I'm Anne mosque to with global news, Juliet. Thank you so much Ann. Let's get to our guests now now. Is CIO for emea and global head of economics and research at critter Suisse she joins us on the line from Singapore today. We're looking very closely at all of these concerns about a global recession how deep it could be. We also heard from more fed officials saying they need to keep hiking rates to restore price stability. Do you kind of agree with one of those speakers James bullard who warned that the fed's credibility could be on the line here? I think generally the central banks are currently really fighting for their credibility Juliet and so far the fed has done an okay job because if you look at the break even ten year inflation as a good reflection of long-term inflation expectations, they have been trending down from their previous highs this year. So I would say so far the fed is on good course. But it is absolutely a fight for credibility against inflation. How concerning is it that we could see a global recession, particularly when you look at what's happening in Europe and then in the gas, I guess, crisis that is occurring there. We saw that big 22% jump in futures overnight. In Europe and also in the UK, we think the recession is now is now to be expected. Four 2023 where this is likely to also show in overall the overall annual growth rate, we do anticipate -0.2% in our forecast of credit suites for the Eurozone and for the UK. It might be also in the similar in the similar magnitude. It might also become even deeper than that if conditions in Europe and the UK continue to deteriorate. In the U.S. the risk of recession is a bit lower. However, probability of recession is that 30% according to our models and that is the material. What buffers that potential downturn in the U.S. is it still the very strong jobs market is it the fact that households still have quite a lot to spend? They're really two things that are shielding the U.S. at the moment. One is that this is a large economy that essentially depends on its private consumption. I mean, the U.S. private consumption contributes the majority of growth. So far, as long as the U.S. labor market is resilient, then also the consumers are likely to carry some of these overall growth resilience. That's one. Secondly, as far as the housing market is concerned, most households do have long-term mortgages. So it takes some time before the increase of yield is actually feeding through to their to their expenses. So that's a second factor. The fact that they have a lot of fixed mortgages and that it takes time to feed through is a second shielding effect and then thirdly, there are not so exposed to the energy crisis and the direct implications of the war in the Ukraine as countries in Europe. And Asia, buffeted from that too, let's talk about the China picture because we're closely awaiting the party Congress we have seen president Xi reemerge after not being seen in public since his first foreign trip in more than two years earlier this month. Do we see a turnaround or letting go of some of those very strict COVID zero policies? And if so, how does that help the growth story? I think that in indeed, after the party Congress, we might be expecting some gradual relaxing here of the nonzero COVID policy and especially because also the focus now is turning back from the global health situation to actually the economic growth situation. We see that also from the comments around international trade and how the global economic slowdown is affecting negatively Chinese economic growth. So there is hope. That we are going to see gradually what Hong Kong is now also going through the extended to the regions in China as well. What we're doing is that this will lead into a higher growth rate next year for China than this year. Okay, and let's get now to your bank's global wealth report because you do see China as among the most countries. Sorry, among countries that will add the most millionaires and you're saying the world in general is going to get more millionaires after the wealth loss that we've seen in 2022. Just tell us about some of the findings from the Credit Suisse global wealth report. Yeah, I mean, wealth has been on this tragic trajectory of growth that was really among the most impressive in 2021. And it's probably been the year where we have seen the highest growth rates, even accounting for exchange rate fluctuations and so forth. Really very strong growth more than 9% over the year compared to an average of 6% in previous in the previous decade. China has much of the U.S. have been driving those and a lot of the wealth increases have come from how strong financial assets have been with all the support that monetary policy fiscal policy and so forth to have given throughout the pandemic. As global wealth is increasing so is the number of millionaires and so there is really a parallel here to expect. We think that 2022 might be showing a bit of a slower growth of wealth because of the inflation effect. One thing is to see nominal wealth growth, but the other is to really have an increase of real wealth. So there is also going to be a little bit of artificial growth here coming through the effect of inflation. But over 5 year period, we think that the world continues to move in a very positive trajectory where the average the average wealth per adult in the world is likely to first time ever

