"I'd better let it go common sense than uncommon way. Act like you know. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the outside of the show. One of the biggest threats. To our democracy, our constitutional republic is the threat of not having a secure border. I do not understand why more people are not talking about this shout out to Charlie Kirk and turning point USA for creating the documentary border battle. It's a new 6 part limited documentary series that turning point USA has made and it exposes the sheer evil and the inhumanity of the drug cartels and illegal drug trade. Fentanyl is pouring in our country due to the cartel and people don't notice the cartel have more money and more power than the Mexican government. But they're pouring drugs into our country. Killing thousands of our citizens, some of the biggest crises that we've seen are the largest crises that we've seen in American history on our border. And Joe Biden are going to talk about it cackling Kamala word salad Kamala is never going to talk about it. But border battle the documentary is going to talk about it. It talks about legal immigration, human trafficking in America's drug crisis like I mentioned before. The drug cartels are not friendly individuals. When we say coyotes, the dumb liberals think it's actual coyotes to animal. But the coyotes, the drug traffickers, the cartel, their militarized, the sophisticated, they have weapons, tanks, drones, you name it. They're ready to go to war. Are we? We got to talk about it more. And you will learn more about it on the border battle documentary. I mean, I thought she was just a woman. You know how stupid that sound? You want to be perceived as a woman, but you call yourself a trans woman. I thought, why don't you just say you're a woman? It just leave it at that. No, you're trans woman. Yeah, 'cause you know you ain't a woman. You know, they call this thing, it's this thing called a fake in Jamaican, right? People out there faking like they Jamaican. They ain't never been to Jamaica now one day and they adopt the accent. They said a rude boy. I'm about to boy. I mean, I say that one. But anyway, they say all these terms and they have these Jamaican terms and they faking Jamaican. Just like these trends, people are faking being a woman. I wish that we could get to a logical place in our country and just say, look, man, I respect you live in America. You can be trans. You can do whatever you want to do. Live your life, boo. I'm not your God. Do what you do. Just leave the kids out of it and leave me out of it. I don't have a problem with trans people. I think it's crazy. I think they mentally ill. However, they ain't going to do it with me. I'm not going to go out and protest a trans person. I don't care what you do, bro, do your thing. I'm too busy trying to make it on my own. I don't care if you trans. I don't care if you're gay. Just don't come up to me. I think, you know, especially gay men, it's weird, and you know, to think about men like another man hugging them and kissing them and that is weird to me. But they don't mean that ain't got nothing to do with the person who live in that lifestyle. I have nothing to say about you. Live your life, man. You be happy. Treat people with respect. Live your life, brother. Just don't force me to live your life. And don't put it on the kids. That's all I ask. Some people say Brandon, homophobic. No, I'm not, man. I love everybody. It's too much. Life is too short you be worried about what somebody else doing. Just don't put the kids involved in it. Just don't dress your kids up at 7 years old, 'cause you're abusing them. Just like if I saw a person chaining their kids, I just saw, I just saw the news or it was an article the other day where these kids, these pears had locked their kids and they had them in handcuffs in a laundry room and they had to urinate on themselves in order to take a shower they had to take a shower in a mop that their mama cleaned a year and they would malnutrition. They ended up breaking free and nobody let them in the house except this one lady and she ended up letting me and thank God they rescued those kids. However, when I see that, I gotta say something. Your parenting is hurting children. So I'm gonna say something about that. You can't just get away with abusing children. So I'm gonna say something about that, but you are grown up. I won't talk to you about you changing your breasts and doing all this stuff. I want to, I don't have nothing to do with you. I won't hurt you. I won't be mad at you. Just stay in your lane gangsta. Stay in your lane. Stop being fake. You look like a dude. Understand you look like a dude, don't go into the women's restroom. For the ones that look like women, nobody will know, gone in there. How would I know? Nobody checking your package on the way in, just like the other thing, you know, the women that turn into me and trans men. You got a beard and everything, bro going that means restaurant, nobody know you in there. You just better watch out, 'cause of one catch you slipping, they may take advantage of you in there, but you can go in there, you look like a dude. Some of y'all don't look like a man. So just don't go