Who Needs the Europa League Title Most?
"Here's your to win. The europa league manchester united installed his early favorites. Actually co-favorites with spurs english teams. One two three even arsenal getting a better odds to in the euro league van c milan. Let's focus in on those three english clubs specifically their managers. Craig i'll start with you. Which is three need to win the europa league. Most i suppose seventy one hundred in milan because the book is going through. That could be the only reason i passed. Thank josiah marines. When there's the most. Because i think he's the mine under most pressure. His league possession at moment stinks the team's performances have been pretty rotten in terms of on the eye on the country mile off the top four. At one point the talk was others team in the title race and so he needs to deliver something otherwise. He's under severe pressure. I mean you could say well attack. The does he's got cut behind them transition to ask no. I think he's pretty safe there and they talk for. There's no doubt about so. I actually think marinas the mon- needs it. The most stevie you agree they still got a shot at hardware in the league cup final. They got a shot at top six. Maybe an outside shot at top four spurs really. Need this most absolutely think so. Yeah arsenal. yeah we think point lead over you. He's he's got an f. e. cop behind them less than two months ago so he's fine creek said during transition marino. Another honda is is is not in my opinion going to be in the top four. That's why he was brought and it wasn't brought in to do anything else so it's important that he does produced. So we're because that will deflect away from what has jaw was and the premier league and unfortunately for him yes. He's a the problem is they'll position gsa city who nobody wants to face. So i'm one hundred percent we create. This is absolutely marino. And tom mark from the manchester united perspective. Just how important is this to jar. His record and cup. Tournaments is well documented over four in finals. Big without first trophy be. I think it needs to win one soon. Because it's now four years when united trophy on a long time and they always have the opportunity in the kaaba cup of one. One that need is more than tottenham because five years at the champions league. The asked really really the champions football. I it's sick of being semi-finalists are knocking on the door. They're not gonna win the primarily this season to trophies. This is man united. We're talking about. We're talking about the process itself alongside by munich real madrid barcelona as one of the biggest club in the world. The biggest clubs in the world win trophies and is now four years since one. United one one-stroke trophy with the minor the minor cops. Let's be honest. The league company europa league in two thousand seventeen. They haven't won a big trophy since whilst explosion retired. Let's be honest. The two thousand thirteen primarily because even fa co-ops and the von hall didn't really count towards the biggest trophy so united. Need over the start winning again. And i think social really needs it but if he doesn't win a trophy this season i don't think it'll be the end of their old firm. I think you'll still be there. But i do think the to kick on become this team is going to challenge for the majors. They have to win something. So craig no no i just think off the bucket marks point that yet yeah financially obstacle. But we're talking about modules marina for the reasons that steve and i say and and say well and it's a big f because it's not you know some good teams in there. They say it was a year in the league and we lost hurricane and we will see all these excuses. You'll save won the europa league a nuts champions league football because that's the carrot dangled for when the euro league note from a united perspective. As augie said you know when you're polite for them and their historical standpoint is neither here in the last good marino himself. He delivered second-place mandated. Emily he delivered the gop league undesirable cup. So they've done recently. They really need to be the primarily title at least go neck and neck all the way until publiz reasons you take a trophy as a manager and you would take if you united but really the dining a much. Bigger table than the europa league

Just how big was this for arson to advance the round of sixteen in europa league the result of course and qualifying but also the fact that they came from behind. He's he's been very very rare season. I think he was only the second time where they went behind and then ended up winning again we against southampton in the league. The game saint. Mary's but apart from that every time they were behind every time they considered. I couldn't come back and win it so to do that logically would be huge tonight. Plus also the quantification the momentum before the game leicester on sunday and also of course the two goes for obama. Young and the to assists for psychiatry. And i think we need to find you. But i think when i watch young suck apply. I think he's got a lot look at his temperament. Look at the way he plays the game. You can tell. Light loves playing football. He's got smile on his face. He's a choose infectious at the training ground when he's playing but talent wise he's got a wonderful less or you can goes pass. Players phone can go either way. Turn the pace again. He works back. He's got a lot really. I mean he must be a manager's dream robbo arsenals best player. he's right up. Two games in the corrected goes for obama yang and that was the difference between the two sides been fieger. I thought place nice football today. But they had no cutting edge going forward whereas cutting edge liquid trying to break off sidelines. Saka was coming in it and those little round the corner obama gang trying to running behind whereas been fake. If all that good fly times just had no cutting edge shocker arsenal just getting it down today just but last questions about about soccer. Yes he in my mind. He is arsenal's best and most important and ask those third goal goal. That takes them to the next round sums it up one more the defender a couple of crossovers defended doesn't know whether he's going to go. Righto left come back onto onto left and picks a fight bullets. Who just onsides 'cause on maybe man because of his two goals headlines but but for me also is a vote soccer and so much of their good plea comes from from his unpredictability from just clever. Overcoming AI Deployment Challenges In The Enterprise With Mahmoud Arram Of Bluecore
