"They don't talk about transgender. They don't talk about guns. They don't talk about drugs. Every time a Supreme Court seed opened up during Trump administration, they're going to take away abortion. If that doesn't tell your listeners, how much they care about abortion. I don't know what will. That's always been the goal though to entirely upend society so that they can recreate it in their own image. And murdering the baby and championing their slaughter is how they do that. In closing, are we winning? I think that we won't win until the church decides to abandon and let me quote you. They're comfortable Christianity and embrace a comprehensive Christianity to get our boots off the ground to do what our friend Heidi St. John says to get off the bench and start contending on behalf of the pre born child to learn from our spiritual forefathers Dietrich bonhoeffer, martini Mueller, eberhard bethy, Sophie Scholl, Oscar Schindler William wilberforce. Frederick Douglass Harriet Tubman. Let's go down and down the lines, George woodfield. That's right, who put truth and loving their neighbor before their own reputation. I think you and I sense a stirring happening in the country. I think we all sense it. But until the bride of Christ wakes up and decides to contend on behalf of life first and then procuring every other right liberty pursuit of happiness, then we will not. I will say this though in closing, I think, is positive. And it's not all positive. Number one, the Texas abortion law is a good start. It really is. That's right. And I do believe in incrementalism. Some pro life people say, it doesn't go far enough. I was like, man, you gotta be a little more prudent about this seriously. You didn't Apollo slavery overnight. That's right. You're the future to slave acts. You had all sorts of threats that you had to get rid of before you were able to get to the Emancipation proclamation. But when you look at Texas, it's actually popular. Yeah. And that's a good thing. It's winning. And what's also interesting is if you read Barry Goldwater, I have a lot of respect for, but he was pro abortion. He wrote, he was right on so much. He was so wrong on this. Mostly because of his second wife and all sorts of stuff. But he wrote that Republicans must abandon the abortion issue. There was a lot of chatter about that in the 70s and 80s. Yeah, that's right. And it shocks a lot of people now that it's actually the most non negotiable issue. That's right. And this is something that I tell churches that are pro life but not political or conservative. Like, oh, I don't like republics all this I'm like, you do realize that if you go give any pro life one liner at any of our events, that'll be the number one applause line. That's right event. Number one. That's right. There is a home for it and it's growing. And so the fact that pro abortion Republicans, there's no place for them in our party. End of story. That's right. That's a really good thing. That's a good thing. Yeah. Yeah, it is amazing. Because you need a political home for this stuff. That's right. Because some people say, oh, we have to win culture with you both. We are political animals, Aristotle said, if you just, if you get rid of the political apparatus in the vessel, I think it's a huge mistake. Yeah, that's right. And I'm not saying it's everything though. And we have to wake up to this. You know, Aristotle once said that tolerance and apathy or the last version of the society. And we are in that phase right now. We're at the end of the day. We don't wake up and start contending on behalf of the preborn. This American experience. We're tolerating. It's over. We're tolerating the destruction of the pre born and we're that's right. So we wonder why every other right we've taken for granted is to take care of it. Exactly. Why are they putting masks on kids? Well, everyone pushing its pro abortion. But I'm saying that they're doing it. It's the same sort of moral. That's right. Slide. That's right. Seth this is great. How could people follow you or support you? Yeah, thank you. So I have a podcast called una boarded with Seth Gruber because we're all on a boarded unvaccinated is Reagan said I've noticed everyone who's four abortion has already been born. It's one of the most beautiful pro choicers get very frustrated with that line because it is so ironic that you sanctioned the slaughter of children in a womb you once came from. So on a boarded with Seth Gruber, I do two episodes a week, one with me, one with a guest. And so if you want to become pro life ninja and flipping around demolishing abortion bigotry wherever you find it, my podcast is home for you. Life ninja. So you can watch it on YouTube or subscribe and hit you on campus. That's right. And I have before. I was scheduled at UC Berkeley actually Charlie, the day that it shut down in March of 2020. We got to do it the turning point with it. We got to get it with controversy. You know what I mean? And we're working on some stuff and we're working on it. I know you season here. And then my website Seth Gruber dot com. Charlie you and I have a friend and a very generous church partner of mine who has offered to underwrite all of my travel expenses and honorarium for churches, youth groups or Christian schools who would like to bring me out to equip and fire up their people to defend life, but maybe who don't have the. So how do people find to make.

