"Everybody welcome to the Shaw. Darren. Orleans show for tune in and thank you for your time. Time is currency. That, we often take for granted and I definitely do not I'm. Of Your time and Energy and contribution to the energy that I think we require in the world and that as. Positive Change. Through Crazy challenging times you know there's there's so many things going on right now. Obviously. But this is my point where we need to attune and tune in to our cells. I fill up our cup of gratitude and grace. and. Creative possibilities. We need to do this as individuals. However, you need to do that I do it in a morning routine. And then I do that through nutrition and hydration, and then moving my body, and then I move on charging. In the day. Is many days as I can sometimes I need to take a break and relax. As we all need to find that virtue of relaxing as we're charging. So I just WanNa say like listen the one thing that's on my heart right now is the tremendous amount of fires throughout the western United States. It's not just the millions upon millions of acres that have burned in California this year. But it's also Washington Oregon in all of the states around US essentially. Thousands, and tens of thousands of fires. So clearly, there's an inflammation of what's going on in the world and we need to dowse those flames we need to come together and I'm not just saying philosophically I'm saying together in terms of being kind and caring, and I get that this landscape breeds a lot of challenges there. You know I find some of my friends that I'm talking to don't believe the same thing I do about some of the initiatives. But you know that comes up and we push each other and we challenge each other and sometimes things get heated but at the end of the day to empty that. Judgment Cop is very very important. We are not being told by our leaders in any stretch the imagination of how to actually lead. We need to cultivate that ourselves. We need to find the groups and the people around you that support you in a positive way of living, taking control taking personal sovereignty for your health for your space for your life. And we need to fight for that freedom, and that is something that is on my heart today. My next guest is absolutely someone that as a fighter for good. This is what a special human Suzanne somers. I watched her growing up on three's company. What a bright soul at seventy three years old she has been charging. She has written. I've written one book starting to create a proposal for a second book one. Is Very challenging she's written twenty seven. And the latest one, a new way to age. The most cutting edge advances in anti-aging. So we got into that a little bit. So were gonNA give you a snippet in this episode for you to. find out, discover what she's doing and listen. She blew me away. She's on the cutting edge. She is pushing she is charging she has beaten breast cancer alternatively, she didn't go down the same path she's been forging her own path. She has taken as a woman in the industry they beautiful woman in the industry she has fought to create power and strength, but yet being kind and caring. But not taking any crap and she has got through it. All she's had a successful beautiful marriage of fifty years. And as Ben a spokesperson. For an advocate. For entrepreneurialism on creating clean green businesses, she's got an organic toxic free. Thank God. Skin Caroline Suzanne organics. Beauty. And health products she's doing it right man and she's been around she's been willing to go toe to toe with people and not take any crap and I she is such a bright light and this is the antithesis of fighting and judging. This is a person that is forging and as forged her own path and stood for. Freedoms. Health Freedom. Woman's freedom to be balanced in society come on we need strong women in our society to have stronger and stronger roles. I see that I want that myself because the the balance is necessary and required were seeing society not working. So without further ADO, please welcome. "The Yankees had lost three straight going into their unscheduled time They come out of it. By losing to Maura. They were swept in a double header by the Braves. 51 and 21. Gary called the loss in Game one, allowed five runs a clean three home runs over five plus his streak of 20 straight winning decisions is over. Game two. Masahiro Tanaka pitched five shutout innings, but then indicated Aaron pulling the tank might be empty. So not came out of the game. Turned Freddy free moves to run home or shag green in the sixth was a difference it adding to the Yankees prostration. In his first game back from a calf injury and judge left game too, after aggravating that injury. Frustrating no question. Our bone admit it is possible. New York Mets test negative, to resume play Tuesday

"Still standing, of course. And and, of course, with the testing that has taken place since Thursday. Everybody else seems to be okay A with the negative testing results, so And that's probably one of the reasons why the Yankees and the metropolitans didn't have a makeup game on Monday. You can talk about the Mets are well, the Mets are going to be home. But certainly not the Yankees. They're going to be in Atlanta. So maybe travel was a consideration and not to mention if and I think this is plausible as well. If one of the One of the other metropolitans that had not or any of the other metropolitans were they to have tested positive after the one player and one staff member. I mean the last three days They have gone through the complete testing process, and it was revealed on on Sunday night that everybody was going to be okay, but nobody really should be our wanted to schedule a game. For Monday with the Mets and the Yankees have God forbid another player or two or three was going to be testing positive. So playing it safe for sure. You know with the Yank is on their way to Atlanta. And, of course, with the metropolitans now clear toe play again, the double header that is now scheduled You know, for for Tuesday afternoon, I believe the first game was 5 10 with a side Graham and I believe Zelman is scheduled to work game too. And because of the postponements with the with the Mets and the Yankees, a schedule of course. Has been upside down almost since day number one. And, yes, you will have home teams on the road playing at home and s O nothing and knew their.