in there. Can't you have decent common courtesy for the populace? You want us to acquiesce to what you're doing? Why don't you acquiesce with everybody else is doing? Don't get mad at people for looking at you 'cause you look crazy. Don't get mad. You living your best life. You going to move, you can keep moving. Just like back in the day when people look at interracial couples. Who cares? No one's gonna put your hands on me, bro, I don't care what you think about me. Your thoughts in your mind don't hurt me. That's what I like to say. Just stay in your own lane, man. Just like religious factions. I don't care what Muslims do. You don't impress Allah all you want. I love Akbar. All you want. They got nothing to do with me. I'm not going to try to convert you. If you ask me, I'll tell you the truth about the gospel, but other than that, do your thing, man. Just don't get me involved. Just don't try to make me a be involved in Sharia law. Same thing with every other religion. I don't care. I love all y'all to say. I hope you all of you have the experience that you seeking. Just don't step on my toes in the process. Don't try to violate my constitutional rights in the process. That's all I'm saying. And I just wish that the world could see it that way. It's really not that hard, man. Love your neighbor as you would love yourself. They don't mean you gotta like them. They don't mean you gotta do everything they do. Was Jesus was Jesus partaking in sin. No he wasn't, but did he love everybody? Yes, he did. You can love a person that don't partake in the things that they're doing. And I say this, we have to fight against this movement of transgenderism. This movement of homosexuality in this country. We got to fight against it. We have to fight against it. Because it's no longer living lately. Hey, we passed that point. The people who are living that live, you don't even know they gave you don't even know they trans. They and they live in their own life. The ones who are pushing an agenda, they're the ones interviewing the president, faking like they are women for 200 days. They're the ones marching down the street. They're the ones stripping in front of your kids. These are the other side. They ain't living that living. They're trying to indoctrinate. "That's why it's so bad. Their policies on foot to help you, their policies are to keep you in chains. Their policies to keep you under wraps. Their policies to keep you needing them. You know, it's like, it's like, why? It was a controversy. I forget what was it, an ice cream maker? It's like a legit controversy with the ice cream maker that McDonald's. It's legitimately, I think somebody had to sue somebody over this. As they were legitimately monopolized, the ice cream machine company. They owned it, the people who owned it had to fix it, and they made the ice cream where they would need to be broken so that they could fix it. They literally made me not get sued over this. I could be wrong about whether it originated at McDonald's. I don't know the name of the brand. I just remember the concept and I remember watching it on a documentary. They literally create a machine that's intensely defective enough where they have to come fix it and they the only ones that got the machine. So you got to buy it for them and they have to come fix it and it's a cycle that they put in and make billions of dollars. It's the same thing politicians do to your community. They know for a fact that bail reform is not going to help the inner city community. It's going to make it worse. And then they have another promise to make you after they destroyed your community. Same thing with defunding the police. That's not one ET no that defunding the police is stupid. He want to fall home. He know he phone and home knowing that defunding the police is stupid. The Democrats know it's stupid. If our police quit, what you gonna do? Now see the elite Democrats, the white liberal, they don't live in the inner city community. So it's cute to get out there and just start talking. It's cute to say we don't need police. We don't need prisons. They don't see what people in the inner city see every day. They don't have a juvie. Laying dead in the street from a shootout at a drag racing event. They don't see that. So it's cute to say that because they know it riles up the emotions and black people because they never even really been around black people. They have no idea what being black in America is all about. And they pitch these things that will hurt you. And what they can leverage that as a voting talking point. They know that abortions is wrong. Maybe they don't. You know, the devil, the question is, does the devil know what he's doing is wrong? I think the devil is intelligent enough to know he's an idiot. And that he's in opposition of God. So I think the Democrats do know that they're wrong and in opposition of truth. And the betterment of this country. They know that they know that for a fact. But yet they need to push abortions. Because that gets you emotions. That don't care about saving your babies. They don't care about you populating the earth. And I don't know how black people fall for this. The whole intentions of Planned Parenthood