"Where do we put the application and a file somewhere right. i gotta do reports. That's all in place. Same thing is here. And you've got potential relationships coming into the organization but you're putting the onus on them to figure out how to do business with you instead of you having nice expedited process. It makes it easy. It makes them feel understood and safe. We're going to we're. We're talking with steve brown author of the golden toilet and we're gonna to come back to clear. Messaging marketing automation sales. Automation is strategic campaigns. Right after this. Hey everyone listen you know. I love our sponsors. They've been with us for so long and epoch physical therapy by the way there might physical therapists and i love them. I was just in their one of their stores. The store right there the places in and got to see heidi and the gang and you know what he what was so cool. They had all the advanced equipment that they were using. But here's the best part of it. The best part of what was happening in there were the one to one relationships that were happening as they were helping people get through whether it was an injury or surgery or was one of the athletes was just trying to get themselves a little bit more flexible and then there were people in there who were just trying to get a little bit better shape right and i thought to myself and this is this is pretty cool that this physical therapy facility is offering so much more than just standard physical therapy and you could see the smiles and the encouragement and the affirmation and the excitement of just getting one more step getting you know a little bit more done on the weights or you know being able to go one one one more place further. It was really cool. And i thought you know. That's really hard. Epic physical therapy isn't it. It's really about the relationships that they develop with each client..

I think the this is the beautiful thing about what you did here in by the way. We're talking to steve brown and thank you. Everybody in cashbox. Fm who's still joining us here The books called the golden. Don't flush stop flushing your marketing budget into your website and build a system. That grows your business. One of the things. That i think is so intentional. About what you what you did in this book in chapter nine as you put strategic campaigns at the end yes right i mean and that's intentional because be and i think it's because we want to jump to the strategic campaign first before we take care of the sales automation marketing automation. And then our human connection right. I mean you know because it's a human connection that ultimately is going to leave out through all of this and it's where we really need to to start but we. We tend to jump right in even as entrepreneurs we. I even fall into the trap. Steve of going okay. What's going to be a strategic campaign. And yet i know i know i have read it like you have culture each strategy for breakfast right if you connect with people it will eat. Your strategy for breakfast doesn't matter what your strategy. But we want to start strategically but we can't really do it. Can we. until we have the three things in place. No i. I have a little story. Jane you come.

"Say that our society has been industrialized and after world war two. It's like in two fewer doctor. You were conscripted. Here's your rifle. Get mine next to the plumber. And you guys charge k. But now day and then management started being that way after world war two but now days fighting you need to understand what your strengths are and try to visit. If we're lightened. We would position where. You're going to excel so organizations. That haven't been lightened. Their sales management is dictating a quota mindset and so therefore the only modeled there following knowing is like trying to force the old traditional model of get the clothes. Make your quota. There's yeah right. What were yeah i see it. I see it now. This salesperson is at a dilemma. Right i wanna be a good employee but my leadership is expecting me to do the old way when the enlightened way feels natural feels human and. I met a conflict. But i need to pay my rent. I needed. buy groceries for the cairns boy. It's a conundrum not I mean you've got you've got pressure from the business on the salespeople to produce as certain level you have the salesperson who knows they got to produce if they're going to put food on the table and then you have a consumer who really doesn't care about either one of those things out there trying to figure out the best solution for whatever challenge. They're wanting to address. So how cool would it be to get the sales organization to understand that and the calm down and have a little courage. Then we're gonna make our numbers. We just need to figure out because great relationships in a long term in the long game is very profitable. Have we done a disservice. Do you think maybe misinterpreting amazon is really done. And what uber has really done or lift or whoever have we done service. They're thinking that it's all about their website and the power of what they have done versus. Maybe what we are not. Maybe what we're ignoring because we just want ignore it is that they're just giving people what they really want. And so they're they're they're they're making. They're making an abundance of sales not because they have the best website but because they're just giving people with they want so the luxury that these amazon. Newberry excedrin that. They had rooms armies of data scientists User experience scientists all these things and so they're taking advantage of what the data shows is very effective and so as a small business where at a disadvantage. But here's where you have. You can still name it if you just stop drinking people. As consumers as liens and as humans and then create a an experience for the humans and used to be called user experience now it should be human experience. You exit should be jackson kate and so creating an experience where people just go. You know jay understands. Why do you like going over there. I just james trusting right. That's always in play always wasn't play always being play and that's the competitive advantage and if you can get up off the old school mindset and create a culture website brochure. A sales experienced that communicates. I respect you in your safe. We're just trying to figure it out together..