"Barkley that went for Sterling shepherd that went for all these guys on Sunday where it was the first time that this collection of talent together, you were like, oh yeah, that, I remember that. I remember, I remember how this thing was supposed to look. And the coolest part about all this, and I tweeted it already, so I know that people don't listen to the podcast to hear Connor reedus tweets, but I was just so proud of remembering this because I'm getting old and I don't remember a lot of things. But the momentum in this game turn on an ill fated Titans tight end fly sweep, where they handed the ball to the tight end and he got stopped like 8 yards in the backfield Jason Garrett ran that play with Evan Ingram like 9 times last year and it lost a total of 600 yards and how amazing is it? That to me, if you're looking for deep ingrained symbolism as a Giants fan. That's it. That means that life has changed. You could put that in our screenplay. But it would be too on the nose. And then Jason Garrett calls Notre-Dame's worst loss in program history. I was not invested in that one. Yeah. That's the side. That's like the Better Call Saul side project. But it's all true. Raiders chargers. Sam and this one was eerily similar to the what game two 72 last season where it looked like it was set up for the Raiders to come back and steal this one from the Chargers and the Chargers defense ends up holding up here. Khalil Mack making all sorts of noise in his charger's debut, what he finished with three sacks here, four quarterback hits. That's a really nice day, but I don't know, man, I just think these are two good teams. We've talked about how good that AFC west is. And yeah, I don't know. We'll see what the Broncos do on Monday night, but both these seems should be in playoff contention. And I'm the Chargers, as I've stated multiple times, are Super Bowl contenders here. You know what, play really, and it was sort of a meaningless in the grand scheme of things play. But a play that really kind of opened my eyes was first drive the Chargers chargers first drive. They do one of those really long delayed zone read handoffs, like the ones where the almost like the old a lot of football fans will remember this is almost like the Tim Tebow Gators offense where it's super delayed handoff where he holds onto the ball forever before deciding whether or not to give it or to take it. But what wake forest did and I think that's what kind of a lot of these coaches are stealing it from now is sky Warren rogerio who's The O.C. at wake forest that I heard a lot about the last two seasons really and he runs it kind of in a

"Well, this was a fun one for the show, Connor. Boy, abracadaniel recovers from a bad red zone interception. It sort of got beat up some protection issues, Jeffrey Simmons, boy. Jeffrey Simmons is quite the player. If I do say so, but this ends up being Daniel Jones getting it done in the end and saquon Barkley pretty much looking like what saquon Barkley was supposed to be coming into the NFL. Can you imagine a more satisfied person on earth right now today than saquon Barkley? I thought you were going to say Dave gettleman. No. No, because here's the thing. Saquon Barkley ended up sort of dying for Dave gettleman since, right? Yeah. Dave gettleman drafted saquon Barkley as the capstone of this masterpiece that had no foundation or no blueprint or no plan. He was just like here. A franchise running back. Now, now it's working. And every giant's coach that came after that was like, why didn't he help us out with anything else? Like Quinton Nelson, could I please have Quinton Nelson? But Brian dabel was the first coach to look at this and just be like, all right, you know, this isn't going to be great, but we're going to be able to get him in some space. We're going to be able to move him around. And that's exactly what they did. They got him involved, and they utilized him as a really fast and strong 225 pound person who can beat you with athleticism. What a novel concept. Long plays, big plays, two from Barkley, one long touchdown to Sterling shepherd, and they just kind of hung around. The defense is still not particularly good, but they were certainly good enough to keep this one from getting out of hand. I mean, it was a 13 zero game and that they came back and obviously they win it late. On a two point conversion and then get a little bit of help from a good old Randy Bullock. Pulling that kick. But yeah man, this is satisfying and again, like on top of sigma Barkley, you had kadir's Tony not terribly involved in the office, but when he was, it was just kind of like, wow, this guy is really difficult to tackle. You know, they had sort of a broken wide receiver option pass where he turned it into a 5 yard gain where a lot of guys would have either thrown an interception or, I don't know, lost 11 yards on the play. So Watson neat stuff here. Was he worth the first round pick? I mean, that's not that's not for me to say, right? And this is a really difficult place to judge him because of the regime that he came in with. All that kind of stuff. I don't know if he was the first round receiver or not. I'm not, you know, I'm not angry scout. I don't know these things with absolute certainty. But what I do know is that all these players were used situationally the way that we all assumed they would have been used when they were drafted.