from Morgan Sanger was to was eugenics. They did not want black people to continue to repopulate. Now, today is the same thing. They put them in the inner cities, they put them in poor areas 'cause they don't want poor people to repopulate. And black folks will include it in that scenario. They don't want you to have more children. But they'll let a million illegal aliens in this country. Let me give you some stats because I don't know, just listen to me. A record 2.4 million migrants illegally cross the border in a fiscal year. I think it's the thing that's sophisticated year of 2022, almost 4 million total under Joe Biden. How many Africans coming to this country? What? Next time you consider a Democrats position on this, why are y'all not stopping people from coming in the southern border? And out of all the people that y'all want to grant Amnesty to and you allowed in this country because they just need opportunities, how many of those people are black? Now, don't give me that black and brown stuff. That's a two different things. Y'all dumb enough to fall for black and brown. Black and brown mean brown. Black and Brown don't have nothing to do with black people. And I'm not saying it's how I feel. I'm saying this to what they are projecting. Black people are black people. Brown people are brown people. They use the concept black and brown because they use the pigeon or the piggyback on a black struggle in the civil rights movement to benefit brown people. That's what they do. And so when they're talking about Amnesty, they're not talking about Africans. They're not talking about black folks who could come from Africa into Mexico and come to America. They don't want those people. Haitians is rarely you see Haitians coming through. They don't want that. If they really cared about the people who need help, the people who need another chance to people who need opportunity in America, they will shut the border down and they will allow as many people from Africa to fly over here and enter into our country. That's what they would do if they really cared like they tell you they do. They don't care. They need a new wave of people to manipulate, put on the government system, take their votes and be their God. That's exactly what they need. Hold a phone ladies and gentlemen I'll be back at the break. This is the officer Tatum show. Keeping it real. Gentlemen, welcome back. This is our opportunity. This is our time to shine. Because if that's all you got to give, gawk is seeing your heart that you gave an effort and you may be the seed that was song into an organization that had blessed so many people lines defending freedom as America's largest Christian and conservative legal organization. They literally fight for people's rights. We had mister sharp on earlier. And he had made mention that not only does the lines defending freedom defend individuals, they defend churches, they defend businesses. I mean, I can't think of another organization that I would want to support more than alliance defending freedom because this is the time that our country that we really, really, really need some opportunities to give, make scroll it up. If you are holding the line doing what you're supposed to do now as a parent, don't give up, keep loving your children, keep impacting them pouring into them. There's some certain things that my father told me when I was young, I still remember it. I was a little kid, one phrases. One words. My mama told me when I was a kid. I still remember it today. It was filed away in my memory bank. And so you never know the things that you say to your children, the life you speak into your children will be in them forever. So just remember that when you're a parent, you ain't gotta be perfect. You just gotta do the best that you can. And I got one more hour left. And we got a lot to talk about. I love you guys. Update on St. Louis High School Shooting
"Some updates about the shooter, the article that I read was a little dated. There are some updates. So the 19 year old was identified. I'm not going to say his name. I hope he rests in, you know what? You know, back in the day we say rest and it started with a pee, but it's not peace. It sound like peace. Anyway, you know what I'm talking about. Rest in, you know what? Because and I don't feel sorry for him. I really don't. I mean, I'm a lead up to God to feel sorry for him. I'm glad he's dead. Going in there and killing and shooting people like that. I hope they come and kill you. Can I be honest? You know, I was, I mean, I say not crazy and give me fire. But I don't have mercy for people like this. And maybe because I was a cop, I know how to turn the switch in a switch get turned and you go and kill mode. If I was responding to this call, I would be eagerly anticipating showing up on a scene in eliminating this person as a threat. Nobody should have to be in fear with a gun yielding individual that's hell bent on killing people for no reason. No one should live in that type of fear. And no one deserves to put people in that fear. And that's what a good guys come in because they put you out of your misery, so everybody else can be peaceful. Because you two stupid to act like you got sins.