"So mood. I wanna deal to dive in with here on this theme of our thursday interviews around making business case for a means. Different things to different people you know. All i know is when an executive is deciding to adopt a or not ex- deployment they're looking at a certain number of component parts to make that decision. What are those key parts for you. Thank you for having me. Yeah from from my perspective so our customers are brands and retailers. And i have found that is a bit of buzzword. Everyone right now. Has the i in their name including a company where i bought my standing desk from so it has lost. Its meaning i think when it came when it comes to business cases so the way i have been thinking about it is in terms of accelerating ghouls that the companies already have in the case of brands and retailers. What has been happening Especially in the pre covid world. Is that the cost of acquiring customers has been going considerably up. There's a lot of venture capital money. That's going into direct to consumer brands. Everyone is buying ads in order to acquire new customers. but then no-one has been thinking about retaining customers. Retaining customers is much more efficient and in order to retain customers and one of the elements you have to do. There is to communicate with them at the level that the like and the able to personalize content at least in the context of retail. Now a i can make that possible. And essentially what we replace existing workflows and outdated technology that makes retaining customers cost effective and makes a from a workflow perspective very expensive and all of that easy and we just happened to us to make that possible. Yes you're saying accentuating in existing already kind of present goal that said i guess. Different kinds of deployments they involve different factors here. So i'm thinking about what it looks like to apply to detect fraud or to build a chat bot where we've gotta get a pretty strong corpus of our own data together we've gotta clean and harmonize that stuff. We've gotta get cross functional teams to come together. Maybe make sense of that. Some applications like a security camera that detects people. Well it's pretrained. I don't need any interaction. You're buying it software. It's off the shelf end of story. But i would imagine for a deployment often. We do have those realistic considerations so we don't have to sell with the whizbang like a nimrod that like. Ai is cool for its own sake. I think safely squarely. That's for nimrods only in this. Podcast hopefully has very few of them tuning in certainly if they've been berated long enough with the messages that we've been sending to them in best practices but those considerations still feel real and feel like they're things that leadership is going to have to address. How is that presented on the table when people are saying. Hey or nay whether it's to your solution or something else. Yeah what we've seen is that there's a lot of digital transformation project out there especially in retail which is vertical that we focus on a minimum buzzword in there. Lots of consultancies. That are working on this. What we've noticed is that there are lots of these projects that have been going sideways. A lot of money has been spent on those and essentially a lot of the challenges that they've run into are around essentially what you were just saying. What is the collection. How do i collect even my own data at silos. It's in different parts. It's different databases you. You think about retail. It has a very complex data. Set that moves. The difference steve's In very different levels of structure can have real time interactions on your website. And then you have inventory movement in physical stores so usually you're getting that data all in one place in order to even run analysis like let alone execution on top of becomes a hard problem right and there are many cases in which is solves that solves the collection of data. I would say in on this case it would be machine learning and even the precursor of it which is how do i actually wrangle all of this data. Put it into one place. So that i can actually run workflows on it. It's so i would say usually that usually that is the consideration is how to solve the problem. Before you even embark on the part. That feels like. I mean if you're you know you're selling whether you're a service or a product you're selling into an enterprise. They're going to have to overcome that right. It's not you're not just going to be like well you can figure the api's and up. I'll show users how to use an internet. See you later guys. It's not really like that. We're going to have to dive into these silos to some degree. How do you present that without scaring people away. Hey look this is going to involve some integration here evolve harmonizing some stuff. This is gonna involve work in new ways and think it through new problems like you said we're identifying with a goal that we know is important to the client. I think that's tremendously sharp smart. You know more pressing than ever in this kobe era. But but how do we present the realities of what the planet look like without making it spooky. So let's easier said than done. The reality is in a lot of these digital transformation projects that included a component. The integration part is usually what fails everyone says. Oh yeah. I have the is. Of course you can put this system that system. And you can integrate oracle with adobe and the reality. Is you know companies lack either. The technical background to do this or usually everyone has such a snowflake off an implementation. There's so many new. You look at a marketing automation. There are five thousand different than theirs on the keep sheet so everyone has a very different permutation of systems on their staff and integrating all of those together. Especially if you are a new vendor on the stat is really really difficult so that is a very common failure which you have to overcome in order to be able to be successful. So there's success of being able to sell in their success at being able to actually deploy.

