the top of your lungs to run as fast, you can't. Because the thing was to eat you, and and I just got super emotional. And was the first time I felt no one ever told me how serious this was. And that I could do it. And it was the first time I felt hope. Cool. Very cool. Yeah. So that got you in gear you decide to get out of debt. Then tell me what happened. Well, my income was super tiny. I was in college. I was just starting to do personal training. And I just I clogged along at covered as some some small ones. I got out of the collection process. And then. Long. I was I was up to my student loans is the big pile and. Three years ago as of this past Friday, I was on my way home a moment on the motorcycle and t-boned by drunk driver on my motorcycle and lost my right foot. And you know, it was kind of a. You know? Refocus and. Take a hard look at my life. You know, and just got really serious and. Yeah. Wow. So there's a period of this for years when you didn't pay off any debt 'cause you were convalescing you're getting used the prosthetic leg, you're re. You know, you're grieving your rehabbing your mind and your body, right? Yeah. I mean, I don't know how long were you down maybe a year. No. I was walking in two months and our litter for fifteen years, and that was a big goal is to get back into the gym and four months after I lost my foot. I was lifting over four hundred pounds again. Oh, and it was just like, you know, how how close can I get to those numbers. I used to hit and um. A year after that, it was five hundred and competing in strongman competitions against non amputees and placing and going to nationals and just yeah. I was just on fire about like how much I could accomplish with a missing lamb, you know, that's rowdy rowdy, man. Good for you. Thank you for you. So it makes a story. Extra poignant. Yeah. School to win a strongman competition is really cool to win against not amputees. Right. Yeah. That was wild. I was I knew I was pretty pretty strong going into it. But it was it was surreal you knows like. Yeah. The. Quote, that to me through this as a Viktor Frankl who survived the nausea death camps and says, you can take everything from a man. But one thing the last of the human freedoms to choose your attitude at any given circumstance. Search for meaning book. Yeah. Oh, wow. Very cool. Okay. So man, this sparring, we're an amazing story. After the accident accident how long was your pity party? It was it was intermittent. But I mean, maybe maybe a few months of the the worst part was going from fairly busy too. I'm staying at my mom's. Can't go anywhere in the day. My driving foots gone. So I'm just like I can't go anywhere except some friends taxi Morandi good friends of mine helped me get around. But for the most part, I had all this down time to think about it. I was doing a lot of pain that the drugs were awful and. There was you know, there's a lot of time to think about things that I juggled time between reading good books, and and so how long did it take off on your get out of debt thing? Because obviously accident you push pause and focus on recovery from the accident. And then at some point you push play again on your get out of debt. So what was the gap? So I had this small so the guy was on uninsured, but I had the small uninsured motorist. Tack onto my motorcycle insurance. And that give me about eighteen thousand to like, it was a little more than that. But I use some of it to pay for medical stuff. And then there was an eighteen thousand leftover where I was like. How will the student loans since I just I throughout all that? A really it was as soon as I got that check game on a through that right on there. And then the people at the gym I worked at Wor training my clients while I was down. I was still being paid while. Yeah, they they did a powerlifting meet fundraiser and handed me a an envelope full cash. And and so it didn't really have stopped much. You know, that that really actually increased it a bit just that that insurance check in the money. They gave me a go fund me that my mom said up in. And so it probably about twenty thousand dollars accelerated it and then business picked up between then. And now businesses picked up massively. And so I mean, that's really wanted accelerated. You got a great story to tell to take on clients. Yes, sir. It's get having a testimony is a wonderful thing. Getting one's a pain in the butt. So well done man. Very well done. You have your an over comer without a doubt. So we know where the motorcycle went it got sold for insurance. It was totally. I'm sure a little bit and the guy had no insurance. Yeah. Was a hit and run. You only know your is. Well, I do. Okay. Last year at