"Well not exactly a freedom of speech issue unless there's someone who makes it so yes and no a man who went by the name. Monk felt that it was his freedom of speech right to use the us airwaves. He faced an eleven thousand dollar fine for broadcasting without a license but that didn't faze him a monk believe radio waves are and naturally occurring resource. And that the government doesn't have the right to chop them up and sell them to corporations. It was about freedom of speech. The reclaiming of community property and the fact that the crap that was on the radio was unlistenable. He says his boulder free radio a pirate radio station that keet end to end broadcast across boulders. Airwaves without proper licensing from the sec was meant to remedy all of that and that does have something to do with our freedom of speech rights as americans and now a very serious story coming from the citizens for free speech dot org. The white rose the story of soapy. Shoal i found this story about sophie show at twenty one year old girl believed and the freedom of speech. We all now sadly are fighting for here right here in america. Imagine being a protestant student who saw the right to speak freely. Taken away bit by bit. Sophie scholl was a young nonviolent university student appealing only to the hearts and minds of fellow citizens to return to their conscience to a poor evil and to reclaim freedom of speech that had been taken away by expressing her opinion and handing out leaflets and becoming the organization. That was the white rose. She proclaimed that all of germany. Everybody should have the right and the freedom to speak. It was then that she was discovered and convicted and immediately executed by guillotine. Nevertheless she gave her life and defense of freedom and liberty soviets last recorded words just before her execution were how can we expect righteousness to prevail when there's hardly anyone willing to give themselves up individually to a righteous cause they're crime they simply cross the official evil twisted narrative of the nazi party soapy short-lived movement in one thousand. Nine hundred was called the white rose. I included her brother and mostly other university students..

"So we're here largely to talk about the reporting you just did on a movement called the white rose movement. And there are actually two movements by that name. So maybe you can tell us about the original group and then what this new group is. Yeah, so the original white rules group was in Nazi Germany that was a group of essentially nonviolent resistance movement. It was nonviolent resistance to the Nazi the national regime. And what they would do is a group of students, so it was led by Hans Charles and Alexander schmorl and Sophie Scholl. And they would hand out essentially leaflets anonymously, they'd leave leaflets around, which were criticizing the Nazi regime and trying to get people to question what they were seeing from their government at the time and some of the things that we now know were obviously awful that were going on at the time. And that white rolls, I think it lasted up until about 1939 when they were eventually caught and they were executed. But that idea of anonymous semi decentralized leafleting and graffiti and transmission of information in that kind of way is something that the modern white roles has cottoned onto and has taken up as a way of resisting essentially public health measures during the pandemic. And so I don't know whether you've seen any of these in the U.S., but it's an international movement now where you'll be walking down the street and the occasional lamppost will have a little sticker on it, and the sticker will say things like there is no pandemic or the media is the virus, or your government is lying to you and why would you do all these extraordinary measures to prevent yourself from getting a disease with a 99.9% recovery rate, and they put these little messages on the stickers that are designed to appeal to a gut level curiosity and people's kind of fears and insecurities and uncertainties in what is a very uncertain time, but it's really trying to engender people to deny the existence of COVID or to believe that the vaccine is an incredibly evil tool of the essentially new world order trying to control us and all those other things that flow from there. So it is a movement of people who will download these stickers online and then just go into their local communities and graffiti, anything they can stick a stick or two to try and wake the sheeple up. And that's how I first came across them. It sounds like it could be a combination of two things. One is a centralized community where people know they're part of this quote white rose movement. And then probably some people who just find the stickers and put them up, right? Well, no, so I think all the people who the way that the movement works is that at the bottom of all the stickers, it's got the address of a telegram channel. And so it's trying to say to people look if this sticker appeals to you and if you think this makes sense in its sounds like a good common sense argument against the craziness that's going on in the government's handling of the