Two co defendants in the case already made plea agreements, Thomas has pleaded guilty to wire fraud aggravated identity theft and faces up to 20 years in federal prison for the wire fraud and a mandatory two years for aggravated identity theft. That is the highest percentage since 1990 when that survey began asking that question every few years.