"Let's get to the after party right. And let's talk with steve brown and let's dig a little bit further into his book. The golden toilet. Hey welcome to the. We're going to. I guess i i've never known what to call this but i guess we're gonna call this the after party of a new direction right. This is where we actually get to have some fun with our guest and continue to talk about some of the issues that we're talking about on the main show and we were steve brown author of the golden toilet. And we're working through this book. I and i think we get a little bit more casual. St which is kinda cool because we get to have a little bit more fun exploring this. Maybe as he's waving his book front of everybody. So so one of the things. When i want to dig into here because we were when we ended the show we were ending the show actually in chapter eight about the sales process. I often wonder when we start talking about sales. Why that is. I don't know if it's because we're entrepreneurs and maybe you have an answer. I don't know maybe do but i don't know why we have such a hard time as entrepreneur as owner of the business with our sales team. What you why is your sales guy. So why do you think we struggle with it. I think it's been stigmatized so like we were brainwashed. Seo were brainwashed on positioning the brand as the hero instead of as the guide. We've been brainwashed. That sales is bad. And because there's there's been a lot of bad sales people that have taken advantage of People that were unsuspecting a lot of the old traditional sales training was you know. Always be closing lessening vest. Design this pitch lesson less use. The you know the assumed technique here and it's never been designed around how to best set up this person that we wanna serve for success. That's what's wrong with that makes sense to us. That's what we all wanna do. Naturally as a entrepreneur. Anyway what do you think. Do you think that something has changed. I think early on in our.

"Live is bonded to hello everyone and welcome to new direction. My name is jay is oh well i should actually say instead of just a new direction. It's really the after party of a new direction quite frequently where we have guests on the show. What you don't know is that we have conversations after the show. A lot of it surrounds the book or the show itself. And i thought well maybe you might find it really interesting to hear what we talk about after the show is over. That's why we call it the after party so this week in this version of the after party. We're going to talk with author. Steve brown who wrote the book the golden toilet. And we're going to talk about marketing and sales and entrepreneurship amongst other things. And there's going to be more laughs so before we get to him though. I wanna talk to you about four areas of your life. Normally i talked to you about your training but because it's a new year i wanna talk to you about your goals in the four areas of your life so for example it in your physical life right. What goals are you setting for yourself physically. Maybe it's number of times your exercise or maybe it's getting more cardio. Maybe you're gonna change your diet. Perhaps you're going to get rid of sugar less carbs. Maybe going you're going to lower your cholesterol and you're gonna eat things with less cross cholesterol in them. Or maybe you're going to see the doctor more frequently. Get blood tested whatever it may be. What are your goals for yourself. Physically and a lot of people set goals losing weight. Can i tell you something. Losing weight is not always a great goal right. Because sometimes you can lose weight but it's unhealthy. I had a personal trainer. Once told me said rather than worry about losing weight because i work out regularly. He said worry about losing inches. And the truth is as. I was reducing inches. I was changing my weight but for while it went up before it went down. So don't always get decision that so that's the first story is the physical area. The second area is the mental area. And what are your goals for yourself mentally. What do you want to be better at. Maybe it's your job. Maybe it's your something in your personal life that you want to improve. What are you gonna do to exercise your brain. Maybe it's going to be going to read five books or ten books this year. Maybe it's i'm going to take up an instrument or i'm gonna learn a new language this year or maybe it's i'm going to turn the tv off. And i am going to go to a more online seminars. And and learn more about how i can be better in different areas of my life. Whatever it may be set a goal for yourself of what you would like to do to improve your knowledge whether that's in your life or your business or a little bit about all right. So there's the mental area. The third area that i challenge you to set goals for his your emotions. I know that sounds a little odd but the truth of the matter is is that we can set ourselves emotional goals now..