"Guys mayor monopolists content I'll tell you really briefly. The, three ways iron number one get more customers or more subscribers as way one way to increase your average transaction value. Way Three South your customers more often that's if there is no nothing more you can do the grow business. Now there are almost unlimited tactics within each of those. GUYS RAV whatever. But the point is overarching tree core strategies. That's all there is. So then you look at what your skill is, this is I didn't understand any of this years ago solid stuff that I talk about it's like if you know that one way to grow business and the most profitable way is to help businesses sell to their customers more often. Not Alone is enough for you to build a side. Hustle. And how would you do something like that? Really simple. Let's say, for example, some your own business. and. They come to your website they opt in your email list. Maybe they see it's not emailing me that awesome. Sure you do. But let's say you didn't write ninety nine too often. Like, he's not make very many offers me talk to this person I did this before I as I was coming up. I did this exact process mybookie just in the you're actually works with me. Now he'd accompany still those, but it's not really working on that much lower relaunching US called under twenty work was a workout program. I was in the program I went home I said man. I. Think I can really help you guys with your emails learning email marketing back then, and so I worked for free like we chatted about the same thing when in for free, let me write your emails free for I think I did for three weeks. Let's see what the results look like and in literally a couple months, we traveled the business joost boy selling to existing customers morass and also debris mucus pursuit but the point is like in my company companies we we. Make the bulk of our money by spy selling new products and services to solve problems turnout crappy. They're brilliant products and services to our customers who are more than happy to pay for them because a solve problems. So when you you look at almost any business especially locally, my accountant for example of speaking eight is eight hundred clients right never speaks to never emails him as no anything just once year a common the do their books, the opportunity I showed him to actually think. Can, I give to client while other problems can I saw from tax planning to as succession planning to? Insurance and everything in between. Thirty thirty percent of my audience twenty albums maybe has these other things. So there's a ton of business there for that guy doesn't know how to go get it. Golan's simple things of business get more that money. Why would they not pay to do that snow? Brainer that's Especially now businesses that are having to pivot and they don't have any help they're not on like offline businesses in particular like, yes. Huge. Yeah one, hundred news online. Now I mean you think about A. Few. Weeks ago before you know we're currently where we are. We're in the middle of this whole thing a few weeks ago you would gone to maybe a local shoe store owner and he or she would have said the Mardi Interests Nemo Marketing I'm okay. Now they're like. Yeah like we should. I should build email. Email these people. So this has. We like we said, it's painful foreshore. That's not good but it's woken up everybody to well, we rely on just life as it will is anymore because life's GonNa Change continue to change. Awesome I love it. I like to end the podcast with asking my guest. Now, you've already mentioned a few bucks. You're a prolific reader, but what's just one or two books that that really has made an impact on your life? A quote that just resonates with you as well. Yeah will I mentioned the fast lane by MJ DIMARCO unscripted another book he has either of those are similar. That's why would say for like philosophy of business are mandatory reading I tell everybody and another want out because I think it will happen. Give me a quote from another book I love actually, very, very simple. is the one thing and Gary? Keller. And it may be you've talked to death but if you have a apologize but the woman I loved that book is the folks in question. And it is honestly can save the price of the if you want and what he says is, what's the one thing that I can do that makes everything else easier are irrelevant. and. No matter where you are in your life right now, you can ask yourself that question I just literally yesterday of lots of projects going on and I said to myself like what is the one thing I can do now that's GonNa make everything else easier earlier today and realize that that one thing for me was mapping out a book. That's going to be free. The teach hustles and all that stuff point is that book is awesome and that idea is enough to really help you progress more than ever. So I mean tons more. They're they're asked me for to there to add highly recommend. The onus is the go giver Bob Berg. Brilliant Book for like. We, we need to become givers rather than people gone out and trying to get things all the time go-getters, GonNa just go away. People won't go givers nowadays people who WanNa give I when add to the were like you and I I believe that heavily and sometimes I haven't practiced as much as they should and this whole period of time actually has taught me to really practice giving lots more and I've done that and it's been unbelievable we're having. As good a month as ever if not better and it's all been done to the fact that we've really focused on giving not a gangs, we always gave what I always see like give more so. I love it. I love it. Where can people find you? Yeah, you can go to marketplace superheroes, dot com or side-hustle heroes. Dot Com are go to youtube and type in marketplace superheroes with tons of content there that I think people would really enjoy if you like said so fired today, they've been places like DEFA checkup and the best way to connect with you. It's going to be on all the you know the channels and send you links and all that stuff and this. Is what I'm going to share actually I mean sometimes you do podcast and you're like. Don't know share data for the time I'll definitely GONNA share this won't close love the questions you asked my audience