Mike Denard governor, Murphy says If he saw a covert outbreaks linked to indoor dining, he might have a different approach. But for the moment he plans to allow New Jersey restaurants to continue indoor dining at 25% capacity with no indoor service after 10 P.m.. He says, with Pennsylvania and New York banding indoor dining. He'll have to keep an eye on whether that policy invites out of state diners, people all of a sudden start coming across the Hudson. Or the Delaware. We're just gonna watch that very closely. Murphy said. The state would continue to take targeted actions against bars and restaurants that violate covert rules, He said. 10 bars face liquor license suspensions for violations including allowing patrons to sit at the bar and failing to enforce social distancing. We will not tolerate knucklehead behavior and we will not hesitate. Shut you down. Three of the bars cited are in South Jersey. Federal law sets the date of the election, so the law would have to be changed and also the Constitution set the dates for when the new Congress has sworn in, and the president is sworn in. So there are institutional obstacles to the president trying to change the date of the election, But he has no authority as president. To do that. Many suggest Mr Trump is trying to muddy the waters in advance of the November vote in case he loses. "So he's your have been around. It's not most uncommon thing. But right. Well, people are now understanding them and drinking more because they said there was a time allegation. Couldn't sell their beer because it was cloudy and everybody thought something was a matter with it. Right. And now people know that that's fine cloudy bears. They tell us where I was out in allegany on the tour, and that's one of the things they talk about the tour that he was going around to different Boers trying to get them to drink and he was buying rounds at the individual bars to get the people to buy his hazy beer, right and people don't understand it. But now they used to if I try to releasing northeast IP that was clear. I would probably think you're off your rocker. Yeah. That's a really nice way to put it. I mean, you said you're active on nj. Let's talk craft beer. They'd be all. How much of a bully mentality can go on weight. Or would you be creating a Central Jersey? I. Just be the people in the imaginary land known as central. Drinking. Well, let's see how that could work out. Right. You're still jersey shore. And Lakewood kinda. Doesn't matter. What locate what parts tell you like woods in? They'll still be people mad at me for I can tell you it south people in south jersey. No tell you. It's north people north jersey. No tell you what central people tell me. It's made up told me on the shore that tell me I'm just a few feet too far from the water. So I just say, no. Oh, you below one ninety five. So let's Mason Dixon, line of the jersey one ninety five if you're below that you're south jersey and your Sadler's we're gonna claim me for south jersey on south jersey, beer scene. So you're you're south jersey right now at this point, we're claiming new year could for Clinton pre shit. Clinton. Yeah. We have we have a lot of our meetings at your place. So where south jersey? Go with it one. Last thing before we start wrapping up Richard had mentioned sours before. Favorite's mother. What's what's your take on sour do like sour sharing? And I'll I'll go to include Goza in sours. Okay. So in that case, there's definitely some showers. So I did a collaboration with dark city burning Asbury this weekend's actually their bursary. We did a what's loosely based off of yacht use so northeast that they kettle soured who absolutely loved it. It had everybody northeast IP, and it had that mouth feel the big fruity citrusy flavours going on wall to same time being tart, I love that favorite. Favorite salary of all time is a cartons monkey chase a weasel. Okay. Which is a what a mobile area Berliner area and just so balanced well-being sours, right? However, some of these over the tops hours, I can't deal with they just wants to pure pucker heartburn going. I get everything. I had one of my favorite and least favorite sours happened in the same company and back the back. I drank cascade sang to our and cascades creek and back to back that was the best one of the best one of the top five and absolutely worse hours. I've ever drank in my life back to back. I believe it. It was like so bizarre did in the Saint company in like, oh my God. And then put the other my mouth, and I'm like, this is the most heart most disgusting. Most vile thing about the dump dumb. I think but as much as I