"She knew she knew what that scene was going to become and then the night that we filmed that saying it was like twenty degrees in this room because we filmed that at Seaview mental hospital. What city was this in Staten Island, New York, Stanton island? Yeah. Is twinned degrees. She had to be in that position is literally the upside down. We don't let her hang upside down because he's naked, by the way, naked cold all that blood all over, and it's going up and turn knows is legs or splayed. So let's not an interesting powers of doing this. Literally naked. Woman upside down with their legs the pulled apart and expose like that to a room full guy. That's desperately. Yeah. Right. But she was a total program. All of that, doesn't, you know didn't didn't like FOSS or anything like that. She was like, let's do this even got sick afterwards from all the blood rushing back. And it's just like she had a little balance issues for a while there. But you know, it was like really as like, she's the MVP the film because everybody talks about that saying, and it's because she toughed it out. But like you said that's the one when when rich was showing me this movie, he's like you have to watch this scene. And that was the one they had pulled up was was the, you know, the when you read this, do, you know that like it's going to be an iconic horror movie scene. A we thought that scene was something special. We when we're shopping we were trying to get distributors. And we think we had some studios so wanted actually put us in theaters, but they had a concession where they had to make some big cuts to the film. And that's what they really wanted to. Cut was that scene in Damian was like there is no way you were cutting that that's like this is this you have to trust me here. This is gonna be the scene that's going to make this movie do not cut the scene there. And so we almost went self distribution until Steve Barton, uncle creepy us, working dread. Central time had seen the film at one these film festivals. And he contacted people at trade central. He's like you guys have trust me. Take on this film. So dead. Dread. Central is a distribution. Yes. That's a website too. Yeah. Uncle creepy. Yes. Steve barton. Yeah. That's also the nickname for gene Simmons guys kiss. So so this is pretty cool. So we're gonna world right now where dread central which is like I said, I was just reading the top forty horror movies of all time under central. They're now able to finance movies as well. Yeah, they started their own little production company. Dread central presents where they have basically every month. They're releasing a a film. Yeah. Now, what is the name of the girl with the skeleton dress that her the actresses name is Gina canal? Gesture lives here in Atlanta too. She looks a lot like Neef Campbell. Yeah. If you notice that. Oh, yeah. We. Stick says, a huge. Yes. She loves that. She's she's also in the Bye-bye man as well. Okay. Yeah. She actually had to leave from filming with us to go film with that like little like two days afterwards. So yes, she's with us. It's like, oh my God. I'm sure in car would Doug Jones. I'm like shut your face. So when your time with them the makeup, look, I know David teases good friend of mine says get Drax the destroyer. It's like six hours every day. Who was it like for art? It was about four hours. Usually, I mean, sometimes it would take more because Damion was doing my makeup. So he'll like he did the makeup to he did my makeup. This is let's put on a show production for sure Iraq. I'll do the makeup of the special effects as -actly. Come on get. So what was explained the process would time? Would you have to show up and that was usually start with? Yeah. I would usually show up about a few hours per Irael strived onset because it takes awhile and shave your head. No god. No, they all cap. Yeah. But they would like put all this like glue all over my face because he had made a mold of my face..

"Years ago. He was third string behind case keenum and Jared Goff with the Rams. So I if he makes another run to the Super Bowl, they got some serious conversations in the building. They're in Philadelphia. Not just because Nick foles seems to seems to mesh with whatever it is Doug Peterson likes to do there. But let's face it. This is the second straight year that Carson Wentz has ended the season on the shelf. And and he he was banged up his rookie year two at times. He was banged up in college. This is a back injury. Last year is a very serious knee injury. They rushed him back from this year. Ironically, Russian back as Nick foles wasn't good. The first few weeks of the season. But that to me is the most fascinating thing. Now as far as Cody parkey goes in does he need to find a real estate agent or move? I don't know. Ask Steve Barton that went for him. Same city, right? Eight five five two one two four CBS. Let's get another one in here before the bottom of the hour. Dennis gonna join me in about twelve minutes. Talk some college football, Scotts, California and talk to Mike, Mike. Welcome into CBS sports radio. Thanks for taking my call. Sure. I guess. You're out of the four games that she called the Philadelphia. I kinda you know, kinda you know. No wonder who's going to win because they're talking about Sean, Nick foles. We watch a lot of sports that I could tell them. I wasn't sure. But I thought Nick foles is like the highest a backup quarterback in the NFL. Is that correct? I I don't know they redid his contract before Davis statistician.