testified against him, and he's gone to prison for eight years. But blount. Yeah. Well, I'm getting off the road is there. Oh my gosh. Unbelievable. Wow. So what do you tell people what this journey this epic saga? You've been on. What is the secret for getting out of debt? You have to wanna Dave. I mean, I don't want to bad. You have to be disgusted and with yourself and with the situation. Taking ownership of you put yourself here disgusted with it. And. Became an obsession, you know. And it's like nothing is going to stop me. I'm getting out of debt and under. I'll just so ready for the weight to be lifted off the closer I got to the finish line. I was like, you know, how much can I cut back and put any extra business? I get on top of the debt. And I mean, you know, as a trainer, I I I I want people so badly to want their goals and to reach them. But like you said, you can lead horse to water become make him drink and wanna forum, and I can give them all the tools, and and unfortunately, sometimes they they don't want it. It's about as I wonder for them. And it's like, I'm sure you talked to people at the same thing. They haven't one about enough to decide I'm doing this. Don't talk long ago. Yeah. Well done man. "On space. Savers never been in the situation. I had to steal someone's face or the dig dig one up for myself. I've shoveled snow don't live trust me on that driveways. Let's go to really going to go next Steven Austin. A betcha Steve will be a space saver guy. Hi, steve. How are you? You'd be exactly right. Dan, sounds like you've come down on my side of the fence on that subject. I agree with you. Tell me why. Well, by the way, I you know, you guys have been flirting with this topic for a while. And I said to myself if they have it is an actual subject that I got a call well going back, for example to two thousand and fifty that was a bad year. Steve that was a bad year, you weren't lion. Well, I finally found myself a good spot. I got obsessive about it. I shoveled it out immaculately. I actually found some salt trucks that dropped down and everything I kept I kept control while as far as the thing. I think that's a bunch of hooey. Let me ask you this. How how long were you able to maintain control? I would say probably about a week and a half, very good. Now. How did you wait that control? Well, I put attorney remember what I used. It was some things that he was just garbage. But you know, I put it in there. Something else, but it was clearly marked. But let me tell you what happened at least on one of the storms, the mayor declared a snow emergency. And no, for example, Harvard avenue is one of those arteries that it is a snow -mergency sold and the idea is that the city then clouds it from perfect occur. Right. But guess, but guess what? Did you did not have? You had no parking at all. They never cleared it out and people were parking on the edge of the lane wasn't willing for two cars to pass side by side when somebody was part sure for awhile. Was terrible. Now, the mayor then this is what I started hearing about that today. Start the mayor said that the city trucks are gonna come around and pick up all the space savers, and my answer to that is wait a minute. You got time to go around and pick up all this space savers. We're you know, the St. how does that work? I I would I would sort of at this point channel Charlton Heston and say that they'll have to pry that space saver from my cold dead hand. Great. But was the let me ask you. Was there a day? I got a question you sound like you're in a wind tunnel here. By the way, you walk in outside shoveling snow, and what are you doing? I'm actually headphones on and they got a Mike on him. You outside of you inside. Wait. I'm looking for parking right now. Okay. Fair enough. Okay. So now was there a day when you came out of your house, or when you drove home in you realized that your beloved space had been taken over by someone else had had the head the space saving material. You said it was junk Carter. Lumber would okay picked up by someone just push it onto the sidewalk. What happened was I came from? Mike sport, they had moved things. But there they were smoking or drinking or doing something. And I said to him I said, you really shouldn't. Move something like well. We'll point it back. I came back a little later, and they were gone, but they didn't put it back. And you know, what the guy who was on earlier the cab driver. Yeah. He he what he did is a dangerous thing for somebody who doesn't know any better. They come. They see there's not a thing in it. Colin. A person who dug it out they come back, and they just see somebody in that spot. Have you have you have extracted street Justice? I.