"The doors, having security on campus. Is it invaluable? Not having security that show up after a person has been shooting an AR-15 into a room for three minutes straight. But having people there on the campus. This is how we're going to throw. And duncanville and Duncan field Texas, they had a full go up in the school. He got shot, by the security guard. They had a school guy that wouldn't even security go. It was a guy at the school they had a gun. One of the administrators pulled his strap out and said, let's go. Shot at the suspect's suspect ran the doors were locked so he couldn't get to the students. The cops came and they sent them all home. Flower bringing the song singing. That's what happened to him. Now, what's the moral of the story? We need to defend our schools better. Banning guns give me a break. It's already illegal for a minor to be in possession of a handgun anyway. And I bet he's under 18. It's already illegal. For a minor to kill people. So what make you think that this person wouldn't possess a gun illegally in the first place? So according to some information it was one adult and one team and then the suspect was killed by police which makes made it three who were killed in this incident. Now, we don't know if this is isolated situation. They responded to an act of shooter according to the article that I've read that that appear that they understand the motive yet. It could have been, you know, some boy broke up with his girlfriend and teacher got in the way and he shot her and then shot another kid in the classroom. We don't really know yet. I don't have the information if I know my producers watch it. He'll send me an update if necessary. Anyway, let me move back to politics. Carrie Lake is going to drag Katie Hobbs down the street, not literally, but politically. The problem that you face is that many of these Democrat candidates, they hate America. They hate this country. They hate our founding fathers. Iron women, why they take young girls, why are they taking the clothes off? They get offended. They want all the girls to leave the locker room and let him stand there by himself. They want all them to leave. Who's going to fight for our young people? Who's going to defend us in court? 'cause you go to the Supreme Court, you're broke. Hundreds of $1000 of fees. It is a racket. We had three killed in the St. Louis high school by a person who decide to be an active shooter. There's not a lot of information probably because it's a young person under age. The chief of St. Louis came out and made a statement said to the school was locked down, which bought time for school security officers to react. If you look at the article title and this is even a Fox News article title, it says, at least three were killed in St. Louis high school shooting suspect kielbasa security. I think that's a poor usage of the word. Is it security or is it police officers? Because according to the chief, it says about time for school, security, officers to react. Now, I don't know if he's talking about school resource officers. I don't know if he's talking about police or talking about school hit their own private security. In the woke wussification of America, I'm not shocked that the police department is even afraid to say that there's police officers who are heroic enough to kill a guy on campus after he was trying to murder every student in the school. However, thank God that some brave security officers are police officers responding to take care of the threat. Do I think we should ban guns because of the shooting? No, I don't. Because obviously, you got good guys with guns that take care of business. And what did they do that you already didn't do? And don't get mad at me. They actually lock the doors. The doors were locked. And so this kid was only able to get to and be able to kill only three people. And I'm not saying only because if that was your mama, your daddy, your cousin, your children, you would be it's devastating as one too many. But compared to 21, liking you, locking

"Now let me play this clip from Joe Biden. I think it's clip number four. Let's play clip four from this interview with Joe Biden. Do you think states should have a right to ban gender affirming healthcare? I don't think any state or anybody should have the right to do that. As a moral question as legal question, I just think it's wrong. Of course you do. Do you understand the language sandwich and the nutrition that the Democrats use? Do you believe gender affirming, they say gender? Listen, no state blocks grown ups from doing this, right? No states by grown-ups, if you have grown, you can get hormones. You can get you can't get punitive 'cause you already passed puberty. Gender reaffirming surgery. You show me an adult, they can go get their stuff, cut and zip and fold it up. Show me an adult that can't go get that in any state in the United States of America. You can do whatever surgery you want as an adult. But what she's talking about, he's talking about is kids. Don't let them lie to you. They strategically then use the word kids. But they're talking about children because states like Florida and others are blocking states from allowing children to take puberty blockers and to be able to manipulate their genitalia while their children. States have banned that. Because it's destructive as damaging to the child.

Trans Activist Interviews President Biden

It's on Us to Change This Country
"One person can be changed by something you say. And that one person can change millions of people. Think about the person who woke me up. Think about it. Somebody woke me up. That's one person. And then I am now influencing millions of people. It only takes one person. It only takes one person for you to talk to. It's almost like the gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus told us apostles go to the door knocking on preach the gospel if they turn on you. Dust your shoulders off. And walk to the next place. Don't waste your time with idiots. Who sit there and cry by Trump. He's a racist, just walked past that person. If auntie is like, Donald Trump is raised, don't even talk to auntie. Auntie is lost. Go to your cousin. Go to your neighbor. Go to your friend on the job. They say my pronouns or she and hers and his skip that person. Go to the person next to them that's reasonable, rational, and that may actually make a difference. I want us to go full throttle. Y'all going to hear me talk about this every single day to the election. And then I'm going to throw the election party and we're going to watch a red tsunami. But we want it to be a tsunami. We don't want to be a wave. We want to be a red Armageddon. We want to whip them so bad though, the world ends. That's how bad we want it to be. It's world changing. This is over. This is the Guinness Book of World Records. We don't want to just be mediocre. We don't want to just be status quo. We don't want to just run through them like they did under the Obama administration. When he lost, I don't know how many seats in the House and Senate. I want you to understand that Obama had a greater approval rating than Biden could ever dream of and he still lost the House and the Senate. By a ton of people to imagine what's going to happen to Joe Biden, but we need to put the nail in the coffin and make sure it happens, and there's no chance for them to come up for air, we need to outvote them, outperform them, out preach them, and we need to change this country.