pandemic, then join our telegram channel. And when you go there, the telegram channel is filled constantly with pictures of the stickers in places and that instructions on how to go away and print your own stickers and to then put those stickers around. So I think the stickers on the lampel saw a way of getting people to realize that the pandemic itself is a big con or whatever else they want you to question, then to lead you into the telegram channel where you become part of the white rose group where you will then hopefully go on to stick your own stickers elsewhere and proliferate and spread the movement from then. And I think that's why the Rubin has really grown because it is at its heart designed to recruit more people who are going to go out and recruit more people to go out and recruit more people. So it kind of ends up spreading and putting its tendrils out there in that kind of way, quite organically. Okay. Not to focus on this small point, but it'll become important. So if I stop someone on the street as they were putting one of these stickers up, you think the odds would be good that that individual actually knows what white roses and is involved online in it? Yeah, I think so. I think really the only place you can realistically get a pack of the stickers to put up in the first place is from being in that telegram channel. I haven't seen stickers just lying around. I've only ever seen them actually stuck. And so one of the there's only two ways you can get the stickers that I'm aware of. So you're in the channel and you ask someone to mail you a bunch of stickers or you meet someone who you know is in the channel and they give you a bunch of stickers. Or they give constant instructions on exactly which label printer to buy in exactly which label papered by and then how to download the zip file of all of the sticker designs and go away and actually just churn off a lot of stickers yourself. Okay, okay. That makes it a lot clearer for me. And that's important because we're going to discover that your reporting uncovers some real messiness to almost put it two charitably in this group. So you saw one of these stickers and you said, by all means, I will join. Yes. And sort of act as a fly on the wall and see what's going on in these groups. So what did you find? Yeah, so I think I joined the white roles initially in April, largely because, I mean, I'm like you. When I see an odd unusual thing that seems to be sort of going against what the mainstream thinks I kind of want to be there to understand what draws people into it and what conversations are they having with themselves, not what they would say to a reporter or somebody who says, I don't believe in what you're saying. Tell me all about it. I want to try and understand as much as possible. So I joined just to observe. And what I found first of all was the group itself, the white rules, the main white walls group, is really just there to put pictures of the stickers to say look how many people all around the world are doing this. To really open the movement and say, everybody's out there doing this at a reading, vibrant and we're rising up together the resistances that is growing strong. And then to get other people to go in download the stickers and do their own sticker. But every single time the group will pull, they'll be chat underneath where members of the white rules from around the world will start having their own conversations. And in there, it's where you get to see people's motivations and what they actually really think about the pandemic. So by studying and spending a lot of time in that group, and also do the thing the white rose does is set up local chapter groups on telegram, so you can be in the white roles global group, but then also the white raw Merseyside group, so I joined that immediately for where I live to see exactly what's happening around my local area. And that is much more of a community of people who have lots of alternative beliefs, not just about the pandemic, although initially they'll talk a lot about the pandemic. And what you actually find is quite a quite a muddle view really because they'll at the same time early in the pandemic they were adamant that the virus wasn't real, that they've just, I think even one of the stickers even says how to enforce the new world order simply re label the flu and make everyone scared of it and then bring down everybody's live to make sure that you don't catch what we always catch all the time anyway. Obviously, COVID-19 is not the flu. They're very different viruses. Very different symptom patterns and very different mortality. So we have some people who don't even believe that COVID-19 exists. But then we have others who say, well, it does exist, but it was released deliberately in order to get you to take the vaccine, which was a fascinating take when I first joined because the vaccine wasn't really widely available. We hadn't actually been allowed to be vaccinated yet. And it struck me as very unusual that a very, very interesting that people were absolutely adamant that COVID was a hawk designed to get you to take a vaccine so they could put a microchip or whatever in which would come up quite frequently..