"But it also has to be interactive and so it lives in what we call marketing automation and some of us are familiar with that. Because we're familiar with constant contact or mail chimp and that's email marketing. But i call it like the amazonian way a marquee so we've all been amazon says. Hey welcome back. European you bought salk flash time and everybody. That bought socks also bought these happy underwears. And that's expediting a user experiences using technology to recognize trends. and so that's marking automation. But it also has to resign in the sales automation in a crm. Remember time you got real excited you did your research you on a product and then you went you. You call them. Once the shop you went online order. It and something happened in worklife us. Remember how upset you got. You got so emotionally upset. You write a bad review who what was going on there. As you're burning had expected a similar experience the nothing was clear. All my research setup expectation that. I would experienced this but when i started talk to someone or interacted people. It was disconnected. That's why your sales automation process a messaging used to reside there and once you get those in place then. Let's talk about running social media as what we call strategic campaigns. It'd be nice run nad and tell the person that calls you every day. I need you to show off and all these searches. Well that's great but you even know what might businesses about. And what i want and what. My brand is no no. I just need to make my quota. Okay so how nice. Well here's my brand guideline. Here's the landing page. I want that ad direct people to. Here's my demographic in who should be looking at this ad. And here's what i want them to do. I wanted to fill out this form in fall into this lead nurturing system. Wouldn't you feel more like a legitimate business person with a strategy having that conversation instead of going. Oh i don't know if i should be run the answer not Yeah that's great. I love that. I had to laugh. The when you said about the can rank you number one. 'cause i that's that's my favorite Lav of the day when i Clean out my spam messages. And i'll i'll always open up the ones that say We we noticed your web site is not ranking number. One on google and we can guarantee that will rank you number one on google. Just reply back to this email. Click here or whatever my baby. And i always you know the first couple of times i write a note back saying ranking number. One for water was somewhat. Yeah it's ideal anything about my business right in fact in fact if you search a certain term it's actually ranking in the top three if you search a couple of certain terms its ranking in the top striker clearly That's not what i did. But yes having those four strategies in place and that's like one of the things you said there i think is really important and that's been congruent throughout all the stages of everything you do and even beyond those four steps whatever you do. I think that having a clear messages is really important and being consistent with that message on the expectation that message brings about. It's hard to do number one in. That's why such a competitive laver you have to like humans need need understand something. Marketing is broken because the word and sumer him into the marketing nivo. What does the consumer..

