"Wer spokesman steve pal plan. Amanda issued a news release pointing out that hulk hogan by visiting several military bases quote is doing his part to ensure that morale remains high among family members of military personnel in the persian gulf. In quote the fact that hulk is still holding up signs proclaiming saddam and slaughter. We'll both surrender quote and the huggins opponent. Wrestlemainia just happens to waive. The enemy's flag is purely a coincidence. Of course is making this tour. Because he's a very nice man. If it happens to sell tickets to wrestlemainia that's something the wbf. We'll have to learn to live with so heavy sarcasm here for mr meltzer We also mention that. In this era the other channel had clash of the champions and dusty rhodes gave a big speech and He was critical of that as well. I don't know man hans side. It feels like everybody who had an opinion in the wrassling. Business was antifa. This whole angle or storylines meltzer's anti-american by his comments. Sounds like he's just anti-american antic- military and anti supporting his country. That's what it sounds like to me with this combats. It's interesting on this show. You don't mentioned where you're from On the show. So you don't say We're here live and making georgia is that perceived as being small time. Do you think. I mean if you're in chicago relay or new york you certainly mention it but there's no we're here in making georgia go here in the south. Yeah stir. the south is bigger. It is yeah. God bless the south this matter watching now hogan and tugboat taking on earthquake and dino bravo they go eight minutes and fifty six seconds Hogan's gonna pin bravo with a school boy Most of the matches tugboat versus earthquake. So meltzer were call. It largely pathetic. Of course any match with hogan is gonna have good heat so in some ways the match was a horrible game at one star boy. The crowd is hot for him here. We mentioned that. There's a lot of tapings happening at this. Very show Would you have started with main event here or do you finish with it. No probably would probably would have been in the middle. Okay start with some get some in your mouth get some any. Baleen you gut let the do the main event.

"And only Mr Doug Hopkins. Good afternoon, everybody. How you boys doing here? Well, I'm feeling dangerous, All right, Feeling dangerous. Yeah, I don't know. Are you a big You watched a lot of ESPN, right? No, not at all I do. Do you know what the phrase I'm feeling dangerous comes from No. Oh, man. Now I'm who's the quarterback of the dog pound Oh, no way. Baker Mayfield Baker Mayfield had an interview or they're on a baker. Are you feeling he goes, I'm feeling dangerous, and ever since then, I loved it so much that now That's what I said. That's cute. He relates to the millennial Q. B's exact is not what it is. Did Aaron Rodgers plays last game is, he announced Has there been announcement on that? Yes, he played his last game. Everybody played his last game for the Green Bay Packers. But Donna's last You don't think he's gonna retire. Always like a retired. Everybody was saying that sounded like like he was saying goodbye. No, he was just really Upset because they had a really good year. There were a number one seed and lost so You know it, Z To go out. You know the finality of that play. That's what makes football playoff so great is like there's not a Syriza were best of seven or best of five. It's one and done. That's it. You lose your out like your whole season is over. You're going home, and that's it. Yeah. And, uh, that's why I play off of Paul is probably the most exciting you know that you can get other than like a game seven when it's really like a winner. Take off. Do you believe that you can see the future? Yeah. Sometimes I really believe I can see the future. Okay? And it happened starting on last Saturday night. And you you did the same bet they called the economy. Gregor fight? Yes. And remember when I told you I go. I think he's getting his butt kicked. Right before the fight. I was like, I just I knew he was gonna lose. There was no question in my mind. He was gonna lose. And he lost and then heck, probably 23 weeks ago, I said it was gonna be Tom Brady versus moms. I go. There's this is the way it's gonna manifest itself. It is the goat versus the up incoming goat. Yeah, And it's gonna be. Is this a Is this a handing over? It is my home's the new guy, Or is the goat going to take one more? And I knew that it was going to be the Patriots versus the chief's way back in the in the wild card. Yes, there was no question that that's what do you remember when we were at Mountain View High school? You remember when I sold the T shirts for the state championship game? Okay, Get a load of this, okay? I'm not trying to make this all about me. But it is really truly all the whole show is all about. It is all those things we don't talk about. Not in view. During one of our shows. I think you feel like you've failed totally mountain view. Thanks for the sponsorship. I'm like Al Bundy, where my greatest days were so far behind the S O s. Oh, my My sophomore year junior year I was a junior class vice president. Okay? And we went to ST all three years. Well, Junior classified. We sold T shirts to the state championship game, said Mountain View. And it was It was a Taurel riding on a Mustang like toy horse. Okay, And so that was cool. The only problem was student council took all the money and I was like, Well, this horse crap. I just did all the work on this. I want to make the money. So the next year when I wasn't on student council, I teamed up with Mike Schultz and we created T shirts to sell. The only problem was is that we had to get The cartoons created in the cartoon was going to be every team that we defeated with. Their mascots were in a pile and on the back, it was gonna be the Toro kicking Whatever team we were playing in the state championships mascot into that pile on the problem was, we had to have it done two weeks in advance. S so you didn't know who that who was going to visit Russia, and I could only I only had enough money to get one cartoon made. You picked the wrong one. I picked the right ones. Two weeks out. It was mountain view versus Westwood and I chose not only that we were going but that they were going to win and I picked the right one so that we won the game on Friday. I was selling shirts for 10 Bucks a pop at school on Monday because I had everything already ready to go. I just had to screen print T shirts. I was part of that team that was playing We darn near lost toe M fi the week before you did way were down. Gosh, we played down at U of a was played in Tucson. And that's what they had The beets brothers Mario beyond Michael Bay. Yes. They went on to the NFL. They both went on to the NFL, and, um We were down. I think we're down like 17 points going into the fourth quarter. And we won't up throwing like three bombs and scored 21 points in the fourth quarter to win that game in one of the best games of the year. Yeah, I love that game E. I mean a lot of money on that game. Then we got our butts handed to us by Westwood the following week, but but I made you know how much have 1988. Do you know how much money I made off of that? I still remember the date. It was December 10th 1988 when we lost to Westwood. Uh, yeah. Any issue at S and I was walking up and down the parking lot before the game selling those T shirts that we bought for $2.50 each for $10. And we sold probably 3000 of them. It was amazing. The school was so ticked off at us. Yeah, they do because they do anything. They may well they kicked me off of the campus for I couldn't sell him on campus. So we went to that It's not baking anymore, but catty corner from the school. What? What was that? It was he was just a vacant lot. It was catty corner from the school right there on Lindsay and Brown. And so Yeah s so we went over there and we sold it ma'am way could not keep those in stock. It was incredible. It's awesome. Mike Schultz, Steve Pal. He was student by president and he was He had to be a silent partner. Because the student they were so mad that we were using the mascot on everything. But we were cutting that that was government corruption way back in 1988. Was amazing. Unbelievable. Isn't it? Cool, though you can see how people are back in high school, and you know who's going to be, you know, doing stuff and what they're going to do So anyways, I just I can see things like that. So I think I can tell the future. Well, good. I hope I hope you can. Yeah, I see a new host for this show in about three weeks doubling for that Doug and see the future and some properties. He made me Buy one last year. We were just talking about it off air that I wasn't super excited about and he was going Go on your immediate Just by the house. This is gonna be a great house, and it turned out pretty good..