hate sours. I love funk right all Belgian beers can get pretty fun of Belgian funky beers. Yeah. I can do funky Cezanne's farmhouses all day, which is definitely growing that love for a place referendum, which is out in west jersey that sickle real part of the state, right? And everything they do is just pure funk in I'm loving what they're doing. We have a lot of barrel. Fermented Saisons going on at the very we have a lot of barrel aged Cezanne's going on barn houses. I haven't really mess around with Brett or any of the real extreme levels of funk. I enjoy controlled funk. Like, I'm in my happy place there. Yeah. I buy that. Thanks jason. Thank you. Jason. Thank you for coming tonight. Thank you for sharing a lot about the brewery in about beers at cetera. So less less thoughts on second anniversary. That's coming up. I've suggests being there. We have no John tonight to SCO to two times in a row you have made. But I have we have good guests tonight. We have Richard Radic James Richard Ravic, Richard the rust afar in goes, by many, many names, many many names, look how I am doing. Well, also, we have with us founder head brewer and the face of echoes brewing with us Jason Goldstein. This. We're going to talk to Jason it Chris as their second anniversary coming up soon. So we are going to talk about that. But first a few news items that we have going on believe it or not. It's almost time again for another AC beer fest. That's coming up. It's March twenty ninth and thirtieth. We will be heavily participating in it. And again this year, south jersey, beer, sheen. We're actually going to be sponsoring a beard dinner that week that's going to be raising money for the food Bank. I think food Bank. I'm not sure which one, but we're going to be the proceeds are going to go to the food Bank. Stay tuned for more details on our website and on our Facebook page referencing that also a little bit more news. We got two new Kate may county breweries opened within the last week. Gusto opened in North Cape. May and coho opened in Cape May court house. Just this pathway Coa just opened yesterday was their first day that they opened sauce on about soft opening. So the yesterday was their first we saw that's to k may breweries opening within the last week or so any feedback on John John was at Gusta was at both of the places. He said some good beers over gusto little bit interesting. I think their their motto is is go weird. Go small go weird. So should be some interesting things coming out of out of that new brewery down there. Do you guys hear anything else about any feedback? I haven't heard anything about him yet. No, nothing is that good or bad. I don't even well just open and is the holiday season. So that that we're kind of open right during a holiday. Well, you would you would hear about it. If you look on the south jersey, Biercee and website that what it is now. I mean, I'm talking about. Well, it's perspective. It's holiday season holiday season. So everything just open. We're just getting into this the the year going, so I'm sure we'll be hearing more about both of those short in the summer season comes on. Absolutely. You know, there's a lot of burgers down that way. Now a lot of Bruce. How many brewers in Cape May county now? Shipka released him. Yeah. I think so. Yeah. Right within the one area because gusto is I actually was down there last week, and we were going to stop by. And it was a Thursday, but they were closed on Thursday. And Gus it was actually right by the ferry like literally two minutes from the ferry gusto brewing. And coho guests. It's up a little further north in Cape May court house, and you got a lotta good breweries up there too. You have you have Ludlum up that way slack tied up that way as well as bucket brigade up in that area where Kojo is so really a very happening. Brucie's down in Cape May county, which is weird because widows comes on and Cape May county right now. But breweries an antique stores, there's wineries there to really remember the last time we talked about we talked about Hamilton. We had all the guys from Hamilton on. And you had the little town of Hamilton you have three breweries there. They got wineries around there. Then we sit in it had a distillery to their disorder from vinyl is there, really right across from vinyl. So, you know, so that's happening. Cape May county happening county who new beautiful beautiful County Down place to go down to a lot of nice nice towns down there doing well. Doing very well. So in very well. Okay. Now. "South jersey beer scene podcast. Another episode. Follow another episode, south jersey bear seen podcast. One