we love. The way this came together. So Ya'll daffy share on like say my group is called daily success and motivation hikes. It's on facebook got laid and he's six hundred people in their put. "And Shaneco Nov Charge Load. Stuff Nair ideas and stuff like that. Not just free just see you guys know like there's tons of condom youtube that we produce as well. The big thing is like they're simple. It don't don't do not live there right now try do some. ultra-complicated. If you're trying to get some some money, Guam do something really simple. Yes. Get Time for money for a period of time because remember that active income creates positive income not to wear. It just doesn't work for that one hundred percent I love that. I I'd like to stay I don't want to keep you too long, but I did want to retract a little bit. Conversation we were we were talking about how your initial. Give me one second. Sorry about that the initial. Goal was that you want to make a million dollars and now it has shifted to. Probably something a lot more prolific. Can we talk about that? Why? Why do we go from wanting to make all the money in the world to? Like that's the stupidest idea ever. If it has many reasons. Bernie and I think like a lot of people I just felt like I was like. You I don nothing in my life and I wanted to do something cut unique I the that I would feel like I'd arrived or whatever and so yeah. Like a lot of people talk men millionaire and a million dollars all that and it's like hell in such high bred regarding society. So that was my goal. But yeah, like as we said like it doesn't really mean anything no reason for that is that money on everyone says it might think it was a lot of crap. It's true. Money really is terrible motivator because I ironed like I've I've earned three, hundred, thousand a year right but here's the problem with that half. It's gone snacks you take a personally. So it's the stupidest thing in the world chase this high income salary thing and other people but lamborghinis now they they want you to believe that it's just. Not It's just not the way businesses don't. So what so what I think for me was I just hated job in Lake gives it gave me no fulfillment whatsoever I wanted to do work had some meaning. So actually what everybody's looking for his meaning 'cause even right now I'm in a very fancy comfortable situation torchwood sign claim very grateful not worked for it. Create value to do it, but at the same time like. I I'm I'm happy not to get paid any money this year there's no problem like I don't need any money share. Rather, build the tribe. Help more people get slowing. That is what is going to fulfill me lots mark and of course, everybody cynical nightly cynical people will say, oh no, you just wanted to sell courses and whatever we do hours of free stuff like this every week where people come on ask questions because the ripple effect of people going out and doing it. If you if you want me to be selfish. If a thousand people say Stephen Tom to make a bunch of money. He's the greatest coach in the world while more people don't WanNa, work with them so. We selfish. I could say that but that's not really the point morsel is that success leaves clues like you know what also you have results people want to work with you and also Mooney for main. I bought Nice I. Don't I didn't by collaborating but upon the brand new work and all that. But Hey, the cars is sitting outside at site right now and. It just drives me ran the place I don't need six, seven, thousand dollar watchfully doesn't do anything for me and you listening you don't WanNa beat her you just want meaning and so listening to people like yourself helping find that meaning that's actually going to change your life whereas and to get there you need to have some money. So it's also to learn skills. Skills won't say pay the bills but they do the skills are everything in the. Modern. World. Sanjay question. Yeah. One hundred percent that was so eloquently put. So the last thing I want to know. So just to bridge off of that little bit is, of course. To to really make money whether it be a side hustle which right now I think everybody's looking for some sort of side hustle specific especially online. Yet is to figure out and learn from somebody who knows what they're doing. But also to understand that it is the basic principles it's the the the the the specific skill set that you can learn on a basic level that can produce an income whatever that may be right like if WANNA learn. How to create a facebook at. The media or or or selling your knowledge and expertise, which is huge right now or ECOMMERCE or whatever it is like putting together like for instance, going from thinking like, Oh, I need a I need to build my own product and house all this stuff and then have to find import export this that versus Hey I'm gonNA show you how to do like drop ship byproducts I don't know much about ECOMMERCE I'm just saying So. So we're like, what's your take on that? Do you do you suggest that people should start with something very basic and minimal that can produce a result or you think that? Okay. If you want to mind I I, believe it depends you have happened. It's different if you don't have if you have capital, let's say a certain sound places. Amazon's Great. Minimum really is your. Main we got some great people don't believe it will be about. Its business because Amazon new most of the work for you in all honesty, you're putting your product into that marketplace got another research pilot. That's the most important part there, and that's a really good at with Martin, place Subaru but for for a lot of other people who may be right now like you mentioned maybe the. Money's a problem right now. So a dad alder eggs in one basket of a job and I'm not saying some told you said on moment or anything like that. It's actually a moment of he belongs standing like that's not a good strategy for the future because the world's changing too quickly now hopefully, people up. He exactly in pain wakes people up unfortunately too and so yes, I think the best way I think about right on I think for anybody listening to so really help you is to understand. This is Jay. Abraham peace. It's not my content. Wish it was. Only three ways to grow a business like right some.

