"I see some calls already lined up on the president's health and well this concern that something is being hidden or something is being secretly kept from the American public regarding trumps health on this visit to Walter Reed on Saturday stand by speaking to help just quickly here justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg back on the bench today yeah this is after she missed those oral arguments last Wednesday and it was new speculation about her health of course justice Ginsburg being treated for pancreatic cancer and tumors were discovered on her pancreas and she's undergoing treatment including radiation for that and as we all know old pancreatic cancer is one of the most deadly forms of cancer so clearly at her age what she eighty six at her age just a lot of concern about our health and how much longer she will be on the bench of the Supreme Court and we all know that Ruth pater Ginsberg she would like her head to be sought often kept alive with electrodes in a jar of some type of fluid so as to not give up her seat on the Supreme Court whether it's health whether it's death whatever to allow president trump to appoint a new Supreme Court justice it was she's back today what can you imagine I mean just for a second before I move on here can you imagine Amir the what's going on on Capitol Hill right now with the Democrats in fall impeachment mold you know moving on from obviously the mall report which they were hoping that that was their ticket to get rid of the tribe and of course that thing went Kerr plop and then the the phone call issue falls into their lap for the phone call from July twenty fifth and the early September news of this coming out so that this of course there hang in there had all this a middle all the capital hill testimony and Adam Schiff and the intelligence committee can you imagine just speculate was I'm not wishing any ill will on justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg I ideologically disagree with her on virtually every thing I understand her sharp legal brain I get it I understand the mechanics I mean she certainly is a brilliant woman I just don't agree with Ruth Bader Ginsburg on her opinions whether she's part of a majority or part of a a dissenting opinion I just don't agree with Ruth Bader Ginsburg I don't want her to have bad health I don't want to die I want to preface that however if something were to happen amid all of this can you imagine the explosive environment can you imagine the exploding head if president trump gets a dirt bike at the Supreme Court nomination apple it would be on Billy I mean the heads what explores lot explode like in the movie scanners it would be a hell of a cult classic when I was a kid back in what the late seventies yeah it would be outrageous said of course what's interesting there is about not only if trump got a a third chance to nominate but then heading into the last year of a trump presidency for the first term of course seeking reelection in twenty twenty then that argument would be brought to the forefront and pounded I just like what happened in the last year of all Obama with garland and you know you can't Elissa there they were you grab the political elements and you push for your side whenever you can to try to get an advantage but of course we would see a similar situation like Republicans saying that it's unfair we don't want to see a a nominee for a president for a Supreme Court in and it'll just months or so before election and they're of the shoe fed see what would happen if the situation was reversed and that that would be just insane let's talk about the president's health here quickly and I I a number of media outlets saw online on television I know that flipping around sorry Garry Shandling flip it around this is been a big thing for CNN today to see how they're playing the conspiracy card that something must be wrong with the president what was it that triggered this this secret visit to Walter Reed Medical Center on Saturday let's try to do a fair review of process procedure there are elements here and I'm being a hundred percent honest as I am there are elements here that do will raise some eyebrows now the White House press secretary Stephanie Gresham she said that the president went to Walter Reed on Saturday to be again portions of his upcoming annual physical exam but there are questions that if that were the case and a lot of folks are not buying the explanation completely because the last annual physical that the president had was back in February so he's not quite at that year point yet so you'd assume that the next physical would be in February so it seems yes that this is a bit early to get some routine things out of the way prior to the annual exam the other issue here is that this was not on any White House schedule and it is a hundred percent virtually common that the presidential physical this is all covered in the news this is no secret every aspect of the presidential physical is pretty much known by reporters and reported so it is a great it is kind of strange to this thing popped up on Saturday and because it was not on any kind of schedule at all and the other issue which is still a little bit ahead of you know head scratching material is that the medical staff and Walter Reed was not informed as well now the White House is playing this down there saying that it was no issue that this was fully intended and planned for the president to get a jump on the annual physical but there are a couple of factors here that don't seem to necessarily add up was it do I think that this is some kind of indication that something's wrong that there was some kind of a health scare on the president on Saturday I don't know but some are treating this like all my god the president it's a secret medical crisis why did he go to Walter Reed well he's not there he wasn't admitted so I don't know how bad things could possibly be what it is curious that the medical staff at the hospital they were not notified ahead the of trump's visit you know I don't know what the actual time frame was on what type of a heads up but typically if the president is going to Walter Reed for anything I mean after weeks of planning that's just a fact I'm not just giving you facts they're typically certainly days and days and days of planning to weeks of planning if the president is planning to go to Walter Reed for any type of routine medical examination a check up any type of tests now White House reporters were told of president trump's movements Saturday and they were strictly on reportable so as reporters were told the president was going to be headed to Walter Reed