"Where a mask. Order wear gloves. Where leather and chains reminds me of that time i accidentally walked into an sem convention. Back still hurts with speaking back. Fade back to former. Qb sean salisbury. On sports talk seven ninety. Get middle on them. I've been going all in on the medieval been middle east medieval on this trade talk and it's exhausting. But we'll have steve pal. All with his expertise cleared up a little. Bit knows this position and football as well as anybody. Senior analyst pro football focus joins us as he does every week here on sports. Talk seven hundred. All right steve. Tell me how far back you'd set this franchise if you traded to shawn watson man. I'm sorry this is what has to be discussed right now. It's unbelievable yes. Yeah you spend years looking for this guy you know look at the miami. Dolphins have spent twenty years. Look at dan marino the the patriots might never be good again and so they can somebody. That's you know close to tom brady. So yeah it's a it's a big deal finding this guy you know. Finding the guy that's gonna lead your franchise would watch it and especially. How much did we talk about how much he had improved this year and the steps that he had taken i mean he's probably the second best commodity in the entire league behind. Patrick mahomes the second most valuable player that you would start a franchise with going forward so it's a big deal If he does get traded. I mean you have to be talking. S- three ones and multiple tattoos. They got a minimum And you would like to get even more than that so And even if you do if one of those one doesn't become an above average quarterback. It almost doesn't matter that trade knocking to be even So yeah it's a tough situation to be in unless they can resolve things internal steve. You and i and if we were talking before this and we didn't because i've said the same thing i said if mahomes was here and watson was in kansas city kan city would still be the one seed and the texans would have been foreign twelve. I are five and eleven. At best. I i believe they're the steetch. Have different skills. That the other doesn't and to start a franchise. Both of them you start one two and the rest come into play these two so with that in mind. I'm going to play. I'm gonna play a guy who's calling you a the gm for a second. 'cause i brought this up in san francisco yesterday okay. I'm calling you. I'm john lynch and your mcnair. Nicotera say i'm gonna give you three ones jimmy garoppolo a number. Two and nick bozo. Are you making trade..

"In the nfl back and forth on it because again it goes. They're all individual cases. It would be like saying this. You know it was like when we said air raid. Quarterbacks can't make it in the nfl and oh by the way. Patrick mahomes is the best quarterback out of an air raid system. So there's no hard and fast rules. But i think you have to look back and say you bringing urban. What what made urban meyer special. Ed ohio state and it was definitely his recruiting right the ability to just get good players in first and then you develop so. He did both of those things. Well so i think you have to balance and say okay. Will this college coach. What's successful just because he recruited. Because you don't do that at the nfl level or was he successful because He knew schematically what to do. He adjusted he was always a step ahead of the curve. So you look at in oregon. Meyer or lincoln riley. They they were right. They innovators offense and to me. That's the biggest thing you hear. I hate when i hear it's a copycat. Nfl because if you're copying you're not innovating and if you're copying you're doing something that's already been done. I think the best coaches have been. Innovators and you get a lot of innovators from college. So they absolutely should be in the mix because they could be one step ahead of the curve and that's the nfl. These days is getting that edge and being one step ahead. Why wouldn't a team interview eric. The enemy i don't know i would. I'd wanna figure out. 'cause here's the here's the thing about patrick mahomes right. He did not step into the league as a finished product. You say this all the time you go back through his scouting report and you list the weaknesses. He had plenty of them and now they're not there anymore. So i would wanna go find out who was a part of that. Andy reid eric. The enemy whoever was involved in taking patrick mahomes ability to play within structure and his decision making and all the things where he improved like. I wanna know who did that. So absolutely i think every enemy deserves You know being in the mix as far as interviews go. Because i want to know who took the homes and talk raw playmaking talent and turned him into the all around force that he's become last question today. We'll catch you again next week through these playoffs. We appreciate you as always. Steve are the buffalo bills a legit threat to the kansas city chiefs based on grades. Yeah absolutely yeah. They're playing as well as any team in the league and the thing i like about the bill the most i would say The way they've won games this year. You're their only real weakness is run defense. Which i don't care about a whole lot. And i think is almost by design with buffalo. And they did it against kansas city. They said hey. Rush for three russia two hundred and actually held the chiefs to twenty six points which is a win. That's a win defensively. Then you have to go. You have to go score twenty seven. I think they've got the coaching. I think they have allen playing at a high level of quarterback and they have the receivers the weapons and the the back seven to cover a little bit. I think the bills they can win games in a variety of ways and they're absolutely threatened. The asa how far off on this rogers first mahomes a win. Dogo will go second allen. Third derrick henry fourth in my mvp voting. I mean i would never put a running back in there. Even though henry is a special guy. I mean he's he's he's ridiculous even two thousand yards. I understand he's been he's been absolutely incredible I would just always lead to the quarterback that i would put brady up there in the tom josh allen mix we had a few bad games and their see him down the stretch and he's been ridiculous so i would. I would just link quarterback. I'd just go brady over henry next. But i think other than that. Yeah rogers definitely the guy though. He's seen i. I love it. Throw it win steve. This is kind of quarterback right with you brother. I like a six four hundred and fifty pound belco back. But i'll tell you wade out let it rip man steve great stuff. We'll look forward to it. Man this is going to be a blast weekend but these. Nfl games with the extra playoff game. Six six games over the weekend. I can't wait. I look forward to talking to you. Thanks for your insight. Yup their way. Thanks john to. That's great steve pal. Zola here on sportstalk seven ninety. Hey energy he always brings energy. And and i'd like to think that we do here to but let me tell you if you're struggling. Seven ninety talking to steve palace old. Mcu and i've been riding this train all year. I know i have to ad. Apparently pro football focus loves themselves. From tom brady right. He's playing at a high level. Right now i've seen so much fluctuation and inconsistency when they're good they're really good when they're bad they're they're basing right barely himself a few times. They play washington which vicious pass rush which you need interior pressure to to slow brady down right. If he gets set his feet and scan and do the things he does you befuddled rights. He has amazing weapons unbelievable. And the thank here is. I'm telling you here here's the problem. Now listen are they the best team in the nfc right now. But brady's playing the packers kick the crap out of that right. Tampa kick tampax crack on earth kicked of the trap points right and sort of a few other teams beat him but he. Here's one thing you and i both know is with these playoffs. Is it number. Twelve lives loves this real estate and january. And he's ready to make his statement. Mike eight he could go out and his role. Have you in the super bowl in a in a blink of an eye your there again. Yep his his his tail. What if he gets his if he gets his wish. Somehow let's see. I don't know how it's going to shape up right. I mean i'm trying to play the winner. Seattle and ram saran rams and then the winner of so the packers and the saints are in a different side right now. They would point in the next. They would point in the division round. That's different than the but the win. Would the packer nears get to the packers. They the championship game. That's exactly they would only play the pay the packers or the saying. Nfc jets thing. And that's why i was about to say. That's what i said the other side i met. They're not going to see them until the last game. I know that they would go on the road to play seattle in the round win their pick tampa bay to win me too because it's seattle's not the same with the twelfth man not there. Yeah different now..