"Favorite books and I read this book. With, my now wife as she was my girlfriend at the time obviously and totally lost on a saw book on a bookshelf must like exactly I'm I I don't know how to get there I wanna be. I wanted to be a millionaire that was supposed to remind super cheesy. Now cringing you know and they're know whatever does murky mean he's. Anyway touch on that before you continue that that right there I want to kind of turn back to because that is so pivotal in life is that your first aspiration is to make a million dollars or in business. Paradigm, shift that I want to touch back on. That is sincerity interrupt but go ahead. No definitely I love I'd be delighted to switchback of map and so so yeah. So anyway, read read this book like and it started teaching these different success principles now was like, okay we'll let me read this and there was a lot of principals. The biggest one is the first chapter, which is take one hundred percent responsibility. For, your life of your actions I didn't do that oven lapointe I blamed everybody else. I blamed the guys in the band, the worms. Committed enough. blame it parents will let me go move to America wins that are in the bat went to America It was everybody else's fault. So that was the first I realized wow I'm going to start taking a lot more control right now that was the first shift started taking more control of started doing things better for myself a healthier practices in the morning every time I walked work I was listening to positive information which I can touch on because is a good listener positive information which the things that'll. Teach skills as well, and so anyway I was was on the road better track listening to positive information warning at myself kinda hyped up starting to do things with my body and stuff like that, and then there's a chapter and as I said, listen to the audio is welcome jacket the time he's telling the story where he wrote a book called. Self esteem the classroom I think it was called or something I have a memory of these kinds of things and he said arbitrary goal to make one hundred thousand dollars selling that both whenever he was in the shower he was thinking about it all the time rise visualizing has been a very important success principal Jim shorter are fan of So I started visualizing okay ten thousand euro we have here are. So let's say dollars ten thousand dollars. Let me visualize. Euros. Exactly. Is know a role myself the check and everything like all the things that we do visualize a realize something very pivotal at that moment and I it's actually. So interested in a lot of people will quote thinking grow riches one there most favorite books something blown guy at one time Dan. Kennedy said he said, you know the really should call that both think to grow rich, not think and grow rich, and that was my problem that I started going this half of positive information a real shift for me was I kept thinking about the ten. Grand and it was it wasn't coming and no matter what I did my job every day was a data processor, such a boring job and kept odds doing the same things all the time not make more money then realized crap light I can't doing the same things I need to make more money. I'm not making enough money. So if I keep on slashing my way, I can't slash my way to wealth I have to increase my income and that is so basic. Mo like hell basic. Can you be the say like aft increase Mangum or like? Most people don't even have that realization and that was a big one for me. So going back on those principles really quickly, it was taken responsibility it was realizing that actually had to make more money. It was understanding that I take full responsibility in control for everything the final one I'll tell you which was huge which was. Stopped producing size stop stop consuming star producing from the millionaire fast lane and Jay DeMarco rape. Book. And he was talking business like, wow. Yeah. Like I was I am at the time a consumer consumed and everything I'm consumed courses I keep buying courses looking for the next thing. I'm getting bright shiny objects syndrome around me. I'm changed in you know everything going nowhere and that's limit Robert and when things change like I mentioned because he showed me that you can start. Ugly. And even if you finish ugly Actually finish something whereas I never finished anything back then. So there were some of the things. That's phenomenal. So the biggest thing is. When we when we live in a world of like distraction and the phone. INSTAGRAM's got an analytics section where they'll tell you how how much you spend on the platform, which is insane. I mean some people. I can't believe they waste much time. You know right now I'm about fourteen minutes a day and that's too much that's. and. And so what happens is is that you I think paralysis by analysis is is coincides with the fact that you worry consumer and you were and being proactive, you weren't becoming a producer so. I understand. But what outside like hey, I need to start producing Where did you get the confidence to say I have enough information now or I have enough knowledge I'M GONNA I'm GonNa make the next leap. I'm GonNa make a t-shirt will tell you right because i. say it all the time to my students. Say Stop believing in yourself people. Stopped believing in yourself. What you mean stopped leaving yourself everyone says believe yourself. Yeah. My. That was my problem I actually needed to find. Or something to believe in and then go all in learning that thing and have the person mentor me through the process. So in other words is the biggest problem I see in business everybody wants to create like a unique brand new thing I was the very same. Here's how bad I was. I used to like goofing Google? Random terrible business ideas if I found one google. Awesome Sardi doing us so stupid, I mean, my knowledge of business was. Back then right and it's because we're ta all these kinds of things like host, the ideas, the most important thing all that were changed me again another a really big thing I am I'm GonNa. Do My best answer question, but it's like a read the myth revisited and that was huge because it taught me it doesn't the idea doesn't really matter. That much. Okay. The idea is important. Really what's way more important is the doing because when you start doing the project, you can start to deliver your product or service or whatever in a different more innovative way you can cope with a way of doing things. It's more interesting. That's what's GonNa. Make you successful sort of realized then was this Guy Robert. He's doing light. You know this e-commerce thing selling Amazon selling on Ebay I was like, okay. I believe in this guy I believe what he's telling me. I'M GONNA put my belief in myself to one side because if I believe in myself right now, I'm not GonNa do anything WHO's Gonna I've never done it before I got to believe in this guy go all in a learn from this guy take a proven process. It's already out there and get good at doing. That's what helped me. Because I didn't have to create anything. Then I could just focus on executing something, and even if I only made like five hundred dollars profit a month that's five hundred dollars more than ever made in my life on my own with a business. So it was just that act of understanding that if I can find something that's already out there and go do that. The act of doing something is going to teach me more but busiest just sitting here, reading all these books about business and it was at a guy said that you know you gotta be in business to learn business and I really believe that you know..

