It happened around two 30 this morning at west school street and central avenue detectives currently providing a media update this hour saying it started as a physical altercation inside a bar spilled outside and say a group of people were standing on the street when a man opened fire before fleeing in a dark colored SUV. A 24 year old woman and two men ages 26 and 50 were killed, a 25 year old woman is clinging to life with a gunshot wound to the head. No one is in custody. As Chicago police officer was stabbed and a suspect was shot in roseland yesterday evening, it happened around 7 30 at a home near 99th and wentworth. One officer was stabbed in the neck and shoulder, another then shot the suspect who was brought to a nearby hospital in critical condition. The officer who was stabbed remains hospitalized, but is expected to be okay. Father Michael flare has been reinstated at saint Sabina church in auburn Gresham, the announcement comes after the archdiocese of Chicago decided there was no reason to believe he's guilty of a decades old sex abuse allegation that surfaced in October.