"So we'll see how that sorts out, but I'm with you, if he's a top two or three receiver this week, that would make sense. I'm going with the chief side here. Darrell Williams over 11 and a half carries. Here, last week played 32 snaps at 5 carries and 5 targets, but it was a very poor game script, of course, is there a trailing, the bills on 80% of their snaps there about a touchdown favorite this week against Washington, so more carries. It's going to be Daryl Williams ahead of Jared with Ken and getting those carries. And assuming they're not struggling to lead in this game, he should be able to hit this mark. I'm at 14. So a pretty decent gap year. Keep in mind Washington has the opposing lead back against Washington has hit 13 carries in all 5 games this season. Of course, Williams will be the lead back for the chiefs. One of my favorite prop bets that I submitted for our column this week that you can get that column on ESPN dot com. How about this? I'm curious to get your thoughts because I'm with you with the 11 over 11 and a half carries, but how about over 47 and a half rushing yards? Yeah, just yards are tougher, right? It's all about efficiency. You know, you can rip off one and get that yards are tougher than projecting usage for sure. So that's what makes that tricky. And you said, what is it rushing her? I'm trying to it's 47. It's 47 and a half. I just play. I'm not saying it's a play. I just wanted to just curious to see what side you were on there. Yep, I'm over. I'm at 50 just south of 58 yards. So pretty decent gap there. The juice is not great on it. You know, I lean toward now, it's kind of coming back into my head as I was writing this column. So the juice on carries is much prettier. It's almost even money, whereas you're getting kind of ugly juice on the yardage total. So that's why this one. Yeah, it's minus one 20. So over 11 and a half carries is minus one O 5 over 47 and a half rushing yards is minus one 20. All right, the rams and the Giants. The Giants deepens, they're just so bad. I love Stafford this week over 283 and a half passing yards over two and a half touchdowns and you get that at plus money at plus one 55, which I like. Also, in the rushing attack, you know, how many there's very few and far between bell cows anymore in the backfield for a lot of these teams, Henderson is one of them. He's getting the lion's share of the touches over 76 and a half rushing yards for him. And I know, you know, there's a lot of talk in speculation in regards to Daniel Jones. He has to pass some tests later on this afternoon. But Mike, even if he passed the test, he's not a 100%. First and foremost. So don't be surprised. So just FYI, I would stay away from Daniel Jones this week because what if he takes another bad hit? What if he doesn't feel a 100%, you know, Mike glennon, this team believes in Mike glennon, believes that he could come in and perform admirably, but here's my play. Darius Tony under receiving yards. He's got a little temper and this is not going to be a good mix with him going up against Jalen Ramsey. We both know Jalen Ramsey likes to talk a lot of smack. Also he's dealing with an ankle issue, Sterling shepherd and Darius slayton are expected back. So and I know he's the last two weeks he's really like taking the NFL by storm. Everybody's talking about Kerry is Tony. I'm fading him this week. Lined lines are not out yet, and they won't be until Daniel Jones is active or inactive, notified as active or inactive, but regardless of what the line is, I'm playing under for Canaria's Tony this week. Interesting. That's a guy I was surprised how low people were on him in fantasy this year. It was the first round pick but people don't like him for some reason. So I hope you're wrong, Anita, because I'm unlike every single one of my fantasy teams, but I'm sorry. I hear you tough you could potentially be a tough matchup but he's out Sterling shepherd and Darius Lincoln could be back. I'm curious to see how they move guys around. I don't know if I don't know if Tony will play outside or inside with shepherd we know he has experienced doing both batoni is experienced doing both so far as well. So curious to see. And if he does move around, we're not going to be too worried about Jalen Ramsey and Darius Williams is out, so we're not worried about him either. But yeah, I have some props in this one, too. I'm gonna take Stafford, you like, you like him on the overs here and it looks like he's gonna need a lot of pass attempts to get there. We'll have one mistake, so we need one mistake. I'm going over at one half