"Two are bestie goals because Oprah Winfrey says Gayle King has been on every single vacation that she's taken since 1993. So it's kind of like Santana and Rob Thomas, like just the best of friends of the longtime friends reflected on their 45 year friendship while on a road trip in their new Oprah Daily Series. The Ogi chronicles joyride. Oprah said that her relationship with Steadman Wouldn't have lasted if it weren't for Gail. Now. I'm not going to touch that one. Take that as you make. It was reading about this this morning going. Does this mean that it's the three of them or or? Yeah, she's keeping Oprah happy. That's all I'm gonna say. So, Gail said. The three of us have had a wonderful time. If I was the third wheel. I didn't know it. If Stedman didn't like me, that would have been tough. So it's just the three of them all the time since 93. I mean, you gotta Oprah and be like, Yo, come on, girl. Who? Who else you want to bring on this road trip? I would hook her up to check out online today, people think calls. Is engaged. If you want to know why that's on our website. Also J. Balvin new album is out with a ton of amazing features. It's on French radio dot com. I don't know if I end the Steadman or if I don't know what I think about Sedgman because maybe he wants to go on a trip with his with Oprah alone. But it doesn't get too because she brings Gail everywhere. Maybe. Maybe the fact that she brings Gail everywhere means that Gail has to do all the crap with Oprah that Steadman doesn't want to do. And then he's off at the strip club or whatever in, you know, Maui wherever the hell they go. I'm not sure what I think about this, You know, But I guess after what 30 years almost, uh he's you know, it just is what it is, but she is absolutely the boss. I mean, we do what Oprah wants to do. I don't think we do with Steadman wants to do. I think it's like Stephanie. If you want to hang around and be on the payroll, then we're going to do it my way. And then if you don't then well, right, fine by me. Yeah. Where you want to go? Yeah, I don't know. But this is my dad's life. My dad For the last two years. It's been my mom and my aunt. And everywhere they go. It's the three of them. So I mean, I should ask my dad what he thinks about it, but I think it also gets my dad. I'm having to do a bunch of stuff He doesn't want to do, you know, Because now it's like my mom has a partner in crime that who's not my dad to go to whatever movie he doesn't want to go to, or whatever restaurant he doesn't want to go to, or whatever didn't have to do anything. So maybe it's a good deal. Maybe maybe stepping gets a tag along and then all the pressure's off him. Did you know? I don't know. I'm gonna go in the jungle tour over is gonna go in the jungle bus and go look at the monkeys or whatever. And it's like I don't want to go. Okay. Good. Well, they'll go with me. And then that's the end of it. But how would you feel? And I know how Rubio would feel. But how would you feel about having a friend who is that wealthy who also pays for everything? Like you know that they're well, You know, they're wealthy enough to pay for everything. But for 30 years, you know that Oprah's not making Gail pay for anything. So would you feel kind of like a mooch at some point when she wanted, wouldn't you at some point just out of principle. Step up and pay for something for your skin. McDonald's Yeah, like I got this. I got your coffee. Oprah. I got it today to Gayle is not unsuccessful. Gives a multimillionaire in her own right. So you would think at some point should be like, you know. I don't know that I could be on the on the payroll of my friend for 30 years. Even if my friend was a billionaire. I still feel like I would. I would have to step up and pay for something to even like just to just to pull my own weight doughnut or to write one day. Yeah, it's like when you're dating a really wealthy guy, and like he buys you all these fancy, expensive dinners in the next morning, you by the cup of coffee that just makes you feel can't relate. Yeah, that's not a second. I know. I don't know what I never date wealthy guys. They're always they're always not wealthy. Uh, you need better taste, Fred. Uh, just a cup of coffee in the morning, and that's it. You need Richard friends, Fred, That's you got to experience it. It's It's a good time. I don't know. I don't know how I would feel about that. I'm just saying, Fred, Fred needs Richard friends. You know what I'm saying? Like, like, If a friend I go somewhere, friends going to pay for