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos reveal the secret to their healthy sex life

"So first I'm gonna start with the headline that Kelly ripa and mark Consuelo as have revealed the secret to their healthy sex life great nice great I love this what is that they did radio shack I think that's probably it I think that's usually just it really yeah baby she says the longest that they went without sex was when Marcus Willis was in Australia for seven months but Kelly rip it did come to visit him in the middle of his trap and that that has been a big part of their relationship good question what if you ask yeah I think he just I mean I don't know what the question was because I didn't listen to the whole radio show I'm just reading it they were he was asking about their relationship and how their relationship has survived you know it's a long entertainment marriage right yeah I think I have a hard time with them I'm not saying I'm not approved by any stretch and I don't think you know I think that there are benefits to talking frankly about sex but often in this case and also the case of like Suzanne Somers at cetera sex life is a sex life for a couple is whatever works for the couple true and so when you buy a share those details of your sex life it's not it seems always to me that it's more about what other people will perceive about your relationship than it is about giving information that's useful and helpful for other people that makes sense yeah that might be fair I mean I think Suzanne Somers is always trying to you know take the taboo out of it especially as women age and helping women who are in their sixties and seventies still feel like they can be their best

"somers" Discussed on 5 Questions with Dan Schawbel

"Bell. Mijo secured the best advice from the world's smartest and most interesting people by asking them just five questions. My guest today is actress author author and singer. Suzanne somers born in San Bruno California. Suzanne attended the San Francisco College for women then got married and had a child that each nineteen a year After her divorce she became a prize model on the syndicated game. Show anniversary game where she married. The host Alan Hamel in two thousand. Suzanne was diagnosed with breast has cancer which she treated with a medical plant instead of chemotherapy while her acting career started in the nineteen sixties. It took off when she was cast in the popular. ABC Sitcom Three's the company and was the breakout star. She also starred in the TV series. She's the sheriff step by step. And the Suzanne Show in addition. She appeared on the twentieth season of dancing the stars to Playboy magazine's infomercials and was portrayed in South Park. Suzanne has written countless books that cover a variety of health and wellness topics including leading her latest. A new way to age. I wanted to interview her for many years. Not just because my mom is one of her customers but because she's been able to stay relevant for many the decades which is so rare in her profession. When did you decide to take your health seriously? And what habits have you created. That have had the biggest impact on your health. I think you have to understand understand that sometimes the worst things that happened to you or the best things. Maybe they're not the answer that they're the road to the answer so you'll be surprised when I say that. Twenty years ago my getting cancer was a veiled gift. It forced me to change my life. Force me look at my diet and lifestyle what I was doing to play host to this disease and I changed my life. I changed the way I I eat and I would eat as though my life depended upon it and I would only eat organic food and I would value sleep value. That thought that I think 'cause I think negative thinking drags you down and and I turned around. And so that was the impetus for. Oh the books that Followed and that continue to follow. There's just a never never ending hunger for how to live the best life and being the best health. Is it every once in a while you take stock of where your health is and then maybe make some tweaks and adjustments along the way or have you found something that works well for you and you're just trying to sustain it aging is about worn out parts and you have to listen to the language of your body but the language language of the body is starting earlier and earlier now because of toxicity and the environment younger and younger people are going into hormonal decline in their in their thirties and and forty S. I never happened before when you're in imbalance like you know when you've known a woman who's got PMS that's called chemical imbalance. It's no fun to be in of it or be around and so that's a language and as I started aging I started taking baselines of of my hormonal balance and then the following year. If I take it again and see that things are dip down you. Fill the tank by lab with work with exactly what it is that you're we're missing. Same thing with nutrients and minerals and it's more in depth than that but it's putting back which are losing in the aging process or do tuck society and you will have a much better outcome doing it that way. What's the first thing you do when you encounter of really big obstacle? Well when I was younger I think I would tend to feel sorry for myself. Which is the worst thing you can do? Because then you're choosing to victim and nobody wants to be around a victim and nobody wants to be a victim and after a while you just want to get them to shut up. So what do you do when that stuff stuff happens you look at it and you use it like judo using forward energy to win. Take that and build on it. Mine was reinventing. I got fired from. Three's company unfairly unfairly for being asked to be paid commensurate with what the men who are making ten to fifteen times more than me. I could've you know. Put My head under a rock and gone away but it keeps keeps me rocket fuel. It's Oh yeah I got the all show us you know. What if I can't come around from this angle and coming around from that angle and I reinvent it and the first thing I reinvented was to it'd be a nightclub entertainer in Vegas and I became in nineteen eighty seven Las Vegas female entertainer of the year during those years that I was on the road as a nightclub? Performer reformer which I was loving just loving and not missing television at all. I started writing books. 