interception at plus money here. He's thrown three picks. This season, he's up to a clean 150 in his career. And he's thrown at least one in 56.1% of his career games. He's also been aggressive at the last couple of years, including this season. He pushes the ball downfield, which increases the odds here of the turnover. So, like that one, and for the first time this year, I believe Anita, we're going to go to the kicker well. Because I've avoided these mostly, nothing is really jumped off the page. Certainly a high variant's position, but Graham gano jumped off the page this week. You can get over two made field goals that even money and over 6 and a half ticking points at minus one 15 look he's made at least two field goals in four consecutive games and he's reached 7 points in three of 5 games. He's also been and I remember talking with Jordan we're not about this in the off season on his podcast as we did to see some preview about how underrated this guy is. He's one of the best kickers in the NFL. He nailed 31 of 32 last year in 21 of 23 extra points. I mean, the guy gets to these marks quite often. So you're getting decent juice here. I'm in on the overs on Graham Ben. I love that you're going with a kicker. Houston and the colts, man, do I love Michael Pittman? I love them coming out of college and I love them now and he's finally shining and we're seeing Carson wins kind of come into his own. I'm going over 16 and a half receiving yards. He's averaging 7 receptions a game, and he's up there in regard to air yards. So you've got a Houston secondary who let's be honest, I don't think any of their corners would start on any other NFL team..

"It's you know. I i don't know how much longer they're going to get to prove that. This itinerary giants works this philosophy this everything that they have works because as well as daniel jones has played that seems to be in isolation of everything else around yet they The average he came into this one no sterling shepherd and as the game went on they lose daniel jones to what appears to be concussion late in the first half they lost can golladay in the first half. They lost saquon barkley. You ankle injury in the first half and Each us yeah it it was a it was a mess by the time. The second half rolled around as far as the cowboys go. I mean they look. They won this game in the style that they want to win. Games which is a whole lot of rushing yards. You know basically staying on the field for a long time and You know their defense is more than enough. Take over and and trump digs another another interception. This one And as troy aikman pointed out. In the telecast a very dion ish interception which he kinda beated a deep post throw and then a new. He'd have the ketchup speed to run it down and get the give the interception. Yeah that's been the comparison in vogue right now trayvon digs to best corner gallison's dion sanders. But listen it's hard to argue with his production and he's really been a difference maker on the defense would be hard to play worse than the defense played last season. But certainly there's been an improvement in a lot of areas taking the ball away has been one of them and digs has been tremendous. I don't think there's a person on earth who wants to live more in the past than jerry jones and whenever like when you hear comparison like that on the broadcast you exactly where it's coming from right like i remember being down in dallas for a story that i did for the magazine and at the time it was dak prescott and ezekiel elliott and amari cooper and what was everybody's saying down there the new triplets the new urban and aikman emmitt smith and this guy that kind of knows how to puppeteer You know the fan base and say all this is the dion sanders You know a troy. Can you say this on the broadcast blah blah blah and and it all works out and It bridges meets my next point which is keeps us stuck in the past which is why we should stop. Because i think were gas. Letting me gary here at the beginning segment by telling me. This is a match up that you're looking forward to and as someone who spent his formative years in the eighties and nineties. That would make sense. but i. i don't think that the giants and cow books is a good game anymore. And i think we should stop carrying until either one of them really. Give us a reason to to give you what that that would be. That's my overarching. Take on this. This is no longer the america's game centerpiece of your evening gathered the kids around the television. It's just a. It's a bad game between two middle of the road franchises..