"Sports. Talk seventy pro football focus. Senior analyst steve palo solo as he does every tuesday at this time. Coming out of an nfl week joins us here grades and all those things that they do to give you guys. It's like the it's an. I mean this is an incredible compliment whenever we needed stats growing up it was. It's always been a like elias sports bureau right. we'll mix tape and study and grades and hard work pro. Football focus is the place to go and steve. Palolo is the man to join us as he does every week. Here on the. Sean sows sean. Sportstalk seven ninety steve. Welcome in a. And i know. He's the topic of conversation here every week. But and and we're starting to see the evolution of ticket to a complete nother level. Not just statistically but just as a player three of his top receivers. Out to shawn. Watson elevates hanson. Qt's been in the doghouse. He was under bill. O'brien they're in a loss. I'm seeing stuff from this guy that puts him in. He starting to push himself into rarefied air. Stephen as far as nfl quarterbacks go oh yeah i completely agree the same stuff. We've the last few weeks and everything and in this season with with watson There's i think there's just a comfort level in in his ability to you know in his his play within the pocket combined with a extending plays right if we look at the evolution of his career. You'd go back and say highlight reel fair. And i said this. About a lot of quarterbacks show me the top twenty plays top thirty plays. They're also mahomes. You know looks. Different and rogers looks different but a lot of guys they look similar like. Hey here's here's some great football players playing quarterbacks about you know wasn't drop forty eight times the other day yesterday. Good forty eight times over and over and over again. It's not that you're perfect or he's perfect but you have to trust the guy that you know. Throw the ball to flat when you need to to throw the curl when you need to throw the dig when you need to. And then by the way mixing some spectacular place and i think that overall consistency and body of work has gotten much better and obviously it was topic at the colts. A good defense. You know a couple of band plays in there but watson's consistency from play to play basis and now subsequently a week to week basis just so much better than any time in in his career steve. What's let's look ahead for a second because you know they're trying to salvage the rest of the season piecemeal things together so they can play good football and be evaluated a new coach and a new general manager. If you were hiring look into your crystal ball about the day balls in the in the be enemies and just i mean deep not just because be enemies. The hot commodity. I mean matt nagy was to. He didn't have a quarterback the enemy would if he came here. What is who would you hire. What kind of guy do you need here. Yeah so it's tough to say specifically. Because i really think when you talk about head coach it's just so different from an xs and os guy right like that's kind of the foundation. But the best coaches their ceo's right. You have to keep people happy. You have to manage the game on game day. You know that there's so much that goes beyond xs and os I would be. I would be leaning toward a setup where i had an offensive guy in coup and then really investing way taco bells toasted cheddar chilubas back. Are you thinking what i'm thinking. Chatterbox to lupu delicious. And now crunchy taco cinnamon medium break. Whoa sorry this is cool. We're all thinking. The five dollar toasted jeter chiluba boxes back only at taco bell limited participating locations for a limited time only contact prices hours in participation vary tax extra threes full savings and sale was happening now. Mattress warehouse save up to one thousand dollars. Plus get zero percent interest financing for sixty minutes unsure of which mattress is right for you. Most people are but mattress. Warehouse is home to bed match the diagnostic system. That recommends the best mattresses for your individuals support needs. Try it for yourself today and the mattress warehouse one year price guarantee means you know you're getting the best price why shop anywhere else visit. Sleep happens dot com for a location near you. Get a defensive coordinator. So i i like i kinda like the way sean mcvay as dumb things with the rams where he where. He's he's the offensive guy. He has his hands on the defense gives. Every head. coach has has to know everything but he's got some really good defensive coordinator wade phillips to The guy that he has over there right now that they took from From dangerous he was doing a great job Whose name escapes me at the moment but I think that concept works. You get your get your eric. The enemy Get your able get your guy that is going to be An offensive mind but then invest heavily on the defense side of the ball as well and get a good defensive coordinator so i like the idea of an offense head coach and just the defensive coordinator the kind of has autonomy to reshape things on defense. And we've seen the defense is an issue. We'll talk about that every week. But we've seen teams be able to turn it around pretty quickly with just a new energy a new system. A new the colt on it The last couple of years with with flew over there. They changed and they started. Playing more zone changed how they attack people defensively and overhaul thing. So i liked the idea of an offense of head coach in a really Invested defensive side of the ball. It's almost like having two separate sides and keeping things out separated. Steve zillow senior analyst pro. Football focus joins us sports. Talk seven ninety. All right steve with a and you tell me where. I'm wrong here but i as a former player. A head coaches matter but more. Ceo and leaders of men. I don't need my head coach. I needed to understand what people are buying into. But i need. I don't need him to be the best xs and os guy on my staff. I need him to make sure that. He empowers my coaches to do what they do and do his research and why he's bringing them in. I would. I would say regardless. Who the head coaches that is the coordinators and the position coaches they hire are every bit if not more important than the head. Coach agree or disagree. It's a business you know. And i i work in a business at pf. And i think you know from a business standpoint. You have ownership chris collins worth owns. Pf and he said they certain culture for the company. The allows our ceo to carry out that culture. I mean it's no different within a football team. And that is why. I think you do see Consistency in new england. Obviously having brady and valujet house we have you have consistency in places like new england and baltimore and pittsburgh and you know the city it starts from ownership and it goes down through every single leader from the top down and if those guys are good and in place i think in turn you get better hires from coordinator standpoint. You get better position. Coach hires and i think to your point on the head coach thing to they. Also they coached the coaches as well. Right i mean if you like what when bella checks is talking to his. He's getting position coaches who are going to carry out his plan It all the best head coaches are doing that so i think that is crucial. As well and absolutely position coaches with the linebackers starts with the linebackers more than anyone else more than the corners. So i agree. It's a top down approach but it starts with leadership. I think the browns for all of their wards through the years they really wanted a guy like kevin fancy. Who get this why. It's tough to like pinpoint who the guy is. They got it the interview process and said this is the guy. This is the leader of men. This is the leader of an organization. And i know it's early but he's got the browns at nine and three. And i think that you know you look at that. That's a good hire to completely revamp the organization. That's what is needed to turn things around. Steve pal joins us here pro football. Focus on the sean size. Show a couple more minutes. All right steve. What if i asked you. What if i said they were interested. I'm just saying they're not at least i don't know if they are gets the texans. Nobody knows what they're doing when it comes to ownership. But what if. I said that they loved lincoln riley. What are you does shawn watson. Lincoln riley a college coach..

"Senior analyst pro football. Focus steve pal solo. Steve a little different tone. Well the tone change back after the fuller roby thing. But we're not going to discuss just yet. We're going to get to the xs and os this thing watson another big performance this team starting to turn it around the run game leave something to be desired but now the passing game has not suffered going into this week even with hopkins being gone. I know he's good but they're passing game has been one of the better ones in pleasant surprise this year it absolutely has and i thought one of the bigger stories of of the year coming in looking at the shawn watson would it be better for his development and not have the andre hawkins and i know we can go back and talk about the trade and what they got for it and and hopkins awesome obviously But we saw this matthew staff. But i think in detroit where he lost alvin johnson. He got a little bit better. Spread the ball around a little bit more think relied on the system. Didn't rely on. Just one guy. And i think we're seeing that actually help to shawn watson development. Now we will see what happens without will fuller golden forward But my favorite thing about the texans. This year is the way they have taken leave. Speedy playmakers including fuller spread them around created. Mismatches in tax. Teams you know in a different way Then then they had previous years watson doing a really good job and and improving his game up to twenty yards short area game making good throws and good decisions cutting back a little bit on the sacks and all those things that he's needed to do to kind of take next up. I've seen him the last couple of weeks. Steve throw balls out of the end zone when he when he realizes there's nowhere else to go. It's okay tedi kick a field goal in the red zone and not take a sack. You can't make every play. And you know steve. I believe that. I've said the same thing you did. While losing hopkins. Of course you don't want the best guy out there but it also can increase development of a quarterback because when i see a quarterback who gets more people involved and trust and they trust him. The passing game can elevate and it has elevated even though hopkins. Isn't.