"I think <Speech_Male> i think <Speech_Male> one of the things <Speech_Male> we think about is a sales <Speech_Male> processes. I <Speech_Male> wonder <Silence> if as a small business <Speech_Male> that <Speech_Male> we just don't <SpeakerChange> want to know. What our <Speech_Male> salespeople really doing <Silence> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> it. here's the <Speech_Male> thing <Speech_Male> in every sales <Speech_Male> organization. I <Speech_Male> was in. You <Speech_Male> have an owner <Speech_Male> trying to do the best they can <Speech_Male> and <Speech_Male> so they read the book <Speech_Male> or something and it's <Speech_Male> not their natural <Speech_Male> domain. That's okay <Speech_Male> that's why we signed up <Speech_Male> beyond nurse. <Speech_Male> We'll figure <Speech_Male> it out. Whatever <Speech_Male> we don't know <Speech_Male> we're confident <Speech_Male> enough will figure it <Speech_Male> out. So we read a book <Speech_Male> and says <Speech_Male> they need to do a quota <Speech_Male> and they need <Speech_Male> to turn into report <Speech_Male> do a quota <Speech_Male> and turn <Silence> in report <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> well again. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> That's just like showing <Speech_Male> up every saturday <Speech_Male> and we'll <Speech_Male> throw the ball around <Speech_Male> a little bit. There <Speech_Male> needs to be a <Speech_Male> more of a deliberate <Speech_Male> system in place. <Speech_Male> And <Speech_Male> it's it's something <Speech_Male> that great <Speech_Male> companies that <Speech_Male> get that down <Speech_Male> they <Speech_Male> really. It's a <Speech_Male> competitive advantage. <Speech_Male> But it needs <Speech_Male> to <Speech_Male> honor the <Speech_Male> way. The brain <Speech_Male> desires <Speech_Male> communication. That's <Speech_Male> a big <Speech_Male> differentiator <SpeakerChange> wrenching. <Speech_Male> in the sales process. <Speech_Male> <Silence> We've been on an hour. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> Oh let's <Speech_Male> keep going. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> We have to do an <Speech_Male> after show <Speech_Male> <SpeakerChange> to <Speech_Male> keep going. <Speech_Male> Let's this has been fun. <Speech_Male> <SpeakerChange> I've had <Speech_Male> a blast with you. Man <Speech_Male> me too. I love <Speech_Male> this. You're <Speech_Male> <hes> <Speech_Male> you're awesome. <Speech_Male> <SpeakerChange> I'm <Speech_Male> enjoying it <Speech_Male> well. <Speech_Male> Look i'll tell <Speech_Male> you what maybe what <Speech_Male> we'll do is we're close the show <Speech_Male> but we're going to do maybe <Speech_Male> an after party you and <Speech_Male> i and we'll keep talking. <Speech_Male> And then <Speech_Male> that way people can get bonus <Silence> content. Are you up for <Speech_Male> that. I <Speech_Male> i love it here. <Speech_Male> Let me Let me <Speech_Male> communicate someone <Silence> here. <Silence> <Silence> <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> Yes <Speech_Male> i'm down let's <Speech_Male> Lesson ford <Speech_Male> so if you <Speech_Male> could show is called a new direction <Speech_Male> because we want <Speech_Male> to. We try to help <Speech_Male> people find a new direction in <Speech_Male> their life or their career and <Speech_Male> the business if you could <Silence> leave people with the new direction. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> What would steve brown author <Speech_Male> of the golden toilet. <Silence> Leave <SpeakerChange> them with <Silence> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> a new direction. <Speech_Male> Is <Speech_Male> i'm gonna look <Speech_Male> at website <Speech_Male> differently. <Speech_Male> It's a <Speech_Male> system. It's one <Speech_Male> piece of <Speech_Male> a bigger system. <Speech_Male> That's growing <Speech_Male> the value of <Speech_Male> my business. It's <Speech_Male> not a piece <Silence> that's going to drive. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> All these decisions <Speech_Male> is not <Silence> bell piece. That <Speech_Male> tech <Speech_Male> gets to tell me what <Speech_Male> to do that. The <Speech_Male> seo gets to <Speech_Male> tell me what to do. <Speech_Male> It subordinate <Speech_Male> to the overall <Speech_Male> strategy. <Speech_Male> A my business <Speech_Music_Male> and <SpeakerChange> we're gonna turn <Speech_Male> into <Speech_Male> a helpful. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> Component <SpeakerChange> <Silence> of a bigger system <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> is awesome. <Speech_Male> His name is steve <Speech_Male> brown <Speech_Male> and the book is called <Speech_Male> the golden toilet and <Speech_Male> stuff <Speech_Male> flushing your marketing budget <Speech_Male> into your website <Speech_Male> and build a system. That grow <Speech_Male> your business. <Speech_Male> Look folks. <Speech_Male> he's been great. <Speech_Male> You know what. <Speech_Male> I say every <Speech_Male> week you know what <Speech_Male> inspired because when you're inspired <Speech_Male> that means you can inspire <Speech_Male> others and in <Speech_Male> turn when they're inspired <Speech_Male> that means they will inspire <Speech_Male> others as well that can make <Speech_Male> this world amazing place. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> I'm going to be back here next <Speech_Male> week with another great guests in <Speech_Male> the great book. <Speech_Male> Now the great show. <Speech_Male> And as i say <Silence> to you every week <Speech_Male> chow. <Speech_Male> Everybody <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Music_Male> miss you bob.