"WBZ NewsRadio ten three. Back we go to Dorchester look closer to home victors in Dorchester Victor next on nightside. Go right ahead. I'm a Vietnam vet thank you for your service. You. I refuse to go. I ended up at Phnom. Interpersonal. I'd never been in trouble with the law before on legal grounds. The war was declared. And. But I couldn't stand jails after four months, I wouldn't to the service. This guy. I hear you. So. Yeah, you did four months where we were you incarcerated. Lewisburg penitentiary in Pennsylvania. Really, okay, good. Well, you stood on on a matter of principle. Right. Because it wasn't a declared war. Democratic idea. Okay. And that's one reason why we lost the war because we didn't. The proper way. But I ended up going because I couldn't stand. I have never been trouble before. And my problem never spoke to me again because he was a police officer. Let me tell you have to be in Vietnam. That guy that could put him at the end of my in sixteen which guy Utah. Else guy? Guy you're talking about. Well, we're talking about two guys. We're talking about Colin Kaepernick who I assume you might be referring to and Pat Tillman. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I I'd like that. Yeah. Football player. At the end of my m six, you know, I I don't I don't I certainly know you you mean that only metaphorically you don't mean it for real. But the the point I'm trying to make Victor. For real do. You think you kick me? Easy enemy. Yeah. But victory. I don't think. So he's he does you're gonna make me defend Colin Kaepernick. He is. Crap. Okay. Got it. I got it. Victor. Bye. Okay. I think he's going to hang up. He goes. Let's too bad. I thank him for his service. Sorry, he had to go through what he went through six hundred seven two five four ten thirty triple eight nine two nine ten thirty. What I make that phone. Call. Is the I guess the argument that I've been making all night, and that I think what capital has chosen to do. It's causing more division within this country, more consternation more arguments. I don't think you know, when when Martin Luther King marched in the civil rights marches American flags weren't being defiled. As I understand. It was a different approach. Let's let's get back to the issue. Six one seven two five four ten thirty triple eight nine thousand nine hundred thirty who should have Nike if they really wanted to choose someone to basically personify, the slogan believe in something even if it means sacrificing everything that's a good slogan. Excludes slogan, but I think it applies much more directly towards the sacrifice that Pat Tillman another former NFL player made then Colin Kaepernick, that's my argument feel free to engage. Steven Austin Steve next on nightside. Go ahead. Steve. Good evening, Dan. I feel like basically, I agree with you. I did have a couple of thoughts about how we might handle it a little bit different. What I was thinking was now Nike's going to do what they're gonna do because they were big corporations when a dog urinate on a hydrant, it's not committing an act of Angelism dock. I get that. Therefore, I think maybe cool we should perhaps look at in addition to them in a different way would be the owners in the NFL instances ethically Commissioner Goodell. Well, I've I've said that for a long time. I think he's a disaster as a Commissioner of the NFL. But that's I agree with you completely on that count. But by the way, do they say he's hired by the owners the thirty two owners of the league. And all of those owners are smart guys. At least they're good businessmen. They would they've got more money than you and me Steve. And if they're that dumb to keep him. At the head of the organization. They'll suffer the consequences financial. I Don I don't understand why he's still around. But anyway. As a friend of mine puts it if you let it it will happen. Some people. Some people are going to always go to the lowest common denominator. I agree. I think that your idea of having the national anthem every Monday nights, a great one. I would advocate that everybody. Stay home and watch football on free TV and not spend a dime until the owners and Goodell were a little bit more responsive ways to do this, by the way, very few people have free TV these days. Most people are on cable as I'm sure, you know, the NFL gets a piece of everybody's cable Bill we've locked into that. Okay. Surprisingly, this student is still some people who do but I would not. Look, I know there's still with revenues and. I get that. I get that. But if you've already paying for cable, then fine watch it, but I wouldn't watch ESPN. You don't have to buy paraphernalia. Thank you. Bye. Bye. Exactly, exactly. An extra die those that's disease that you can make and then I can make as individuals. I am not somebody who believes in the concept of boycotts to be honest with you. I believe that individuals should be able to make whatever decisions they want. And and I will make my decisions based upon as regards the Nike based upon what has gone on in the last few days. Well, you know, what there's some people who are only responsive when you hit him in the pocket books. Believe me. It's it's where it hurts. The most you're gonna kick someone kick them in the business. Steve thanks God. He want