"For Free Speech and Organization, to which I belong and full disclosure of which I am working with with whom I am working. I am the director of the Ohio chapter of Citizens for Free Speech in the National Communications director as well. So many of the questions I'm about to ask Patrick would I already know the answer to But I want you to No. Patrick, first of all over 35 36,000 strong and growing, tell us more about citizens for free speech. And also since we've been talking about, you know, the censorship of the social media platforms, being a member and a volunteer force it or with the citizens for free speech gives you access to a different type of social media, doesn't it? Well, it does. We're really focused on local activism across the country were trying to promote local activism to train people on how to be a good local activists how to communicate how to find out information. What they need to know before they step into the civic arena. And there's very few people doing this across the country, but we're convinced that if anything is going to be one back in this country, it has to start on the local basis. So we're focusing on all kinds of tools to give to local activists to help in their own community. And we do have a private social network of our own. Believe it or not, And we can censor all we want. We want to keep patrols out. We can just do that. And we do. Uh, but It's only four people engaged in local activists and we're not entertaining anybody else to join. But you have to be a volunteer at citizens for free speech in order to get into that platform and that program. Otherwise we have, as you say, we're up 36,000 members, I think nationally is growing rapidly. And you know the big thing on our plate right now. Censorship. That's what we're talking about on this program today. Censorship is the most existential threat we have in America today, and we're looking to address that this next, um Of September 23rd with the National town Hall. Going to be alive. Presentation live performance people be dialing in from all over the country. Some of our volunteers are inviting people into the living rooms, etcetera to have local groups watch the big screen. And we're going to address some of these things head on and get the discussion kick started again on. How can we deal with with this is all the censorship stop, especially on a local basis. Yeah, I know. I and everyone else working with you at citizens for free speech are looking forward to the National Town hall. And I'm sure a lot of people hearing about this for the first time. I would like to be a part of that to tell them how they can do so. Well, All they have to do is just go to citizens for free speech. Org and the first batter that appears at the top of the screen. Just click up it says Natural Town Hall and just click on It will take you to an R S. V P Page. Where you can put in your your intention to attend and we'll take it from there and keep you informed them. How? When? Where? Why, and all that kind of shop? And all the details are there, though basically the time of the day. It's going to be September. 23rd in the evening be broadcast nationally, so we'll have time zones to account for Pacific Coast to New York. And it's going to be a great time. That's a great speakers lined up and presenters that are involved in the censorship issue in a huge way. So it will be something everybody should really participate in. Find out. Hey, what? What really is a story? How can we? How can we fight back? We've got to do something, Bob. We just can't hear Can't just sit here and that these people who happens to death Well, it's going to take courage. And Patrick, this is one of those questions that I already know the answer to, But I'm going to ask you as if I didn't because I want you to explain it to people. Why is it that when I go to certain pages, online pages of citizens for free speech, and in particular, in particular the local activist social media site that is available only to to citizens for free speech members and volunteers Why do I see pictures of white roses everywhere? What does that mean? That's exactly that's your third question. We are promoting the cause of the white roads, which which points back in history to 1942, where a couple of young students at university in Germany decided to stand up as a matter of conscience to stand up against the Nazi. Domination at that time, and, you know, talk about free speech. Talk about freedom and liberty. And they did and end up costing their lives. And it wasn't a really big movement at the time, but the young lady that did at 20 she died when she was 21, which is executed Name was Sophie Scholl. She named a little movement, The white rose and you know what? It was so successful, Uh, well not by itself, but The sixth of last brochure leaflet that was passed out by these people was discovered by the allies the allied forces and got somehow smuggled into I think great Britain. And the allies were sown by this the only one that had they printed up millions of these things, Bob, and they airlifted them and drop them over the entire nation of Germany. And this one. This was a call The resistance now, Sophie, your brother and all the other people were dead at that point, because it all been tried necks acute for who knows what conspiracy charges, But not she didn't like him. Obviously. And you know what? Selfie shoal in her crowd. They speak down to us today through history. We have to stand up against this stuff. We have to have courage. And her dying words She wanted to Gil attain, she said. How can we expect righteousness to prevail when there's hardly anyone willing to give themselves up individually to a righteous caused I'll tell you what that just brings tears to your eyes and you know she was She knew she was going to die when she said that And of course, everybody said, Oh, we want righteously to prevail in America. All we want to turn the hands that we want to. You know, we want to save America and then they sit there and turn the TV on..