"And linda craft team. Realtors has been around for thirty five years and is really cool about them. Is i walked into a zoom meeting and was doing some zoom training with linda team and as i was training them do linda's team. I was really impressed. About how well they knew each other and not only how well they knew each other but they cared about each other. And i thought you know a group of people who care that much about each other. Even though they're sales people in there's administrative people involved. That's something about how they care about people and i think that's really what separates linda probably from so many other people. It's just how they care right. They understand that everybody's struggling right now. They understand that people have a different variety of needs. They understand that you know. You've got some people who want to buy their first. They've got some people who are trying to downsize. And that means that everybody's got a different set of needs and they and it was really cool to see them really tap into the emotions and understand each other and it made me believe. And i'm sure that you know what because they did with their clients as well and that's probably why and linda's past clients say about her that she's a legend of customer service. So when you're ready you know to sell your home or buy your next town. You start with linda. Crafted team in find more by to linda. Craft dot com. That's land a cr f. T. dot com. And we're back here on a new direction with steve brown and his book the golden toilet so steve. Let's let's jump right in because we've got this gauntlet we gotta run through and That you like to talk about and really fact of the matter is there's four parts to our growth stock because we've done all the wrong things so let's try to do something right for a change. Let's try to take you say let's get that you know twenty thousand foot view or whatever it is let's take a look at all these pieces and you you point out that the the four fundamental aspects of a healthy business gross stack are clear messaging marketing automation sales automation in strategic campaigns. And it's in that order by the way you make that pretty clear as well. So what is clear. Messaging clear messaging is so when we talk about our bring. Our brain is always in play where everything and so. We have this part of the brain. I called the body guard. it's the brain stem. It's the part of the brain that we share. Where lizards dogs lobsters. You know how you can communicate with dr without saying anything without bodyguard by the way nothing gets approved until the bodyguard says it's okay. Then the logical. Part of our brain clicks in justifies that emotional decision kate and so our messaging needs to get approval from the bodyguard to allow that person. More time to evaluate what we have to offer. And so that's why. I say you need to communicate in a clear way in just seconds that you're understood in your safe at this place k. So clear messaging honors the rules of story and by doing that. S by baking in the creative and the the environment into everything you do whether it's an leave behind email video.

"We overbought real. What we're so stupid. We overbought come in and take advantage. I know right. Oh gosh the cities you stay that right. I mean there's this company that literally calls themselves that they are stocked way. Too much right dot com. We we've bought too much stuff. Dot com does to call them. We've bought too much stuff. Dot com matter of fact we went way over and bought way. Too much dot com. Because we're so stupid inventory now we're going to sell it to you because that's how we are just as dumb because you're willing to buy it from us. It's so insane it. Is it sane when you start thinking and you start playing. This out really is crazy that we do this. But it's really really true our brains our brains are wired for story and and yet we turn people off all the time with our tactics because we don't understand it and we're gonna we're. We're talking with steve brown author of the golden toilet. And we're gonna come back to clear messaging marketing automation sales automation strategic campaigns. Right after this. Hey everyone listen you know. I love our sponsors. They have been with us for so long. And epoch physical therapy. By the way there my physical therapists and i love them. I was just in their one of their stores. The i guess it's a store right there places in and got to see heidi the gang and you know what he was so cool. They had all the advanced equipment that they were using. But here's the best part of it. The best part of what was happening in there were one to one relationships that were happening as they were helping people get through whether it was an injury or surgery or was one of the athletes who was just trying to get themselves a little bit more flexible and then there were people in there who were just trying to get in a little bit better shape right and i thought to myself and this is. This is pretty cool at this. Physical therapy facility is offering so much more than just standard physical therapy and you could see the smiles and the encouragement and affirmation and you know the excitement of just getting one more step getting you know a little bit more done on the weights or you know being able to go one one one more place further. It was really cool. And i thought you know what. That's really the heart. Epic physical therapy isn't it. It's really about the relationships that they develop with each client. That walks in the door. And i could talk about all their equipment. That's great naked. Talk about how certified they are. I could talk about all the things but the truth of the matter is what makes him really..