"He made everything. Look exactly the same and everybody had a different answer for it. And it's like and then they moved the ball down the field before you. They've got seven points. So i think there's some rhythms the play calling in that first fifteen that's probably lacking in houston Right now but it's really tough to say. Why don't they actually do well. Or why don't they call better plays. It's really tough to pinpoint other than i think. I think from a play calling the game planning standpoint. Just some coordinators better than others at that you know started the game all right. I'm let go on this. Got about thirty seconds. Who's the mvp in the league would just past the midway point. Oh man. I think right now. Body of work. it's it's probably aaron rodgers. look at he's highest rated quarterback. Pf s and you know most valuable player Patrick mahomes we'll probably get there. I think mahomes so many people are looking at homes and say well. He's got twenty five touchdowns one interception therefore he's the guy He's not the guy because of those twenty six plays he's had some interception. He's got six touchdowns on screen so holmes isn't there yet but he probably will be there because he's awesome and he's going to you know play. Play great turn the second half of the year. But i like i look at rogers mahomes right now. Murray starting to play his way at least into some chatter. that's for sure. So it's fun to watch we get. We're lucky with some copying quarterbacks and rogers is just stupid. Good steve great stuff man. We will talk to you. What next tuesday before available before thanksgiving are we still good for next tuesday. Yeah yeah we can do that. We'll knock it out next tuesday before the holiday. I appreciate your brother. "T s perfect football weather if you're old school grind and ground and pound as you said but which is not the strength of the texans And can be with. Nick chubb coming back and practicing this week the the strength of the cleveland browns but they have been in one this year so they should be more prepared for it. The question is can handle it. Better than they did against the raiders who I think steve pal who also said that allows was. Pittsburgh was his worst game in cincinnati. His best game and i watched the game. Baker mayfield was just very pedestrian. The game so quarterback grip how you handle it and we know what's going to happen. The browns are gonna try to shorten the game and the texans are going to lead it by throwing often. i would imagine so it does make for for pleasure if you're browns fan and that should be the advantage but they did not handle it well so it is a sports talk seven ninety year and our number one on a wednesday and with that. I mean you were talking about the expansion of the playoffs and we had discussed it a couple of weeks ago and it was broached. This could happen depending on You know what goes on with. Covert in the contingency plan To have it. and. If i'm the top seed or the best team in the league or one of the best teams in the league. I'm not real fond of it. I get no rest. I gotta play the eight seed While i think we all like extra playoff teams. And that's kind of fun once in a while. I just don't understand why the nfl didn't have this in plan when they put the schedule did they really think they'd nobody was gonna shut down because of kobe. They can't do that stupid. nobody can be that stupid. They just can't so this plan should have been in place that i know. We're doing things on. The fly should have been in place long ago where we didn't have to expand this where we just expanded. The season moved Dates given them to open dates plus thereby week in those to open weekends could've been Could've been an opportunity for them to play makeup game so we get a normal sixteen games scheduling and go about our business. The normal way. Because i to me so if you happen to miss what happens if you're sick and needed that they missed two games so the covid says. I mean the scabs. This percentage so you could actually have a worse record but a better percentage right in the division and to my knowledge reading this all yesterday that it you can still get in the playoffs. Even if you're rewarding teams that maybe like the raiders. Who went to a party at an event and didn't wear their masks and we've got in trouble for it have been fined for it but in the end if they make the playoffs that last team..

"Of plays it was like they had like thirty more. Plays than thirty or more plays than tampa bay. Did i mean the when you look at the statistics which sometimes can be misleading statistics. Statistics misleading. This was brady played awful. They didn't run the ball. The drop balls dating target proper receivers. Their todd bowles made no adjustments. And he's a good defensive coordinator tells me right now that the afc has minimum of three teams better than the innocence. Vesting right now. Kansas city pittsburgh baltimore and maybe buffalo. On a they dismantled the the seahawks defense the bottom of the third best team in the afc. Minimum of the third is better than any of the the the better tampa veteran green bay. Better new orleans better. Seattle is better than any team in the nfc. The afc's the the now the has become the better conference this year. Top heavy wise. They're better. Kansas city and pittsburgh are better far better right now than the best team in the nfc and right now the baltimore may be as well. Baltimore was playing tampa on a neutral site right. Today i would take baltimore to beat them me too. I take baltimore right now yet. I'm not going away from the tampa hopefully can get it right. I got them You know going to the world to the world championship the super bowl. And i'll tell you. Another thing is blowing homefield advantage see without fans. I'm telling you teams that. Don't the breeze doesn't want to go on the road and play in green bay in december. January damn righty does. So when i start to look at that. Who's the best suited to go on the road in the nfc. Russ and darren. Rogers you don't wanna go into green bay and have to play them in rogers and he doesn't care about that weather and with the wind and the rest of it so you had indianapolis is the same way. The colts going on the road to play pittsburgh in january. There they got no shop. They will not win. I think like you said in the. Nfc is there's not that many elite teams i saw stat yesterday. That cam newton threw for. I believe it was three hundred ninety six yards against the seahawks defense going into last night against everyone else. He only averaged one hundred and fifty six passing yards a game. That's the hawks. Devi insists on. How many think about what. We're saying about some cowboys. Texans seahawks rule defense. I mean just horrible defense atlanta. You could score on all of them. I mean every single week. It's like it's a quite frankly humiliating. So yeah i learned a now. I don't know i would've thought that tampa after. Lose them to orleans early in the season. It's a divisional game. You did not play well and had to really really earn a victory against the bad giants team. I would have thought it home that they'd been ready to play. It looked like a team that surrendered in about the middle of the first quarter. I ain't never seen that before. So one of the worst all around performances. Like i said by a team that i've ever witnessed honestly. It was embarrassing from wins the last time you would watch a team that good and say in the middle. The first quarter by halftime wanted to turn the tv off because it was a it was. It was embarrassing they were they were horrible. They got some fixing to do if they're going to gain that respect back as new orleans looked like new orleans. Look like a super bowl team. The tampa did not make it difficult on them at all right sports. Talk seven ninety steve. Tyler zola's gonna join us next. I feel like every week when you and i are talking while you give such great insight that it's kinda groundhog day watching the texas. Yes they won. But steve you and i and this is the most maddening thing about it. I can point to the same mistakes every week. And that's a problem for me on a football team. Yeah there's a lot of the stuff yes. I don't have time to add this week. You know. it's the same the same strengths and weaknesses. I think we've seen from the texans. I still wanna point back. Being encouraged by sean watson's player black three week. This wasn't this wasn't best game of the season. I think what i'm more encouraged. West actually mediocre game. I think overall for watson but great encouraged with is the lack of a disastrous game. He's had those teams in the past where he's just been so far off and he's he's avoided those for the most part so I'd be encouraged by that. I think the offense still showed Even though everything is knock clean down for down when you have fifty plus yard touchdown to bring the cook. The seventy seven hundred well fuller. I think that's what they built. This offseason is that big playability that that's in there and then gives you leeway in other in other areas so i think that was like the say but yeah but down the down consistency. Both add to the boss still still lacking for the titans. Yeah sadly if watson's the blow up games where he wasn't very good what happened against the two. The two wins. Jacksonville were a series or two would have cost them picker something wrong. They'd be on eight. Thank goodness it didn't happen in those two games because they got pushed to the brink this past week. Stay you make a point and i'm with the run game. Let's start there i. They're starting running backs down on their team in twenty twenty one. I don't think the guy who's on here now but is it. Is it obvious to you. Or am i missing something while. I'm david johnson's a nice enough guy. And he's had good moments in his career. That duke johnson should be touching the ball. More if they're gonna give if they're gonna establish something doesn't do johnson have to touching the ball more even though we don't consider.