"It's the security issues well, last pass instantly becoming you know I mean doubling in the number of businesses, use it over less than a year a really clearly the saving grace to help companies I, I know of some. Case Studies. Test cases, I won't name names but I have to include our own company we of course, we've been losing using last pass for ages for many years I, I started at twelve years ago Steve You did I can't even believe it now it was ten years ago that you're did review of last pass with Josie. Grist. we start using last pests enterprise more. Than five years ago, companies leverage last pass so that their teams could set up and use strong passwords for their accounts in the programs but it goes beyond that last pass enterprise now has single sign on one of the thirteen hundred APPs, which is kind of Nice solution. Passwords are not a great solution single sign on makes it easier for employees more convenient and more secure for you. Last past can help you transition your remote workforce if you haven't done. So already with single sign on with enterprise management, and of course, one of the things it's always first. And foremost with last passes that your it department. Has Oversight with shadow. It they can enforce policies. There's more than one hundred policies they can force across their accounts. We enforce a number of them for for instance, we require all employees us to factor We have minimum password requirements so that they'll use strong passwords I mean. They've they've really dotted all the is and crossed all the TS. There's multi factor and not just. Not just to factor but multi factor authentication. So of course, you've got biometrics last best support fingerprinting face recognition even iris recognition on hardware that supports it, but they go a step beyond that with contextual factors like Ip, address or Geo location because let's face it the most important feature of last past for you is the assurance that the right employees are accessing resources they're supposed to have access to and not that they're not at the right time from the right location. And it's really what what? We've called before a zero knowledge security model. It protects everybody from the individual user to the biggest organization that uses last pass. It's worth saying again, your security is their top priority. Last pass is beloved by employees because it's more convenient. It's the first thing I install on any device I use it's where I store my most valuable stuff not just passwords but passports and driver's licenses and social security numbers is it's like a secure enclave because my password vault. Storage has never decrypted anywhere, but on device, my master password that's used to decrypt it along with my second factor authentication I use a you becky the passwords never transmitted to last pets they never have access to it they use a S. two, fifty, six bit encryption. We talked about this before Steve to prevent brute forcing last past fault they use PB k. d. f. to you can set the iterations but I think that the fall is now one hundred thousand interrelations is a ton of interruptions they of course use. And Look I think we all realize that we all make mistakes some tremendous mistakes. So what Kanye and I did and it was just as simple as this we just sat down with one another. It was all about love man it was all about. You know not. Not. Criticizing anybody. But just sharing different knowledge that we have. It on on a plethora of subjects man it. We talked a lot about. Jesus, we talked a lot about price. We talk a lot about family. We talked a lot about. The media, we talked a lot about social media. We talked a lot about our feelings you know and we just ended up came away to say that you know. You know just just how we both. You know. Become better men. And you know. I. Everybody you don't like I explained to him, you can live your life you can make it without your mother, all of us. Three of us will show what that is. You can live your life without your father. Almost all of us know what that is. You can live your life without your siblings or your brother but one thing in life you cannot live without you cannot live without a friend. We talked about that. Because I'm not just saying it because I I know it from a different suspected friendship truly ears central to the soul. You cannot live your life without a friend. You got to have somebody man that when it goes down, you can turn to them and say, Hey, man I messed up. And they don't go what you do you what you need somebody man when you make a mistake you go. A man I think I messed up. This is what I said. I cou my man, this is what we do. And we talked about that and that's really the extent of it. Without me talking about any particulars. On anything that was the gist of the conversation. I'm really really happy. That that, we had a chance to sit down. Together you