"Their opening up with two at home against washington opening up the season on the road against connecticut. After those two games against the mystics. They're number one in defensive rating and offensive rating according to basketball reference. So this means they have the right pieces. They have the right formula they need to execute. I think we'll see them do that. In the second half of the season a team that didn't execute so well in the first half but could have better luck in this particular. Stretch is the la sparks. Six straight losses have the sparks near the bottom of the standings but there is hope friends because number one. They're going back to the staple sitter. This is the first time they're going to be back in the staple center. Since two thousand nineteen number two neka and christie tolliver have been full participants in practice. Which is the best news that this sparked tin can get. They have missed veteran leadership. And they're gonna get that back in their mvp's in their wnba champions They recently also signed carly samuels into a seventy contract. After waving brienne holmes lauren cox's now in the lineup is going to give them some additional death. And honestly both erica. Wheeler and amanda. Zoe be had strong first. Half despite the team's record moss hearing jamaica be returning to the lineup soon going to get her more involved in practice next week so things really should look better for la into stretch now. This team has not failed to make the postseason since two thousand eleven but they got connecticut. They've got minnesota and they've got seattle early on in this return so the task is not going to be easy. But we're going to see if this team can find find a way if they're giants can help turn the ship around and put la on the right path now. What's your next summit. And what might be a challenge or an obstacle to get to that new mountaintop. Yeah well we've already discussed. It is taking this product that was once inside our agency called vouch and getting it out into the masses. So you know it's going to be a roller coaster ride. I can almost be of that. And so i think getting user adoption and and really adapting. I've spoken about to who's going to be the the best users and biggest fans of the platform you know is going to be an obstacle but a fun. One a fun one hundred percent. Yeah i mean it's like seeing your your baby off to college this fun time. Yeah especially if there are only two years ago cash time. "That's aligned with your mission your core and your skills that has a path to making money. you know. There's got to be that opportunity. I think that's the magic. And i think the alignment piece in. And i think you hit on with your core your purpose. I think we all have purpose of reason for being on the planet. Some difference that we feel compelled to make and i agree with you completely frequently shared my story. If you've read my book conscious millionaire grow your business by making a difference the first eight pages of chapter one. I tell the story of becoming a millionaire and for me. It was just that. I grew up poor and at five and said i'm going to be a millionaire. Twenty five got there and three months later. I had a meltdown and i said oh. Got the house in the mercedes but my life Folks as i tell as you know it there's books on this right book wherever you go there you are and i still was there. I still was miserable and still up and still didn't like myself and still had not particularly functional relationships in a minute. I realized that i said oh. Something's wrong with this picture. I'm curious on your journey. We've known each other. I think eight years now goes back. Well what have been some of the major pivot points in terms of building. Your business why. I don't think it's a surprise to anyone of there's a lot of pivoting going on with covid So i'm sure a lot of your guests have spoken about what they've needed to. Do you know at spark six. We've we've run a did a distributed team for nearly ten years so there was a lot about our business that was already set up to work from home offices. And you know having you know kids interrupting and so forth A lot of us on the team of kind of dealt with that know even pre kobe. But i i think for us. It was adapting our mindset so when everything was kind of starting to bubble around march april last year You know we've at that time we've been around for almost ten years as an agency but even with that level of success he still get worried. And i think what was really important for for my business partner to do is to really just kind of get back to. What's our core What can we do to again. Take care of our families. I you know in our and our team members families and finding opportunities that were still available. 'cause we realized there was a panic but then life didn't need to continue so we saw that as a really good opportunity to you know help restaurants that were transitioning from you know in house dining to how do we make sure that their takeout programs amazing through digital you know in that can be said for lots of different companies that were lacking a digital presence at the time but needed to in order for their business to survive. So if you had one one piece of advice for entrepreneurs and coaches business owners about how to achieve financial success what would it be..