"Wasn't just dangerous. It was practically impossible. The newest round of interviews also shed light on Steve Pals disturbing behavior toward Suzanne. Josh's father had stalked and harassed his daughter-in-law. So it was possible that he might have had a hand in her disappearance. On December seventeenth, ten days after Susan was reported missing West. Valley city police question. Steve. In his interviews, Steve Openly admitted his infatuation with Susan. But try to make the imagined romance seem consensual. Although Susan turned Steve Down and move nearly nine hundred miles just to get away from him. He somehow believe that the two of them shared a mutual affection. His delusion was unsettling, but he had an alibi for December seven. He spent the day at home with three of his children. Besides. Josh Steve had one other child who didn't live with him Jennifer she was the one who previously gave police the okay to search Josh and Susan's home. Now. She Sat for an interview and painted a picture of a twisted and damaging family situation and Steve Pals home. Jennifer claimed that her father had a serious pornography problem and that strange sexual behaviors including his voyeurism were normalized in his home. When she was a child Steve left pornographic images pulled up on his computer and magazines such as playboy laying out where she or her four siblings could easily stumble upon them. This inadvertent exposure to pornography at such a young age, traumatize Jennifer and likely did the same to her siblings? According to Researchers Antonia Kwara and Elie Sarre. Elmar from the Australian Institute of Family Studies Pornography while not inherently problematic can have far reaching effects on young people. According to Dr Code and Dr Elmore male adolescents who view pornography frequently are more likely to view women as sex objects, hold sexist attitudes and strengthen attitude supportive of sexual violence and violence against women. This is significant and places like the United States were approximately one in six women will experience rape or sexual violence. Pornography can encourage the idea male sexual aggression as acceptable or desirable. MISOGYNISTIC attitudes were pervasive in Steve's house each cheated on and berated his wife who eventually left him. He kept images of pinup models on his bedroom walls. Josh was exposed to pornography at a young age and evidence would later reveal that he like his father regularly viewed pornography as an adult. With all this in mind. It's easy to see where Josh's penchant for controlling and be rating Susan was nurtured. Jennifer told police that she had no doubt that her brother was capable of hurting or even killing Susan. Officers believed her all of the evidence they had pointed to a murder perpetrated by Josh though Steve May have somehow been involved to. Still, as unlikely as it seemed, it was also possible that Susan had left of her own volition. Without any concrete evidence that a crime had occurred authorities were stuck. Since detectives didn't have enough probable cause to obtain a search warrant for the POWs home. Josh had even more time to cover up potential evidence though he remained the prime suspect Josh was a completely free man. When he decided to take his children and moving with his father in January two, thousand ten, just a month after Susan disappeared. Officers couldn't do anything to stop him. To Belize the move. Made it clear that Josh? New? Susan wasn't ever coming home. Susan's parents Charles, and judy try to hold onto hope that their daughter would be found. But Josh's move infuriated them. They couldn't sit idly by while he took their grandchildren to live with Steve. Following the instructions Susan put in her will Charles and Judy attempted to get custody of Charlie and Brayden. Without any concrete evidence than Josh was an unfit father however, there was next to nothing Charles and Judy could do to get custody. Charlie and Braden lived in Steve's house which was no place for. Children. Charles and Judy were hurt but they weren't out of options. Jennifer was dead set on getting justice for her sister-in-law and offered to wear a wire to get josh to confess on tape. On January twenty, second two, thousand, ten, she attended a family dinner at Steve's home while officers listened from a vehicle parked down the street. Jennifer stomach fluttered as she walked inside her father's home. She thought wearing the wire might make her feel powerful like a secret agent. But. Now she just felt vulnerable worried that Josh and Steve would discover the tiny microphone at any moment. She went through the motions at the awkward family dinner forcing herself to eat even though her appetite had been zapped by nerves. All she needed was a moment alone with her brother to try to trip him into an accidental confession. When Josh stood and headed to the restroom after dinner Jennifer, seize the opportunity. She waited in the hallway for him to open the door then cornered him her heart pounding in her ears. Working hard to keep her voice steady. She asked Josh what he did to his wife. She watched as her brothers face suddenly grew hard. With a cold detachment in his voice, he told Jennifer that he wasn't allowed to talk to anybody about Susan's disappearance. All the time his face remained impassive STOIC a stone. Jennifer even tried accusing Josh of murder right but he was impossible to shake. Her eyes filled with tears. She hardly recognized him anymore..