it, and it feels amazing. You need that friend. You need a friend. That's above you, Fred. So they pay for you. But my point is that some people some people feel a certain kind of way about somebody else. Always saying you've never experienced it. So you don't know how you feel. You know what I'm saying? Because, you know you're always the one that's paying for it. You need to find that better friend. That could pay for you is missing the point entirely. Some people feel guilt about that, Not you Don't not going to try it, Fred. No first question when he's making a new friend is how much money again Right? How much spare my name if I had if I had an infinitely wealthy friend, right and and it's like we're going on vacation. We're staying at the four seasons and we're flying on the private jet. I can't afford that. So I would say to them. Okay, well, then I'll chip in like, here's what I can afford. So I'll give you that. But if you insist on going on the private and I think this is made up because I don't know anyone like this, But if you insist on going on the private jet, saying at the four seasons, that's fine, but like that, that's not the way that I'm going to do this. I'm going to go on Delta or united or whatever. And I'm going to, you know, And then I'm gonna I'm gonna say the Hyatt because that's what I can afford. So this is how you want to do it. That's fine. But like That I could do, But I would have to provide some value to this because even though I know the person the money doesn't matter, I would still feel like I was on the take. Why the money? Doesn't matter to someone who's that wealthy? Yeah, just to them. They like to do it. It's almost like love language. Everybody else I do. I do know a couple of incidently, wealthy people and everybody's on the take. Everybody sees it That way. Everybody sees it as the money doesn't matter to you, But how do they get the money? They got the money because they earned it or their grandpa. Earned it. Or their dad. Somebody earned it right. So like, if you don't provide any value, and then you're like everybody else now, so at least try, you know it's that cup of coffee. I don't know by the sushi catering on the private jet something you know, or at least offer, but the problem with pump faking a rich guy is if you pump fake the rich guy, and he goes, okay. You screwed I don't bring no money, No credit cards. Nothing. Just my I d h, uh yeah, we know. Thanks for I know. Yeah. Get get a friend like.

"Defeat that voice. We call mr mediocrity. Then let's enjoy moving forward possibly difference in our world today. We have a special guest. Good friend headman. Graham steadman is the author of identity leadership and segments keynote speech about identity. Leadership is one. I've seen multiple times and it makes me personally laugh and cry every time i say and so we're so glad to have you here. Stedman glad to be here dozen. Let's hop right into its I wanted to open up a asking. You about vision. Vision is a big part of identity leadership so wanted to start to seeing what your thoughts were about creating a vision for your life. Yeah well when we talk about vision. The good book says were there is no vision. The people perish if you don't have a vision if you can't see beyond yourself then you're not gonna raise your social economic development now. This is really serious because we talked about vision. Vision allows you to see beyond your circumstance. Holiday is a lack vision. Staying small is a lack of vision. Not being able to redefine your possibilities is a lack of vision. So vision is what you see is who you can become not who you are. We know who you are. You know you're doing the same thing over and over every single day you wake up. In the morning wash your face brush You really in a fixed mindset nearly not going anywhere you have no growth in that represents a lot of people world today who have no vision. Beyond their circumstances that is so powerful so the definition of vision seeing beyond yourself seem beyond your circumstances as amazing when you think about reaching your true potential. Tell us a little bit about how you think. People aren't reaching their digital. And what do they need to do to do that. Nassir great question and this very serious question because what we lack as we lack consciousness and will consciousness and we're not in the present. We're not educating ourselves constantly. Redefining ourselves. We ashley go back to our subconscious which means we go back to our historical baggage. Go back to our trauma..