Here's a good wine or maybe try out this restaurant or you want to read this book or in my case. I'm always collecting software like software. That does stuff. We're going to tell you how to keep track of that. But first. Let's talk about money and business eric from your perspective. Why do you think it's important to become a millionaire freedom. "More on KO a dealership reading the internet culture more tolerable flows they're gonna full interview okay we call right about how we're watching the nuggets game here in the studio hi game is tied game the the Lakers wrote notice Rupp Lakers roughage talked about that's good I didn't like that call like that there was no way that lebron James had established himself there when the Germans well that was that was the lebron call that is the your Jeremy grand novel Bron James that's that was that call he's off to a pretty good start is minus eight in the plus minus users right now judge lebron has like a seventeen points eight assists and six rebounds a team slows down when he's on the court it does look like the brown is still a great player the trick to play an entirely different style of basketball at that point I should've their benches been pretty good that's a say with it well that's the thing that the Lakers bench yes there's been the Lakers beat we got ours got thirteen I mean when you bring lebron Howard on you you have basically have to play walking a basketball you can't run a gun like you like you can win the young guys are out there and and that's the thing so I I think in a Dwight Howard to his credit is probably the best shape I've seen him in the last eight years close inspired yeah I I think I think you know is is always cool to see a guy turned around you know who had had problems and turn around like that but you know if you're the nuggets push the tempo that's how you beat this team you know you you have to you have to gas the old guys I hate to put it that way but that's we got to do it you can show off to a good start here he has a game high twenty points five rebounds three assists three steals and a block I'm doing what though he typically does Marie's got fourteen I could assist right there too I kinda like Millsap off the bench like I don't know if that's what you do in the playoffs yeah I time to like Millsap off the bench right now anybody you can anybody who comes in and brings instant offense off the bench like that and and is fresh it only got like Millsap you try to get my revenge you can I think it's perfect I don't I don't know he's a great starting it's been pretty good yeah I I gotta be honest that was a good that's a good good get from your for your forced to do it because of injuries but I've really liked German grantees light what is a complete player yeah well yeah well so it's it's kind of interesting I I I'm sorry I am not going to be like on board with free trade is my starter one guy how he's a liability on defense against it physically he's here he's supposed to be here for the depression he is a cool guys like you I just is yeah good defender would he's the imposing one but when he's not then in his liability abroad as well well for me especially if Kerry Harris's shot continues to struggle with that it is he's just shot just gone they got a they got to see him a couple days let him figure it out over two from beyond the arc tonight two for seven overall four points but we're we're we're marking on that day Utah game where for thirteen but I I we overall you if you if you have a two guard and then your three year small forward Arden neither one of them are prolific scorers it's a recipe for disaster long term yeah you'll catch can fill it up he's amazing credible Murray when he's feeling it he can be fantastic as well but grants out there he's he's kind of the a little bit of your your complete player which I'm fine leaving him in the starting lineup just for that reason but then you need somebody in either three or you're too to be a another scoring option you got to have another scoring option there and I mean maybe you get like some hot streaks from McRae it some point Monte Morris has a few of those once in a while but again you elderly Beasley that yeah I was worried about how about this on these airwaves at writing I was worried about leakage you know that guy could score he was a guide you brought in off the bench reminded me a little bit of the way when when Phoenix was planned we when when Nash they had they had shoot also the T. Nash Joe Johnson was the three add John merry at the more merry Stoudamire to five Hey guys to the to as Raja bell was the defender of the Gary Harris type right and Leandro Barbosa who had they they you know the big time deep ball like Millie Beasley and so is this team is kind of constructed the same the same philosophy that place seven seconds ball like d'antoni does but there's there's some tempo to it there's there's elements of that in the end I think that it'll missing Beasley really took an element out of these team that you can I needed you you need that additional long baller you can bring it off the bench because you know you use your without that dimension no you you absolutely are now I I'd like to see I'm I'm really really interested to see what in PJ's role is down the stretch now he's he's missed six games in a row heading into the all star break I kind of mold moreless expected this to be the case I expected them to cut a rest in PJ there's really no reason to bring him back especially for winning games and your in contention in your your pure walked into the two spot right now because you saw the clippers lose the other night so you're you're holding on to that you need all these games but you need him PJ back to health and he's a guy now that has a lot of injury history you are not a you have you have available it's not the the back thank goodness but it's still something like eight the dude has history yeah and here's the thing you're okay with that I mean like the one or two seat you're okay with that as long as the Lakers have the other one whatever that is if you the two with the one it doesn't matter because the other day if if you both make it