"And despite what you two will continually tell me, there's a chance. There's a chance that he's not the second coming of John away. I'm just saying Maybe this time because remember around this time last year we were talking about Courtland Sutton and not to be so wrong about it. I'd say just maybe maybe have a little faith. That's all that Brian says Tow n No, I'm I'm here for you guys at CM's. I'm smart. I realized that if I'm wrong You guys are happy. And then that means you have you need me. You need me to come on your show and be wrong about the next player. You draft, okay, irreplaceable at that point, and if I'm right Well, then I thought you guys a lesson and, you know, I'm going to continue to do that going forward. I can't win. I can't wait for that to happen for you. Yeah. One time. Just one time for you to be right. All right. Just a couple more questions for you. I'm going through the team preview that Steve Palazzolo put together and there was something that jumped out off the page. I was, I think a lot of Broncos fans Probably don't agree with and Azad high as they are on this team. This is one position group that they're probably down on the most. And that's the inside linebackers. But you guys and especially Steve at the end of this thing as he goes through and talks about the emergence of Alexander Johnson talks about how Todd Davis is one of most consistent linebackers in the league. Heck even had some nice thing to say about Josie Jule. At the end of this, Steve says. With Johnson's emergence and Davis's stability, the Broncos have one of the best linebacker units in the league. And like I said Broncos fans are like a lot of fan base is pretty high on almost every single player, every single position group. I'm sure you've heard heard it. But this is one position group where most Broncos fans have a little bit of a cringe. They don't they don't really Yes, I see the same thing to you agree with Steve's perspective on this. Well, you know, Steve has an interesting perspective first off because it comes from seven feet off the ground, and it's shrouded. Interestingly, Capt. Jerry Curl but s. Oh, my perspective is certainly different. But I don't disagree with him flat out. The reason for that is that I think sometimes we book at We look at the depth, and we overestimate how much that really matters and linebacker is a position where, OK, take out the Seattle Seahawks, who Just can't avoid keeping three of them on the field. At all times. You're seeing fewer and fewer linebacker's on the field. So when you look at this position group and you say, I really feel Rate about Alexander Johnson and we've talked about him. You know, many, many times when he didn't coverage And if you feel confident that he can cover that means a lot because you're not going to truck three guys out there that much. And when you do you know it's a big run. You know you're there to stop the run. And Josie Jule great. Well against the run, So, Yeah, I wouldn't be trotting them out there a lot because You know, If I sergeant, you'll come out on the field and I am a quarterback that has at least half of rain. I'm probably probably making a little switch. There will be attacking that, but but you know those air. Those are things that you could take advantage of it, and I think that's the point. That he's making work. Todd Davis is Is not. He's not going to be a sudden, but he at least isn't going to be a disaster. By any stretch. You know, he'll be a little baby kind of a consistent piece, and you're going to play two linebackers lot. You're going, You're going to play on my back. So that's why I think maybe there's more of a rose colored look from from the big guy, Steve pals all but I wouldn't I would not. I would not. I would not go Hey top linebacker unit Denver off to talk my head. That's not I'm not going back for no, and I don't think most Broncos fans are either And like I said, it's an interesting conversation. And maybe we'll do a little bit more of that when we get you on next week. Hey, George. Thanks for the time man really do appreciate it. I have great news for you. The Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl, go check their linebackers. It hurts. Speaking of linebackers, though, programming know if you guys want to stick around for Broncos Country TV this week, we're going to have Alexander Johnson on with us. There you go. All right. Good stuff, George. We appreciate you. Any time you well, guys talk. Thank you, George. Hurry from pro football. Focus at Pff Underscore George, When we come back, we get to our bonus hours..

"How this you know if we get to the regular season doesn't start on time. Are there any injuries here? I think you're going to have injuries. In the NFL. They're going to a lot of them because of you know, preseason these OT age, like just trying to go in there and start playing like baseball. That's when you had some of these pictures who just went in and you start throwing And that's why you've had a lot of lot of these guys who are, you know, have injuries get tweaked Backs Verlander. Cory Clubber. I think you're gonna have that in the NFL. So it might be a season of attrition of who is able to stay healthy long enough, because I do think you're going to have a lot more injuries than normal won't go back to our quarterback list. If you had to bet on a team to make the soup Bowl this year, Seahawks Grams or cowboys. First when you pick a week's pay to make the Super Bowl Do not throw in the Niners in there? No, because they're too good. Too talented. If you had about see Ox, rams or cowboys to make symbol, you only pick one of the season bet. I'm going to be right one of these years on the Cowboys. Like the guy who fixed a lot of numbers every week, but I haven't officially picked the Cowboys. To go to the Super Bowl. Maybe that's what that's what's holding back like a support. I and I just think there's way too much talent there. But I I I would probably go Seattle in that situation, but because of Russell Wilson Junior, the third over these other quarterbacks there I want to see if you could do it when you need to do it and some of these guys, we haven't seen them in that situation yet. We've seen Russell in that situation. Now, What's the pro football focus list that we're going to talk about coming up next year? Todd this four tiers of quarterbacks, and I'm not gonna reveal will let the Steve Palazzolo who's going to join us a few minutes. Tell us, but basically he's ranked quarterbacks to your one obviously, being the best all the way down to the bottom tier four of all the quarterbacks in the NFL Now how do you pronounce his name? Steve Palace solo. Polozola Palace solo. Not Paula's Not colossal. No, not Palazzolo. Steve Palace Zola. Sam Perlozzo, I think was affiliated with the Mets organism, Steve Palazzo. Leave palace, Ola Ola. Is it a palace solo palace alone? I know. Sometimes I say Paulsen Physics a pal. You said I'm gonna go get Steve Palace Palace, Zola. So is it like Sal Paolantonio? There you go Help. I think you just change the pronunciation of Eve Palace Solo, but I think in like 30 seconds, I said Paula's Ola We'll work on that. And he's a He came up with this list of quarterbacks for and they're different levels. Yes, pro football focus from football focus. Okay, He's going to join us next. He's going to join us next segment about these four tiers and why he put them where he did. And his name is Steve Pal is Olo Olo. Kind of like a big shot senior analyst of pro football Focus and knows everything about quarterback former baseball player I believe he's a former baseball to research That's right. Make 11 69 through the heat in the years for the minor leagues. Okay was his neck in the Big Paul or the big pal. They call him the pallbearer because you okay, carried off. All right. I like that. That's a good pole by you make love in the Paul The Powell there, as Todd would say was a good power down there. All right. We'll take a break yet Another list to decipher here 20 after the hour. This is the Dan.

"Steve said that Susan had run away to be with another man named Stephen. Coacher coacher was a thirty year old from Saint George a town in southwest Utah. They claim that he'd gone missing around the same time as Susan. Steve and Josh had Susan's diaries and claim that this wasn't the first time she lusted. After another man. In fact they said that Susan and coacher had been entangled in extramarital affair. Supposedly Susan had left to right after Josh wink camping with the boys she met up with coacher and they flew away together to Brazil coach. I was familiar with the country since he served as mission there the were shocking and completely out of character for Susan. It's nearly impossible to analyze this theory. Josh didn't offer any evidence to suggest that Susan had ever even met Stephen Coacher. In fact phone records showed that there was never any contact between the two of them coach. You're also had gone missing on December thirteenth. Two thousand nine almost a full week after Susan on top of that while he was from Utah. He'd gone missing in Henderson. Nevada local security cameras captured the last time. Coacher was seen the video showed him walking down a cul de sac in Nevada alone too many including Susan's parents. It seemed Josh was using this alleged affair to deflect attention away from himself and he'd only want to create red herrings because he was responsible for Susan's disappearance Susan's family and the local authorities long suspected that he'd murdered his wife. Even Susan herself testified to that possibility after her disappearance. The police located her safety deposit. Box the one. She told her co worker about inside was a videotape and a handwritten letter in the letter. She wrote her marital problems with Josh. And how she feared for her life if anything happened to her. She insisted that it would be Joshua's fault of you of her friends told authorities that before she vanished. Susan had given Josh