of the hose route tally. I'm going by John tonight. John thought here John here, but I got victory night. Yes. And it is raining again in and we're in the beautiful new tally studios in the same general vicinity, but stated the studio that we have here in tally land here in maple shade. Where once again as we recording podcast, it is raining. Of course, it's got a ring cutlery K. Okay. So So. thank you, rob for having us here. And I want to introduce some of our guests here, and we'll get into some discussions with them as we're going on here. Oh, we got some delicious food. Good here for in trouble. Thank you so much. We got some Turkey Turkey, eggrolls guess Turkey. And they looked Alicia. After thanksgiving leftovers now, no one can eat them until until we say, you can eat them. So I want to introduce our the guests that we have we have Eric Schmil who is president of brew jersey Homebrew club as well. As owner of fermented food beverage and Bruce supply shop, did I get that pretty much gyp episode the shops based in Hammonton New Jersey right by the expressway. So nice to get to. I'm actually phasing out of president here at the end of the year and will actually be the vice president brew jersey for the next year. Twenty nineteen shuffling of our exact port. So that's coming down. We tried doing the shuffling in ocean county home brewers which on the president of when it doesn't work. You know, every time the election. They push me forward and everyone else steps back. So also, we have with us is Mike Geller who is the head brewer at three threes in Hamilton. The union over here. It's sure is absolutely for sure. And we'll talk a little bit Terek and Mike later, and also we have royalty with us here. We have a home brewer extraordinaire Doreen Saunders who did not win just one Homebrew competition, but actually one to Homebrew competitions over the last month. We had a Tri county cereal competition which article just came out on south jersey beer scene with with members of brew jersey as well as Monmouth county Homebrew on ocean county home brewers Dorian won that competition with his pumpkin spice, life, cereal, beer, and just recently. There is a competition that was directed by Eric Ed fermented and with the beer being brewed at three threes. Mike's brewery and Dorian won that competition. Also streak, right? So very very. Thank you. So we'll talk more about those beers about the process and really geek out a little bit on brewing because this is going to be sort of like a home brewing. And and grew and grew episode here. But don't don't disconnect everyone. It's not going to be boring. It's going to be we're going to keep it very exciting. So little bit of news. First off Sierra Nevada is producing a beer to benefit those who have been victimized and by the wildfires in California campfire, the campfire called resilience. So I know there's a lot of breweries here in south jersey, as well as the rest of the state that are that are participating in that. So you know, I know that we had posted an article that death of the FOX, but I know there's a lot of other breweries participating in it. Also, a human village was going to be participate. There is a lot of them. And you know, if there's one thing in especially this time of year this season that are local breweries and businesses. Do it. It really is give back to the community and not only are in a media community here, but really the world community as a whole. So it's always great great to see that. So we may talk a little bit more about that later too. So one thing I want to touch on is most recent episode most recent. Issue of craft beer and brewing magazine, which I know a lot of you who are home brewers out there..

I haven't been on air six weeks. It's been a while. I've been very slow. I went to Poona Kana and I drank a couple president days and decided like beer anymore. I missed the first year two, but I'm pretty sure this is year five. It might be your six, and that being said, it's one of the longest running beer festivals in south jersey after beer fest. I can't think of many more that have gone more than a couple of years. I mean, Chris, I mean, you guys do a lot of them. I mean, I think it's probably one of the longest running. It all started with the town of glass, bro. They they wanna. They wanna have fun events in town, and they actually approach us and said, we want to have a beer fest here and you'll be the only licensed Lauren town. Yoda toward the Franklin house down. Thanks for nothing. We rebuilt it. Mainstreet however, that's gone for good. And for those of you who aren't from south jersey and listen to.