Conservatives, It's Not Enough to Just Win
"I want us to understand this. And before I get to this break 'cause I know it's coming soon. We're winning, but winning isn't enough. We have to put our foot on the gas. It doesn't matter that we're up 30 to nothing. Because it ain't over to the fat lady scene. You put your foot on the gas, put your foot on the neck and we gotta go for it. Winning by 30 points isn't enough. We need to beat them 500 to zero. We need to beat them to oblivion. We need to vote them out of office with a recognized that they will never be in office again running on the principles in which they're running on. Bashing the church, bashing white folks, bashing Christians, you will never win another election. Pushing pedophilia on our kids, teaching CRT, raising gas prices being woken and woke, you will never get a position in this country again. We have to set an example. Especially here in Arizona. I don't care what you feel about Republicans aren't you vote Republican all the way down the ballot. You know why? Because the Democrats telling they people vote Democrat, we then a ballot. I don't care nothing about your feelings. We got a country to save. You vote Republican all the way down the ballot. Don't it's the easiest election you've ever done. It's the easiest way to tell your Friends to vote. How do you vote for the person that's Republican all the way down the ballot?

I went to Pittsburgh. I went to Columbus, Ohio, Cleveland, Ohio, and then we went to Phoenix, Arizona, and it was in a tremendously amazing experience. I want you guys to go and support Carl Jackson by going to the Carl Jackson show dot com. The Carl Jackson show dot com go support my brother, you will hear a lot more from him because I have a lot more traveling to do more events with Salem trying to do my best to go around the country. And get us motivated. It's time for us to be motivated, ladies and gentlemen. It is time for us to show up and show out. And I'm gonna spend the first few minutes talking about that because I think it's an incredibly important and invaluable. We are better than them, we're smarter than them, our ideas work better than theirs too. And we love our country. These people that were up against are complete nut jobs. They hate America, they want to push pedophilia. They want to push racism on our children, children. They are the scum of the earth. And the way in which state legislate or the way they vote for people who legislate. We can not parse words. We can not be nice. The time has come where we can not be politically correct. Our country is on the line. We will lose this beautiful place which we call home and which we call the land of the free, if we don't step up and we don't vote. Let me give you some pointers here. Nick, I need to turn the air up. Let me give you some pointers here. You need to vote in any way you can vote. I know that there's people that's been out here and they have been saying, do not mail in your ballots. Do not participate in early voting. Show up on election day. Well, let me give you some realistic common sense to put into the spectrum here. Don't wait to election day unless you absolutely have to. Unless you're absolutely ready and prepared to sit in a line for three or four hours. Unless you're absolutely prepared to end up going to your precinct and they run out of ballots. On election day, if you're prepared to have to endure adversity on the only day you have to vote and your only opportunity that I'll say just go ahead and wait. Outside of that, we need votes when we can. It's like playing football. You get all the way down the field. It's the first quarter. You still got 12 minutes left. You get down a field unit 40 yard line is 1410. Why wouldn't you kick the field goal? You don't have to go for the touchdown. You don't have to run a post corner or run a fade round. Just kick the field goal, get points on the board as soon as you can and while they are available. Because grandmother that's 80 years old with a walker should not be expected to sit in a line for three hours on voting day. I don't have a problem with them voting early or mailing in their ballots. And I know it sound cute to sound sexy. It sounds cool to say we're going to, yeah, we're going to show up only on election day. Let's not be fooled. Let me tell you why. What do you think that the obstructionists are thinking? Is that you're going to show up only on election day? They don't have to manipulate mail in ballots. They don't have to manipulate early voting. They're going to manipulate you on election day. How much you want to bed something's going to happen, a water line is going to bust at the voting place at the polling place. They're going to make sure that there's an obstruction where the lines are too long and they're going to discourage you from going. Or they're going to get on there and they're going to call Arizona in the first ten minutes of the election. And then people are going to get discouraged and they're going to say, they already call Arizona. Why would I wait in line for 30 minutes? Why would I wait in line for 40 minutes? You get to election day and your babysitter somehow got sick got COVID and you got to take 5 of your kids to the voting place and wait four hours, three hours, two hours, one hours. Are you ready for that? If not, you need to turn out and vote while you can. If you get that thing early, I'd say do early voting. Charlie Kirk made an excellent point. He probably said it on his show earlier because he was speaking about it while we were doing the talkers