"Talk physical mental emotional suppression. I'm just telling you he's got a holistic plan right. He's got this growth stack. That makes complete sense. It's a four area gross decking a little bit as an entrepreneur. Himself steve knows what business leaders face today as they fight to grow their businesses. And now he wants to share what he's learned to help those hard-working heroes kaku their struggles and address the things that are holding them back and keep them from flushing their marketing money down the technological toilet ladies and gentlemen please welcome to the show and welcome to a new direction. Steve brown welcomed my friend day. I'm jacked up just by listening to you. Brother i well. That's pretty cool that this book go to a man it got me jacked. When with part one of your book is entitled. Get your mind off the pot. I was like okay. This guy's got a great sense of huber. He's serious but he's got a great sense of humor and he wants us to understand that you know what i i believe after reading this book. A couple of times it really. What you want us to understand is that we can't be too hard on ourselves but we do need to be a little harder selves. Is it kind of is kind of where you kind of trying to push that kind of walk that line. I think we deep down desire if we knew the framework to follow we would do it for the most part. And i just wanted to lay it out there. If if we are entrepreneurs and we're trying to make scotland if we put so much on the line. Then how nice would it be if we add a little plan that we could follow a map and a flashlight. Make it to the scotland than we would because we're dedicated people my heroes the men the entrepreneurs business leaders. These people have put everything their family's future on the line they would. They would step up and do it just like your holistic system before things they do those work they would get those done and stop wasting a lot of time frustration. Money one of the things. Steve in this book and you start this book with kind of a cool little story about the tiger and the the little tiger who thinks sheep and the title chapter one is hey you he you let me it. Hey you your hero. I mean that's really. I can hear you say hey you. You're a hero. Yeah i think. I think the problem is that those of us like you and me in in so many people that we know who stepped into the entrepreneur arena who owned their own businesses who are running their own business. You know we kind of just take it for granted. Which is something i do. But it's it's it's we're but we're more than that. Yeah we've asked to be held to an account that everything's on the line and when we stepped up to do things that we know deep down. We don't know how to do everything and we were stupid enough to go do it right. Yeah no. you're right so ruin their. We're chopping away and we feel like we're often but we're not and that's why i titled that chapter that and that's why told the story about the little tired but you know it's really true you know even like when i started this show right and we're we're thirty year going on her third year.