an ultimatum. If they didn't fix their marriage she'd leave with the boys in the spring. Allegedly Josh couldn't deal with that possibility. Instead he killed Susan and left her body somewhere out in the Utah Desert. The evidence seemed to support this theory. A lab confirmed that the blood found on the homes wall was Susan's police. Also discovered that Josh had cashed out Susan's retirement fund and had placed a one point five million dollar life insurance policy on her where he was the sole beneficiary. However all of this still wasn't enough to charge Josh. Police didn't have a weapon. Or even any conclusive evidence that Susan was dead. The best lead they had was the blood but Susan have lived in her home for years. It wasn't unheard of for a trace amount of blood to have been splattered on the wall after a minor cut and with two small children spills on the carpet and couch were par for the course. Answers were allusive for detective. Maxwell and the West Valley Police Department with Josh. Out of the State. It was even harder to conduct an investigation. As the years passed they were unable to Locate Susan. Alive or dead since they couldn't find her. It was impossible to tie any evidence back to Josh. Coacher or anyone else but the PAO family saga was far from over in September. Two Thousand Eleven Police in Utah uncovered a suspected burial site in the middle of the desert officials in Washington rated Steve Pals home. He had a strong alibi for the night of her disappearance but they hope they'd find some kind of evidence awesomely. Something Josh had brought with him when he moved from Utah Instead. They found countless hard drives full of elicit videos and images many involve minors in some have been recorded by Steve. The police also found old videos of Steve Stocking Susan without her knowledge on September. Twenty Third Two Thousand Eleven Steve Powell was arrested on charges of child pornography and voyeurism. Nothing they found in Steve's home could be used to explain Susan's case and the search in the desert also turned up. Nothing but josh still felt the heat. The media attention in both states was back on the Powell family. Additionally Steve was no longer allowed to live with minors which meant Josh and his two sons needed to move. Josh claimed that he'd found a place to live but the court soon figured out that he was lying he was still residing with his dad. Custody was handed over to Susan's parents. Chuck and Judy. But Josh wasn't going to take the ruling lying down he went to the courts to fight to get his kids back after all. He hadn't been convicted of a crime and the government. Just take his sons away. The judge ordered Josh to go get psychological evaluations to see if he was fit to be the boy's guardian. In the meantime he was given supervised visitation rights. Josh hated that his boys weren't with him full time but he always treasured the hours they spent together. He settled into his new normal as best he could and he continued to resist the police's efforts to find Susan. By the time February. Two thousand twelve game around. She'd been gone for over two years and the case was cold. Authorities had discussed charging Josh for the crime but they couldn't find any substantial evidence to ensure conviction. They were helpless however they didn't let Josh note this publicly. He was still a person of interest and with more searches in the desert planned. They wanted Josh to sweat. He professed his innocence to anyone who asked he told them all he wanted to do was move on with his life so that he could raise his boys right. He was convinced that his sons were being corrupted into thinking he was a monster he couldn't bear to see them turned against him and to dark plan began to form well. Josh never admitted to any wrongdoing and Susan's disappearance his actions on February fifth. Two Thousand Twelve painted a grim picture of what he was capable of that morning. A social worker pulled up to Joshua's newly rented house for a supervised visit Charlie in Brayden. We're looking forward to spending time with their dad. As the car came to a stop they bounded out ahead of the social worker. She ambled up behind. The Ms Josh stood in the entrance. The two boys ran inside but before she could get there. The door slammed shut. It was locked she naught but Josh didn't open up. She immediately called nine. One one minutes later Josh's lawyer received an email with no subject line from Josh. The message was short. I'm sorry goodbye outside of his house. The social worker was frantic. She didn't know what Josh was planning on what he was capable love. No one was there to help and they wouldn't be for several minutes a moment later there was a violent blast and the house was engulfed in flames. It had blown up by the time the authorities arrived. The inferno was raging. Nothing to be done once. The fire was extinguished. Investigators surveyed the home. The bodies of Josh and his boys were found in the rubble. He'd intentionally set the fire and had attacked his two sons with a hatchet before the fumes got to them. The thin veil of presumed innocence could no longer protect him. The young family whose future had once seemed so bright came to an end. Because of Josh Powell given Josh's murderer of his children it seems almost like a foregone conclusion. That Josh had a hand in Susan's disappearance. His accounts of the night in questions seem incredibly suspect in his actions. Two years later proved that he was capable. But there's still no hard evidence to prove Josh Killed Susan or even that she's dead to this day. Susan Powell remains a missing person. No one has ever been charged with her disappearance..

"Podcast. I've seen a lot of young women who are seventeen. Eighteen nineteen years old. Who are listening? Because of their age didn't hear about Susan when this was all happening and they're they're hearing it for the first time and having a very different experience than Either of US right in in living that in real time but they're but they're learning so much from it and they'll someone your age age who is what would you be. Would you be Susan's ages head so since you three years you delve. Lv into it. Did you have any clue how sick and twisted this stuff was. Even even with what I knew about Josh and Steve which which was enough to know these guys are not good role when you really look at with the close focus It is I mean the word disturbing can't even begin to cover and has changed who you are. Yes and it changed how you deal with people people and you are now better. Qualified are better able to help people and there's decisions and seeing these things differently really the thing. I was with the reason the police released. The file is because we were going to sue them if they didn't so then they released a redacted. Copy though you don't have to sue US okay. The reason they release reset the unredacted copy because we were going to sue them. Because try and get this because I want more people to look at it and work on it and the thing I didn't want because has rejected files and and seeing their files is they had all steve's garbage and I didn't WanNa look at it and I don't want to look at it I didn't have have to look at it because everybody else look a few other people looked at it and I thank you so much for putting up with it and going to that and and stuff. So it's it's just something that needed to be done in a story told that I couldn't have told as Susan's bother. I couldn't could've toll it with any credibility or any objectively would all be a question where somebody else could. And that's that's you you show me things I had no clue about the depravity or the how bad it was and I'm glad I didn't. There was one time I went to the House House. Josh was supposed to take care of the boys and Susan. I gotta go out and do something. I don't remember what it was anyway. A but she She forgot something. I have to go back and come with me okay. Let's be quiet we don't want to the boys will WANNA I don't want to have to say no okay so we're going up the stairs to the second floor and she retrieves something but as soon as I got the top the store the stairs I she looked at me she goes. Do you feel it. I go what I go. I feel uncomfortable. I not exactly happy to be here. She goes you feel the evil. She kept things in perspective that was Steep House House. Steve Pals Yeah. They reached something at the top of the stairs. Dart at I thought that was interesting that she would say that to me yet. I'll bring that up in all of that really ugly environment that she found herself in through no action of her own right aside from meeting the wrong guys for initial mistake. Yeah for her to persist as long as she did in being the champion of her own value beak so much to her character. And I honestly believe it's an inspiration. Two people who hear her story myself included so I think the boys are lot big part of it so those kids meant everything to her and she was a real good. Mother need to learn from lessons from the past for the future. And this this is one of those lessons that can be repeated off and on S. needs to be. It'll be a little differently but you know it's still the same story good versus evil trying hard and you know and one of my daughters who has rejected everything. She was raised on We'll say leave it there but anyway he's okay. I WanNa talk to you and I need your help and everything but don't tell me to about prayer or God and I'm going pray when you have a question and that's what I've done so I don't understand how anybody can handle it without that kind of support include including Susan when when I was reading through so so much of Susan's writings and she's talking about going to her bishop asking for that council going to the temple and praying about it and it seemed very important to me that that part of Susan's life experience be presented so that people can understand Dan. It's not just what any one of US perceives about. Our our personal feelings