to make a final point go ahead. Shoot. I'm sorry slipped. My mind, I'll probably think of it as soon as I hang up. Well, you know, what I gotta do is the next time. We're talking about this keep keep that thought in mind and join the conversation. I can't thank you enough for calling. Appreciate it. Thank you, Dan. And have a good night due to my friend. Have a great night tonight. Six one seven two five four ten thirty triple eight nine thousand nine ten thirty. We're going to go next gonna go. I'm hoping I'm going to pronounce his name correctly. It's spelled as if it's pronounced Chenier. Have I spelt that correctly Chenier? Yeah. You gotta correct. Excellent. Excellent. Go right ahead. What's I don't think of advantage Chenier called the show before? So welcome. If you ever did I would sue him for stealing my name. Thank you. Give you applause. So I wanted to make a quick comment. Actually, I've been waiting for this topic. I think the last time we discussed one of these I try to corporate I was never able to get through. Okay. So the one thing I would say is a younger black guy. So I think what a lot of people, especially I would say probably the white. I don't understand about a topic. Like that is when you have somebody call and make a comment comparing calling captain Nick sweet dog or another guy say I'd like to have the end of my m sixteen. Well, first of all, I think the guy that was that made the comment about the dog Chenier, I truly believe he was talking about the company Nike Nike, and I do not think he was talking about calling cabinet. If he if as, you know, I I talk to Victor, and I tried to reason with Victor about his comedy. I hope you heard me say that. I definitely did. Thank you for anyway. And again, I I think that that shows that. It was it was not an appropriate comment. And I wanted to call them up on the fellow Steve before you I think referred to the corporation. Basically does what it needs to do to make money. And I think that was the analogy who's making if was different than I missed it. And that that would be my I get that. So I guess what I would say is. I think I'm never going to understand what it's like to be of a different race. Just like a person was a different race from us. Never gonna understand what it's like to be of my race. Or what I have to go through what you have to go through. I don't think they're calling Kabir Nick if he is a Ford it the freedoms that everybody keeps saying he does have the freedom to protest. He certainly. Even though we don't necessarily agree with the way he chooses to exercise that freedom. I think it is still a freedom that he has. And I think people should respect that in at the very least maybe try to understand it. I'm not going to jump on either side because I certainly understand that there are within the black community, especially there are quite a lot of things that needs to be worked out. There's some leadership that's lacking. But I think also on the other side as a matter of understanding also death lacking that let me ask you this. Okay. And I asked this question, honestly. When you Dr king and others marched in Selma, Alabama and places like that day one converts to their side because the way in which they conducted themselves. Okay. You probably are too young to remember it. But when Rosa Parks said that she was not going to sit at the back of the bus. She handed herself with aplomb and she won converts to aside. I would like to think that all of us do believe in the pledge of allegiance whether or not the pledge of allegiance is fulfilled as perfectly as it should be and the end the national anthem. I just think that what capper Nick is doing, and he has a professional athlete. He can do what he could do a lot. And he probably does he may do things that I don't know about every pro athlete has had they are in tremendous role models, and they can influence people. And all I'm saying is I think that what capital and the others have chosen to do. Is not gonna win converts to their size, whatever the whatever their their causes. Would you agree with that? I disagree. I disagree with you. I think he has won a lot of converse on his side. And I'll tell you why I think that I think based on the reaction that he's getting along. Tell me who you're going to get Damian idea of who is one who he has convinced. I'm not telling the people. Winning understand. He's he's winning a lot of the younger generation. A lot of the social conservative or socially conscious generation. He's he's winning a lot of a lot of that on his side. That is why you you correct to the point Chenier that that is what Nike is betting on? Yes. Okay. And we will see in a few weeks if Nike's bet pays off. And as I said before I don't know if you around when Coca Cola hit this great, great idea called the new coq. I was. Yeah. Stayed workout. So anyway, let's let's see what happens. But I mean overall, I think people should actually try to understand the reason behind what he's doing more. So than what he is doing. If we in fact do agree that he has a right to do it, even upside. It might not be my way of exercising. It it perhaps way of Martin Luther King of exercising. It is what it is a new generation and dealt with different things or Dochas are things are different way. I guess..