"If he's active trying them out there. And and and yeah. I know that blanket statement. Because we don't know what you have on bench you know we don't know what you have. What have you ever damian harris or miles gaskin or something as as the guy who would step in and said. I don't know what you have on your bench but as a blanket statement. I think you've got to kind of roll with almond cookies active. Yeah and i think i would draw that line. It probably Guys like sermons and williams from denver and some players. Maybe even carter from the jets when you get down to your works gaskin and mckissick and then you've got to to reevaluated in Probably just truck cookout and hope for the best Let's talk about the giants receivers sterling shepherd with a hamstring. Injury is officially out against the cowboys. Daria slate and will be joining him on the sidelines. And this is going to open up some playing time. Not only for kenny golladay. john ross. And kandar yes tony. Now last week could today area's. Tony look pretty good. And this is a first-round pick a first round draft pick Then it's going to be going against the dallas cowboys. So i'm just kinda curious how you treat him this week. Farrell knowing that it's golladay it's anger barkley but on the perimeter besides golladay. It could be just tony. Or maybe tony unless lie Is he a flex. Play for you and f. Fcc leagues this week. You know i certainly think he could be and addressing everywhere early and then he was a cast. Be very early. On a waiver wires. I tried so gallantly and running back but i like tony and i think he did some good things. What appeals to me about. This team is john. Ross we see players In fantasy drafting and acquiring waiver wires all the time speed trying to get speed because they know speed can mean to team and now john ross. Who's been in the league for a while. Four targets two completions at a big touchdown last week. Fastest player in the league. He's still out there languishing on most waiver wires. I guess the player that i would like to take The lottery ticket play on here To add to my line up instead of perhaps co tony. Because i've probably got a receiver that i can fill in non by week. This would change. Get to the by. But i probably got a receiver that conciliation. It'll give me what. Tony's gonna give me this week. I think i have. I see i'm with you. I mean. I caught him in pretty much every single league except for my dynasty leagues. I still have them and right now like you know. I go hard on my Dynasty leaks receivers. So i have some better options than right now but i'm for sure keeping them around in these leagues i have and then the other thing to keep in mind. What happens if he has a good week against dallas does he. all of a sudden Start eating in to the to the giants. Primary game plan is all of a sudden it is going to be a starter out there in the slot is he going to be a starter on the perimeter you know..

"All right all right. So i know i know. Things seem to be a little shaky last week. It was a little different. All right. I did well just not as good as plan because i mean it was week one. And y'all know for shore that a lotta those. Y'all couldn't call yourselves all right. So gimme gimme a little break but hey we really got to break this down. Figure this out this week or at least avenue man. I went nine. Seven nine ws seven losses on my predictions from last week. This week is going to be different. I guarantee you. I do better all right. So bear with me man really trying to side. Also of these because of these are Tougher and some of them are a lot more obvious Unless we have a week to surprise which hope that doesn't come about. I don't know of anything to make that adjustment to where that's the case but guess we'll be able to see man. Hey thursday tonight game to call gotta be on new york giants versus the washington football team right and the reason is tough is because boy let me tell you. The nfc least is nfc lease for a reason man Start with what. We talked about their game last week. versus the chargers and to be honest. I didn't see enough from both organizations specifically washington. More okay your top receiver to mclaren only have four sections to yards not td runningback. Not heineke came in. You had injuries. We still trying to figure out where things stand. I believe you know. Fitzpatrick might be out for this game as well. So heineke in. He went eleven fifteen. They entrusted with the football air. Too much that's fair. It only got one down which twenty two yards. so look. if you're not getting any you know play from there then i mean what would we do only relying on divas which i guess you could say they did sally. They kept the los angeles chargers to only twenty points. Which is a salad often. They have really good offense. Their defense is more questionable. But the offense they gotta do actually won the game right so when you look at the box score though you can clearly see that there was a lot of misfires. There was a lot going on regardless of heineke doing eleven fifteen. But when you look at the you know the skill players none of running back none people to have russia's there was zero rushing touchdowns. Okay the row now. I don't know if you wanna give credit to joey bosa and company. I mean kenneth murray had the most tackles okay and they only had three tablets for four tackles for loss. So can't put it on that. There were seven quarterback hits could have been more should have been more. I mean depends. You're asking. I assume. But i'd have to say that when if i had to bet on. Who has the better defense. As far as to get into quarterback. I would i would say it's the washington football team yet. They only had five washington. Football team has to be more aggressive on defense as well as be more