'cause I had nothing to do during the day my productive person so you know you take one bad thing and turn it into gold. People are living longer but are not necessarily wealthier healthier than previous generations based on conversations. You've had with doctors and other experts experts as well as your own experience. What can people do right now to set themselves up for success in a better life as the age well? I really think this book that I've tried a new way to age will be a great help because it's a bible of sorts. It's for those people who've never been exposed to Another possibility towards approaching your health and aging and aging is a turn off the younger people. Because when you're young you think I'm Never GonNa Age and what I'm trying to say to young people is if you don't Wanna end up looking like the present paradigm of aging aging decrepit frail one of the three diseases cancer Alzheimer's heart disease and eventually ended the nursing home. Not Knowing who you were who you are. You don't want that then you start thinking about the choices you're making today because it all adds up and you've got a lot of forces against you in today's world you can survive. You can thrive you can live a long time. You can be healthy healthy. You don't have to lose your mind. You don't have to lose your bones. You just have to make a conscious effort. A new way to age will tell you how to do that. What's your best piece of advice? I my the best piece of career advice is do you love. Don't try to do it like somebody else did it ever. You'll you'll sale. You'll always be not as good or kind of like you know when you're doing it you have to be able to focus on yourself and keep asking yourself. What is it when I'm doing that? I feel free and I'm not looking looking at the clock. I'm not thinking about money just thinking about I love doing this and then you're on track. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom Suzanne to follow her journey. You can read her book a New Weight Age and find her on facebook twitter instagram where she shares her Glam tips. Even you know as even as the United States there's always some seen that movie lately so then you sort of get a whole new group of a young guy especially if you don't have the single really using it to my advantage but I do have to say I do remember there was I was with a young guy and I I didn't ask him his age and he took off his shirt. We were messing around and in any had this like Van van thing of a tattoo of a ban across his chest and I was like. I don't know that ban. What's what is that? Ben Nineteen eighty-seven and he goes. "You'd WanNa like sleep with would drop a lot if the pool was limited. That's true right. Yeah Wow so now. We're going to do if there's an armegeddon situation. Whoever sows so where do we live? I live here but well grove okay. How's that going? Where where are you from? I'm from San Francisco. Okay so you spend your whole life growing up there pretty much and then five years ago to Orange County and then two years ago I was here. I was downtown first house in big mistake victims ache from through it. I feel like I feel like it's a different lifestyle when I'm there I'm like I hate La Hey l. a.. And then you move out of that and I'm like Oh this kid. Downtown is a different lifestyle lifestyle in the sense that some of my throat poop is walking down. The street live over at my first store was at like the very intersection of where it changes from like sort of human behavior to skid row fifth in Los Angeles and Man. We saw a lot of crazy. Shit it was just so it's like being at war. You just start to get used to so much fucked up shit scared I could never. I don't really recommend it people people would. I don't think they'd mess with you. Definitely messes me. No yeah definitely you out there fucking on the hat on and I doubt that it's even going to really do it. At the end of the day I still going to be like her. She's hot true era. Because there's a girl I know one time I met up with downtown La. I hadn't seen her in a couple of years and she calls me crying. Her eyes out in the tells me like a homeless guy tried to basically like corner her in a in a parking garage. She'd just cry and is freaking out. It's such a scene. I Dunno probably take manager. We're at least take a purse. I've seen some crazy. I don't know what I can say on here but I've seen some crazy. Everything clearly censored yeah flagged on everything I really your channel is on pornography basically basically it was on there for a little day. No I mean it is I mean. Girl friend is in the exact same position where she is just constantly getting hit for the dumbest dommage Shit on youtube that it seems like if almost anyone besides like a hot girl was doing it then they could maybe get away with Or girls I feel like the girls. Were just talking about the girls that have no curve's a no boobs. Don't really get flagged. They don't get in trouble. I'm like wait because my sister's kind of like she has curves but she doesn't have boobs and we can wear the same things. I buy side in mind like so offensive insane. Literally the artificial intelligence that governs youtube because it's not necessarily Israeli humans making a lot of the decisions. It's just the fucking computer so if they see a thumbnail and the computer can tell that it's a chick with big boobs and a big ass and that and she's a little bikini. The fucking computer is the one flagging the algorithm. Not like a human being saying at home so then if you have a girl who basically is shaped like a fucking string bean the algorithm. It's not like human a woman's body it's the fucking computer doing it. which is weird? Yeah I mean I know I feel like now they're like this lacey's Lisi uploading this. We're flagging we don't care what it is for me. It's almost everything. Yeah really. I tuned youtube more to like show my personality. Because because I feel like instagram's pretty much my body and their you know whatever and people are different world on instagram than Youtube. So I like you do because you could just be. I mean somewhat myself because again I have to censor some stuff because you know. It's too but microphone researching just body painting the body painting or like maybe Nude Body Eddie painting literally their thumbnails with the giants like fully in the thumbnail of woman's Vagina. I'm like this is the most mind-blowing educational right. That's what they say. I mean I saw vagina like waxing or an asshole bleaching tutorial on Youtube as well it was sanely graphic traffic. Yeah literally the bleach cream and putting in all of the battles spread wide open in the cameras. Swear to God that's funny. I've I've always wanted to try that. Actually so you never never did your so fair skin that if you don't need that yeah yeah I mean I have no your butthole looks like the majority of Women Eh. Pale wrong burger today. I'm pretty fail. So what would you like when you were younger. Like going through high school and all that it was your personality type the same actually. I didn't go to high school because I was home. Schooled so are independent study basically home school but same thing in sixth grade. 