"Welcome. You are listening to the south jersey beer scene podcast. Leaving everyone, south jersey beer scene, rob tally John cashew, what up yo? I didn't think you're going to answer. That's my jank stir voice here in the gangsta town of beach haven. I was just going to say we're not in the confines of the tally studio, so I don't really know what to do out of my element. Yeah. Vick finally talked me into getting out of the house. It's very interesting. John welcome to ocean county. John. Why did work here for quite a long time? You know. Ocean county is part of south jersey. Just lynching are now. It's on the website that I had it. I position longtime ago about a year ago anyway. So we're here live that ship bottom brewery with Richard Hello house, rich going pretty good. Fantastic richer is also one of the co host of fear of a crappier planet podcast. On the science network. You guys are killing it lately. I mean, they get no fence to our guests here today, but you know, they get to talk to like. Talk to this week. Just did Greg cook from stone Friday tomorrow. Twenty-second second tomorrow. Okay, exciting. That coincides with my birthday. That's awesome. And also here with us tonight is fixed Baylor, the president of the ocean county home birds sociation, and thanks Victor, putting us all together at a really, really cool spot. I'm glad it's our first. This is really first out side one, but it is out of burry this. I think this is the first one county brewery, at least for south jersey beer scene, south. And I gotta tell you a fantastic smelling ready as he gets come off the street with. Very nice. So who do we got here today? Vic today we have owner and founder of ship bottom brewery. We have rob Zarco and we have the head brewer, Jake stay lean. I said that correctly, you can just into your boss. Hey, guys. We are here to talk about Chabad them brewery brewing in ocean county and other interesting things as they may unfold. So rob, you've been Homebrew and sunshine since nineteen ninety five. So nine hundred ninety five. I read somewhere that you had a bucket, a paddle and a couple of bottle caps and you made some beer. First of all, do you remember how you acquired the kit? This is a real important thing. If you ever podcast, we always want to know how everybody started. Well, I'm from Pennsylvania and. I'm sorry. County. They actually had a place to go to make the beer. My brother and I decided not to do that. We started out together at a shop. Keystone Homebrew of Montgomery Ville. So he found the kit- decided to do on weekend down at my in-laws beach house and ship autumn. So there was straight. He made it. We had again of malt extract poured into a bucket, some water sanitize water left laid off. We didn't know where we're doing. It was to hot nice bath. We'll have two hours came back after a couple of drinks, but wait on the east end press assists. So what's the question we is now Vic. What do we ask after they make it? How was it actually turned out good, which I was surprised about because if it didn't, none of this would have been here, you'll probably gave up on it. We talked to a lot of people in either it's really bad, and that's a good thing or it's really good insight. Good thing. Like a lot of people talk to like it was awful and I knew I wanted to fix it. We hear that quite a lot we. Yeah, I just need because I knew I could do this. Brewin- beer is never a bad thing. It's always good. You learn from whatever you do wrong in the first place, so. So you're brewing at home and then you open up a burry Pennsylvania's. Yeah. So yeah, I was growing for years. It's doing different mess at around, and I started to get more automated where the system had a computer controlled more money into it and has put more money into it and doing fermentation, control the beer. Scott better said on people start telling me I should start doing something with it and just thought about as a tax write off and open a small brewery at the time. That's where I met Jake. I'm at the owner..