all the way through to the to the finals in the west it's gonna be one versus two right and you want it you want to hold off a plane later still deeply because they're older it got old guys and you could maybe get their worn down you get them in that series that's former you catch you got young guys who were still fresh have good good bodies of hold up late is Dwight Howard can be healthy at that point right lebron James a healthy at that point they've they've done they haven't done a ton of load management with lebron fire he looks like he dropped all the way to yeah I think they have the time of that in Anthony Davis so far as libraries hazy eyes Davis Davis is a monster but he's a monster when he's healthy the thing is health has always been a big question mark for him yeah and so they're they're team built around those guys and I because Google can fill a twenty one he's a he's got us all tonight and he's he hasn't had an impact least in this game but yeah it's it's a weird constructed team because in in some ways it's like a house of cards kinda deal because if if one of them falls the kind of see might be it might all fall if the blind has something come of the at the Davis gets nicked up somehow then all of a sudden like they get all kind of comes apart because it it you don't really have the glue pieces there were as the nuggets at least up to this point we've been wanting them for their depth and that's what I'm looking forward to seeing play out but once you get the post season it does change so I I that's why I come back to my point I don't know what in PJ's role will be for the nuggets when they hit the post season I think it is gonna be a sixteen minute again guy well he plays way into more minutes I think I'll be I'm hoping it's more you hope is in the twenty two to twenty four minute mark whether that's the best way that's as a six man or as a starter you're you're hoping that that number in rotation with the other three sorry toward retort Greg yeah it was a board the I. Martin's going up today right there they are missing barred Barnes been really good for them this year right and I I expect your state that rotation did that poor junior will Barton Craig that rotation is able to be worked out and Max device and you can get twenty four minutes are poor whether he's as the starter whether he's as the sparks six man whatever that is on the attacks line from here the nuggets were in the arrears but it's looking good how do you guys miss use that word so badly is it like a running joke that I've either give from ideologically days no it's not it's just easy using throughout their that's not what that means that is not with that simple but it's just funny read like throw it in randomly and then to watch that was like a low role yeah I thought that was like a long joke that I wasn't privy to as a great gonna have to go to say for the the origin of this one for Jared man give me some cotton eye Joe in a lot of Gator tail outboard flooded happy this from Chris is Gerry is not going to figure out his shot by sitting him now no you're probably right about that and they they don't have a lot of other options but it does remind me a little bit and Chris I I'd love to get your take on this it reminds me a little bit of of what we're titled will part last year but when will Barton was struggling down the stretch into the post season they ended up having to bring him off the bench they had no choice they had the had to be we just he was a liability out tonight this was the thing I was really stressed about this year at the two is like Hey man you in this NBA you've got to have your back court to which you're not just your point guard you get over to guard they can shoot tell a lot of times guys who have who were having a cold streak sit them does help them figure the shot out because what happens is they start pressing and we talk about.

"Shake shake shake shake shake I'm curious why you pick that song you gonna shake your wedding yes the Sheik also goes wrong but also I invited her to my wedding are you what we did we wanted someone see if she's gonna show up and I have not gotten an answer obviously but she's been known to do that so you know what I have seen the Taylor swift does show up yeah right exactly and under at least she didn't say no so you're saying there's a chance member dumb and dumber yes I purchased a gift because you know she would take attention away from us but you never now so we figured why not and he would let me invite Bret Michaels so two elderly is our producer she's getting married Friday makayla I just found out right now the same time you guys listening just found out that she invited Taylor swift to her wedding I hope she shows up I'll have to find out next Sunday if she shows up or not well I mean you know and last question that we need your help today to answer some of these questions so what we would ask right now is what went wrong on your wedding day six one four eight two one WTVN six one four eight two one nine eight eight six call us up tell us Emily wants to know so the way I think Emily wants to know because she can just be better prepared for anything that might happen what's your biggest fear on your wedding day what do you think could go wrong anally I'm I don't now my mom is so the Italian planner mother said I don't know really what could go wrong I guess I'm just curious as to if if it is is it gonna be something little or big I I guess I did tell you play her mother I don't know you might have a lot button down to this yeah she is she's the mother of the bride that's for sure again if you have a store you would like to share six one four eight two one nine eight eight six so I know things like this have happened before so many times with the first time that I ever saw something like this happen I was at one of my friend hopper's wedding he was a photographer at channel four so he had a nice wedding and this is the first time I ever saw that I know the little over by me okay so he was him and his bride to be or third similis ceremony and he goes to kneel at the pulpit him and his bride to be so as he takes in the you see the bottoms of his shoes and