"Catherine steadman joins us now from london. Her new novel is called the disappearing. Act kathryn thanks for being here. Thanks so much for having me so we should say up front. That many people will know your name as an author. This is your third book but also as a successful working actress. What made you decide to write. Acting has low downtime. Even when you have a job you'll in trailers or your in 'cause going to sat. I dunno persons of sis reading so many scripts will the time i sort of go into in the beca of just the sheer quantity of things that get sent to you before he could actually get apart and something. The quantity of stories i read. I just thought. I'll give it a go and it was wanted to burke and people say i'm you know i'm writing about marching burkan and then it gets to a point where you sort of don't want them anymore. So i so i won't tell anyone i'm doing because i could stand the pressure of people constantly asking me how it was going so i just all right set one tiny. When i'm writing it. I'll see how far guys if i finish and yeah it's been a process since then you'll pretend to be knitting like all the other actors. Yeah exactly or i do not. Oh my phone when i working in my trailer so it can often look like i'm playing angry. Birds or something for match easy. My notes out. Are there other ways besides giving you copious downtime and your trailer that being an actor has informed your work as a writer in terms of piecing or characterization or anything god yes yes you got a real feel for what works at a seen. And what doesn't you'll be there on the day on set. The scene isn't quite whacking. And you know if you've got a good direct to the lafon just say to the actors. Why don't you see where it goes or will look keep the scene running a bit longer. It's your guys. not true. Impulse towards improvising is really helpful and always say to other actors. Like you'll thinking about writing that you should because that muscle is translatable into writing as much as is intact

"President Biden announcing more vaccine is on its way to the Northwest, and that there should be enough for every adult to be vaccinated by June 1st as comas. "Hopeful that a third option for a covert vaccine will really start to speed up the process. Almost Brian cover reports one expert Calls the Johnson and Johnson covert vaccine a game changer. "Do we have Jared Steadman ready to go? No, he's not okay. Still trying to restore it Step. Many's the codes to the right side of history, podcast and his thoughts on what's gonna be happening with the Biden administration and folks, you know, not necessarily want to deal with President Trump's folks and supporters Administration. Will they be continuing to come after them? Have company's been warned not to do business with these people? Will the disgust and disdain for this president continue with the Democratic Party for months and maybe years to come? So when we get Terrence Steadman, we'll talk a bit more about that. Ah, lot of folks performing at the inauguration. Including guards drugs. What Yeah, Here's Garth talking about that. So this is a great day in our household. This is not a political statement. This is a statement of unity. That's pretty much it just excited, nervous, all the good things you know, because this is history, and it's an honor to get served. This is kind of how I get to serve this country. Our father served as a United States Marine and the Korean War, had brothers and served in the air force in the army. This is my chance to get served. Okay. Well, he says also that he may be the only Republican that's going to be up there doing this, but Garth Brooks thinks it's a good idea for him to go up there and perform for Joe Biden's inauguration. What? Yeah. Oh, about that guard. I would imagine there's gonna be some blowback on that. Let's not forget the Dixie Chicks and how that career was affected when they came out against President Bush. And other concert tour. I guess they were in France, I think on said something stupid on the stage about our president Garth Brooks is not saying stupid things about the president. He's not doing that. Is not saying it's a political move it all. It's an event in history that he and Tricia have been invited to, and he'll be performing and So there you have it. Make up your own mind. Garth Brooks. Uh, I've never had the opportunity to meet this man, but I've certainly been around people that have And they say he's an incredible guy. Super Nice guy. Very gracious. Um, you know, we'll always take time for fans and low key kind of guy. And you know, huge fans. You never hear anything. Relatively negative about Garth Brooks. I was surprised to hear that he was going to be performing. When you look at some of the artists that there are gonna be performing, I mean, the list is pretty, you know, left and live. You got J. "J. Steadman and we have a barn burner across town at this, You know, it was very misleading to see the update on the old Score Stats