about religion aren't was important. It's what Susan believed right and doing doing justice and honor to that. And when Steve and Josh who were Steve This openly that he wants to destroy the church. Jesus Christ latter-day Saints when they say well. She didn't really like it he was all well. Let's let that was ridiculous and you know she was trying to live it Josh. We're taking advantage that when he was looking for a woman within the church search. You know the very thing he saying that he didn't care about in the only waste reasons. He stuck around. As long as she did is she was trying to follow every everything along those that the church taught and she was not given up on him. Even though it was clear to me in the beginning of this there was nothing to be true to begin as soon as I started but but once it did she was going down that road and she kept investing time and energy and and love and stuff to try. Try and bring him back and save him and all that when he was a loss case from the beginning. I don't know I would never dreamed. Winded Steve was as messed up as he was their families as messed up his. I don't know how you would ever comprehend that I don't think anyone who's not actually lived it and including myself can really understand what the dynamics of the Palley were how how strange it was. We stayed away from Steve because we figured it. He wasn't good news and wasn't a pro. We didn't have to be there so we stayed away from it. Which as most people would you just avoid those issues? He's so it's opener is to that I guess I believe there is evil. And there's certainly good and there's gardeners there's a disc Satan and I think when you go down that pass here you're subject told that aren't making bad choices you make like the responsibility was on Josh to to not make those decisions right. But also he was. Steve taught him to be who he was. And Steve's parents affected MSU brought out in there and is that a terrible i. It's just a sad waste of life. Waste of time and tragedy that his time life his steve ruined his family and his but is he a victim. And who's going to judge judge stat by STAT I. I don't know what his life was like a child. I don't know what his parents lice were. So as much as I he was and what he did in the situation he did. Who can judge that not me? It worries me when I see people. People Focus too much on Steve Right when the focus needs to be on Susan. It's about Susan and where she is. I think the right time she'll be found and if not you know there's a whole lot of people in the world let her missing people will never see they're gonna get so at least not on this earth but to to your point I mean I have that house as well yeah. There's hope so if it's been ten years years we still haven't found her living day to day as we always do and every time every time there's Zabad pound every time there's a you know could ever found somewhere we start wondering is this. The one is our awaken. Be Over. We'll we'll be able to put her whatever's left to her to rest with their but were fateful or whoever is found even even though it remains. It's still good. Take matter how hard that has to be. It's hard but I think it's harder not knowing I mean we don't know yet or you know I love to be wrong and she blocking the door sometime or get a call. Hey there's this person you know I've had dreams. Were that has happened waking up thicky. She's home they'll dream. Aw but it was a good dream you know for that day. It was a piece moment. K. are now offering you the chance to pay five pounds to get your very own balloon filled with gaseous of vodka which you can then inhaled and drunk almost instantly yeah it's it's it's vaping I knew that I got a thing from from IV that you can do this really how we did it at a party sounds dangerous that's why I asked you guys can have that it just seems dangerous to me I I don't know the way it works is machine vaporizes the vodka turns it into a gas which you can then carry around with you in a little balloon and then it seems to be designed to get you drunk more quickly some unnamed teams eighteen year olds can drink in the U. K. pull the sun that it takes strong and pretty gross at first but it gets the job done baby no job of getting wasted okay the people really have a hard time getting wasted I don't problem Utah county search and rescue crews are desperately trying to reach stranded twenty one year old man near the summit of mount Timpanogos on Tuesday night I don't know if they got him down I soon they have seventy approximately ten thousand feet just below the summit they call in a helicopter but it was in a good night and I haven't seen a reporter an update on the report to see if they got him off of there but I would assume that they did well this is Justin and a judge in Washington state is scheduled a trial date in civil lawsuit over the deaths of Susan **** pals children court records obtained by fox thirteen show that the judge scheduled a trial beginning in February of twenty twenty in Judy and shop Cox's lawsuit against Washington's department of social and health services the parents of Susan hawk power alleging negligence by the agency the contributed to the deaths of Charlie and Braden Powell in twenty twelve and and you should really they they have a case I would say those kids have never been alone with him during a search of the home that Josh Powell lived in a he was a suspect in his wife's disappearance during a a search that of the home he lived in police discovered evidence of bore your resume by his father Steve Powell who was later convicted and served prison time that led to Charlie and Braden being taken into state protective custody in twenty twelve the boys were dropped off by a child welfare case worker for a visit with Josh he grabbed the boys slammed the door in her face then took a hatchet to the children and blew up the house all three of them were killed show but after they found the Steve pal creepy stuff they should those kids have should never have been allowed back in no not with now I don't think they were supposed to be in there alone with the this is the case worker was going to stay there but Powell Josh well managed to you know push her yeah it was a woman yep pusher back and slammed the door lock it all happened very fast the **** family sued a year later alleging Washington state did not take adequate measures to protect the boys innocent innocent victims and so I would think they have a case so I got mocked a year ago or so we're talking about blue green algae and Utah where mocked but the toxic blue green algae that's responsible it is now responsible for killing several dogs and this is across the country and here in Utah the Utah department of environmental quality so that they've spotted blue green algae in nearly a dozen lakes around the state and if your dog swims in it it will kill it and if you swim in it it's not good either the Utah department of environmental quality said that they've reported nearly a dozen lakes the blooms are only continuing to grow as we approach September because it's been so hot a a lawsuit alleging a rape at the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints missionary training center is now on hold a brief hearing on Monday McKenna Dennison ask for more time to find new attorneys some are intimidated by the fact that it's the Mormon church and other firms that we that and other firms want to take the case she said the judge gave her six weeks to find an attorney to continue the case I don't want to go to court without an attorney I think it would be foolish on my part a she's the woman who alleged that she was raped by former NPC president Joe is a big deal Anna it back in nineteen eighty four and he's essentially admitted to impropriety he's he's an old old guy now living I think he lives in Idaho now but he he's a he's a quite old and he's admitted to some be part of the exact Russia if you don't get out of Ukraine you can be part of this this economic summit and Russia has still not done that and so they haven't let Russia back if knows Obama no it "She wanted to know if they could drop in on the Powell home and see how the boys were doing a lawyer at the Washington attorney general's office responded saying they're agency didn't have the authority to perform welfare checks unless there was a specific accusation of abuse or neglect west valley police did not have that they also couldn't speak candidly with Washington's child welfare workers because their case was still under a court secrecy order. They were allowed to talk though to the local law enforcement agency Pierce county sheriff's detective Gary Sanders helped secure a warrant from a Washington judge allowing deputies to go to Steve pals house and sees the boys so basically their form of with their statement. And they just wanted to be interviewed. Because now they were in this home, and they were kinda closed off with Stephen. And Josh all of them living in the house. They served that weren't on the morning of March tenth two thousand and ten another Pierce county detective named Theresa Berg approached the boys. She went in there and the boys rant her let her pick them up, and they just glommed onto which was crazy. No strangers and stuff like that taking you out of a home. You would think there'd be a little bit. But she held them. And then we acted with them. I think it was kind of something they were missing. It was just anytime. We're in there. It was cold. It was a cold environment. As detective Kim wilty carried Charlie out of the house the five. Year old asked if he was being arrested. She assured him he was not. The police drove the boys to the Mary bridge safe and sound building. West valley. Detectives including Kim wilty who had performed the first interview with Charlie in December. We're going to get a second shot at it repeat interviews of child. Witnesses were not usual protocol still she had to try. She brought Charlie into a separate room and tried to talk to him..