"The market. That's the only way to get better health. Here. The one payer system is the worst possible outcome we could ever have. You got one healthcare, all the house was gonna care about is gaming the payment system. They're not going to do anything to improve outcomes, then I'll give at an outcome medicines already been paid for. Yeah. Yeah. Also the democrat party at this point is is largely in the business of convincing people that their choices don't matter if they make bad choices. It's not their fault, and it's better to just have the government and the choices for them. So. All right. Let's get to the latest on this political correctness stuff. What's going on with a DR about this book about renaming, the city of Austin, Texas. I know I know all about them. What where did they often come from? I actually have a buddy that that's writing a book on all these historical rewriting things it'll be coming out in the few months. Austin comes from Steven Austin, who's considered the father of even Austin? Wasn't he a pro wrestler. That that there was somebody Austin, who was a pro wrestler, but I know I know our our producers wanna this stone call, Steve Austin, right? He was a wrestler, wasn't he. And it was like a little guy to a lot of people don't realize that the Texas Tejas was originally part of Mexico and the Mexican government allowed the allowed Americans to settle their. They need to tax revenue than the Texans revolted against Mexico. And then for a while, you had the Republican Texas, and then Texas joined the United States later on. In that process, you would Steven Austin, and he was opposed to abolishing slavery in Texas at the time. I can't pretend to know much of the details beyond that, but because of that, they're thinking that they should at least consider. There are two tiers. One is like imminent must change right away. So they've changed things already in Austin. If anything's name after Robert E Lee, if anything's named after any confederate general anything confederacy you're done, right? They'll change that right away, but because Austin was the considered the founding father of Texas. That's why we have Austin, Texas. It's name for him, but he was opposed to abolishing slavery or rather he was opposed to getting rid of slavery in Texas. And so they're considering the impact. Would it be to change the name of what about Yale wasn't a ally? Who was a slave traders trader, English, Br, British East, India company. That's right. The l. will never change his name because we both know why that's toll currency. If you call it the university of eastern New Haven or something, people don't wanna go there anymore that they don't wanna brag their grandparents about going to the getting into university of the other part of New Haven or whatever they come. Sure. There's already university of New Haven, so they'll meta change this all just Washington DC. Porter. I'm gonna swamp Washington's when it just seems like such vanity, it just seem so strange to me. I don't think maybe I'm naive about this, but I don't think there's are any Americans today running around going, you know what we should do is bring back slavery and you know what motivates me to think like that. Looking at that statute, that statue makes me want to bring back slavery or writing mail to Austin, Texas. That really, I get excited about slavery. I don't think it just makes no sense to me. Why would anyone care about any things? It's it's easy for people. It's cheap virtue to to oppose this stuff to make a big deal of it. It costs you nothing and people like to do that, especially in the social media obsessed world. We're in. Now, so something yesterday, people are spending hundreds of minutes a day interacting with the media and one way or another, they're spending half their waking hours interacting with media and people like the feeling of I'm a good person because I oppose this thing that cost me nothing that's easy, and that won't change anything. Also known as virtue signal. I don't get it and I tell you all these people that are offended by this stuff. I wish there..

The, officer's qualified immunity oh and here's the other key, key quote Whereas is. It I lost it go on Marshall sorry it's it's the quote is essentially from the court I've got a bunch in front of me is that when the when the attendees, of the the gathering arrived right and there was a chance that they would, fall victim to mob violence but when the police, gave them one exit and. Force, them to go directly into the violent proud that enhanced the chance of that happening vastly and therefore the lawsuit goes. For we got re sent this text by somebody who is there, and texted this this and a picture the day, after it happened there were, more than enough. Policemen they're here is a line of them. Just standing there and. To. The right is where people are getting, beaten down, we were forced to walk around the block and through that crowd when we could've walked directly to the parking garage which, is right next door the meeting occurred I was yelling at, them to do something they just stood there stonefaced it. Was, a picture and then the the mayor The horn to the. Disgusting Sam Lagarto gave his. Seal of approval to, it all the next day So this, this is good this is. Really really good that this is going nice job standing up for democracy San Jose city attorney Richard. Doyle said the city, may appeal he, went on to. Say police did what they could to protect the support I already characterized it but here's senior, judge Dorothy Wright Nelson being attacked by anti-trump protesters was only a possibility when the attendees arrived at the rally the officers greatly increase. That risk of violence when they shepherded and directed the. Attendees towards the unruly mob waiting outside the convention center, and I would point out lamb to the slaughter wise when. The when, the the brutes. Gang bangers the, fascist the violent moved in to victimize the old and young alike The cops just watched On another note we've got the priciest piece of. Known and obvious danger and violated the Trump supporters constitutional rights the other key quote Down below whereas it The attendees alleged alleged sufficiently that the officers increase the danger to them by shepherding them into a, crowd of violent protesters and that the officers acted with deliberate, indifference to that danger the district court thereby correctly denied. The, officer's qualified immunity oh and here's the other key, key quote Whereas it I lost it gone