know. Because he is religious, he says years on. No no no. Absolutely. He's real will let me tell you something. Konya is not joking about Jesus now. Okay. Good enough. He's not playing with that. Kanye is not joking about Jesus don't nobody ride it don't nobody take what I said twisted. The brother is serious about his walkway, right? You can believe that now. You Can Georgie. Just like you can judge me. Post to. Do it anyway. So you can judge on his wall just like I've been judged on my walk but that's the thing we had in common. because. We are both judge about our walk. DIFFERENT SIP on. Run. Hard Chica CEOS He. Never finish it. You know some of the comments on the Graham were that you were going to be his running mate VP. No. Now, let me say this right here. We were there to share and an eight one, another I I'll say it like this and before anybody let's be clear about something I did not vote for Donald Trump. I, told him that when I set there and saw him I didn't vote for Donald Trump. That time I would've have Dan met him I told him I didn't vote for you. And I'm not voting, for Donald Trump. This time. I am so against his presidency. Now, I can't speak for everybody else but I would it. So you know yeah what but once again, you can say you want to say, but I, am I'm in the salvage business of young men, my mentoring camp. Let me finish talking about it when we come back and then I'll just read it out. You're listening to Dave morning show. So Steve You're telling US we're about to go but you were telling us about your meeting with Kanye West yesterday i. mean it was just good overall. Now let let me straighten a couple of things out. Steve Harvey ever been a trump supporter. y'All got on social media ran with data to mountain for no reason because you had nothing else talk about Steve didn't vote for Donald. Trump I voted for Hillary Clinton. And when I met with him I told him I didn't vote for you. I'm not going to vote for him this time. I. Think he's horrible. That goes along the front of my bench so I have that. Continuous service there and so that is probably straightening up that inside job. You know inside face politically but on the outside face. I just have a wooden. It's over length wooden piece just to give me a little bit whiter capacity for holding and that's just a square at board which is just screwed directly to that so my guess is they're still probably that. I guess you'd call it like a camber with the ideas. Steve You were saying the idea. Is that as you tighten it up? It comes together as opposed to when you tightening up in that top starts to open up a flex. That's the worst thing that can happen. So yeah so for audio only listeners. The top is going to touch. Before the middle of the vice. All right question number two is from chase. When should you peg attention? And when should you not? I haven't entry table that I that I'm making with square. Legs Mortis intendant in aprons. There's certainly enough room for quarter in style but it would get a little awkward with. The Dow was trying to intersect each other inside the leg. The leg with pegs And the tendons are two and a half by seven eighths of an inch deep Quarter of an inch. Thick Apron Apron is three and a half inches that yeah go ahead. I've been on the bench for awhile dating and I know a lot of being in a relationship is how you you were recently. Engaged jobs engaged and and what happened there. I mean I just I. I still don't know how to articulate it talk about the Mike Arms. How this is just so bendy no. It's just it just. I still don't have a way to articulate it and I'm I'm part of my recovery is being able to say I don't know how I'll get. You know who knows? Maybe another person. Maybe I just need to live on your farm. But then we'll just chat to each other all day and don't you have a firm like as well as until I'm able to get a what you're going to get like a full far because if you have horses someone has to be around all the time they can call like like I mean. They're just very delicate and ambitious in the in the world of A and it's a wild amount of shed. I mean it's expensive but then sieve and I want to do that. I wanted to donkeys horses. I'm going to do the whole thing but I probably need a couple of years to get that. Get that land right at that Lance I love how unapologetically just animal loving you are. Is it crazy? Well do people think I'm crazy? I don't think so. I think that it's I think because the way you do it is not preachy. I could name some people who are just really tough to follow. Because it's like just stop you know like the whole militant Vegan thing I think is Is is is a little bit it to me. It makes the people that you actually could convince or that you could interest shuts them down and makes them not it stopped. I shut down when people yell at me. And it's it's there's there's a real feeling that if you're not vegan enough