"Ninety three or ninety four breweries in town you're going to have to make concessions from both sides right hey what a barista on they revitalize downtown they've taken areas where nobody would go and they put bible businesses in there and employed people they've been great for tourism still baffles me well we still have towns that are like i you know they're just giving us these breweries so much kamara rafe so much grief about you know your parking lot isn't right or this isn't right in the towns that are changing their laws pittman they're they're trying to get into downtown me a great example i mean they didn't have someone coming to them for their like we'll change the laws need someone to come you know that kind of thing and they do have somebody that's in there right now and i think that's a great fit but then you have townsend art so look somebody's going to have to lay down some laws i don't know how it's gonna shake down i kind of have an idea what's going to happen there's going to be some are not going to be very happy but for the business as a whole they're going to have to make concessions right go up as a beer drinker your responsibilities contact your representative tell them how you feel and let them know that this is an important issue for you you have if you drink a beer and you enjoy you have to speak up you're going to have to say something about but here's what i get in this time right now where you have companies closing businesses closing big disclosing then you have these people that are willing to put their their time energy money inches what equity the local business community together building up certain areas of town making people you know maybe stroll down the streets again where they would have not walked before and now you're penalizing them i see you have so you have the layman's view of this if you a restaurant owner that was next twenty and you don't so if your restaurant odor who doesn't have any craft beer on tap and a brewery opens down the street and now they guitar guy playing guitar and after your dinner service there's nobody sitting at your bar ordering snacks and stuff like that and you see seventy five people in there watching somebody play guitar and he got your tv on and all this stuff going on a bar you're going to say i paid a quarter of a million dollars for my license blah blah blah but but go ahead i have no no i don't have plus gave me i probably don't have clearly even the knowledge of the business to get into it but that's the one side of the argument i do understand okay i understand it out that all that money for a liquor license which is maybe means the liquor license price to change or something has to give one way or another well that is an outrageous amount of money to spend our liquor license today you know that that liquor licenses a commodity it dry and sell it so i could afford to buy that you can sell it and get your money back rury pays a fee and pay tax on whatever they do so they are paying their fair share no business to do but as a brewer as a bar owner john i'm sure you have people tell you this off the record or however as as a bar restaurant owner has a liquor license i paid all this money these guys are paying sure oh out i mean i can tell the argument but the thing about this whole issue that i always think about is that you know what to other states do do other states have separate gills for large and small well they figured out a way to kind of me too common ground i i think what was it only colorado cat or cat so what happened colorado's that there was one other split of this sort but what had happened was one of the bigger breweries breckenridge was trying.

"Writers with fish so he's probably about a third of their catalog and he's friends with qatar player singer train estacio so he's also our master on her cyrus along with this gentleman rtp was another podcast and we had them on a show and they're very well versed in beer so it was nice meeting the new been able to come in and have you ever had really oh the show somebody something i have a beer for you that was pretty big of you richard that's what she says there you go i got it in i've been waiting for a show and a half to just try and get a lot to do that to do it i was a little bit well not a little bit i was a lot slow rob really works hard for a living like all of us guess what guy edit that space out so one of the other things that's happened here in south jersey we've had a crazy thing with these whole guilt words guild wars and you know a long time ago in south jersey one brewers guild in new jersey there was guilt now there's too and i think that there's been a switch in how things work here in new jersey as a whole with breweries and a lot of people really worried brewery owners people that are make their living off the breweries we had an early this year and we've talked about it a little bit and i'm not going to get real political here but i think it's a big story that we need to talk about we had the brewers guild of new jersey form from the new jersey association so there was one big associates new jersey association in new jersey which was the new jersey association at one point i think it was garden state but it was the gill the sociation new jersey the lobbyist organization that everybody became a part of and as the burr as you know or if you don't know new jersey the laws here for the berries in new jersey are as such so if you're from out of state or not from new jersey we're going to enlighten you for a couple of things so what's the first thing they do when you go to a brewery at or new jersey you have to take it so you do have to the tour is kind of has a definition of what needs to be done but here are the ways that towards her done gimme away a tourist on vic there's a mass ton there's a boil kettle mashed on boil kettle fermenters bang there's a talk at metaphor first aniversary one of the beer tenders their griff was went up on things that this is your tower and he basically gave everyone a tour within like one or two minutes on their you know when i was a doctorate a couple of week couple of weeks ago they were doing toward they normally don't do tours on sundays trump to right doctrines and in west philly and the guy doing a tour did a great job taylor is his name you know he said to me he said i was at a brewery new jersey i was hidden sands and they told me before i had a beer i had to go on a tour is that a thing in new jersey yes it is a thing in new jersey so so we have these antiquated laws so for those of you who have never been interest and the other thing you can't do is you can't have what number would have food with with exception being a brew pub which is different license like mud or davin or self you can't sell okay so you can't order food and have brought to you bringing it so you cannot have you cannot sell food in a burry you really so that's kind of counterintuitive to everything i know that you should eat when you drink so you can't do that the other thing that you can't do burry was there one more thing that you can't do in a very can you think of anything it's well now you can there's there's a whole thing they're cutting antiquated so when these rules were made up gene and andy and from flying fish they gave bureau away you had a tour and you gave away for years and years and years and you guys have had him on the show i can tell you can how many bidders they gave away for this tour and it was kind of a it was kind.