Marshall sorry it's, it's the quote is essentially from the court I've got. A, bunch in front of me is that When the When the attendees of the the gathering arrived right there was a chance that they would fall victim to. Mob violence but when the police gave them one exit and force them to go directly into the, violent crowd that enhance the chance of that. Happening vastly and therefore the lawsuit, goes for we got re-sent this text by somebody who is there and. Texted us this picture the day after, it happened there were more than enough. Policemen there here is a line of them just standing there and to the right is where people are getting. Beaten down we were forced to walk around the block and through, that crowd when we could've walked directly to the, parking garage which is right, next door the, meeting occurred I was yelling at them to. Do something they just stood. There stonefaced it was a picture and then the, the mayor the horn to. The disgusting Sam Lagarto gave his seal of approval to it all the next day So this, this is good this is. Really really good that this is going next job standing up for democracy San Jose city attorney Richard. Doyle said the city, may appeal he, went on to say police did what they could to protect the supporter I already characterized it but here's senior judge, Dorothy Wright Nelson being attacked by anti-trump protesters who was only a possibility when the attendees arrived at the rally the officers greatly. Increase that risk of violence when they shepherded and directed. The attendees towards the unruliness, waiting outside the convention center and I would point out lamb to the slaughter wise when the. When the, the the brutes. The gang bangers, fascist the violent moved in to victimize the old and young alike The cops just watched On another note we've got the priciest piece of. Property in Los Angeles, now on the, market the massive undeveloped one hundred fifty seven acre plot of land sits at the summit of a hill, that overlooks Beverly hill one hundred and. Fifty grand for it It's. Ashish its asking price one billion dollars One hundred and. Seventy five grand To put the twenty percent down I'm going to need two hundred million dollars Yeah something like that property dubbed the mountain. Is the most expensive listing in the history of LA the LA times reporting it, was once, owned by the sister of the, late Shah of Iran TV host Merv Griffin. And then the founder of herbalife but nothing. Has ever been built on it NBS should buy new leader of Saudi Arabia. Iran go with the biggest house ever biggest This got the impulse bought yeah I like that yet anyway the land is roughly doubled the size of Disneyland of. Billion dollar empty lot Natura news I'm Marshall Phillips starting Getty. Show the conscience of the. Nation Billionaire I'd, put a mobile home on it And. I'd walk around and Jean shorts with.

"The league but again i think that a lot of their struggles on the road come down to situational baseball they had opportunities last joe panic leaves off and the first thing with the double noone advances in no one gets him into no one gets him over to third base so they can get him in with a ground ball or sacrifice fly and then pablo sandoval leads often ending with a single he doesn't advance paths for space a giants pitchers have struggled to get sacked bounce down i mean it it's just gotten to the point where they really need to improve their situational hitting if they're going to win games on the road they have to in the road the road is not been friendly but it's almost half over and the giants are coming home and i think they'll turn the miami thing around once they get home austin jackson and you know you saw it i saw it and my reaction was you just can't have this this is the major leagues you cannot have a center fielder doing a pure wet and going back and having a ball hit off his glove and it ends up truthfully costing him the game that didn't have to but it did austin jackson carey i know douger is down there i know slater is down there don't you think at some point if it's pence or austin jackson may have got to deal with these players they absolutely have to in the front office has to realize hey they may be paying more money to a jackson or a pence but you have to go with the more productive threats and right now stephen douger is clearly the best center fielder the giants could have and awesome slater is the guy who looks like he could be playing field every day and so you gotta give mac mac williamson a few more chances to get going but at some point they're going to have to strongly consider steven austin slater and i think it'll be sooner rather than later because they're getting to the point where the division is starting to take shape and it's getting away from them a little bit they're closer to the padres than they are to the top of the division right now closer to last place than they are the first place.

"Was it say the tweet was called racist racist racist rates had over and over again never mind that apparently roseanne barr assume that valerie jarrett with white which changes the entire debate but the assumption was it was a racist tweet boom the hammer came down i want to call him about that today up on larryelder dot com under larry's column and i ended with a quote from john o'sullivan the former editor from national review he said white racism exists but it's social power is weak the social power arrayed against it overwhelming spoken to roseanne barr who has been a longtime friend of his and why did you choose to address abc apology instead of the underlying issue concerns about a racist comment you tweeted out i'm not aware of any conversations that have taken place the president simply calling out the media bias no one's defending what she said the president is the president of all americans and he's focused on doing what is best for our country before i go to steven austin who believes that jeff sessions it's worthless one more point about about the ethics department and the department of justice a lot of people feel for example that rod rosenstein should recuse himself because he's the one who wrote the memo outlining why komi should be fired and as a result a how does rosenstein overseeing investigation when part of the investigation is about obstruction of justice and presumably the firing of komi was at least on the part of the people they believe that trump shouldn't have done it they consider that to be an inactive obstruction of justice so why is rosenstein involved in the case.