successful on offense with that being said bringing me back to new york giants new york giants look even worse. The new york giants scored just three points. Lis- offense but i feel like those almost like gimme points. They were able to finesse those. In my opinion daniel jones twenty to thirty seven so trust him putting the ball and air but he didn't connect connect enough house. Daniel jones the slow quarterback that they have the leading. Rusher six cares for twenty seven yards. Twenty seven yards. They ought to be ashamed. Himselves okay Sterling shepherd had a solid game so whoever have him on their fantasy team. I guess they probably had him on the bench to be completely honest. But better than i guess Yeah dale jones. Qbr of forty nine cents for those that are unfamiliar with are in Is basically like a grape system so yes at one hundred is a really good grade to get. That is an a it. Eighty s b so forth. So on he had a forty laugh. He failed feeling great. Saquon barkley ten carries twenty six yards. How how's danny jones Six carries twenty seven yards. I mean yes probably a breakout yadda yadda but saquon barkley. Tin carries not getting anywhere. Look you don't have any run game. No one's afraid to you for being honest giants so that makes it to be. That's what it's coming down for me. I mean i saying that washington put one up themselves but look at least they got they already noted on necessarily have a number one person to go to whereas the giants are supposed to but to piddle will hopefully. He's feeling better. I wanted to feel better. I want him to do well. But just not the case at the time so as we watch the game tonight at seven twenty pm that is central standard time leading german. Okay all right. I believe at the washington. Football team will defeat the new york giants in another teen. Game so Let's say the new york giants scrape and obviously my my my points who were a lot. Different story than me actually choosing winners. But i believe washington wins this by a touchdown.

"Get your car on right with gum out now with carbon clear performance enhancement for your car fuel. I want to ask you about performance in for mark. Ingram just really quickly on that texan's backfield. He had so many carries. Do you think that he's a waiver. Wire add this week. Understanding that like that. Offense isn't super explosive but man barely. So here's what i would say. Is he made the waiver wire column. I think if a deeply league for sure i would not use a significant amount of my fab budget. If i get him in my waiver wire if i if i land mark ingram off the waiver wire my strategy might be this if he has one more great week. Try to trade him right away because as nice as the final fantasy output looks was fourteen point four fantasy points in week. One fourteen point five. He had one target. He had twenty six carries for eighty five yards inefficient and efficient very efficient. So i would grab him if need be if he has under good week. We look into train. But i'm not super jazzed about the long-term prospects for mark ingram. Let's get to wide receiver because there are a couple of names. I think are interesting. And i think one of the players who just somehow was under appreciated. This preseason is sterling shepherd. And maybe it's because we've been down this road before matthew and it's like the upside of his is not nearly the same as like some of the players inside the top twenty or twenty-five of wide receivers and i can buy that argument that being said the fact that sterling shepherds available in seventy five percent of leaks means the hates gone too far like i'm not saying top twenty five wide receiver. But he's like a top thirty five ish wide receiver and every top thirty five ish wide receiver should be rostered an all size leaks. I think that's fair. He's a good player. Yeah he's a good player and john's confused us right but i also think by the way. It's also he's somebody that he's playing in the slot right so a decent amount so he he against denver was avoiding their corners. And but like. There's a chemistry there with daniel jones. That isn't there yet between jones and golladay and usually by the way very rare. Where a team's best cornerback. Plays lot very rare and he plays this lot basically all slate and golladay on the on the edges when they go three wide for the giants still insurance at a player. He's always he's always produced when he has gotten an opportunity. Health has been an issue for shepherd but currently healthy. I agree with your analysis that while. We don't think he's going to be this good. This often should be rostered. And more league. And i'll take people off the hook because again. They paid kenny golladay. Traffic area's tony. I understand why people were a little bit less enthused about shirley shepherd bullets market correct. After one week final sketchers yeltsin aguilar. Who in his patriots. Debut had seven targets. Seventy two yards plus a touchdown good for eighteen point two fantasy points so this patriots offense looked pretty good with mack jones. Things look like it has to go up though because everything. Most everything was not down the field which you have a rookie quarterback making his. Nfl debut typically how you build some confidence is not throwing the ball twenty five yards down the field consistently which is more reason to say that like i think the offense opens up. I think that aguilar speed is tapped into more going forward and one of the strategy. I try to employ. If i'm looking for a player on my bench. If there's someone available who could lead his team in receiving then he's a worthwhile. Addition in my estimation aguilar currently leads the patriots in receiving yards. And i don't think it's that much of a stretch that they could do that for the entire season..