on one shoe his bride's men put help and on the other shoe the soul said me he had no idea that helped me was on the bottom of his shoes but as soon as he went to kneel before the entire congregation everyone who is invited to the wedding everybody started laughing and those two couldn't figure out what was going on because they had no idea that help me he was posted to the soul nice guys and I've heard that happening to so many different people but I thought at the time that was one of the funniest things I've seen because I've never seen that before so I got married on the fourth of July well that weekend you know it was July second and I thought it would be a great idea to have fireworks as I was walking out of the church you know how the bride comes down to get into the car and usually people throw can write easier all right I'm having sparklers we had sparkle yes that is exactly what we had and this the sparkles that they shot into a very nice dress on one of the gas and it burned a hole in her dress did you pay for it no I did not unless my parents paid for but it was at was one of their friends and I found out way afterwards so anally and warn you get to now yeah because we were all close enough the yes one of those sparks got into our dressing bird right through the cell can address at least you didn't see it happen as the bride as it happened you have already gone by then were you gone in the car and out we were in the car broke down a sign right this marriage may years ago was that this was fourteen years ago so there you go I found the spark in markets and he'd found the sparking you sell lots to dress and she just lost her dress I paid for it and apparently didn't matter that your car broke down because you guys are still going strong we want to hear your stories what happened wrong on your wedding day or someone else's wedding day maybe you saw someone stress get a hole in it from a flying spark six one four eight two one nine eight six is the number to call again six one four eight two one W. TV and I'll share my story with you in a moment but Chuck you're on the line with us we have to say Hey I was at a wedding a long time ago back when the photographers used to take BHS that was a long time ago during the wedding when the preacher asked if anybody has just because the bride's uncle stood up and said that she owes me money and I want to know if the group's going those who heard that it's horrible what happened well as soon as well the groom should yeah but as soon as he stood up there for demographer were smart enough to figure out shop with roll any turned off the tape he was smart kind of a little intuitive planning on his part maybe shocks to speak now or forever hold your peace having to do with her death in that case that's a crazy story Chuck you've been married how many times why yeah he says it with bad Dino excluded in his youth but anything go wrong it either one of your weddings no no they what they would find I'm so lovable what what else could happen well then maybe is it the fact check to the you're a guy in maybe you didn't notice if anything went wrong I could I could go with that say I thought you were gonna wasn't the I thought took you're going to say because I know Chuck very well I thought you were going to say nothing went wrong at the weddings it was the marriages that went wrong didn't go there no I didn't the wedding all right recalling the at six one four eight two one WTVN eight two one nine eight eight six what went wrong on your wedding days so okay Mandy spell it Emily ready for yes I am all right so we were getting married at the valley Dale here in town big legendary place lots of music history at the valley Dale lots of bands have come and gone through there to play and perform I want to get married there actually get married there and have the wedding reception we had about four hundred guests and so I don't know if you know the simply I'm sure you do because we talked about before I lost a brother when I was a freshman in high school my brother mark died and the last thing I wanted to do I didn't want to cry on my wedding because I never wanted to mess up my make up yeah so right when we were supposed to walk down you're gonna walk down the staircase in front of the crowd go up on the stage and say our vows Randy and myself as soon as this was all going to happen I see my sister is my brother and I started getting all teary eyed and like all my gosh I'm going to close the can mark my brother that wasn't there and I was on the verge of just breaking down and crying at that moment the electricity went off are you why all the power went off at valley Dale so my feeling of sorrow or sadness because my brother mark wasn't there went to instant are you kidding I was I didn't cry at all then because I was so mad a look what's going to happen my brother mark was a character for pulling pranks on people and all kinds of Jeff you have area as like you know to this day to this very day I feel that that was mark saying to me don't you dare cry for me Mindy I don't want to cry on your wedding day so I think he made the lights go off and we ended up Emily ready for this yeah he got married at candlelight because I realized that the show must go on we went down I went down the staircase with candlelight we said our vows with a candle offers on on the stage we did everything by candlelight as soon as we were married I had it all planned that I was going to walk out instead of done done done done done done you know the right of my **** I had it all planned that we were going to March out to the Buckeye battle cry and as soon as the electricity went on that's what everybody heard was the Buckeye battle cry it was almost like right after we said our vows are you I was on my way to right now and that is the honest to god store you can ask anybody who is at my wedding because they were all part of it four hundred guests watch us they are I do use in candlelight and then the power came on and that's the first thing you heard of either the Buck I fight song in the battle cry don't ever forget which one it's the it's Maggie one and Kevin Kirschner who works here till