'cause I was so badly l. e. bullied that I got pulled which excited about blue for one boobs and I was like nine over developed super young. Yeah seriously got moves at died and like it was just. I don't know if it's weird. The girls in school how they go beyond the girls for sure like the guys were cool with me. You know with the girls I give you my brother. That's my boyfriend talk okay. I'm just trying to get through school here like are you. Are you characterizing this accurately. You weren't psychotic bitch that was actually like bathing. All these girls into the fucking all their boyfriends and stuff it was real. Yeah the way the Gosh I think like the breaking point was this girl that I didn't know actually brought August goal and her best friend hold on her because she was planning on having me like. I eat lunch in the bathroom. I had like so many like Sony bad stories and I would just the boys like okay. Maybe I dressed low crazy. I got in trouble for like showing justified. She's brought a knife. She drew a picture with my head and a girl with big boobs net coughing blood dripping and said I'm going to kill her home struggle. This girl she has her for three days and I did too and we didn't do anything nowadays our. Why did you know I don't know is bad school? anyways shakeups call my mom went in nowadays. Nowadays I feel like if you did that you would literally be probably expelled some scholarly. Yeah yeah I mean but it's also worse I feel like I don't know everybody wants to be offended. Everyone to be upset. Ah Right but something like that is so genuinely fucked up that they were gonNA call it like terroristic threats Shah. I was reading some articles why people get suspended for like emojis. Jesus shift because they sent right because if you send somebody like a fucking scholar. Moses is kind of like everybody knows what it means it means kill you which is weird. Yeah well the Kenyan post like the peach. If you're referring to like your butt or something because it's too sexual the water Emoji they're like that's it's just too or like your post might get down. Rang like like similar to something like that. Like if it's referring to the picture not mean like if they think it's I don't know but do you believe he's going to be everything. There's lots of like that though. Do you believe that if you use profanity in your scrammed couch and that it's going to get less engagement. I don't know because I see a lot of people like editing out like bills and word or the F. Word delight put in the Asterix and stuff. I'm thinking like a little off. I've never really been reported or anything. Thankfully I felt like my stuff like pretty. PG Honestly Asleep but smallest bikinis and the history of humanity. Girls see some of their legs but open and I'm like holy crap uterus. I mean compared to that I'm like bikinis. Let me live right. Yeah I feel like the girls who really get fucked talked on youtube usually. Are the girls private. Snap girls that are pushing porn through their story constantly. You know really right on the edge with that shit you gotta eat. You've been verified for a long time though you so you never really had to deal with that much stuff. Get deleted verified. Means anything though. Because I've known girls that verified at their posts taken down that get them flagged and actually the other day like I. I mean I've never done that but my friend was like Yahoo video deleted and she was just an abroad and she's like got deleted and I I had to like appeal it and it didn't do anything. Obviously since you're not even looking at it but I just feel like I duNno. I just try to be very careful very careful even though maybe yeah I can get a little crazy about. I don't know like three years ago. I was super drunk and Islas getting my Dick sucked by two girls and a bathroom and putting story did and it got deleted but my accountant gets leaning because I might only had like fifty thousand dollars at the time so I guess yes. It was whatever I feel like. If I did that now would be done. Yeah you'd be done. Because boom boom literally losses account to five million followers because he posted he posted like a ton of sex they gave back. No nine dollar drains over a year no crazies. They should have looked at a little pump story and just seen like strippers with a boobs fully. Out and I'm looking at is an it's like twenty our. We're old story on like. How is this possible? You've seventeen million. I'm Andrew this. I think different people have different roles as I think I fully think that because I've I've seen girls verified or not like I said with their legs open with like their boobs out with like literally the private stuff that you talk about. What just emojis over it? You can hear the noises. I'm I'M NOT GONNA repeat of sexual noise. That's like a clear on youtube. One thing people don't know you can't have that and I'm just like that's so insane like and they're fine right but like one time. I think the only I've ever had anything on my story. It was like a bikini vigil literally Bikini Picture and it got deleted. And I'm like Holy Shit somebody I feel like people that are like more. I don't even know what you want to call it more successful or whatever people try to attack them because they want to get them out of here. Definitely if you're a girl who has like a dented. A dedicated person like one person who really wants to fuck you over and they have like a fucking network work of hundreds of accounts sometimes that they could use or at least like. Maybe they're a member of some form with a bunch of other creepy weirdos. Help them target girls pay people off. I've I've heard that that real. Yeah who will target other girls on instagram. Because they hate them or whatever. There's he wanted he like like I have this tax..