"Particular thing was led by old men. Yeah that is interesting. Just to think that i noticed. Well i support it. I mean. I think that being an elderly person and doing activism is like a one two punch combo that the state just they have a real tough time with it because it looks terrible as i was saying the last hour that you know if you arrest ninety two eighty seventy plus year old guy you know the more the more old. They look the worse. It is as far as a public relations nightmare for the state. But we may be maybe to the point where the state doesn't care how bad they will finally the protests and things of that nature have been elise in the united states the youth the college kids the kids. You know that type of thing that young adults generally. That's typically their ballpark. The people stay out of it. So you know if. It's an indication of anything. I don't know you make the changing. Perhaps you make the call that older people getting involved if you wanna weigh and you are welcome to do that. Our number six three two eight three sixty one sixty. I was forwarded a message here. That was an. I didn't check it but allegedly written by sophie shoal of the white rose and actually came. I think from the white rose. Okay so i believe that it probably is pretty or what is this is for listeners. Don't know the white rose is a group that actually has made a comeback this year. But it hasn't been around since the nineteen forties when it was originally formed in nazi germany as a counter propaganda mission By sister and brother combo. I forget the brothers name but The shoal sister and brother their last name shoals sherry shoulders was the girl and they printed up. You know propaganda that was against the nazis and were very successful in distributing it so successful. The nazis hunted them down and put them to death sadly but nonetheless it was it was a great project in one that was worthy of remembering and one that is worthy of bringing back and so kudos to whoever it is. That's behind this new white rose which you can join there telegram channel at t dot me slash joined the white rose. They're doing some really interesting outreach where they have a series of stickers that you can get like graphics that you can download and then you print them onto stickers like with a label printer so there's like a ninety megabyte file just full of dozens of graphics. It's pretty cool really like talented. Kind of mean style. Funny at sad poignant kind of graphics that will hopefully people think when they see them. So i think this is some of the best activism going on right now like this can be more important than a protest because you can reach people quietly and one person at a time when they see these messages. So if you haven't taken the time go check out the white rose you do need to have the telegram app in order to make this work but you can go to. T. dot me's in your web browser t dot me slash for slash joined. The white rose all one word. And then that'll take you. There was the thing they were to do. So the statement from the original sophie scholl quote the real damage is done by those millions. Who want to quote survive the honest men who just want to be left in peace those who don't want their little lives disturbed by anything bigger than themselves those with no sides and no causes those who won't take measure of their own strength for fear of tagging their own weakness. Those who don't like to make waves or enemies. Those for whom freedom honor truth and principles are only literature. Those who live small mate. Small die small. It's the reductionist approach to life. If you keep it small you'll keep it under control. If you don't make any noise the boogeyman won't find you. But it's all an illusion because they die to those people who roll up their spirits into tiny little balls so as to be safe safe from what life is always on the edge of death. Narrow streets lead the same place as wide avenues and a little candle burns itself out just like a flaming torch. Does i choose my own way to burn. I just thought that was really nice. Nice very very beautiful. Well thought arguing that you know maybe you should live it. Hits home a little bit You know for the line cowering for the longest time. I was just going about my life to my thing pay taxes. Yep you know. Ma ma taxes and largely ignoring politics largely ignoring the system. And it wasn't until i decided to go on this like i'll call it a journey of self discovery because i found myself with a bunch of time in the internet and i was like okay. I guess i'm going to find out. Where do i fall on this political spectrum. And i did a bunch of looking and reading and watching and it was sort of the dawn of the the youtube you know the libertarians and all that kind of stuff was coming up I discovered free talk. Live through that avenue of a bunch of other folks authors and speakers and philosophers and things of that nature. And i discovered