the press was also told by the White House communications office and I would imagine the press sec that this is quote on quote strictly on reportable until the point that he arrived at Walter Reed at two forty seven PM on Saturday is there some big shenanigans here going on is there some conspiracy going on or is this just again completely routine there was a video posted on social media by Kelly o'donnell who covers the White House for NBC news and the video being described by some as showing trump being hustled quote unquote sold into an S. U. V. by a White House physician not I don't I don't see that you're looking I I don't I don't see that the president walks up to the S. U. V. with folders tucked under his arm any gaps in our system on the passenger side of the SUV Dr Sean Connelly from the White House gets into the backseat on the driver's side of the S. U. V. seem fine you know on this video getting into the SUV all by himself and the video it doesn't add to the conspiracy is that something must the really been wrong with the president of the United States again the video doesn't support this so I'm not giving you a run down that rabbit hole however the visit to Walter Reed it is certainly completely out of the ordinary and the way this unfolded was odd yes granted it doesn't mean that anything was wrong with trump now the suggestion that he was getting a head start or jump you have some time to get a head start was that mean tests are blood tests for the upcoming annual physical as the White House is suggesting I don't think you need to go to Walter Reed for that you've got a full medical clinic and you've got a lot of emergency equipment in the White House because that's where the president resides obviously and a lot of important people visit the White House and the west wing if it were just a blood draw for instance that could be done at the White House so I wonder if you know that we have irregular heart beat what what was the concern why was he taken to Walter Reed again I don't know he looks fine getting into the S. O. S. U. V. on the video however there are some things that are head scratchers and don't necessarily add up I'm I'm just being honest here in my observation and what is standard protocol eight hundred eight and listen I I hope nothing is wrong eight hundred eight zero one eighty nine ninety nine the nationwide number ones that so right yeah fox if you want to show my executive producer in my ear the videos all on my Schmidt list so if you want to go if you want to see trouble getting into the SUV and it looks fine if you want to.

Additional Charges in College-Admissions Cheating Scandal

"Errands in college admissions cheating scandal are now facing additional charges it off workplace series continues with a look at who speaks in meetings women who are not remembered for what they say are often the ones who have trouble getting promoted boss I of the thought trees this is what's news from the Wall Street Journal I'm Kim Get I'll send let's get started now are we take a closer look at the new charges facing some of the parents and the college admissions cheating scheme and why they were introduced. Here's what you missed diplomat Bill Taylor the acting. US Ambassador to Ukraine said in closed door testimony on Capitol Hill yesterday that President Trump made nearly four hundred million dollars in aid contingent on the Ukraine in President Investigating Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden White House Press Secretary Stephanie Gresham said in a statement quote president trump has done nothing wrong there was no quid pro quo and we mentioned yesterday in our afternoon edition that Boris Johnson's Brexit plan passed a key hurdle the bill was approved by British lawmakers but that victory for Mister Johnson well it was short lived just minutes later lawmakers rejected his timetable for debating and formerly approving the bill that means that his goal of leaving the European Union by October thirty first is looking unlikely from London Jason Douglas has more on what happens next the first thing that we're waiting for is what the European Union says about an extension so Boris Johnson issue member had to request one another Europeans are going to decide exactly how long extension is on whatever they come back with kind of color what actually happens next so it expect them to simply do the UK requested which is graphic extension January thirty first probably with some wriggle-room that if you pass the deal sooner you can leave sooner and then bars Johnson says a choice either he goes for an election and I and I would winning a majority so that so that he can then pass the deal or tries to pass the deal I go into an election having said I did brexit Autumn will of course keep you updated on all the brexit twists and turns and two departures for you the first is Nike's long-term Chief Executive Mark Parker sure he'll step down in two thousand twenty after nearly fourteen years in the top job he'll be replaced by John Donahue who is a former Ebay chief executive we report that Mr Parker's departure marks a strategic shift for Nike it seemed strong sales but also been beset by a string of PR crises and Boeing's Commercial clean chief Kevin mcallister is also leaving it's the first high-level ouster from Boeing since the 737 Max crisis began Boeing reports its third quarter thanks today and analysts are expecting that will take more charges as a result of the crisis now our main story this morning it has to do with a new development and the college admissions cheating scandal a little over half thirty-five parents facing charges have played guilty but a new twist came late yesterday when prosecutors introduced new charges against eleven holdouts Charlie Turner has been finding out more from Melissa corn at the hearing and Boston Melissa Eleven parents who were allegedly involved in the nationwide college admission cheating scandal are facing additional charges what do prosecutors accused them of now so prosecutors have now added a charge for most of them regarding what's called Federal Graham Bribery essentially bribing an organization or a state or something like that that accepts at least ten thousand dollars in federal funds oh it's almost A quasi arm of the federal government so they can charge them at the federal level and this is as we say in addition to the original charges which I believe include honest services on services fraud conspiracy and money laundering conspiracy so they most of them now have three charges against them know who are some of the defendants some of them obvious Really high-profile right so more than half