"No Jabber Kudos podcast in the world. I'm here with Lacey. AC Case I was how you doing lacy good. We're just talking about two things on the show which so far is water preferred water drainage and then also the fact that this shirt has now been washed once and I believe that it's too tight. Did you put it in the dryer. Yeah I'm just not that concerned about any particular t shirt even my own t shirt and even a t shirt like this as probably realistically worth hundreds of dollars because TJ rare jumper merge. How could it not exactly right now? I touched it so now. It's really worth much value out or what. Yeah just left the gym really Joe You and to walking up the stairs in here. That's rough right. As far we could have been on the fourth floor. This is the first four. Yeah and that's when we're talking about is like it would it would have been cheaper to be on the fourth floor and I'm kind of thinking like Holy Shit. That's a huge pain in the ass to be telling wrappers or whoever to walk four stairs but at the same time free mandated needed cardio and then kind of tight. Alvar has got to be very there is one of those cargo elevators or you have to fuck in like do at the close the door org chains and it's slow. Gosh I've been an elevator one time and I swear I don't know how many floors that draw but I thought it was going to die. Really the scariest thing was dropping. It was dropping like free falling and I was with this other girl and I was like rude. I don't know you. This is so awkward. We're GONNA die together kissing her. Donate thing streams. You know. She wasn't my type. Yeah type just fall in love with somebody if you're about to die in the elevator plane crash or whatever just start making out of the closest person it was very motherly so I kinda WanNa like holder being woman but you think your stand thing about that like if you knew the world was GonNa End Tomorrow Tomorrow. You'd probably end up just your standard for who you'd WanNa like sleep with would drop a lot if the pool was limited. That's true right. Yeah Wow so.

"So there are so they're open day opened up this past Saturday from ten to twelve I'm sure it was a major major success, and it's nice to have a brewery right there on the Larry too. And that's where the glass borough beer festival is in September. We'll be back there again sponsors this year. So we're very happy about that. But the big news. So I'm from carbon township. I got to Somers point boys on my staff right here. Right. So I'm gonna let him do introductions here. So I got Tom and Joe known each other since kindergarten time since kindergarten, and I'm gonna turn it over to you guys. Let's introduce our guests. All right. You may start. I well, we have the brewers here from Somers point brewing company, and we're very excited about this. We have Ed Siegel. Who's brewer? And then Kevin Seagal who brewers. So I guess the first question for you, gentlemen. Is you must have been Bruin before this all came about. Right. Right. So but to tell take us back to when you guys started brewing the garage days. Yeah. Nineteen ninety four. I think was. Wow. You know, early adapter my wife. Fucked up, and she gave me a Homebrew. Outside cast. You're thinking back on that. Absolutely. Best in the gift. I should've gotten him. I love my wife gave me a five hundred one dollar bills. So that was that was her when I was out there. You know what I mean? So any left now they were going really quick so nineteen ninety four for you. What about for you thousand four area for so a little bit later than ad, but your little younger to write a couple years. Okay. So that's okay. We're about ten years. So that's perfect. So what kind of beer kit was meet me. And Tom always asked this question because we inevitably get one to answer. So what kind of your kid did you was not a Mr. beer kit. Kevin vanished of your. That's what. And so it's amazing. How many how many times he's Mr. beer kits had spun profession professional Burs because you. Never be in the beer limpets anymore. Your Utah this beer, so yes, professional careers, delicious. By the way, I mean, we're very excited. So this is almost like weaker Rupp here like gays guys grew up in this. You know, and I grow really close. It's very exciting to have something here. The, you know, Northfield summers point would township area brand new and opened there's nothing like it here. And it's a really really cool thing. It almost feels like sense ownership for it to absolutely another guest coming on later in the show. Joe Craddock you could throw a rock and hit his house. He's Pete backs up to that fence right over there. Right. Pretty much, right? That's close. He is. So that's that's great. So you guys here. Summers point brewing company. It's here in downtown summers point on seventy five west New York avenue and has a little historical significance where we are here. So this building used to be tell us what did he used to be the summers point ice company? So all of a set grew up here new this building as the summers point ice company. And you guys actually have a nice homage to them by kept the eyesight up here. Over top over there, which is really really cool. So you guys just came here on like opened up like, you know, decide to have like three weeks later, you're open. Eleven without New Jersey. But but in all honesty, having worked with other breweries opening this was probably I would call breakneck record setting speed for some because the efficiency built into it. I mean, there was really the waiting was not on you guys at all you had a plan work the plan. I watched and they were gonna talk to some of the professionals that helped them put the building together leader in the show, and you guys had a plan, and you work that plan did it help because I mean, we should say they have six partners. Yes. So you guys. So this is a big partnership of guys all work together. For my understand third y'all out of this. Let's talk about how did this all come together? Guys. You guys obviously are the brewers and you guys are making the bureau, but takes more than just a brewer to make this place..