that i was none of the above It was not a republican was not a democrat. I was not a large l. libertarian. I was not a tea party. I was not a centrist. I i in fact had existed as an anarchist unbeknownst to me from the ages of sixteen through Almost nineteen living without identification outside the system. You know working living getting by you know all that kind of thing so you know at times. I'll refer to myself as the accidental anarchists. Because when i when. I figured out what i was which was none of the above the only term that could actually be applied would be an anarchist. And so i was like well. I was already that accept a while ago You know before. I started paying taxes on kind of stuff and being a quote legitimate unquote human being according to the system and so i discovered all of that and then it was like well. What do i do about it and for just struggled with it. It's like well. I want to live. My life is still to do the things that i love. And and all that kind of stuff and the longer time went on the more it just sort of eight at me because it was like i made this discovery that a lot of people don't make the first thing i wanted to do. Was yell it from the rooftops and of course that of that went over not well all my friends and family and all that kind of thing. Because i'm like. Hey everybody have discovered that this system is awful and horrible and it does nothing but horrible things and it's based on morality. You know and it was like Shut up and just go do your job and missing my tv. Show quiet exactly. And so i was like wait a minute how you know i was taken aback and so it took me a little bit. I don't think i can do nothing again. I can't go back. I can't i. It's like the guy in the matrix. Why didn't i take the blame. I can't get it unplugged or whatever and like sometimes this happens with people in the community. They'll identify themselves as like an anarchist for example. And then they'll go back to being statist somehow as i am. Yeah i don't think you can if you ever really were it anarchists. I don't think that you can actually go back. I don't think it's possible. I've seen so many people do it. Once you're awake. You're i mean maybe they do in in act in function but in in mind. I don't think again. I don't know six three. Two eight hundred sixty one sixty. I wanna believe what you're saying. Captain but i mean people like chris cantwell went back. And i've seen others do it too. Should have known better. And there's no training and besides that they just changed their mind and they decided they wanted power more coming up. Are you tired of governments around the world. "To one of the to stop and that was their main impetus for the white row seat to get going on the resistance at this point, it wasn't really a, a moral decision, but rather just we need to stop this war weird like ruining our country and all. Our young people are going to die. That was really startling to me for two reasons, I think, because we want the story of heroes to start with them addressing the core moral issue that we have decided looking back on history is the thing that we want it to be the holocaust. But in the war. I hadn't really thought through how much we neglect the horror, and stupidity of this war because of the very valid reason of the much more staggering horror of the holocaust. So they start printing leaflets in their apartment, denouncing Hitler, specifically by name and the entire government four these things, which they see as crimes, and immoral acts. So it is mostly centered at this point on stuff this stupid war. But it does from the very beginning. Call out the complete immorality of this very blatant slaughter of Jewish civilians in Poland that really deeply upset them. And they're calling these out and take these are criminal immoral acts that our government is perpetuating. So actually Sophie, probably wasn't initially involved, and I say, probably because that's one of those last nagging questions they're just somethings that nobody really knows. When did.

"Hi, katie. Hi olivia. Changed your mind about anything. Anything at all? Anything at all? Yes, I've had some pretty epic mind changes in my life. I actually really like changing my mind. It's one of my favorite things to have to, like, deconstruct everything. I thought I knew and start from scratch again. Hey me to really the people around me. Sometimes. Wait. I love changing my mind so much that the number one stated goal on the syllabi for my women's studies classes is that we are all going to learn to be wrong in public. Because I think as long as you're committed to always doing it, right. You're never going to say anything. You're never going to learn anything and I'm wrong in public several times a day, and I learn a lot of new important things by being wrong in public, and being corrected in public, and I hate it. But that's how I learn stuff. Yeah. We have a really weird free action in.