of the parents have now pleaded guilty but there are still sixteen out there that have pleaded not guilty and they include actress Laurie Lachlan fashion designer Massimo g a newly former T G growth head bill mcglashan and so definitely still some big bold faced names here from your Article Melissa I'm kind of wondering this have prosecutors sort of struggled at times to make a case with as you write that you know they struggled Oh identified damages and victims in the case I guess with regard to William Rick Singer talk about that right so the prosecutor say there's definitely a crime here it's just kind of hard to explain why so the idea that this is based on an honest services fraud that there's you know the the these people are depriving the companies the employers of their honest of on a services of their employees of the coaches and things like that by having these bribe arrangements tough sell it's a complicated charge and the Probation Office when compiling pre sentencing reports for some of the people who pleaded guilty didn't declared that there wasn't a clear financial loss for the victims and the prosecutors say the victims are the colleges and the testing agencies so one of the reasons that they might have added this chart which is it offers kind of an alternative way of looking at the alleged crimes in a way that the public potential jurors potential judges this can better understand and wrap their heads around. I get the impression that cheating or lying on a college application is not a crime in itself no but there are elements of it that can be crimes if you're taking financial aid if you're getting benefits of some sort from the school of any value then it's fraud going forward what kind of hurdles do the defendant face in this case it's a tough battle for some of the defendants some of the defendants attorneys are saying these were just donations made to the university he's through an intermediary these were not bribes and that's the Line of defense that they're taking there are a few different defense theories that are now moving forward that's probably the most common and yes schools do accept donations and in some cases give preferential treatment to the families of those who donated but it doesn't quite explain the alley prosecutors allegations regarding these fake athletic profiles and essays that had false references to these ethnic feats so that's a bit of a tough nut to swallow against these defendants against these defendants yes there are again a number of different defense approach says here but for these defendants it's it's certainly not an easy when there's a reason why a lot of parents did plead already lawyers for many of the

"So much. Not concerned with his mistresses because she was one of them. Just asking the question. Well, Stephanie Gresham who is the spokeswoman for the first lady said check your facts before you accuse someone to being a mistress. She's the the first lady of the United States. She deserves your respect. And certainly not your lies disgusting. It does not seem likely because Marla Maples was the president's previous wife. They divorced in nineteen ninety nine. He didn't marry Mary Alani until two thousand five so in unless they were, you know, dating for six years found out about stormy Daniels. Yeah. Well, you know, that's as I say, she she may have known she probably knew about everything before. And and this is just the kind of life. She's she's accepted. She she accepts him for what he is. I would imagine you you'd have to kind of go in with that viewpoint doing that. I mean, he admittedly did cheat on his first wife with Marla Maples who eventually married so each she knows. That's a possibility. Any if you're if you're dating somebody who know has cheated in the past you always have to keep it in the back of mind. That's always possibility that's going to happen again. But I certainly you don't want it to happen. I thought her most interesting line was bring the evidence. If you're gonna accuse somebody bring the evidence a wild, man. That's that's that's cold. Or maybe it was please bring the evidence because then the free now is thrown out. Oh. And there's a bit of a controversy going on right now in Georgia where there seems to be the allegations of some voter fraud going on but not from the voters. But from the secretary of state, he is apparently using some new verification law that he he's gonna use to suppress about fifty thousand voters all of whom are likely African American and likely voting for his opponent. They're both running for for governor. He's secretary of state and he's running for governor. Which seems like he didn't step down. He stayed off. No, he's still there. And so here is a woman by the name of Chris and Clark who is suing Brian camp. The secretary of state of Georgia over this whole issue. This means anything as minor as it typo or missing hyphen between a valid ID and voter registration can be flagged. The reality is.

"First lady and other people all throughout this book apparently and in these excerpt so a lot of it seems like fiction to me or highly highly sensationalized i could understand him saying that trump wasn't sure if he was going to win because the president self said that he thought it was a rig system that they were going to use all sorts of trickery to get him out and they try to they tried many ways they were talking about recounts they were talking about voting machines we all knew about this but for him to take a statement like that and blow it way out of proportion it sounds to me like that's what he's doing very much with these bannon statements and the media of course is catching on to that because they want to create this narrative that there's chaos this narrative that there is a division which in the next trump doing well this is the next pissed gate is going to be book after book of jewish made up crap that's clearly going and stephanie gresham the medications right of the first lady because she supposedly quartering here is that he was going to lose and he wanted to lose this book is filled with false or misleading accounts for individuals who have no access or influence for the white house participating this book they can only be described as trashy tabloid fiction exposes their sad desperate attempts at relevancy this book is clearly going to be sold in the bargain fiction section mr trump supporter husband's decision to run for president in fact encouragement new so she was confident he would win and was very happy when he did show that's what the press secretary and that's the spokesperson for the first lady have had to say uh they're jack so.