you know like where we start like actually alienating people who are on the same fucking team that's exactly so I I look and I don't post most of my animal rescue stuff because a lot of the reason. I'm able to get animals out of Abusive situations the agreement. I says I won't put this on social media. Your name will not be involved. Give me the tiger and the horse. Nothing else will be sad right. So that's a big part of it so most of it is anonymous so but I do try to post if I'm trying to get a dog a home or trying to just go. Hey we're in quarantine grey to foster dog you know like Never WANNA bully people but because I have so many animal people sort of in my world which great before. But I'll get messages were if I'm wearing a shirt people go. You're wearing a silk shirt and that's worm rape and I'm just like okay right you like I proud of myself or not even having noticed that you have animals on share because like I've just not not once have looked at your breast your to who doesn't you have blinders on in a way that I am not even a woman team. He has not even look below my neck. I mean granted this is probably just the Lee Sexual. This managed to neuter myself with his shirt. But I mean I'll be wearing something or if someone sees me eating honey they'll be like be rape right. I post videos like taking bees out of the pool like so much trouble. It was it was when I was in that same fucking theater in Vancouver and someone came through the line and they said hey like Like are you still Vegan or and I was like. Oh well you know like once when I got cats and then I was just like a gate you know and I I just you know became PESCA. -Tarian feel like you know like I gotta feed my cats. Well Yeah I gotta feed my cats me like my dogs like I. I just don't don't fucking DIG Vegan Dog Food. I it part of the reason. I don't eat red meat as I feed so much red meat to my dogs and so I try to just go like okay this like that. Yeah and also I like a fish. Yeah and I also like started chicken like we've been doing chicken I would. Also we tore lots. There's times where it's like and because I had such crazy eating disorders stuff if I'm in an airport and I the only choices like chicken soup or like diet coke like I Gotta. I gotta do that or else. I'm on the slippery slope of my diet. Just like if I'm you know the Tulsa airport and there's only a borrow pizza and Hudson News right like I can't just only drink for lunch because I'm like not eating chicken like that. Gets INTO A WHOLE OTHER UNHEALTHY? Sort of thing But but yet I also I also think people just need to be on their own and part of it too. I told this this girl that like you know I've ages line got blerim like I eat. Fish actually subscribed to the belief. That fish is good for me. Yeah certainly better than all the fucking like fake mock meat bullshit really not good for. Yeah and you know so like eggs and fish and then it was like and I didn't even think anything of it. Yeah she came back to the line again. Just talk to me again to say how she disapproves. Fish Fisher. You Know Cente- everyone whatever it was. Yeah and then the next day I got on the airplane and now I'm seeing things like on like the instrument whatever it was like. Oh he's not fucking anymore. He's fucking traders hypocrite. He's just like wait. What and then I and I was like foolishly. Responded so Yeah there was. There was like a direct messages at forget. But then now there's like a facebook forum like you know and it was just like and I just got so at my wit's end I'd finally was just like you know I just want. I posted of a picture old picture of me and crammed into a fridge. These fruits and veggies. You know and I was just like man my just like fuck. Vegans can be really annoying. Man You now like really annoying. I just wanted to say like like when people are on your. Let's let's not alienate people. Who are really proactive. About like furthering progress or animal welfare. You know when somebody isn't quite up to your personal standard of veganism free when when they're not like let's not attack the people who are really proactive. And benefiting say I think in anything extremism is where it should hits the fan so I'm sure there are cool. Republicans Cool Democrats. It's just the extreme will republicans. Look I know the fucking cool Republicans who are like you know very liberal in some areas and and I know some that go back and forth. The can't imagine being you know but I just think to me it's always like and I sometimes do. Come to the defense of the non vocal vegans or. Just do what you want man. I'm GONNA do like words and Neal Brennan like Barker. I Yeah Right. I've known them for ten years. We've had you know Neil and I dinner used up dinner once a week. Megan people and just do the best. You can extreme do you. Can you know I just? I had a pig and stumbled upon getting a pig. I didn't plan on getting a pig. Once