They are underpaid, they're having agency come in because the agencies are willing to pay their people more and the workers just don't care. Yeah. And admin and admin knows all of this. They know that these workers are not giving the care. I personally have a hostess patient right now who is completely cognitive and they have told me that they have waited an hour and a half with a cold light on to get changed. Yeah. Oh yeah.