"Same question. what are you going to do about. Can i tell you something. Here's a simple idea. Just try this this book. Here's an idea upgrade your mind just read the golden toilet. That's that'll help this. This idea all right so you got two levels right to numbers. Physical number mental number emotionally. What do you mean by moshe training. All right to two things one. How well are you able to all your motions under stress. That's intention and then. How well are you able to understand the emotions of others and are willing to do that also intention. How would you evaluate your cellphone. Those two areas scale went to ten right. The big deal about emotions is that you know what i can't control. My most is doesn't matter what you do to me doesn't matter. The circumstances doesn't matter everything. I have the ability within me to control my emotions. I also have the same ability. If i really want to tap into an understand the emotions of others and as our good friend. Steve brown says if you really want to tell the story you need to understand the emotional state and mind set other people. It's not just a personal reason. It is a business reason to understand the emotions of your customers. 'cause you know what the truth is and i am a psychological professional. We do not make decisions logically. We do that on our emotions. Ding ding ding winner winner. Chicken dinner. So don't don't push the emotions aside scale of one to ten. How's your emotional training knowing right. Same two questions. Why is it that you can do to change it and it finally the spiritual area right. A lot of people go. I'm not really a spiritual person you are if you remove the physical mental emotional whatever's left that's the spiritual right. You've heard people say that music just touch me a place. I don't even understand that spiritual if you have plans for your future. That happened yet but you know them. That's faith that's spiritual. what brings you to centre. What brings you the peace in the midst of chaos that spiritual right with god whether that's nature. Whatever it is. That's spiritual. And as i tell you all the time i ask you. How is that working out for you. Because if it's not working to change it and then what do you need to do to embrace that so that the spirits are air. Life is just as fulfilling as your physical mental emotional areas because when you are complete as a four part person you are complete. So you've got four numbers right physical mental emotional spiritual think of those as a legs of a chair if the legs of the chair on even right what happens. Our postures bad makes it difficult for us to do anything if we're sitting in that chair constantly in our life by the same token if that chair is too low. It's hard to eat at a table and get nourished. Isn't it so we want to bring up all for the legs together and we wanna do that in a way. That's healthy so that we are the most healthy person that we can be. And that's your training for this week. All right so let's talk about the guy who is is is probably got all four of his areas absolutely pretty well straightened out. His name. is steve brown..

You are going to look at that latest piece of technology. Ha isn't that awesome ooh shiny. Oh my website. Let's put more into se. Oh let's do this. Let's put more money into that website. Dump dump dump flush flush what you're doing you to spend your marketing budget. That's all you're doing. But i have help on the way and he's here. He's written the book the golden toilet. I am mad making that up. His name is steve brown. All the way from texas look stop. Stop flushing your marketing budget into your website and build a system. That grows your business. That's what we're gonna do today. That's what steve's gonna do today so hold onto your hats ladies and gentlemen because i'm gonna tell you what he's coming after you know what we're about to put the plunger into golden toilet all right but before. We just awesome before we do that. They'll tell you what we're gonna do. We are gonna do what we do every week. And i'm going to walk you through your training right because listen. Here's the deal. We're under a lot of stress. All of us are right. We have this thing called the pandemic or whatever. You wanna call it now here. Judge that but listen. we're all in distress. You got business dress. You've got family stress. You got relational stress. We've got holidays coming up holiday stress. We've got this pandemic thing going on here. Here is what the everyone of the operational forces guys that i've had on this show say you're only as good as your training. You never rise to the occasion. You always fall back on how good your training is so we're gonna find out in the four areas of your life physically mentally and emotionally. I want you to evaluate yourself and how while your training is going and we're gonna do this really really quickly. So here's the deal. Every one of these areas scale of one to ten one is. My training stinks. Ten is my training can not get any better all right. So physical area skilled went to ten. What i mean by physical. Are you eating right. Are you exercising regularly. Are you drinking enough water. And are you getting enough sleep. If you were evaluate all those four things and other things of course. Well what number would you give yourselves out there right. Then ask yourself these questions. Why and then what can you do to change it right now. It's pretty simple right if you are right now in your car eating a bag of chips. Here's an idea. stop all right. Next scale scale. Wants right mentally right. How's your mental training going. What do you mean by mental training. Here's i'm talking about. What are you actively doing to improve your mind. Not letting things come at. You like the tv and stuff. I'm talking about. What are you actively doing to grow your mind to change your mindset to grow in your job to grow in your relationships to grow in what you do or maybe grow in something. New mentally.