"There's a lot of talk on twitter. There's a lot of talk across the internet about how. This is a revolt against joe. Judge these are the players that can't handle playing camp judge and all these things. Here's the deal. I understand some of that criticism. I really do but you listened to sterling shepherd this week and he came out and gave an impassioned defense of joe judge and basically said that. If you can't handle the standard the judge holds the giants to then you're free to get out now. You hear from people around the league. Mike garafolo of nfl network comes out and reports the job. Loonies retirement has nothing to do with joe. Judge the zach. Fulton's retirement has nothing to do with joe judge that these are just older players who the spirit was there mentally. They wanted to be there. They wanted to play but their bodies just weren't to the point where they could play at a high level anymore. And i told her i respect that. I absolutely respect guys who say you know what. I'm not going to be a force. I'm not going to take a roster spot away from a young player. Who has the chance to start their career. Just so i can collect a paycheck and prolong mind. So if that's the case kudos to these guys. But i have a hard time believing that the way that the giants run training camp with the penalty laps after every mistake that after the benches-clearing fight were daniel. Jones ended up at the bottom of the pile and joe judge was just apoplectic at his players. Basically i had never seen anything like this before either. Where judge stops practice rips into his team. Choose them out you know got them and then has them ron. A set of hundred yard gases a second set of hundred year gases and then when the whistle blows lines the whole team up along the goal line because some guys were walking back rather than jaw gang has them do. Ten pushups runs them again. Does ten more pushups. I'd never seen anything like it. I thought somebody was going to get sick. I wouldn't have been surprised if somebody walked out of practice and retired right then and there. So now. While i don't believe that joe george and his football guy quote unquote his tough as nails. His approach to coaching football to coaching training camp. Drove these guys into retirement. I do kind of wonder if these guys who were on the back end of their career. Anyway just got a taste of this and said you know what it's not for me. I wouldn't read much more into it than that. The raiders had three players retire. Almost think that with everything going on everything that's going on in the day to day lives of of people of society of football players of of everybody out there over the past twelve to eighteen months it takes toll mentally and if your body isn't where it needs to be and you're going to step away because it gives another young player. The opportunities start their career. I commend that. So i'm not reading too much into the anti joe judge rhetoric. I'm not blaming joe. Judge for all of these retirements. That have come out of nowhere. But i do wonder if having to do hundred yard..