website. There are two seconds remaining in regulation with the Fargo Davies. Eagles and the Fargo Self Bruins and Fargo. Davis is a 76 75 lead comedy. Steckler has 29 points and seven rebounds herself right now, and he has been the heart soul for a team there, and Ian Martin Baker has 16 4 Davies as we hopefully should be getting an update from that. Before the postgame show and this evening, and I mean, we we really got put, I would say in the least in a pickle here for CIA peril Player of the game, so we're gonna go over statue real quick. And then we're gonna figure that out, and hopefully we can have a final score on that Davies and self game here momentarily because I mean you're talking. There's potential for overtime right there for free throw gets knocked down on the Fowler. Or anything of that sort, so we'll see what they can muster up there. First for the ran for its Red River rough riders who have falled on six on the season. Carter Stinson had four points. Eight points for Zachary Craft Pain. Parks finished leading the team. With 15 ready. McQuillan had eight Carter Byron went to Logan Harrison with five and Reese Roll camp finished with 13 points. That's 55 in total four What are the Red River? Rough riders, and we did just go final. Fargo. Davies pulled it off. They had a scare there, and the Fargo Davies Eagles now improved to what is Or in three. Excuse me at four and three on the season, and Fargo self falls, the foreign four on the year so Davies is able to leapfrog them for what will be fourth place in the E D. C as of right now, and another interesting thing with that is Fargo South. They're doing something right this year because last year they were a team that won four games all season were eight games in and they have four winds coming off a lot, and they almost got number five tonight against a Fargo Davy's team that if we Aziz, we have talked During the season that we currently believe was Fargo was Fargo, Cheyenne and Fargo, Davies or the top three teams in No particular order in the conference, and Fargo South is right up there. What? Don't read this sort of opportunists in third place right now it foreign, too, and they're coming into Cheyenne tomorrow, so there's an opportunity right there. For Washington, not saying that they will or won't get the win tomorrow. But you get a win like that. A signature win on the road at Cheyenne that could really bust things over the D. C. But the Mustangs with getting a winner really gonna hear themselves comfortably in that number two spot within a couple weeks in an opportunity at the West Fargo, Hi Packers once again, trying to even out that season serious as they fell to them, 84 87 in the opener. Are scoring going for the was Fargo. Cheyenne must things you had killed Larson with three brick A pending with 5 11 for Jim Beam Leak. 15 Forgive Anderson to for Derek Lobo. 25 point from Ben Manson, who had six threes and total and 25 just crazy, three threes and each half. I mean, it's Yes, it's just West Fargo. Is there three crazy this week, talking, hey, had six threes. He also had one old fashioned three point play. I mean, he had just a fantastic night. I mean, he's just able to and I don't want to take away from what he was able to do this evening. But he is able to sit in those spots and he's most comfortable with To shoot those threes in the first half. It seemed like it was that right wing over there and and then second half was that left wing over there looking from where we're sitting here courtside, and he was just able to just get into his spot. That he wants to be and get set and just wait for that past whether it's coming from Jackson money from team leader from its one of his fellow guards. He's able to sit there because the defense is being sucked down and worried about leak and money with that size, and he just able to sit back and knock down three pointers all night dominate. The Horseman had four points in total, Michael Nile with three and one for Matt Goose laws and ER Newton with two And R. C appear a player of the game and it's tough to argue that I mean, the thing is Ben Manson made it about as difficult as possible. Gauge Anderson at 15 points. A couple assist couple boards as well. But three steals at least one month he had three steals in the first half was just crazy, but It's tough to argue with the results of Jackson Mony, the 6 10 senior forward, 18 points 14 boards. He gave himself three assists as well to go along with it. There was three or four separate times where there's a missed shot. He just jumps up over the entire pile, gets the board and gets to put back shot just is able to use his size, use his strength. And that's something at the Northern State Wolves next year are going to love for the next four years going forward Well, and I also think it was kind of something that been Manson had brought up a swell is that You know all those guards in those three point shots even to him Leak at 6 ft. Nine on the perimeter shooting threes..