you fucking have a pig and you see how smart they are. It's just like I just couldn't go back. You know what I mean. It was just one of those things with just pigs. It was just like Oh yeah dude like I mean so much smarter than my dogs. This is say you know what it was for me was when I was hearing all the voices on drugs like I was I was I needed to know more about what I had. This connection with the the barriers were eroded now I'm interacting with the spirit entities. And so I was. I was you know. Took to the Internet to research spirituality and learn what what's going on what am I privy to let me learn about what it is and I came upon this video of like a fucking Krishna Consciousness Guru in India and he just said one thing that caught me said. How can you expect to be saved if you eat meat like just seemed like you know and I think by any buddies standards whether it's like Go TO HEAVEN BE SAVED. Nirvana like whatever it is like. There's some kind of a consensus that human experience is is essentially. We're in a fucking jam and we're trying to get out. We want to ascend as we're in this fucking thing and it's like we need to be saved. We need to talk in here. We need to go to heaven. But whatever we're in we're in we're gonNA fucking jam and like the idea of this is to somehow like no matter what religion spiritual like you know. Wisdom is like our purposes to get out of this jam by finding salvation. And this guy who is like this spiritual. How can you expect to be saved and I thought Oh no? I'm not going to be saved because I'm fucking eating meat and I. I stopped eating meat except for fish at that time. Because all fucking Jesus like was fishermen man like eating fish to be cool. Well how how can that work? We're belief where's the confession? Where's the baptism? It's not mentioned. It's it's included and you'll also find over next chapter fourteen in verse one. The word believe there is used to describe everything that is involved so when a person sometimes makes a point going back to the personal association. They talk about something A person says let me go back and let me get my billfold. Well there may be a little bit more involved there as well but they give apart. There's something that I'm lacking. I'm going to go back and get the one item and it represents everything So we do that. A lot of times and scripture. We Have Seneca keys. Sometimes those are tied in with salvation. Lydia was not the only one who has ties her household was also emerged buried in baptism. Once again people looked at this account as we talked about before they say well though the Lord opened her heart and that was supernatural. That was miraculous. No it wasn't in this case they see the word household. And what are they infer? Try to infer well. There had to be there had to be infants. So here we have in the minds of some proof for infant baptism. Are there any households that don't have infants? Yes how could you have a household? If you don't have any interest in it. Well they could be grown. Who could be in your household? Well you could be married or could be are. It could be those family members. What about mom and dad in this country are in that culture could have had a slave? Could you had some people working for you? There could have been any number of people in her household when you think about all the things that we talked about concerning the hearing the Gospel Giving. Hey of the Gospel. That could not have been done by an infant. Someone has given this comparison. I like this illustration maybe you won't but infant baptism has been compared to some people thinking that certain. Man Steve. We're going to go back to you and use an example if we again okay. All right we're just GonNa pin you today all right. So Steve's asleep and there are some people who think Steve needs to get married so they grab this group that thinks that Steve needs to get married. They grabbed some women. They grabbed some preacher and they go over to where Steve is sleeping and they are there in this room and the marriage ceremony is star by the preacher and Steve is asked while he's asleep. Will you marry this woman? And the woman answers four Steve. She says yes and the preacher finishes a ceremony and says now you're married and you wake him up and you say Steve You're married. Well we say well that seems kind of crazy in a similar way. That's what infant baptism is. You have this child who represents Steve and you quote Unquote Baptized Child and the parent or The Guardian Answers for the child. Yes baptism is is something that we're going to hear and then after the child has grown up or in this case Steve Wakes up. Child told well you were baptized. It would make no sense that we looked at that from the perspective of marriage. But that's how some people look at infant baptism. Verse Fifteen tells us that Lydia was hospitable. That's where we stop today..