"Where like he's the devil, he made every kid think they're specials. Everyone thinks they're special. Oh, wow, real bleak in the middle of it. You're getting off the screen. But by and large, I sat and I have a problem accessing emotions. I sat with tears streaming down my face and I did my best to hide it from Heather who was also crying, but it was no use. I cried from start to finish. It's a beautiful movie about a beautiful person who devoted his life just to making kids happy, and you see him get enraged at shows that you and I both loved, you know, they ask them about he man and yeah, and he gets enraged. I've seen clips of that just to see somebody care that much about such a great. 'cause it was a very special movie. I loved it. I like to tell the tone it down on the he-man stuff. I mean, it's a little over the doctrine, but he's a good guy. Yeah, he cares. What are you going to do? I saw I'm gonna cut right to this. This is a reworked k every watched both finger. I feel like we spent most of the time on this podcast talking about both up the last time it was mentioned. I, I told you the Bob Odenkirk joke. Yes. What could possibly be in the special edition of both finger? I looked at said, fine. Print set does not contain the movie Bo finger at you were very fended. By that joke, you said it's a fine movie. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. It's so funny, Phil, I don't think a guy in comedy should be taking a shot at that comedy because it's well done. I reworked it. Yeah. I always thought that to this movie is a fucking shit show. It is a terrible fill. Ow. I rewarded it. So recently it is a terrible, terrible, terrible film, the jokes, there's a handful of very funny jokes in it. Eddie Murphy kills in it in both roles. Eddie Murphy is great. The rest of it is not up to that standard. I don't laugh as hard as I did with the him running across the highway bit. Now that that part's funny, but I thought it was extremely entertaining brief. It's at satire, it's it's. Good God. It's just terrible. It's it's. It's like a stock movie. Like it's the way it's directed the soundtrack. I will say every part of it is so generic manufactured, and then it has these great elements in it where like Steve Martin is taking shots at like Scientology, right? But they don't fit with that movie because. Totally. It doesn't fit like it. I don't know. It just it's. It's just not. I love Steve Martin. I watched that Martin short, Steve Barton. Terrific. Standard specials has talked about. It was fucking hilarious. So I mean, but I'm a fan but I mean, I just I couldn't believe how much I didn't like it and I, this is a movie I owned at one point. Yeah, I still do, and I really enjoyed it. I don't know what the tell you. I loved it in high school. I loved it. Now I think it's certainly takes some swings that miss, but but the joke of when the dogs like looking at him like you still believe in me, don't you? Betsy, and then the dog and walks away. You're like, it's just it's just a terrible joke. I mean, you, you always go joke for joke. You gotta look, big picture. Gotta look, big picture. All right. I'm looking big picture. I mean, somebody who like one bad jokes going to ruin a comedy. What do you want me to do? They got the dog wearing high heels. I mean, it's just it's the the actual like fake filming of the movie stuff is probably the least successful stuff. And with Baranowski inland. Yeah, I'll grant you that I do like the whole cast. Sure. I saw sticking on documentaries. 'nother excellent documentary called three identical strangers, and I will not spoil it for you. Basically, this movie starts, it's a guide eighteen years old and Long Island. He goes to college and everybody's. I don't remember their names, but everybody's like age area. Jerry girls mouth and kiss him, hey, Jerry and his name's Bill. What what's going on. It's really weird..

"Same guy he's them exhibit anybody right but you could pinpoint one incident in his life and say yeah that's when everything change you think it i mean that's it for bartman i'm sure there's been other things in his life just as important but i mean i guess and i am i'm probably personalising is entirely too much i think it does plain then why i have taken some positions that i know that i will end up being in the minority on that i know end up being somewhat unpopular beyond greg hearty hurry rice or zeke elliott but the accusations of the mob is just terrifying to me this is nothing you can do you just can't hold held here whoa whoa guys who just give me a sect displaying can i get taken of just explain for one second is there's there's there's no opportunity for that that's over the matter steve barton was right or wrong didn't deserve have lost that game two eight eight three now has to for a lot of reasons they went on to lose game 7 and that's not because of steve are and i understand that by the way i'm a texas rangers fan i know what it is to be one strike away twice in game 6 i'm understand what it needs to look back at one particular play when nelson crews can't make a catch in the outfield i understand how that changes everything going forward and a team can't rabanne rebounding game seven in their emotionally crush but the point is this there are many opportunities for a team to rebound if you really really think about it you were that's the point that's that is intestinal fortitude that's what being mentally tough is it's not one moment see baartman was classy he said this although i do not consider myself worthy of such an honor i am deeply moved in sincerely grateful to receive an official chicago cubs two thousand sixteen world series championship ring i'm fully aware of the store kla significance and appreciate the symbolism this ring represents a multiple levels and he went on to ask the media to honor his privacy he still wants to stay out of this he does not want the attention and to me he's a lesson for all of.