"Five on four the other way. Bunk polo on the move on the pole all the way present to Chavez Goodwin, who finishes with two hard hands and us these leaders 15 11 45 left in the first half. Which is it 21 6 Trojans doing it at both ends of the court. From transition opportunities, did not see much of that on Wednesday, but on the right wing for Montana, Whitney come into his left hand. Good one picks him up. Five on the shot clock kick out to Stedman for a mid range jump shot into the air ball. Bannon gets the rebound misses the put back, and no Obama will collect the board in a couple of those on Wednesday. Now he enters quickly shove as good with nice past, having mobile your ducks it down with two hands. Haven't Mobley the last two score here? He gets it done. Stover 11 minutes left in the first half, and the ball movement has been spectacular for the Trojans, who needed 23 to 6. Lots of sharing and getting easy buckets for your teammates In the early going. Steadman with Moby on his back step in trying to back him down, comes the left hand hook and gets a role. So Michael Steadman trying to settle things down. He's was on the all Big Sky preseason team, so expected to be a big time player for this Montana team, and it gets a bucket there to make it a 15 point. Game ball on the ship as good when he faces up shit is gonna try to back him down to best come on the left hand and he finishes off blast. Chavez Goodwin for two. He has a couple buckets in us. Is leaders 17 again. Banded fakes. The mid range bullet comes inside the Owens kick out Satur White for the open three. That one's long and she has good one will clear the defensive glass. And now he'll lead us into the front court. All these big men have skills for the Trojans. Peterson on the drive comes to the foul line inside the Goodwin left wide open. He's gonna duck it down with one hand this time. Another dish from Peterson. Another bucket from Goodwin and USC is lead is 19 time out. Montana. It's all Trojans. The only going 9 55 left, first half from Galen Center..

Sir arrangement reporting from the border between Poland and Belarus, a city of Brest in Belarus pitches and a written version of that as well on the BBC website. It's twenty two minutes past the this is Newsday business found Facebook is calling for greater regulation of the internet April. I know he really is Saint companies can't do it alone. They need government to regulate the internet. Mark Zuckerberg wants governments to play a more active role. He says in controlling harmful content, something that he has previously opposed for the show here on the business desk an about face for Facebook limb. Yeah. This about about peace and also about seeking faces. Well, in the NOP had published in the Washington Post Facebook's chief executive says responsibility for monitoring half harmful content is too great for firms alone. He calls for new laws in four areas, harmful content election, integrity privacy and data. Portability. Now, Arlene verbiage is taken vestment founding partner. Passion capital, I put it to her that Mr. Zuckerberg is doing a bit of a cop out here. Isn't patrolling his own social media site, his responsibility and not the government. I think what he's trying to say is that they want to be an open organization with respect to working with regulators and policymakers I think he's trying to play the line that they're all on the same side. He wants to stop being an awesome versus sort of situation or big tech versus government. And I think cynics might say that he's also looking to create sort of barriers to entry for smaller competitors. Perhaps there have been changes to the law in Australia and New Zealand the result of the tragic shooting in Christchurch. Do you think all of this is response to let or is this part of a longer term plan force Facebook, this is much longer term? I think you know, regulation concerns about regulation, and what might be coming for them has been weighing heavily on the mind of Dunkelberg, and the board and another evacuees at Facebook, probably for sixteen with US election and everything since then. And so the four areas that were emphasized included harmful content to your point about nine election integrity, which must come from what happened in twenty fifteen Christie, which is an issue ever since Cambridge. I'm Olympic, but even before that, and then data portability, which I think just from all three of those other topics as well. So it's a long time coming. I don't think it's just a response to what's happened in the last month. Which now Arlene vigil passion capital, I'm intrigued. I mean, he could have put it on a Facebook post what he wants to be serious. He writes it in a newspaper, quite an old fashioned form, these it is one of the curious. I guess he's spreading out there among people who wouldn't necessarily be his automatic constituency.