"Get out to see all these but i don't rob goes quite a few victims law the a lot of the stuff up in ocean county not nearly as many as i should rich richard does a lot of taping all over the place here planet so they do some stuff but i will say this some of them came out of the gate with a lot of promises that they're going to not going to mention names with big systems and how they were gonna take the whole area and i think what people are finding out now is that that's not how it works people have become more discernible what beers they're going to drink and just because you build a big beer factory in their backyard doesn't necessarily mean that they're not going to make the trip to monmouth county to drink some michael gains beer and stock their fridge with rather than coming to your place so and john i want to talk to you about this and quality of beer in south jersey has gone through the roof and i think that one of the things that's done that is this competition but i think the brashness from the new people coming in just like with a new restaurant comes in and gonna shut everybody down down they quickly learned that that's not always the case absolutely i i think you really i think you know we started the two thousand eight you know any new jersey like we all are pompoms out okay now it's it's like it's like okay you're opening nothing new you know what what you have what you offer and i think the you have to especially you know me person just me when i go to a new and i look they have eight to ten taps and six ripe as medium like really right really honestly you know we have all these great choice now can throw punchline as at us it's like new anywhere right but you know unfortunately ip as driving the market and that's gonna you know we can talk about that topic now it's almost like it's almost like when you have a vote of the best beers in america and aided a top ten or as it's like that too i love ipa's fixed going to get it at ten i know those made up no for say but i'm saying even in that kind of proportions how much variation can you get an ip that drive your children if you wanna make two or three or three or four really good ones fine but if more than half of what you offers to me that's like i dunno i should juicy this kind of juicy sort of juicy juice it all very west coast this kind of west coast robin i've talked about this and you know on and off the air and they have you know we forget that their business short and that's that's something that we forget so mcdonald's makes shitty food and has been in business for up teen years this is the same argument.

"It's a fifteen tickets even i mean it's never boozy or hot per se eat three but i mean i don't know i think the coffee has a nice bidders that making a taste that extra i don't know it's beautiful i think the reason i have a two thousand fifteen is because when i moved into my ear house i took the beers outta my fridge and put him into my beer fridge and i was cleaning out the beer for a couple of weeks ago and i say how did this random i how did it last that long and it was in the back of the fridge behind some coronas that thank you credit for sending me coronas you could have seen right through them but i was like what does that back there because i had given away all my beard i found two of them my drink one the other night so i say one for here i think the new say it's i didn't start collecting beetle sometime in two thousand sixteen and it's horrid yes it's hard to keep your you like up on a shelf somewhere especially beers that aren't comet maybe it's in our house actually go yeah i can't i can't fathom that because i just i'm i i like to collect stuff like these phase where lake to collect stuff and i had four bottles at the katie and breakfast out and i'm like i don't want to at three and then i had now i have to and i'm like i don't wanna bring this show my wife's like why do you have them if nobody's going to drink them which well they do i mean i didn't do that no shoot until somebody put a vertical in front of you we did a bad health low how each beer like mad align will change it'll change at wild l is like that also oh that's what was this hour version of that's so i mean it's not on the list i don't think tro was on the list there either so back to south jersey this this this you know what i allot of chocolate it on the news chocolate tastes a lot of dark chocolate on the nose and i think what what would it comes down to is also it's it is really really well balanced it is you're getting those elements but you don't want it's not overpowering the other you'll feel they're fighting with each other feel like oh well balanced so with these south jersey breweries that opened the shirt and i'd love to say that i.