"And i think as far as outcomes. This is probably about the best we could hope for. But you like you said. Nick hamstrings are tricky. They are prone to setbacks prone to re injury and yet they can feel fine but not be fine. You really have to err on the side of caution for hamstrings and i hope the giants do that like you said they are just consistently conservative in their approach to everything so hopefully they will give him the time maybe even hold him back a little bit and either not let him rush back or not pushed him to get back onto the field sooner rather than later because as you said the last thing we need right now or the lesson. The giants need is for him to have a setback. Have re injury and missed. The first two three weeks missed the first month of camp or maybe even more significant injury. Going up the kinetic chain like that hip again or maybe something with his knees because you know maybe the muscle isn't quite strong enough again and there's a little bit of instabilities that you know things like that can happen. And that's what we really don't wanna see. And i think that's something that some people might not realize when you're dealing with a hamstring injury like that the hamstrings connected to a ton of stuff and i know that none of us are are doctors here but somebody who i've referenced this multiple times i've dealt with my fair share of hamstring injuries. I've literally done the same exact thing that can holiday did now. He was moving probably at a much faster speed than i was. But i was doing conditioning. During winter. Workouts and i pulled my hamstring and i wasn't able to run at full speed for about three weeks. And then when you kind of get back. It's very gradual. You can't just jump right back in there's going to be times where it feels great and then suddenly in the middle of a workout. It's going to start to bug you and then you have to come off the field. You can't really push through it. It's not one of those types of things like maybe like an ankle where it's close to being fully healed. You can power through it a little bit because it's just bothering you but it's mostly fully healed so this is something where if it's not approached properly as you mentioned chris can lead to some problems with hip lower lower back. A lot of things can can come from it because of where it's connected to so you do have to be careful with this and i'm sure that they're going to be it. Sucks to see that. A high priority free agent golladay who we have high expectations for is not going to be able to get those physical reps but again as we've we've all mentioned here. The timing is probably for being optimistic is probably the best for it to happen now. Early on in the season in the preseason rather than for it to happen at the end so as much as it sucks the guy go down. Those are the minor positives of not having golladay on the field. Let's just let's just hope. We're not singing the cranberries by week five and being like we're that's the last thing we need just do. Not linger make sure. He's fully ready for week one because we can't have hobbled hobbled kenny golladay out there being the ex receiver who can't win those contested catches. It's such a big investment by the new york giants. We need this guy to be healthy. Yeah the injured versa. Exactly that. I think that's really what they're counting on. Offensively is to have that big x. Receiver guy who can challenge down the field. Who can win in tight spaces and really allow sterling shepherd and canarias. Tony dairy slayton to play their natural roles and you also hope with all the money that they're spending on a guy like this that he's on the field.

With daniel jones it had nothing to do specifically about daniel about the winning and stuff but you know i reached out to daniel because all that blood you know way out of hand and i wanted him to. Jalen and Jacoby
The Giants Actually Won A Game
"About the New York football giants. They actually won a game night. Football matchup against two powerhouses the giants and the forty Niners. Look pretty good about it around the pocket. Odell Beckham in the end zone Beckham had two touchdowns saquon Barkley look good look at this past there in the same. Twice in a row. Saw that one Jalen is there a little civil dark cloud. That is the giants season the silver lining is the person that ally shaking his hand. Nobody knows who it is Nick Mullins because the San Francisco forty Niners are not a good football team. They're not feel from my brother Richard Sherman. Having a play with this team this. This basically vying for top pig. The giants are talented group. Ofensive Lii in their perfect example of trying to build your squat through the skill players. Isn't probably the smartest way. Look dare division. If you were going to talk about who has the most talent just sheer touto question that USA giants have more than Philly, Washington and Dallas maybe combine. But why the last couple of seasons have all of those teams been better than them. Because he's not that good. The line is not that good the substance the lines, correct? And so for that. I'm not surprised clearly that Dale TD's saquon Barkley terrific sterling shepherd caught the game winning touchdown. But we know what's going to happen. Right. You know, it's gonna happen. Right. Cannot cannot break. Some news breaks news right now, what's gonna happen here. As a news happened bench. La. For the guy that ran over the cop. Big bench. Eli ran away just in want to do it. Because that guy had just gotten trouble have been playing attention for national media consumption. He's been in trouble with the law. Couple of times for some reason. We just don't talk about it. So I think later in this year sued they dream of Alah struggling he my stomach coming out of the tunnel. They bench. We know what's going to happen. This is last year allies last year in the National Football League. No, he's a man play as long as he wants to play in a different uniform next year. Yes, if he wants to play, well, I know a team that needs a quarterback Buffalo