tour. But Charlie Kirk said, you know, there's the best option is on voting day, right? Less manipulation. The second best options is early voting, right? And Georgia, they have early voting. People need to go out and they need to vote early, and they need to vote. It's often as they can legally, which means that you need to vote, you need to get your kids out to vote, go get grandma. She ain't never voted for. Get grandma ballot out there, and allow her and have her vote. These are the things you have to do. In the last resort, you should mail your ballot in. But you don't do nothing, right? Don't do, don't do nothing. Don't let your neighbor do nothing. And I'll say this, I'll add this little piece in here as well. Because right now, people are feeling the funk, right? They see the gas prices out of control. They see what's going on. The Stevie Wonder can see what's going on. You need to get them to vote now. If they can mail that thing, I'm talking about the ones who the ones who are leftists, you know, your Democrat Friends, your independent Friends, that are absolutely outraged at what's going on. Get them to vote now. Don't let them wait till the end. Because they're going to come out with, they're going to say, they're going to say Herschel Walker was worshiping the devil last week. At a satanic ritual. And some people are going to get discouraged. They're going to wait till the 11th hour to say something crazy to do some radical to leak something to arrest somebody to indict somebody. They're going to do the whole gamut if you wait all the way to election day. The people that are on the fence now that are outraged, they're looking at their 401k, people that are sick of what's going on in the school system, watching a dude that says he's been a woman for 22 days, a 222 days interview the president of the United States of America. How the do you get a chance to do that? You've been a woman. You've been acting like a woman for less than a year, and you jumped in front of all the qualified women to interview the president of the United States. Okay, people are sick of this stuff. House of Cards, the House of Cards are falling. Get them to vote now. Telling the melee stuff in. If your state allowed a ballot harvesting or whatever you take it for. Take it and drop it off for them. If that's legal in your state, we got to do something. We have to get people to vote. We have to turn out. We overwhelm them. We win. There's not enough cheating in the world that can thwart us when we show up and vote. And it's not enough for you to vote. And I got to be a man about my word. I'm going to make sure everybody I know and I come in contact with our voting. I'm going to make sure everybody in my family votes. I don't talk to my grandma the other day. I talked about I'm going to talk to my grandma and say, grandma, I know she probably never voted before. Grandma, you need to vote. Mama, mama, have you ready to vote? Mama, you need to vote. I know my dad and them gonna vote. Everybody like my uncles. Now I don't forget. Don't forget, you sound good. When we were eating barbecue the other day, you said you'll never vote for a Democrat again. No, I need you to actually never vote for democratic game, but vote for Republican. My little cousin, hey, you registered? You need to vote. You need to call the circle of your circle of influence. Everybody you know, you need to call them and make sure they vote. Now just imagine if 10,000 people make sure 5 people voted. 10,000 people, that's 50,000 votes. That can change an election. That could change the presidential election.

States Can Forgive Unemployment Overpayments, But Missouri Demands People Pay Up
"Passed in December gave states the power to forgive, overpaid federal unemployment benefits. Most states are taking them up on that. But Missouri is not. Here's Corrin rough from ST Louis Public radio. In the middle of December. Sandra Griffin's on new message pop up and her online unemployment account. You were overpaid by no fault of your own. That's what the letter states by no fault of your own. And you are required to pay it back. The message said she owed the Missouri Department of Labor nearly $8000. That's money. Griffin says she already spent on bills after the Corona virus pandemic hit and she lost her job teaching art programs in ST Louis schools. Normally she counts on summer school to make most of her income. But there was no clear plan for schools to reopen so her employer encouraged her to file for unemployment. Turns out people who work for educational institutions are eligible for unemployment over the summer, when most teachers air off, So they were saying that all the months that I collected over the summer I was ineligible to collect those, although they had reassured me during the summer during phone calls. That everything was fine, so there was a contradiction there and what's going on. Griffin filed an appeal. But since the system is backed up, her hearing isn't for another six months. In the meantime, she doesn't have to pay anything. More than 46,000. Missourians have also gotten letters demanding repayment. The state says it paid out more than $150 million last year to people who would later determined were eligible for the money. Lawmakers from both parties have been calling on Governor Mike Person to forgive the overpayments that don't involve fraud about 97% of cases. But person told reporters earlier this month that a state law requires collection of over payments and he doesn't plan to override it. There was mistake's made. There's no doubt about that.
