Bills becoming law is contingent on the passage of AB three Ninety-two. Senator Nancy Skinner chairs the Senate public safety committee, which is today giving its approval the amended version of SP two-thirty the amendments remove the portions of the Bill that referred to the use of force. The amendments would only retain those portions of the Bill that deal with training and also deal with a couple of the local standards, the amendments would retain the sections, for example, that would require officers to promptly provide medical assistance and would also.