"As well as founders all day i who might be on this list for as much as they've changed the industry and as much as how the beer is the first sessional ale that came out at a low ebb that was what craft beer triggers wanted to drink came out founders did a really really good job at it so we're going to talk about that a little bit and as we go through this list real quick yet heady topper coming at number three i think some of tried that and i think it's one of those things that i had heard so much about it could never live up to the hype and a lot of people say that about the cbs too but i i sierra nevada pale everybody knows that one yeah one of the energy of the of the craft beer h we mentioned the founders three floyd zombie does very very local chicago land beer i've had it it's good i feel like this is a very mid west leaning vote and i you know i had beers that are as good but like i say it's very subjective i am guessing tune yet i believe it might be a double i think that's just the pale pale and the one that was interesting to me well works make something called juicy bits that i don't know of anybody that's had it that everybody's trying to get it's a supposedly a really really good beer but i don't have it so i can't really speak of it the thing that i see that's missing on this list tree house i think i hear everybody these treehouse with ripe as and i've had some of them i just don't think enough people have had them and i think that that makes it hard to have a list of the best beers i don't i don't discount that these aren't great beers but john you go to a lot of beer goes a lot of restaurants beers i'm you've tasted stuff that i think it would be pretty hard to say that it wasn't as good as one of these these things are so so subjective i mean you have to take with a grain of salt i mean on the all good years i'm sure they all there's noone noone list you go why is that on their unless you just never heard thing so it's it is very subjective it makes for a good reading it makes for good conversation and it's giving us a topic for the show and i i love these things i love when people talk about you know what's the best then you know i love it when they talk about you know what sports the best or which vero the phillys was the best which we know was only one answer was the one year they went to world series once nate i say two thousand eight just because they had all the pieces there we like to talk about which german soccer team may not make the final sixteen of the world cup which one would that be i'm sorry fails listening right now but which german soccer team yeah which german world cup team lost to mexico in this world cup which was germany loss get german but it's the national the national sweden so mercedes beat volvo and sit on my couch where week hemi how many goals were scored two to one to the co winning goal was shot fifteen seconds before the time was over what they call that soccer a loss so let's just move on here well you know the list also is one of the things that we're gonna talk about later is the predominance of as now you have on this list six ipa's to pale ales which is kind of rich richer would you call it a sessional ibm pale ale incision ip here these me they taste the.

"So that was a stop the awkward little moment of silence they're so so now you have this distributorship and you're sure we mainly in south jersey can you distribute out of state at just in new jersey we were actually i've been up to mercer and essex and we're in total wine and more and wagmans for honor brewing wow that's so we basically go north for them and we're trying right now to get into bottle king up there that's like fifteen stores so we can do the whole state we were originally only going to do mercer mama th south but honor wanted to hit all the wagmans and most of the wagmans were north of that we were initially atlantic cape may and cumberland county only and then we kept creeping creeping and i think there's talks about creeping a little bit more at some point so yeah i mean where the demand is so you have this stable beers you get people calling you still to talk to you about you know hey i got this beer and what he wanted work we do i have a right now actually have a couple seitaridis that call all the time i don't think we're ready to take another fulltime brewery on or or cider until we get this nail down and get our base of our customer base and everything but we are open to what we're trying to do is some of these breweries that can't distribute all the time like a hard to get re like bring in a palette of it for one time and that's what we can do because we don't contract so just give us one hundred cases of some crazy hard to get beer that's beer traders are all love and four and we'll put it out throughout the state alchemists started doing that very recently you can see it's shown up in philly and it's going to be showing up in california here i mean that's a beer trading thing is really they had their own their little tour they started up in waterbury and made their way down the miami and dropped off beers at all the distributors that will be distributing you know the atmosphere is at ease the fobel's goals i mean that must have been out of the office that day stop.
